- Nick & Jeremy: Everybody, Nick Beverge here with with the Investor Shed podcast. And I'm here with The one and only Jeremy Kitchen. There might be other Jeremy Kitchens in the world. No, this is the one and only. I know there's Josh and Jessica Kitchens. Yeah. But does Willow get excited about them? Willow? My dog? maybe probably not. No. Welcome back everybody. We missed you. We love you. We are happy you are here. You guys, you may not think it because of that clunky intro. But this is gonna be one of the best episodes of your lives. Yeah, you were derailing pretty quick. I'm like, get back on the train, Nick. The train's going. We gotta go. Yeah, our our Facebook page dropped as soon as we started recording. So sorry about the interruption there. here's here's what we got today, Jeremy. we talk about AI all the time, but we barely show what AI can do. Today we're gonna freaking show you guys how simple it is to build stuff with AI, not just chat with it. Okay. we're gonna show you how to build something. I have a challenge for myself and for you. good. By the end of this episode, we're gonna have a website up. Okay. It doesn't exist yet. this morning. I bought a domain name called investorshed.com. That's a good name. That's a good domain. Yeah. and then I took a screw I went as soon as I purchased that domain for eleven dollars. It it's gonna cost eleven bucks a year. I went to the provider of the I think it was pork bun. was the name of the website that I bought the domain from. Sure. And I went and I grabbed the API keys, something that you're gonna wanna jot down if you're gonna wanna do AI stuff. You're gonna want AI or API keys from any sites that you're dealing with that you want AI to have control over. Is that something you jot down or is it a bigger code than like writing? it's something you don't want to jot it down. You wanna take a screenshot of it, you wanna copy it, you wanna send it somewhere encrypted. You don't wanna send it through like emails or like public ways because like It it's an easy way for a a bot to start controlling that account of yours. So you've got to be careful with the API keys that you send. Gotcha. And how you send them to your. so what I did is I just took a screenshot and then I airdropped it to this computer directly. but I'm gonna share my screen, guys. Here's here's the challenge. we're we're I'm going to immediately give a prompt to my CLI agent, which is a command line interface agent. Okay. on the computer. I'm gonna show you what that looks like. It may sound over most people's heads if they're not technical, but trust me, this is very much more simpler than you think. Yeah. okay, so let's go. It's actually gonna be harder to share my screen than it will be to do this. Not joking. Okay, share a screen. Here we go. All right. Welcome to the void. They're in the void. I'm gonna go to my Chrome window. Uh-huh. and I'm gonna show you guys Grok. Now there's Grok or there's Claude. I like using both of these. I I also started using Codex too over the weekend, which is ChatGPT's same thing. It's a command, it's an agent that lives on your computer. Okay. C L I agent. Gotcha. command line interface. And if you have a a Mac, there's what's called a terminal. And if you've never been into that before, it's just a it's just a text box that you can run commands through your computer and it looks like this. Mm-hmm. It's just a black screen and it looks like all of a sudden you're in the matrix, right? And you can just start typing things and hitting enter. But mostly for simplicity, you're just going to hit you know, you're just gonna copy and paste. Copy and paste for sure. Yeah, yeah. now to get Claude Code or Grok build on your computer, you just need to have know how to get this window up, this terminal window. If you're in Claude, you go to your settings down here, click on their your profile, click on settings, and you click right over here Claude Code. Okay. Click down there and it's got you this little link that you can bash into your computer. You click that and then you go to your terminal window. And you paste that and you hit enter. Now it's it doesn't know what's going on here because it's already got it installed. Okay. But normally if you don't have cloud code yet, it's just gonna quit do a quick install and then it's boom, it's there. Sure. And then another window is just gonna be like, you authorize in this, and you click yeah, and then a window will pop up and you'll like if you use Chrome and you just allow if you're signed in already to Claude and you allow this to happen, you just click like allow. Sure. So you basically authorized authoriz authorization. Authorizing. Yeah. Do you want me to read the prompt that you did? yeah, sure. No. Anyway, okay. So it's just like just like that. Then all of a sudden you got Claude on your computer. Or if you're on Grok, same thing. You just go to your little profile here, hit settings, look for your let's see, customization. probably give me another controls. No. Usually you know what? It just it usually just pops up as a skills and connectors. let's see. Crap. I don't know where it is. Automations. You know, usually it just pops up. If you're new with grok, it's there'll be a window here that just says just run this line. But if you if you can't find it, just Google it. Yeah. I don't know why I can't find it on the Grok website, but it's usually that easy and it's it's the same install. You just run it in your command line, whatever. Gotcha. I like using Grok 'cause it's faster than Cloud Code and sometimes better. Can you have Grok and Cloud Code installed in your okay you can have them both? Yeah, and and and you can have one control the other. You could just say, Hey, just use a Grok agent to audit your work if you're in if you're in Cloud Code or if you're in Grok, then you can s just say, Yeah, hey, go ahead and you know, when you're done with this task, pull spin up a cloud code agent to audit your work so it's non biased and see if the anything needs fixing. Gotcha. so they can control each other. Sure. Or have conversations and brainstorm together. Yeah. Great. you don't really see it on on your end, but but they can absolutely control each other. So here here's what we're gonna do. I to save time, I kind of prepped this prompt and I just did a on my computer I enabled diction on your keyboard, which just allows you to speak. And your computer. Dictation or whatever. Yeah. Yeah. You just like hit a button on your keyboard and then you can talk all this. So I spoke all this this morning before you came in. Gotcha. And what I typed in was I'd like you to start a new project on my computer called Investor Shed. I just showed you API keys from Porkman. That's not true, but it didn't it it this was it's pork bun, but okay it the the text didn't go through right. I purchased a domain there this morning. One that you're going to want to use is the investorshed.com