- 0:19Speaker 1: It is time believe your worries outside and laugh with
- 0:23Speaker 1: us inside the Treehouse. I'm Daniel Malley along with Raz Sharma.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We are tradeless today, no trend home, no trade trendhome. Today.
- 0:35Speaker 1: We're going to start the show with an official believe
- 0:38Speaker 1: it or Not. But before we get to the official
- 0:41Speaker 1: believe it or not, I'm going to start with an
- 0:43Speaker 1: unofficial believe it or not. To you believe it or not,
- 0:50Speaker 1: The Treehouse's own, Trey Trendholme, is at a fashion convention
- 0:55Speaker 1: in Las Vegas, and.
- 1:02Speaker 2: He's excited about it. Is he seemed like he was.
- 1:08Speaker 2: When I asked him about it, I was like, what's
- 1:10Speaker 2: the convention about it? He's like, Oh, it's a whole
- 1:11Speaker 2: fashion thing. And I was like, is it a convention center. Oh, yeah,
- 1:14Speaker 2: that's at the convention center. I was like, it's gonna
- 1:16Speaker 2: be thousands of people there. Oh, I know. I'm like.
- 1:18Speaker 2: He seemed a little bit like, you know, it's not
- 1:21Speaker 2: in his wheelhouse, but he's like a little excited about it.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I think he's loving his new job. It's very diverse
- 1:30Speaker 1: because the man the couple that they have a number
- 1:37Speaker 1: of companies that Trey is managing and one of them
- 1:40Speaker 1: has a bit of a fashion line.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And so.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Trey is in Vegas for a fashion convention, which maybe
- 1:49Speaker 1: it's got its perks because I would imagine in Las Vegas,
- 1:54Speaker 1: where there's a fashion convention, there's bound to be some models. Yes,
- 2:01Speaker 1: so maybe that's why he was in such a good mood.
- 2:03Speaker 2: But it's Trey who went to a fashion convention in
- 2:08Speaker 2: Vegas on spirit.
- 2:12Speaker 1: And he just celebrated his ninth year of sobriety. So
- 2:18Speaker 1: I hope as much as as much as in his
- 2:20Speaker 1: dreams he might be hoping to be knee deep in models. Instead,
- 2:23Speaker 1: he's knee deep in swatches.
- 2:27Speaker 2: He's knee deep in cargo shorts.
- 2:30Speaker 1: He's about to be So you can believe it, our
- 2:34Speaker 1: very own Trey Trenholme is at a fashion convention yea,
- 2:37Speaker 1: in Las Vegas. Okay, So that's the unofficial believe it
- 2:40Speaker 1: or not. We are going to start the show with
- 2:41Speaker 1: an official believe.
- 2:43Speaker 2: It or not.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Believe it or not, Volkswagen is charging a monthly fee
- 3:15Speaker 1: to make their cars go faster. Believe it or not,
- 3:19Speaker 1: Volkswagen is charging a monthly fee to make their cars
- 3:23Speaker 1: go faster. RAJ, do you believe it?
- 3:26Speaker 2: Or not. I don't know how that would work, so
- 3:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna go not.
- 3:36Speaker 1: That would be wrong. You should have believed it. Okay,
- 3:39Speaker 1: it's true, and I am still surprised by this myself.
- 3:44Speaker 1: This is one of those stories where as I'm reading
- 3:46Speaker 1: the headline, I'm like, really, Volkswagen is charging a monthly
- 3:52Speaker 1: fee to make their cars go faster.
- 3:57Speaker 2: How does that work?
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's a subscription plan for it's a electric cars. They're
- 4:01Speaker 1: making people pay extra to unlock the full amount of horsepower.
- 4:09Speaker 1: It's only happening in the UK right now. Okay, don't
- 4:13Speaker 1: know if they're going to try this here in the
- 4:14Speaker 1: United States or anywhere else, but this is an example
- 4:18Speaker 1: of how it supposedly works. Their Volkswagen ID three electric
- 4:23Speaker 1: car has two hundred and twenty eight horse power, but
- 4:26Speaker 1: if you don't pay the fee, which is just over
- 4:29Speaker 1: twenty dollars a month, you only get access to two
- 4:33Speaker 1: hundred and one of that horsepower.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Good extra for the twenty seven.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Uh huh. They're framing it as giving people options. So
- 4:42Speaker 1: if you drive like an old lady, you may only
- 4:43Speaker 1: want two hundred horse power, but if you need or
- 4:46Speaker 1: want more ZIP, you're gonna have to pay for it,
- 4:49Speaker 1: they say. Volkswagen says this is nothing new. Historically, many
- 4:54Speaker 1: gas and diesel vehicles have been offered with engines of
- 4:57Speaker 1: the same size, but with the possibility choosing one with
- 5:01Speaker 1: more potency. This makes sense, you know, having a Chevy
- 5:05Speaker 1: Blazer back in the day, I had the Vortec V six. Yeah,
- 5:09Speaker 1: and I guess there was a base model option that
- 5:12Speaker 1: might have been a four cylinder or just a V
- 5:15Speaker 1: six version, but I had the Vortex, so I kind
- 5:19Speaker 1: of get what they're coming from. It's just different when
- 5:21Speaker 1: it's subscription based because it's an electric car. I guess
- 5:25Speaker 1: if you pay more, then they send it down the line.
- 5:28Speaker 1: When you're plugged in.
