- 5:30Speaker 8: So here we go. Here is who is celebrating a

- 6:03Speaker 8: and me. It is going to be our 16th wedding anniversary,
- 6:07Speaker 8: so I wanted to give her a big shout-out. She
- 6:09Speaker 8: has dealt with me through good and bad, better or worse,
- 6:13Speaker 8: just like everything else, and I love her so much.
- 6:16Speaker 8: So that's our anniversary on Friday. Uh, celebrating a birthday
- 6:21Speaker 8: on our anniversary is Henry Winkler, the Fonz. Hey, he
- 6:25Speaker 8: turns 81. Uh, Grace Slick turns 87. Actress Nia Long
- 6:31Speaker 8: turns 56. And Matthew Morrison turns 48. Halloween babies. I
- 6:37Speaker 8: got a few of them and here they are. Saturday,
- 6:40Speaker 8: October 31st. Willow Smith turns 26. Rob Schneider turns 63.
- 6:48Speaker 8: Rapper Vanilla Ice turns 59. Peter Jackson turns 65. And
- 6:53Speaker 8: the late, great John Candy would have had a birthday
- 6:57Speaker 8: on October 31st as well. Happy Halloween to everybody out there. Sunday,
- 7:01Speaker 8: November 1st, we've got Jenny McCarthy, Chicago's own. She turns 54.
- 7:07Speaker 8: Also turning 54 is Toni Collette. Anthony Kiedis from the
- 7:12Speaker 8: Red Hot Chili Peppers turns 64. Penn Bagley turns 40.
- 7:17Speaker 8: And actor from Hamilton, Anthony Ramos, one of my daughter's
- 7:21Speaker 8: favorite actors, turns 35 years old. So that's it. Happy
- 7:25Speaker 8: birthday to all those people celebrating birthdays this weekend. We
- 7:29Speaker 8: got a lot to talk about. Holy crap. There's a
- 7:32Speaker 8: lot going on in sports right now. The IHSA brackets
- 7:37Speaker 8: are here. We got a ton to talk about, so
- 7:40Speaker 8: let's get it kicked off with college football. We're going
- 7:43Speaker 8: to talk about last week and, of course, this week.
- 7:47Speaker 8: All right, so here we go. We're going to kick
- 7:49Speaker 8: it off with NCAA. We are going to talk about
- 7:52Speaker 8: the AP Top 25. We'll see where all the teams rank,
- 7:56Speaker 8: and then we'll go over last week's games that I picked,
- 7:59Speaker 8: and we will pick for this week. But here we go.
- 8:02Speaker 8: Wisconsin coming in at number 25. Last week they were unranked,
- 8:07Speaker 8: and they are ranked now. They are number 25 at 5-2,
- 8:11Speaker 8: up two spots to 24, which means that their first
- 8:14Speaker 8: time in the rankings. Oklahoma State is 5-2 at 24.
- 8:18Speaker 8: Down one spot to 23 is Missouri at 5-2. Up
- 8:23Speaker 8: three spots to number 22 is Arizona, 6-1. In the
- 8:30Speaker 8: rankings still, they moved up also. Northwestern, 6-1 at number 20.
- 8:36Speaker 8: That is crazy right now. I am so excited for
- 8:41Speaker 8: this team. So technically... They're at 21. This is 20.
- 8:44Speaker 8: I think they made a mistake here. But yeah, I'm
- 8:48Speaker 8: excited for Northwestern. They are bowl eligible for the first
- 8:52Speaker 8: time in a very long time, which is exciting. They
- 8:56Speaker 8: have a chance to at least make a bowl, and
- 8:57Speaker 8: who knows? If they keep winning, they could make it
- 9:00Speaker 8: to the playoffs. So we'll see what happens there. Number 20,
- 9:03Speaker 8: up one spot, is Boise State. It's 6-1, number 19.
- 9:09Speaker 8: At 6-1 is SMU. Down four spots to number 18
- 9:13Speaker 8: is Houston, who are 6-2. Up three spots to 17
- 9:18Speaker 8: is Florida at 5-2. Down five spots to number 16
- 9:22Speaker 8: is Tennessee, who are now 6-2. Up three spots to
- 9:25Speaker 8: number 15 is LSU, who are 6-2. Up three spots
- 9:28Speaker 8: to number 14 is Wake Forest at 6-1. Down five spots...
- 9:38Speaker 8: To number 13 is Texas Tech at 6-1. Number 12,
- 9:46Speaker 8: down five spots, is Ole Miss at 5-2. Up eight spots,
- 9:51Speaker 8: back to almost in the top ten. After their win
- 9:54Speaker 8: as Texas at 5-2, that blonde girl will be very
- 9:57Speaker 8: happy that Arch Manning is playing better. They went up
- 10:02Speaker 8: eight spots. That's crazy. Up three spots to number ten
- 10:06Speaker 8: back in the top ten is Bama. Roll Tide at 6-2.
- 10:11Speaker 8: Number nine up three spots is Kentucky at 7-1. Down
- 10:15Speaker 8: six spots to number eight is BYU at 6-1. Let's see,
- 10:20Speaker 8: up two spots to number seven is UCLA, who are 7-0.
- 10:26Speaker 8: Up four spots to number six is Utah, who are 7-0.
- 10:31Speaker 8: Down one spot to number five is Notre Dame. They
- 10:35Speaker 8: are 6-1. Up two spots to number four is Indiana,
- 10:39Speaker 8: who are 7-1. They beat my Michigan Wolverines. I was pissed.
- 10:43Speaker 8: It was a very close game, though. Let's see. Up
- 10:47Speaker 8: two spots to number three is Georgia at 6-1. Up
- 10:52Speaker 8: one spot to number two is Ohio State. They are
- 10:57Speaker 8: number two now. They went up one spot. They play
- 11:00Speaker 8: USC on Halloween at 6-30, so that's going to be crazy.
- 11:04Speaker 8: And then the number one team still, the Rocks' alma mater,
- 11:10Speaker 8: the University of Miami. They are number one, and they've
- 11:15Speaker 8: got North Carolina coming up at North Carolina on Halloween.
- 11:20Speaker 8: So we will see what it looks like next week,
- 11:24Speaker 8: and let's go into my pick-ems because this is exciting
- 11:26Speaker 8: to get to do it live. But first, let's see
- 11:29Speaker 8: how I did. Right now I'm 40-37 in college, so
- 11:34Speaker 8: I'm still above 500, but I've been struggling apparently because
- 11:38Speaker 8: last week I went 4-6th. on my rankings out of
- 11:42Speaker 8: these 10 teams. So let's see where we're at. I
- 11:45Speaker 8: picked Toledo to win, and they did. They beat Western
- 11:48Speaker 8: Michigan Broncos 45-38. I picked Tennessee over South Carolina Gamecocks,
- 11:55Speaker 8: and they lost to unranked South Carolina 27-24. That's crazy.
- 12:02Speaker 8: That's why they dropped a little bit, too. I picked
- 12:05Speaker 8: the Navy Shipmen... To beat the North Texas Mean Green.
- 12:10Speaker 8: And they did not. North Texas at 5-2 right now.
- 12:16Speaker 8: Won 49-39. I picked the Iowa Hawkeyes. The number 15
- 12:21Speaker 8: Iowa Hawkeyes last week. To beat the unranked Minnesota Golden Gophers.
- 12:26Speaker 8: And they did not. Minnesota right now was not ranked.
- 12:29Speaker 8: And they won 13-10. I picked the Virginia Tech Hokies.
- 12:35Speaker 8: Oh no, I picked Clemson Tigers. to beat the Virginia
- 12:38Speaker 8: Tech Hokies. The Hokies won 20-16 and are 6-2 right now.
- 12:45Speaker 8: I picked the, at the time, number 19 Texas Longhorns
- 12:50Speaker 8: to beat the number 7 Ole Miss Rebels, and they
- 12:52Speaker 8: did 34-27. I picked the USC Trojans to beat the
- 12:57Speaker 8: Wisconsin Badgers. Wisconsin was unranked, and they beat them 24-7.
- 13:06Speaker 8: Wisconsin is now in the top 25 at the 25 spot.
- 13:09Speaker 8: That's crazy. I picked the UTSA Roadrunners to beat Tulane,
- 13:15Speaker 8: and they did, 42-19. I also picked the New Mexico Lobos,
- 13:21Speaker 8: who are now 6-1, to beat the North Dakota State Bison,
- 13:23Speaker 8: and they did, 21-16. And I picked the Houston Cougars...
- 13:34Speaker 8: who are ranked number 14 to beat the number 10
- 13:37Speaker 8: Utah Utes, and they did not. Utah is still undefeated, 7-0.
- 13:41Speaker 8: They won 21-13. So let's see what 10 games they're
- 13:47Speaker 8: going to give me this week on Halloween. Let's see. Saturday,
- 13:51Speaker 8: they're giving me the number 22 Arizona Wildcats, 6-1, against
- 13:56Speaker 8: the number 13 Texas Tech Red Raiders, who are 6-1.
- 13:59Speaker 8: I don't know. I'm going to go with Arizona on this.
- 14:01Speaker 8: They're the underdog, but I'm going to go with Let's see,
- 14:05Speaker 8: number 25, Wisconsin Badgers at 5-2 and the unranked 5-2
- 14:12Speaker 8: Iowa Hawkeyes. This one's a little tough because Wisconsin needs
- 14:16Speaker 8: to win to stay in that top 25 range, so
- 14:20Speaker 8: I'm going to go with them. Another upset, but I
- 14:22Speaker 8: think that Wisconsin's going to win that one. Let's see,
- 14:26Speaker 8: we've got the 5-2 Minnesota Golden Gophers against the 7-1
- 14:32Speaker 8: Indiana Hoosiers. After beating Michigan last week, I don't think
- 14:36Speaker 8: they should have a problem with Minnesota. Then again, they're 5-2,
- 14:40Speaker 8: so you never know, but we're going to go with
- 14:42Speaker 8: the Indiana Hoosiers, the defending national champions. We got the
- 14:47Speaker 8: number 20 Northwestern Wildcats traveling to Oregon to play the Ducks.