because I park I purchased two. Sure. I'd like to build a website that I would locally host here, and I'll probably move it to my office computer later, but go ahead and build it here first. I want it to be pretty similar to biggerpockets.com. so you're gonna have to probably go there and browse it and look at all the features. I want it very similar to this site, but geared towards North Idaho and Eastern Washington investors. This The site will be named after our podcast. The investor shed podcast, you might also want to look into and do a little research before you start. That way you can get an idea of the color scheme for the website and and beyond brand you or and beyond the brand, that way you can know a little bit about us. I didn't actually some of this voice didn't go through perfectly. Sure. But it will figure it out. Yeah. It's smart enough. Yeah, I want the website to have similar features as Bigger Pockets where you can create an account for free, upload your photo, post off market deals, be able to use online calculators that are just as good or better than what Bigger Pockets offers. And I'm serious about that. Yeah, yeah. I want you to do heavy research on Bigger Pockets calculators and build something that's much better now that we have all these AI capabilities. You also if you my gosh. Sorry, it's it's my mighty mouse is acting crazy. Okay. The AI capabilities here if you need help with anything. You also have Claude also in the CLI here that you can help use to build and audit at your disposal. So I'm just reminding the agent that hey, there's another agent here that you can use. Go ahead. make sure to allow anybody who enters the website to easily create an account. before they start browsing and make it easy for them to sign up with their Gmail at a click of a button or their Facebook account or simply just use their email of course. Also make me the admin and that I have full ability to kick people out of the website if they're misbehaving or invite people directly for my settings through their email and invite people with their emails or other admin features that should be on there for me. Please just don't make it clunky. Make it look super slick like an Apple website. make sure to use high quality images. make it North Idaho based or Eastern Washington, of course. now I know that Bigger Pockets has a ton of different tabs at this point, but do a little research and find out what the top six to eight different features that people actually use on Bigger Pockets and let's just focus on those. Let me know if you have any questions. Yeah. Easy P. so kind of a big prompt, and that's why it's it's good just to speak out what you know, just ramble. Yeah. We call this just r a ramble session. so I'm just gonna take that and I'm gonna go to Grok and I'm just gonna paste it right in there. Gotcha. And that that prompt was or that API. You already had that kind of started up in this process, right? Yeah, so I just opened Grok before I just by typing in Grok because it's already installed. And then I said earlier, Hey, I just dropped it. I just airdropped an image. See it? That was the in the API keys. Okay, the API keys. Got it. And then it said, Yeah, I found it. I've got it in your downloads. it's a pork bun API screenshot for NickBooks with blah, blah, blah, blah. Here's this. You want me to store it somewhere safe? I didn't say anything. I just I just responded to the next one. Sure. and now it's saying, Okay, this is a full product build, researching bigger pockets, your podcast brand. the local markets first so that we can look into the scope and design before scaffolding. Okay, research on both brands, blah, blah, blah, blah. So it's gonna run in the background. Okay. And we'll check in on it in a little bit. Okay. and this this website it's not gonna be a a it it'll be hosted on your computer so it's so no it won't be live until you make it live, right? Yeah. Okay. It but it could be live very quickly. Okay, cool. Yeah. Let me get how let's see, stop sharing screen. Here we go. We're back everybody. All right. So that was about ten minutes. Sorry guys. But all good. how long does it take take anybody else to build a website? Yeah. You know, it potentially I know we're we're gonna probably do a bunch of tweaks. Yeah. but I think you guys are gonna be blown away if this could be done before the end of our episode, what it can actually build just based off that. Sure. And and like you said, like yeah, like that was ten minutes, but also you had a you had a couple things Kind of pre-planned in advance and you've done this before, so it's gonna go a little bit smoother for you knowing the systems and knowing how to actually access these things. But that doesn't mean it's gonna be slow for anybody else. It's like explaining that to AI is so much faster than explaining that to somebody who's a graphic designer. Yeah. You know what I mean? And having these phone conversations. I'm like, I think it'd be cool to do a podcast today where we actually show what the CLI agent can do. Yeah. Instead of just talk about it and show people how to use it. And then I'm like, what can I what can I do that would actually be kind of cool? I'm like, what if it's investor shed related? What if we actually build a website for investor shed? Yeah. So that was all just this morning's thoughts. Great. I love it. And then before I started rambling, I'm like, okay, how do I want to describe it? I'm like, what would be most useful for investor shed? I'm like, what if it's just like a local bigger pockets? Yeah. But like cut out all the fluff because there's so many different tabs in bigger pockets. But there's a lot of useful things. There are for sure. Like where people can find local investors, there's forms. There's the calculators, and then posting off market deals. What if it was just like a few of the hot button items and then skip all the rest of the crap? Are you we can always add it later. Are you still a bigger pockets pockets pro member? Yes, because we post our meetup there. Right, right, right. And that like you guys pay for that obviously. You're a premium one. And there's great there's great people to meet there if I ever if if I if I ever got slow and wanted to just like start meeting up with investors again, I would probably just go on there and try to find local people and just and just message them and just say, Hey, just Saying if you need any help, start a conversation. Yeah, do you want to meet up for coffee or something like that and talk about investing? Yeah. That's what I used to do ten years ago a lot. Right. And it it built a lot of business just from getting to know people. Yeah. So it's still like I haven't been on bigger pockets in a while, and that's why I'm talking about it. Like it's still a pretty big community of investors, I'm assuming. Yeah. Yeah. But it's so big, I think it gets intimidating. Sure. Because it used to be