- 5:31Speaker 2: It, we'll log into your own car.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I don't know, but a few years ago BMW tried
- 5:37Speaker 1: to charge people in the UK to use the heated seats.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I mean, this is really actually sounding like the Spirit
- 5:47Speaker 1: Airlines model being carried over into the auto industry saying, look,
- 5:53Speaker 1: Spirit Airlines up until recently is saying we'll get you there,
- 5:58Speaker 1: but if you want any comforts, you're going to pay
- 6:01Speaker 1: for that.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Now it seems like the cars the car industry is
- 6:06Speaker 1: taking a page out of that playbook and going. You
- 6:09Speaker 1: know what, here's an opportunity. If you want the full
- 6:12Speaker 1: horsepower version of this car, it's a twenty dollars a
- 6:15Speaker 1: month subscription, or like BMW tried a few years ago,
- 6:18Speaker 1: if you want to be able to use the heated
- 6:20Speaker 1: seats that are available in the car, you're gonna have
- 6:23Speaker 1: to pay for that as well.
- 6:27Speaker 2: It's three dollars to unlock it. Uh, that's where it's
- 6:31Speaker 2: gonna go. Oh you want to unlock the car? You
- 6:33Speaker 2: know you got to pay up. Yeah, but I have
- 6:36Speaker 2: the key. We know we gave it to you.
- 6:39Speaker 1: It's like like, yes, the car is, the car has
- 6:42Speaker 1: on start available, but you have to pay for the
- 6:45Speaker 1: subscription in order to be saved. If you find yourself
- 6:48Speaker 1: submerged in a pond, can.
- 6:50Speaker 2: You image like you're just like like you're saying submerge
- 6:54Speaker 2: in a pond and it's starting to go down, and
- 6:56Speaker 2: you hit OnStar and it's like, uh, please, you know,
- 6:59Speaker 2: send us some money and we'll give you an operator
- 7:02Speaker 2: real quick. I just need emergency.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Nope, we're going to need your card number. We're gonna
- 7:08Speaker 1: you sign up for the account subscription, ninety day minimum contract.
- 7:15Speaker 2: I'm joy.
- 7:16Speaker 1: We understands very important to.
- 7:22Speaker 2: How did you drown? Oh? She was subscriptionless.
- 7:27Speaker 1: That's what get written on the death on the death
- 7:29Speaker 1: certificate because.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Of death subscriptionless.

- 8:12Speaker 1: Absolutely, Dan.
- 8:13Speaker 5: It's a very fun time when you get to go
- 8:14Speaker 5: outside in the backyard and start putting together some ideas
- 8:18Speaker 5: for folks that you know, want to use their backyard
- 8:21Speaker 5: more and they just don't know what to do with it.
- 8:23Speaker 5: They thought they you know, it was really cool when
- 8:25Speaker 5: they went to some friend's house and they have, you know,
- 8:27Speaker 5: a nice extended patio and it's got to cover on
- 8:30Speaker 5: it and they're able to go out there and watch
- 8:32Speaker 5: TV and they have a little beer cooler on it.
- 8:34Speaker 5: All those things and so when we come out and say, yeah,
- 8:36Speaker 5: all that's possible, let's let's make a design. Let's show
- 8:39Speaker 5: you what's visible. We show you some photos of previous projects.
- 8:42Speaker 5: We can measure out what your you know, expectations of
- 8:45Speaker 5: how much of the backyard you want to utilize for this,
- 8:48Speaker 5: and so that's all important stuff. And then on top
- 8:50Speaker 5: of that, right now, we're going to be running a
- 8:52Speaker 5: promotion that everybody that calls us has us come out,
- 8:55Speaker 5: do an estimate, show them what they could be having.
- 8:58Speaker 5: They're going to get into our promotion, and at the
- 9:00Speaker 5: end of the promotion, we're gonna be giving away a
- 9:02Speaker 5: big green egg, so someone's gonna get very lucky. These
- 9:06Speaker 5: are phenomen pieces of barbecue equipment, steamers, all kinds of
- 9:10Speaker 5: different things you can do with it. So at the
- 9:11Speaker 5: end of the promotion, somebody's gonna get one of those.
- 9:13Speaker 4: That's very cool. And if you win that big green egg,
- 9:16Speaker 4: Daniel and his team would be happy to build you
- 9:18Speaker 4: a patio, outdoor, kitchen entertainment space to go around it.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Eight three three Cook DFW. Get that estimate right now

- 10:15Speaker 1: This is the tree House Show. I'm Dan, he is
- 10:17Speaker 1: raj oh Raj. I meant to ask you before. That's
- 10:21Speaker 1: so i'll ask you now. Didn't you have a date recently?
- 10:26Speaker 2: I did? Yeah?
- 10:29Speaker 1: Now what you? Because I couldn't remember. I thought you
- 10:31Speaker 1: said that the date because you met a girl last
- 10:34Speaker 1: week and and you asked her out and she said yes,
- 10:38Speaker 1: So when when is the.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Guest me out?
- 10:41Speaker 1: That was oh, yes, well me, I'm sorry.
- 10:46Speaker 2: No. I went up to here in Addison. I went
- 10:49Speaker 2: up to Stadium Cafe to watch the X Games. I
- 10:54Speaker 2: have a couple of people that follow me on the
- 10:56Speaker 2: gram as the kids say that art in the X game.
- 11:01Speaker 2: So I went to you know, support, and I was
- 11:04Speaker 2: talking to this kid who was sitting next to me,
- 11:06Speaker 2: who was drinking, who ordered young black kid and he
- 11:12Speaker 2: ordered a Johnny Walker and coke.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Oh sorry, because for the way you said that, it
- 11:18Speaker 1: made it sound like the kid next to you ordered
- 11:20Speaker 1: a black kid.
