Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And Men Who Kept Him Flying High (7/30/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: But as for what we're going to talk about tonight
0:03
Speaker 1: on the podcast here on the segment. You know, look,
0:06
Speaker 1: we know that Prince Andrew was a bored Jeffrey Epstein's plane,
0:12
Speaker 1: and we know that he was at these locations at
0:15
Speaker 1: the same time as Virginia, according to the documentation that
0:19
Speaker 1: we have available to us and from corroborating witnesses. Now
0:27
Speaker 1: there's a report from the Mirror talking about how David Rogers,
0:36
Speaker 1: who was one of Jeffrey Epstein's pilots, flew Prince Andrew
0:40
Speaker 1: and Virginia Roberts on the same plane at the same time.
0:45
Speaker 1: Now what it does is it again adds a little
0:48
Speaker 1: more meat to the bone, right, a little more context,
0:52
Speaker 1: because when you hear the legacy media speak about this story,
0:56
Speaker 1: how many times have they brought up Larry Vysoski or
1:00
Speaker 1: David Rodgers or any of these other players who might
1:03
Speaker 1: seem like they played a minor part to somebody who
1:06
Speaker 1: is looking from the outside, you know, in but to
1:10
Speaker 1: people who understand what's going on in this case, all
1:13
Speaker 1: of these people played their key part. They all had
1:16
Speaker 1: their little roles and their key roles to play, and
1:20
Speaker 1: these pilots are no different you mean to tell me
1:25
Speaker 1: you're flying all of these people around on these planes,
1:28
Speaker 1: all these little, younger looking girls, and you're not asking
1:31
Speaker 1: any questions. You don't go home and look at your
1:34
Speaker 1: own daughter and have a come to Jesus moment and say, wha,
1:37
Speaker 1: what the am I doing out here? How could I
1:39
Speaker 1: possibly sell my soul for a few fazzules? I mean,
1:44
Speaker 1: I get it right, we all want money. Money helps
1:48
Speaker 1: things be a little bit easier for the most part.
1:52
Speaker 1: But to be involved with something like this, something as
1:54
Speaker 1: heinous as this, something as draconian as this, it's just
1:59
Speaker 1: beyond me. Know how you can go home and compartmentalize
2:04
Speaker 1: what you were involved in. I mean, basically, you're aiding
2:06
Speaker 1: and a betting. I don't want to hear well, I
2:08
Speaker 1: was just flying the plane. How did that work out
2:11
Speaker 1: for the Nazis at Nuremberg? Oh? I was just following orders. No, man,
2:16
Speaker 1: you were part of it, all right. You might not
2:18
Speaker 1: have abused anybody, but you were aiding and abetting the
2:23
Speaker 1: abuse by working for this man. And then not only that,
2:28
Speaker 1: but even after the man was arrested, still not coming forward,
2:33
Speaker 1: still turtling up, and still not trying to help justice
2:37
Speaker 1: move forward, So what should anybody think or say about
2:42
Speaker 1: these people? Personally? I find people like this reprehensible. You know,
2:48
Speaker 1: if you were come out and say, yeah, look, Epstein
2:50
Speaker 1: threatened me. He said if I said anything, he was
2:52
Speaker 1: gonna clip my whole family. All right, well, then I
2:54
Speaker 1: get it. I understand why you're quiet, but still you
2:58
Speaker 1: got to have some backbone. Once Jeffrey Epstein was arrested
3:01
Speaker 1: the first time, that was the time for all of
3:04
Speaker 1: these people who were supposedly afraid of him to come forward.
3:08
Speaker 1: That was the time for all of the people who
3:10
Speaker 1: thought that he had too much power. That was the
3:13
Speaker 1: time for them to come forward, and they didn't. Fast
3:18
Speaker 1: forward to the second arrest and still the same story.
3:23
Speaker 1: So how can anyone take them serious or believe that
3:27
Speaker 1: they care about justice or they didn't know what was
3:30
Speaker 1: going on, or that they themselves were in fact victims
3:34
Speaker 1: of Epstein. It doesn't pass the sniff test. As they
3:41
Speaker 1: would say down South, that dog don't hunt. Jeffrey Epstein
3:53
Speaker 1: was obviously engaging in all sorts of disgusting behavior, and
3:59
Speaker 1: people like David Rogers, the pilot who were going to
4:01
Speaker 1: discuss tonight, is somebody who had intimate knowledge of that
4:05
Speaker 1: somebody was flying him around. Look, I can't say for sure, oh,
4:09
Speaker 1: with one hundred percent certainty, Oh he knew what was
4:12
Speaker 1: going on. But you know, let's be real here. Okay,
4:17
Speaker 1: let's be real. Unless he was absolutely blind and Tom
4:26
Speaker 1: Cullen level intelligence, then I don't know how he could
4:30
Speaker 1: not know what's going on. Epstein didn't have any children,
4:35
Speaker 1: He didn't have any nieces and nephews. So why would
4:40
Speaker 1: anyone who's working on this plane as a pilot or
4:43
Speaker 1: anything else think it's cool that he's bringing all of
4:48
Speaker 1: these youngish looking girls around with him, And then after
4:54
Speaker 1: he gets arrested, you don't come forward and say, hey, look,
4:57
Speaker 1: I didn't know exactly how old they were, but yeah,
4:59
Speaker 1: now I see that he's arrested for this. I can
5:02
Speaker 1: totally understand why it was some shady shit looking back
5:05
Speaker 1: in hindsight. But no, none of that happened. So the
5:10
Speaker 1: question becomes, why what are these people trying to hide? Still,
5:16
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's dead, you might as well just spill it, homie, unless,
5:19
Speaker 1: of course, you're worried about implicating yourself. Let's jump into
5:25
Speaker 1: this article from the Mirror and see what Christopher Buckden
5:30
Speaker 1: who is the author of the article, has to say headline,
5:34
Speaker 1: pilot flew Prince Andrew and Epstein's private jet and sex
5:38
Speaker 1: slave was on board. That's ominous. That's not the kind
5:44
Speaker 1: of a headline you want to wake up to if
5:45
Speaker 1: you're the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, is it,
5:50
Speaker 1: especially considering there's a report out that his brother is
5:55
Speaker 1: looking to lance him like a boil, meaning get him
5:59
Speaker 1: out of the royal family, out of the picture, so
6:02
Speaker 1: he doesn't weigh him down when he takes the crown,
6:04
Speaker 1: just like I thought. Look, I don't care if it's
6:08
Speaker 1: the year eleven hundred or the year twenty twenty one.
6:11
Speaker 1: The intrigue that goes on in royal courts is still
6:17
Speaker 1: the same. You have everybody jockeying for position, everybody's looking
6:21
Speaker 1: for a stature with the monarch, and the games are
6:25
Speaker 1: played literally a game of thrones. And if you think
6:29
Speaker 1: that Charles wants this dude hanging over him as he's
6:32
Speaker 1: coronated and he becomes the new King of England, you're
6:36
Speaker 1: sadly mistaken. But imagine waking up and this is the
6:41
Speaker 1: article you see now after all the other articles you see,
6:45
Speaker 1: and it's obvious that the Joe exotic of the Windsor
6:49
Speaker 1: family and his five team members are grasping at straws.
6:54
Speaker 1: If we're going to look at their recent conduct. This
7:02
Speaker 1: is the pilot who claims to have flown Prince Andrew
7:05
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged survivor, Virginia Roberts. So
7:15
Speaker 1: there's a picture of him standing there wearing some straight
7:19
Speaker 1: up typical suburban you know, dad, white guy jeans, with
7:25
Speaker 1: his button up, short sleeve shirt tucked into the jeans,
7:30
Speaker 1: and you know, the usual outfit with the black belt,
7:33
Speaker 1: the whole nine. I can only imagine if they panned
7:35
Speaker 1: down a little bit and took a shot, he'd be
7:37
Speaker 1: wearing the new balance to complete the outfit. What an
7:40
Speaker 1: absolute tool, What a characterture of himself. I mean, wow.
7:47
Speaker 1: Picture For the first time, David Rogers refused to talk
7:50
Speaker 1: about the Royal, his pedophile financier pal, or any of
7:54
Speaker 1: the survivors who claim they were abused. Yeah, well, why
7:58
Speaker 1: would he, Why would he implicate himself. It's obvious at
8:01
Speaker 1: this point that these people aren't going to do what's right.
8:05
Speaker 1: They're not going to come forward, They're not going to
8:07
Speaker 1: be honorable. So what's left to mock them? To make
8:14
Speaker 1: sure that people understand that this man is part of
8:18
Speaker 1: the problem. Do the right thing, Come forward, speak with authorities.
8:23
Speaker 1: What are you hiding for? I mean, I know you're
8:28
Speaker 1: trying to blend in and your retiree community down there
8:32
Speaker 1: in Florida with your suburban dat outfit on, right, but
8:36
Speaker 1: come on, okay, it's time to come forward. What do
8:39
Speaker 1: you know what happened on those plane flights? What blanks
8:45
Speaker 1: can you fill in? Let's get this ball rolling all right?
8:48
Speaker 1: Enough is enough? Why isn't this clown subpoenut? That's the
8:51
Speaker 1: real question. I really hope that we get them superseded.
