  Peace over pressure. Pressure has a way of filling
• 0:14
  every corner of the mind. What do people think of me?

  Am I falling behind? Why does their life look easier?

  Why do I feel so tired? Proverbs chapter 14 verse 30

  says a tranquil heart gives life to the flesh, but envy makes the
• 0:28
  bones rot. That is a vivid picture.
• 0:32
  Comparison does not just distract us, it drains us.
• 0:36
  Romans chapter 8 verse 6 says to set the mind on the spirit is
• 0:40
  life and peace. And Romans chapter 8 verse 37
• 0:44
  reminds us that in all these things we are more than
• 0:48
  conquerors through Him who loved us.
• 0:51
  Peace does not come from having a perfect schedule, perfect
• 0:54
  relationships, or perfect confidence.
• 0:56
  Peace comes from where your mind is set.
• 0:59
  When your mind is set on comparison, you will feel
• 1:01
  restless. When it is set on fear, you will
• 1:04
  feel trapped. When it is set on the Spirit,
• 1:06
  you begin to remember what is true.
• 1:08
  You are loved by God. You are held by God.
• 1:12
  You are not fighting for victory alone in Christ.
• 1:15
  You are living from His victory. That does not mean pressure
• 1:18
  disappears. It means pressure does not get
• 1:21
  to rule you. Stress may be real, but it is
• 1:24
  not your master. Envy may knock, but you do not
• 1:27
  have to invite it in. Fear may speak, but the Spirit
• 1:30
  speaks. Life and peace.

  Today, notice what your mind keeps returning to.
• 1:35
  Then gently turn it back to God. Set your thoughts on His
• 1:38
  promises. Set your heart on His presence.
• 1:41
  You are not just surviving through Jesus.
• 1:44
  You are more than a conqueror. Let's pray.

  Heavenly Father, thank you for offering peace that is stronger
• 1:50
  than pressure. Help me set my mind on Your
• 1:53
  spirit instead of comparison, fear or stress.
• 1:57
  Remind me that I am loved and held by you.

  Teach me to live as more than a conqueror through Jesus today.

  because He makes intercession for the Saints according to God.

  We know that all things work together for good for those who

  love God, for those who are called according to His purpose,

  for whom He fork knew. He also predestined to be

  conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first

  born among many brothers whom He predestined, those He also

  called, whom He called, those He also justified, whom He
• 7:13
  justified those He also glorified.

  What then shall we say about these things?

  If God is for us, who can be against us?
• 7:21
  He who didn't spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all,
• 7:24
  how would He not also with Him freely give us all things?

  Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones?

  It is God who justifies. Who is He who condemns?
• 7:35
  It is Christ who died, yes, rather, who was raised from the
• 7:38
  dead, Who is at the right hand of God, who also makes
• 7:41
  intercession for us? Who shall separate us from the
• 7:44
  love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or
• 7:47
  persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
• 7:52
  Even as it is written for your sake, we are killed.
• 7:54
  All day long we were accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
• 7:58
  No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him
• 8:01
  who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither
• 8:04
  death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things
• 8:08
  present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth,
• 8:13
  nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from
• 8:16
  God's love, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