- 11:22Speaker 2: No, no, ordered Johnny Walker black.
- 11:25Speaker 1: And the person next to you, who happened to be
- 11:28Speaker 1: a black kid, ordered a.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Young black kid who was twenty five year old kid.
- 11:31Speaker 2: And I was like, I had to stop him right there.
- 11:34Speaker 2: And I'm just drinking my diet coke. But I was like,
- 11:37Speaker 2: I got to stop you right there, buddy. Did you
- 11:40Speaker 2: see the bartender's face? Don't do that. And this lady
- 11:44Speaker 2: just kept bumping into me, and the kid noticed it.
- 11:47Speaker 2: I'm oblivious to stuff like that, but the kid's like,
- 11:50Speaker 2: she just wants to touch you. You realize that, right,
- 11:54Speaker 2: So I kind of looked over and I was like,
- 11:55Speaker 2: do you I can move over if you need me,
- 11:58Speaker 2: if you need this chair, and so she sat down
- 12:01Speaker 2: and started talking and Natalia and I was like, that's
- 12:05Speaker 2: nice to meet you. Young Russian lady, very pretty, and
- 12:12Speaker 2: at the end of it, she's like, uh, I don't
- 12:14Speaker 2: give people my number normally, and I was like, I
- 12:18Speaker 2: didn't ask for it, so that was a weird That
- 12:22Speaker 2: was a weird flex. I was like, I didn't, I
- 12:24Speaker 2: didn't ask for your number, but okay, which is like,
- 12:27Speaker 2: but just get my number. And I was like, uh no,
- 12:31Speaker 2: I'll just give me yours and I'll call you so
- 12:34Speaker 2: you can have mine in your phone. And so she
- 12:36Speaker 2: gave me her number. Uh no, I gave her my Yeah,
- 12:40Speaker 2: I gave her mind and then she called me so
- 12:42Speaker 2: I could have it. That was easier now, And you.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Know, flashback because when you first told me about this
- 12:49Speaker 1: almost an altercation incident, Uh wasn't she rubbing up against
- 12:55Speaker 1: you with her bosom, with her boobs?
- 12:58Speaker 2: How long has it.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Been since you've around one of those raj Because usually
- 13:02Speaker 1: as a man, when one hits your arm, we know it,
- 13:04Speaker 1: we sent we know, we know the feel the gid.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Yeah, and they're very nice and also I believe very fake.
- 13:14Speaker 2: But I mean immediately I was like oh, and I
- 13:19Speaker 2: almost turned around to apologize, like I'm sorry my shoulder
- 13:23Speaker 2: hit your boob, Like.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Maybe they were new and she didn't realize and like
- 13:28Speaker 1: she like that the feeling isn't in all of all
- 13:30Speaker 1: of it yet. She may not even have known she
- 13:33Speaker 1: was bumping anybody. But according to the kid next to you,
- 13:35Speaker 1: it was intentional.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It happened multiple multiple times.
- 13:38Speaker 1: And further record, if if you're female, you're single, that
- 13:45Speaker 1: is a surefire away to get a man's attention. I
- 13:50Speaker 1: casually rub your breast on his arm.
- 13:52Speaker 2: It was a little it was a little packed in
- 13:54Speaker 2: the area that we were in, so I was like,
- 13:56Speaker 2: maybe it's just because she's she can't maneuver round. But
- 14:01Speaker 2: then I kind of looked over and there was nobody
- 14:05Speaker 2: behind her, So she was just doing that to do that, which, yeah,
- 14:10Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, I'll take it.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I'll be honest. Then this whole thing, this whole thing
- 14:15Speaker 1: sounds like you were a mark at the bar.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Yeah, And and.
- 14:23Speaker 1: She was probably going to be very happy to go
- 14:25Speaker 1: out with you, but then send you a nice fat
- 14:27Speaker 1: bill at the end of the evening.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Yeah, And she's like, you know, so you know, are
- 14:32Speaker 2: you you know, what do you do? I was like
- 14:35Speaker 2: a comedian. She's like, I'll come to your show. And
- 14:38Speaker 2: she came to the show and brought you know, two
- 14:41Speaker 2: of her other girlfriends and that they were very nice.
- 14:47Speaker 2: And she's like, hey, so are we still on for
- 14:51Speaker 2: our thing? And I was like yeah. I was like,
- 14:53Speaker 2: I can only hang out one night this week because
- 14:56Speaker 2: I have other stuff to do and then I have
- 14:57Speaker 2: to go to Tulsa for the looney Bin. And she's like,
- 15:01Speaker 2: and this is where he got to the the meat
- 15:05Speaker 2: of the story. I go, hey, I can only hang
- 15:08Speaker 2: out one night. She goes, one night's perfectly fine, and
- 15:12Speaker 2: I was like, oh, okay, And she said when you
- 15:16Speaker 2: leaned in to talk to him, because that was loud.
- 15:19Speaker 2: She's like, when you leaned in, what were you looking at?
- 15:21Speaker 2: I was like, oh, I wasn't. No, I'm not being disrespectful.
- 15:24Speaker 2: I wasn't looking at anything. She's like, oh, you should have.
- 15:29Speaker 2: And she was talking about her boobs.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Oh no, I picked up that.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, she's She's like, you should have. I
- 15:38Speaker 2: was like, oh, I didn't know that that was an option.
- 15:40Speaker 2: She's like, of course it is. And I was like, oh,
- 15:42Speaker 2: I see where this is going. So maybe you're right.