8:58
Speaker 1: Indictments on Maxwell that we've talked to that we think
9:00
Speaker 1: will come, and I hope that it encompasses all of
9:04
Speaker 1: this stuff as well. I mean, you don't think that
9:07
Speaker 1: this guy is a witness at the very least somebody
9:10
Speaker 1: that should be brought in and during the Maxwell trial?
9:14
Speaker 1: How many times was Maxwell on the flight? How many times?
9:16
Speaker 1: All of these questions need to be answered, and somehow
9:19
Speaker 1: these people duck and dodge. It's a good thing. Outlets
9:24
Speaker 1: like the Mirror are still going hard in the paint
9:26
Speaker 1: and looking for answers, because if we were relying on
9:30
Speaker 1: Katie Korick or any of them, we'd be waiting for
9:32
Speaker 1: a real long time, folks. When tracked down by The
9:38
Speaker 1: Mirror in Lake Worth, Florida, the sixty seven year old
9:41
Speaker 1: airman said, I can't talk. Oh yeah, I'm sure you
9:44
Speaker 1: can't talk. I mean, I guess we could take that
9:47
Speaker 1: several ways. I can't talk. Is he bound by a
9:51
Speaker 1: gag order that has been imposed on him by the
9:54
Speaker 1: court due to a sealed indictment or him being a
9:58
Speaker 1: witness in the case. I guess that's kind of an
10:01
Speaker 1: open statement I can't talk, or we can just take
10:04
Speaker 1: it at face value, meaning I can't talk, meaning f yourself.
10:09
Speaker 1: So I guess it means we could just go it
10:12
Speaker 1: goes on interpretation there with that, But it could have
10:15
Speaker 1: another meaning, right, It could be Look, I can't talk
10:18
Speaker 1: meaning there is a legal case underway, I'm a witness,
10:21
Speaker 1: or I'm a subject of the investigation, whatever it may be,
10:24
Speaker 1: and I can't talk about it. He claims Andrew flew
10:31
Speaker 1: at least ten times on the billionaire's jet, allegations that
10:34
Speaker 1: have thrust Andrew into the FBI investigation into Epstein. The
10:39
Speaker 1: Prince has categorically denied ever meeting Roberts, who claims she
10:45
Speaker 1: he had sex with her four times when she was seventeen.
10:48
Speaker 1: And that is really what gets me with the Joe
10:52
Speaker 1: exotic of the Windsor family, Right, How could he attempt
10:56
Speaker 1: to manipulate the narrative when we've seen the pictures, we
11:00
Speaker 1: know that you know her, right, So if you're lying
11:03
Speaker 1: about even knowing her, then why should we believe you
11:06
Speaker 1: about anything else? That don't make no sense to me.
11:14
Speaker 1: Either you're bullshitting me or you're not all right. I'm
11:20
Speaker 1: not sitting here buying his bs. Oh, I've never met her.
11:23
Speaker 1: I saw the picture. I know it's not doctored. I
11:29
Speaker 1: actually know it's not doctored according to the specialists and
11:33
Speaker 1: the people, the experts who have looked at it. Just
11:36
Speaker 1: do a quick Google search for yourself or a duck
11:38
Speaker 1: duck go search for yourself and it's not very hard
11:41
Speaker 1: to find, Okay. So him saying that he doesn't even
11:44
Speaker 1: know her right away puts him in the category of
11:49
Speaker 1: this dude's bullshitting And then you add in all the
11:52
Speaker 1: other stuff. The email to Gilaine in twenty fifteen, I
11:55
Speaker 1: have questions about Virginia or come on, dude, give me
11:58
Speaker 1: a break. If you weren't putting together such a piss
12:02
Speaker 1: poor defense, maybe people would give you a little bit
12:05
Speaker 1: of the benefit of the doubt. But you haven't even
12:08
Speaker 1: put up any sort of defense that is worthwhile or
12:11
Speaker 1: worth believing. Nobody believes you, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family.
12:22
Speaker 1: But Rogers Lobs provide the most detailed independent testimony to
12:26
Speaker 1: the courts about Andrew's friendship with the pedophile, placing pressure
12:30
Speaker 1: on the data of two to speak to the FBI.
12:33
Speaker 1: You know what, at this point, how much more pressure
12:35
Speaker 1: can be applied to Prince Andrew? I mean, everybody's applying
12:40
Speaker 1: pressure to this dude. He's not gonna talk. Why would he?
12:44
Speaker 1: What does he have to gain at this point? I mean,
12:46
Speaker 1: he's already been absolutely decimated in the media. The royal
12:51
Speaker 1: family wants nothing to do with them. The guys absolutely
12:57
Speaker 1: well beyond ever refurbishing his retation. So it's it's a
13:05
Speaker 1: rap for this dude. Okay, it is definitely a rap
13:08
Speaker 1: for this dude. He might as well speak to the
13:11
Speaker 1: FBI at this point, unless, of course, he is scared
13:14
Speaker 1: of incriminating himself in a crime, and folks, what else
13:20
Speaker 1: could it be if he truly was a witness and
13:23
Speaker 1: he had nothing to do with this, And don't act
13:26
Speaker 1: like he doesn't have the best law, I mean, the
13:28
Speaker 1: best legal counsel and pr people around him. He's the
13:32
Speaker 1: Prince of England. You better damn well believe he does.
13:35
Speaker 1: So if they had any sort of out here, any
13:39
Speaker 1: way for him to come forward and speak to the
13:41
Speaker 1: investigators and not implicate himself and come out of this
13:45
Speaker 1: looking like, you know, a top bloke, as the folks
13:49
Speaker 1: across the pond might say, then you know he would
13:53
Speaker 1: do it. But he doesn't do it because guess what
13:56
Speaker 1: he fears sitting down and speaking with investigator. And my
14:00
Speaker 1: question is, once again, what are you scared of? And
14:04
Speaker 1: what are you hiding? I've been very consistent with my
14:07
Speaker 1: calls for him to speak to investigators. That's all I've
14:10
Speaker 1: ever asked for here. I've never asked for anyone to
14:13
Speaker 1: raid the dude's house and drag him out, none of
14:15
Speaker 1: that nonsense at all. All Right, that's other people might
14:18
Speaker 1: do that, and that's that's fine if that's the way
14:20
Speaker 1: they want to look at it. Great me personally, I
14:23
Speaker 1: want him to be questioned just like anybody else in
14:26
Speaker 1: an investigation through the steps, like anybody else. I don't
14:30
Speaker 1: think that's too much to ask. The Mirror found the
14:36
Speaker 1: pilot living close to the Florida airport from which Epstein
14:39
Speaker 1: flew his survivors. His wall of silence mirrors that that
14:43
Speaker 1: of other pilots who ferried Epstein and Gilaine Maxwell to
14:49
Speaker 1: and from. So of course they're not going to talk, right,
14:52
Speaker 1: Why would they talk again? These pilots, if they talk,
14:56
Speaker 1: they will implicate themselves as being at the very at
15:00
Speaker 1: least aiding and a betting what occurred. How can you
15:03
Speaker 1: fly these girls to and fro and not yourself be
15:07
Speaker 1: in violation of the Man Act at the very least,
15:11
Speaker 1: you can't transport people across state lines to traffic them,
15:18
Speaker 1: and that's what was going on. Rogers' LinkedIn profile still
15:24
Speaker 1: lists him as an employee of Epstein's NESLLC company. Between
15:29
Speaker 1: nineteen ninety five until twenty and thirteen. He wrote an
15:32
Speaker 1: entry on the flight manifest for each trip he flew
15:35
Speaker 1: for the pervert who killed himself in prison in twenty
15:39
Speaker 1: and nineteen, allegedly, so the pilot's logs are very important right,
15:44
Speaker 1: But they're not the be all end all. They can
15:47
Speaker 1: be fudged, they can be manipulated, and they can be doctored.
15:52
Speaker 1: So my question is how many trips weren't logged, how
15:56
Speaker 1: many people who flew on the planes weren't logged on
15:59
Speaker 1: the law and flew under the radar. Now, when you're
16:03
Speaker 1: flying on private it's a lot easier right to make moves.
16:07
Speaker 1: Certainly can't do that if you're flying on a commercial flight.
16:10
Speaker 1: But when you're flying privately like usual, when you got
16:13
Speaker 1: a couple of fozzles in the pocket that spread around,
16:16
Speaker 1: make sure everybody what's their beak, Well, you get a
16:19
Speaker 1: few extra privileges. Andrew sixty has denied being good friends
16:26
Speaker 1: with Epstein, but Roger's flight manifest claimed to show him
16:30
Speaker 1: at all four locations where the billionaire had homes, including
16:35
Speaker 1: Florida and his private US, Virgin Island, Little Saint James,
16:40
Speaker 1: and of course Zoro Ranch and of course New York.
16:45
Speaker 1: You know, look, let's be honest, he was at all
16:47
Speaker 1: of the properties. Him and Jeffrey Epstein were good buddies.
16:51
Speaker 1: They were really good friends. And that's just the way
16:55
Speaker 1: it is, all right. There's no sugarcoating that he and
17:01
Speaker 1: anyone who tries to sugarcoat it is gaslighting and bullshitting.
