- 0:05SPEAKER_00: My name is Elise Basine, spiritual mentor, breastwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: So today we have such an awesome guest, Jamie Hearn, on the show.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: And I just love Jamie so much.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: I met her about a year ago.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: We connected, and we actually live pretty close to each other.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: She lives maybe about an hour and a half, two hours north of me.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: And I just really, really love Jamie and her energy.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Jamie is a psychic medium.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: So she talks to dead people.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: And she's also a lawyer, which I find incredibly fascinating.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: So she tells her story.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: We talk about her mediumship and also just her experience as a lawyer and kind of her vision for that and what that might look like in the future as we create this new earth.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: So this is a really inspiring and interesting conversation.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: I know you guys are gonna love it.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Definitely give Jamie a follow and check out her work, especially if you are somebody that would like to connect with somebody who has crossed over.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: She's a great person for you to connect with.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: And she also does coaching and stuff like that.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So definitely check her out.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: Jamie is truly amazing.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: Okay, so just a couple of announcements before we get to the show.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: The retreat is filling up fast, my manifestation magic retreat.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: I am so excited about this, you guys, because this is unlike anything I've ever done.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: So the way the retreat is gonna be structured is it's a Thursday to Sunday.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And before the retreat, you're gonna get a 45-minute Akashic Records reading and energy clearing with me, where we're gonna really go deep to figure out exactly what you're gonna manifest, what you're gonna be focusing on at the retreat.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Because the retreat is basically a portal to manifestation where we're gonna create an accelerated energy to propel you forward into your next level of expansion and into creating what you want to create.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: So you'll get that reading with me before the retreat.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: And then at the retreat, you will receive two group breathwork and energy healing activation sessions with me.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: You will receive a sound healing activation session with Andrea Donnelly, which is like a whole thing in itself of huge transformation.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Um, you also get two yoga classes, a guided hike, a bonfire.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: All the meals are included, really beautiful vegetarian meals.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: There is a pool that you'll have access to the whole time, and the spa is there for you to make your own appointments if you want.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: And it's just set in this beautiful setting in upstate New York in the Catskills.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: If you have not been up there before, it's just such a beautiful, serene, amazing place to be.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: So right now, until May 15th, you can receive the early bird pricing, which is on the website.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: And after that, the price will be going up.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: So definitely if you are feeling the pull, sign up before the 15th so you can get the early bird rate.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: And if you have questions, just reach out to me.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: All the information is on my website, on the homepage.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: And yeah, reach out to me because we want to make sure you get in if you know you're meant to be there.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: And I know a lot of you do.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: So anyway, we have that.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: And then also, lastly, I am still running the Ascension Toolkit special right now.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: So you can still receive 40% off of that if you use the code energy at checkout, and that is my digital toolkit with four breath work sessions, three meditations, and journaling prompts around the big challenges we all face, intuition, relationships, abundance, and oh, fear.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: And this is a great way to like dip your toe into my work because I use these digital tools with all of my clients.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: But you also will get support from me, you know, when we go deeper into the work.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: So if you want to kind of dip your toe in and see if this is something that feels like an energetic match for you, then the Ascension Toolkit is a great way to do that.

- 5:18SPEAKER_00: So without further ado, enjoy the episode.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, and welcome back to the show.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: I am super excited about today's guest, and I know you guys are gonna love her.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: So today we have Jamie Hearn with us, who is an intuitive oracle and spiritual teacher.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: She's also passionate about working with high-achieving spiritual women to create the life of their dreams through accessing the divine feminine and inner sovereign power that is their birthright.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Through her coaching, readings, and retreats, Jamie empowers women to release self-judgment, tap into the true clarity of their path and purpose, and reconnect to sacred wisdom so they can consciously create the life they're truly worthy of.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Sounds like our kind of person on this podcast.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: And she also hosts her own podcast, Witches, Bitches, and Dead People.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, I can't wait to listen to that.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: Um, she has a thriving international coaching practice, and then she's an Akashic Records expert and teacher.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: And she has also been a successful attorney for more than 20 years.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: So walking with a foot in each world allows Jamie to intentionally and intuitively guide her clients to the ideal strategy for their individual situation with flow, ease, and grace.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the show, Jamie.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: Thanks for having me.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: I'm so excited to connect with you in this platform.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: I know, I'm super excited too.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: So I guess I just want to like start from the beginning because I know that you are a medium and you have all these really amazing gifts.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: And I guess I just want to know is that something that started for you as a young child, or like how did that kind of manifest for you?
