- 0:48Sean McAllister: Formula One weekend is here.
- 0:50Sean McAllister: We were at those opening ceremonies last night.
- 0:52Sean McAllister: We actually drove the course as well before they shut it down, and this is kind of a look at what those drivers are going to be seeing.
- 1:02Sean McAllister: There are qualifying rounds that begin tonight, they continue tomorrow night and then the main race is 10 pm on Saturday.
- 1:11Dayna Roselli: Yeah, so it'll look a lot different than what you're seeing.
- 1:13Dayna Roselli: The cones will be gone, the lights will be on.
- 1:15Dayna Roselli: It's going to be pretty spectacular.
- 1:17Dayna Roselli: I know we're going to take tons of money in for gaming and again, from what we saw last night, they had drones in the sky, fireworks with John Ludge and Kylie Minogue Will I Am.
- 1:27Dayna Roselli: It was spectacular, oh wow.
- 1:28Dayna Roselli: And the facilities and that building they set up.
- 1:31Dayna Roselli: It's gorgeous All of it.
- 1:34Jamie Yuccas: So it's something different, it's global and I think it's pretty exciting.
- 1:37Jamie Yuccas: It's really cool, I mean almost, this video.
- 1:40Jamie Yuccas: It looks like it's a video game or something.
- 1:42Jamie Yuccas: It doesn't even look real.
- 1:43Jamie Yuccas: So OK, I'm glad we're having fun with that.
- 1:45Jamie Yuccas: I always love this segment because you guys really diversify all the different things to do in Las Vegas.
- 1:52Jamie Yuccas: So tell us about your first regulated cannabis lounge.
- 1:56Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 1:56Dayna Roselli: I mean it's been approved and now it's finally going to open and this is a first.
- 2:00Dayna Roselli: And when you say lounge, you're like well, what does that mean?
- 2:02Dayna Roselli: It means everyone can go there and you know smoke pot, take out a bowl, hang out with one another.
- 2:08Dayna Roselli: So it's opening at the end of this year.
- 2:12Dayna Roselli: We don't have an exact date.
- 2:13Dayna Roselli: This is a rendering of what it looks like.
- 2:15Dayna Roselli: The name is called Smoke and Mirrors and it's part of the Thrive Cannabis Marketplace and it's going to be this upscale smoking lounge.
- 2:23Sean McAllister: Yeah, there's supposed to be live music in there.
- 2:25Sean McAllister: There's food and beverage, Also infused food and beverage programs, a heightened mixology program, Interesting.
- 2:34Sean McAllister: Listen, Jamie, if you're into it.
- 2:36Sean McAllister: It's going to be here for you no comment.
- 2:43Jamie Yuccas: Lastly, it seems like there's always something new on the strip besides cannabis lounges.
- 2:47Jamie Yuccas: You also maybe for a more family-friendly idea.
- 2:51Jamie Yuccas: There's a new immersive art exhibit museum and it has a deal happening now in November.
- 2:57Sean McAllister: Yeah, yeah, and you have to act quick on it.
- 2:59Sean McAllister: So this is called the Arte Museum and we've seen a lot of these immersive exhibits before, but we went and this is by far the coolest one that we've seen.
- 3:09Sean McAllister: Now, through November 28th they're offering 30% off ticket prices as part of their preview, but then on November 29th that's the official grand opening and the deal is going to be over, so you do have to act before November 28th to get that deal.
- 3:26Dayna Roselli: And it's multisensory.
- 3:27Dayna Roselli: So that room right now where you're seeing the beautiful ocean, you're hearing the ocean, there's aromas and each room is really cool.
- 3:35Dayna Roselli: You saw the Vegas room that they actually built specifically for this exhibit there on the strip.
- 3:41Dayna Roselli: There it is some of the slot machines.
- 3:43Dayna Roselli: You can see fireworks over the strip.
- 3:45Dayna Roselli: I mean it's really cool and worth checking out If you're here.
- 3:49Dayna Roselli: It's family friendly, like you said, so all ages are welcome.
- 3:53Sean McAllister: And it's kind of sandwiched in there between Aria and the cosmopolitan.
- 3:56Jamie Yuccas: Oh OK.
- 3:57Sean McAllister: Kind of give you a reference of where it is.
- 3:59Jamie Yuccas: Gotcha.
- 3:59Jamie Yuccas: Ok, I'm trying to decide if it would be a good idea or bad idea to do the Cannabis Lounge and then go to the immersive art exhibit.
- 4:07Sean McAllister: I mean, that's the order to do it.
- 4:10Dayna Roselli: I think Cannabis Lounge first.