- 15:46Speaker 2: She could be a Russian hooker. Damn it, I'm at
- 15:55Speaker 2: the only Russian hooker at Stadium Cafe.
- 15:59Speaker 1: That really is a one. It's in a lifetime thing.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Don't get me wrong. I love Stadium Cafe and I
- 16:05Speaker 1: miss it. Yeah, but all the times I've been at
- 16:09Speaker 1: Stadium Cafe in Addison, there has never been a Russian
- 16:14Speaker 1: hooker in there.
- 16:16Speaker 2: And I met the one. That's my luck. That is
- 16:18Speaker 2: my luck. I have been single since No.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Here's the thing, though, Let's let's not immediately dispel this.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I mean, look, let's keep it up in mind for you. One,
- 16:29Speaker 1: you're single.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Two, we don't know for sure that she is going
- 16:34Speaker 1: to bill you at the end of the night or
- 16:37Speaker 1: rob me. There's also that possibility, But in this moment,
- 16:44Speaker 1: I'm going to try to remain optimistic.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Yes, okay, I am too. She seems very nice.
- 16:50Speaker 1: My hope is that she will not rob you. Yes,
- 16:55Speaker 1: middle is she is a Russian hooker. But you have
- 16:59Speaker 1: a great time and it's worth it. Yeah, but still
- 17:02Speaker 1: the very distinct possibility that neither of those things is true. Yes,
- 17:08Speaker 1: go ahead and tell me what date you need me
- 17:11Speaker 1: to pencil in, so I know when to not only
- 17:14Speaker 1: be at the wedding but be dressed to officiate.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Or pencil in my in memoriam.
- 17:22Speaker 1: It's the same suit either way, but you'll die happy.

- 18:28Speaker 1: I can't wait to hear about it. And not just
- 18:31Speaker 1: because of all the juicy details and content we get
- 18:33Speaker 1: out of it here on the show, but just you know,
- 18:35Speaker 1: friend to friend, I hope it goes well.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Thank you so much. She seems like she's substantially younger
- 18:40Speaker 2: than me, so cause you're about to be fifteen. Yeah,
- 18:45Speaker 2: you're about to be fifty. She's howled thirty five, just
- 18:48Speaker 2: turn thirty five.
- 18:50Speaker 1: The friends she brought to the show the other night.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Were they similar in level of attractiveness as she is, Yes,
- 18:58Speaker 1: similar age.
- 19:00Speaker 2: They're all three. I guess she had a bunch of
- 19:03Speaker 2: Russian friends that live in the area, but there were
- 19:06Speaker 2: three of them. They're all the same age and very
- 19:11Speaker 2: very attractive women, like to the point where people as
- 19:15Speaker 2: they walked in. The manager of the club was like,
- 19:19Speaker 2: that's your guest list and I was like, yeah, she's
- 19:21Speaker 2: my guests list. He's like, well done.
- 19:25Speaker 1: That should be your subtle cue to the improv to
- 19:29Speaker 1: be like, by the way, I'm raising my rates not
- 19:33Speaker 1: because I'm awesome, but because I'm gonna have to pay
- 19:35Speaker 1: for them because their rates are also high.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Yeah, and that was the thing she ought. This is
- 19:40Speaker 2: what this is kind of cool too. She's like, I'll
- 19:42Speaker 2: pay for the tickets. You don't have to put me
- 19:44Speaker 2: on a guest list. I just need to know what
- 19:45Speaker 2: time to show, like what showtimes are. And I was like, no,
- 19:49Speaker 2: I'll go ahead and put you on a guest list
- 19:50Speaker 2: and I'll sneak you a drink if you need one,
- 19:52Speaker 2: and she's like, no, we'll pay for that. That's fine.
- 19:55Speaker 2: The club has to make its money as well. And
- 19:56Speaker 2: I was like, okay, I've never heard anybody's say that
- 20:00Speaker 2: to me before, so, uh yeah, I put them on
- 20:03Speaker 2: the guest list and she was even then, was like,
- 20:06Speaker 2: can I just at least pay for one person? Which
- 20:09Speaker 2: I thought was pretty cool.
- 20:10Speaker 1: That is very cool. Yeah, so we're all pulling for you.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Let's do it. Let's let's let's let's make this one
- 20:17Speaker 2: night happen, and.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Not only that, but with the hope that it's more
- 20:23Speaker 1: than that.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Well, we'll see, we'll see, we'll see. I don't know what.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I don't know how to talk to a thirty five
- 20:30Speaker 2: year old. I don't know what conversation do we have.
- 20:33Speaker 1: But on the sound of it, you don't need to.
- 20:34Speaker 1: It sounds like it sounds like you're doing just fine.
- 20:36Speaker 1: It sounds like she'll kind of lead the conversation for you.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I just happen to smile and pretty much just be
- 20:44Speaker 1: glad to be there.
- 20:47Speaker 2: So who's your autistic date? Who's the guy who smiles
- 20:53Speaker 2: the whole time? But thank you. I'll let you know
- 20:57Speaker 2: how it goes.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I'm excited for you. All of us inside the treehouse
- 21:01Speaker 1: are excited for you. We are team Raje.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Yes, thank you so much.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And if it doesn't work out with her, then maybe
- 21:06Speaker 1: she can refer you to one of her friends. But again,
- 21:11Speaker 1: pulling for you, hoping for the best, right, yeah, speaking
- 21:14Speaker 1: of pulling for things.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Look, that was a segway. You have no idea.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Have you heard the term big wiener problems?