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I didn't know that every kid didn't have the same experience growing up.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: So there's a family that lived in the junk room at the end of the hall.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: My parents lived in a house that was built in in the late 1700s, and the house had a bunch of different versions of itself.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: It was a green mill, and then it was a hotel, like it had a bunch of really cool energy.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: So there were lots of people there.
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: And I just thought everybody had extra people living in the house.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: I didn't know that that was not something everyone experienced.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: And I was probably not aware until I was about nine years old that that didn't happen everywhere else.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: Because it it happened in my grandmother's house.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: Like I just thought that was normal.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Turns out it may not be quite as mainstream as I had convinced myself.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Well, I think that's normal.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, for me as a kid, and I think with all kids, they think that whatever they're experiencing is normal and like don't really realize that they're the only one.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: And there's such an overlay of parents' fears and beliefs with what kids perceive.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: And I honestly don't know how I made it out of childhood, still believing and still seeing and still experiencing, because my mother is really not all that supportive of my journey into spirit.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: Oh, she's not supportive at all?
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: No, she calls it that talking to dead people shit.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So, did your mom always know that, like, did you tell your mom that you saw people in your house and stuff like that?
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: And she was dismissive, but she was never like she never told me I couldn't.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: She she never said you're not allowed to do.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: So she was just like, eh, whatever.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: And she's only asked me twice what's going on in the spirit realm around us.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: And it was surrounding my dad showing up after he passed away, and the night my grandfather was passing away.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: My mother and I were the only ones there.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: And he kept speaking to the other people in the room.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: So she asked me, who else is here?
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: What's going on?
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: So I was thrilled that she finally, in this like terrible moment in our lives, expressed a little interest in what I do.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: So when you were growing up, would you be able to talk to the dead people that you saw?
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Or like, did you have relationships with them?
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: Like, how did that work?
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Amy was my best friend.
- 9:29SPEAKER_01: She was the little girl that was part of this family.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: And I, I mean, I I had conversations with both of the parents, and there was a brother too.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: He was older, so he wasn't quite as interested in talking with the the little human girl that kept busting into the room and wanting to play.
- 9:48SPEAKER_01: But yeah, she was until I went to school, she was really my closest friend because I'm an only child.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: We live in the country, so there weren't a lot of other kids to play with.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: Amy was great.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: So, like, what would you guys do together?
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: Well, I wasn't all that into Barbies, but she was.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: So I would entertain her and we would play with some of the Barbies.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: But I really much preferred G.I.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: Joe.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: We play with those and trucks.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: So how did this, you know, did this kind of thing like continue like as you got older?
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: Like just curious how it manifested for you.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Because I know for me, I had a lot of psychic experience as a young child, but then I kind of like shut it off as I got older and then kind of revisited it in my young adulthood.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: So, like, did it always happen for you, even in like your teenage years?
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it did always happen, but I didn't have a really good grasp on what to do with it or how to manage it.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: So I just kind of participated as a in the flow viewer of what was going on.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: And I didn't utilize any of the information.
- 10:57SPEAKER_01: The first time I started actually utilizing the information was the summer that I was 16, I went to France for a couple of weeks.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: And when I walked into this cathedral in Orléans, France, just outside of Paris, I saw myself sitting in a pew dressed in like it almost looked like burlap.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: It was looked like the most coarse, uncomfortable cloak.
- 11:23SPEAKER_01: And it was a really disgusting brown color.
- 11:26SPEAKER_01: Like it was peasant clothes.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: But I was participating in this mass in Latin.
