AnyWho, Today, Emily and I have a lot on our plate. We've got a little bit of dish to serve up. We also are going to be doing a recap of the latest episode of Below Deck, and then we're going to pivot right into buying Beverly Hills at two episodes there we're covering, and this week we are off to the Races tomorrow, Vanderpump Rules Thursday, The Valley and the Summerhouse is on Friday, and the bonus episode this week is The Traders UK season two, because I haven't seen season one yet, which I heard was Emily, you told me you and Diana were watching Unbelievable. It's so good season one. I mean, I love season two as well, but when nobody knows what the game is in season one, it's pretty phenomenal. Oh, man, Okay, well we're going to jump into that. Also, vander Pump Villa has arrived over on Hulu and I was scrolling through Instagram and I even saw on Architectural Digest they did a whole tour of the villa and it's like, literally, I mean such a vander Pump. They turned that villa like that's in the South of France. It was already a you know, vander Pump vibe, but she literally brought over She's like these this candle uh decort I brought ova and I mean this huge, these two huge candelabra things that she put like on top of the mantle and then also in the fireplace. She also brought over this huge like mirror wall door thing, you know, kind of shabby chic, elegant. She's just bringing She just brought all of her shit to the South of France to like make it vander pompified. You know, it's vander Pump Bridgerton, That's what it looks like. All the promo. That's all I kep thinking of, Yes it is. Oh my gosh, it looks really good. So we're gonna have to dip into that at some point because vander Pump is pulling out all the stops. And I did love that tour. I love an Arc Dye tour and to see how they promoted that show by you know, putting them in the villa, and like I thought that was a genius idea. So check that out. It is no fault of my own. But there will be a new date. Obviously, people who are listening, you who this may not be here nor there for you because you didn't get tickets. So La La Kent has bought a five bedroom, three point one million dollar home in La She is moving to the valley she I mean three point one wow in the San Fernando Valley. She bought it last month. TMZ has got the estate records that she purchased this five bedroom and three and a half bathroom home. Just weeks before she announced she was pregnant with baby number two. So we've got another one in the Valley, poised to join that cast full time. I think it right. She kind of confirmed that she was going to join the Valley right in a one. I thought that she had said that she was. I thought she said that she was on something that like, yes, I'll be I'm going to move into that show. I thought that I read something that she said she was going to do that. M I uh, okay, let me see if she says anything about that in this article. Page six is not necessarily they're usually pretty good. Yeah, I was gonna say page six is pretty good about reporting recent news within the article. So maybe, okay, receipts timeline Emily what well, I mean, listen, even if she didn't like announce that, we all know what's happening. So let's just, yeah, let's go ahead and announce that for her. Okay, I have no problem with that. Like we all know, eventually these stars are going to end up over on the Valley, so why not. So my my next story is about Ariana Maddox and her brother. So this is this is a story about Arianna's brother. Essentially, so, Jeremy Maddox is opening up as to why he hasn't spoken to his sister Ariana in months. He says, why I haven't been talking to my sister and scanned of all are two totally separate things. Jeremy told exclusively US Weekly. He said, I just want to clarify that I haven't talked to my sister due to me having to stand up for my fiance. He said that he got engaged to Rachel on Sunday, March twenty. Oh my gosh, to Rachel on Sunday, March thirty first at Jackson's studio City. Let's just take a beat there and just wonder something's amiss. Okay, sounds magical. Sheena and Jacks were in attendance. He said, there's been some small, microaggressive gestures toward my fiance, and that's what's led me to not talking to my sister. It's been going on for quite some time. I think we've just been kind of letting it pass because of course, I'm always going to have my sister's back, but I was put in a position where I choose, where I chose my sister or where do I choose my sister, or do I choose the person I'm going to spend the rest of my life with? And he said Jeremy isn't sure what caused the alleged disconnect between Ariana and his fiance, adding I feel like no one can really put a finger on why that was going on. Arianna is a sweet, kind girl. I love her so much. So it's not always in your face all the time. It's just little slight things that maybe not everyone would notice. So he's basically calling out her for microaggressions towards his fiance and told us Weekly, So she's a great gal. She's such a great gal. I mean gal. Honestly, this is like next level throw your family under your under the bus for fame and money with a tabloid because now we are only getting one side of the story. And I don't think that Marianna is going to be able to really speak to this at this point. She's probably not going to say anything because she's gonna