- 0:08Speaker 1: As a journalist, I get to travel the country a lot.
- 0:11Speaker 1: A part of my job includes a column regarding small
- 0:14Speaker 1: town myths and legends. It's not the most factual part
- 0:17Speaker 1: of my work, but I still enjoy it. At least
- 0:20Speaker 1: I did until I found a town called Silverwoods. According
- 0:24Speaker 1: to my anonymous source, it was a place that hadn't
- 0:27Speaker 1: changed since the late 50s. A remnant of a bygone era.
- 0:31Speaker 1: suffering from a horrible curse. As the myth would have it,
- 0:35Speaker 1: nothing there was allowed to die. Mind you, this was
- 0:38Speaker 1: before the time of Google Maps. I had to rely
- 0:41Speaker 1: on my source's instructions when searching for the town. I
- 0:44Speaker 1: fully expected it to be a prank, but my job
- 0:47Speaker 1: was exactly that, to prove or disprove information. I set
- 0:52Speaker 1: out on my journey. After a few hours of driving,
- 0:55Speaker 1: I pulled onto a well-hidden dirt road. It had been
- 0:58Speaker 1: poorly maintained, And it would take me another three hours
- 1:01Speaker 1: before I even found a hint of civilization. An old,
- 1:04Speaker 1: wooden sign. Silverwoods. Turn around now, it read. In the distance,
- 1:09Speaker 1: I saw what looked like an old farming community. Just
- 1:12Speaker 1: a small town with a few buildings that had partially
- 1:14Speaker 1: fallen apart, and trucks that had rusted beyond repair. At
- 1:18Speaker 1: a first glance, it looked abandoned. I parked my car
- 1:22Speaker 1: on the side of the road, ready to call the
- 1:24Speaker 1: myth bullshit. Then I heard someone call out. Why did
- 1:27Speaker 1: you come here? A weak voice said. I turned towards
- 1:30Speaker 1: the voice. It belonged to a frail old man, holding
- 1:33Speaker 1: himself up with a cane. He was bald, and his
- 1:36Speaker 1: teeth had all but fallen out.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Who are you, and why are you here?
- 1:41Speaker 1: He asked. Feeling mildly uncomfortable, I introduced myself. I explained
- 1:45Speaker 1: that I had been given directions by an anonymous source,
- 1:48Speaker 1: and that I was hunting down myths and legends. He sighed.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Ignorance is bliss, but since you're here, I will give
- 1:56Speaker 1: you what you came for. Only then, did I notice
- 1:59Speaker 1: that his leg was broken. He dragged it along as
- 2:02Speaker 1: he limped around. The weirdest part was that his skin
- 2:04Speaker 1: was covered in scratches, all looking fresh. Are you all right?
- 2:09Speaker 1: I asked nervously. He ignored the question and simply gestured
- 2:13Speaker 1: for me to follow. Are you alone here?
- 2:15Speaker 2: No, there are others.
- 2:17Speaker 1: On the ground, I noticed what I assumed was a
- 2:20Speaker 1: dead bird. Its torso had been ripped open, exposing the
- 2:23Speaker 1: organs within. It looked like a cat attacked it, yet
- 2:27Speaker 1: it tried to move around, alive despite its grave injuries.
- 2:31Speaker 1: The bird, it's, it's, I tried to get out. The
- 2:35Speaker 1: old man glanced over at it without batting an eye.
- 2:38Speaker 2: It's not allowed to die.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Nothing here is allowed to die, he said. He led
- 2:44Speaker 1: me inside an old house. No sooner had I taken
- 2:46Speaker 1: a step through the front door before my nose was
- 2:49Speaker 1: assaulted by the stench of rotting flesh. There were a
- 2:52Speaker 1: dozen people littered around the room in various states of mutilation. Yet,
- 2:57Speaker 1: they were all breathing, living with impossible injuries. The myth
- 3:00Speaker 1: had been proven true, but I couldn't believe it. We
- 3:04Speaker 1: need to call for help, I said as I looked
- 3:06Speaker 1: at a guy whose hands had no skin left on them.
- 3:09Speaker 2: It would only make things worse.