- 14:52Speaker 8: I'm going to tell you now, this could be a
- 14:55Speaker 8: sleeper game. Right now, Northwestern is the underdog in this game,
- 15:00Speaker 8: and they were talking about it today, and they said
- 15:02Speaker 8: the same thing. Oregon is hungry and they're angry right now.
- 15:06Speaker 8: They are used to being in the top 25 and
- 15:09Speaker 8: they're not. They are not happy right now. So this
- 15:12Speaker 8: could be a rough game, but I do think Northwestern
- 15:15Speaker 8: is going to get the win. I need to bet
- 15:17Speaker 8: on these because so far I've picked three underdogs. If
- 15:20Speaker 8: I won that bet, I bet you it would be
- 15:23Speaker 8: a pretty decent amount if those teams won. I might
- 15:26Speaker 8: go with this. I might bet on the ones that
- 15:28Speaker 8: I'm doing right now. We've got the number six Utah
- 15:33Speaker 8: Utes at 7-0, taking on the Cincinnati Bearcats, who are 5-2.
- 15:37Speaker 8: I'm going to go with the Utes, Utah. I'm going
- 15:41Speaker 8: to take them. The Oklahoma Sooners at 4-3 versus the
- 15:47Speaker 8: South Carolina Gamecocks. This one seems a little up in
- 15:53Speaker 8: the air. This could go either way, because both teams
- 15:55Speaker 8: are unranked. Both teams are 4-3. The Sooners are at home,
- 16:03Speaker 8: and they are the underdogs of South Carolina. We're going
- 16:08Speaker 8: to go with Oklahoma, though, on this one. Oklahoma wants
- 16:10Speaker 8: to try to fight back into that top 25 somehow,
- 16:13Speaker 8: so we'll see what happens. We also got on Halloween
- 16:18Speaker 8: the App State Mountaineers at 5-2 versus the Georgia Southern Eagles.
- 16:24Speaker 8: But here's the crazy thing. They're 3-4. But the App
- 16:28Speaker 8: State Mountaineers are the underdog. But we're going with the underdog.
- 16:31Speaker 8: 86% of people chose the App State Mountaineers. So let's
- 16:35Speaker 8: see what happens. And then let's see. We've got the
- 16:39Speaker 8: Clemson Tigers at 4-3 against the 3-4 Florida State Seminoles. Clemson, again,
- 16:46Speaker 8: is the underdog in this. I'm going to go with
- 16:49Speaker 8: Florida State on this one. And the last two, we've
- 16:53Speaker 8: got the number two Ohio State Buckeyes against Taking on
- 16:58Speaker 8: the USC Trojans, who are not ranked at 6-2, which
- 17:01Speaker 8: is crazy. I can't see Ohio State losing this, as
- 17:07Speaker 8: much as I hate Ohio State. I think they're going
- 17:09Speaker 8: to win. So we're going to go Ohio State. And
- 17:11Speaker 8: then finally, we've got the Army Black Knights at 5-2.
- 17:15Speaker 8: Taking on the Memphis Tigers at 6-2. Let's take Memphis
- 17:19Speaker 8: on that one. So there's my 10 picks. We'll see
- 17:22Speaker 8: what happens. Hopefully I win all 10. I'm going to
- 17:24Speaker 8: bet on some of these, maybe. I'm thinking about it.
- 17:27Speaker 8: We'll see. I'll see if I decide to. Yeah, so
- 17:31Speaker 8: that's it. Let's go over and talk some NFL because
- 17:36Speaker 8: we really don't have anything to talk about right now. Oh,
- 17:39Speaker 8: you know what? Hold on. Before we do that, let's
- 17:42Speaker 8: see how the NCAA playoffs look right now. Let's see.
- 17:49Speaker 8: NCAA football playoff standings. So let's see. Do they have
- 18:00Speaker 8: it up already? They should, because the season's coming to
- 18:03Speaker 8: an end soon. Do they have it? That's last year's.
- 18:19Speaker 8: I don't know. Maybe they don't have it. I'm sure
- 18:27Speaker 8: it's somewhere, but I don't see it right now. Oh, yeah,
- 18:34Speaker 8: I forgot. They have to go through it, yeah. So
- 18:38Speaker 8: right now, I mean, there's just predictions, but there's no
- 18:41Speaker 8: actual set playoff brackets yet. So, yeah, we're not going
- 18:44Speaker 8: to go over that. We will wait on that. Let's
- 18:46Speaker 8: go talk some NFL. All right, so let's look at
- 18:50Speaker 8: the top 10. I'm not going to go through every
- 18:52Speaker 8: team right now. Here's the top 10 as of right now.
- 18:57Speaker 8: Number 10 down three spots is the New England Patriots,
- 19:01Speaker 8: who are four and three after their loss to the
- 19:03Speaker 8: Chicago Bears. Number nine up two spots into the top
- 19:07Speaker 8: 10 is the Chicago Bears at five and two. That
- 19:11Speaker 8: was a big, huge win on Thursday night football against
- 19:16Speaker 8: the New England Patriots. We'll talk about that in a
- 19:19Speaker 8: little bit. Denver Broncos up one spot to number eight
- 19:23Speaker 8: at five and two. The Kansas City Chiefs at five
- 19:26Speaker 8: and one, down five spots after losing to number seven.
- 19:31Speaker 8: Down one spot to number six is the now four
- 19:33Speaker 8: and two Jacksonville Jaguars. Up one spot to number five
- 19:37Speaker 8: is the Cincinnati Bengals at four and two. Let's see.
- 19:43Speaker 8: Number four, up six spots is the Seattle Seahawks, who
- 19:47Speaker 8: won on Sunday night. They won their game, and they
- 19:52Speaker 8: did pretty good. It was a good game, but Seattle
- 19:56Speaker 8: really beating Kansas City, that's huge, and giving them their
- 19:59Speaker 8: first loss is even bigger. That is going to be
- 20:02Speaker 8: a huge game against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football.
- 20:07Speaker 8: We'll talk about that in a few minutes, too. Number
- 20:10Speaker 8: three down two spots is the now 6-1 San Francisco 49ers.
- 20:15Speaker 8: Number two up one spot is the 5-1 Buffalo Bills.
- 20:19Speaker 8: And at the number one spot up three spots is
- 20:23Speaker 8: the now only undefeated team in the NFL, the 6-0
- 20:29Speaker 8: Minnesota Vikings. I never thought this would happen, honestly. I
- 20:32Speaker 8: thought it was going to be the Bears and Packers
- 20:34Speaker 8: fighting for that first spot. Or even Detroit. Minnesota, though,
- 20:39Speaker 8: are they frauds or not? We're going to find out.
- 20:40Speaker 8: They've got a very, very tough schedule coming up in
- 20:44Speaker 8: the next four games. And this is really going to
- 20:46Speaker 8: prove where they are as a team. The first one,
- 20:51Speaker 8: here's the next four games for the Minnesota Vikings. Let's
- 20:58Speaker 8: see who they've got next. So here we go. Week 7.
- 21:05Speaker 8: That was last week. Wait a second, where's week? Okay,
- 21:14Speaker 8: here we go. This week, this week it's at the Lions.
- 21:20Speaker 8: That's going to be a tough one. Division, that's always
- 21:23Speaker 8: a tough one right there. Week 9, they are going
- 21:27Speaker 8: to face the Buffalo Bills. Week 10, they're at Green Bay.
- 21:33Speaker 8: Week 11 against the 49ers. Week 12 against the Falcons.
- 21:40Speaker 8: Then they got the Panthers at home. So these are
- 21:43Speaker 8: all teams that could beat them. At the Patriots, look,
- 21:46Speaker 8: Patriots didn't beat us, but that doesn't mean that they
- 21:48Speaker 8: won't beat the Vikings. Then they got the Lions again
- 21:51Speaker 8: in Week 15. Then Week 16 against the Commanders. Week
- 21:55Speaker 8: 17 at the Jets. And then they play the Bears.
- 21:59Speaker 8: And this could be for first place, depending on what
- 22:04Speaker 8: the records of both teams are going into Week 18.
- 22:07Speaker 8: So we'll see what happens there. But Minnesota, you're going
- 22:10Speaker 8: to prove a lot in the next few weeks if
- 22:13Speaker 8: you can win these games or not. All right, let's
- 22:15Speaker 8: see what I did last week, and then we'll make
- 22:18Speaker 8: our predictions for this week. Oh, first we're going to
- 22:21Speaker 8: talk about.
- 22:22Speaker 2: All right.
- 22:23Speaker 8: Let's see how I did. Let's do this in order.
- 22:27Speaker 8: Let's see where I'm at in the standings because... Yeah,
- 22:32Speaker 8: it's been pretty crazy. Okay, so the NFL pick-ems. I
- 22:38Speaker 8: am sitting at 62-44. I'm 18 games above 500. Not
- 22:44Speaker 8: too bad. I'm doing way better with my pick-ems on
- 22:46Speaker 8: here than I did on there. All right, so here
- 22:50Speaker 8: we go. Tonight, Thursday Night Football kicks off with the
- 22:53Speaker 8: Green Bay Packers at home, 4-3, taking on the Carolina Panthers. Oh, wait, wait,
- 23:00Speaker 8: hold on. supposed to go over last week's games. First off,
- 23:04Speaker 8: it was the Bears and the Patriots. Bears won 30-24.
- 23:08Speaker 8: I picked them. Pittsburgh Steelers, I picked them to win,
- 23:13Speaker 8: and they did out of country, too. They did it
- 23:16Speaker 8: 5-2 now. Pittsburgh Steelers beating the New Orleans Saints 16-10.
- 23:23Speaker 8: I picked San Francisco to beat Atlanta. They did not.
- 23:26Speaker 8: Atlanta gave San Francisco their first loss of the season. 29-20.
- 23:31Speaker 8: I picked the Colts to beat the Minnesota Vikings. I
- 23:35Speaker 8: thought they were going to get their first loss, and
- 23:37Speaker 8: they didn't. They won 16-10 in that one. I picked
- 23:41Speaker 8: the Carolina Panthers over the Buccaneers. The Buccaneers spanked them. 43-13.