be like, I'm not gonna make it worse. I mean, it's my brother. And not to say that she didn't do what he's accusing her of doing, but imagine doing this to your family member, but at the same time being like, oh, but they're a lovely person. Yeah, what is the motivation here to like slander your sister or to make a statement about you know, microaggressions. I mean, I think the point is to get attention, one, be relevant, two in maybe three money, Like I don't know if he got paid, but of course he got paid. He is this an exclusive, yes, weekly, and they said it it's really it's really sad. So there's that, Yeah, say goodbye to your sister forever, because I don't know if it's forever. I feel like, especially if he's trying to make a relationship with Jack's, it sounds like I wonder if he's angling for the valley. Well. At first I was reading it as like Ariana's old apartment by the way, from from what I if they still live there, then yes, But from what I originally was starting to read was that they were the ones, like Sheena and Jacks were the ones doing the microaggressions, and then like Arianna wasn't sticking up or saying anything and pointing it out. But then as you read further, it sounds like it's Ariana that he's saying so it's just very, very confusing. In other Ariana news, Arianna is going to replace Sarah Hyland as Love Island USA host. Did you see this, Emily? Yeah, there was a lot of back and forth that day because it sounded like the press release was saying, Sarah says that she has a project that she really needs to do during this time, so it's not permanent, and then it sounded like then it changed to like, no, this is permanent, like Sarah Hyland was like I didn't news to me or something like that, like wow, Like maybe it was a little salty, Oh my heavens, my goodness. I was under the impression that Sarah Hyland was stepping away and they needed to replace her, so because I thought that she had projects and then they just didn't, you know. Anyway, it says that Sarah's reps haven't commented back, so it kind of maybe sounds like she was replaced with Ariana, which is wild because this is a perfect example of the state of how important reality television is, eclipsing regular stars of stage and screen. You know what I'm saying, Like, yeah, modern fa art, wow, right, But I also feel like, you know, I hope that arian is getting paid well for this. I don't know. Maybe she was a lot cheaper than Sarah. That might be in terms of quote unquote importance. That might really mean what it's about snap And I would say, like Arianna, I really hope that she gets some hosting coaching because I feel like arian is energy. And I say this as a person that is like a low energy presenter myself sometimes, but you gotta step into a gear that you are not comfortable in, you know what energy. I was gonna say that that you need to step it up with the energy, you know. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. You just need to you need to act more, you know, like you're excited all the time. Okay, so obviously this is episode nine, this is Real Housewives of Grenada, and uh, we are kind of on the heels of this little bit of a flirt triangle between Zandy and Sonny and Ben, and we find out that's that that Sonny has this other side of her when she drinks what she calls tequila sabrina. I mean, it's just an eye roll. I think Ben's totally gaslighting her, and I do not appreciate it. I think watching the footage back, I would think that Zandy would see that, like, oh, yeah, this was a little much. Yeah. And I don't know if Zandy's into Ben or not. But like the fact that Sonny is now like walking around apologizing, like as though she just made the whole thing up. I don't think she did. No, I totally agree with you. It's the definition of gaslighting. And I hated that, Like, just trust me, just trust me. I'm like, oh, this is so gross. Yeah, and you're right, I'm sorry. Yeah. So but all that said, Fraser and Captain Carrie have to have like a little sidebar about poor chef Anthony, who is just he's such an amazing chef, but this poor guy is in the weeds in the kitchen and just shit is everywhere. I mean, it's falling from the ceiling there. You can't find an organized area in that kitchen to save anyone's life. Yeah, but the results are impact so far. Yeah, really good. So it's not like that there's any complaints really on the food, Like you, there's a little bit, but not like compared to other Charter or other chefs that we've seen on other seasons. So I'm like, if he has a process like I did appreciate Captain saying like I don't want to mess with it, like if he's an artist. That was a weird story, that story he told about his friends. The story because it was like a weird selfie of his face half in frame with the building behind it smiling. It had no nothing to do with anything, and they put that selfie on the screen during his story about mold and a friendship. I was god that you. I was like, what does the mold have to do with this? Fuckings like her being in the kitchen and him being hard on her. It could have just been like you're you know, you had a friend that worked for you and you didn't understand their process and you ruined the friendship because you couldn't come back from that because you interrupted their process and you weren't able to embrace it. And now you know better. We don't need to know