17:05
Speaker 1: We're not gonna I'm not gonna bother with any of
17:08
Speaker 1: that nonsense dealing with it. Even we all know the score.
17:12
Speaker 1: At this point, it's up. The onus is on him
17:15
Speaker 1: to come forward and provide some receipts, and so far
17:18
Speaker 1: he's done none of that. Speak to the authorities if
17:21
Speaker 1: you want to, very simply, if you want to put
17:23
Speaker 1: this behind you, just speak with the authorities and then
17:26
Speaker 1: let's go from there. Let's see what they have to say.
17:30
Speaker 1: But you're not even willing to do that. So why
17:33
Speaker 1: should anyone give you the benefit of the doubt? Why
17:35
Speaker 1: should anybody not think you an absolute scuzzball? Joe exotic
17:41
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. He also flew Roberts now thirty
17:47
Speaker 1: seven to London in March two thousand and one, where
17:50
Speaker 1: she claims she first had sex with the duke. So
17:55
Speaker 1: it's on the log she flew over there. It's not
17:57
Speaker 1: even disputable at this point from where I'm seeing, Okay,
18:01
Speaker 1: we got the picture at Maxwell's What more do you need?
18:04
Speaker 1: Do you need a time machine to go back and
18:06
Speaker 1: see it for yourself. There's a lot of evidence, folks,
18:10
Speaker 1: and this is just what we have. Can you imagine
18:13
Speaker 1: what prosecution has. A source said, David has complied with
18:18
Speaker 1: the FBIS and others investigating those who enable Jeffrey Epstein's offending.
18:24
Speaker 1: He was trusted with his most prized and high profile friends,
18:27
Speaker 1: not only the Prince but Bill Clinton. Well, there it is.
18:32
Speaker 1: A source said, David has complied with the FBI and
18:35
Speaker 1: other investigators. So that's why he says he can't talk
18:38
Speaker 1: about it. He's cooperating. So there, obviously they pressured him.
18:44
Speaker 1: Now this is my speculation, of course, right, but they
18:48
Speaker 1: don't say that directly here in the article. But when
18:50
Speaker 1: you read in between the lines, the source is saying
18:53
Speaker 1: he's complying with the FBI. He says, I can't talk
18:56
Speaker 1: about it, and it's rather obvious that he's not doing
18:59
Speaker 1: it for fun. So they're applying pressure to him, in
19:03
Speaker 1: my opinion, and this gives us a little look behind
19:06
Speaker 1: the curtain, folks, that there is work going on to
19:09
Speaker 1: apply pressure to co conspirators and associates to get this
19:15
Speaker 1: thing wrapped up and to get some convictions. He is
19:20
Speaker 1: adamant he didn't see any wrongdoing as he flew Epstein,
19:24
Speaker 1: his cronies and the girls around. Andrew's first flights on
19:28
Speaker 1: Epstein's old jet A Gulf Stream were logged in February
19:31
Speaker 1: nineteen ninety nine. In May the following year, he took
19:35
Speaker 1: a trip from New York to Florida with the American
19:38
Speaker 1: tycoon Pedophile and others. On March thirty first, two thousand
19:43
Speaker 1: and one, Rogers claims he flew the Duke and Roberts
19:47
Speaker 1: from New Mexico to Florida. According to court circulars, Andrew
19:52
Speaker 1: had an evening engagement in London on March twenty eighth,
19:56
Speaker 1: two thousand and one, and one on April second, two
20:01
Speaker 1: thousand and one. So right in the timeframe, looks like
20:05
Speaker 1: everything matches up, doesn't it. You know, it's it's crazy.
20:10
Speaker 1: It's really crazy to me to see or think that
20:12
Speaker 1: anyone could defend the Joe exotic of the Windsor family.
20:18
Speaker 1: At this point, the evidence is mounting and its sky
20:22
Speaker 1: the f high. And also the little blurb in there
20:24
Speaker 1: about Clinton. Right, what does Rogers know about Clinton? And
20:28
Speaker 1: if he's being pressured, are they going down that rabbit hole?
20:32
Speaker 1: I would really hope so I would really hope that
20:36
Speaker 1: that's something that they're certainly exploring. Rogers alleges Roberts was
20:42
Speaker 1: on another flight with the Prince to the Virgin Islands
20:45
Speaker 1: on April eleventh. The last trip the Royal is said
20:48
Speaker 1: to have taken was on September first, two thousand and six.
20:53
Speaker 1: Flight logs do not feature Andrew's name, but the initials
20:56
Speaker 1: AP they had been used for Epstein Chef Adam Perry
20:59
Speaker 1: l Buckingham Palaced insist court circulars from the time disprove
21:04
Speaker 1: the claims. It refused to comment tonight, but a friend
21:08
Speaker 1: of Andrew said David Rodgers' claims simply don't stand up
21:12
Speaker 1: to any kind of objective scrutiny. The Duke was elsewhere
21:15
Speaker 1: on numerous occasions that the initials AP appear. Oh yeah, well,
21:20
Speaker 1: you know, I guess his friends came out and say that,
21:23
Speaker 1: I e. His legal team. So okay, you're disputing it.
21:28
Speaker 1: That's fine. I am again, I am more than willing
21:31
Speaker 1: to accept that just didn't occur if the evidence prove that.
21:35
Speaker 1: But it certainly doesn't look that way. So why don't
21:38
Speaker 1: you come forward, speak to investigators, do the honorable thing,
21:42
Speaker 1: like you said from the jump, and we can figure
21:45
Speaker 1: this all out in a court of law only place
21:49
Speaker 1: to hammer it out, right, you don't want to do
21:51
Speaker 1: it in the court of public opinion. So bring your
21:54
Speaker 1: ass to the FBI station in London and speak with
21:59
Speaker 1: the investigations and David Rogers, Well, it sure looks like
22:03
Speaker 1: he's singing a tune already. If you'd like to contact me,
22:07
Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
22:11
Speaker 1: That's Bobby c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
22:17
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
22:22
Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. All of the links that go
22:26
Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
22:30
Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
22:34
Speaker 1: So we slide into day two of the Glen Maxwell
22:37
Speaker 1: trial and we had two witnesses on the stand. Today.
22:42
Speaker 1: They continued with the questioning of pilot Larry Vasoski, who
22:47
Speaker 1: had some pretty interesting things to add to the conversation,
22:51
Speaker 1: and they also had on a Jane Doe. Now, the
22:57
Speaker 1: Jane Doe is the young lady who who was allegedly
23:02
Speaker 1: groomed and abused from the Interlocan School in Michigan. It
23:09
Speaker 1: is an art school, a you know, a ritzy kind
23:12
Speaker 1: of music school, and that's where her abuse began and
23:18
Speaker 1: where Jeffrey Epstein and Glene Maxwell allegedly met her for
23:22
Speaker 1: the first time. And obviously we don't have a pipeline
23:27
Speaker 1: into the courtroom as far as audio, so all we're
23:32
Speaker 1: relying on is transcripts. But it seems to me that
23:37
Speaker 1: it was a pretty brutal line of questioning for Jane Doe.
23:43
Speaker 1: And like I said earlier a million times, that's to
23:47
Speaker 1: be expected. This is the sort of defense that they're
23:52
Speaker 1: going to pursue. They're going to look to destroy the
23:55
Speaker 1: credibility of the witnesses. They're going to look to do
24:00
Speaker 1: whatever they can to impugne their character, and that is
24:05
Speaker 1: the age old tactic that has been used in cases
24:09
Speaker 1: like this forever. The real question becomes is it going
24:14
Speaker 1: to work? Now? Recently we have seen that it did
24:17
Speaker 1: not work in the Harvey Weinstein case, it didn't work
24:22
Speaker 1: in the Keith Rayniery in Nexium case, and it certainly
24:27
Speaker 1: didn't work in the Bill Cosby case either. Now, obviously
24:31
Speaker 1: Bill Cosby got off on a technicality, but my point
24:35
Speaker 1: is the argument within the courtroom, when you're setting these
24:40
Speaker 1: victims up, these survivors up as being at fault or
24:44
Speaker 1: like they did something wrong. Let's keep everything into context. Okay,
24:50
Speaker 1: this was a little girl at school and Epstein and Maxwell,
24:55
Speaker 1: according to her allegations, thought it would be a good
24:58
Speaker 1: idea to try and pick her up and groom her
25:04
Speaker 1: and then start traveling with her all over the country
25:07
Speaker 1: and abusing her at the same time. Now, I have
25:11
Speaker 1: done an episode previously on the situation in Michigan. There's
25:16
Speaker 1: an article in the Daily Mail dealing with it. I'm
25:19
Speaker 1: gonna post that episode later on and you folks can
25:23
Speaker 1: dive into that if you'd like. But it was a
25:27
Speaker 1: pretty rough read listening to her, or I guess I
25:32
Speaker 1: should say, reading back her account of what occurred and
25:36
Speaker 1: how the whole entire process evolved. Now, she was coming
25:43
Speaker 1: off of like usual with Jeffrey Epstein and his cronies.
