- 2:03Speaker 1: It's just we try, okay, and we're gonna keep trying.

- 2:12Speaker 1: so much. I do. How was your weekend? AJ, you
- 2:16Speaker 1: saw me?
- 2:16Speaker 3: I was outside a little bit.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I see you outside with some bad bitches girls.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I was outside with some girls. I reconnected with one
- 2:23Speaker 3: of my friends and she lived right down the street
- 2:25Speaker 3: from me. Y'all.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Damn.
- 2:28Speaker 3: One of my friends, Courtney, So I hung up with
- 2:31Speaker 3: her and some of her friends and we went outside
- 2:35Speaker 3: to the hood.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Yes, I love a good hood.
- 2:39Speaker 3: And it's hard being the cutest people in the fucking club.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I like it.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I don't. I prefer because I feel like every girl
- 2:45Speaker 3: want to fight.
- 2:47Speaker 1: And somebody want to fight.
- 2:49Speaker 3: The niggas just we be praying. They don't even come over,
- 2:52Speaker 3: but we do want y'all to stow by drinks.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Though I did not come over. Its crazy.
- 2:59Speaker 3: I mean, I'm over, but like come to buy drinks
- 3:02Speaker 3: like we paid. Like, first of all, it was pissed
- 3:04Speaker 3: because we paid thirty dollars a piece of get into
- 3:06Speaker 3: this shit R and B night in the hood. If
- 3:09Speaker 3: we go downtown Charleston and any downtown. Really, you don't
- 3:12Speaker 3: pay to get any place, get in any white establishments
- 3:16Speaker 3: you go in and.
- 3:18Speaker 1: As much for it is hard.
- 3:22Speaker 3: I mean mixed crowds.
- 3:24Speaker 1: No, mixed crowds can be fun, but if it's an
- 3:27Speaker 1: all white crowd, I'd be feeling in danger. No shade
- 3:30Speaker 1: to white people, but I'll be the same way y'all
- 3:32Speaker 1: feel when y'all in an all black crowd, I feel
- 3:35Speaker 1: the same way. So I don't.
- 3:36Speaker 3: I don't be comfortable nowhere, because when I'm in the hood,
- 3:39Speaker 3: I be like and that is really really ain't too much.
- 3:42Speaker 3: It's not that much of the hood, but enough, it's enough.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I don't go nowhere, that's to to hood now. I'll
- 3:48Speaker 1: be scared now when in my younger days I fall
- 3:52Speaker 1: right in.
- 3:53Speaker 3: But this is like old wayans, like the old street niggas.
- 3:57Speaker 1: This place, Oh they're not. You can still get popping.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Why you can't be an old y n It means
- 4:02Speaker 1: young kids.
- 4:03Speaker 3: An old young nigga. We know there's to be some
- 4:05Speaker 3: grown ass boys out here. Okay, Look, I told look,
- 4:11Speaker 3: I told list nigga. I'm about to start calling him.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Whyian Limb, because you be around here thinking you a
- 4:16Speaker 3: little boy, a young guy, old last niggas, Hyan Limb.
- 4:21Speaker 3: What's up? Whyian Limb, don't do that.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Don't do that.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I have a fun child. We have funny. And
- 4:29Speaker 3: I went over to one of my uh, one of
- 4:31Speaker 3: my other guy friends. He owns a bar down here,
- 4:33Speaker 3: so we went there for a little bit too.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I think it's mercury.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Uh, girl, shut up, it's mercury retrograde. And it did
- 4:43Speaker 3: start on the fifteenth.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Girl, I tell you, every nigga avenue in my life
- 4:48Speaker 1: slid this weekend, Like was trying to cause.
- 4:51Speaker 3: You put that ass on the ground. You already know,
- 4:53Speaker 3: but even before reminder, okay, oh but.
- 4:57Speaker 1: All right, So they really started rolling in when our
- 5:00Speaker 1: posted that picture, but prior to that, they was already
- 5:02Speaker 1: like in the DMS, in the text like just it
- 5:05Speaker 1: was weird because you know, niggas circle back. We already
- 5:09Speaker 1: know that's gonna happen, but I having them all. It's
- 5:11Speaker 1: like they was in a group chat and like, let's
- 5:13Speaker 1: who who this bitch gonna text back first? That's what. Anyway,
- 5:17Speaker 1: I went outside on Saturday night shout out the Stats
- 5:19Speaker 1: in Charlotte, North Carolina. I went there and they had
- 5:22Speaker 1: their patio open. I've never been to Stats since it
- 5:25Speaker 1: was remodeled and I.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Went to they got a pati on Now I hear that.
- 5:28Speaker 1: So yeah, they they are. If you ever been to
- 5:31Speaker 1: like camp in Houston, their patio is given that kind
- 5:35Speaker 1: of vibe. So it's like a whole nother party outside
- 5:37Speaker 1: versus the inside, which I preferred. It's like when we
- 5:41Speaker 1: sat out there and you know, had a little cocktails,
- 5:44Speaker 1: a little hookah, a little you know, that's that's not cocaine. Yeah,
- 5:48Speaker 1: that might have sounded like cocaine.
- 5:50Speaker 3: That's cocaine. When we say, whoo, that's cocaine. Cokine speaking
- 5:56Speaker 3: a fucking cocaine. Hold on. So we get to the bar,
- 5:59Speaker 3: my homeboys spot, and a nigga who was buying us
- 6:01Speaker 3: drinks at the other club, he came sat at the
- 6:05Speaker 3: table with us and I'm like, you got some of
- 6:07Speaker 3: your glasses and your nose pottery substance, clean it up, cocore,
- 6:13Speaker 3: So you take his glass dot. He was like, oh,
- 6:16Speaker 3: thank you, thank you for looking out. I said, yeah,
- 6:18Speaker 3: you need to tighten up. I mean he had like
- 6:20Speaker 3: a little narrow nose too. So like the ship was
- 6:23Speaker 3: like a little like the cook was calling toward that
- 6:28Speaker 3: nigga knows and in the corner of the glasses and
- 6:31Speaker 3: I'm like, yo, damn really be outside rolling? Yeah, I
- 6:35Speaker 3: never knew you will be so yes, I know, right,
- 6:39Speaker 3: but I'm always those shocked at people who do cocaine.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Right, you too?
- 6:45Speaker 3: Okay, the hell is happening?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Yes, speaking of that, I used to like want to
- 6:51Speaker 1: try you know, really, I listen, I want to try everything.
- 6:56Speaker 1: That's my problem. That's been my problem in life. I
- 6:59Speaker 1: will to try everything. Once i'd be like, I just
- 7:01Speaker 1: want to live. But drugs I'm scared of because I
- 7:04Speaker 1: know I got that addictive personality and I'll be a
- 7:07Speaker 1: crack here. Really, I already know, so I just have
- 7:11Speaker 1: to be careful about what I consume and what I do.
- 7:16Speaker 1: So no cocaine for me and then be dropping dead
- 7:19Speaker 1: all the time, like you literally dropping dead. So I
- 7:21Speaker 1: want to fuck with it.
- 7:22Speaker 3: It's not clean coke anymore. You don't know what you're getting.
- 7:25Speaker 3: You don't know what you getting with the weed, the pills,
- 7:27Speaker 3: the coke, like fittanol is mixed and every damn thing.
- 7:31Speaker 1: So have you ever put on something and you're like,
- 7:33Speaker 1: I don't know if it's giving and then you go
- 7:35Speaker 1: out and everybody like you, I've been so cute and
- 7:39Speaker 1: you're like, oh shit, I wasn't even sure about that's
- 7:41Speaker 1: what happened. I'm about to order that little outfit and
- 7:43Speaker 1: every color.
- 7:46Speaker 3: So you was feeling yourself this weekend?
- 7:47Speaker 1: Yes, I was Saturday night.
- 7:49Speaker 3: I wasn't too because I don't be going outside for real.
- 7:52Speaker 3: So I haven't been like in a environment with music
- 7:57Speaker 3: and people.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Wow me neither because my foot was broken and I
- 8:02Speaker 1: was not coming outside like that outside, Yeah, because it
- 8:07Speaker 1: ain't for me like that. I don't have to be
- 8:09Speaker 1: sitting on the I've been doing it forever. I don't
- 8:11Speaker 1: have to do that shit. I'm worrying. I want to
- 8:12Speaker 1: take me on the trip, yes, and to.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Eat or I want to go I want to go
- 8:17Speaker 3: out out of town like locally. I'm cool on it.
- 8:22Speaker 1: So I know everybody's been asking this. In the DMS too.
- 8:26Speaker 1: For the love of tam band, they was like, what
- 8:28Speaker 1: happened to y'all just gonna do the show and then
- 8:30Speaker 1: don't tell us what happened. So it was like really
- 8:33Speaker 1: close between Jordan and Willie Williams, but ultimately Willie Williams
- 8:39Speaker 1: came out as the victor on who y'all voted for,
- 8:42Speaker 1: so he was actually I didn't want to, like I
- 8:44Speaker 1: wanted us to do a full episode on it. After
- 8:47Speaker 1: I went out on a date with him, and he
- 8:50Speaker 1: was actually supposed to fly to New York to take
- 8:52Speaker 1: me on a date this week this past weekend, but
- 8:57Speaker 1: I was in Charlotte. I stayed in Charlotte. I didn't
- 9:00Speaker 1: get back on time, so he did not come out.
- 9:02Speaker 1: But we're gonna go on a date, and then after
- 9:04Speaker 1: the date, we're definitely maybe I'll invite him back on
- 9:07Speaker 1: to have a conversation about how the date went, if
- 9:11Speaker 1: y'all want to hear it. So that's what's up. I
- 9:13Speaker 1: just wanted to update y'all that and thank y'all for
- 9:16Speaker 1: voting for me a date. I can't wait to go
- 9:19Speaker 1: on this date. This man has to fly across the country,
- 9:21Speaker 1: so hopefully date we live that. Oh well, I guess
- 9:27Speaker 1: it's not that far Georgia to New York, not across
- 9:34Speaker 1: the country, up up the East.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Coast, all right, so good luck to that. Okay, don't
- 9:41Speaker 3: pop the balloon on a nigga.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I will pop a balloon quick. I love In that episode,
- 9:48Speaker 1: I see the text message of a red balloon and
- 9:51Speaker 1: a safety depending to a nigga real quick and then
- 9:52Speaker 1: be done.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Oh, hold on before we get into stupid in that news.