about the backstory of your friend who needed to get out of her house for a job, and you put her on in the middle of the ocean so she could get away from her moldy house. We didn't need to know that. But it also made no sense with a photo. It was just a bad picture of him out of frame on some boat with some building like it made no sense whatever to hurdles. Whatever you do your in life is gonna have mold. And just know that when mold happens in your life, whoever's affected by that mold, you don't want to hurt them because they're they're specially vulnerable. I don't even know what this acts. And you're gonna lose a friend. You're gonna lose a friend. You're gonna lose a friend because when she was on the ship and she was in the kitchen, I said, what the fuck are you doing? Get your shit together? This place is a miss. Make the food good, but also make your station better because this is a fucking disaster and they don't care how mold of your life is your piece of shit, And then you're gonna realize how you screwed up, that the things you said were hurtful. So don't do what I did here. It's a selfie, it's a selfie. It's a grease, I think, is that a is that a moldy uh, moldy pillow has nothing to do with anything? Take it, producers like, I don't know, I don't know what he's talking about, but there might be something here, so let's just leave it in. Yeah, maybe there's an insane callback coming up. Maybe the news stew is that girl, Oh my god, yeah, m hm. You know if somebody said something about mold, the shouldn't be molded on this boat. I've been to it. No, Jill's keep telling them what what's wrong with mold? Jill? You know, there's fun. Guy. Here's the thing. There's all kinds of different molds. There's molds that can form from water. There's molds that can form that when you're making jello. There's all kinds of molds. All right, this is fascinating. I don't want molds one way or the other. And I don't want to step forward on a vessel if I know there's been mold there. All right, you know what with water and you get rid of the mold, Keep going, Jill, the Captain's coming. We're gonna, We're gonna dock. That's like his trigger market. His trigger word is mold. He starts to lose his mind over it. But it was interesting to see Anthony talk about his dyslexia and how like you could see how he's like frozen in time when he's stuck. That was that was really rough, Like if there's some way to smooth out the communication between you know, Barbie and Anthony, because she's riding all over this board. And I just thought, there's got to be a way to simplify this because that burger lunch was such a disaster. Well, I can tell you how to simplify it. Put the number in front of the burger in front of it. It was tucked into a parenthesis, like how many he had to make. I was confused. Yeah, it was just it was kinda yeah, it wasn't good. And I think like also they didn't say it, but I got the vibe that Barbie remembered it incorrectly. They didn't come right out and say it. But anytime you don't write down the order, like when you're taking an order, I get really I get real nervous when like I'm at a restaurant and they don't write it down, because like, I don't give a shit. If you're proud of your memory skills, I don't need to see it. It's not a magic trick. Just write it down. And that's how I felt. And then I thought, well, is that something that on the yacht they're not allowed to like write it down because like you, they're allowed to. I've seen that happen before. Yeah, well she should write it down. I actually, in like situations like that where you've got different temperatures, like you're gonna want to do, you're gonna want to write that down steaks, oh yeah, allergies, eggs, you're gonna want to need to write down the specifics of what people want when it comes to temperature and gluten free and whatever, because that gets nuts. Wow. And Barbie always has that thing where it's like she gets overwhelmed and then she's like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, now figure it out, you figure it out. I just like threw up the words and I told you what has to happen to figure Okay? Bye? Yeah, She's like, he's like playing chlades up there. I just know what the sounds like, movie, looks like. Picture Elly, I cannot make it out. Mold, what do you want? It's like, yeah, he he the chef anyway, like he tried. She tried, and at the end of the day, the fact that she took full accountability, I really appreciate it. I love that. I love that. I mean that was actually I've been there where I'm like, it's me, it's me, it's me, it's me, it's me. You know, you have to just come forward and be like I'm the one who fucked up, like it's me. I'm sorry, and then just try your best to dig yourself out and that passive aggressive like, oh, I guess it's me. I guess I'm the one that it's not that. It was like, legit, right, I fucked up. Here's what I did. Right. This is on me. And you just don't see that very often, No, you sure don't. And that was nice because obviously we've seen an entitled side to her because she comes from such a wealthy family. So this was really great that it doesn't matter how entitled you can be or where what your background is, you can always you can still own it. And I appreciated that. I have to we have to go back to the beginning when Fraser was giving them a tour of the boat and just getting