Huntsville is about to get a whole lot sweeter—Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is officially coming to town, thanks to local business owner Ayesha Cooley, who fell in love with the brand after grabbing a scoop post-wedding. Opening September 16th downtown on Clinton Avenue, the shop will offer rare, premium flavors like brambleberry crisp and ooey gooey butter cake, plus free gear for the first 50 guests and a chance to win a year of free scoops.