25:47
Speaker 1: She was in a situation where her dad had just died,
25:51
Speaker 1: her mom was certainly not swimming in the dough, and
25:56
Speaker 1: they had some financial issues. So you have this factor
26:00
Speaker 1: that comes riding in on his white horse with his
26:03
Speaker 1: little associate and her nice little Oxford accent, and they
26:08
Speaker 1: offer you the world. Now, me I'm cynical as hell.
26:15
Speaker 1: I learned a long time ago from my dad that
26:18
Speaker 1: I don't have any rich uncles. I don't have any
26:20
Speaker 1: benefactors that are riding in to save the day for me.
26:24
Speaker 1: So I would be apprehensive, for sure. But when you're,
26:28
Speaker 1: you know, in somebody else's shoes, I don't know what
26:31
Speaker 1: the deal is in a school like that. Maybe it's
26:33
Speaker 1: something that happens all the time. I want to public school.
26:36
Speaker 1: I have no idea, But for me personally, if it
26:40
Speaker 1: was my child, you know, I would be very cautious
26:46
Speaker 1: of these people just materializing from nowhere. But again, when
26:52
Speaker 1: you look at the whole entire situation, there's no reason
26:55
Speaker 1: for this family to suspect that these people are going
26:59
Speaker 1: to do these heinous acts. They're on this campus, which
27:04
Speaker 1: is supposed to be a safe place. Are we not
27:07
Speaker 1: going to talk about how the school should have a
27:09
Speaker 1: little bit of responsibility for what happened here? And I
27:13
Speaker 1: guess that really gets down to the core of my
27:15
Speaker 1: issue with all of this, folks. And for those of
27:17
Speaker 1: you who have been listening to me forever, you know
27:20
Speaker 1: all of this already. But there has been obviously an
27:23
Speaker 1: influx of new listeners in the last few days due
27:26
Speaker 1: to the nature of the case. But it's always been
27:29
Speaker 1: one of my biggest issues with this whole entire thing,
27:32
Speaker 1: and it's just it's aggravating, right, It is just aggravating.
27:40
Speaker 1: But her on the stand today put a whole different
27:44
Speaker 1: spin on everything, put a whole different feel to it. Right.
27:49
Speaker 1: We've heard in the interview in the Daily Mail when
27:53
Speaker 1: she's you know, talking about the experiences at the school,
27:58
Speaker 1: what it was like for But it's a whole different
28:01
Speaker 1: ballgame when you're in the courtroom, you're testifying, and you're
28:06
Speaker 1: looking at your alleged abuser in the eye. Right. So
28:12
Speaker 1: it's nice to see, at the very least on the
28:18
Speaker 1: ground level, a little bit of justice is hopefully going
28:23
Speaker 1: to be served up here. But when you go into
28:26
Speaker 1: it and you dig deeper, it's situations like how the
28:31
Speaker 1: school is going to get off without any accountability that
28:35
Speaker 1: are wild to me. And back to the point I
28:38
Speaker 1: was making earlier, it's something that I've drilled home for
28:41
Speaker 1: quite some time on this podcast because all of the enablers,
28:44
Speaker 1: the people around Epstein, all of these people that were
28:47
Speaker 1: helping him rebuild his image, helping him harbor his secrets.
28:53
Speaker 1: All of these people are culpable. Now there's different levels
28:56
Speaker 1: of culpability, right, Not everybody involved in the actual abuse
29:02
Speaker 1: part what was going on here, But there are a
29:05
Speaker 1: bunch of players on the stage, some of them that
29:07
Speaker 1: were named today at the trial, that are accused, incredibly accused,
29:13
Speaker 1: i might add, of actually taking part in the abuse.
29:19
Speaker 1: You have people like George Mitchell, you have all kinds
29:22
Speaker 1: of big profile people, Glenn Dubin, Bill Richardson, And these
29:31
Speaker 1: are the people who were facilitating all of this and
29:35
Speaker 1: at the same time, according to the credible allegations, partaking
29:39
Speaker 1: in the abuse themselves. So when you look at it,
29:43
Speaker 1: there's layers, right, It's almost like a lasagna of shit
29:48
Speaker 1: with all the different layers of garbage that you have
29:51
Speaker 1: to get through to get to the nexus of the problem.
29:54
Speaker 1: And that's how Epstein kept himself insulated. It was just
29:57
Speaker 1: like any other criminal organization, like any other criminal enterprise.
30:02
Speaker 1: And that's why you see people who have been following
30:04
Speaker 1: this case for a long time, and frankly a lot
30:07
Speaker 1: of the survivors get so agitated that none of the
30:11
Speaker 1: other core participants have been indicted because this couldn't happen, right,
30:19
Speaker 1: without all of these other participants. And that goes for
30:23
Speaker 1: the school in Michigan interlogan. They have to have some
30:30
Speaker 1: responsibility for what occurs on their campus. Considering Jeffrey Epstein
30:34
Speaker 1: had a little chalet, a little cabin on the campus.
30:38
Speaker 1: I mean, really, it's just like him over at Harvard.
30:42
Speaker 1: Dude literally had the keys to the kingdom at Harvard.
30:46
Speaker 1: And sure we get a lot of these crocodile teer apologies,
30:50
Speaker 1: and we get these internal investigations and all of that jazz,
30:55
Speaker 1: but in reality, there's no penalties for these people. They
30:59
Speaker 1: just shrug their shoulders and keep it moving. And if
31:06
Speaker 1: any of these people who were associating with Jeffrey Epstein
31:10
Speaker 1: after his first arrest even attempt to act like they
31:13
Speaker 1: had no idea what he was, well that's somebody that
31:17
Speaker 1: I'm pretty confident in calling a liar. Pretty sure everybody
31:22
Speaker 1: had Google back then, right, jump on the internet and
31:26
Speaker 1: check out Jeffrey Epstein, what he was up to. It
31:27
Speaker 1: was all over the news. But yet you'll have these
31:30
Speaker 1: people who think you're stupid enough to believe that they
31:34
Speaker 1: had no idea what Jeffrey Epstein was. And that's the
31:38
Speaker 1: running line, right, Oh, we had no idea, We had
31:41
Speaker 1: no clue. That's not odd that a man with no children,
31:47
Speaker 1: no children even in his vicinity, has all of these
31:50
Speaker 1: young looking girls around. But you know, when you're a
31:56
Speaker 1: fellow traveler and all, it's probably not out of the normal.
32:00
Speaker 1: Probably just the way things are so today. Like I said,
32:05
Speaker 1: the the two witnesses on the stand were Larry Vassoski
32:10
Speaker 1: and uh A Jane Doe. So first we're going to
32:15
Speaker 1: uh talk a little bit about Larry Vasaski and what
32:19
Speaker 1: he had to say on the on the stand today. First,
32:24
Speaker 1: he was talking about the flights to interlogan and he
32:29
Speaker 1: was talking about some of the people that were on
32:33
Speaker 1: some of these flights. Interlocan was Epstein and Maxwell obviously,
32:39
Speaker 1: but on some of these other flights he was talking
32:42
Speaker 1: about people like Bill Clinton was mentioned. Let's see Donald
32:47
Speaker 1: Trump was mentioned. Uh who else do we got here? Uh,
32:54
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, it's Zach Pearlman. It's it's crazy. It is
33:00
Speaker 1: crazy to think that all of these people, all of
33:05
Speaker 1: these people were on these planes and everybody knew about it, right,
33:09
Speaker 1: but the legacy media they couldn't be bothered to let
33:13
Speaker 1: all of you know about it. They were always talking
33:15
Speaker 1: about some big conspiracy theory around Epstein. Yeah right, This
33:19
Speaker 1: has always been a criminal conspiracy. This was never a
33:24
Speaker 1: conspiracy theory. Now, don't get me wrong. There are some
33:27
Speaker 1: wild propositions when we talk about Epstein in this case, right,
33:33
Speaker 1: a bunch of weird theories, and I'm agnostic on all
33:37
Speaker 1: of it. I don't know what occurred for sure. All
33:40
Speaker 1: I can go on is what we have the evidence
33:42
Speaker 1: to go on. Right, But one thing is certain, and
33:45
Speaker 1: I bring up these people on the plane to point
33:48
Speaker 1: out what I was talking about earlier. This is not
33:51
Speaker 1: a left or right issue, folks. This is about the
33:55
Speaker 1: super elite, the one percent of the one percent, basically,
34:00
Speaker 1: who look at us like we're chattel. They look at us,
34:03
Speaker 1: our children like we mean nothing. Human trafficking operations, endless war,
34:10
Speaker 1: dividing the populace, and it just goes on and on
34:15
Speaker 1: and on again. All of these people, all of these politicians,
34:19
Speaker 1: none of them care about us. Let me ask you
34:22
Speaker 1: a question, how many of these congressmen are congressmen or
34:27
Speaker 1: congress women have been out there yelling and screaming from
34:31
Speaker 1: every mountaintop about investigations into Epstein and the handling of
34:35
Speaker 1: the Epstein case on a federal level. Oh wait, very
34:39
Speaker 1: few of them, folks, and the ones that have been well,
34:42
Speaker 1: guess what, they sure can get all of these other
34:44
Speaker 1: conferences up on the hill, right. They whipped up the
34:47
Speaker 1: January sixth conference pretty quick. They brought up a bunch
34:49
Speaker 1: of baseball players over steroids pretty quick, and insert every
34:53
Speaker 1: other issue here. But all of a sudden, they have
34:56
Speaker 1: no interest in a case such as Epstein's. Meanwhile, we
35:00
Speaker 1: have all of these big time players being involved, Trump, Clinton,
35:06
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew aka the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
35:09
Speaker 1: by the way, all of these cats and now again
35:12
Speaker 1: besides Prince Andrew, I'm not saying that these dudes were
35:15
Speaker 1: taking part in the trafficking operation as far as abusing
35:19
Speaker 1: people until that comes out with some evidence to back
35:23
Speaker 1: it up, or I hear the survivors say that right then,
35:27
Speaker 1: of course, it's definitely something that needs to be talked
35:32
Speaker 1: about in the same vein as Glenn Dubin or Bill Richardson.