to the hot tub, and like he's just showing them where the hot tub was. She's got a stick her fingers and the skin. You know what, I feel like it's too hot? All right, you know what, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Can you turn it down for now? You know what? And you know my die cokes they gotta go in the freezer. And I want a nugget ice. Nugget ice, ice, nugget ice. I gotta tell you, nugget ice. And if it is the kind that like an ice maker makes where it's like this little tiny is that what she's talking about? Right? Yeah? Yeah, Oh it's so good. I've never experienced that until a friend of mine up here in Santa Clarina has one of those little ice makers on their countertop and I was like, what sweet heaven of ice is this? I mean, wow, but the countertop nugget ice or any countertop ice maker. The ice although you get it fast, it melts really fast because it's just like but nugget ice at like a sonic is oh kitchen Sonica from by Beverly Hills. Sonica's nugget ice is now best. I hope they keep her around because we want that ice and don't screw it up. And then Jill's like, you know what, you know, you know what? I'm sorry, No, it's father invented the Maderna vaccine. Can you believe it? Can you believe it? Listen, everyone's gonna get a vaccine. Okay? You did you fad to fact checks it? You know what? Was it true? I think so Weisman? Yeah is one of them? Yeah? And I will say I did agree with her that some complimentary items I would assume would be provided in Wow the bathrooms. Wow Wow, Okay, I said of it, I am not going to disagree with that either, because it is I mean, she started to get a little bit like, look, she can put together a basket. We know that. You know what I mean, Like, can you imagine going to her house? Everything you need is probably going to be there, But she was putting it. I mean, yeah, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, band aids, Q tips, tom toms. Yeah, I was really smart. I'm sorry. I know this is going to rub people the wrong way. I think jill bite or her bark is worse than her bite. I couldn't handle it. She turned everyone on that boat into Alex McCord, including myself, because I was just like, what the hell? God? Oh no. But then when she was like sidebar with Fraser, Oh hey, Jill, what's up? No? Keep telling you singing my song? Go on? Go on? When she side barred with Fraser after the lunch, I thought that was kind of a nice moment, and I thought like she was like, yeah, no, big whoop, It's fine, It's fine. But I so I think she just needs to feel like she's in control. And I wouldn't want to be on there with her. But I don't feel it was gonna like permanently ruin anything, Like I didn't think she was going after people in a bad way, like she didn't want to involve the cass in. I want her on her own show. That's like, you know they have those makeover shows of businesses and things like that were oh yeah, like Tabitha's salantekeover and things like that. I mean Jill to just go to every business and just nitpick the shit out of everything. But she's going to make a ton of sense just by the way of like looking at you know, yes, I mean, is a room you want the amenities that you would have in a hotel in a way you know that would be great? Yeah? Yeah, and you're spending a fortune. She's right, you know, you don't have a basket of goodies. She's not wrong. You should have that shit in there. But but also when she did talk to at breakfast and she's like, can I give you another recommendation for the yapp. It's like, no, please shut up, please, we don't want to hear it. We just need to get through. It's charter, no, no, no, I can't shake any more recommendations a button for the Primary like a doorbell, you know, except a doorbell, and it would go to the kitchen, you know. And then Fraser couldn't even keep it in. He really slander. He's like, I bet they loved you. I was like, whoa. I mean, that was a roast and thank goodness, she had like a good sense of humor. But then she's like, you know, the sticky can get him on Amazon Amazon. And I'm like, well, they're not coming to the ship, you know what I mean, like, yeah, get Primary that stuff right in the middle of international waters. But okay. And then and then she's out on the like laying out on the side, and then she's like, question for you. I'm thinking about the food, you know, not about the service at this time. And I don't think about the service, lady, but the food. The food, you know. I know I wrote mine out. I know that I wanted I said I wanted food out all the time. Okay, but there's something I said, you know what, there's nothing that's been out all day. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, nothing's been out. Just a little note on just a nush a crewed tay you know something. And chef did clear it with the primary exactly what the for the appetizer for the sushi, and Joe cleared it and it wasn't right. So what happened there because he didn't have a vegetarian sushi that he had planned? Is that right? That's right? Because he got so laser focused on the sushi idea and he said, what do you want and he made two suggestions and the primary said yes, and then Jill said, and you know some of it like literal veggies, and so that's what he had. And it was raw fish. I mean, but he I guess he didn't clear that part. But that was on our list to not have raw fish. I mean, it was a it was a it was a misstep, but I mean it was also cleared. It was cleared. And yet it's amazing how somebody can create such chaos by trying to make things better on a yacht that you end up screwing things up for everybody, you know what I mean, Like the primary and she's like, you know, what I'm going to be. I'm just going to be the boss, you know what I mean, like my Doug bossy. Okay, I'm just going to be the boss just constantly. The primary is like I don't know, I just know I don't want anything other than I just yea, let me let me say all she wants another tattoo. Okay, it says Maderna. Yeah, Carrie's like, what's happening is that Jill is fucking us all up. We just stop focusing less on fucking Jill and we should be focused on the fucking primary. I feel like someone got my head because like he's even messed up. He's like, I'm trying to come out of it. I'm trying to come out of it. I'm trying to sort my way out. But Jill just in my head, he handled it though, like in terms of like identifying it and being like you, this is what's happening, and this is where we're going to change our behavior. Like I did appreciate that too. Yeah, he's really honed in on the problem. Yeah, it's like, oh my god, that is the problem. Yeah. I think I got it. I think I can figure it out. I'm not listening to her voice right now, I think I can hear it the the actual truth of the situation. I can see the force of the trees. We gotta stop listening to Jill and more to the primary. It's like the same spiral staircase we've seen in many other of these places. Right, you know, at this kitchen with like no kitchen hood and the hidden fridge, I'm like, I I'd like to see these things. I don't feel at home. We've talked about this. It's just so sparse, it's just so sterile. It's too much for us. I don't mind the hidden fridge and hidden appliance part. I don't mind the kitchen being like that, but I do mind the rest of the house being a Marriotte lobby like that is the it's just cold hobby. Yeah, wow, you said it. I mean, and then they like they talk about all the finishes and all the materials, and I get that it's like onyx and it's like in you know, upcycled wood from you know, Mars. You know, I understand that these are very really incredible pieces of material, but the way that they're structured, there's just no warmth to any of this, and that's what always throws me off. So, yeah, that being said, Farah, now I think I have it straight that she didn't they didn't hire a director of operations because Mariso didn't want to do that, so we put those specific management responsibilities on Farah and she's having a hard time focusing on selling and also managing the different teams. So that being said, they have a conversation of wanting to raise up Sophia and get her going in the agency. Ben is still a weekly meeting. They're gonna have a weekly meeting. Now, what a brilliant idea to have just to come to that conclusion here at this well. And they didn't even need Jill. They didn't even need Jill to figure that one out. They came up with it on their own. We also see the Ensino property which is Keiki vandaway of basketball starts in this episode. A lot of basketball people with big houses wanting to see again in that house too. I was like, this is not my thing. It wasn't mine either. The mid century. I could see the mid century, but it wasn't as you know, blatant mid century as I were used to. But then we meet Michelle, and so this is where things are going to start heating up with Michelle, who is the agent who's from the valley. I'm the queen of the Valley. I mean, okay, like no one's ever heard of the valley, Like we are like the valley. We all know about the valley, now, you know what I mean. So it's just so funny that she's the queen of the valley. She knows about the valley anyone coming over to the valley. I was here first, and the valley and the valley. So she was an agent with Mauricio over at Hilton Highland. And she's also a Mexican and Jewish, so they like have this connection and so he asked her to come with her, which she's like obviously jazz. She was jazz to do, and so she is part of this listing, this Kiki Vandaway listing. I found it interesting. I didn't know about the ULA tax, the tax on the sale will Manchion sells over five million, I didn't know about that. Yeah, yeah, that's a I mean within the last two years that was that passed. So wow, I don't know how long it'll last. Everything's a little I feel like between California home insurance not being available and then the millionaire tax or millionaire mansion tax, I think it's I think things will shift, okay to some sanity here hopefully all of everything on my next door app is like my insurance company just bounced me after fifteen years because they're saying I'm now in a fire zone. I can't get insurance anymore. I'm like everyone's bouncing them, and I just keep thinking, you know, wow, I'm so glad, like when we moved to Santa Clarita, because there's a lot of fire areas in Santa Clarita if you didn't know that. So now I'm paraphrasing, but okay, there's a move involved that hopefully this is going to make the government step in in some way that takes some the burden off the insurance companies. But I don't remember the details because it's not just California, it's other states too, but California has it the worst with the insurance. They agreed to put Alexia