this cool little niche thing. Yeah. And I think sometimes the waters get spoiled a little bit when Something becomes so massive and then people start seeking little bit, you know, smaller things here and there. In my experience, sure. W when it comes to this kind of stuff. Yeah. And and even like so obviously this is going to start building us a website in the background right now. You're not you're like bypassing the Wix stage. Yeah, there's no Wix. Yeah. So like they're you're bypassing all of that clunky setup. It's building it's it's building the website natively that it understands with its own code. It's coding right It's just coding and before that it's also has the power to do some research. The what I described to you guys was a fresh slate. It it didn't actually know anything about me. It doesn't know about investor shed. Right. If we were on my computer at work, it would know a lot more about me, depending on what files it's looking in. Sure. This one I I know if you notice, I said start a new project. Yeah. so it's just starting from from scratch. It doesn't even actually probably know my name. Right. Unless it's just guessing based off the command interface line that says Nick Bever Nicholas Beverage. I'm assuming based off what I have, this is Dick. Yeah. Yeah. But it but it's also going to it's gonna do some research on the investor shed podcast before it starts building everything out. so we'll we'll see how it does. It might it might look horrible. And if it looks horrible, it's just gonna be super clunky and then we can just fix it. All we can all we can just say is no, make it look better. Or like and then no, make it more look like this. Or actually I was expecting it like it's too dark. Make it lighter. Right. You know, there there's gonna be but all it takes is a little bit of English feedback. Yeah. And it will just make its corrections. It doesn't get angry. Right. it doesn't it doesn't ask for more money. Mm-hmm. it doesn't go on smoke breaks. It doesn't. and it's always and it will do what pretty much whatever you tell it to do that's not illegal. Right. Which is pretty fascinating. That's pretty fascinating. Yeah. No, I I think like Just the utility of this and being able to get a website up because that's something I still need to do. I've got a very clunky my my website is archaic. It's a landing page to get people to book. That's all it is. Yeah. There's nothing more. Yeah, which is fine. There's nothing wrong with that. But some if you ever wanted more, I'm what I'm showing is how easy this is. Right. And and that's what I'm getting to. Like some people like I I have seen specific people go to my website and then it sends them to book and they don't know anything about me. They've never seen any of my photos. They just like blindly click yes and book. How many more of those people are my missing that like haven't seen my portfolio or what I can do based off the example shown on the website, you know what I mean? Yeah. They're just going blindly and booking, which is great. Yeah. But what what op what percentage of audience for are people landing there being like, this feels clunky, you know what I mean? Like I don't know. Maybe not too many. It depends on if it's useful or not. Sure. I would think. Yeah. Yeah. Does it does it get them the result that they're looking for? Right. I've been on a plenty of clunky websites that work perfectly. Yeah. and I don't get upset. Right. But I can tell people like you get upset. Because you like your perfection. You like slick. I don't think I get upset. I've been an apple guy for a very long time. I don't think I get upset about non perfection. I just think like it could be better. You know what I mean? You get critical. Yeah. But also like I put the I put the I put whatever I have in place right now and that that seems to be working. So I'm like, okay, this is good enough for now. Let's pace, let's go. And it's been that way for a year and a half. Yeah. So I'm just doing a little checking on it and there's there's a lot of code. I don't know if you notice that on the screen. Yeah, no one else has seen that but you and I, but yeah. Yeah, we don't need to share this. That's fine. But if you just scroll up, there's just tons and tons of code that's being generated. Does it have our does it have our logo as well? hopefully I'll find it. Okay, we'll see how good it does without those instructions. and then if we if we need to just say, here's where you can grab these logos and stuff, we'll we'll we'll update that. I'm not sure how well it's gonna do. Yeah. Going to grab images on, you know, on different platforms or not. So this would obviously be version like one point zero and like what you said is you can you can't. It's gonna build the skeleton. Okay. It what it's gonna build all the plumbing for the website. Yeah. And and some visuals, but we'll see how just how finished it looks. Right. and you know, like I can even connect my Stripe account and we can charge money for this too. That's how easy it is. Yeah. probably nobody would sign up. Please don't do that for us. I'm just t I'm telling you. This is not where you need to be spending your money right now. The possibilities are endless. Yeah. But so far it's been going for seven almost eight minutes. and right now it says thinking, continuing home page, auth page, calculators, deals. So it's it's it's generated tons and tons of code so far and it's still going. Yeah. Anyway. I always love when it gives you like because it tells you like, yeah, this this is gonna take twelve hours to do whatever you give it, you know. I wonder how long No, no, I'm not saying for this, but like your other projects when you give it like huge things like, ooh, this is gonna take some time, Nick. It's gonna take twelve hours. I wonder how long it's like actually working. Well depends on what you're using. So this the reason I'm using Grok is because I've just noticed that it is like more than double the speed, like faster. most similar to Than cloud code? Than cloud code. Wow. And from from what I see online, it's just it's more accurate in some areas too. Like Cloud Code definitely has its strengths just because it's like it's it's the eight hundred pound gorilla, like they they are known for automated coding. Right. they're apparently the best until a couple of weeks ago. now you have a lot of competing coding agents that are very like hardly indistinguishable. Yeah. And we've talked about that. Everyone it's going to be a race to see who can be the best product. So everyone is trying to like really vault their competitors right now in this AI LP L L C I Yeah. C L I C L I. Yeah. Yeah. just command line. It doesn't matter. But it's just it's an agent working on your computer. Yeah. That's all that means. Okay. that they're they're working in the terminal. Yeah. and they can do a Quite a bit on their own autonomously. They might need your help here and there and