- 21:29Speaker 2: Big wiener problems?
- 21:32Speaker 1: Okay, well it's if you've never heard of it, it's
- 21:35Speaker 1: apparently a real thing. I say this because there is
- 21:39Speaker 1: a man who has the world's largest willie mm hm,
- 21:46Speaker 1: and he recently slipped in the shower and broke his
- 21:49Speaker 1: arm because his giant Willie got in the way. Okay,
- 21:54Speaker 1: he says he's embarrassed about it. Sure, I'm not sure
- 21:58Speaker 1: if I truly believe that. His name is Matt bar.
- 22:01Speaker 1: His name is Matt Barr. He's a uk Man with
- 22:03Speaker 1: the world's largest member and he reportedly hurt himself after
- 22:07Speaker 1: slipping and breaking his arm in the shower because his
- 22:11Speaker 1: Titanic tally Whacker got in the way. He said it
- 22:16Speaker 1: was a very embarrassing accident. The AI specialist frequently goes
- 22:23Speaker 1: viral for his enormous which, at fourteen and a half
- 22:26Speaker 1: inches long, is reportedly the biggest medically proven in the world.
- 22:32Speaker 1: He even has a cast of it at the Pholological
- 22:36Speaker 1: Museum in Iceland. Quick side note here if you ever
- 22:40Speaker 1: take a trip to Iceland. I've heard it a majestic place,
- 22:45Speaker 1: and it also has the Phylological Museum. Not only do
- 22:49Speaker 1: they have it, but I've managed to say it perfectly twice.
- 22:55Speaker 1: So while I'll never be in the Phollological Museum as
- 23:00Speaker 1: a guest and certainly not as an exhibit, I can
- 23:03Speaker 1: at least say it. Back to mister Barr, this might
- 23:07Speaker 1: sound like a blessing to have something that large, but
- 23:10Speaker 1: there are apparently myriad downsides, including struggling to get dressed,
- 23:14Speaker 1: feeling faint while erect, and bizarre propositions, which he details
- 23:19Speaker 1: in his book A Long Story Life with one of
- 23:22Speaker 1: the World's largest penises. And it can even be quite dangerous,
- 23:26Speaker 1: which is something he discovered during a disastrous trip to
- 23:28Speaker 1: the shower. He says, one of the issues of being
- 23:31Speaker 1: so large, especially in hot water showers, is that it's
- 23:33Speaker 1: not exactly easy to see my feet. Okay, as I
- 23:37Speaker 1: was rushing to get ready for work, I didn't see
- 23:40Speaker 1: the excess shower gel in the tub because my was
- 23:44Speaker 1: the only thing in my eyeline. He explained, I slipped
- 23:49Speaker 1: on it the gel, not that wiener, causing me to
- 23:52Speaker 1: fall out of the tub completely headfirst and crack my
- 23:55Speaker 1: shoulder on the hard floors. Gained two fractures, leaving him
- 24:02Speaker 1: in excruciating pain, forcing him to wear a sling again
- 24:05Speaker 1: for his arm. Not anything else, he says, I've had
- 24:10Speaker 1: close calls or minor falls before, but never anything like this.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Usually it's just been when I've had a partner in
- 24:16Speaker 1: the shower with me, which I can imagine could be
- 24:21Speaker 1: dangerous because he gets excited and she gets knocked out
- 24:24Speaker 1: of the shower down the hall.
- 24:29Speaker 2: And what's unfortunate is his emergency contact is his own winner.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Can you just imagine the er doctor's faces when they
- 24:39Speaker 1: read on his license and it says organ donor. People
- 24:43Speaker 1: will be lined up, men lined up around the block
- 24:47Speaker 1: for that.
- 24:49Speaker 2: With his member's only jacket?
- 24:52Speaker 1: How How was that not his sponsor?
- 25:01Speaker 2: I like, I like how he stares at it a lot.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Like imagine having a member so big that it has
- 25:08Speaker 1: its own members only endorsement and its own members only jacket.
- 25:14Speaker 2: You don't get the check it does.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Trust me, you don't want this thing getting wet. Also,
- 25:23Speaker 1: don't feed it after midnight.

- 26:25Speaker 1: join our YouTube channel today. I have a hiker story
- 26:32Speaker 1: for you, raj.
- 26:33Speaker 8: Okay, Yeah, this is fascinating because usually usually stories about
- 26:41Speaker 8: hikers they get lost and they're wandering the desert or
- 26:44Speaker 8: the wilderness or the mountains whatever until they're found.
- 26:48Speaker 6: Uh.
- 26:48Speaker 1: This one, this story is slightly different because this hiker
- 26:52Speaker 1: was stuck behind a waterfall for like three days.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Oh okay, Yeah.
- 26:58Speaker 1: A hiker in California was rescued last week after he
- 27:02Speaker 1: got stuck behind a waterfall, which, on one hand sounds
- 27:07Speaker 1: really nice and you know, you know, beautiful and maybe
- 27:13Speaker 1: a nice hiking moment, but I guess it's I never
- 27:15Speaker 1: knew waterfalls were terribly deadly behind them going down them.