- 11:32SPEAKER_01: I don't speak Latin and I'm not Catholic.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: So like this version of me was like, what is like, am I going crazy?
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: So I watched this for a minute and I asked some of the other kids who were with me, I'm like, Do you see this?
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: None of them saw it.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: So like they were all just worried about what we were gonna have for lunch.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: And I'm like seeing myself sitting in a pew, like, so that shook me a little bit because uh yeah, that's wild.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: Admittedly, I probably wasn't a super stable teenager.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: So that just added to the concept of like, oh, maybe I really am crazy.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: I don't know what's going on.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: And then I started to recognize the town.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: So I knew where things were in the town, how to get to the square, and I had never been there.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: Then we were in this this little green in the town, and a little girl came up to me.
- 12:25SPEAKER_01: She was so cute, she was about two, and my French was perfect to talk to a two-year-old.
- 12:31SPEAKER_01: So she said to me, Mama has been waiting.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: Where have you been?
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: And I was like, uh in America, oh my god, I'm getting like emotional hearing this.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Like whenever I hear stuff like this, I start like tearing up.
- 12:47SPEAKER_00: I'm getting like, oh my God.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: Okay, keep going.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: So I ended up going to talk to the mom with the little girl because she was adamant.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: She's like, you have to come with me.
- 12:58SPEAKER_01: Mama's looking for you.
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: So I took the little girl back in my broken French and said to the mom, I'm like, she she came up to me.
- 13:06SPEAKER_01: You know, like I don't know.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: And the mother looked at me as though she'd seen a ghost.
- 13:11SPEAKER_01: Like she there was clearly some recognition of something, but I had no idea what, which rattled me even more at this point.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I don't know what to do.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: So that really started to open the floodgates.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: And then a few months later, a friend of mine was killed.
- 13:28SPEAKER_01: So he would come then and give me some solace, but give me some direction on how to provide his mom with some comfort.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: So I was really appreciative that that experience in France reopened all of the channels and allowed me to have that connection with him and for his mom.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: Wait, so I just want to go back really quick to the France thing.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: So the woman, the mom, did she think that you were like somebody who died, or what was that connection, or you don't know?
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: I'm really not sure what her stark reaction to me was, but she was clearly not just like, oh hey, thanks for bringing my kid back.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: It's interesting.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: Like, as you even tell that story, I'm like, it feels like almost like you went into a parallel universe or something, or some kind of like other dimension.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: It that's so weird, but it like opened up something for you, too.
- 14:29SPEAKER_01: It did.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: And then I actually later found out that my dad's family originated from that area like 500 years ago.
- 14:37SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: So there was some really strong ancestral connection for me there.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: That that ancestral connection has been really pivotal in in growing my own practice and connection and business with spirit.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: So then you opened up to your friend who died and you were able to communicate with him after that.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: And after that was then it was just like happening more and more and more.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: So then obviously you became a lawyer.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: So for like the next decade or so, I just I was still just in the flow of it, but I was more of a participating party.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: I wasn't just kind of like subject to the communication, I was actually actually communicating back and forth.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Um, but it wasn't until my youngest son started to exhibit his own connection and receive his own messages that I was like, I should probably figure out how to manage this.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: So that that's when I started really diving in and learning about my own connection and learning how to navigate that world between spirit and the human experience.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: So I'm uh it's interesting to me about you becoming a lawyer too.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: And the reason why is I know for me, having the different like psychic and energetic gifts that I have, it always affected me in the way that like my brain was so nonlinear and it was so hard for me to like, you know, I was really good with like words and English and stuff.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: But when it came to like intricate details of things, my brain didn't work that way.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: So I'm just interested in how you and not saying everyone's brain has to work like mine, but it's just interesting to me how you then got into this profession that's so logistical and intricately focused on detail and all of that.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: So was that something you always wanted to do, or how did you end up going in that direction?
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: From probably about five, I had decreed I'm going to practice law.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: And everybody just thought, oh, isn't that cute?