- 3:11Speaker 1: The old man said. I already had my phone out,
- 3:13Speaker 1: ready to dial 911, but out in the middle of nowhere,
- 3:17Speaker 1: I didn't have a single bar of signal to help me.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Sit down, let's talk.
- 3:22Speaker 1: In shock at the sight, I couldn't find the words
- 3:24Speaker 1: to argue.
- 3:26Speaker 2: You came here to learn the history of Silverwoods, and
- 3:30Speaker 2: I'm going to.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Tell you, he said. I sat down and looked at
- 3:34Speaker 1: all the suffering people around me. Most of them were
- 3:37Speaker 1: too wounded to speak a single word, only letting out
- 3:40Speaker 1: groans of agony where they sat. Every single injury looked fresh.
- 3:44Speaker 1: It looked like not a single day had passed since
- 3:46Speaker 1: acquiring them.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Since our town was founded in 1911, we've been a
- 3:51Speaker 2: regular farming community, a small town, that hardly ever saw
- 3:56Speaker 2: any visitors. Most of us were born and raised here,
- 4:01Speaker 2: so on the rare occasion that someone passed through, it
- 4:05Speaker 2: was a big deal, a cause for celebration.
- 4:09Speaker 1: The man took a pause and glanced at his broken leg.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Then, in 1956, a man arrived in Silverwoods with his
- 4:19Speaker 2: fancy clothes, an expensive car, He starkly contrasted our modest surroundings.
- 4:26Speaker 2: He didn't visit for business, nor did he look to
- 4:29Speaker 2: settle down in the region. All he wanted was to
- 4:34Speaker 2: spend a year with us. At the end of his visit,
- 4:38Speaker 2: he promised us a gift never to be forgotten. As
- 4:42Speaker 2: he finished the sentence, I heard faint screams coming from outside.
- 4:45Speaker 2: They sounded horribly hoarse and emitted a clear message of agony.
- 4:49Speaker 2: The man never said much. He just observed us as
- 4:53Speaker 2: we went about our days, never shying away from lending
- 4:57Speaker 2: a helping hand. He was polite, helpful, and within a
- 5:01Speaker 2: month we'd already accepted him as a part of the community. Still,
- 5:07Speaker 2: he always wore that damn suit and never seemed affected
- 5:11Speaker 2: by anything around him. No matter the situation, he was
- 5:15Speaker 2: calm and looked in pristine shape.
- 5:19Speaker 1: The screams got louder. Amid them, I could hear faint
- 5:22Speaker 1: begs for mercy.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Then, once his year in Silverwoods had ended, he asked
- 5:28Speaker 2: us a simple question.
- 5:30Speaker 1: What is it? I asked.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Do you want to live forever?
- 5:36Speaker 1: He paused and sighed. The screams in the background felt
- 5:40Speaker 1: ever more present, as if they knew I was there.
- 5:43Speaker 2: At first, we laughed at the suggestion. Death wasn't an enemy,
- 5:48Speaker 2: but we didn't hold it as a friend either. After
- 5:52Speaker 2: a lengthy discussion, it all came down to a vote.
- 5:56Speaker 2: I guess the outcome is clear.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I stepped over to the window and tried to figure
- 6:01Speaker 1: out where the screaming was coming from. I wanted to run,
- 6:04Speaker 1: but something deep inside me kept me from doing so.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I pitied the people of Silverwoods, and I wanted to
- 6:10Speaker 1: help them. So, you'll live forever? He nodded.
- 6:14Speaker 2: He promised us that our bodies wouldn't age. Alas, without
- 6:19Speaker 2: time affecting our bodies... We lost the ability to feel hunger, thirst,
- 6:25Speaker 2: and the need for sleep. Our bodies can't be killed
- 6:29Speaker 2: by any injuries, disease, nor destruction. But we can also
- 6:35Speaker 2: never heal. Every injury we sustain, no matter how minor
- 6:40Speaker 2: or severe it is, stays with us until the end
- 6:43Speaker 2: of time. That is our curse. What about the people screaming?
- 6:48Speaker 1: I asked. He sighed.
- 6:50Speaker 2: It's coming from the barn. That's where we keep the
- 6:53Speaker 2: people that want it out.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Out? What do you mean?