- 23:47Speaker 8: They made it look nasty. That was horrible. And they
- 23:51Speaker 8: did it in Carolina, too. That's even worse. Let's see.
- 23:55Speaker 8: Then I picked the Baltimore Ravens to beat the Cincinnati Bengals.
- 24:00Speaker 8: Cincinnati won 35-13. I picked the Cleveland Browns to beat
- 24:07Speaker 8: the Titans, and they did. The Cleveland Browns are now
- 24:10Speaker 8: 5-2 right now. This is crazy. They won 27-24. I
- 24:16Speaker 8: picked the New York Jets to beat the Miami Dolphins.
- 24:21Speaker 8: Miami got their first win of the season in New York,
- 24:25Speaker 8: beating the Jets 28-25. I picked the.
- 24:31Speaker 8: Houston Texans to beat the Giants. They did not. Giants
- 24:36Speaker 8: won 27-21. I picked the Broncos over Arizona and they
- 24:41Speaker 8: won 30-16. I picked the Detroit Lions to beat the
- 24:46Speaker 8: Packers and they did 20-17. I picked the Rams to
- 24:53Speaker 8: beat the Vegas Raiders and they did 35-21. Sunday Night Football,
- 24:55Speaker 8: I picked the Kansas City Chiefs to beat Seattle and
- 25:03Speaker 8: they did not Seattle gave Kansas City their first loss
- 25:06Speaker 8: of the year 20-3 and then I took the Dallas
- 25:11Speaker 8: Cowboys over the Philadelphia Eagles and they won big 38-21
- 25:16Speaker 8: so decent week for me I ended up going I
- 25:21Speaker 8: won 7-7 not the greatest but you know it is
- 25:25Speaker 8: what it is I still won so that's good and
- 25:28Speaker 8: I'm still 62-44. So let's talk really quick about the
- 25:32Speaker 8: Chicago Bears game with the Patriots and look at the stats.
- 25:37Speaker 8: Chicago Bears, I think, shocked a lot of people that
- 25:40Speaker 8: week beating the Patriots. I don't think anybody necessarily saw
- 25:45Speaker 8: this one coming. I think that, you know, being in
- 25:50Speaker 8: a four-day between games and... Now, that game, of course,
- 25:58Speaker 8: was in Chicago, so they didn't have to travel for it.
- 26:03Speaker 8: But it was still back-to-back games for Caleb Williams. And
- 26:07Speaker 8: he was just coming off that injury. And he looked
- 26:11Speaker 8: superb again. Two weeks in a row, throws over 300 yards.
- 26:16Speaker 8: Efficiency was amazing. You know, here we go. Let's look
- 26:20Speaker 8: at the team stats really quick for both teams and
- 26:23Speaker 8: see who did what. Total passing yards, total yards the
- 26:27Speaker 8: Bears got 405 yards to 380 for the Patriots. Passing yards,
- 26:29Speaker 8: 310 for the Patriots to 289 for the Bears. Rushing
- 26:32Speaker 8: was Bears 116 to the 70 for the Patriots. Yards
- 26:34Speaker 8: per play, 7.6 for the Patriots, 6.1 for the Bears.
- 26:36Speaker 8: First downs, Bears won that 21-20. Bears were 4 for
- 26:51Speaker 8: 12 on third downs. New England was 2 of 7.
- 26:56Speaker 8: They were 0 for 1 on fourth downs. The Bears
- 26:59Speaker 8: were 2 for 2. 66 total plays again for the
- 27:03Speaker 8: Bears to 50. That's the name of the game for
- 27:06Speaker 8: the Bears this year, is taking over the time of
- 27:09Speaker 8: possession and the plays. If you keep your defense off
- 27:13Speaker 8: the field the longest you possibly can, they are going
- 27:16Speaker 8: to look good while they're out there. The Bears did
- 27:19Speaker 8: allow three sacks on Caleb, only two on Drake May.
- 27:24Speaker 8: Four to two in punts for New England. Penalties. Bears
- 27:28Speaker 8: 9 for 69 yards and 10 for 71 for the Patriots,
- 27:33Speaker 8: so pretty even there. Bears still got to clean up
- 27:36Speaker 8: some of these penalties. Nine is still a lot to
- 27:38Speaker 8: have in a game, especially in four quarters. They need
- 27:42Speaker 8: to fix that up. No fumbles. Only one interception thrown
- 27:45Speaker 8: by Drake May. Bears had time possession 32 minutes and
- 27:49Speaker 8: 24 seconds to 27 minutes and 36 seconds. They out-tackled
- 27:54Speaker 8: us 38 to 32. They were one for one in
- 27:57Speaker 8: field goals. We were three for four. Red zone, Bears
- 28:02Speaker 8: three for four. They were one for two. Player stats,
- 28:06Speaker 8: let's go over that. Drake May, 24-31, 321 yards, two touchdowns,
- 28:12Speaker 8: one interception, sacked twice, a rating of 117.8. Drake May
- 28:18Speaker 8: also ran four for 26 yards and a touchdown. Stevenson,
- 28:23Speaker 8: six for 22. Ramondre Stevenson also had five receptions for
- 28:29Speaker 8: 93 yards and a touchdown. He's their running back. That
- 28:33Speaker 8: was not good. If your running back has to do
- 28:36Speaker 8: all the catching and the running. Hunter Henry, 7 for 71. Radon,
- 28:42Speaker 8: 3 for 56 and a touchdown. A.J. Brown, 6 targets,
- 28:47Speaker 8: 3 catches for 48 yards. Big tackles was Ellis with 13.
- 28:56Speaker 8: Jones had a sack. Let's see. Barmore had a sack
- 29:02Speaker 8: and Taylor the 3rd Had the other one for the Bears.
- 29:06Speaker 8: Caleb Williams, 22-33. 308 yards, two touchdowns, no interceptions. Three
- 29:09Speaker 8: times sacked. His QB rating was 116.7. Swifty ran for
- 29:11Speaker 8: 22 carries for 78 yards and a touchdown. Caleb ran
- 29:12Speaker 8: 5 for 18. Roshon Johnson, 2 for 13. And Burden,
- 29:14Speaker 8: 1 for 7. Burden, what a first half he had.
- 29:33Speaker 8: Four receptions on four targets, 130 yards, one touchdown. That
- 29:38Speaker 8: was all in the first half. The second half was
- 29:40Speaker 8: Roman Dunzay and the other receivers. Four for 69 for
- 29:44Speaker 8: Rome out of five targets. He only had one drop.
- 29:48Speaker 8: Colston Loveland had 12 targets, only seven catches. He needs
- 29:52Speaker 8: to get that up, especially with the news that we
- 29:54Speaker 8: heard during that game. Loveland also had a touchdown. Cole Komet,
- 29:59Speaker 8: who went down with an injury in the game, he
- 30:02Speaker 8: is going to be out for the season. It is
- 30:04Speaker 8: a lower leg injury. He had to be carted off
- 30:08Speaker 8: the field. He had three catches on three targets, 428 yards. Swift,
- 30:14Speaker 8: four for 12 yards. Thetaman, eight tackles and a half
- 30:18Speaker 8: a sack. Jackson with the interception. Gordon had another sack again.
- 30:25Speaker 8: Gordon is like a sack king. Four sacks in the
- 30:27Speaker 8: first two games back for Kyler Gordon. This guy is amazing,
- 30:31Speaker 8: and this is what we were missing. This week we
- 30:35Speaker 8: get back Montez Sweat also. Cairo Santos missed a 53-yard
- 30:45Speaker 8: field goal. The Bears trust him to kick another one
- 30:49Speaker 8: to ice the game. He hits it from 58 yards,
- 30:53Speaker 8: his career long. 58 yards. Bears won. And what a game.
- 30:59Speaker 8: It was an amazing game. That pretty much iced it.
- 31:02Speaker 8: It was 30-24. Great game for both teams. But the Bears, 5-2.
- 31:10Speaker 8: You can't say anything bad right now. This team is
- 31:13Speaker 8: looking good. We'll see what they do. They got a
- 31:15Speaker 8: big game against Seattle coming up. And now... We are
- 31:19Speaker 8: going to be missing Cole Komet, and that is going
- 31:22Speaker 8: to sting a little bit because Cole Komet is an
- 31:26Speaker 8: amazing tight end because he does the little stuff. He
- 31:31Speaker 8: goes out there and he does the stuff that, you know,
- 31:35Speaker 8: he does the blocking. He does anything you ask him
- 31:37Speaker 8: to do. He is an unselfish player, and we are
- 31:41Speaker 8: going to miss him for the year. We'll see what
- 31:43Speaker 8: happens next year with him, if he's coming back or not,
- 31:46Speaker 8: but that's a tough one. But, hey, on to the
- 31:51Speaker 8: next man. Sam Rauch, I'm looking at you. You are
- 31:54Speaker 8: a rookie tight end. You've had a couple of nice catches.
- 31:58Speaker 8: You've had a couple of times that we scratched our
- 32:00Speaker 8: head and said, what the F just happened? But you
- 32:03Speaker 8: know what? This is the time. Even Colson Loveland last
- 32:06Speaker 8: year in his first year with the Bears in his
- 32:08Speaker 8: rookie year, he had a rough couple of first games.
- 32:11Speaker 8: He ended up coming back and doing amazing. So we'll
- 32:15Speaker 8: see what happens out of Sam Rauch. But next man up,
- 32:20Speaker 8: Chicago Bears, we're looking at you. All right, let's go
- 32:24Speaker 8: over this week's games and do my picks for the week.
- 32:28Speaker 8: We've got the Carolina Panthers Thursday night going into Green
- 32:32Speaker 8: Bay to Lambeau Field to play the 4-3 Packers. I'm
- 32:37Speaker 8: going Carolina. We're going. We're taking the upset straight out
- 32:41Speaker 8: the gate. We're taking the Carolina Panthers to go 4-3
- 32:44Speaker 8: and knock the Packers down to 4-4. Let's go. Baltimore Ravens.
- 32:51Speaker 8: It looks like we're done with international games for now.
- 32:54Speaker 8: These all start at noon on Sunday. So here we go.