35:38
Speaker 1: But these guys were for sure enabling Jeffrey Epstein without
35:41
Speaker 1: a doubt. It's not even an argument, and they were
35:44
Speaker 1: probably up to more, and forget about anybody who had
35:49
Speaker 1: any kind of financial relationship with the guy. If you
35:52
Speaker 1: were in bed with Epstein financially, you were engaging in
35:55
Speaker 1: all kinds of malfeasans financial malfeasance. Dude had accounts everywhere.
36:03
Speaker 1: But the whole world's a playground to these people. The
36:06
Speaker 1: metal always meanwhile us, and that means all of us
36:10
Speaker 1: out there, folks, I don't care if you're making four
36:12
Speaker 1: nder and fifty grand a year, eight hundred grand a year.
36:15
Speaker 1: They look at you the same. We're the children of never.
36:20
Speaker 1: They'll continue to, you know, play their game of thrones right,
36:24
Speaker 1: and you know, let us eat cake. But finally, I
36:27
Speaker 1: think they have went too far this time. Most of
36:30
Speaker 1: us are willing to look the other way when they're
36:31
Speaker 1: stealing and they're drifting. That's part of politics, we expect it.
36:36
Speaker 1: But when you look the other way for a human
36:38
Speaker 1: trafficking operation. And then you sit here and you hear
36:42
Speaker 1: in court about two former United States presidents, one from
36:46
Speaker 1: each side of the aisle, by the way, having an
36:48
Speaker 1: intimate relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, being multiple flyers on old
36:53
Speaker 1: boys plane. If that doesn't make you sit back and
36:57
Speaker 1: take stock of where we are as a society, and
37:00
Speaker 1: what we're doing as a voting populist. I don't know
37:03
Speaker 1: what will because from where I'm sitting, it is all
37:09
Speaker 1: bad folks, and there's no oh, well this one did it,
37:13
Speaker 1: or that one did it, or none of these people
37:16
Speaker 1: are safe from the Jeffrey Epstein stink. I did an
37:24
Speaker 1: episode a long time ago where I went through OpenSecrets
37:28
Speaker 1: dot org where it lists all the people that have
37:32
Speaker 1: donated to political campaigns and stuff, and you'd be blown
37:37
Speaker 1: away by how many people Jeffrey Epstein donated to throughout
37:41
Speaker 1: the years, politically speaking, A massive amount of people on
37:45
Speaker 1: both sides of the aisle, by the way, So you
37:51
Speaker 1: have to ask yourselves, what is it really that these
37:53
Speaker 1: politicians are doing when you're hearing names like this in
37:56
Speaker 1: court and they don't have any kind of hearing on
37:59
Speaker 1: the hit or you know, they're not ruffling any feathers.
38:02
Speaker 1: You guys don't have any subpoenas for anybody. It is
38:09
Speaker 1: a absolute black eye on society in general, and it
38:15
Speaker 1: just shows you that unless it's a wedge issue, these
38:18
Speaker 1: politicians really do not care. Let's see what else did
38:25
Speaker 1: mister Vassosky have to say today? They asked mister uh Vassoski,
38:33
Speaker 1: are you familiar with with Prince Andrew. Vassoski said yes.
38:37
Speaker 1: Then Christian Everdell, who is Glen Maxwell's lawyer, he said,
38:41
Speaker 1: and he flew on mister Epstein's plane, right, and Vassoski
38:45
Speaker 1: said he did. So what they're trying to do here
38:47
Speaker 1: by bringing up all of these names is to try
38:50
Speaker 1: and say that Epstein was an upstanding citizen. Nothing was
38:54
Speaker 1: going on on that plan, on those planes, he was
38:56
Speaker 1: hanging out with all of these upstanding other members of
38:59
Speaker 1: the high society. It's the same excuse that Alan Dershowitz
39:05
Speaker 1: tried to run, and it doesn't hold water with me.
39:08
Speaker 1: You know why, Well, you're all fellow travelers. I don't
39:12
Speaker 1: look at any of you as upstanding citizens or pillars
39:15
Speaker 1: of the community. We have one guy who's a reality
39:18
Speaker 1: TV star who got elected, and then Bill Clinton. Do
39:20
Speaker 1: I really need to go into this, moron, I mean, really,
39:24
Speaker 1: this is the best we can do. So, you know,
39:29
Speaker 1: you have this whole wild situation where he's trying to Everdell,
39:36
Speaker 1: by the way I hear, is trying to set it
39:39
Speaker 1: up where the excuse is, well, all of these other
39:41
Speaker 1: people were on the plane. So it's cool, right, no
39:44
Speaker 1: big deal, because all of these people are pillars of
39:47
Speaker 1: the community, according to Christian Everdell. Meanwhile, anyone who's followed
39:51
Speaker 1: this case knows that everybody he's brought up in that
39:56
Speaker 1: sentence is somebody who has been accused of taking part
39:59
Speaker 1: in the trafficking ring in one way or the other.
40:02
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton as far as enabling, and Prince Andrew a
40:05
Speaker 1: lot more devious and a lot worse. So forgive me
40:10
Speaker 1: if I don't look at those people as credible witnesses
40:14
Speaker 1: to the cause. Here he says, he also flew mister
40:22
Speaker 1: Epstein to Columbus to see Les Wexner, which is interesting.
40:27
Speaker 1: He goes on to say, on your flights to Interlogan,
40:31
Speaker 1: wasn't Izach Pearlman on one? Vasoski says, yes, he was.
40:35
Speaker 1: And Epstein had a cabin there, right. Vasoski says, yes,
40:39
Speaker 1: and he means the cabin at Interlogan, what like I
40:42
Speaker 1: was just talking about earlier, like I referenced, So he
40:45
Speaker 1: had this cabin there because he was, you know, this
40:48
Speaker 1: big donor. And you know, you get when you have
40:51
Speaker 1: when you have a bunch of cheddar, you have a
40:53
Speaker 1: lot more opportunities that spring up around you, you know,
40:57
Speaker 1: like most of us, no chance, right, But people like
41:01
Speaker 1: Epstein somehow he trips, over falls in a pile of
41:04
Speaker 1: shit and comes out smelling like roses. So Epstein had
41:10
Speaker 1: all the money in the world, and he was able to,
41:14
Speaker 1: you know, donate money to these universities and in turn
41:17
Speaker 1: get access to these universities. And in this case, not
41:21
Speaker 1: a university, right, this is more there's a high school.
41:24
Speaker 1: This is a you know, a school for the talented
41:26
Speaker 1: the gifted. But that was Epstein's m We saw him
41:30
Speaker 1: do it in Harvard, we saw him do it at MIT,
41:34
Speaker 1: we saw him do it everywhere he went. It was
41:36
Speaker 1: always about spreading that dough around so that he'd have
41:39
Speaker 1: access to these campuses, to the scientists, and to the
41:45
Speaker 1: whole entire situation. So that's pretty much the gist of it.
41:52
Speaker 1: For the VESASKI end nothing too crazy. Besides him talking
42:00
Speaker 1: about the Trump, Clinton and some of the other people
42:08
Speaker 1: that were on the plane, they also asked, did you
42:14
Speaker 1: ever see Epstein engaging in sex acts with underage girls?
42:18
Speaker 1: He probably if mister Epstein were engaging in sex acts
42:21
Speaker 1: with underage girls, he probably would have told you not
42:24
Speaker 1: to leave the cockpit, correct. So that was after a
42:27
Speaker 1: line of questioning where they asked him if he was
42:30
Speaker 1: able to leave the gulf stream to use the restroom,
42:33
Speaker 1: which is kind of ridiculous, right, I mean to think
42:38
Speaker 1: that Epstein wouldn't be able to maneuver around all of
42:42
Speaker 1: that is crazy. And how many times would mister Vesosky
42:46
Speaker 1: have to get up to use the restroom on one
42:48
Speaker 1: of these flights, I don't know, just a question I'm asking.