- 9:56Speaker 3: So you are saying that you've never sucked toes before.
- 9:59Speaker 1: No, I'm never suck all of y'all right, never put
- 10:04Speaker 1: nobody foot in my mouth me neither.
- 10:06Speaker 3: I be like looking at nigga sideways when they put
- 10:09Speaker 3: my feet in their mouth, like I expect the nigga
- 10:11Speaker 3: to lick my toes while my legs in the air.
- 10:13Speaker 3: But I'm also looking like nigga, I was just tiptoe
- 10:15Speaker 3: across your floor like winned to Pooh, Like what are
- 10:18Speaker 3: you doing? My position?
- 10:19Speaker 1: What I have had to been in to be putting
- 10:21Speaker 1: a nigga foot in my mouth? Like you know, Like
- 10:24Speaker 1: where am i am? I?
- 10:25Speaker 3: Like down on the floor, like on your knees.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I'm not that submissive.
- 10:30Speaker 3: We want to hear from y'all tell us anybody who'll
- 10:33Speaker 3: be licking men's feet, Like, please tell us what position
- 10:36Speaker 3: y'all be in, Like how y'all be doing it? Do
- 10:37Speaker 3: he like just be laying down on his back and
- 10:39Speaker 3: he's just massaging them up from head to feet or
- 10:42Speaker 3: head to toe. I want to know, like.
- 10:45Speaker 1: How you do that? I'm gonna I'm not gonna foot shame,
- 10:52Speaker 1: because that's some people are really into feet, Like this
- 10:54Speaker 1: guy I was talking to, He's like, he's really a
- 10:57Speaker 1: big feet guy.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Yeah, but he's a feet guy. Does he like his
- 11:00Speaker 3: feet played with her? He likes to play with feet?
- 11:01Speaker 1: Oh, he likes to play with feet.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Right. I don't know how many men that once you
- 11:05Speaker 3: sucking they toes for real.
- 11:06Speaker 1: But y'all, I think I'm like a bad bitch. Don't
- 11:09Speaker 1: get me wrong, but we all got flaws. My left
- 11:12Speaker 1: foot go crazy. He ain't gonna like me.
- 11:16Speaker 3: If y'all looking for what's wrong with tay.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It's the left foot. It's the left foot and the
- 11:23Speaker 1: right bitch, I broke the right end the left ugly,
- 11:25Speaker 1: it's the feet. Listen, I'm bad everywhere. I'm fine everywhere else.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I even got pretty knee cass. But these feet, this
- 11:39Speaker 1: left foot look like I can snatch a stab right
- 11:41Speaker 1: out the stream, bit.
- 11:43Speaker 3: Picking up rocks and throwing them. I just got a
- 11:50Speaker 3: long ass second left toe, which means you run ship
- 11:53Speaker 3: in your relationship.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Allegen you be musty sometime.
- 11:57Speaker 3: But oh girls, speaking of musty, hold on before we like,
- 12:02Speaker 3: before we get in the stupid internet news girl I
- 12:06Speaker 3: was outside. They had like a little denim, little crop
- 12:08Speaker 3: talk jacket on, and I'm like, now I'm checking me out.
- 12:13Speaker 3: But one of the girls, who was what us not,
- 12:15Speaker 3: I'm just meeting these lovely young ladies, she was like,
- 12:18Speaker 3: greg natural deordering, Like she starts smelling me too, bitch.
- 12:23Speaker 3: I was over here trying to figure out.
- 12:25Speaker 1: If it was me.
- 12:29Speaker 3: It was me a little tiny bit.
- 12:30Speaker 1: But listen, that natural deodorant in for the week. Listen.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I started last year using natural deodorant, and it was
- 12:36Speaker 1: colder outside. As it's getting warmer, I'm finding that. Yeah,
- 12:42Speaker 1: you got to go tight like I done. Went to
- 12:44Speaker 1: the bathroom and at a public place and watch my
- 12:48Speaker 1: r pits under the scene and put some more deodorant
- 12:50Speaker 1: on because it just wasn't holding me.
- 12:53Speaker 3: What brand do you use?
- 12:55Speaker 1: So right now I'm using the Donna Karenna so good.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Yeah. But so I use an arm the Hammer, which
- 13:03Speaker 3: is cheap, it's not expensive, and I buy it in
- 13:05Speaker 3: bulke off of Amazon, and it works. I mean with
- 13:09Speaker 3: natural deorderance is it's not going to stop you from sweating.
- 13:12Speaker 3: It's supposed to just try to cut the smell something right,
- 13:15Speaker 3: because the whole thing is not the block your pores
- 13:17Speaker 3: because you know.
- 13:18Speaker 1: That you're sweating. And I'm okay with it because I
- 13:22Speaker 1: know that my body is supposed to eliminate those toxins.
- 13:25Speaker 1: That's the purpose of your armpit sweatness to release those toxins.
- 13:29Speaker 1: So I'm learning that now because but it's uncomfortable to
- 13:32Speaker 1: be wet under your armpits. It's nasty and feel gross.
- 13:35Speaker 3: I really don't sweat that much. It's like, but the
- 13:38Speaker 3: poores be funky. I don't really like sweat a whole lot.
- 13:42Speaker 1: And it seemed like when I would like, I would
- 13:45Speaker 1: shower and I could just wash my armpits and it
- 13:48Speaker 1: would be like fine, Now I really got to like scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub, scrub.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Theoliate. Yeah, also, I use like a little mixed.
- 13:59Speaker 1: I started using the glacolic body ship under my arm
- 14:02Speaker 1: piss because it's an exfoliator. Just strip all that because
- 14:07Speaker 1: what is that?
- 14:08Speaker 3: It's bacteria. So we don't get into it. Because this, y'all,
- 14:11Speaker 3: I want to talk about some shit this week, so
- 14:14Speaker 3: which which basically like you know, what you eat, what
- 14:17Speaker 3: you consume, it comes out through your skin, right, so
- 14:22Speaker 3: not everybody smells some people don't even wear the order
- 14:25Speaker 3: and they don't smell, and they probably can attribute that
- 14:27Speaker 3: to a bit a good diet, you know. Yeah, yeah, Okay,
- 14:31Speaker 3: so now let's finally get into stupid internet.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Okay, hello, on before we leave, God, damn, well, you
- 14:36Speaker 1: just say that we're gonna talk, I mean before we
- 14:38Speaker 1: go to kids. It was this young Hawaiian that you're
- 14:42Speaker 1: not like me, a little Waiian, and then I got.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Just said Hawaiian initially.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Awaiian, and he was like, yeah, like thirty, about to
- 14:52Speaker 1: be thirty, so you but just we was just hanging
- 14:56Speaker 1: out having a good time. He was fine, and he
- 14:58Speaker 1: got this almost whole teppy energy, like you know, he
- 15:04Speaker 1: got a beard, yeah, beard, pretty curly hair, he got
- 15:09Speaker 1: probably some seashells on his neck because some bullshit like that,
- 15:13Speaker 1: you know, very earthy nigga. And he don't wear no deodorant.
- 15:16Speaker 1: He just said he put lemon under his armpit.
- 15:19Speaker 3: I did that for a while before I started using
- 15:21Speaker 3: a natural deodorant, and that shit started burning my skin.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Baby. When I tell you that, man came to my
- 15:26Speaker 1: house and he had lit my house up so stink.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I was like, I'm sorry. I we was going we
- 15:33Speaker 1: was walking into the park. It was gonna go to
- 15:34Speaker 1: the park, and I was like, look, I gotta be
- 15:36Speaker 1: honest with you. Your armpit steak on the fucker right
- 15:41Speaker 1: now and I cannot do it. I got some natural
- 15:44Speaker 1: deodorant in there. I put a washcloth on the sink.
- 15:47Speaker 1: There's soap. I need you to clean your armpit and
- 15:50Speaker 1: put some of that natural deodorant on before we walk
- 15:52Speaker 1: out this house. And he laughed so hard on my top.
- 15:55Speaker 1: He thought it was the funniest thing. Get y'all not
- 15:57Speaker 1: playing with you. If you don't put that shit under
- 15:58Speaker 1: your arm you got to go.
- 16:00Speaker 3: You're gonna start talking to him like that's your.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Spread out on the top of my couch. Like the
- 16:07Speaker 1: spot where his arms was was stacked like grubbing the couch.
- 16:12Speaker 1: While he was in the bathroom.
- 16:14Speaker 3: You got this motherfucking fucking man singing all right, y' yo,
- 16:26Speaker 3: Oh my goodness. All right. So I don't know if
- 16:28Speaker 3: y'all saw this guy. He's an actor, Jamal Willard. He
- 16:32Speaker 3: played Biggie on a notorious big movie and he was
- 16:38Speaker 3: recently on this podcast, and he has some choice stories
- 16:41Speaker 3: to say about you know, it's an ongoing conversation in
- 16:45Speaker 3: the black community, right, and how a lot of these
- 16:49Speaker 3: guys prefer others over Black American women, because he in
- 16:54Speaker 3: this conversation, he was also confusing race with culture, right,
- 16:58Speaker 3: So it just sounds like he would date anybody but
- 17:00Speaker 3: Black American. He mentions, he says, I was dating outside
- 17:05Speaker 3: my race because they were doing things better than my race.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Willard further clarified his viewpoint by saying that he believes
- 17:15Speaker 3: some African American women have high expectations of men, comparing
- 17:18Speaker 3: his experience to dating women of other races, which he
- 17:23Speaker 3: means is culture right. One thing I do remember him
- 17:27Speaker 3: also saying is that these other women right of other
- 17:33Speaker 3: cultures or other races, Like he said, you don't got
- 17:37Speaker 3: to do much to get treated like a king. So
- 17:41Speaker 3: what I'm hearing is, y'all just want a lot of
- 17:44Speaker 3: like y'all just want to do a lot of bare minimum,
- 17:49Speaker 3: mediocre bullshit, and you still want to be treated like
- 17:52Speaker 3: a king. And I feel like part of this conversation
- 17:54Speaker 3: is also still alive because these other cultures, these women
- 17:58Speaker 3: expect to be taken care of by men, you know,
- 18:01Speaker 3: even the poorest of them. You're going to have to
- 18:04Speaker 3: do something for them. So really, what are you guys saying? Right?