- 32:58Speaker 8: Baltimore Ravens at the Buffalo Bills. I can see the
- 33:02Speaker 8: Ravens winning this one. Buffalo's going to take it. We
- 33:06Speaker 8: have the Tennessee Titans at 1-6. Going to Cincinnati to
- 33:09Speaker 8: play the Bengals at 4-2. Got to take Cincinnati on
- 33:13Speaker 8: that one. You've got the 2-5 Cardinals. playing at Arlington
- 33:19Speaker 8: against the 3-4 Dallas Cowboys. I got to go Dallas,
- 33:23Speaker 8: but Arizona, they could win. We'll see what happens, but
- 33:27Speaker 8: we're going to go Dallas on this one. This is
- 33:29Speaker 8: for you, Hootie. This is for you. Got the Dallas Cowboys.
- 33:34Speaker 8: Let's see. 6-0 Vikings, 4-2 Lions. We're going Lions. Lions
- 33:39Speaker 8: are going to win. Lions are going to lie in
- 33:41Speaker 8: in this game, and it's at Ford Field. Minnesota is
- 33:46Speaker 8: going to get their first loss and be 6-1. Let's see.
- 33:51Speaker 8: We've got the Las Vegas Raiders at 3-4 traveling to
- 33:55Speaker 8: the 2-5 Jets. This is one of those games where
- 33:59Speaker 8: even though the Raiders are the underdog, I got to
- 34:03Speaker 8: go with the Vegas Raiders. I can't take the Jets.
- 34:06Speaker 8: I can't take the Jets serious. Cleveland Browns 5-2. Pittsburgh
- 34:12Speaker 8: Steelers 5-2. We're taking, I think the Browns won the
- 34:15Speaker 8: first meeting. I'm going with the Pittsburgh Steelers. That's in Pittsburgh.
- 34:20Speaker 8: Aaron Rodgers is going to win that one. We've got
- 34:23Speaker 8: the Atlanta Falcons at 3-4, traveling to Tampa to play
- 34:27Speaker 8: the Buccaneers. We're going to take Atlanta with that one.
- 34:31Speaker 8: Let's see. And finally, the last noon game, we've got
- 34:35Speaker 8: the Indianapolis Colts at 2-5, taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars
- 34:40Speaker 8: at 4-2. We've got to go to Jacksonville on this one.
- 34:43Speaker 8: The Colts have been struggling. They just traded away a
- 34:45Speaker 8: couple of their guys. They're looking to, it looks like
- 34:49Speaker 8: they're almost at the point where they know the season's
- 34:51Speaker 8: going to be done soon for them, and so they
- 34:54Speaker 8: are already getting rid of guys. 305, we've got the
- 34:59Speaker 8: 0-6 Chargers taking on the 3-4 Rams. I think Stanford's
- 35:04Speaker 8: going to run right through Herbert, and I think Khalil
- 35:07Speaker 8: Mack is on his way back to Chicago. The Mack
- 35:09Speaker 8: attack's going to be back. We'll talk about that in
- 35:11Speaker 8: a second. Rams in that one. 325, we've got the
- 35:16Speaker 8: 5-1 Kansas City Chiefs and the 5-2 Denver Broncos. Look,
- 35:21Speaker 8: the Chiefs are coming off of their first loss. They
- 35:24Speaker 8: are going to want this win bad. They are not
- 35:26Speaker 8: going to lose. Mahomes and Kelsey have big games. Kansas
- 35:30Speaker 8: City Chiefs with the big win. Let's see. We've got
- 35:35Speaker 8: the 4-3 New England Patriots taking on the 1-5 Dolphins
- 35:38Speaker 8: who got their first win of the season. I don't
- 35:40Speaker 8: see back-to-back losses for the Patriots. We're going to go
- 35:43Speaker 8: with New England on that one. 720, Sunday Night Football.
- 35:49Speaker 8: We've got the 2-5 Philadelphia Eagles and the 1-4-1 Washington Commanders. And, oh,
- 35:56Speaker 8: my God, this is going to be a snoozefest. I mean, yeah,
- 35:59Speaker 8: you've got Saquon, but damn. Is Jaden Daniels even playing,
- 36:05Speaker 8: or did he get hurt again? I don't know what's
- 36:07Speaker 8: going on there. And then we got Jalen Hurts out
- 36:10Speaker 8: for the year with his blood clots. But we're going to.
- 36:17Speaker 8: I don't even know. It's so weird. It's like you
- 36:21Speaker 8: want to take Philly because of Saquon being there, but... Ugh.
- 36:26Speaker 8: I guess I got to go with the Commanders. Commanders
- 36:29Speaker 8: are going to be 2-4-1 after that. And now the
- 36:32Speaker 8: one that matters to us Chicagoans, the Chicago Bears at 5-2.
- 36:37Speaker 8: Going into Seattle. Seattle hot off that big win against
- 36:41Speaker 8: Kansas City. But guess what? Caleb's going to Caleb. He's
- 36:45Speaker 8: going to have another 300-yard game through the air. We're
- 36:49Speaker 8: going to have a run. Montez Sweat's back. Sam Rauch
- 36:55Speaker 8: is going to step up because he has to. Loveland's
- 36:58Speaker 8: going to step up as the number one tight end now. Well,
- 37:01Speaker 8: he's always been the number one tight end to me.
- 37:04Speaker 8: But still, now it's official with Cole Komet being out.
- 37:07Speaker 8: Sam Roush, Doomsday's going to have another big game. We're
- 37:12Speaker 8: going to have another big game out of Burden. Bears
- 37:14Speaker 8: are going to win this game and go 6-2 on
- 37:17Speaker 8: the season. That's who I'm taking. So we'll see what happens.
- 37:21Speaker 8: I believe Khalil Mack is going to be a Chicago Bear,
- 37:25Speaker 8: if not by the end of this week. Now, you're saying, well,
- 37:31Speaker 8: it's Thursday and Khalil Mack is a Bear. Because it
- 37:35Speaker 8: could happen. They're already looking to trade for him, so
- 37:39Speaker 8: it could happen. I record this show on Tuesday. Okay,
- 37:45Speaker 8: you hear it on Thursday, which is why everything in
- 37:47Speaker 8: the show is Thursday and beyond. Because I am recording
- 37:51Speaker 8: the show on Tuesday, but you hear it on Thursday.
- 37:57Speaker 8: I don't know the future, so I don't know if
- 37:59Speaker 8: Khalil Mack is a bear yet. If he is not
- 38:01Speaker 8: a bear yet, if they lose this game this week...
- 38:06Speaker 8: Khalil Mack is all but gone. He's not going to
- 38:09Speaker 8: stay with a team that has no chance of winning.
- 38:13Speaker 8: And what does the Bears give him? A very better
- 38:16Speaker 8: shot of winning than the Chargers do right now. Khalil
- 38:20Speaker 8: Mack is probably saying, man, I had a chance to
- 38:22Speaker 8: go back to Chicago. I probably should have went back
- 38:25Speaker 8: to Chicago. Khalil Mack could have been a bear. It
- 38:29Speaker 8: was between L.A. and Chicago. And he chose to stay
- 38:32Speaker 8: in L.A. Well, he may get to right that wrong
- 38:36Speaker 8: by being traded to the Bears. And I would love
- 38:42Speaker 8: the return of the Mac. If he gets back to
- 38:45Speaker 8: the Bears by the time I do this show, by
- 38:48Speaker 8: the time I record next Tuesday, I'll play a return
- 38:51Speaker 8: to the Mac. Because I want him back here in Chicago.
- 38:56Speaker 8: Because even though he is older and he would be
- 38:59Speaker 8: a rental... If he decides not to sign back next year,
- 39:02Speaker 8: I think that he could still make some noise for
- 39:05Speaker 8: us this year. Right now, we don't want to lock
- 39:07Speaker 8: in his age at this stage for a long term.
- 39:13Speaker 8: So as a Bears fan, I would love to see
- 39:16Speaker 8: them give up maybe a fourth or fifth round pick.
- 39:19Speaker 8: Or maybe a third round pick. We're very bad with
- 39:22Speaker 8: our third round picks. So I could see us doing
- 39:24Speaker 8: that too. But we'll see what happens. All right, let's
- 39:28Speaker 8: move on. to our next topic, which is IHSA high
- 39:34Speaker 8: school football playoffs. We are in the second round. Well,
- 39:37Speaker 8: according to this, it's the first round, which is very weird.
- 39:40Speaker 8: I don't know. High school football does it differently than
- 39:44Speaker 8: all the other ones do. It's kind of weird, but
- 39:47Speaker 8: it says right here, that technically the first round is
- 39:53Speaker 8: considered opening round, and then you got the first round.
- 39:56Speaker 8: So I don't understand why they do that. It's kind
- 39:59Speaker 8: of weird. Maybe it's to get more teams in there. But, yeah,
- 40:03Speaker 8: let's go over this right now and see where we're at.
- 40:07Speaker 8: So last week in the opening round was number 33,
- 40:12Speaker 8: Oak Park, beating number 32, Aurora East, 58-7. Hinsdale Central,
- 40:20Speaker 8: number 17, beat my alma mater, Roselle's Lake Park. I'm sad.
- 40:26Speaker 7: 41-19.
- 40:26Speaker 8: At least it could have made it a game, Lake Park.
- 40:30Speaker 8: Come on, Lancers. Number 25, Marist, Chicago, won 49-28 over
- 40:39Speaker 8: number 40, Naperville, Neuqua Valley. Number 24, Barrington, beat number 41, Aurora,
- 40:47Speaker 8: Wabazi Valley.
- 40:48Speaker 4: 38-0.
- 40:48Speaker 8: Holy crap. Number 29, Neighborville Central won 18-14 over number 36,
- 40:52Speaker 8: Gurney Warren. Number 20, Palentine Freed won 42-12 over Chicago Taft,
- 40:55Speaker 8: who were number 45. Number 28, Lockport Township beat number 37,
- 40:58Speaker 8: Lincolnshire Stevenson, 35-21. Number 21, LaGrange Lions won 36-14 over
- 41:24Speaker 8: number 44, Aurora-Mattee Valley. Number 31, Chicago Curry lost 49-8
- 41:32Speaker 8: to number 34, Oswego East. Number 18, Chicago Lane blew
- 41:39Speaker 8: out their opponent 56-0 over Joliet Central, who was number 47.