42:52
Speaker 1: So just because he has access to the cabin doesn't
42:56
Speaker 1: mean he actually has access to the cabin, if you
42:58
Speaker 1: get my drift. But it looks like that's the you know,
43:03
Speaker 1: with with the whole situation with Vasaski. Here, what they
43:06
Speaker 1: were trying to establish is that Epstein did have all
43:11
Speaker 1: of these people on these planes. These girls were on
43:14
Speaker 1: these planes. And you know, even though Vasaski says that
43:19
Speaker 1: he didn't see anyone that he thought was young, I
43:23
Speaker 1: find that very hard to believe. But I guess that's objectionable, right.
43:28
Speaker 1: You can't really say one way or the other what
43:30
Speaker 1: he saw or didn't in as far as age of
43:35
Speaker 1: the girls. But it's it's pretty obvious when there's a
43:38
Speaker 1: young woman one other exchange between Vasaski and the prosecutors
43:49
Speaker 1: was pretty interesting to me as well. Everdell said, and
43:52
Speaker 1: Galaine seemed like a nice person to you, did she not?
43:55
Speaker 1: Vassoski said she did. Everdell goes on to say, and
43:59
Speaker 1: you have two dogs and you let them ride horses
44:01
Speaker 1: with Glaine, Right, Vassosky says, I did so. Again, what
44:05
Speaker 1: they're trying to do is build credibility here to say
44:08
Speaker 1: that Glene Maxwell is a good person, so good in fact,
44:12
Speaker 1: that mister Vassosky would let his daughters ride horses with
44:15
Speaker 1: her Christian. Everdell goes on to say, you saw nothing
44:21
Speaker 1: in thirty years that made you think mister Epstein was
44:23
Speaker 1: an abuser, right, Vassosky says, I did not. Now, Look,
44:29
Speaker 1: with Vasaski, I don't really trust the guy to be
44:32
Speaker 1: honest with you. He was in Epstein's employee for a
44:34
Speaker 1: very long time after the first arrest. He never came
44:37
Speaker 1: out and said anything, kept quiet, and it took this
44:40
Speaker 1: whole entire proceeding to even get him to say anything.
44:44
Speaker 1: So I'm not very confident in mister Vassoski here to
44:47
Speaker 1: be honest with you giving us the real story. He
44:50
Speaker 1: goes on to say, Everdell goes nothing further, and then
44:56
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan orders the redirect where Maureen Komi said, did
45:00
Speaker 1: you let your fourteen year old daughter massage? Mister Epstein?
45:03
Speaker 1: Massoski says I did not, and they finish it out
45:07
Speaker 1: with nothing further and we call our next witness, Jane.
45:13
Speaker 1: So that was the Vasaski exchange, and it was pretty
45:19
Speaker 1: interesting at the end there when Comy drops the bomb
45:24
Speaker 1: of well did you let your daughter's massage Jeffrey Epstein?
45:28
Speaker 1: And I thought that was one of the biggest points
45:31
Speaker 1: of the exchange as far as the whole entire cross
45:34
Speaker 1: examination or questioning procedure of the day. All right, so
45:39
Speaker 1: let's dig into some of this testimony from Jane. Comy says,
45:45
Speaker 1: how old were you when you first had sexual contact
45:48
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein? In response, Jane says fourteen? Who was
45:52
Speaker 1: in the room with you? Asks Comy. The response from
45:56
Speaker 1: Jane Glen Maxwell. Comy says, do you see her here?
46:02
Speaker 1: Jane says yes there in sort of a beige turtleneck.
46:06
Speaker 1: Comy goes on to tell the court that she has
46:09
Speaker 1: identified the defendant. She goes on to ask Comy what
46:15
Speaker 1: type of work did your father do. Jane says, he
46:19
Speaker 1: was a musical composer. Then he died of leukemia. His
46:22
Speaker 1: employer had canceled his health insurance without him knowing. We
46:26
Speaker 1: essentially were went bankrupt and had to move out. So
46:31
Speaker 1: that it's the typical move of Epstein, right, looks for
46:36
Speaker 1: somebody who is in a vulnerable position and then dives
46:41
Speaker 1: in to try and you know, act like he's going
46:43
Speaker 1: to save the day, but in reality, what he's going
46:46
Speaker 1: to do is crush those dreams, the dreams and hopes
46:49
Speaker 1: of the girls under his heel. And that was his moo.
46:53
Speaker 1: With all of these girls from you know, broken homes
46:56
Speaker 1: or girls going through struggles, girls will have parents around,
46:59
Speaker 1: drug whatever it might be. This is what they zeroed
47:02
Speaker 1: in on. They go on to ask her. The prosecutor
47:09
Speaker 1: goes on to ask her, when you were at Interlogan,
47:11
Speaker 1: did you meet a couple? Jane replies, yes, the woman
47:14
Speaker 1: had a dog and the man said they were big benefactors.
47:18
Speaker 1: They asked for my mother's phone, a landline. So remember
47:22
Speaker 1: this is back in the day when there was no
47:24
Speaker 1: cell phones yet, so you're still using landlines and all
47:27
Speaker 1: of that jazz. So Epstein and Maxwell asked for the
47:31
Speaker 1: landline number at our house. So Comy goes on to ask,
47:37
Speaker 1: when you visited, what do you remember about spending time
47:40
Speaker 1: at the pool? Jane says there were four women in Galaine,
47:44
Speaker 1: all topless, and some of them were naked. I was shocked.
47:47
Speaker 1: I hadn't seen that before. Maxwell would ask me if
47:50
Speaker 1: I had boyfriends. Now, remember this is a fourteen year
47:53
Speaker 1: old girl. So what they do in situations like this,
47:57
Speaker 1: people like Epstein, they normalize this, behavehavior for their target,
48:01
Speaker 1: for the one that they're grooming. They bring them around.
48:04
Speaker 1: And these young girls see these other women who might
48:08
Speaker 1: seem educated or you know, hip, whatever it might be,
48:12
Speaker 1: running around like this, participating in these activities. And to
48:16
Speaker 1: the girl who has never been around this stuff before,
48:19
Speaker 1: never been exposed to the upper crust of society, she
48:23
Speaker 1: saying to herself, well, I guess this is normal. And
48:26
Speaker 1: that's how the grooming process really begins, right, You start
48:30
Speaker 1: to normalize this disgusting behavior. And we see it with
48:34
Speaker 1: Epstein over and over and over again, and we certainly
48:38
Speaker 1: see as Jane is telling us in her testimony here,
48:45
Speaker 1: she also asked did Epstein begin to pay for things
48:48
Speaker 1: for you, and Jane said voice lessons close things for school.
48:52
Speaker 1: The prosecutor says, did Maxwell give you some advice? Jane
48:58
Speaker 1: replies that if you them, you can always f them.
49:02
Speaker 1: They're sort of grandfathered in. I didn't know what it meant,
49:06
Speaker 1: so Maxwell trying to hip her to the game. Right.
49:09
Speaker 1: Once you start doing that, then you know you're all set.
49:13
Speaker 1: You got them locked in. And really at the nexus
49:16
Speaker 1: of all of this for Maxwell and Epstein was their
49:20
Speaker 1: honey trap. You know, they were trying to build dossier's
49:23
Speaker 1: on people. This goes so much deeper than just your
49:27
Speaker 1: typical human trafficking ring. And hopefully it's going to delve
49:32
Speaker 1: into that a little more here at the trial, but
49:35
Speaker 1: I doubt it, so I'll have a bunch of episodes
49:39
Speaker 1: that will fill in context. Comey goes on to ask,
49:45
Speaker 1: what did they tell you about their social circle? Jane says,
49:48
Speaker 1: Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Mike Wallace. So two top level
49:52
Speaker 1: politicians right off the bat, two scuzz bags, and then
49:56
Speaker 1: Mike Wallace, another member of the esteemed legacy. How many
50:01
Speaker 1: people in the legacy media have to be brought up?
50:06
Speaker 1: And then you got Mike Wallace here and his son
50:10
Speaker 1: Chris Wallace running around yelling at people from their ivory towers.
50:13
Speaker 1: Talk about hypocritical. But Epstein had a lot of buddies
50:17
Speaker 1: in the media, a lot of friends in the legacy media,
50:20
Speaker 1: guys like George Stepanopolis, Katie Kerk. These are all people
50:24
Speaker 1: that have been to Jeffrey Epstein's house. She goes on
50:29
Speaker 1: to say, how is the house decorated. Jane says, art, sculptures,
50:33
Speaker 1: pictures of famous people, presidents. I thought some of the
50:36
Speaker 1: art was odd, naked women, creepy animals, and that was
50:42
Speaker 1: one of the mos of Jeffrey Epstein and his decorating.
50:46
Speaker 1: When you look into Jeffrey Epstein's story, they talk about
50:49
Speaker 1: that at his places real weirdly decorated, a lot of
50:54
Speaker 1: odd stuff. Jane says. Epstein took me into the poolhouse.
51:02
Speaker 1: He proceeded, oh man, this is trigger warning here, folks.