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: But there are some really pivotal contracts that my soul had that needed to get tied up.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: And they had to do with practicing law in other incarnations.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: So this incarnation is really cool because it's like kind of melding all of the different facets of who I've been across multiple incarnations into this one, and it's allowing me to heal a lot of the baggage and wounding that I have had and that the profession of law itself has.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: So were you aware of this consciously when you decided to become a lawyer?
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: No.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 17:30SPEAKER_01: It was it was just the path before me.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: Clearly, I chose it.
- 17:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: But it wasn't until I was already disgruntled and burnt out that all of this started to gel and allowed me to see my role more clearly.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: And then so when you became disgruntled and burnt out for being a lawyer, is that when you started to like really build your spiritual business?
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: No, I didn't really start building my spiritual business until after my dad passed away.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: There were, I don't know, five, six, seven years in between when I really started to get burnt out and disgruntled and when I did go down the path of building a separate business.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: And those years were I was actually doing a lot of mediumship development during those years.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: So I was still strengthening that spiritual connection, but I hadn't yet decided to use it for any business purpose.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: So then kind of what prompted you?
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: So was it your dad dying that prompted you?
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: So after he passed away, I went to a seminar out in California because I was like, I need to get away.
- 18:37SPEAKER_01: I want to do something for me.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: And it it ended up being a seminar of other spiritual coaches.
- 18:45SPEAKER_01: In that moment, I didn't know how spiritual they were.
- 18:47SPEAKER_01: I went because of the name of the seminar, and it was called The Art of Feminine Magic.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: So it was cool and it connected me with the people that I needed to make me aware of the path I could go in with this business.
- 19:03SPEAKER_01: So that was really my introduction to the idea of a spiritual-based business.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: And when I went home, I was like, well, I hate practicing law.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: So why wouldn't I want to do that?
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: So that's what that's really where it started.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Okay, that makes sense.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So you were doing both at for a long time, right?
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: And are you still doing both?
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: I still do both.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: I practice law part-time.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: And I have shifted my law practice to a completely different energy.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: Most of my experience in law practices are very lineal, linear, task-driven, masculine model, like very little flow and healing.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: And but now I do only transactional work.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: And most of my transactional work has to do with dead people.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: I do estate planning and state administration primarily.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: I also do some real estate.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: And the really interesting dead people actually show up in real estate files.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: But wait, can we like get an example?
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: So if you're doing this kind of stuff in your law practice, do you actually like feel the dead people talking to you?
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, sometimes.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: Can you like give us an example of that?
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Is that like breaching confidentiality or anything?
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: Well, I won't tell you any names.
- 20:23SPEAKER_00: Okay, cool, cool, cool.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: Um, so I had one family that was feuding, and the father knew it was gonna happen this way.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: So that's he had tried to put as much in place as he possibly could to avoid it, but there was no getting around it.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: So they came in as a family and they were like screaming at each other in my conference room.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: And he came in and he told me this really embarrassing story about the one sister who's the always the problem.
- 20:55SPEAKER_01: So I mentioned it to her out loud, and she was like, her head spun around.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: She was like, How do you know that?
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, I'm I'm so mortified.
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Well, then maybe you should be a little easier to get along with, and we can all resolve this really quickly.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: So wait, did they know that he was speaking to you or you didn't tell them that?
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: They had no idea.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: So oh my god.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: So was she totally freaked out?
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: Of course, because her sisters didn't even know the story.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: So then did that help like resolve everything?
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: Yes, because she couldn't get out of here fast enough.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: She's like, Okay, what do you want me to do?
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'll I'll do I'll do anything they want to do.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: Let's just get this done.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, this is like next level.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Like, can you imagine just having like to have you on someone's side?
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Like that is like a game changer.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: It's fun, but sometimes like I had a client call one time and I was in the middle of something.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: I really didn't have time to hear his whole story.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: So when I I answered when I saw it was him and He started to tell me something.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: I said, just tell me who's representing her.
- 22:03SPEAKER_01: And he goes, I didn't tell you I was getting divorced yet.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh, so anyway, who's representing her?