- 41:47Speaker 8: Number 26, Glenview, Glenbrook South, won 42-0 over Whitney Young
- 41:53Speaker 8: of Chicago. That was number 39. Number 23, Huffman Estates, Conant,
- 42:00Speaker 8: won 21-12 over number 42, Carpentersville, Dundee, Crow. Number 35, Minooka,
- 42:10Speaker 8: beat number 30, Evanston Township. Number 19, Elmhurst, York. won
- 42:18Speaker 8: 47-14 over number 46, Chicago Heights, Bloom Township. Number 27,
- 42:24Speaker 8: O'Fallon High School, beat number 38, Joliet West, 36-6. And
- 42:27Speaker 8: number 22, Aurora, West Aurora, won 40-21 over 43, Franklin Park,
- 42:30Speaker 8: North Lake, Linden. Let's see. So here we go. So now,
- 42:48Speaker 8: This is how it's going to go. All right, so
- 42:51Speaker 8: we have... Here's the bracket for this week. Looks like
- 42:55Speaker 8: all these games are Friday night. Let's see. Oh, some
- 43:00Speaker 8: are Friday afternoon.
- 43:03Speaker 9: Wow.
- 43:04Speaker 8: Well, yeah, because I think a lot of schools are
- 43:07Speaker 8: closed Friday for parent-teacher conferences and stuff. So here we go.
- 43:14Speaker 8: Number one, Frankfurt will play... Number 33, Oak Park in Frankfort,
- 43:22Speaker 8: Lincoln Way East at 615. Number 16, Chicago, Van Steuben
- 43:28Speaker 8: plays number 17, Hinsdale Central at noon. Number 8, Chicago,
- 43:35Speaker 8: Mark Carmel will play number 25, Chicago, Marist in Mount Carmel.
- 43:42Speaker 8: Number 9, Orland Park, Sandburg will play number 24, Brownsville.
- 43:47Speaker 8: Barrington in Orland Park. Number four, Oswego will play number 29,
- 43:55Speaker 8: Naperville Central at 6 o'clock in Oswego. Number 13, Naperville
- 44:02Speaker 8: North will play against Palatine Freed Friday at 7 p.m.
- 44:07Speaker 8: at Naperville North. The number five, Bolingbroke Raiders. That's my
- 44:13Speaker 8: school right now. Bolingbroke, my town. will play at 7 p.m.
- 44:18Speaker 8: on Friday night against No. 28 Lockport Township. Let's see, No.
- 44:24Speaker 8: 12 Chicago Perspectives Leadership Coupe will play No. 21 LaGrange
- 44:30Speaker 8: Lions at Perspectives. No. 2 Huntley will play No. 34
- 44:36Speaker 8: Oswego in Huntley at 7. South Elgin will play At
- 44:44Speaker 8: home as number 15 against the number 18, Chicago Lane.
- 44:49Speaker 8: Number 7, Wanecka Neutrier will play number 26, Glenview. Glenbrook
- 44:54Speaker 8: South at 6.30. Number 10, Flossmoor Homewood will play, I guess,
- 45:03Speaker 8: number 23 off of the State's Conant. 10.30 at Flossmoor
- 45:09Speaker 8: Homewood at 7 p.m. Number three, Wilmette Loyola Academy will
- 45:14Speaker 8: play number 35, Minooka and Wilmette at 7 p.m. Number 14,
- 45:21Speaker 8: Downers Grove South will host Elmhurst York, who are number
- 45:26Speaker 8: 19 at 6.30 p.m. Number six, Park Ridge will play
- 45:31Speaker 8: number 27, O'Fallon on Saturday. Oh, Saturday, 10.31 on Halloween
- 45:37Speaker 8: at 2.30 p.m. Wow, that's weird. That's really strange. It's
- 45:43Speaker 8: really weird because it's usually always on Friday, but even
- 45:47Speaker 8: if it's not, it's Halloween. That's when kids go trick-or-treating.
- 45:51Speaker 8: And I know they're high school kids, but hey, high
- 45:54Speaker 8: school kids trick-or-treat too. And finally, number 11, Chicago St.
- 45:59Speaker 8: Ignatius will play number 22, West Aurora in Chicago at
- 46:06Speaker 8: 7 p.m. on Friday. So there it is. Next week,
- 46:10Speaker 8: we're going to see who moves on I hope that
- 46:12Speaker 8: the second round will be, of course, against Bolingbroke. I'm
- 46:20Speaker 8: hoping they can move on to play somebody. We'll see
- 46:23Speaker 8: what happens there. Really quick, before we move on to
- 46:28Speaker 8: our entertainment section, we've got to talk about this World Series. Now, obviously,
- 46:33Speaker 8: I'm recording this on Tuesday, like I said, so it's
- 46:36Speaker 8: a little different. I don't know who the World Series
- 46:39Speaker 8: champion is right now, But right now, at this point
- 46:44Speaker 8: of the time that I'm doing this, Tampa Bay is
- 46:46Speaker 8: up 1-0 on Milwaukee. But the fact that Milwaukee took
- 46:50Speaker 8: a three-game lead in this series really shocked me. I
- 46:56Speaker 8: thought that Tampa would play a lot better than they
- 47:01Speaker 8: have in this series. Now, obviously this one, they are
- 47:05Speaker 8: winning 1-0 right now. Look, by the time this airs
- 47:12Speaker 8: on Thursday, that's an off day for them. If it
- 47:16Speaker 8: is going to go to Game 6 on Friday and
- 47:18Speaker 8: Game 7 on Saturday on Halloween, I think that Major
- 47:22Speaker 8: League Baseball would make a lot of money off that.
- 47:25Speaker 8: That's just me. But at least at this point, right now,
- 47:31Speaker 8: it would be a 3-1 lead going into Game 5
- 47:34Speaker 8: on Wednesday night. By the time you hear this, World
- 47:38Speaker 8: Series could be over in four or five, depending on
- 47:40Speaker 8: what Milwaukee does. And I guess we'll see. But, yeah,
- 47:45Speaker 8: pretty crazy. So let's move on. Let's play a song,
- 47:50Speaker 8: another Halloween song, before we go into the entertainment section.
- 47:54Speaker 8: If you're done with the sports and that's all you
- 47:56Speaker 8: wanted to hear, I'll see you next week. If not,
- 47:59Speaker 8: check this song out and then come back for the entertainment.
- 48:02Speaker 8: Here we go. One of my favorite songs of all time, Ghostbusters,
- 48:06Speaker 8: right here. On the Robbie G Podcast. Leave it locked.
- 48:11Speaker 4: In.
- 48:25Speaker 7: If there's something strange in your neighborhood, who you gonna call?
- 48:44Speaker 9: If there's something weird and it don't look good, who
- 48:51Speaker 9: you gonna call?
- 49:01Speaker 10: I ain't afraid of no ghosts I ain't afraid of
- 49:10Speaker 10: no ghosts If.
- 49:11Speaker 11: You're seeing things running through your head, who can you call?
- 49:28Speaker 11: An invisible man sleeping in your bed, oh, who you
- 49:32Speaker 11: gonna call?
- 49:42Speaker 10: I ain't afraid of no ghost I ain't afraid of no.
- 49:52Speaker 7: Ghost Who you gonna call?
- 49:57Speaker 4: Ghostbusters!
- 49:58Speaker 9: If you're all alone Pick up the phone and call.
- 50:12Speaker 10: I ain't afraid of no goose.
- 50:15Speaker 9: I hear he likes to guess I ain't afraid of
- 50:21Speaker 9: no goose Who you gonna.
- 50:27Speaker 2: Call?
- 50:29Speaker 10: If you've had a dose of a.
- 50:37Speaker 9: Freaky ghost, baby, you better call Let me tell you
- 50:56Speaker 9: something Bustin' makes me feel good I ain't.
- 51:06Speaker 10: Afraid of no ghost I ain't afraid of no ghost
- 51:18Speaker 10: Don't get caught alone, oh no.
- 51:24Speaker 9: When it comes through your door Unless you just want
- 51:27Speaker 9: some more I think you.
- 51:29Speaker 4: Better call Ghostbusters.
- 51:32Speaker 6: Who you gonna call?
- 51:34Speaker 8: Ghostbusters Who you gonna call?
- 51:38Speaker 9: Ghostbusters I think you better call Ghostbusters Who you gonna call?
- 51:46Speaker 2: Ghostbusters I can't.
- 51:48Speaker 12: Hear you Who you gonna call?
- 51:53Speaker 4: Louder!
- 51:54Speaker 2: Ghostbusters!
- 51:57Speaker 6: Who you gonna call?
- 51:58Speaker 7: Ghostbusters!
- 52:02Speaker 10: Who can you call?
- 52:02Speaker 7: Ghostbusters!
- 52:06Speaker 6: Who you gonna call?
- 52:06Speaker 4: Ghostbusters!
- 52:13Speaker 8: Alright, that was one of my favorite Halloween songs of
- 52:17Speaker 8: all time. That was The Ghostbusters right here on the
- 52:20Speaker 8: Robbie G Podcast. So last week I told everybody I
- 52:24Speaker 8: was going to name the top 10 Jay-Z songs that
- 52:29Speaker 8: he must play at halftime of the Super Bowl. And
- 52:31Speaker 8: it is official. He is going to be the halftime show.
- 52:37Speaker 8: They announced it on Monday Night Football last night. So
- 52:40Speaker 8: with that in mind, here we go. This is a
- 52:44Speaker 8: lot of people featured with him, too, which I want
- 52:47Speaker 8: to see a star-studded, you know, big to-do for this
- 52:53Speaker 8: halftime show. And if anybody can pull it together, it's Jay-Z.
- 52:57Speaker 8: Number 10, my number 10 song with Beyonce, Crazy in Love.