- 6:58Speaker 2: Some people got the idea that they could elude our
- 7:01Speaker 2: curse by destroying their own hearts. Others attempted to crush
- 7:06Speaker 2: their heads, but they were all wrong. They can't die.
- 7:12Speaker 2: They're not allowed to. How can I help you? Is
- 7:15Speaker 2: there any way to stop this? I asked.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Then he laughed. It wasn't a cheerful laugh, but one
- 7:22Speaker 1: filled with malice.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Stop it?
- 7:24Speaker 1: We don't want it to stop, he said.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Ten years ago, that same man returned to our town.
- 7:31Speaker 2: He hadn't aged a day, and still smiled cheerfully as
- 7:36Speaker 2: he greeted us. He offered us death, release from our
- 7:39Speaker 2: horrific lives. Why didn't you accept it? He paused, his
- 7:44Speaker 2: smile vanishing from his face. Because... He told us what
- 7:49Speaker 2: happens to us after we die. And I can promise you,
- 7:53Speaker 2: it's a far darker fate than the one we've.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Been condemned to. My friends and I used to wander
- 8:03Speaker 1: into the dark woods at night, wielding little more than
- 8:06Speaker 1: our flashlights and overactive imaginations. It was the surge of
- 8:10Speaker 1: adrenaline we needed, gained from harmless, non-existent horror. Lucky for us,
- 8:16Speaker 1: there was a forest bordering our neighborhood, It was full
- 8:18Speaker 1: of ancient trees that creaked in the wind. Our parents
- 8:22Speaker 1: had often warned us about entering the woods, claiming the
- 8:25Speaker 1: trees would fall due to the weakest gust of wind.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Of course, their warnings fell on deaf ears. We were
- 8:31Speaker 1: young and felt invincible. Though we pretended to be brave,
- 8:35Speaker 1: we usually didn't get far into the darkness of the
- 8:37Speaker 1: woods before cowering in fear. Each time, we'd mark on
- 8:42Speaker 1: a tree how far we traveled before giving up. And
- 8:45Speaker 1: each time we set out on a new adventure, We
- 8:47Speaker 1: promised each other to break the record. Our last journey
- 8:50Speaker 1: occurred on the 29th of October, 2012. Liam and Frank
- 8:54Speaker 1: were my best friends. Together, we ventured deeper into the
- 8:58Speaker 1: woods than we ever had before. Liam, being a year older,
- 9:02Speaker 1: always pretended to have all the experience in the world.
- 9:05Speaker 1: He'd hide in the bushes a few yards ahead and
- 9:07Speaker 1: jump out in pathetic attempts at scaring us. Before long,
- 9:11Speaker 1: we reached our furthest previous mark. It read the 9th
- 9:14Speaker 1: of April, 2012. We kept walking proud that we'd reached
- 9:18Speaker 1: a new milestone. Shortly after, we noticed something in the darkness,
- 9:22Speaker 1: contrasting starkly to the trees around it. Hey, what's that?
- 9:26Speaker 1: Liam asked. I don't know, let's check it out, I
- 9:29Speaker 1: yelled in response. As we got closer, we realized it
- 9:32Speaker 1: was an old bunker. While it was a cool discovery,
- 9:35Speaker 1: it wasn't that uncommon in our country. There were thousands
- 9:38Speaker 1: of concrete bunkers remaining after World War II. Still, we
- 9:42Speaker 1: were excited to explore our new finding. Inside, it was
- 9:45Speaker 1: rid of any equipment. All it contained was a hole
- 9:48Speaker 1: in the middle, with a spiral staircase stretching deep into
- 9:51Speaker 1: the ground. Let's climb down, Liam suggested. I, I don't know,
- 9:56Speaker 1: Frank stuttered. It doesn't seem like a good idea. The
- 9:59Speaker 1: stairs might break and trap us inside. You're just scared,
- 10:03Speaker 1: admit it, Liam teased back. Not willing to admit our nervousness,
- 10:07Speaker 1: Frank and I agreed to follow him down the stairs.
- 10:10Speaker 1: The stairs themselves were made of metal. Though they felt
- 10:13Speaker 1: solid enough, they produced loud, echoing sounds with each step
- 10:17Speaker 1: down towards the bottoms. After a minute without the end
- 10:20Speaker 1: in sight, I started to get scared. How deep down
- 10:23Speaker 1: does this go? I asked. In response, Liam took Frank's
- 10:27Speaker 1: flashlight and dropped it down the middle of the staircase.
