Curtis Killman just got a 72-year sentence for leading a nationwide catalytic converter theft ring — Operation Heavy Metal — that funneled over $5 million through his shell company SV Ace, with stolen goods totaling more than $300 million. The FBI’s seven-year probe, starting in Edmond, OK, has already nabbed 15 people, including 8 from Oklahoma, who trafficked stolen metal across cities.