- 18:10Speaker 1: I agree, now, I do think that we we as
- 18:14Speaker 1: black women, also need to It's too men. It's a
- 18:19Speaker 1: lot of men saying that we're too hard, right, so
- 18:25Speaker 1: too hard on them. We're too hard on them. We
- 18:30Speaker 1: don't treat them like kings, we don't make them feel appreciated.
- 18:35Speaker 1: And I think we need to take a deep dive
- 18:36Speaker 1: into that and look at ourselves. I mean, because a
- 18:41Speaker 1: lot of us we come from strong, independent women. You
- 18:46Speaker 1: know that that characteristic has been attributed to Black women
- 18:51Speaker 1: since I can remember. So maybe we could be a
- 18:55Speaker 1: little softer, you know, but I think it would take
- 18:58Speaker 1: our black men to help us us get into a
- 19:01Speaker 1: soft space, you know, like we haven't been allowed that
- 19:04Speaker 1: luxury of softness, you know. So you get with us
- 19:08Speaker 1: and you're like, oh, she too strong, she too opinionated,
- 19:11Speaker 1: she's not submissive, But we haven't been allowed that luxury,
- 19:15Speaker 1: I feel like, you know. So, I mean, there might
- 19:17Speaker 1: be some truth to what he's saying about us, just
- 19:20Speaker 1: a little bit, not not to the point. Now, there
- 19:24Speaker 1: are a lot of niggas who just don't want to
- 19:27Speaker 1: be accountable, don't want to be responsible and they put
- 19:31Speaker 1: it on us. But I feel like there is a
- 19:33Speaker 1: little truth to us needing to I know, especially speaking
- 19:36Speaker 1: for myself, I'm hard on these niggas sometimes, I know,
- 19:40Speaker 1: like especially my mouth, and sometimes I can say it,
- 19:44Speaker 1: I'll look back and I'd be like, damn, I could
- 19:47Speaker 1: have said that different. I could have said that nicer.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I could have said that with more grace. You know,
- 19:54Speaker 1: I could have gave this nigga a little more grace.
- 19:57Speaker 1: But I be expecting them to I'll be trying to
- 20:02Speaker 1: hold them to the same standards I hold myself, and
- 20:06Speaker 1: I'd be hard on them when they like, why do
- 20:09Speaker 1: you don't think exactly like me? No?
- 20:11Speaker 3: Okay, so you finished. So here's the thing. This is
- 20:18Speaker 3: how I feel like none I agree partially, right, And
- 20:23Speaker 3: then this is just based off my experience.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Right.
- 20:25Speaker 3: I always be saying like, how I am not a
- 20:28Speaker 3: nice person. I am a good person. Right, So when
- 20:31Speaker 3: you're a good person, a lot of nice things come
- 20:33Speaker 3: out of that. Right. But my experience, men don't want
- 20:38Speaker 3: you nice and they don't want you nasty. It's like
- 20:41Speaker 3: you have to have a nice little median, right, because
- 20:43Speaker 3: men do want boundaries just like children. They don't want
- 20:46Speaker 3: somebody they can run over. But at the same time,
- 20:49Speaker 3: you know they they don't want somebody nagging them per se.
- 20:54Speaker 1: How do you find that?
- 20:56Speaker 3: How do you find you can't find the median is
- 20:58Speaker 3: what I'm trying to get to, right. The people who
- 21:02Speaker 3: choose to intermingle just have to be on the same page,
- 21:07Speaker 3: you know. I think that men like stronger men. They
- 21:11Speaker 3: don't mind a woman who has a mind, who can think,
- 21:16Speaker 3: who can produce. You know, all these characteristics that they
- 21:20Speaker 3: attribute to masculinity, and then you have a whole different
- 21:24Speaker 3: list for femininity. I feel like you have to have
- 21:26Speaker 3: a mix of all those things to be a whole person.
- 21:30Speaker 3: So we complain about black men a lot. Black men
- 21:34Speaker 3: complain about women a lot, about Black women a lot.
- 21:37Speaker 3: And I feel like we do the work a lot
- 21:41Speaker 3: of the times. I feel like we do the work
- 21:44Speaker 3: on ourselves so that we can show up better in
- 21:48Speaker 3: the workplace and relationships and friendships. I don't feel like
- 21:51Speaker 3: men do the work at all, Right, And then they
- 21:54Speaker 3: want you to use their traumas and the things that
- 21:56Speaker 3: they've experienced in life to justify their behavior towards you
- 21:59Speaker 3: and not fear.
- 22:01Speaker 1: It's not so.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Black women have a lot of trauma. Black men have
- 22:06Speaker 3: a lot of trauma. I would prefer to be with
- 22:07Speaker 3: somebody who could who could relate to me, right. I
- 22:11Speaker 3: wouldn't just go and date another culture, you know what
- 22:14Speaker 3: I'm saying. I've had I've spoken to white men. I've
- 22:17Speaker 3: dated a white guy before, like just going out and
- 22:19Speaker 3: she's like that, and I don't. It's just different, you know.
- 22:24Speaker 3: And then on top of that, the other part is
- 22:25Speaker 3: like just even having kids with somebody outside your race,
- 22:27Speaker 3: Like do I want somebody who looks like me?
- 22:30Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 22:30Speaker 3: So I feel like a lot of these niggas y'all
- 22:32Speaker 3: go have the babies. Also because y'all, y'all are insecure
- 22:34Speaker 3: about y'all about how y'all look, so you want to
- 22:36Speaker 3: make sure you don't replicate yourself. So this shit just
- 22:38Speaker 3: get real, real deep. This weekend, sitting in this spot,
- 22:43Speaker 3: a little thirty six year old nigga came over to
- 22:46Speaker 3: chat M. He's asking me if I'm submissive? Do I
- 22:50Speaker 3: let my man lead all these things? I'm like, listen,
- 22:54Speaker 3: I need you to get off of YouTube. Okay, you
- 22:57Speaker 3: want some red pill shit? I said, are you a
- 22:59Speaker 3: Samuel because you're coming over here like, what a dude
- 23:04Speaker 3: with Samuel the guy who passed away. Yeah, you coming
- 23:08Speaker 3: over here and talking to me asking me all these
- 23:11Speaker 3: podcasts fucking questions. I am a real woman, right, and
- 23:18Speaker 3: I cook, I clean, I pack bags, I do all
- 23:21Speaker 3: those things, right, But I have to feel loved to
- 23:24Speaker 3: do those things. If I'm not feeling loved, you're gonna
- 23:27Speaker 3: you might get a little bitch. You might, right, And
- 23:31Speaker 3: I think men respond better from bitches, like you get
- 23:34Speaker 3: better treats when you treating a man bad. Sometimes I
- 23:39Speaker 3: swear to god, they do not like nice women. They
- 23:42Speaker 3: run over nice women, and then you go cuttle up
- 23:45Speaker 3: under the bitch.
- 23:47Speaker 2: Mm.
- 23:49Speaker 3: So you gotta have like you cannot let these niggas
- 23:51Speaker 3: get away with anything.
- 23:53Speaker 1: You can't. Literally, I had a conversation with I was like,
- 23:57Speaker 1: he was like, don't talk to me like that, and
- 23:59Speaker 1: I was like, look, when I was saying it nice,
- 24:01Speaker 1: last week, you did some bullshit and then ended up
- 24:05Speaker 1: having to apologize. Now when I called you a motherfucker, No,
- 24:09Speaker 1: you did it five minutes later. You know you did.
- 24:13Speaker 1: You did what I was asking in five minutes. But
- 24:16Speaker 1: last week I was doing the same thing and being
- 24:18Speaker 1: calm and pleasant and peaceful and you never did this ship,
- 24:22Speaker 1: you know. And then you said, I apologized this week,
- 24:25Speaker 1: same fucking scenario, but I call you a motherfucker and
- 24:27Speaker 1: you did it in five.
- 24:28Speaker 3: Men learn from hurt, they learned from pain, They learned
- 24:31Speaker 3: they really got to bump their heads before they actually
- 24:35Speaker 3: do the thing. So it only to come nag.
- 24:39Speaker 1: My mama having the same conversation with me, the same
- 24:42Speaker 1: conversation several times when I said, get your motherfucking asked
- 24:47Speaker 1: up and wash the dishes. You went and do it.
- 24:50Speaker 1: I shouldn't have to talk to you like that to
- 24:52Speaker 1: get you to do things. And it was like, I
- 24:54Speaker 1: can remember my mama having that conversation with me as
- 24:57Speaker 1: a child, and I'm having the same.
- 24:59Speaker 3: As a child. So these are grown men we're dealing
- 25:02Speaker 3: with who have the same characteristics as children. It can
- 25:06Speaker 3: get pretty frustrating. They call it nagging. I call it
- 25:10Speaker 3: why the fuck you ain't do what I ask you
- 25:11Speaker 3: to do the first time? Because if you ask me
- 25:13Speaker 3: to do something as an adult the first time, one time,
- 25:16Speaker 3: that's all it takes. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna
- 25:18Speaker 3: bide by whatever it is that my mate wants. But
- 25:22Speaker 3: you gotta ask them a thousand times about some shit.
- 25:25Speaker 1: Or at least communicate as to why I'm not doing
- 25:29Speaker 1: it in this moment, you know, right, one of the two.