- 10:30Speaker 1: It fell deep into the darkness. Holy crap, I can't
- 10:35Speaker 1: even see it anymore. We need to go back, it's
- 10:37Speaker 1: too far down, Frank said nervously. No way, we need
- 10:41Speaker 1: to see where this leads. A short argument ensued. After
- 10:44Speaker 1: some pushing, Frank gave in and we kept going down,
- 10:48Speaker 1: It took us more than ten minutes just to descend
- 10:50Speaker 1: the staircase. As we proceeded further down, it progressively kept
- 10:54Speaker 1: getting warmer and more humid. I could feel the sweat
- 10:57Speaker 1: form on my face as we reached the bottom. Once down,
- 11:01Speaker 1: we found a large room. It contained little more than
- 11:04Speaker 1: a locked door, mold-covered floors, and the broken flashlight Liam
- 11:08Speaker 1: had dropped down.
- 11:09Speaker 2: It's locked!
- 11:10Speaker 1: I guess we have to go back, I weakly insisted. But,
- 11:13Speaker 1: Liam had already set out on a search to open
- 11:15Speaker 1: the door. Before long, He found a metal panel on
- 11:18Speaker 1: the wall. He pried it open to reveal a lever.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I'm going to pull it, he said without consulting us.
- 11:25Speaker 1: It produced a loud clink, and the locked door slid open.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Liam and I entered first, while Frank trailed us. Without
- 11:32Speaker 1: a flashlight, he had no choice but to follow us closely. Inside,
- 11:37Speaker 1: we found a narrow hallway filled with open prison cells.
- 11:40Speaker 1: The doors to each cell were marked with different dates.
- 11:43Speaker 1: 7th of July, 1954. 9th of August, 1954. 13th of September, 1954.
- 11:49Speaker 1: The first few rooms didn't seem to contain anything other
- 11:52Speaker 1: than dust. But, once we got to the end, we
- 11:56Speaker 1: noticed something lying in the corner. There, on the floor,
- 12:00Speaker 1: lay three completely emaciated people. They looked like skeletons covered
- 12:04Speaker 1: in a thin layer of pale skin. According to the
- 12:07Speaker 1: dates on the cells, they'd been there for more than
- 12:10Speaker 1: 50 years. Yet, they hadn't rotted.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Are they... are they dead?
- 12:15Speaker 1: I asked. As I uttered those words, one of them
- 12:18Speaker 1: twitched to life. We jumped at the sight and prepared
- 12:21Speaker 1: to run. Only then did we realize that some of
- 12:24Speaker 1: these creatures had been attached to the ceiling. They dropped
- 12:27Speaker 1: down in front of us and blocked away. Their limbs
- 12:30Speaker 1: were all deformed, too long to fit their small body. Still,
- 12:33Speaker 1: they moved abnormally fast, almost twitching as they took their
- 12:37Speaker 1: steps closer to us. Their eyes had been sewn shut,
- 12:40Speaker 1: and they had far too many ribs. They weren't human. Run,
- 12:43Speaker 1: Frank yelled. We tried to move towards the exit, ducking
- 12:46Speaker 1: under their long arms and spurting for the door. Frank
- 12:48Speaker 1: and I made it easily enough, but Liam got stuck
- 12:51Speaker 1: behind one of the creatures. Don't leave me, he yelled
- 12:54Speaker 1: as he tried to maneuver past the sickly thin monster.
- 12:57Speaker 1: With that, it reached out its thin arm and pierced
- 12:59Speaker 1: Liam's abdomen. Unable to speak, he simply fell limp where
- 13:03Speaker 1: he stood, only held up by the creature that had
- 13:05Speaker 1: killed him. Knowing we could do nothing to save him,
- 13:07Speaker 1: Frank and I made a run for it. Our footsteps
- 13:10Speaker 1: were dampened by the fungus and mold covering the floor.
- 13:13Speaker 1: The things didn't even notice us until we reached the
- 13:15Speaker 1: metal staircase. There, our steps rang loud through the metal,
- 13:19Speaker 1: alerting the creatures to our location. Without looking behind us,
- 13:22Speaker 1: we ran up the stairs, only listening as they got closer.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I was only a few steps ahead of Frank, but
- 13:27Speaker 1: that was all it took for them to get him.