on that property along with Michelle so that Michelle can start teaching her because she's like, I'm a woman, Alexia is a woman, so I want to like teach her. We have Sonica that comes back into the office and meets with Mauricio, and I just kept thinking, like, I'm a out of faith. This is Calathea. I was like, is this Natalie and Bruglia coming in like not wanting to leave the agency because she's kind of got that like really innocent, like those eyebrows that are like oh no, please please, you know, like she got that look about her. Well, no one talked to her. That was weird, Like all of her friends were just like not making eye contact. And then she went and talked to him and then she says hi to the assistant, and then buy to the assistant and no one talks to her. It's really awkward. Yes, well, she's like, yeah, I want a mentor, and I was just like, not the right thing to say, you know, like that's that's the thing. I agree. I agree, that's like I want you to work and then I'll just shadow and like be over here scrolling. That is such a red flag like that to me. I don't know if that's a generational thing, but or maybe she was told that, maybe she was told to say that. But the whole point is that, you know, when we grew up and we got jobs, like, it was all about initiative and just taking just doing anything and everything to try to get it done and showing your worth. So I mean a mentor like that's almost it happens by default while you're hustling, not necessarily like let me. It's not a tour of Disneyland, you know, this is not like let me escort you vip through disney you know, so you can cut the line. Yeah, So that was weird. So I think Mo's like, look, you gotta I think his answer was great, like don't let her go right now. In six weeks, we're gonna have a meeting and show me what you've done. So I think that's totally fair. H. I agree. Well, Ben and Zach do their podcast. They fight about the roast, and you know that's neither here nor there. Are those couple of clowns. I like him, I I like them both. Yeah, they're super likable. Yeah, super likable. We get to Rosita Street and this is Kevin's uh listing, this is one of his listings, and Brandon joins him and brings the sucking poor toos. I was like, Brandon for the win. He's like, I know, I just feel like it's not a showing. I don't know, it's not an opening unless you have portos. I'm like, oh my god, like you've got it. So I didn't mind this house as much, but I still wouldn't want to live there. I'm trying like the inside outside of it, well just okay, it's still like lightwood paneling and marble, and you know it's it was not as Yeah, and the Queens the Valley showed up. Yeah, and then Ben is warning Alexia about Michelle because of what happened with Tyler, and so we get a little bit of a foreshadowing here, which we'll pick up and pickleball in a second. But I did find this one quick scene with Ben driving to this showing, which was nice because he got a moment with Brandon and then they sort of patched it out and they're on they're on cool terms, so they didn't they didn't hash it out. No. I to me, I'm still like Ben just acknowledge a little bit better what this meant to him. He is still making Brandon apologize and explain it and like even that, like I felt like Brandon came out and he kind of like was like, hey, this is where I could be better, and Ben's like, yeah, okay, buddy, high fives, like yeah, you know what he did not He said something like I'll meet you with the you know, any percentile. I'm like, are you on cocaine? Like what are you talking about? That makes no sense? Like it had nothing. It was another one of those like what yeah, It was like are we talking about again? Yeah. Earlier in the episode, Tyler did a great job of laying it out to Ben like here are still the reasons and by the way, like and I thought Ben was getting it and then he still didn't give it to Brandon when he had a chance. He is a dinosaur that is refusing to change. And that's what's annoying because here's where it really even sold. It harder to me about the social media thing. When they were in Miami and sant he was all like, you know, we are the best, we are the most, like number one in social media, like the in the United States, in every single country in the universe and every plan that we are number one in social media. I was like, holy shit, Like that is if you're using that as a selling tactic at the forefront of your pitch as to why you want to get like this unbelievable property. Social media is such a huge part of your game and your strategy at the agency. So for Ben to not acknowledge why he unfollowed someone on their team, it's just to be like, oh, I learned, got it now will be better at social media. The thing that we teut is the thing that we're different at right right, right, Like you're obviously curating your feed, so curating to where it represents you at the age doesn't make people feel like assholes, right, assholes, But no asshole policy yes, Ben driving and his mom wanting him to bird sit was very funny. She's like, oh, you know, Colleen just needs Bird's fame. Is Colleen like like she just needs a scalp massage six between six thirty and seven thirty. You know. One thing I want to say about Ben, and I noticed it with Brandon and it's been said a couple times too, is like the like because Ben said something with his mom too. I think