- 25:32Speaker 3: It's emotional intelligence. It's just lacking, you know, amongst the
- 25:36Speaker 3: black community. And it's just easier to go and date
- 25:40Speaker 3: somebody who's not familiar with your bullshit, So go ahead
- 25:44Speaker 3: and do it. And furthermore, the comments was eating his
- 25:46Speaker 3: ass up somebody who must be dated him, which I
- 25:49Speaker 3: also personally know somebody who dated this Jamal Wollard, okay,
- 25:55Speaker 3: and her comments he better worry about his fucking beetes
- 26:00Speaker 3: and taking that insulin because that dick ain't dickon. And
- 26:05Speaker 3: then another girl in the comments was saying she went
- 26:08Speaker 3: out with him and she had to wind the windows
- 26:09Speaker 3: down because his breath was so funky. Damn, you might
- 26:13Speaker 3: want to go get a bit from a third world
- 26:14Speaker 3: country to deal with all that stupid shit. Next on
- 26:17Speaker 3: a docket, Lord, have mercy, God, damn, what do you
- 26:23Speaker 3: call him? Passport boy, passport passport bro? Go on bunch
- 26:27Speaker 3: of business.
- 26:28Speaker 1: So do you want to go with the because we're
- 26:32Speaker 1: thirty minutes saying already, m hm, let's talk about Caleb
- 26:36Speaker 1: Wilson in the Hazing death. Let's carry on with these
- 26:42Speaker 1: fool figgured niggas. God the Umar blame baby. We're being
- 26:48Speaker 1: real shady today. I'm sorry.
- 26:50Speaker 3: I love it.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Doctor Umar said he wasn't about to choose who to
- 26:53Speaker 1: spend the rest of his life with just because of
- 26:55Speaker 1: a pregnancy, and then call his baby mama's arrogant for
- 26:58Speaker 1: expecting marriage. They're having his child, so it goes on
- 27:02Speaker 1: to say, It goes on to say, so, let's get
- 27:04Speaker 1: this straight. You didn't know them well enough to marry them,
- 27:07Speaker 1: but you knew them well enough to get them pregnant.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Make it make sense? And you know, I hear this
- 27:12Speaker 1: a lot. I hear like, guys, be ready to I
- 27:15Speaker 1: put a baby in you right now, But will you
- 27:18Speaker 1: marry me right now?
- 27:19Speaker 3: Right?
- 27:19Speaker 1: No, that's just that's that's too much. That's a commitment.
- 27:24Speaker 1: A kid is not a commitment, I.
- 27:25Speaker 3: Feel like a good commitment.
- 27:27Speaker 1: It's a huger commitment. That's a lifetime commitment, whether we
- 27:30Speaker 1: like each other or not. It seems like you would
- 27:32Speaker 1: want to marry me before the kids. But no, niggas
- 27:36Speaker 1: feel like a kid is much less of a commitment
- 27:39Speaker 1: than marrying you.
- 27:40Speaker 3: Yeah, so it says that he no, I watched the video.
- 27:43Speaker 3: I saw this video. He actually said if they were
- 27:47Speaker 3: a little bit more patient, he probably would have married
- 27:50Speaker 3: either one of them, you know, because they had it.
- 27:51Speaker 3: They did have a child for him, And it's very
- 27:53Speaker 3: telling when a man only has girls also, Okay, you know,
- 27:57Speaker 3: he's probably a womanizer. So he's saying, and they weren't
- 28:00Speaker 3: patient enough, and I guess probably given him ultimatums and
- 28:03Speaker 3: things like that, like you literally disturb these women's piece
- 28:06Speaker 3: by giving them a child that they have to be
- 28:09Speaker 3: the primary caregiver for while you on the internet for
- 28:13Speaker 3: how many years now talking bullshit? The more doctor Moore,
- 28:18Speaker 3: Umar be having some good points. But then sometimes that
- 28:21Speaker 3: nigga shows up, right, the other nigga. I don't know
- 28:25Speaker 3: what his other name is. I know Umar probably ain't
- 28:27Speaker 3: his first name. Okay, it just shows up and I
- 28:32Speaker 3: just have the Nike check lip looking at him like
- 28:35Speaker 3: just eugh, okay, because why and you know, women we
- 28:40Speaker 3: gotta take responsibility and at this you know point too,
- 28:44Speaker 3: like we know what should be hitten for before we
- 28:47Speaker 3: get pregnant oftentimes and we think that I don't even
- 28:52Speaker 3: want to say this that it's a conscious thought that
- 28:54Speaker 3: we think this person is going to stay. But in
- 28:58Speaker 3: the moments these men are telling you they love you,
- 29:01Speaker 3: they are saying they want a child with you, and
- 29:04Speaker 3: the baby comes and they just flip a switch. It's
- 29:07Speaker 3: like you're unattractive now that you haven't had a baby. Yeah,
- 29:11Speaker 3: and I just gotta wait, I got a child to
- 29:13Speaker 3: think about. Like, and you know, that's that's really when
- 29:15Speaker 3: women just walk away because now you are not the
- 29:17Speaker 3: most important thing to me, right I don't. I don't
- 29:20Speaker 3: really have to. I don't consider you that much anymore
- 29:23Speaker 3: because something else now is trumping me, fighting for a
- 29:28Speaker 3: relationship of you know, pushing for marriage from you.
- 29:31Speaker 1: And a child like will either bring y'all closer together
- 29:35Speaker 1: or switch y'all up now, it'd be hard. I had
- 29:38Speaker 1: someone say that to me that him and his girl
- 29:42Speaker 1: they they got three kids now, and he was like, man,
- 29:46Speaker 1: them kids really like change shit. Like she lost herself.
- 29:50Speaker 1: I lost myself and we lost each other in the
- 29:53Speaker 1: midst of trying to raise these kids. And it's difficult.
- 29:57Speaker 3: That's why you have to really be in love with
- 30:00Speaker 3: the person you have in a family with. You know,
- 30:02Speaker 3: I didn't hear him take any accountability for creating these
- 30:05Speaker 3: broken homes. Yet you're always talking about the black family
- 30:09Speaker 3: structure and what we need to do better in the future,
- 30:12Speaker 3: and you created two broken families. Yeah, yeah, shut the
- 30:16Speaker 3: fuck up for ever, doctor Umar. I'm so sick of
- 30:20Speaker 3: these niggas well.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Maybe so I try to give grace, like maybe he's
- 30:23Speaker 1: speaking from a place of brown kids knowing after the fact,
- 30:28Speaker 1: you know how, like sometimes you got to go through
- 30:30Speaker 1: it the you know no better. Yeah, that's that's what
- 30:35Speaker 1: I have to, you know, attribute it to, Like.
- 30:37Speaker 3: We don't be pointing your finger at people who kind
- 30:39Speaker 3: of doing the same thing when you did the same thing. Finally,
- 30:42Speaker 3: find a more graceful way than also to talk to
- 30:44Speaker 3: your male counterparts. Yeah, okay, because you really be talking
- 30:49Speaker 3: real greasy whole time. I didn't even know he had children.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Like how we try to do on the show. We
- 30:55Speaker 1: don't be trying to run nobody down. Be better than
- 30:57Speaker 1: what I was. You know, the hell who knew.
- 31:01Speaker 3: He even had kids until his daughter went live the
- 31:03Speaker 3: other day?
- 31:04Speaker 1: Right?
- 31:07Speaker 3: Yeah, slim dog. Anyway, y'all, we got to get into
- 31:10Speaker 3: today's episode. Y'all listen. I am on a super duper
- 31:14Speaker 3: holistic kick. Okay, it kind of started at the beginning
- 31:17Speaker 3: of the year. So now I've recently added my calonics
- 31:21Speaker 3: back to my regimen. And I used to get colonics
- 31:26Speaker 3: all the time years ago, but they were much less
- 31:28Speaker 3: expensive in the Midwest. Down South is like only a
- 31:31Speaker 3: few people that do them, so they just the prices.
- 31:34Speaker 3: The prices are just outrageous. But I want to talk
- 31:39Speaker 3: about shit. The ship we keep, the ship we need
- 31:44Speaker 3: to let go and they come back when we come
- 31:49Speaker 3: back after this commercial.
- 31:50Speaker 1: All right, we got paid for this ship. We'll be
- 31:52Speaker 1: right back. First of all, before we get into this ship,
- 32:00Speaker 1: I want you to know how close aj thinks that
- 32:04Speaker 1: we are, clearly because she sent me three shitty videos
- 32:10Speaker 1: over the weekend and look at her, dookie, y'all. That's
- 32:14Speaker 1: how close we are. Apparently I was, And here I
- 32:19Speaker 1: am like, ooh, that was a lot. Oh wow, maybe
- 32:24Speaker 1: I should do that too. Oh we should talk about this.
- 32:27Speaker 1: That was the purpose of doing that. I sent that
- 32:29Speaker 1: shit to a lot of people. I sent that shit
- 32:31Speaker 1: to a lot of people. You are very comfortable. I
- 32:34Speaker 1: would not send my dukie all over the place like that. Yeah,
- 32:38Speaker 1: I have.
- 32:38Speaker 3: Okay, So when I went to Puerto Rico one Yeah,
- 32:40Speaker 3: my homegirl, Shelley birthday.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Hey Shelley.
- 32:43Speaker 3: We went to Puerto Rico for her birthday one year,
- 32:45Speaker 3: and the whole time it might have been there for
- 32:47Speaker 3: like four days. I never used the bathroom until the
- 32:49Speaker 3: night before we were flying out and I let out
- 32:53Speaker 3: the biggest piece of shit I had ever seen.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You talk about this. You sent me that too, So every.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Year on her birthday, I sent her that picture of
- 33:02Speaker 3: her lost two thousand. This is two thousand and I
- 33:07Speaker 3: hate you. Eleven girl, gonna send me her dookie every day.
- 33:13Speaker 1: My birthday is.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Crazy because when I took when I when I did,
- 33:18Speaker 3: I'm like, Shelley, you want to see this donkey is
- 33:19Speaker 3: so big? She was like yeah, she read in the
- 33:21Speaker 3: bathroom to see it. It was like wrapped in there
- 33:25Speaker 3: like a snake. I felt so relieved, though.
- 33:29Speaker 1: No I saw in the Salon Loss. When I was
- 33:32Speaker 1: in Salon Loss, there's barbershops and there's men salons in there,
- 33:37Speaker 1: and this man came out of the bathroom before me,
- 33:41Speaker 1: and I guess he didn't flush. It was the biggest
- 33:45Speaker 1: turn I've ever seen in my life. In there, I
- 33:47Speaker 1: didn't even know dookie could be that big, and it
- 33:50Speaker 1: was the width. It was so wide around. I was like,
- 33:53Speaker 1: oh my god.