- 13:29Speaker 1: I didn't even notice he was gone until I got
- 13:31Speaker 1: halfway up the staircase. Then, a scream of agony echoed
- 13:34Speaker 1: through the room. It was Frank. I knew I couldn't
- 13:36Speaker 1: help him. I just kept running up the stairs and
- 13:38Speaker 1: into the woods. I didn't stop to breathe before I
- 13:41Speaker 1: finally reached the comfort of the streetlights surrounding my neighborhood.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Exhausted from the escape, I collapsed on my own doorstep
- 13:48Speaker 1: and passed out, safe but broken. Once I regained consciousness,
- 13:54Speaker 1: I told my parents everything. At first, they didn't believe me,
- 13:58Speaker 1: but once the news of two missing children spread around
- 14:01Speaker 1: our town, the police were alerted. Still, they couldn't confirm
- 14:05Speaker 1: my story. They initiated a search and rescue operation, Though
- 14:09Speaker 1: they found the bunker I mentioned, there was no trace
- 14:11Speaker 1: of any malformed creatures, nor any proof that my two
- 14:14Speaker 1: best friends died there. To this day, the case remains unsolved. However,
- 14:19Speaker 1: since we opened the cages in the bunker, there have
- 14:21Speaker 1: been a lot of reported cases of missing children. Unsolvable mysteries.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Only I know the truth. I'm sorry. We never should
- 14:29Speaker 1: have opened the bunker. I never remember feeling sick. Just
- 14:37Speaker 1: a sudden headache. and my dog barking as I collapsed
- 14:40Speaker 1: to the ground. The world had vanished beneath my feet,
- 14:43Speaker 1: and my consciousness was trapped in darkness, disconnected from my body.
- 14:48Speaker 1: For what felt like an eternity, I floated through the
- 14:50Speaker 1: emptiness of the void, uncaring and at peace. Then I
- 14:54Speaker 1: heard a voice. He sounded stressed, speaking in a language
- 14:58Speaker 1: I couldn't understand. To my uneducated mind, it sounded Russian,
- 15:03Speaker 1: but for all I knew, it could have been Polish
- 15:05Speaker 1: or Serbian. As I focused on the strange words, I
- 15:08Speaker 1: started to awake. I could feel vibrations all around me,
- 15:12Speaker 1: accompanied by the sound of a running engine. It didn't
- 15:14Speaker 1: take much more to realize we were in a car
- 15:16Speaker 1: driving somewhere. Where, where am I? I groaned. Two men
- 15:21Speaker 1: loomed above me, both wearing surgical masks. Despite their obscured faces,
- 15:26Speaker 1: I could tell they were in shock from seeing me awake.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Without hesitation, one of the men jammed a syringe into
- 15:32Speaker 1: my chest, jolting me back to sleep. Though heavily sedated,
- 15:36Speaker 1: I could hear people talking. Eventually, the car stopped, and
- 15:40Speaker 1: they brought me inside a cold, dry room. Then, I
- 15:44Speaker 1: felt a steel blade cut through my abdomen, digging into
- 15:47Speaker 1: my flesh. It was an oddly warm, excruciating sensation. I
- 15:52Speaker 1: wanted so desperately to cry out in pain, but I
- 15:55Speaker 1: couldn't even move, much less resist the knife. With that,
- 15:59Speaker 1: I suddenly awoke. I winced in agony as I tried
- 16:02Speaker 1: to get an idea of my surroundings. I was outside,
- 16:05Speaker 1: face down in the mud. It had felt like an
- 16:07Speaker 1: instant but hours had gone by since I passed out.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Trenton Street, a sign said. I was lying on the
- 16:14Speaker 1: ground on the street in my neighborhood. Help, I weakly
- 16:18Speaker 1: called out. My abdomen ached, leaving me unable to stand up.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I pulled open my shirt and noticed a massive surgical
- 16:25Speaker 1: scar covering the majority of my belly. Just by pure luck,
- 16:29Speaker 1: a neighbor arrived home and promptly called an ambulance. The
- 16:32Speaker 1: doctors were baffled. Though I'd clearly undergone some kind of surgery,
- 16:36Speaker 1: none could figure out its purpose. After a thorough examination
- 16:40Speaker 1: and a scan, I was met by some nervous-looking physicians.