- 53:01Speaker 8: That's got to be played. It's a good song. Another
- 53:05Speaker 8: one that didn't make the list but is another good
- 53:08Speaker 8: Beyonce song with him is Bonnie and Clyde. That's another
- 53:11Speaker 8: good one. Those are two songs that I believe he
- 53:14Speaker 8: will play with her there. It is Valentine's Day, which
- 53:17Speaker 8: is going to be big, you know, being Valentine's Day.
- 53:20Speaker 8: So definitely want to hear that. Number nine, this is
- 53:24Speaker 8: a little far-fetched. I don't think it will happen. But
- 53:28Speaker 8: I really want to hear Renegade with Eminem. Now, I
- 53:32Speaker 8: know Eminem has been there before with Dr. Dre and everybody.
- 53:37Speaker 8: He also did his own halftime show during the Lions
- 53:41Speaker 8: game last year. So we'll see. Maybe he'll show up.
- 53:45Speaker 8: Who knows? You know, if the Lions make the Super Bowl,
- 53:49Speaker 8: which I hope it's the Bears, but, you know, could
- 53:52Speaker 8: be the Lions. But we'll see. But, yeah, so that
- 53:56Speaker 8: would be huge. Can I get a? I want to
- 54:00Speaker 8: hear a what what. I want to see it. Maybe
- 54:03Speaker 8: get Ja Rule to show up. Maybe, I forgot who
- 54:06Speaker 8: the girl was in the song, but I'd like to
- 54:08Speaker 8: hear it and I'd like to see it. Number seven,
- 54:11Speaker 8: Dirt Off My Shoulder. Definitely got to hear Dirt Off
- 54:13Speaker 8: My Shoulder. One of his best songs. Number six, Big Pimpin'.
- 54:18Speaker 8: You cannot have the Super Bowl without Big Pimpin' because
- 54:22Speaker 8: that's what he's doing. He's Big Pimpin' spending G's doing this.
- 54:26Speaker 8: Number five, one of his biggest hits of his career.
- 54:29Speaker 8: One of his top songs. Hard Knock Life, definitely got
- 54:34Speaker 8: to do it. This one's a little far-fetched, especially since
- 54:40Speaker 8: Chester's not around anymore. Linkin Park, maybe with Emily, doing
- 54:44Speaker 8: encore with him. I would love to see that mix.
- 54:49Speaker 8: That would be amazing. We'll see what happens with that.
- 54:52Speaker 8: But Linkin Park, that is somebody with Jay-Z. That was
- 54:56Speaker 8: a big album. Maybe he brings them out. Number three,
- 55:00Speaker 8: this is a no-brainer. Or, yeah, number three, no-brainer, 99 Problems.
- 55:05Speaker 8: This is one of your biggest hits. You gotta play it.
- 55:09Speaker 8: If you don't, I'll be ashamed of Jay-Z. Number two,
- 55:13Speaker 8: gotta do this one. Alicia Keys. I know it's in L.A.,
- 55:19Speaker 8: but he's from New York, okay? He has to do
- 55:24Speaker 8: an O to New York, even though they're in L.A.
- 55:27Speaker 8: So they gotta do Empire State of Mind. At least
- 55:29Speaker 8: Alicia Keys verse and one verse. It's got to happen.
- 55:33Speaker 8: And number one, the number one song I want to
- 55:36Speaker 8: hear with Jay-Z is you got to bring out Kanye.
- 55:42Speaker 8: You got to bring out Rihanna. You need Run This
- 55:46Speaker 8: Town because you are running that town that night with
- 55:50Speaker 8: the halftime show. Kanye's got to be there with them.
- 55:53Speaker 8: They are buds. I know Kanye's been a little, you know, lately.
- 55:58Speaker 8: He's been like this for a while. And I'm not
- 56:00Speaker 8: even talking the MAGA shit. I'm talking in general. Just
- 56:03Speaker 8: like he has been, since his mom passed away, Kanye
- 56:10Speaker 8: has been a little off the rails. And I'm thinking
- 56:13Speaker 8: his mom controlled a lot of what he did and
- 56:16Speaker 8: kept him on the up and up. And once she
- 56:20Speaker 8: passed away, There was nobody left to do that for him.
- 56:22Speaker 8: And now, you know, he's not as bad as he was,
- 56:26Speaker 8: you know, and stuff. But he's got to be there
- 56:28Speaker 8: because it's Kanye, it's Jay-Z. If Eminem and Kid Rock
- 56:33Speaker 8: can do a song together, so can Kanye and Jay-Z.
- 56:38Speaker 8: So definitely what I want to see. That is the
- 56:40Speaker 8: top ten songs that I want to hear. Message me, comment,
- 56:45Speaker 8: do whatever you got to do on one of my
- 56:47Speaker 8: social media sites, and let me know which Jay-Z song
- 56:50Speaker 8: you must hear at the Super Bowl this year on
- 56:55Speaker 8: February 14th. It's going to be big. All right, so
- 56:59Speaker 8: let's move on now. All right, so as of the
- 57:02Speaker 8: time of this recording, of what you're hearing, you have
- 57:10Speaker 8: three full days until Halloween, okay? You have three full days.
- 57:15Speaker 8: You got Thursday, Friday, Saturday. All day and all night
- 57:20Speaker 8: to watch Halloween movies. This is considered a movie challenge.
- 57:24Speaker 8: But this is 30 movies. 30 Halloween movies. Okay. And
- 57:30Speaker 8: I don't really know if this is necessarily in an order.
- 57:35Speaker 8: Or if they're just saying, how many have you watched?
- 57:38Speaker 8: But here's 30 Halloween movies that you have to watch every...
- 57:42Speaker 8: This Halloween. You have three days to watch as many
- 57:45Speaker 8: of these as you can. Let's see. So number 30
- 57:50Speaker 8: is Midsommar. Now it's spelled M-I-D-S-O-M-M-A-R. Don't know what that
- 57:56Speaker 8: one is, but definitely it's considered a Halloween movie, so
- 58:00Speaker 8: watch it. Number 29, The Others. Number 28, Insidious, the original.
- 58:07Speaker 8: Number 27, Sinister. Number 26, The Ring. Number 25, The
- 58:14Speaker 8: Texas Chainsaw Massacre. There's a couple of those you can watch.
- 58:18Speaker 8: But definitely watch those. Number 24, A Quiet Place. That
- 58:22Speaker 8: was a good movie. Number 23, one of my favorites, Gremlins.
- 58:26Speaker 8: They are making another Gremlins. It's coming out soon. I
- 58:30Speaker 8: think next year. Number 22, Trick or Treat. Number 21,
- 58:37Speaker 8: one of my daughter's favorite, Corpse Bride. Number 20, The
- 58:41Speaker 8: Addams Family. They're showing the one with Raul Julia, of course,
- 58:45Speaker 8: so definitely check that one out. Number 19, Goosebumps. That's
- 58:49Speaker 8: a good one for anybody of our age and below.
- 58:53Speaker 8: Goosebumps is a good book series. Number 18, Monster House.
- 58:59Speaker 8: Number 17, one of my favorites, Hotel Transylvania. Number 16, Casper.
- 59:05Speaker 8: That was a good one. Number 15, me and my
- 59:08Speaker 8: wife just watched some of this the other day, The
- 59:10Speaker 8: Blair Witch Project. It's a still called classic. Number 14,
- 59:15Speaker 8: Paranormal Activity. Another good one. Number 13, Poltergeist. One of
- 59:20Speaker 8: my favorite. Number 12, The Exorcist. Number 11, Annabelle. Another
- 59:27Speaker 8: good one. Number 10, The Conjuring. Oh, and if you
- 59:32Speaker 8: are in the area with the house, Matt Rife, the comedian,
- 59:41Speaker 8: he owns the property now. Him and another guy bought
- 59:44Speaker 8: it together, and they opened up in the house where
- 59:50Speaker 8: you could tour. And not only can you tour, but
- 59:53Speaker 8: you can see all the artifacts that they collected throughout
- 59:57Speaker 8: the years. From The Conjuring. They even have the original
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: Annabelle there. That's a little creepy. I don't know if
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: I'd want to be there, but, you know, for the
- 1:00:08Speaker 8: people who like it, you do you, boo-boo. Number 10,
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: The Conjuring. Number 9, It. You can watch the original,
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: or you can watch one of the newer versions of it.
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: Still going to be good regardless. Number 8, sorry, Jack
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: Chucky's back. Child's Play. Love it. Number 7, Friday the 13th.
- 1:00:30Speaker 8: Number six, Coraline. Number five, you can watch The Nightmare
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: Before Christmas. Number four, one of my favorites, Beetlejuice. Nice
- 1:00:42Speaker 8: effing model, honk honk. One of my favorite movies of
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: all time. Number three, Scream. Definitely good. You can watch
- 1:00:50Speaker 8: any of them, one through seven. Number two, the original Halloween.
- 1:00:57Speaker 8: Do not watch the newer Halloweens. Watch the original Halloween.
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: From 1978. That is the best one. I mean, you
- 1:01:06Speaker 8: could watch the newer ones with Jamie Lee Curtis, too.
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: But if you're going to watch the original, watch the
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: actual original. Not Rob Zombie's version. Watch the original movie.
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: Awesome.
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: And number one? It has had to be number one.
- 1:01:24Speaker 8: For most women. Not me. Hocus Pocus. The new one
- 1:01:28Speaker 8: is out, I believe, where you can watch it on
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: demand now. So you can check that one out. So
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: you can watch Hocus Pocus 1 and Hocus Pocus 2.
- 1:01:37Speaker 8: But yeah, so those are 30 movies to watch this
- 1:01:40Speaker 8: Halloween season. And you've got plenty of time to be
- 1:01:45Speaker 8: able to do that. All right, so normally I end
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: the show with box office movies. I am going to
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: do the box office movies really quick now. We're going
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: to do some Halloween fun facts. All right, so after
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: the box office ones, that's when we're going to go
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: over the top 20 Halloween fun facts. We do this
- 1:02:04Speaker 8: for Thanksgiving. We do it for Christmas. We do it
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: for New Year's. We're going to have some fun with it.