- 33:55Speaker 3: Somebody.
- 33:58Speaker 1: Like I had just I haven't spent time around a
- 34:05Speaker 1: lot of men. I haven't lived with a lot of
- 34:07Speaker 1: men in my life. And my dad and my mom
- 34:10Speaker 1: had a separate I never was in their bathroom, so
- 34:13Speaker 1: if he left a turn, I never got to see it.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I did not know a dukie could be that big.
- 34:21Speaker 3: I can't say I've ever seen a man some man
- 34:23Speaker 3: poop either.
- 34:24Speaker 1: Like, bruh, that log.
- 34:27Speaker 3: Good God, there was a whole size of this large intestine.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Probably it was like the size of my forearm. Y'all, like,
- 34:36Speaker 1: that's how wide that log was around?
- 34:39Speaker 3: Interesting, Good God, almighty, that thing open?
- 34:42Speaker 1: He loose.
- 34:42Speaker 3: I don't know what it is, but it's loose.
- 34:45Speaker 1: It was. It was a solid log.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Though.
- 34:47Speaker 1: I was like, I didn't know this could happen, all right,
- 34:50Speaker 1: but get into your ship.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Yeah, so I want to talk about colonics and just
- 34:53Speaker 3: like the whole listic.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Having lunch.
- 35:02Speaker 3: I'm sorry if y'all are, but I do suggest you
- 35:05Speaker 3: could you know, because I don't even eat like the
- 35:08Speaker 3: hard harsh meats, right, I mean, seafood is people may
- 35:11Speaker 3: consider seafood to be no different than eating steak, but
- 35:14Speaker 3: I do right, it's easier to digest, so imagine that
- 35:18Speaker 3: I'm not even eating all this crazy ass meat for real.
- 35:21Speaker 3: I do eat seafood occasionally, well a couple times a week.
- 35:25Speaker 3: But I had actual parasites come out. So I started
- 35:29Speaker 3: on Wednesday, Yes, on the window, in the window so
- 35:34Speaker 3: I so I actually ordered h detox, not a detox,
- 35:39Speaker 3: but a I guess essentially a de warmer right parasite
- 35:43Speaker 3: cleanser from Jamaica. And I had been putting off taking
- 35:47Speaker 3: it on taking it, had been putting off taking it,
- 35:51Speaker 3: so I finally took it on Tuesday. I scheduled the
- 35:53Speaker 3: calonics for Wednesday, so before I would like separate the days,
- 35:59Speaker 3: like I'll go like go once a week or something
- 36:01Speaker 3: like that, but if you get a klonic, do that
- 36:03Speaker 3: ship three consecutive days minimum. The first day was just
- 36:07Speaker 3: like loosening some ship up, right, And I had to
- 36:10Speaker 3: use the bathroom immediately after, and you could tell it
- 36:13Speaker 3: was some old ship coming out. Okay, I just everybody
- 36:25Speaker 3: full of shit, that is the point, right, So everybody
- 36:29Speaker 3: is full of shit. So then day two was like,
- 36:34Speaker 3: oh shit, like it's really moving. That's the videos you've
- 36:37Speaker 3: seen like going down.
- 36:40Speaker 1: All of that coming out of you. Yes, yes, it
- 36:43Speaker 1: was day three.
- 36:43Speaker 3: It was more that so I guess the first day
- 36:45Speaker 3: like loosen things up, day two was come day three, child,
- 36:50Speaker 3: the parasites yeast was coming through the window.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:57Speaker 3: So you know those sugar cranv things you be having
- 37:01Speaker 3: craving for bread, the gluten, the carbs. That's these little
- 37:06Speaker 3: motherfuckers in your gut telling you to eat these things.
- 37:09Speaker 3: And you know those tapeworms can even get to your brain.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Well, you're brighter up under your eyes too.
- 37:15Speaker 3: I don't know if they my skin, Yes, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,
- 37:19Speaker 3: My skin looks better today. I looked in the mirror yesterday.
- 37:22Speaker 3: I'm like, Dad, my skin look clear as hell, like
- 37:25Speaker 3: in a real way, just that quick.
- 37:27Speaker 1: I can see it.
- 37:28Speaker 3: And I know I got some more ship to let go.
- 37:32Speaker 3: And I'm saying ship, but I'm talking about other things too.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Your eyes looked brighter, and I just thought maybe you
- 37:38Speaker 1: took a clem shot to the face over the weekend,
- 37:41Speaker 1: But look at you. It was you got rid of
- 37:42Speaker 1: all that shit. Amen, go ahead, I'm sorry.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Not a bit you like toes face come in the face, y'all.
- 37:54Speaker 3: I didn't you told said something.
- 37:57Speaker 1: I never put that motherfucker foot in my I did
- 38:04Speaker 1: not do that.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Shame, So I wanted to like, Okay, so women in particular,
- 38:11Speaker 3: like we hold a lot of I hate, I want,
- 38:15Speaker 3: I really want to just discard the term trauma. And
- 38:18Speaker 3: I know I've said it three times on this episode,
- 38:20Speaker 3: but we hold a lot of you know, ill energy
- 38:24Speaker 3: in our gut. Right, So when you look at like
- 38:27Speaker 3: your chakras and stuff like that, that's your solar plex,
- 38:30Speaker 3: like the space in between like your breastplate and your abdomen, like,
- 38:36Speaker 3: so we're holding all of that. We're just holding on
- 38:39Speaker 3: to things since forever, right, bad energy, bad relationships, job stress,
- 38:47Speaker 3: all the things. We're literally holding on to it in
- 38:51Speaker 3: our in our guts. So doing like a spiritual cleanse
- 38:54Speaker 3: along with a like a real detox and adding this
- 38:58Speaker 3: to it, you'll probably have a lot more mental clarity
- 39:03Speaker 3: to actually deal with with life at that point. But
- 39:07Speaker 3: I don't think people a lot of times they really
- 39:09Speaker 3: don't connect the too. So some practitioners believe that colon
- 39:12Speaker 3: cleansing can help to release stagnant energy and toxins, which
- 39:16Speaker 3: may contribute to imbalances in your Mani par Manipara chakra
- 39:23Speaker 3: is what it's called the solar plex and there is
- 39:27Speaker 3: scientific evidence also. Now you know, doctors they want you
- 39:30Speaker 3: to be alive and sick, so your your primary healthcare
- 39:36Speaker 3: doctor probably won't be the person to suggest to you
- 39:39Speaker 3: to go get a colonic. That's why we're here, okay,
- 39:43Speaker 3: because they want you to keep coming just to get
- 39:46Speaker 3: medication when a lot of times even with mental health issues,
- 39:49Speaker 3: Like one of my friends, she's starting her own her
- 39:52Speaker 3: own clinic and she wants to do like more holistic
- 39:55Speaker 3: approach to mental health. She's a psychologist and and I'm
- 40:00Speaker 3: trying to link her now with the lady who did
- 40:03Speaker 3: my colonics, Chucktown Colonics, Holly at Chucktown Colonics. She's a
- 40:07Speaker 3: fun time. I actually was trying to get her to
- 40:08Speaker 3: come on the show, but she's afraid to talk for
- 40:11Speaker 3: whatever reason. Girl. Yeah, so we could have had, like,
- 40:15Speaker 3: you know, the actual professional, but I'm linking them to
- 40:18Speaker 3: so they can do some referrals, because really mental health
- 40:22Speaker 3: starts in the gut too, everything all diseases. You know,
- 40:28Speaker 3: a lot of people haven't had a breast cancer diagnosis.
- 40:32Speaker 3: Now lupus. When I first started colonics in Saint Louis, Missouri,
- 40:41Speaker 3: the hydrotherapist she showed me pictures of how she was
- 40:44Speaker 3: wheelchair bound, like on her you know, last leg, literally
- 40:51Speaker 3: on no leg, you know. And she started studying veganism
- 40:55Speaker 3: and she started getting the colonics done on herself. So
- 41:00Speaker 3: now she has a has a clinic. But the colonics
- 41:03Speaker 3: actually saved her life, just cleaning her gut. Because we
- 41:09Speaker 3: have years and years, you literally can have some shit
- 41:11Speaker 3: in there from five years old.
- 41:13Speaker 1: I haven't. I had one before. I did a kolonic
- 41:16Speaker 1: when I was living in Atlanta. That was the last
- 41:18Speaker 1: time I did that, and that was twenty ten. So
- 41:24Speaker 1: I know I got some shit I need to let go.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Yeah, and even when I used to get it, still
- 41:29Speaker 3: it depends on who's doing it. I did not have
- 41:32Speaker 3: these results, you know. I've always still felt sluggish this
- 41:38Speaker 3: time and day. Right now, I would be one to
- 41:39Speaker 3: lay down or taking an energy drink to stay up
- 41:45Speaker 3: in the afternoons. Right after a meal, you should not
- 41:47Speaker 3: be sleepy. If you eat anything and start feeling sleepy
- 41:50Speaker 3: immediately after, you probably should never eat that thing again.
- 41:54Speaker 3: I love Chick fil a French fries and one day
- 41:56Speaker 3: I ate that shit and it almost fell asleep driving home.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Damn, So I stopped eating.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Them because why the hell do I feel this sleepy?
- 42:04Speaker 3: This is the only thing I've ate today? Why do
- 42:07Speaker 3: I feel sleepy heading home?
- 42:09Speaker 1: I like I like being I like going to sleep.
- 42:13Speaker 1: I can't say that.
- 42:14Speaker 3: I would make some T shirts that say, bitch, I
- 42:16Speaker 3: love it lay down. I do love to lay down.
- 42:20Speaker 1: You gotta get up at nap. I enjoy a good
- 42:23Speaker 1: like nothing makes me happier. So with food, does that
- 42:26Speaker 1: to me?
- 42:26Speaker 3: I'd be like, yes, shut down, that's not good. Like,
- 42:31Speaker 3: you know, food's supposed to give you energy, not take it.
- 42:34Speaker 3: So if you eating a lot of foods, that's just
- 42:37Speaker 3: just taking energy. You probably shouldn't get wrong.