51:05
Speaker 1: This is a little graphic. Then he went he proceeded
51:08
Speaker 1: to masturbate on me. Then he went into the bathroom
51:11
Speaker 1: and cleaned himself and acted like nothing happened. I'd never
51:14
Speaker 1: seen that before. Comy goes on to say, did you
51:18
Speaker 1: keep spending time with them? Jane says, yes, now again
51:22
Speaker 1: This is part of the grooming process, making this normal,
51:27
Speaker 1: normalizing this behavior, and that's how they do it. And
51:32
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Epstein were professionals, according to the survivors, according
51:37
Speaker 1: to the girls who have made these allegations. Jane goes
51:46
Speaker 1: on to say, Jeffrey proceeded to masturbate again. Glaine was
51:50
Speaker 1: rubbing on him, kissing on him. How old were you fourteen?
51:54
Speaker 1: She says, So they're trying to have their little tryst
51:57
Speaker 1: here with this fourteen year old girl. And that's why
52:01
Speaker 1: when Maxwell makes the assertions that she has no idea
52:05
Speaker 1: the scope of Epstein's crimes or what Epstein was up to,
52:08
Speaker 1: it's laughable to anybody who has read the core documents,
52:11
Speaker 1: when you just read the depositions and you read some
52:14
Speaker 1: of the lawsuits that have been filed against her, it's laughable,
52:18
Speaker 1: honestly that she would act like she didn't know the
52:21
Speaker 1: scope of what went on here. And when you hear
52:26
Speaker 1: it like this and you see a little girl in
52:29
Speaker 1: court talking, I know a woman now, but you think
52:31
Speaker 1: about a little girl fourteen years old going through this,
52:34
Speaker 1: and it's just mind blowing. She says, what was miss
52:40
Speaker 1: Maxwell's demeanor? Like she was very casual like this was
52:43
Speaker 1: entirely normal. I was confused when you were fourteen, you
52:47
Speaker 1: have no idea what is going on? Prosecutor. Did Jeffrey
52:52
Speaker 1: Epstein touch you? Jane? Yes? Everywhere? So talk about creep
52:57
Speaker 1: factor increasing. Jeff f Free Epstein was gross to begin with,
53:04
Speaker 1: and imagine being one of these survivors, one of these
53:07
Speaker 1: little girls who has to touch this disgusting man with
53:11
Speaker 1: Glene Maxwell there egging it on and participating according to
53:14
Speaker 1: these allegations. Talk about PTSD. The prosecutor says, did you
53:23
Speaker 1: touch mister Epstein? Jane? After a pause everywhere, the prosecutor
53:29
Speaker 1: says again trigger warning folks for some of you out
53:32
Speaker 1: there who you know this might not be comfortable with.
53:36
Speaker 1: I'm sorry to ask you this. But did he use
53:38
Speaker 1: sex toys? Jane? Yes, like those back massagers? They were painful.
53:43
Speaker 1: He did it anyway, Assistant attorney, I mean the prosecutor.
53:47
Speaker 1: Did Maxwell touch your body? Jane? Yes? So again she
53:52
Speaker 1: just look. I don't want to underpin that, right. I
53:55
Speaker 1: don't want to underplay that either, because it's a big
53:57
Speaker 1: deal in court. Maxwell was just accused of partaking in
54:02
Speaker 1: the abuse. So when you read an article and they
54:07
Speaker 1: call her a socialite? How about accused child abuser? How
54:11
Speaker 1: about accused child sex trafficker? How about accused scumbag? Anything
54:17
Speaker 1: but socialite? The questioning goes on from the prosecutor. How
54:27
Speaker 1: often did these things happen? Jane says, every time I visited.
54:30
Speaker 1: I went to visit his house. Prosecutor, did you travel
54:34
Speaker 1: to his other homes? Jane? Yes? Then they uh, she says.
54:39
Speaker 1: Comy says, we'll be back to that in a bit.
54:42
Speaker 1: When other people were present, how did incidents start? Jane says?
54:47
Speaker 1: Jeffrey would say, follow him, prosecutor, follow him where? Jane replies,
54:54
Speaker 1: to his bedroom or to the massage room. He would
54:57
Speaker 1: get on the massage table and it would sort of
54:59
Speaker 1: turn into this orgy. Prosecutor, how often was Maxwell present? Jane,
55:05
Speaker 1: I can't give a precise number, so obviously more than
55:09
Speaker 1: once according to this accuser. Now that doesn't jive with
55:14
Speaker 1: what Maxwell has to say, right, But as we've seen
55:17
Speaker 1: so far, I really don't have the faith in somebody
55:21
Speaker 1: who's being charged with perjury counts as somebody was lied
55:24
Speaker 1: throughout this whole thing, to be honest. Now, so I
55:29
Speaker 1: don't think that this young lady is lying about this right,
55:33
Speaker 1: and for Maxwell and her team already you were on
55:36
Speaker 1: day two and you could see why the game of
55:38
Speaker 1: loopholes and technicalities were in such a big way for
55:45
Speaker 1: Maxwell and their defense to start it all out. They
55:48
Speaker 1: never wanted to get to this point, like we've discussed.
55:51
Speaker 1: They knew once they got to court it was going
55:53
Speaker 1: to be bad news for them. The prosecutor goes on,
56:00
Speaker 1: during the incident, when you were fourteen, was Maxwell in
56:03
Speaker 1: the room? Jane replies, yes, prosecutor, when you were fourteen, fifteen,
56:08
Speaker 1: and sixteen. How many times did you travel with them?
56:11
Speaker 1: Jane replies about ten times to New York City and
56:15
Speaker 1: New Mexico on Jeffrey's plane. You know, again, it's wild
56:19
Speaker 1: to me that Zoro Ranch is not rated, not that
56:22
Speaker 1: it'll do any good now, right rating it now means nothing.
56:25
Speaker 1: All of these places have to be hit at the
56:26
Speaker 1: same time. If you're going to raid a criminal enterprise
56:30
Speaker 1: or else, people will get rid of evidence. You know,
56:33
Speaker 1: I'm not inspector gadget or anything, but you can't hit
56:36
Speaker 1: these places one out of time. So Zoro Ranch, I
56:40
Speaker 1: know a lot of new listeners are listening out there
56:42
Speaker 1: has never been raided. What kind of artwork did they have. Jane, Yes,
56:52
Speaker 1: it was weird, animal heads, naked women, orgies. It didn't
56:56
Speaker 1: seem very unusual at this point. Prosecutor. How did did
57:00
Speaker 1: you feel in the New York House, Jane, like someone
57:03
Speaker 1: was always watching you. That's significant as well, because remember
57:07
Speaker 1: we heard Larry Vesoski talking about how he did audio
57:09
Speaker 1: work for Epstein blah blah blah, and we've heard several
57:12
Speaker 1: other people come out and say they've installed audio video
57:16
Speaker 1: at Epstein's properties. Package that with what we've heard from
57:19
Speaker 1: the survivors Maria Farmer, Virginia and some others talking about
57:25
Speaker 1: how everything was wired up for Epstein to record everything
57:28
Speaker 1: and watch everything, and it all really comes into a perspective,
57:32
Speaker 1: doesn't it. I've talked about this like building a puzzle
57:35
Speaker 1: from the very beginning, and we started with the corner pieces,
57:39
Speaker 1: and now we're getting a lot more clarity as things
57:42
Speaker 1: start to come undone. What would Epstein ask you to
57:52
Speaker 1: do again? Trigger warning, gross stuff coming in Jane to
57:57
Speaker 1: straddle his face, to pinch his nipples. Prosecutor, were there
58:01
Speaker 1: are times that Maxwell was present? Jane Yes, Prosecutor. In
58:06
Speaker 1: the New York House, where did this happen Jane in
58:08
Speaker 1: the massage room. So we've heard about the massage room,
58:12
Speaker 1: and also massage was code word in Epstein's world for sex. Oh,
58:17
Speaker 1: let's go get a massage using air quotes, you know,
58:21
Speaker 1: like there were frat boys hanging out of the frat
58:23
Speaker 1: house on the trip to New Mexico. Where did you
58:28
Speaker 1: spend most of your time, Jane on the ranch? It
58:31
Speaker 1: was in the middle of nowhere. Uh, Prosecutor, did anyone
58:36
Speaker 1: come into your room? Jane? Yes, someone came in and said,
58:39
Speaker 1: Jeffrey wants to see you and escorted me to see him. Now,
58:44
Speaker 1: the ranch is in a desolate location. It's in Stanley,
58:47
Speaker 1: New Mexico, like forty something miles outside of Santa Fe.
58:51
Speaker 1: It's in the high desert and during the winter it
58:53
Speaker 1: is absolutely freezing cold there. I was out there in
58:57
Speaker 1: February of twenty twenty and it was quite an eye
59:02
Speaker 1: opening experience. The place is desolate as hell, and there
59:07
Speaker 1: are no neighbors really, folks, right, So if you're a
59:10
Speaker 1: girl out on this property, even if you want to
59:12
Speaker 1: get away or leave, you have no shot unless you
59:16
Speaker 1: If it's in the winter, especially summer too, I mean
59:19
Speaker 1: it's hot as Hell in the summer, but in the
59:21
Speaker 1: winter there's a lot of snow and the terrain is
59:25
Speaker 1: very unforgiving. So it's a desolate place. And Epstein chose
59:31
Speaker 1: New Mexico for a reason, several of them, in fact,
59:34
Speaker 1: and the desolation and having nobody around to stick their
59:37
Speaker 1: nose in his business certainly one of the top reasons.