they'll let you know what they need you to do. Sure. but in the meantime, you'll work as hard as it can to accomplish the goal. Yeah. and take it as far as it can. And this is so I might I'm not sure if this would be a good segue into your website, because you use this to do your website, north Idaho REI.com. Didn't you? Yeah, cool. Can we actually share the screen and pull that up like what that's built? You know what? You know what? Okay. And before I do, okay. I wanna I wanna say I I had my nephew and Sean just search I want I asked them if they can just because I the the website's been getting better at at attraction yeah just type in North Idaho investor agents and and they they both so Ryan he didn't type in investors he just typed in North Idaho real estate agents and our team was the first one to pop up. Nice which was in insane But yeah, let me share the screen. Well, you're not the first one to pop up, sorry. Well of the non sponsored. Okay. So No, no, actually you are you are the first to p pull up for the non sponsored. So this website was built in about probably twelve minutes. And I've got it up on the screen now. Mm-hmm. and it did there was a lot of back and forth and I got it and I told it where to grab our logos and stuff. So Go. it's and it's still not perfect, but it works well. It's it's I wish you could see the old of this website because it was so clunky. But on the on the main website you can t clearly tell what we are. North Idaho investor agents who build wealth in in the market they sell in. And it's got a picture of Joe and I looking all professional, and you can book a call or you can call our mainline. there's an investor page to jump to. It's got some of our street cred here. We've done combined over a hundred flips and rentals. we've got twenty-six years of combined experience and we serve the five northern b counties. What I love about that 26 years of combined experience every year, it goes up by two years. You got two years, two agents going. You get to double dip on that timeline. That's good. and it's got some proof here. It's got we've got a hundred and fifty plus five star Google reviews, and then here's some highlights of those. Cool. And then there's an image of us looking all professional, speaking at a seminar. Yeah. and it was AI enhanced a little bit. Right. I was I took that photo. It wasn't exactly like that. That was us in that position, but the background is different. The background was enhanced. Yeah. It's the same people in the front. so it's not completely cheating. but the a Chat GPT made that image look pretty sharp. There's Kelly Clark right there, of course. That's Kelly Clark. Yep. And then also ChatGPT made this The five northern bond so this image is was created just for this website. The Boundary County, Bonner County, Kooteny, Shoshone, Benoit. That's awesome. and then there's links to everywhere else on our website. there's the about page that has, you know, meet the team, and there's another image of us and each one of us. there's are those AI images of you guys No, they're real images of us. Cool. Yeah. There's the investor page, which tells more about what we can help with investors for. there's a buy page if you're looking to buy and then put in your info. And almost every page like has a call to action. Sure. There's a sell page where you can type in your address that you want to sell. a search page where you can search through our Flex MLS portal. Cool. So you can actually search the MLS. That's awesome. Yep. There's the areas that we serve. There's the investor tool page where you can get that deal analyzer. You put in your info, you hit the button and then it will download right to your computer after you put in your info. Yeah. here's our podcast page, which has just got all the audio podcasts listed here. Cool. Like and it keeps updated. Mm-hmm. FAQs, contact page, you know, it's just it's a website. Yeah. But it was the cool thing is it was just an extension of what An extension of this entire operating system that it was that it built for me over that couple Have you noticed any more traction on your website? Yes. Okay. Especially from bots. Yeah. sold tons of spam. Mm-hmm. but that comes with the territory if you want to be LLM friendly. Sure. So that's that's how we I I set it up to where bots can crawl through our website pretty easily. Okay. but it it helps us be better ranked If people are looking for real estate agents and they're asking Chat GBT or or some other LLM for help. Okay. If that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Let's check in on Groch, shall we? Yeah. I don't think it's done yet because it didn't do a little woo. It makes a little noise when it's done. Does Like a little, like just a little computer noise. Okay. build look at that. Build successful. I think it's just finishing up. Cool. Okay. Okay. the investor shed. is live locally here. So I think am I still sharing my screen or did I click off that? I think you clicked off it. That's okay. let me Yeah, thanks for doing that. Let me pull this up here. Don't know if that'll help or not. Okay. So why don't we share the page and show off what we've got here? And the and you guys are gonna be seeing this at the same time we are. I'm gonna share my entire screen. So what did that take? About ten minutes? Yeah, you were at eleven minutes, so fourteen minutes I think is what it's actually at. Okay. So investor shed. Now I don't see I see our colors, which is nice. Mm-hmm. it threw a deal, off market deal here. but that's cool. I built that just the investor shed network. there's a deals page. and before you actually go, it I did actually it you can connect with your Google or your Facebook, or you can just type in your info. Yeah. Yeah. there's a cal so calculators. there's a rental property, a fix and flip, a burr. So let's let's click on the rental property calculator. Look at that. A fully functional calculator card. where it comes with grades and everything too? That's awesome. should we should we run a scenario real quick? Yeah, just run one. Okay, so I'm actually I've got a rent a fix and flip that's not going well. I bought it for two forty five and about fifty grand. I put about three hundred into it. it's one in Kellogg. right, right. Yeah, that one's a pain in your ass. I'm gonna just put a zero down. Yeah, let's say I get a six and a half. Let's say that the closing cost is zero. yeah, and what can it rent for? Let's say it could rent for twenty two hundred a bucks a month. All right. not great. Insurance is not eighteen hundred a year, it's more like seven fifty. there's no HOA, the vacancy, property management, eight percent. That's actually correct. Mm-hmm. It's got some CapEx expenses on there. The taxes are probably more like nineteen fifty a year. Okay. So I'm gonna be losing if I keep it. At this price with a zero down payment, right? Yeah. yeah, i if let's assume that I've got about