- 1:02:09Speaker 8: So here we go. Let's see. The number 10 movie
- 1:02:13Speaker 8: in the box office last weekend was Verity. It did
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: a weekend gross of $ 3. 1 million, $ 72 million total gross
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: in four weeks. Number nine was Whale Fall. Never heard
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: of it. Did a weekend gross of $ 3. 1 million. It
- 1:02:32Speaker 8: did a total gross of $ 14 million in two weeks out.
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: Sense and Sensibility did a weekend gross of $ 3. 3 million.
- 1:02:41Speaker 8: $ 14 million total gross in two weeks. Other Mommy did $ 3. 9 million.
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: $ 52 million total gross in three weeks out. BTS World
- 1:02:55Speaker 8: Tour airing in Buenos Aires. Live viewing. That's pretty cool.
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: It did 4.5 million weekend gross in one week. Let's see.
- 1:03:10Speaker 8: Number five was Wicker. It did 5.7 million weekend gross, 6.4
- 1:03:20Speaker 8: million total gross in its first week. In its second
- 1:03:25Speaker 8: week out, wow, number four, Street Fighter. 8.6 weekend gross,
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: 48 million total gross in two weeks. Kind of a
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: big drop-off, if you think about it. That was a
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: very big drop-off. I think Street Fighter is going to
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: be coming to a TV screen near you in the
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: next couple of weeks. Let's see, number three, Wildwood. Weekend
- 1:03:48Speaker 8: gross of 12 million, total gross of 12 million in
- 1:03:51Speaker 8: one week. Number two is You Can See Everything, a
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: weekend gross of $ 20 million, $ 45 million total gross in
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: two weeks. And the number one movie at the box
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: office was Clayface. It did $ 24 million weekend gross, $ 26
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: million total gross in its first week. So pretty crazy.
- 1:04:14Speaker 8: Nothing really that great at the movies right now. Nothing
- 1:04:17Speaker 8: to write home about. I know we got like Little Fockers,
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: or not Little Fockers. We got Focker and Law coming
- 1:04:24Speaker 8: out in November. There's a few big ones coming out.
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: We'll go over those next week. I've got a list
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: of movies that are coming out in the next couple
- 1:04:33Speaker 8: of years. So we'll talk about that next week. Let's
- 1:04:37Speaker 8: go in to our fun facts about Halloween. Alright, so
- 1:04:42Speaker 8: here we go. 20 fun facts about Halloween. Some you
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: might know, some you might not. So let's go over
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: these and see who does. Alright, number 20. Some Halloween
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: rituals used to be geared towards finding a husband. During
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: the 18th century, single ladies devised Halloween traditions that were
- 1:05:00Speaker 8: supposed to help them meet their romantic match. Women used
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: to throw apple peels over their shoulders, hoping to see
- 1:05:07Speaker 8: their future husband's initials. and the pattern they made when
- 1:05:10Speaker 8: they landed. When bobbing for apples at parties, the winner
- 1:05:14Speaker 8: would supposedly marry first. And most spookily, they even used
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: to stand in a dark room holding a candle in
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: front of a mirror to look for their future husband's
- 1:05:24Speaker 8: face to appear in the glass. Bloody Mary who? Number 19,
- 1:05:30Speaker 8: trick-or-treating has existed since medieval times. That's crazy. Taking candy
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: from strangers one night a year and one night only
- 1:05:39Speaker 8: isn't a new or uniquely American tradition. It was once
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: known as guising in Scotland and Ireland. Young people dressed
- 1:05:49Speaker 8: up in costumes and went door to door looking for
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: food or money in exchange for performing songs, poems, or
- 1:05:56Speaker 8: other tricks. Today, the tradition has morphed into children getting
- 1:06:00Speaker 8: dressed up and asking for candy. Hardly anyone sings for
- 1:06:04Speaker 8: their mini Snickers these days. but a simple thank you
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: will go a long way. Number 18, the holiday dates
- 1:06:11Speaker 8: back more than 2,000 years. Halloween is even older than
- 1:06:15Speaker 8: Christianity itself. It all started as a pre-Christian Celtic festival
- 1:06:20Speaker 8: called Saint Han, which means summer's end. Held in the
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: beginning of November, the feast recognized the last day of
- 1:06:28Speaker 8: the fall harvest and spirits crossing over. Since they believed
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: the veil between the living and spirit world grew thinnest
- 1:06:35Speaker 8: at that time. Wow, that's pretty crazy. Number 17, some
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: pretty famous people were born on Halloween. And we talked
- 1:06:44Speaker 8: about that already. Willow Smith, Rob Schneider, and Vanilla Ice
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: were all born on October 31st. So was John Candy.
- 1:06:53Speaker 8: And it's funny because his last name was Candy. Let's see,
- 1:06:57Speaker 8: number 16. There's a reason black and orange are the
- 1:07:01Speaker 8: colors most associated with Halloween. The Library of Congress reports
- 1:07:06Speaker 8: that the colors of black and orange trace back to
- 1:07:08Speaker 8: the Celtic festival of St. Hain, a Gaelic festival. We
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: talked about that. But yeah, so that's why people use
- 1:07:18Speaker 8: the origin black. Number 15, trick-or-treat was not necessarily the
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: original phrase. Children would shout out to receive candy. Instead,
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: kids would allegedly yell, bells nickel. That's funny. Bell's Nickling,
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: a German-American Christmas tradition where kids dressed in costumes and
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: went around to their neighbors to see if they could
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: guess the identity of those dressed up. In some versions,
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: if the adult couldn't accurately guess, the children were rewarded
- 1:07:49Speaker 8: with treats and goodies. Sounds like kind of a fun
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: game to play on Halloween. One in five adults, number 14,
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: one in five adults usually pretends not to be home
- 1:07:59Speaker 8: on Halloween. A 2021 poll found that about 1 in
- 1:08:04Speaker 8: 5 adults, or 21%, keep the porch lights off and
- 1:08:09Speaker 8: pretend not to be home when the trigger treaters come knocking.
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: Number 13. There's a city in South Carolina that renamed
- 1:08:18Speaker 8: itself Halloween. A newspaper published in Columbia, South Carolina back
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: in 22, a city in Horry County called Conway, announced
- 1:08:29Speaker 8: that for the month of October they would be renaming
- 1:08:31Speaker 8: the city to Halloween in an effort to boost tourism
- 1:08:36Speaker 8: and economic development during the fall season. That's pretty cool.
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: I like that. Number 12. Jason Voorhees from Friday the
- 1:08:44Speaker 8: 13th really did drown in the lake, kind of. The
- 1:08:48Speaker 8: villainous serial killer from the infamous Friday the 13th franchise
- 1:08:52Speaker 8: remains at the bottom of a Minnesota lake in Statue form.
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: Diver Doug Klein constructed a Jason Voorhees statue, mask and all,
- 1:09:03Speaker 8: made of plywood, bubble wrap, and foam, and had it
- 1:09:07Speaker 8: placed 120 feet down in the water-filled mine pit known
- 1:09:12Speaker 8: as Louise near Crosby, Minnesota. It's only able to be
- 1:09:16Speaker 8: seen by the most advanced divers. That's pretty cool. Number 11.
- 1:09:22Speaker 8: If you want to keep spooky spirits away, salt should
- 1:09:25Speaker 8: do the trick. If you watch any supernatural shows, you
- 1:09:28Speaker 8: might notice that some characters use salt as a way
- 1:09:31Speaker 8: to protect themselves against frightening spirits. And there's a pretty
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: good reason why. Some say that salt acts as a
- 1:09:38Speaker 8: protective shield against spirits, evil spirits and entities. Hmm. That's
- 1:09:44Speaker 8: pretty interesting. Number 10. Most parents admit to stealing some
- 1:09:49Speaker 8: of their children's Halloween candy. They needed a poll for that.
- 1:09:52Speaker 8: They've been doing that since I was a kid. Number nine,
- 1:09:55Speaker 8: Americans spend a ton of money on Halloween costumes for
- 1:09:58Speaker 8: their pets. We love Halloween costumes for pets, and apparently
- 1:10:02Speaker 8: we're not alone. According to the National Retail Federation, Americans
- 1:10:06Speaker 8: are projected to spend $ 0. 92 billion on pet costumes in 2026.
- 1:10:11Speaker 8: That's crazy. Number eight, Mamie Eisenhower was the first person
- 1:10:17Speaker 8: to decorate the White House for Halloween. In 1958, First
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: Lady Mamie Eisenhower decorated the White House for Halloween for
- 1:10:27Speaker 8: the first time with skeletons hanging from the wall lights,
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: yellow jack-o'-lanterns, dried corn, black cats, and goblins, among other decor.
- 1:10:36Speaker 8: Many of the White House's other occupants have continued the
- 1:10:38Speaker 8: tradition of decorating the home for Halloween. Number seven, the
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: next time there will be a full moon on Halloween
- 1:10:46Speaker 8: will be 2039. A full moon on Halloween is a
- 1:10:50Speaker 8: fairly rare occurrence happening every 18 or 19 years. Last
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: Halloween full moon was in 2020. We can expect the
- 1:10:59Speaker 8: next one on October 31st, 2039. So if I'm alive
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: to see that, what is that, 14 more years? I'll
- 1:11:07Speaker 8: still be, I won't even be 60 yet, but we'll see.
- 1:11:10Speaker 8: If I'm still alive, I definitely want to check that out. Six,
- 1:11:14Speaker 8: most of the canned pumpkin in the world is produced
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: by one company in Illinois. Most pumpkin recipes like pumpkin soup,
- 1:11:21Speaker 8: pumpkin pie, and pumpkin muffins, to name a few, are
- 1:11:24Speaker 8: made using canned pumpkin. And almost all of the canned
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: pumpkin comes from the Libby's Pumpkin Canning Plant in Morton, Illinois.
- 1:11:33Speaker 8: The facility produces over 85% of the world's canned pumpkin.
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: Number five, 38% of Americans believe that ghosts exist. It's
- 1:11:42Speaker 8: not really a shocker. The poll found that 41% of
- 1:11:48Speaker 8: Americans believe that ghosts exist. About as many, 43%, believe
- 1:11:52Speaker 8: that demons exist. 36% believe that other spiritual beings exist. Additionally,
- 1:11:55Speaker 8: 6% believe that werewolves exist. And 6% believe that vampires exist.