- 42:40Speaker 1: I heard that Girl Scout cookies got like, yeah, some
- 42:44Speaker 1: really toxic bad shit in it. Yeah.
- 42:47Speaker 3: BJ bought two boxes in here and I did not
- 42:49Speaker 3: open them. I said, hey, I said, those cookies don't
- 42:52Speaker 3: This is before those articles came out. I said those
- 42:55Speaker 3: cookies ain't taste good. In years, like, I never buy
- 42:57Speaker 3: Girl Scout Cookies cookies in years like a long time.
- 43:01Speaker 1: I'll run a Girl Scout down, Like where is these
- 43:04Speaker 1: bitches that could really be outside.
- 43:06Speaker 3: The cookies haven't been good at least since I was
- 43:08Speaker 3: a kid out of your life.
- 43:11Speaker 1: Box.
- 43:13Speaker 3: Yeah, so they got hard metals, all these crazy ass
- 43:16Speaker 3: toxins in them.
- 43:17Speaker 1: I then hate to see me come.
- 43:22Speaker 3: So let's get into what a colonic is. So it's
- 43:25Speaker 3: a colonic or a colon. Hydro Therapy is a procedure
- 43:28Speaker 3: where warm, filtered water is gently gently flushed into the
- 43:32Speaker 3: colon to remove build up, waste and toxins. Is done
- 43:35Speaker 3: by a trained professional used using a closed system. So
- 43:39Speaker 3: she has, lady I have. She has like a reverse
- 43:41Speaker 3: osmosis machine. So this is gonna get you the best
- 43:44Speaker 3: alkaline water possible. Right, So the waists was removed through
- 43:49Speaker 3: a tube, ensuring a clean, odor free process. Some people
- 43:52Speaker 3: compare it to an internal shower for your digestive track,
- 43:59Speaker 3: and it is this it is safe to do multiple
- 44:01Speaker 3: days consecutively. Also on the digestive system and waste build up.
- 44:09Speaker 3: Like the colon, you're large intestine is responsible for observing
- 44:14Speaker 3: water and ectra electrolytes while forming stools, so over time,
- 44:19Speaker 3: undigested food, toxins and mucus can build up, especially with
- 44:24Speaker 3: the poor diet and high processed foods now we in America.
- 44:28Speaker 3: I don't know for whatever reason people have been hating
- 44:31Speaker 3: on RFK, but he, you know, he's in charge of
- 44:34Speaker 3: the health now, and he wants to take all the
- 44:37Speaker 3: bullshit out of foods. I remember, like a couple of
- 44:39Speaker 3: years ago, Burger King put an article out saying that
- 44:42Speaker 3: they were removing like one hundred and forty ingredients ingredients
- 44:44Speaker 3: from their burgers. From their food. It's supposed to be beef.
- 44:48Speaker 1: What else?
- 44:49Speaker 3: What else should be added to that? Like why do
- 44:53Speaker 3: French fries from Chick fil a or McDonald's have all
- 44:57Speaker 3: these other chemicals other than potato?
- 45:00Speaker 1: Right in Greece, that's really all you need is yes,
- 45:03Speaker 1: potato and grease. But they got all these preservatives in
- 45:06Speaker 1: it to make their product last longer so they can
- 45:09Speaker 1: sell it for longer.
- 45:10Speaker 3: You know, is it really to last longer or is
- 45:12Speaker 3: it really to make us sick? Because really, the companies,
- 45:15Speaker 3: the restaurants aren't cahoots with the pharmaceutical companies. So the
- 45:18Speaker 3: more we eat the bullshit, the more we got to
- 45:20Speaker 3: go to the doctor for diabetes and insulin and all
- 45:23Speaker 3: the things and stay on medication so that the whole
- 45:26Speaker 3: system needs to be dismantled as far as I'm concerned,
- 45:29Speaker 3: I agree, you know, because even the word organic isn't
- 45:33Speaker 3: what we think it is. Like you can have like
- 45:36Speaker 3: a let's say you got a whole at us about
- 45:39Speaker 3: everything everything. I know that a lot of that ship
- 45:43Speaker 3: that say human hair.
- 45:47Speaker 1: I need you to.
- 45:48Speaker 3: Know it's not because bitch, I'm battling a closure right
- 45:53Speaker 3: now on my other wig, Like why is this hair
- 45:56Speaker 3: so ratty on this closure? And the rest of the
- 45:58Speaker 3: hair is fine, Like the bundle is fine, but that
- 46:01Speaker 3: closure is definitely polyester blend.
- 46:05Speaker 1: It's polastic.
- 46:06Speaker 3: Because after a while that you gotta just throw that
- 46:08Speaker 3: shit in the trash because it started getting nappy at
- 46:11Speaker 3: the at the grid, at the root, at the root.
- 46:16Speaker 3: So so how does detoxing work. The body naturally detoxifies
- 46:20Speaker 3: through the liver, kidneys, colon, but lifestyle factors such as diet, stress, medications,
- 46:28Speaker 3: and environmental toxins can slow down these processes. Colonics and
- 46:33Speaker 3: detoxing support the body's elimination process by helping clear out
- 46:37Speaker 3: old waste, bacteria, and toxins, and this can lead to
- 46:41Speaker 3: better digestion, improved energy levels, and it just to reset
- 46:48Speaker 3: your gut micae micro what's the word I'm trying to say,
- 46:54Speaker 3: you know it.
- 46:55Speaker 1: I don't know what the fuck you're talking about, Jackson, hold.
- 47:02Speaker 3: On, let me get the scientific See, this is why
- 47:04Speaker 3: we needed a professional one. You got to do it
- 47:07Speaker 3: yourself sometimes, hold on, reset the ship in your gut,
- 47:13Speaker 3: all right, so you know better, better digestion, improved energy
- 47:17Speaker 3: levels and just like to reset all the good bacteria
- 47:22Speaker 3: in your gut again. People don't associate like the do
- 47:31Speaker 3: people even think about the ship when when they're sick. No.
- 47:36Speaker 3: I remember as a child, my mama like if I'm sick,
- 47:39Speaker 3: the first thing she would ask me is when the
- 47:40Speaker 3: last time had a bio movement? So I think innately, right,
- 47:44Speaker 3: we know it, But it may not just be conscious
- 47:48Speaker 3: like I always.
- 47:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't specifically think about my First of all,
- 47:54Speaker 1: I'm extra regular, I go at least. But just just
- 47:58Speaker 1: because you go, that doesn't mean you're write down that
- 48:00Speaker 1: stuff that's just lodged in my colon and as tests
- 48:04Speaker 1: is not coming out. But what I'm thinking about is
- 48:06Speaker 1: when I get sick, I just want to fill up
- 48:08Speaker 1: with fluid. Flush, flush, flush, flush, That's what I think
- 48:11Speaker 1: about it. I don't think about like necessarily my poop.
- 48:16Speaker 1: But do I guess war to help you do that too, though, right?
- 48:19Speaker 3: Yeah, warm water, like when I first wake up in
- 48:21Speaker 3: the morning, either I'm doing a tea or I'm just
- 48:23Speaker 3: doing a cup of hot water, like just six ounces
- 48:25Speaker 3: and six eight ounces of water, you know, because people
- 48:28Speaker 3: wake up and.
- 48:29Speaker 1: I would say warm lemon water is the best way
- 48:31Speaker 1: to start your day or.
- 48:34Speaker 3: Key lime. So now we wake up and America has
- 48:37Speaker 3: trained us that you have to have three meals a day.
- 48:39Speaker 3: So you waking up doing breakfast. But it's break you're fast, right,
- 48:44Speaker 3: so you've been sleep for eight hours hopefully you guys
- 48:47Speaker 3: get I don't know five to eight hours of sleep.
- 48:51Speaker 3: I try to stop beating at eight o'clock, and I
- 48:53Speaker 3: might not have my first I might not have my
- 48:56Speaker 3: first meal and so and this is just natural. I
- 49:01Speaker 3: don't beat intermittent fast at all. It's just naturally. I
- 49:04Speaker 3: don't want to eat breakfast, like I feel sluggish after
- 49:08Speaker 3: I eat something in the morning. So just a couple
- 49:11Speaker 3: of waters all you need.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Really, first thing I do when I wake up is
- 49:15Speaker 1: think about what I'm about to eat. I just but
- 49:17Speaker 1: I don't think it's because I'm hungry. I just think
- 49:20Speaker 1: it's you're bored. Yeah, it's a mental thing. I just
- 49:24Speaker 1: associate life with food, you know.
- 49:26Speaker 3: So yo're about food. I'm tired of thinking about it.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Was just talking to my mama. I was like, she
- 49:33Speaker 1: was like, I just don't know what to eat. I
- 49:35Speaker 1: don't know what to cook. I don't want no more
- 49:36Speaker 1: it is, I don't want to know. I was like, God,
- 49:38Speaker 1: need to come out with a new meat.
- 49:42Speaker 3: You got some human out there.
- 49:45Speaker 1: Human y'all already think I sucked toes. I ain't eat
- 49:48Speaker 1: no people. I ain't never liked the nigga that much.
- 49:55Speaker 3: Shame. So some of the common myths and facts about
- 49:58Speaker 3: klonis people think that you're gonna flush out all the
- 50:01Speaker 3: good bacteria. You know, it's not like dushing. You know,
- 50:06Speaker 3: when you douche.
- 50:07Speaker 1: Your dish, no more, dish don't exist no more.
- 50:10Speaker 3: Do it dush for your vagina?
- 50:12Speaker 1: Yeah, yes they still sell that.
- 50:16Speaker 3: Yes, yes you still do that. No, but they definitely
- 50:21Speaker 3: still sell dush.
- 50:24Speaker 1: Boy. I remember, like I remember, my mama used to
- 50:27Speaker 1: have that little bottle of little holes on the top,
- 50:30Speaker 1: and she she would leave it in the tub sometimes
- 50:33Speaker 1: and I remember filling it up with water and squirting
- 50:36Speaker 1: it in my face.
- 50:39Speaker 3: She's like, no, give me that.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Maybe it's not a toy.