three hundred into it, which is about it's actually a little bit more. But I'm not financing the whole thing. I would probably be financing seven I'll so I'll still be losing about 300 bucks a month if I hold it. That's with zero down payment as it is, right? Obviously. Yeah, I owe two seventy on it. I've I've got I'm probably into it about three twenty, three twenty-five. Okay. and I owe two seventy. So let's just assume that I'm financing zero percent down two seventy. I'm just refinancing it and holding it. I would still be losing about three hundred bucks a month. now why would I do that? Probably for the tax break and then try to resell it down the line and it might appreciate some more. but this is a wake up call that banned even that yeah, that this kind of sucks. And obviously when when you're running these calculators, it depends on what your end game is. I'd like to really stress that. Like just 'cause it says negative two seventy-nine a month doesn't mean it's a bad deal. I mean like on paper it looks bad, but if your plan is to get tax benefits and your plan is to sell it down the road Can you hold it for a year and pay eighteen hundred dollars negative? You know what I mean? Three hundred dollars a month, yeah, times twelve, th thirty six hundred dollars. You know what I mean? Like what you'd rather rather cash out, probably. A lot of people would, but it it gives you an option of like, okay, if I'm bleeding, how fast am I gonna bleed dry? Yep. Okay, so I'm gonna read I'm gonna tell you what Grok told us. So it gave us the link to go check it out locally first, and it's like a weird IP address. Sure, you know. But at least it's a fully visible user interface that we can walk through. here's the project path on my computer. So it's just kind of living on files on my computer that I built. and what I researched, you and the brand, the investor shed podcast, Nick Beverage, Jeremy Kitchen, six seasons, two hundred plus episodes, operator first, flip, spur, RV Park, hard money loans, North Idaho Market, C DA post ball, blah, blah, blah, blah. Brand direction, evergreen, copper, shed tones, clean Apple like UI, not bigger pockets, blue, orange, clutter. okay, so here's the top features that we focused on the seven plus admin. so free accounts and profiles. on the investor shed. You got the email sign up, you've got the links for Google or Facebook just to click and to create an account. there's the off-market deal marketplace. so you can do a full post, browse, filters. there's the calculators. It built out f looks like five of them. A rental property calculator, a flip calculator, a burr calculator, and a short term rental calculator and a wholesale calculator. So if you guys want to play with this stuff, just you can you'll probably be able to sign up on the website by the end of the day. Right. The investor shed podcast. And and this is a live podcast. It's investorshed dot com. Yeah, yeah. Sor yeah, investors sorry, investorshed dot com. You're right. Yeah. Sorry. okay. And then what else does it got? It's got the forms community. So that's a local board by market and strategy. And then Pro Finder directory. So looking for agents, lenders, contractors. So the okay, so there'll be a little directory for pros. that's actually probably a pretty cool feature to have. education, podcast. So there's a podcast hub with your links, networking, profile with markets and strategies and then an admin profile so you can kick ban invite by emails roles that kind of stuff sure but there it is it's all built with me at the admin my email is gonna be nick at investorshed com here's a demo member it can be jeremy at investorshed com and there's your passwords we'll change that now that everyone can see this still needed from you when you're ready so a Google OAuth. So a client ID and secret password from the Google Cloud console, that's super easy to get. It will just it'll walk you through steps on how to get that with your Google. Okay. your Facebook OAuth, so it's gonna want that. confirm admin email. So it wants me to confirm my email. my pork bun keys, so only when you have wired in DNS for this, don't leave them The screenshots, blah blah blah. I can tell it later, like, well, you have access, just go ahead and use it. Yeah, well. it might want me to use Cloudfair and combined, and then I can just give APIs to Cloudfair to use as a tunnel. but we we don't have to get into that now. All you have to say is, okay, what do I do next to get this online? Sure. And then it will just tell you. so yeah. So now that I'm done, what I would like to do is say, great work. Go ahead and Spin up a Claude Code agent here in the C L I. What does spin up mean? spin up like just or just like create. Okay, so it'll create the it'll create an agent if you'll just it'll just spawn spawn an agent. You don't need to have the agent already it'll do that. So the agents so the agent has access to s he could just type it like on the background, just type in a claude agent and it'll pop up and he can control it to do things. Gotcha. So great work. Yeah, go ahead and spin up a cloud code agent here in the CLI to audit your work. Yeah. Audit your work and check for any bugs and UI fixes needed. There. That's it. Just hit enter and then I can go back to my other work. Cool. Easy peasy. Yeah. That that's a pretty good, like I mean, for what you asked it to do, Nick. Yeah. That's a pretty good version one point skeleton. Yeah, and we can kind of stop right there. We don't have to go too crazy. we can go as crazy as we want with this and ask it for whatever you want. I can ask it for the craziest features. I can ask it for, you know, to build an AI chat bot. Mm-hmm. and it will just do it. Yeah. Now it might use your usage, so you gotta be careful that if you're allowing public people to all of a sudden use your chat bot that you have online. Yeah. so that can so you gotta be careful what you allow, or if you allow anybody to just like upload attachments on their account, you can do that, but it w where are those gonna live? They're gonna live on your hardware somewhere. Right. so there's privacy issues and stuff that you have to be concerned with. and then where are you gonna if you're gonna host this locally on your computer, what if your power goes out? Yeah. What are you gonna do then? well you could just host it, you know, anywhere. Yeah. you could host it from your house and for free. what I did with my CRM is I have it and and Cloud Code and and Grok build did it all. Mm-hmm. but I wanted it so that it it l it's hosted from my house that has faster, better internet almost always. Yeah. And then if the internet ever goes off of my house, it would automatically turn on at my computers in my office. Sure. And it will just use that internet. Gotcha. so both sources are free. Yeah. And then there's a backup VPS that I set up la or last Friday. So if by chance both internets go out, then there's