it was with his mom anyway, It's like, there's something I want these real estate agents to not talk about their small apartments to these clients. I want the I want if I'm going to buy a five million dollar home from them or a fifty four million dollar home from them, I want to think that they've sold so many homes that they are living in a palace like their small apartment. Like Brandon said, like, this bathroom's bigger than my apartment, and Ben said so right, And then Zach has made kind of just like a downgraded situation, And I'm like, like, I want you guys, if I'm buying something from you, I want to know that you've sold so many places that you've made so many commissions. Yeah, if I'm going to get this my home. Don't make it personal to show the the wage gas. I need no, no, I need them to be so high status that I trust them with the sale of my home because they've done so many of these that they have a huge home you know what I mean, Like ibsolutely don't I agree? I'm a little worried about them getting with the number that Bob Schwab wants because yeah, in this day and age, people don't necessarily care about like the value on the history, and it's waning unfortunately, and that's what's a real shame. I know, Well, at that price point, that's what I worry about, because at that price point then you're just dealing with a certain type of buyer that wants to flip it and modernize it and gut it, you know, and then so I and then sell it for you know, make a profit out of it. So I'm just like, man, if they sold it, if it was like eight or ten, then I would feel like somebody was buying it and going to keep it the way it was. Yeah, I think that that's where they need to hit is they need to find the buyer that you know you're not going to over charge to be in the twenty is in close to the thirties, the teens is where Zach was trying to go. And if you are a lower like that, then you will find somebody that can hold on to the the novelty of the home and keep it the way that it is and keep its history. Yeah. We really like, I love the camera that swoops over to the pillow that says boss lady, and we get introduced to her assistant, Katie, who I didn't know which way we were going with that, gal, and that was tough. Sorry, it just was a little bit of a jump scare, and I was like, whoa, what is happening with this face? You know, I don't know, and I'm trying to be like I don't mean to like drag, but look, there's something to be said about plastic surgery. And this is why. It was just the angle. It was just the camera angle, Amy, it was just the angle and the lightning. Sure, sure, I bet so. We got. We'll just we'll step aside that one, and then we'll move on to the conversation that took place between Michelle and Alexia. And Alexi's like, oh yeah, what was going on with Tyler? And Michelle's like, look, you know Ben's team is about farming and stealing and and and just thievery, straight up thievery. Here in the Valley, we have rules. And those rules, I mean, you scrub and you filter, and you sift and your gold mine. You don't just take people's clients and and I'll call them. I mean we have the same last name, Schwartz. And then continue to double down knowing that this is a younger woman than she And that was also very disturbing too, because I'm like, you're in a position of authority and to really lead by example, and you've made mistakes, I'm sure in your career, and this woman, this young woman, Tyler, made a mistake, you know, and so why not you know, making it make it a teaching moment instead of a shaming moment. So anyway, they go out to drinks and what what oh is this when they left Sophia, They left Alexia, I mean Alexia, Sofia and Pharah left Alexia. Yeah, and she's like I lived on island bomall with you, Guyl, like I can't believe us. And there and they're out, and that did definitely seem real, and I was like, oh my gosh, you're the sisters. Oh no, like, don't fight because they love each other so much and you can't help but think about like Kathy, Kim and Kyle and you're like no, no, no, no, no, no, everything's right now. But they worked it out. I totally understood this, And I mean like they were drunk and they didn't know she was coming with them, so but she took it real hard. And then they're at the club and then we find out later in the morning, like when they go to the beach, and I love that Farah like really jumped on Melissa and checked her for and like had Sophia's back. She was like, yeah, you were you put what's his name, Adam? You put Adam in a corner, like you saw that Sophia and Adam were vibing, and then you looked real salty and then swooped in and that was really shady, and I got to have my sister's back and Lissa's like, no. He came to me and asked for me to put him in the corner. Look, I have to say, Melissa, if we're gonna fuck our coworkers. Melissa had had claimed that she was into him way before that trip. She talked about it at the pool party in like an episode or two ago. She That's when I was like, oh, I guess we fuck our co workers here, because she said, hey, the lines get blurry and Adam, Adam, Adam, and and like that's the sign of the door at the agency. We fuck are co workers here. But yeah, I just thought, like, Farry, you know, she's she's been into Adam, so all of a sudden, like why if anything, I was like, it was weird that Sophia was jumping in hmmm interesting.