- 50:43Speaker 3: Now you've been stupid your whole life. Your ay, it's crazy, man,
- 50:48Speaker 3: What the fuck? I might doush? I might dush maybe
- 50:53Speaker 3: one to three times a year, and you know it's
- 50:56Speaker 3: usually after cycle, you know what I'm saying. So dushing
- 50:59Speaker 3: isn't a bad thing. But if you have to always
- 51:01Speaker 3: dush your vagina, you might need to go to the doctor.
- 51:04Speaker 3: Because there's a reason why you score and stuff up
- 51:07Speaker 3: ya kuchi, and you need to figure out why you
- 51:09Speaker 3: think you need to be doing that so frequently.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Vajina is such a very sensitive.
- 51:14Speaker 3: Mine is very sensitive. That's why I can't do nothing
- 51:17Speaker 3: with it. Yeah, yeah, it's like you know, and then
- 51:21Speaker 3: you know, young girls, young girls, young girls, and listening
- 51:24Speaker 3: to the show, you know, it does take some time
- 51:27Speaker 3: to learn how to care for the vagina. It does,
- 51:30Speaker 3: and adding all them extra shit to it's just gonna
- 51:32Speaker 3: mess it up even more. It is a self cleaning organism. Okay,
- 51:36Speaker 3: so if it's not cleaning properly, make an appointment to
- 51:39Speaker 3: go to the doctor. My chrobium, if you hear that.
- 51:41Speaker 3: It just finally told me how to say the word
- 51:43Speaker 3: my chrobium.
- 51:45Speaker 1: If you're listening to your koochie a little twinkie right now,
- 51:48Speaker 1: it's okay, baby, we all been there. Just go to
- 51:51Speaker 1: the doctor figure out why doing that, or if you
- 51:54Speaker 1: already know, do the things still get it together?
- 51:57Speaker 3: And usually the things that get it together is stop
- 51:59Speaker 3: fucking on that man, okay, because he's mixing your bacteria
- 52:02Speaker 3: and somebody else shit and just going back and forth
- 52:05Speaker 3: in between y'all so a lot of times, or changing
- 52:08Speaker 3: your soap, I personally ow you really do you in? Yes,
- 52:12Speaker 3: I only use Dove white soap, and then I don't
- 52:15Speaker 3: like put soap in my vagina, right you know what
- 52:18Speaker 3: I'm saying. So you can clean the labia and stuff
- 52:21Speaker 3: like that, but you don't want to get it inside
- 52:23Speaker 3: though it's hard.
- 52:23Speaker 1: To not though I'd be feeling I'll be struggling not
- 52:26Speaker 1: to like get it inside me, you know, like I'd
- 52:30Speaker 1: be struggling because I'd be down there scrubbing that thing.
- 52:32Speaker 3: So girl, I must have put the doctor Bronner's peppermint
- 52:35Speaker 3: one on it. Oh my god, ah, oh my god.
- 52:42Speaker 1: Yes, that's how the domb ask what's the past?
- 52:45Speaker 3: By oh hot hot pot.
- 52:48Speaker 1: Hot pocket, that's what they need to call him.
- 52:50Speaker 3: What is it called? I use him.
- 52:56Speaker 1: My friend encouraged me to get that ship, and I
- 52:58Speaker 1: put that ship on. I was it down the street.
- 53:00Speaker 3: I like them burn.
- 53:02Speaker 1: No, that burned my koochie up.
- 53:03Speaker 3: It doesn't after a while, so once you use them
- 53:06Speaker 3: more often, it does help with the cramping and stuff
- 53:08Speaker 3: like that.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Baby, I took that ship off and went in the
- 53:10Speaker 1: bathroom and with a water tissue up there till I
- 53:13Speaker 1: got home, because ain't no way I'm gonna have this
- 53:15Speaker 1: fire shooting up my pussy all day. No, ma'am, what's
- 53:19Speaker 1: the ship called? Something? Hot? Hot?
- 53:22Speaker 3: Some some pot one of them honey pot pot, that's
- 53:25Speaker 3: what it is, honey pot.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Call it hot pot. Because that ship burns.
- 53:30Speaker 3: She said, Yeah, it's like eucalyptus and stuff is like herb,
- 53:34Speaker 3: herbal and fuse paths, and yeah, I like it.
- 53:40Speaker 1: I like it.
- 53:41Speaker 3: But she loves it. Does sue that when you first
- 53:44Speaker 3: start using it, of course, it's like your body's like,
- 53:47Speaker 3: but your body gets used to it, and I promise
- 53:49Speaker 3: it really really does help with cramps and stuff. But
- 53:51Speaker 3: I started talking about vagina just to say, like dushing,
- 53:55Speaker 3: I'm not excusey, dushing and colonix is just not the
- 53:57Speaker 3: same thing. Okay, you are not going to wash away
- 54:00Speaker 3: the good bacteria by getting the kalonic, so that is
- 54:03Speaker 3: not the truth. The fact is, while some bacteria are
- 54:07Speaker 3: washed away, a healthy diet replenishes beneficial gut flora. Many
- 54:11Speaker 3: people take probiotics postclonic for balance. Yes, a good probiotic
- 54:17Speaker 3: is always necessary.
- 54:19Speaker 1: Ooh, I like that ollipop. Have one of those every
- 54:23Speaker 1: now and then.
- 54:24Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I use those.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Yeah. It's like a little soda, but it's a probotic.
- 54:29Speaker 3: M good too.
- 54:30Speaker 1: It takes.
- 54:32Speaker 3: Another myth is the body detox is naturally, so calonics
- 54:36Speaker 3: aren't necessary. And the fact is the body does detox naturally,
- 54:40Speaker 3: but due to modern diets and lifestyles, it can sometimes
- 54:43Speaker 3: use extra support, just like a car benefits from an
- 54:46Speaker 3: oil change. Like our like twenty twenty five is not
- 54:50Speaker 3: the same as nineteen twenty five. You know, the food
- 54:54Speaker 3: is different, the air is different. It's more. People is
- 54:56Speaker 3: just more and more and more like our parents or skinny.
- 55:00Speaker 3: Do you remember seeing pictures of real fat people back then?
- 55:04Speaker 1: No, like everybody was smaller, and the sizing system, like
- 55:08Speaker 1: the size two now is a size was a size four,
- 55:14Speaker 1: So they even changed the sizes to reflect how fat
- 55:17Speaker 1: we are to make us not feel as fat as
- 55:19Speaker 1: we are.
- 55:19Speaker 3: And it's really just in America. So while we're we
- 55:22Speaker 3: supposedly supposedly have the best medical system, we have the
- 55:25Speaker 3: sickest people in the world in America. Imagine that. Yeah, okay,
- 55:31Speaker 3: another mythod is calonics can make and testines dependent on them.
- 55:37Speaker 3: I feel like maybe I used to take a lot
- 55:39Speaker 3: of a lot of diuretics, like a laxative and stuff
- 55:44Speaker 3: like that, and I do feel like I might have
- 55:46Speaker 3: fucked my gut health up a little because I wasn't
- 55:49Speaker 3: using the bathroom like I should, so I was using laxatives.
- 55:53Speaker 3: And then it almost seemed like if I didn't use
- 55:55Speaker 3: a laxative, I didn't wouldn't go at all.
- 55:58Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 55:58Speaker 3: Right, But with the diet.
- 56:00Speaker 1: Did you use the roads too much? You're not gonna
- 56:01Speaker 1: come with a man?
- 56:05Speaker 3: Yes, yes, Tammy, that's exactly what we can liken it too. Yeah,
- 56:09Speaker 3: you're right, girl, always right. But okay, so it says.
- 56:15Speaker 3: The fact is, when done properly and not except excessively,
- 56:19Speaker 3: colonics can help train the digestive system to work more efficiently,
- 56:24Speaker 3: not weaken it. I'm gonna give y'all my I got
- 56:26Speaker 3: a whole diet regimen I created out of vitamins, and
- 56:30Speaker 3: the ship been working. I use the bathroom at least
- 56:33Speaker 3: twice in the morning, at least twice in the evening,
- 56:36Speaker 3: you know, after I eat. That might be why my
- 56:40Speaker 3: skin is a little bit clear. I don't know. Go ahead, girl,
- 56:45Speaker 3: I had no come on me in a while. I'm
- 56:47Speaker 3: gonna be honest. Okay, I had come nowhere on me
- 56:55Speaker 3: in a long time, So I don't know what you
- 56:59Speaker 3: talk about. Girls. Did I lead my ship just now?
- 57:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna get one. Yeah, I'm gonna get on group
- 57:06Speaker 1: on for mine. You're rich. I ain't. I can't. I
- 57:08Speaker 1: ain't got no three. I ain't got three hundred invest in, dookie.
- 57:13Speaker 3: It's not that expensive.
- 57:14Speaker 1: First of all, you said it was three hundred dollars.
- 57:18Speaker 3: Was two seventy five. That's for three sessions.
- 57:21Speaker 1: That's three hundred dollars.
- 57:23Speaker 3: What else do you, bitch? Let's run down what you
- 57:26Speaker 3: be spending money on. How much you spent on damn
- 57:28Speaker 3: uber eats a week?
- 57:31Speaker 1: Girl, mind your fucking business.
- 57:33Speaker 3: Yeah, while you full of shit, that's.
- 57:35Speaker 1: The door dash. First of all, okay, I do. I
- 57:41Speaker 1: have been getting meal preps, so I have not been
- 57:44Speaker 1: spending as much on door dash. But in New York,
- 57:46Speaker 1: I don't have a car, so DoorDash is more convenient.
- 57:52Speaker 3: But what happened prior to now, because you've only been
- 57:55Speaker 3: in New York about two months now, right a month
- 57:58Speaker 3: and a half, were talking about out last year, the
- 58:02Speaker 3: year before last, the year before since motherfucking door dash
- 58:06Speaker 3: was created. Basically, how much money? How much salary have
- 58:12Speaker 3: you paid them? People that you can't pay this money
- 58:15Speaker 3: for your health.
- 58:15Speaker 1: I put somebody through school, That's all I will say.
- 58:18Speaker 3: And then you have an autoimmune disease, right, so I
- 58:20Speaker 3: think this would.
- 58:21Speaker 1: Be I don't find that I don't have that.