- 16:43Speaker 2: What happened to me?
- 16:44Speaker 1: I asked, horrified to know the answer. They explained that
- 16:48Speaker 1: chunks of my internal organs had gone missing. The scan
- 16:51Speaker 1: had revealed tiny holes throughout my entire abdomen. But, despite
- 16:55Speaker 1: the bizarre findings, my organ functions remained mostly intact. Against
- 16:59Speaker 1: all odds, I was more or less fine. After a
- 17:02Speaker 1: few days of tests and observation, I was sent home
- 17:05Speaker 1: to rest. The police dropped by a couple of times
- 17:08Speaker 1: to ask questions, but I couldn't remember anything substantial. In
- 17:12Speaker 1: the end, it felt more like a nightmare than reality.
- 17:15Speaker 1: If not for the scar, I wouldn't have believed it.
- 17:18Speaker 1: It wasn't until a month later before I suddenly took
- 17:21Speaker 1: a turn for the worse. At first, it just tingled.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Then it felt like something was moving inside my stomach.
- 17:27Speaker 1: It bulged out, leaving me unable to eat or drink.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I had scheduled a doctor's appointment that was only two
- 17:32Speaker 1: days away, but I couldn't wait. I basically crawled over
- 17:35Speaker 1: next door, and begged my neighbor to drive me to
- 17:37Speaker 1: the hospital. As I rang the doorbell, I puked on
- 17:41Speaker 1: his doorstep. The vomit was bright red, with chunks of
- 17:44Speaker 1: undigested food I couldn't keep down. But something moved in
- 17:48Speaker 1: the mess I'd created. They looked like large worms squirming
- 17:51Speaker 1: on the ground. With that, he rushed me to the
- 17:54Speaker 1: emergency room. On the way, I noticed a bulge appearing
- 17:57Speaker 1: on my arm. Just like the worms in my vomit,
- 17:59Speaker 1: it squirmed around, digging its way under my skin. Before long,
- 18:03Speaker 1: it burst out, falling onto my chest. Several other bulges
- 18:06Speaker 1: appeared on my limbs and abdomen. I was delirious from
- 18:09Speaker 1: the pain. Rather than being afraid, I just felt guilty
- 18:12Speaker 1: about messing up my neighbor's car. We quickly reached the hospital.
- 18:16Speaker 1: My neighbor grabbed me and basically carried me in through
- 18:19Speaker 1: the front door. One of the worms bit him in
- 18:21Speaker 1: the process, causing him to drop me to the floor. Luckily,
- 18:25Speaker 1: there were doctors and nurses there ready to assist. They
- 18:27Speaker 1: brought me inside and immediately prepared me for surgery. Unfortunately,
- 18:32Speaker 1: it didn't take long before they realized... I was a
- 18:34Speaker 1: lost cause. Hundreds of worms had made their home inside
- 18:38Speaker 1: my body cavities, feasting on my internal organs. It has
- 18:41Speaker 1: been five hours since I arrived at the hospital. The
- 18:43Speaker 1: doctors promised to keep me comfortable while I await my
- 18:46Speaker 1: inevitable demise. Before the night ends, I'll be dead. Little
- 18:50Speaker 1: is known about the worms that are eating my guts,
- 18:53Speaker 1: but apparently I'm not the first victim. The first worm
- 18:56Speaker 1: needs to be planted into someone, but each subsequent generation
- 19:00Speaker 1: spreads through bites, injecting their larva into the bloodstream. Because
- 19:04Speaker 1: of their slow development, it's hard to diagnose infected individuals
- 19:07Speaker 1: until it's too late. Hopefully they can contain the situation.
- 19:11Speaker 1: After all, I haven't been around many people lately. Only
- 19:14Speaker 1: my neighbor has he drove me to the hospital. They
- 19:17Speaker 1: didn't bite him, did they? I'm too tired to remember.
- 19:20Speaker 1: It's getting hard to think. I guess this is it
- 19:23Speaker 1: for me. If you get bitten, please seek help immediately.