59:44
Speaker 1: And this is horrible. When I was reading this earlier,
59:46
Speaker 1: I can only imagine. I mean this, poor lady, Jane sobbing.
59:50
Speaker 1: I did not want to go see him. Prosecutor, who
59:53
Speaker 1: told you Epstein wanted to see you? Jane, I don't know.
59:57
Speaker 1: I had to fly back to Florida to go to school.
59:59
Speaker 1: I took a commer rcill flight, but I was only
1:00:01
Speaker 1: fifteen and didn't even have a driver's drivers permit, Jane continues,
1:00:07
Speaker 1: So I couldn't get on the flight back to Florida,
1:00:09
Speaker 1: having no idea. I freaked out. But Maxwell helped solve it.
1:00:13
Speaker 1: She talked to someone and I got on the plane.
1:00:15
Speaker 1: Oh it must be nice, huh. Let me just make
1:00:17
Speaker 1: a phone call over to somebody and get you back
1:00:19
Speaker 1: on the plane. Wild must be nice to have all
1:00:23
Speaker 1: these connections, must be nice to hang out with ex presidents,
1:00:27
Speaker 1: princes and other assorted scumbags. What was your home life
1:00:36
Speaker 1: like at the time, Jane replies, we were losing our home.
1:00:40
Speaker 1: We moved into a pool house. Jane goes on to say,
1:00:44
Speaker 1: my mom was enamored by the idea that these affluent
1:00:47
Speaker 1: people were taking an interest in me. Maxwell's lawyer objects
1:00:50
Speaker 1: at this point under a hearsay. Prosecutor goes on to say,
1:00:56
Speaker 1: it's for the effect of the listener. Judge Nathan says,
1:00:59
Speaker 1: you may asked that question, but not what the mother said.
1:01:03
Speaker 1: So they have an approach blah blah blah, and they
1:01:07
Speaker 1: discuss what was what they can and can't say at
1:01:10
Speaker 1: a sidebar real quick. They get back and the prosecutor
1:01:13
Speaker 1: goes on to say, what did your mother say? Jane
1:01:16
Speaker 1: says that I should be grateful for their attention. Imagine
1:01:20
Speaker 1: that's what your mother says. Man. I can't these girls,
1:01:27
Speaker 1: these survivors, they've had a real, real hard road, folks,
1:01:32
Speaker 1: from the abuse actually happening, to nobody helping them, to
1:01:36
Speaker 1: having their names dragged through the media by a jerk
1:01:39
Speaker 1: off legacy media, to now having to relive all of
1:01:43
Speaker 1: this again. As this trial gets under away and still
1:01:48
Speaker 1: nobody's in prison over this. By the way, let's be
1:01:50
Speaker 1: very clear, did you tell your siblings about the abuse?
1:01:59
Speaker 1: Jane says no, I was ashamed, and I had a manic,
1:02:01
Speaker 1: depressed mother who didn't know how to cope. It seemed hopeless.
1:02:06
Speaker 1: She goes on to say, I spoke to my school
1:02:07
Speaker 1: guidance counselor, who then called my mother. My mother told me,
1:02:11
Speaker 1: you don't talk about what happens at home and embarrass us. Unfortunately,
1:02:15
Speaker 1: that's the way it goes in a lot of homes, right,
1:02:18
Speaker 1: very private, you know, don't talk about things outside of
1:02:21
Speaker 1: the home, etc. Etc. But in situations like this, I mean,
1:02:28
Speaker 1: imagine how hopeless it must be nowhere to turn. You
1:02:30
Speaker 1: can't tell your mom, your siblings, You don't feel like
1:02:32
Speaker 1: anyone will believe you. It's just I can't even imagine
1:02:37
Speaker 1: walking a day in her shoes or the shoes of
1:02:40
Speaker 1: any of these survivors. In fact, the prosecutor goes on
1:02:47
Speaker 1: to say, Jane, what kind of work, what kinds of
1:02:51
Speaker 1: work do you do now? Jane says, I'm still an actor.
1:02:53
Speaker 1: I got work in LA but I didn't know how
1:02:55
Speaker 1: to trust, how to reciprocate. She goes on to say,
1:02:59
Speaker 1: when did you stop being in touch with Jeffrey Epstein.
1:03:02
Speaker 1: Jane replies, in two thousand and two, I fell in
1:03:05
Speaker 1: love with somebody, but Epstein kept calling her and saying
1:03:08
Speaker 1: he wanted to see her and that he needed to
1:03:10
Speaker 1: be that she needed to be grateful to him, and
1:03:12
Speaker 1: that her mother was living in one of his apartments.
1:03:15
Speaker 1: Do you want me to continue, the prosecutor says, was
1:03:17
Speaker 1: that the last time? Jane says yes, So Epstein stopped
1:03:26
Speaker 1: calling her or kept trying to call her, and after
1:03:30
Speaker 1: she said to him that she had a boyfriend and
1:03:32
Speaker 1: was turning down his advances, seemed to be that it
1:03:38
Speaker 1: ended up that was the last time she was seeing him,
1:03:41
Speaker 1: right last time she had any contact with him. The
1:03:45
Speaker 1: prosecutor goes on to say, later, did you tell the
1:03:48
Speaker 1: man i'll call Matt about Epstein. Jane says, yes, not
1:03:52
Speaker 1: in detail, but I did. By then, you saw Epstein
1:03:55
Speaker 1: on the TV all the time he had been arrested.
1:03:58
Speaker 1: Did the FBI interview you in September twenty nineteen, the
1:04:01
Speaker 1: prosecutor said. Jane responds with yes. Now remember the name
1:04:06
Speaker 1: Matt because it's significant for what's coming up tomorrow. She
1:04:12
Speaker 1: goes on to say, did you sue Glane Maxwell. Jane
1:04:15
Speaker 1: responds yes, and the Epstein's Victim Fund. Jane says yes,
1:04:20
Speaker 1: they awarded her five million dollars and she got approximately
1:04:24
Speaker 1: two point nine million of that. Still not enough. I've
1:04:27
Speaker 1: said it from the beginning. They should back the brink
1:04:29
Speaker 1: struck up when it comes to these girls. So it
1:04:32
Speaker 1: goes on with more questioning, and then of course you
1:04:36
Speaker 1: have the cross examination by Glan Maxwell's team, and they're
1:04:44
Speaker 1: going after her as far as her credibility, asking her
1:04:48
Speaker 1: why did it take you, for instance, and you had
1:04:50
Speaker 1: two personal injury attorneys with you, mister Glaxman and mister Workman.
1:04:55
Speaker 1: After it took her twenty years to complain. So a
1:04:59
Speaker 1: manager says two two full decades before your report to
1:05:01
Speaker 1: the police. By then mister Epstein was dead, correct, And
1:05:05
Speaker 1: then manager goes on to say, in the twenty years,
1:05:08
Speaker 1: you spoke to several people close to you, to the
1:05:10
Speaker 1: person we're referring to as Matt, your sister Camilla. Whereas
1:05:15
Speaker 1: there was an objection by the prosecution. But this is
1:05:18
Speaker 1: interesting because what she's trying to say is, well, you
1:05:22
Speaker 1: didn't tell anybody right away, so how did this really happen,
1:05:25
Speaker 1: Can we really believe you? Meanwhile, anyone who follows cases
1:05:30
Speaker 1: like this understands repressed memory. So that's the basic line
1:05:34
Speaker 1: of questioning for Menager and Maxwell's legal team. And it's
1:05:41
Speaker 1: exactly what we thought it would be. We thought it
1:05:43
Speaker 1: would be going after her credibility, we thought it would
1:05:49
Speaker 1: be going after who she is, and that's exactly what
1:05:53
Speaker 1: we saw here today. So that was nothing out of
1:05:55
Speaker 1: the ordinary. For sure, it was expected, at least by me.
1:05:59
Speaker 1: Now I don't I don't think it's a winning strategy, however,
1:06:02
Speaker 1: so we'll have to see. But that is pretty much
1:06:06
Speaker 1: where we're at today, folks. The two witnesses that were
1:06:09
Speaker 1: on the stand a basic gist of about what the
1:06:12
Speaker 1: back and forth was about, and caught up for the night.
1:06:16
Speaker 1: So obviously I will be back tomorrow morning, same time.
1:06:21
Speaker 1: Early in the morning. We'll get an idea of what
1:06:24
Speaker 1: the lay of the land is, take a look at
1:06:26
Speaker 1: some of the headlines, and I'll do the same thing
1:06:29
Speaker 1: I did today, sit around and follow the thread over
1:06:33
Speaker 1: at Inner City Press. If you're on Twitter, you definitely
1:06:35
Speaker 1: need to check them out and give them a follow
1:06:37
Speaker 1: because they're doing really good coverage. Here on the case
1:06:40
Speaker 1: and that's where I'm able to get these quotes from.
1:06:42
Speaker 1: So we'll do the same thing tomorrow. I'll go through
1:06:45
Speaker 1: it again. I'll notate some stuff that I find important,
1:06:48
Speaker 1: and we'll go through it. So I appreciate everybody joining
1:06:52
Speaker 1: me for another evening, and I hope that all of