- 58:23Speaker 3: Well, there there's this there's this audio autoimmune disease in
- 58:27Speaker 3: the air, and that they keep saying that no I
- 58:33Speaker 3: don't believe it. I don't believe it.
- 58:35Speaker 1: I feel okay, but okay, yeah, but and then I
- 58:38Speaker 1: do want to get one, but I'm gonna look on
- 58:40Speaker 1: groupon and there's what.
- 58:41Speaker 3: That's why I found my place in Saint Louis, like
- 58:44Speaker 3: I do groupon all the time so to this day.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Because I don't want to pay three hundred dollars with
- 58:49Speaker 1: dookies just sound crazy.
- 58:51Speaker 3: It's not for donkie, it's for your life, it's for
- 58:54Speaker 3: your health, it's not just for Donkie.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Yeah, but if I can get my dukie out for cheaper,
- 58:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it.
- 59:00Speaker 3: But to me, like, honestly, I have been getting calonics
- 59:03Speaker 3: and this is like the cheapest is probably gonna get. Honestly,
- 59:07Speaker 3: eighty dollars eighty some dollars per session as the cheapest
- 59:11Speaker 3: you gonna get.
- 59:12Speaker 1: I've seen one on group home right here in Brooklyn
- 59:14Speaker 1: for forty five dollars.
- 59:15Speaker 3: Oh shit, oh shit, Well that's Brooklyn because it's probably
- 59:19Speaker 3: a lot more place, a lot of places to do.
- 59:21Speaker 3: Oh okay, well yeah, go get go, get your azz
- 59:23Speaker 3: clean up for forty five.
- 59:25Speaker 1: And I'm gonna send you a video, a video on
- 59:27Speaker 1: my dookie to you.
- 59:27Speaker 3: And I love to see it, Okay, I like to
- 59:30Speaker 3: see I want to see you let that shit go.
- 59:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm gonna let it go. Okay, we all love
- 59:34Speaker 1: the ship.
- 59:35Speaker 3: I didn't let go, all right, So these are just
- 59:44Speaker 3: some of the benefits. And I kind of already went
- 59:46Speaker 3: over like we you know, been talk about it at
- 59:49Speaker 3: nauseum at this point, so increase energy levels and mental clarity,
- 59:53Speaker 3: skin benefit benefits, clear complexion, weight loss, and bloating reduction.
- 59:57Speaker 3: So before y'all go get that with GOVI ozempic all
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: that shit, trying to clean your damn stomach out first, okay,
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: because really, you know what she told me. She said
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: a lot of her clients have been coming and they
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: their stomach is messed up now after having taken those medications,
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: because really it's starving you. So they they their bowels
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: aren't working as it like it's supposed to at this point,
- 1:00:22Speaker 3: and a lot of people have stomach issues after using ozempic.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: I just feel like anything that you taken, you haven't
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: watched them drug commercials and they'd be like the people
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: all smile and walking down the street and they got
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: this is medication is for psoriasis. But then the person
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: all the side effects, all the side effects. It's like, goodness,
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: is it even worth it to take any of this shit?
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: You're going to create a new problem fixing one.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: The weirdest thing is about like when you tell somebody
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: about a supplement, a natural something, they always question it.
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: But you get all the side effects of all this shit.
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: Your doctor give you. You take it willingly, you don't care.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: I'm just not a fan of no drugs me neither.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: It's week. That's it. That's the only thing I like.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: Everything else, I'm like, I'm scared.
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: And then also says a boosted immune system. And another
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: benefit is emotional and mental benefits of letting go physically
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: and metaphorically.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: Okay, so let that ship go, y'all. I encourage everybody
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: to go get their booty sucked out and not the
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: way you're used to your nasty and.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: Just imagine niggas be licking ass. You got parasites back there.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: I remember I talked about that who went to y
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: theyself in the hospital for two weeks from eating booty hole.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: Yes, so yeah, like everybody has parasites. You just don't
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: want to over growth a real life infestation of these things,
- 1:01:52Speaker 3: even with like the yeast. You know, sugar feeds all
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: of these things. So if you think you just a
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: sugar addic and you just like liquor so bad because
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: that's just stray alcohol, you probably need to clean your
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: fucking gut out.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna go do it. I'm gonna you have inspired
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: me to go clean my gut out and see what
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: comes out of there, because I do love sugar.
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: And then I need a whole lot of gangs.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: When I was young, I did not care like I
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: wasn't a sugar person. I remember being a kid. I
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: always been built like this right, just a little thicker.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: Oh life, whole life. And I remember being at kids'
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: birthday parties and they cutting the cake and they'd be like,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: you want a slice of cake, and I'd be like, nah,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: give me another one of them hot dogs. I didn't
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: want no fucking cake. I wanted another.
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: Dog or a burger party.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: And that's but once I got like late thirties, something changed,
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: and now I would rather just have desserts and no meat.
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: I like fresh baked goods. I don't like packaged items.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: So like you talk about the girls like cookies, like, damn,
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: my shit, I'm gonna go mix some shit from scratch
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: or like you know, buy like some organic cookies from
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: Whole Foods to cooking, which I just realized because I
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: read a pack the ship got gmo from Whole Foods.
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: What are y'all doing? Us ain't nothing whole nothing anyway, Yeah,
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: y'all let that shit go. If you want mental clarity, right,
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: If you want to feel better about life and living,
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: it starts with the ship in your stomach, before you
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: can let go of that man, before you can let
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: go of that job, where you can let go on
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: bad relationships, girl friendships, whatever it is that you need
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: to let go. It starts with the gut and.
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: Seeing y'all dooky videos to AJ.
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: She want to see it, And if y'all want to
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: see my parasitic videos, I'll send it to you. If
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: y'all want to see this shit video like, it's a
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: million of them online, but if you want to see
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: one for somebody that you semi know, I'll send it
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: to you. I'll sing you this shit.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Don't ask to see my dookie. I'm gonna do it,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: but don't ask.
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: Yeah, let that shit go. We're going end that. I
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: said ship like maybe a hundred times on this episode,
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: But after this commercial, I got a simp story. Okay, okay, here,
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: all right, y'all, we'll be back.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Listen, y'all need to rewind this episode. Listen to it
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: from the beginning with your friends, and take a shot.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Every time AJ says ship, y'all gonna be up, you
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: might be in the hospital. Don't do that. All right,
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: We'll be right back after this commercial.
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: Easy way to say this, but all right, y'all see
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: we're back. Look, this is not a sam story that
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: somebody said. This is some ship I saw online.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: Okay, let's hear it.
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: Let me read it right quick. So it says bruh,
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: I did some dumb ship, took my baby Mama t Atlanta,
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: went to swingers club and turned up Bruh, bruh, me
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: her and a fine ass red bone turning up. I'm done,
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: I done, tapped out. I caught me two good ones.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: I'm drained. This big black six foot six musclehead nigga
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: came over and wanted to join them, and I had
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: to agree because that's what we talked about beforehand. This
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: was both on our bucket list. Not getting too graphic,
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: but follow me. We had a towel on. I'm not
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: the smallest down there, no Diddy, I'm a good seven
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: plus plus inches. This dude pulled out an elephant trunk
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: and laid it on the other girl's forehead. I told him,
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: you're not putting that in my girl. This half a
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: said I wanted. I took the hardest swallow and said, okay,
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: I had to watch my girl get slaughtered. I even
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: went over there while he was doing it and rubbed
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: her forehead to tell her it would be okay. She
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: was yelling, begging for me. She was in a zone,
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: and I checked out mentally, it's okay when we do it.
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: But that right there.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Nah.
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: Fast forward to this morning. I woke up this morning
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: in the mood like any guy would. I went over
- 1:06:17Speaker 3: to her and started to strike it up with her.
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: This motherfucker said, not right now. I'm still sore from
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: this weekend. He said, Who the fuck says that? He said,
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: I can't get what I want because she's still sore
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: from this motherfucker. Real shit. I thought I could take it,
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: but this entire experience turned me completely off. I want
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: to break up with her, but I love her. I
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: just don't think I could get ever get back to
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: where it was. Any advice? Why you referring to her
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: as your baby mama? First of all, y'all obviously live
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: together with a child that's already weird to me. And now, y'all,
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: I introduced swinging basically into the relationship, and you can't
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: handle of motherfucker swinging. And he probably was the one
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: that suggested it.
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: I bet you exactly he wanted to do. It ain't
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: no fun when the rabbit got.
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: The good or So y'all got some advice, You got
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: some advice.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell this nigga, Like.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: I just think he should motherfucker delete this ship and
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: never say that shit again. That's the only advice I got, Nigga.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Just tell nobody and just thrill to break up with
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: her because she got fuck better than you could fuck her,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: or harder or bigger than you could do. Like, that's
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: not a I mean that she didn't cheat. You probably
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: suggested this ship.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you set her up. If he leave, he really
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: set her up. I can understand what he's saying, Like
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: once somebody do some shit, like even if you might
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: have been okay with it's like I just can't look
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: at this motherfucker no more. I understand. But no, nigga,
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: you set her up for the okie dookie if you
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: leave her with a child, because y'all you introduce you
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: let her introduce some dickens. So y'all went to the
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: swingers club and you were just supposed to do a
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: three cent with her and another woman. But obviously you
- 1:08:12Speaker 3: okayed her getting slaughtered by another man if it came
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: up and the big dick came up. How you mad?
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: I could feel that, because all right, this is a
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: long time ago, y'all, this is.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: Has she going some bullshit.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: And I was dating this guy and I liked him
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: a lot, but he said he just wasn't a big
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: big on kissing, and I'm I love, I'm gonna kiss her,
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: like we need to be kissing. You need to tongue
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: me down. So finally he was like, we started kissing,
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: and then he started he sucked my tongue, but he
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: was sucking it like a dick, like up and down
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: on my tongue. And then I ain't like him no
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: more after that, just that quick, it is over. Why
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: like a dig get off.
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: Me do nothing without being gay? What why he can't
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: be sucking at like a clip? I like my shit sucked,
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: not like all aggressive now but like a low Yeah.
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: I like that.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: Well there I should have sai the rolls do.
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, there, foolish, You are foolish, foolish, so yeah,