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: Number four, the record for most pumpkins smashed in one
- 1:12:10Speaker 8: minute is 52. You don't have to grow a 2,800-pound
- 1:12:14Speaker 8: pumpkin to be a world record breaker. You just have
- 1:12:17Speaker 8: to smash a ton of pumpkins. The Guinness World Records
- 1:12:20Speaker 8: is currently held at 52 pumpkins smashed in one minute,
- 1:12:24Speaker 8: a feat that was accomplished separately by two different contenders
- 1:12:28Speaker 8: in 2020. The record for the world's heaviest pumpkin is
- 1:12:33Speaker 8: over 3,000 pounds. A new record was set for the
- 1:12:37Speaker 8: heaviest pumpkin in October 2026 when Ron Wallace presented a
- 1:12:43Speaker 8: pumpkin weighing 3,156 pounds. It was the first ever pumpkin
- 1:12:50Speaker 8: and indeed any fruit to weigh in over 3,000 pounds.
- 1:12:55Speaker 8: That's crazy. Number two, a lot of people should know this.
- 1:12:59Speaker 8: A pumpkin is actually a fruit, not a vegetable. While
- 1:13:02Speaker 8: most people might guess that those fruits autumnal orange gourds
- 1:13:05Speaker 8: are vegetables, pumpkins are actually considered fruit. It's technically a
- 1:13:09Speaker 8: fruit because anything that starts from a single flower, as
- 1:13:13Speaker 8: a pumpkin does, is classified botanically as a simple fruit.
- 1:13:17Speaker 8: And the number one fun fact to Halloween? Nearly one
- 1:13:22Speaker 8: quarter of Americans say Halloween is their favorite holiday. Is
- 1:13:25Speaker 8: spooky season your favorite time of year? You're far from alone.
- 1:13:29Speaker 8: According to a 2021 YouGov poll, 23% of Americans say
- 1:13:33Speaker 8: Halloween is their favorite holiday. More women than men say this.
- 1:13:38Speaker 8: 26% to 19%. And they're right, because Halloween is my
- 1:13:42Speaker 8: number one holiday. I love Halloween, and Christmas is number two.
- 1:13:48Speaker 8: So that's it. That is it. I hope everybody has
- 1:13:51Speaker 8: a very fun Halloween. But more importantly, I hope that...
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: Everybody goes out and votes because by the time I
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: record next week's show, in fact, I might record it
- 1:14:09Speaker 8: Monday or Wednesday next week. I haven't decided because I
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: want to watch all the voting stuff. I am not
- 1:14:20Speaker 8: a political show with this. If you want to see
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: any of my politics stuff, you can go to my TikTok, Facebook,
- 1:14:26Speaker 8: and Instagram pages. and maybe even my YouTube. But honestly,
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: my number one thing is just get out there and vote.
- 1:14:34Speaker 8: Because you have the power to change everything into the
- 1:14:39Speaker 8: direction you want it to go. Whether you're a Democrat
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: or you're a Republican, if you want change, only one
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: person can make that change, and that's you. You can
- 1:14:53Speaker 8: go out there, you can vote for what you believe in,
- 1:14:59Speaker 8: I will never on a show like this tell people who,
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: where to vote or how to vote. Like, you do
- 1:15:04Speaker 8: it your way. Wherever you want to do, red or blue.
- 1:15:08Speaker 8: I'm hoping that blue wins, but that's just my opinion.
- 1:15:13Speaker 8: But you can vote how you want. Because in this
- 1:15:18Speaker 8: day and age, it takes very little time and effort
- 1:15:22Speaker 8: to vote. You can mail-in vote. You can vote the
- 1:15:26Speaker 8: day of. You can go early and vote. There's always
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: always time to vote. So please, make your vote count.
- 1:15:36Speaker 8: Make your voice heard. No matter which side of the
- 1:15:39Speaker 8: aisle you're on, no matter who you support, no matter
- 1:15:42Speaker 8: what changes you want in this world, you have to
- 1:15:45Speaker 8: go out there and make it happen. Because for every
- 1:15:49Speaker 8: person who says that they won't vote because they don't
- 1:15:52Speaker 8: feel Like it matters because their one vote doesn't count.
- 1:15:56Speaker 8: If too many people said that, then nobody would go
- 1:15:59Speaker 8: out and vote. So now may happen. I love you all.
- 1:16:07Speaker 8: Enjoy your Halloween, whether you're having parties. Make sure you
- 1:16:11Speaker 8: watch out. When you're driving, there's going to be kids out.
- 1:16:14Speaker 8: It's a Saturday. They're going to be trick-or-treating. Watch where
- 1:16:17Speaker 8: you're going. Don't run over any kids. Make sure everybody
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: stays safe. Don't get behind the wheel if you're drunk.
- 1:16:24Speaker 8: Call a cab. Get an Uber. Get a Lyft. However
- 1:16:29Speaker 8: you need to get home. Phone a friend. A lot
- 1:16:33Speaker 8: of big cities are probably going to do free rides
- 1:16:37Speaker 8: at night through different things for it because they know
- 1:16:42Speaker 8: that a lot of people are going to be out
- 1:16:43Speaker 8: partying that night. So make sure you get your way
- 1:16:46Speaker 8: around somehow. Do not drink and drive. You don't want
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: to take the life of somebody This is the holiday season.
- 1:16:54Speaker 8: The holiday season starts Saturday with Halloween. We got Halloween,
- 1:16:58Speaker 8: we got Thanksgiving, we got Christmas, and we got New Year's.
- 1:17:01Speaker 8: It's the cluster of holidays, and it starts Saturday. You
- 1:17:07Speaker 8: want all those children, you want all those parents, you
- 1:17:10Speaker 8: want all those people who have loved ones to be
- 1:17:13Speaker 8: able to be with their loved ones and talk about
- 1:17:15Speaker 8: Halloween on Thanksgiving. You want the weirdos to go out
- 1:17:20Speaker 8: and put their Christmas tree up the day after Thanksgiving.
- 1:17:24Speaker 8: Or the day after Christmas. The day after Halloween. Boy,
- 1:17:28Speaker 8: I'm just like ready to go tonight. But yeah, so
- 1:17:31Speaker 8: make sure you guys stay safe out there. I love
- 1:17:33Speaker 8: you all. I want you here next week to listen
- 1:17:35Speaker 8: to the show. I want you here for more holidays.
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: Have a good time. Stay safe. Stay healthy. And here's
- 1:17:42Speaker 8: one last Halloween song. My favorite and a lot of
- 1:17:45Speaker 8: people's favorite. This is Michael Jackson, Thriller Baby. right here
- 1:17:49Speaker 8: on the Robbie G Podcast. I love you all. See
- 1:17:51Speaker 8: you next week. Happy Halloween.
- 1:18:16Speaker 13: You try to scream, but terror takes the sun before
- 1:18:21Speaker 13: you make it. You start to freeze, and so it
- 1:18:25Speaker 13: looks you right between the eyes. You're paralyzed, cause this
- 1:18:32Speaker 13: is David. And no one's gonna save.
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: You from the beast.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: About to strike.
- 1:18:47Speaker 7: You know it's day love, day love at night.
- 1:18:50Speaker 9: You're fighting for your life.
- 1:18:51Speaker 11: And side of Canada, dwell of the sun.
- 1:18:59Speaker 7: You hear the door.
- 1:19:03Speaker 12: Slam And realize there's nowhere left to run You feel
- 1:19:13Speaker 12: the cold And wonder if you'll ever see the sun
- 1:19:17Speaker 12: You close your eyes And hope that that is just imagination.
- 1:19:23Speaker 14: Girl, but otherwise.
- 1:19:29Speaker 8: You're creeping up behind.
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: You're out of time.
- 1:19:32Speaker 6: I can feel the thrill of, thrill of life.
- 1:19:34Speaker 12: There ain't no second chance against the thing.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: With the 40 eyes, girl.
- 1:19:41Speaker 14: Feel the thrill of, thrill of life. You're fighting for
- 1:19:48Speaker 14: your life inside a killer, killer tonight.
- 1:19:53Speaker 6: My creature's gone and.
- 1:19:55Speaker 14: The dead start to walk in their masquerade. There's no
- 1:20:02Speaker 14: escaping the jaws of the alien this time.
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: This is the end of.
- 1:20:12Speaker 12: Your life. They're about to get you.
- 1:20:23Speaker 14: They won't possess you unless you change that number. Won't
- 1:20:28Speaker 14: you die? Now is the time for you and I
- 1:20:32Speaker 14: to cuddle close together.
- 1:20:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: All through the night.
- 1:20:37Speaker 14: I'll save you from the terror on the screen.
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: I'll make you see that.
- 1:20:46Speaker 7: Feel love, feel love all night.
- 1:20:50Speaker 6: Cause I can feel you more than anything.
- 1:20:52Speaker 7: Goes without you.
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: That's why.
- 1:20:54Speaker 10: Feel love, feel love all night.
- 1:20:57Speaker 14: So let me hold you tight and share.
- 1:21:00Speaker 12: It with you.
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Feel love, feel love all night.
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: Cause this is feel love, feel love all night.
- 1:21:10Speaker 14: Girl, I can feel you more than anything goes without you.
- 1:21:13Speaker 8: That's why.
- 1:21:32Speaker 15: Darkness falls across the land.
- 1:21:35Speaker 6: The midnight hour is close at hand.
- 1:21:39Speaker 8: Creatures crawl in search of.
- 1:21:41Speaker 15: Blood to terrorize your neighborhood. And whosoever shall be found
- 1:21:50Speaker 15: without the soul for getting down must stand and face
- 1:21:55Speaker 15: the hounds of hell and rot inside a corpse of shell.
- 1:22:22Speaker 15: The foulest dentures in the air, the funk of 40,000 years,
- 1:22:28Speaker 15: and grisly ghouls from every tomb are closing in to
- 1:22:33Speaker 15: seal your doom. And though you fight to stay.
- 1:22:38Speaker 8: Alive, your body starts to shake.
- 1:22:55Speaker 15: Laughter laughter laughter laughter