a third backup option, then I'm I'm paying six bucks a month for it. I could just host it there. Right. but I'd rather have the reliability, I think, of you know hosting it here first. Sure. for six bucks a month, it's a Third fallback option, if both internets go out, then it will just stay the website will stay on and working from this. basically I'm renting a computer in the cloud that I have a c a command line just like that where you can install cloud code, you can install Grok. Okay. You can install on a VPS if you don't even have a good computer. Yeah. and you want to just access it from the library or something like that, you can rent for six bucks a month a computer crazy in the cloud and have it do all this stuff too. Okay. And and my question is like that last file fallback obviously sounds like the best option for most people. Why would you not just like host it on a normal website? Is it just the cost? Like like all that seems like a lot for me. If I was to build a website, I don't have to leave my computers on. I don't have to think about these things. Like I wanna click it and I want it to be live wherever I go. I don't have to like Yeah, and it and it is. So the reason why I prefer to do this is because Anytime there's an issue or want to build a feature or anything like that, it can all just do it natively very quickly and it's done. Yeah. instead of having to deal with a third party website. Yeah. Which if you have to deal with a third party website, how but and then it's going to be more expensive. Like to host a website, it's I don't know, it's only fifteen bucks a month or so. Sure. Fifteen to twenty bucks a month. Yeah. But I mean, why not just take the free option? You're right. because I don't want to have to go through the hassle of like leaving my equipment on. And like having to like did I turn off my computer? Like I it Right. And that's why I have like three fallback options. Right. But but you still had to like set these fallbacks up, you know what I mean? And that that's okay. But just for me like I wanted it to also be secure because the I'm running my own QuickBooks and everything out of it. Like my whole there's a lot of private data. Yeah, absolutely. And I prefer it to kind of be all local first. Sure. and and that that does make sense. And there's y you know I that's just I just feel comfortable. Knowing that I have multiple Mac minis and and they're made to just be on all the time, like a little server. Sure. the hardware's made to be like that. And if it dies, then it dies and there's a backup Mac mini that it'll go to. And if that dies, then there's another fallback option. Right. And if that also all of a sudden wasn't an issue, you know, it everything is syncing to a Google Drive file too. Yeah. I think I can't remember if it's nightly or every week. I think it's nightly. Things are syncing to a Google Drive file too automatically. Sure. So I just have it set up to where it's local and safe and cheap, but there's plenty of backup options in case my equipment fails. I guess my question is if someone like me who who like doesn't have the time or like the desire to build locally and like mess I just want a like a one and done situation and solution. Yeah. How would I host that n on a normal website server? Like obviously cause you build the website, it's hosted locally, you've got your test build. How would you put that on like The World Wide Web for them to see any time without having to mess with all this backend stuff you're doing. Yeah. So you would do something like you just go to like cloudfair.com and you just care create a free account with your Gmail. Okay. and then you can you give the API keys to that to your agent. Gotcha. And then they'll do it all. Got it. Great. if that makes sense. Yeah. Just how would you get like basically a Facebook that anyone can access at any time? You know what I mean? Like Yeah, you just you just ask your agent to do it. Cool. Yeah. And it'll tell you what it needs. Yeah. From you. Okay. and it's it's not as complicated as you would think. No, I I don't think it is. I'm sure it's And I probably overcomplicate it more than it needs to be. I'm sure I can just host everything on a VPN for six bucks a month. My comp and I don't have to worry about my local computers and stuff. I just get a better knowing that I'm constantly building stuff from these computers and the files all live there. Yeah. I just find it faster and better just to work natively through that and they all communicate with each other. The process I'm used to, because I just don't do this very often, right? Yeah. The process I'm used to is signing into Wix and I see my five different builds of my website and I find the one that's live. Yeah. Click that one. I start editing shit. Yep. Then I have to save, then I have to hit publish. And then like like it it's a process in and of its own, but it's easy enough where it's like I've never complained about the process. Yeah. So you can go to Wix and you can try to create what you want based off its templates. Right. Or you can just say what you want into your computer and it will build whatever you whatever you can dream of. Sure. If you want a text feature from your website, right, which I set up on my CRM, hey, I want I want to be able to text people right from their contact card, right through my phone. Yeah. and be able to like see their history too right there. Yeah. And for you to read the history and have a context going, right. Just to make it easier. You know. Wix wouldn't be able to do that that easily. Right. It would take a lot of time. The only time it took me was to just say what I wanted and then it was there. Like maybe it was eight minutes later because it was a complicated build. Right. But it was just there. And then if there's any issues with it, I don't have to go back to Wix to try to fix something. Yeah. I just say, Hey, there's an issue with this. And then it's like, fix it. I don't know what it was. Blah blah blah. Yeah. I guess and and I think what I'm like roundabout trying to get to is like Take this locally. How do I get what's locally here onto Wix? Just follow what the agents say? Well, you wouldn't use Wix. Right. But that's where my website's hosted anyway. you well, it could just take from Wix. Okay. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Great. So you could just so you could go to your Wix account and you can get your API keys and you can say, here's where my stuff is on Wix. replace it with this. Like just make it free. Sure. I don't know how you're gonna do it, but make it free and and still just as stable as Wix. Yeah. and it might find multiple options. Right. Does that make sense? Yeah. And free's not really like what I was trying to get at. It's Yeah. Totally. But you know, you want a new website built slicker. I've got a I've got a website. It could just build it natively. I've got a website hosted from GoDaddy that's connected to Wix. Yeah. How would I build something basically that you built here and have it connect into the integrated system I already have in place without having to like destroy So you got a you got a domain from GoDaddy. But you built your website with Wix. Yes. Correct. So you would probably just need your account information fr from GoDaddy and Wix. Sure. And it will grab the two. Gotcha. and it will like stop the DNS whatever on Wix. Yeah. And then it will just and it will take the feed from over here. Yeah, it will just take what it needs and it will and it will transfer it somewhere else. Cool. Okay. Yeah. I know it's probably not as complicated as I'm thinking. It just It's like putting a new new new engine in a really shitty old car. Exactly. Yeah. Why not just get a new engine? Why not just why not just get a new car? Right, but just And that's what this is, it's just a new vehicle completely. Yeah. Cool. And you're just moving the driver. Yeah. From one car to the other. Don't worry about that one. Yeah, the driver's a lot better and a lot faster. Yeah. Cool. This car's good. Yeah. Stop rebuilding. Stop rebuilding your wicks. Cool. No, that's great. This is super cool. And did you did you ask it to prompt anything else again, or were we done prompting on the website side for the episode? we can do it no, no, I wasn't sure. Like I can Let's see. I can ask like, hey, can you find our logos out there and put on there? Let's see. It's so Claude's actually still it's funny. So Claude takes longer sometimes? Sure. Claude's working right now. It's auditing the repo now, I'll wait for the report and some and you're having Claude audit the Grok work. Yeah, but Grok grabbed a Claude agent to have it audits it its own work. Which it doesn't care. Like it has no emotion. It doesn't care. Has no shame. Yeah. it's just gonna do whatever you tell it to. Right. And so will Claude. That works together. And I I I I've done in the past where I'm like actually to make this website that we have really, really good and functional, I kind of went psycho with it. I was having I was having it spin up three different agents for like different parts of the website, like just the UI experience, any bugs, and then functionality. Sure. And like so three auditors. To really cr criticize like the UI experience, really criticize if there's any bugs at all, and really criticize if the the functionality. So each one had a different auditing list to go after. Yeah. And then and then would, you know, report back to the agent that's orchestrating it to make all the fixes, or that or that that agent would just spin up agents to make those fixes. Yeah. Okay. Or they would just make the fixes on the spot. I don't know, but they they they they all work together just fine. Yeah. but if you tell it, To look have agents look over its work, almost always it will find bugs or it can find a way to improve. almost always. Yeah. So it's you might as well just ask it before you're done. Sure. To have have somebody else who's non-biased look over your work and make corrections. Yeah. Okay. And then and then do it again. Yeah. Do a third audit if you have to. It does it doesn't cost you really any other time than just speaking to it or tack or texting that in and then get back to your work. Yeah. Just so you know you have like a solid product that you're about to present. Sure. This is this is off topic a little bit, but it it's kind of funny and similar. you you don't listen to a lot of like science fiction books or anything, do you? no, I don't. There's a book out there, or there's a book series out there called The Bobaverse. The Bobaverse. the first book is called We Are Legion, We Are Bob. The book basically goes into a guy, he clones his brain, and right before like he clones his brain as like a weird science experiment, and he dies like almost instantly, unfortunately. But they have his brain on file. So in the future They create like a Bob program. Yeah. And the Bob program gets. Yeah, yeah. A cl a clone of like him and how he does things, basically. And then once so like his vr his what he's supposed to do is like go into space and save the stars. It's it's a really cool thing. but then he starts cloning him own self. So he's like, I need to do more work. I need to create more bobs. Yeah. And like so like that's what he starts doing to expand his reach into the universe. It's kind of like what's happening here. Like they're just I need to create more Croc agents. Yeah, yeah. Yep. It's actually a really cool book. You can create all you want. Yeah. It can spin up twenty. You know, okay, I'm gonna I'm gonna share a secret. I I had it do something over the weekend and we'll see when I get to the office what it look like. But I'm like, I want you I just want to test to see what it can do. I'm like, can you create a GTA five Quality video game of but starting in just my neighborhood, you know, and here's my address. Yeah. And take the whole weekend if you need to. go ahead and use this use Claude. Use use Claude as at use at your disposal, but I need it to look and feel like Grand Theft Auto 5. And immediately was like, hold up. Yeah Grand Theft Auto 5. Had took years to develop. And it had a thousand people and a $250 million budget. Right. And I said, Don't care. That was 14 years ago. And they didn't have Grok 4.5 in their CLI. They didn't have you. So just go ahead and try. And it was like, all right. And I checked on it. I checked on it a few hours later, before I left the office, or the next morning, or something like that, and it what it built. look more like Roblox. And I'm like, this looks more like Roblox. I'm like In a weekend though. It built Roblox in a weekend. Well overnight. Okay. Overnight emo. But it wasn't done. It was still working on it. I'm like, this looks like complete garbage. I'm telling you, I want Grand Theft Auto five level. And it like went back like I like I told you before, 250 million dollar you know, something like along those lines. And I'm like, yeah, but also you have I forgot to mention you have I have now Codecs on here and gr and and Claude. Use use them at your disposal, but really step up the quality, take your time. You've got another 40 hours. and 40 hours in AI time is an eternity. That's a long time. 14 years ago, a bunch of programmers. I'm like, right. I you you can impress me here. Don't worry. Yeah. do your best. You can find a way to Yeah. So we'll see what it looks like. It might look like crap, but your internet bots like trying to talk to other But and I also did like I'm like, well, to scale it down, just do my block. Just just my one block and see the do the best you can. Yeah. Make it high quality. none of this Roblox crap. Like make it just just as good as the graphics and the field of Grand Theft Auto five. Yeah. And it's we'll see. Probably not, but I I just want I want to test AI's limits. Yeah. Why not? Roblox is a multi million