- 27:19Speaker 1: They certainly can be depending on the hike. But according
- 27:23Speaker 1: to the Tulare County Sheriff's Office, forty six year old
- 27:26Speaker 1: Ryan Wardell began his hike into the popular hiking destination
- 27:30Speaker 1: Seven Tea Cups sometime on Sunday, this is last Sunday,
- 27:36Speaker 1: planning to repel the waterfalls near the North Fork of
- 27:39Speaker 1: Kern County. Ryan never made it back to his car
- 27:41Speaker 1: that night or in the two days that followed. Alerted
- 27:45Speaker 1: of his disappearance, TCSO units began an extensive search for him,
- 27:49Speaker 1: who was last seen at the top of the Seven
- 27:51Speaker 1: Tea Cups waterfalls. Sunday evening. Aircraft equipped with camera and
- 27:55Speaker 1: infrared technology was used to identify possible location, but due
- 27:58Speaker 1: to the late hours of the day and what was
- 28:00Speaker 1: described as technical difficulty of the area, crews returned to
- 28:03Speaker 1: base and instead worked on a new plan to try
- 28:05Speaker 1: to find it. The next morning. They eventually did found him.
- 28:10Speaker 1: They sent a drone to check behind a large waterfall,
- 28:13Speaker 1: and that's where they found Ryan. A California Highway Patrol
- 28:15Speaker 1: helicopter was called in to help rescue him from behind
- 28:18Speaker 1: the powerful waterfall, using a hoist system, lowering a rescue
- 28:22Speaker 1: team member into the water to secure him and extract
- 28:26Speaker 1: him to safety. The sheriff actually said that they were
- 28:31Speaker 1: amazed by his survivability, the fact that he was able
- 28:35Speaker 1: to survive in those conditions, you know, for almost three
- 28:39Speaker 1: full days, being stuck behind a waterfall. So it sounds nice.
- 28:42Speaker 1: It was a great shot in one of my favorite movies,
- 28:44Speaker 1: Last of the Mohicans. But they also weren't in there
- 28:49Speaker 1: for three.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Days, but the drone got back there.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Yeah, they knew, they knew where he was last scene,
- 28:59Speaker 1: they focus their search in that area, and I guess
- 29:02Speaker 1: maybe it's known that there's areas to go behind the waterfalls.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Somehow he gets stuck and couldn't get out, and they're like, oh,
- 29:08Speaker 1: look look what we found.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's my question is he couldn't get out,
- 29:12Speaker 2: but the drone could get behind it and out with
- 29:16Speaker 2: ease and there. I mean, those are very fragile, No,
- 29:22Speaker 2: that's very fragile equipment, That's what I'm saying.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Maybe maybe that maybe it had camera technology to see
- 29:28Speaker 1: through the water or something maybe not necessarily go through it.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Let me see if this story actually says more about
- 29:33Speaker 1: the drone. U Now, they said they send a drone
- 29:37Speaker 1: to check behind yeah, a large waterfall, and that's where
- 29:40Speaker 1: they found him.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Yeah, so the d he wasn't as physically capable as
- 29:48Speaker 2: a drone. You can swat those things out of the air,
- 29:53Speaker 2: they're not They're not super powerful like that. So I
- 29:58Speaker 2: think he just wanted to I think he just wanted
- 30:01Speaker 2: to hide. This is my guess. He was just trying
- 30:05Speaker 2: to hide from.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Oh so maybe we should check to see if there
- 30:07Speaker 1: are any follow up stories that turns out he was he
- 30:10Speaker 1: was hiding from somebody, like maybe there's a warrant out.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Can you imagine going to the sjail? What are you
- 30:21Speaker 2: in for? Waterfall and just have somebody in the back
- 30:27Speaker 2: like me too.
- 30:31Speaker 1: The California Highway Patrol helicopter flew him to a nearby
- 30:35Speaker 1: landing zone, where he was evaluated by medical personnel. The
- 30:38Speaker 1: Sheriff's office that he was treated for only minor injuries
- 30:40Speaker 1: and dehydration before being reunited with his family at the scene. Wow, Okay,
- 30:48Speaker 1: that's gotta be embarrassing.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, but you know, it's that's what white
- 30:55Speaker 2: people do. So I mean this is hiking behind a
- 31:00Speaker 2: waterfall is a white guy move?
- 31:02Speaker 1: It is, it really is, and then getting stuck there,
- 31:06Speaker 1: But I mean the links at which some of us
- 31:08Speaker 1: will go just to prove that we're no scrubs and
- 31:16Speaker 1: if we're being honest. TLC told us they gave us
- 31:19Speaker 1: the warning when they said don't go chasing waterfalls.
- 31:25Speaker 2: At least he wasn't dehydrated. That's the good part.
- 31:29Speaker 1: No, that's my favorite part. He was. He was treated
- 31:33Speaker 1: for dehydration despite being stuck behind Earth's largest water fountain.

- 32:44Speaker 1: I'm Dan, He's Raj speaking of today. It is Wednesday,
- 32:49Speaker 1: August twentieth, twenty twenty five. Let's celebrate today with some birthdays.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Demi Levado turns thirty three today. One point, she preferred
- 33:01Speaker 1: that they them pronouns, but apparently she gave that up
- 33:03Speaker 1: because it was just too damn exhausting.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I get it.
- 33:08Speaker 1: It's hard to know, like if, like I guess she's
- 33:10Speaker 1: non binary whatever that exactly means. I don't know specifically,
- 33:14Speaker 1: but if you're sort of gender fluid and then it
- 33:16Speaker 1: kind of depends on one moment to the next, I
- 33:18Speaker 1: can imagine that being pretty damn exhausting.
- 33:21Speaker 2: Yeah, but she isn't she getting married soon something like that?
- 33:25Speaker 2: Or did she get married recently? I don't know. So
- 33:28Speaker 2: that's why I think she dropped the pronounce. Uh. She
- 33:34Speaker 2: was trying to do the whole you know, gender fluid
- 33:36Speaker 2: or non binary. But then I met a dude she liked.