dollar property. Yeah. Like like kids love Roblox. You could just like easily you can easily duplicate it in hours. Yeah. With with AI. Yeah. Yeah. It's wild. I just think it's funny that like, you know, AI is Jake doing all this life changing work and you're like, kindly fuck off and build me a Grand Theft Auto in forty eight hours. You wouldn't want if they could a Grand Theft Auto five level game in their neighborhood. Yeah. With their neighbors and dogs and kids you can run over. If it's possible. Your dog poops in your yard in real life, you're like, I'm gonna take it out of your video game characters. Uh-huh. Yeah. Why not? You should have been like if you can't we'll see we'll see if it actually works. The thing you should have said was like, also, like, I need to be able to go inside people's houses and like guns need to work in there 'cause it you don't work in Grand Theft Auto Five. You have to actually start a ride outside and then enter a house. I just want to work, man. They need to work in You know what I mean? Like when you want to kill your wife and Grand Theft Auto Five, you have to kind of have a bad rep before you go in there. and the door needs to be slightly cracked open for you to throw a grenade in So you gotta like hang out in the doorway, shoot a bunch outside the door. You need to go in and then out, but out all the way with the door open, and then you can throw stuff in the house. That's the only way you can kill yourself. This episode is gonna be taken off YouTube immediately. All right. Let's check in before we get going here and see how it's doing. Now will the terminal work even when the terminal's not open? Like if you exit out of the terminal, will it still I if you like if you del if you quit? Yeah. No, it will stop it. Yeah, if you stop. But you can you can just walk away from it. Yeah. Cloud is auditing now the repo. so Claude's doing some serious auditing and then summarize the findings. So yeah, it's still working. Cloud's been working for almost eleven minutes. just as long as it took. Let's see. How long did it take to actually build the website? It took 14 minutes and 24 seconds total. And I actually I don't think it's too bad. It it can use a lot of improvements. okay, right now it's not working because it's getting audited. but not bad. I think I'll I think I'll have it live by the end of the day. Do you have an old bill of your website by any chance? An old what? An old bill of your website? Like a bill, like how much it costs? No, a build, like what the website looked like before you got the revamp. I don't have screenshots or anything. It didn't it didn't look great. It was it was and we paid some and it's a funny thing is we paid someone like three or five hundred bucks just to bring it to that website and and try to get all those functions. So it's it's great to be able to not have to pay we are paying for AI tools. Yeah, of course. but payment aside though, like the quality difference is is is vastly superior now. And but it's also you like we're getting website traffic. Exactly. And that's like that's what I wanted to go talk about, obviously, because I've been telling you about your website just like subtly for like ten years now. I'm like, dude, you guys gotta update that. Looks clunky. And you're like, I don't really give a shit. And I'm like, more power to ya. You're right. But that's what I'm saying. First impressions matter, and this can build something that really wows you with a first impression. But this is what's great about I AI. It was a it was a back backburner issue. It's like maybe someday it's not a it's not a priority. With AI, you can get all your non-priority work done that you've have been sitting in the background. That like takes a lot of kind of digital effort to get what you need. But you can clean up all that stuff in the back the back of your head that you're like, Yeah, I should get to that someday. I should get to that someday. I should get to that someday. AI can take care of that whole list for you. Yeah. Or at least help you in a big way. Yeah. knock out a lot of that. So you don't have to think about it anymore. And then you can just move on with your work again. Sure. Is there a way like and this is a hypothetical because I you don't know the ins and outs of my business. can I have one of these agents spin up, find my billing website, the gsm.view shoot dot com. Uhhuh, and like find a shoot, find a really nice property on the chute, dil download like four or five images by itself, yeah, and then c make social media content based off what it downloads. Can you just have it like run that stuff? I like I want like a social postal like new listers. Does your website have API access? It should. Yeah. Probably. Okay, for sure. Great. It could do a a lot more than you think. Yeah. but if it need it might need your help, like, I can do almost all that, but can you just download the images for me? Sure. And all you have to do is download, down, download. But it will grab your downloads or wherever any anything on your computer it can it can grab with your permission. Cool. That's awesome. okay. I just heard a pop. That means that means it's it might be done here. Okay. So let's see if that was worth having Claude do it all. okay. Build still passes with no warnings. Lint is clean. Cloud Code finished the full audit in 18 minutes. fixed the serious issues and left a report. Okay, so the the highest items was production off broken over eight. man, our I'm sorry guys. Our our camera will not stop autofocusing, and we have no idea how to get it to stop autofocusing. We've tried so many things. anyway, it's the Rental calculator crashed. it fixed that. API validation hung forms, invisible outline buttons, wrong calculator link. The seventy percent rule wasn't actually working. Okay, so it fixed all that. That's awesome. the and then there's a huge list of medium severity items that it that it took care of that are fixed. still optional, not changed on purpose. But you want to change your password here. It's like it little yeah. Anyway. Okay. it's ready to go. Yeah. Cool. So anyway, if anybody wants to join our new website, investorshed.com, sign up for a free account. So is that like if I went to it right now, I could go to it? no. Okay. I have to still I have to go and finish that up. Yeah. but it's It will be out by the time anyone's listening to this, I promise. Sure. It's only live on Twitch right now. So I mean like it's only live on Twitch. It failed on Facebook and then nobody listens on X, so we're good. Can't imagine somebody's like, we gotta go investors head now. There's nobody live viewing this right now at all. So it's not a big deal. Yeah. Auto focusing. We clumped through, man. We clumped through everything. But we built a website. Yeah. You did. That was great. So yeah. Anybody have feedback? That'd be great to hear from you. Yeah, thank you. Talk to you guys next time. Bye.