- 33:41Speaker 1: I'm a girl now, yeah, because I can't imagine this
- 33:45Speaker 1: guy being like, all right, switched. Oh hang on, maybe
- 33:49Speaker 1: maybe on occasion this wouldn't be so bad. Like what
- 33:52Speaker 1: if the guy that she decided married is like, you
- 33:54Speaker 1: know what, I need you to turn your guy apart
- 33:55Speaker 1: on now?
- 33:58Speaker 2: Where you want to get the way he said just immediately,
- 34:06Speaker 2: I could go for a sum, I could go for
- 34:08Speaker 2: a HOGI this sounds good. Turn the girl part back
- 34:12Speaker 2: on now.
- 34:13Speaker 1: All right, good news. I know we're getting for dinner.
- 34:18Speaker 2: But the way you said I'm a girl now just
- 34:20Speaker 2: was like that would be the worst remake of Pinocchio ever.
- 34:26Speaker 2: I'm a real girl now.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Yeah, at that point, Disney really would have gone too woke,
- 34:34Speaker 1: like even to even all the crazy lefty people would
- 34:37Speaker 1: be like, all right, let's pump the brakes on this.
- 34:38Speaker 2: This is getting out of hand. It's too woke for geppetto.
- 34:43Speaker 2: He just throws it.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Back in the fire.
- 34:47Speaker 2: I'm done.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Other birthdays today. Andrew Garfield turns forty two. Today. Andrew
- 34:55Speaker 1: Garfield turns forty two. He had two Spider Man movies,
- 34:59Speaker 1: and because he would a Spider Man, they brought him
- 35:01Speaker 1: back for one of the new Spider Man movies, Spider
- 35:06Speaker 1: Man Spider Man. Yeah, you get the idea. Toby McGuire,
- 35:09Speaker 1: Andrew Garfield, Tom Holland in the big team up for
- 35:12Speaker 1: Spider Man. Really fantastic in that film. The way they
- 35:16Speaker 1: did that. And I saw a thing the other day
- 35:20Speaker 1: that even said, like Andrew Garfield Spider Man was by
- 35:23Speaker 1: far the least comic accurate Spider Man portrayal.
- 35:28Speaker 2: Why is that? I have no idea.
- 35:31Speaker 1: I mean, in his Spider Man movies, he was kind
- 35:33Speaker 1: of a he was kind of a cocky guy. He's like, okay,
- 35:36Speaker 1: so that all you got for me? He's shooting people
- 35:38Speaker 1: up with this stuff. It was a different take on it.
- 35:41Speaker 1: I liked it. It was fine.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:43Speaker 1: I think I think everyone's pretty pretty unanimous that Tom
- 35:48Speaker 1: Holland seems to have owned the Spider Man thing. And
- 35:51Speaker 1: Toby McGuire and Andrew Garfield are like the second run
- 35:54Speaker 1: you know Spider Man.
- 35:55Speaker 2: Now, I'm I'm I'm a Toby maguire fan. Oh okay,
- 36:00Speaker 2: I enjoyed those movies. I thought he did a really
- 36:02Speaker 2: really good job.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Little known fact the scene where he catches all the
- 36:09Speaker 1: items on the school lunch tray with MJ in his
- 36:12Speaker 1: arms shot practically it took like one hundred something takes,
- 36:18Speaker 1: but he actually caught all that crap on the tray.
- 36:21Speaker 2: Really.
- 36:21Speaker 1: I know, I still don't believe it. Okay, I've seen
- 36:26Speaker 1: it numerous times where it's like, no, he all that stuff.
- 36:31Speaker 2: That's really impressive. Yeah, well, good for him and I know,
- 36:35Speaker 2: and he's you know, it was very ripped. But he's
- 36:38Speaker 2: also a vegan, so that's impressive. M M as well.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Pretty impressive. So what's more impressive Toby maguire catching all
- 36:45Speaker 1: those lunch items on the school tray in reality m hm.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Or Tom Holland pullings in deya.
- 36:56Speaker 2: I mean he has to pull because she's taller.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Than him, so it takes Spider Man to Yeah, he
- 37:04Speaker 1: has to crawl up her.
- 37:08Speaker 2: She just loves it.
- 37:12Speaker 1: And speaking of Andrew Garfield and turning forty two, I
- 37:16Speaker 1: just saw a couple of days ago they're remaking Contact,
- 37:20Speaker 1: based on Carl Sagan's book from Back in the Day.
- 37:23Speaker 1: This was a film that came out in the nineties,
- 37:26Speaker 1: originally starring Matthew McConaughey and Jody Foster. They're remaking the
- 37:32Speaker 1: film for its I think thirtieth anniversary whatever. It's coming
- 37:35Speaker 1: out in twenty twenty seven, and it's starring Jennifer Lawrence
- 37:39Speaker 1: playing the role that Jody Foster made famous, and Andrew
- 37:42Speaker 1: Garfield playing the minister preacher dude role that Matthew McConaughey
- 37:48Speaker 1: played in the ninety seven version of Contact. So I'm
- 37:52Speaker 1: interested in that typically I'm like, really, another remake, but
- 37:55Speaker 1: you know what, I'm fine with this one.
- 37:57Speaker 2: But yeah, I mean that seems to be the go
- 37:59Speaker 2: to now is just the reboot.
- 38:01Speaker 1: The thing is, though, as I the more I the
- 38:03Speaker 1: more I complained about it, the more I realize this
- 38:05Speaker 1: is not a new Hollywood thing. I just think all
- 38:08Speaker 1: of our memories are better. Maybe so because look, they've
- 38:14Speaker 1: remade A Star is Born for every generation. Yes, right,
- 38:19Speaker 1: like every twenty to thirty years. They redo it like clockwork.
- 38:22Speaker 1: They redo A Star is Born, and they have like
- 38:25Speaker 1: whatever modern take on it, like they just did with
- 38:27Speaker 1: Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga and so many of these
- 38:30Speaker 1: other films get remade. But some of those films that
- 38:33Speaker 1: we complain about being remade were remakes themselves from thirty
- 38:38Speaker 1: years prior. Okay, so some of these films that we
- 38:43Speaker 1: complained about, like, this is not a new Hollywood formula.
- 38:46Speaker 1: It's just that really feels like most of what Hollywood
- 38:50Speaker 1: is putting out. And I think that's part of the
- 38:52Speaker 1: reason why they stand out so much. Yeah, is because
- 38:57Speaker 1: Hollywood doesn't do as much diverse stuff as it used
- 38:59Speaker 1: to because it's always pursuing the next superhero thing or
- 39:04Speaker 1: the next ip that they can get seventeen films out of. Yeah,
- 39:10Speaker 1: as opposed to thinking of something original and having it
- 39:12Speaker 1: just be great and just letting it be that one thing.
- 39:16Speaker 2: Right, I'm just gonna age myself real quick. I'm just
- 39:18Speaker 2: I can't wait for the Tyler Perry reboot of Ishtar
- 39:23Speaker 2: that's gonna be starring all the weigh ins.
- 39:34Speaker 1: I'm right there with you. You know what, you'd watch
- 39:36Speaker 1: it now, I'll be there night one, ready to get
- 39:39Speaker 1: the popcorn bucket. You and I have a movie.

- 40:26Speaker 1: Show today. Actually, Roger and I were just talking about
- 40:28Speaker 1: that in the break seeing how what amazing growth we've
- 40:31Speaker 1: had on Instagram over the last nine ten months. You know,
- 40:35Speaker 1: thirty two thousand followers can't be wrong.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Right, that's right, that's that's pretty impressive from I think
- 40:41Speaker 2: we went from ten or a little.
- 40:43Speaker 1: It was around, it was around I think it was
- 40:45Speaker 1: just a little over ten about nine or ten months ago.
- 40:49Speaker 1: And then and well, you know what, sky's limit, baby.
- 40:53Speaker 2: That's right. Let's grow.
- 40:55Speaker 1: Love that, let's grow. This story is going to the
- 41:00Speaker 1: opposite of growth. But it is hysterical, and that's why
- 41:02Speaker 1: it belongs right here inside the trios. A teacher got
- 41:06Speaker 1: a DUI on the second day of school. I mean, really,
- 41:13Speaker 1: props being able to make it to the second.
- 41:14Speaker 2: Day or were they just there from the day before?
- 41:19Speaker 1: Oh, I didn't think about that. That is a possibility.
- 41:23Speaker 1: A middle school teacher in Yeah, Florida is facing charges
- 41:30Speaker 1: after he apparently got drunk between classes and crashed his
- 41:36Speaker 1: car into a fence in the school's parking lot. Now, look,
- 41:40Speaker 1: I don't know what sort of an off period he
- 41:42Speaker 1: had or if it's or if this was just from
- 41:47Speaker 1: end of class bell ten minutes to the next bell
- 41:50Speaker 1: he decided to take a joy ride in the car
- 41:53Speaker 1: and managed to crash it into a fence. I don't
- 41:55Speaker 1: know which, but they did nail him for a dui.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Campus police officer found a thirty two year old English
- 42:02Speaker 1: teacher passed out behind the wheel with the car still
- 42:04Speaker 1: in gear. It happened around eleven forty five in the
- 42:07Speaker 1: morning on the second day of the school year. They
- 42:11Speaker 1: thought it might have been a medical issue at first,
- 42:13Speaker 1: but then they saw a bunch of single serve alcohol
- 42:16Speaker 1: bottles in his car next to him.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Hey, airplane bottles. Yeah.
- 42:21Speaker 1: He refused to have his blood tested at the hospital,
- 42:24Speaker 1: but a police officer noted that, well, he did smell
- 42:27Speaker 1: like alcohol. The police posted about it on Facebook. Several
- 42:30Speaker 1: people left comments saying they were shocked because he's an
- 42:33Speaker 1: excellent teacher. Well, maybe this is why he's an excellent teacher.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Do you ever think about that?
- 42:39Speaker 2: That's why they moved him from driver's ad to English.
- 42:52Speaker 2: That guy's going to pass you every time. Let them.
- 42:58Speaker 2: You don't want to learn how to pair a little
- 43:00Speaker 2: park from that guy.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Stick to Shakespeare, dude.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Let's just read some Homer, buddy.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Yeah, the last thing this guide needs is to take
- 43:16Speaker 1: an odyssey. It's one of the things I love about
- 43:25Speaker 1: this show is we are capable of highbrow humor. Yes,
- 43:28Speaker 1: that was really nicely done, my friend, Just because we
- 43:31Speaker 1: occasionally reach and grab some low hanging fruit doesn't mean
- 43:36Speaker 1: we're not capable of swinging from the treetops.
- 43:39Speaker 2: That's exactly right.
- 43:42Speaker 1: We will drop Homer punchlines on you. And I'm not
- 43:46Speaker 1: talking about my great uncle christ in peace, uncle Homer.