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: I love that so much.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: So then in your like spiritual business and coaching and stuff, do you use mediumship also a lot in what you do?
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: I do.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: Typically with any client, I start out with like a deep dive.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: And that often includes things that come up from crossed over loved ones that need to get healed.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it's guidance around that healing.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it's an experience where we're reclaiming energy from that crossed over loved one.
- 22:47SPEAKER_01: So it's unique every time, but it's not uncommon for the mediumship to play a role.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: It's interesting too that, you know, because I feel like when I was first kind of discovering my gifts and everything, I did play in that a little bit, although it's just not my forte, I feel like, but I do have a very strong connection with my grandmother.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: And she's always kind of there.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: I can feel like, you know, her and my other grandmother, I feel like are always there.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: It's weird.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: Now that I'm talking about it, I can really feel them.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: But it's just not exactly my thing.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: So I feel like it's interesting that some people are much more, you know, tuned into this.
- 23:29SPEAKER_00: And obviously it's something that you are supposed to bring through for people.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: Do you feel that way?
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and sometimes I'm reluctant, honestly.
- 23:39SPEAKER_01: I don't want to be that psychic medium that comes up to people on the street and is like, hey, your grandfather, you know, he loves you and misses you.
- 23:49SPEAKER_01: He's very like.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: You mean you don't want to be that person that just walks up to people and everyone thinks is a wack-adoo?
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: I'm good enough at making people think that anyway.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: Um, but sometimes the guides are so adamant that I have to do it.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: And it drives me crazy because I'm like, that no, that's not how I work.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: And they're like, no, no, no, you have to do it.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: So I don't know if they have dress barns where you are.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: I don't think they have dress barns anywhere anymore.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: I know what it is though.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know I don't I don't remember seeing one in a while, but they totally did exist here.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: I was in a dressing room in dress barn looking for something for like an event my kids had for school or something.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: So I'm trying on dresses and spirit is in my ear.
- 24:38SPEAKER_01: Like, you need to go talk to the girl to register.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: And at first it's all internal.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: I'm like, no, just go, no.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: And finally I'm like, no, I'm not doing it.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: You know, like there's somebody knocks on the door.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: They're like, Are you okay, ma'am?
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, I'm fine.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: Thanks.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: And then I come out of the dressing room alone and they're like, who was she talking to?
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: But in that instance, I did finally give in uh because they are relentless when there's something that needs to be delivered.
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: So I go to the girl, she's checking me out.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: I don't remember what it was.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: It was something like Lily of the Valley.
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: Like it was just a completely random, who knows why I had to tell this girl.
- 25:23SPEAKER_01: I need to tell you about Lilies of the Valley.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: And she turned around and with tears in her eyes, said, How do you know that?
- 25:31SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Listen, the dead people talked to me in the in the in the dressing room.
- 25:36SPEAKER_01: I don't know anything about it.
- 25:37SPEAKER_01: I just had to tell you that message.
- 25:39SPEAKER_01: So she ended up following me to my car to talk about this message because her mother and grandmother had both recently died and she was very close with them.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: She was feeling super lost, super lonely, and she was contemplating suicide.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: So receiving this message made her feel like she wasn't alone.
- 25:58SPEAKER_01: So she's like, maybe I shouldn't kill myself.
- 26:00SPEAKER_01: I'm like, no, Prof, no, please don't.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: Like, oh my God, I just got chills.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: Those are the things that make me think, like, oh yeah, I I this is my role.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: Like, I have this connection, I received this message, I need to share it.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: And when it's relentless like that, like, how does it, is it just like a non-stop in your head, you have to do this, you have to do this, you have to do this kind of thing?
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: And then would you feel uncomfortable if you didn't?
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: I've honestly never not given in.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: So I mean, I probably would have felt remorse and regret had I not eventually given her the message, even if I didn't know what happened afterward.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: Um, just because there was an energetic connection there.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: So I would have felt something from her.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, totally.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: Wow, that's so wild.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: I'm sure you've seen the show The Long Island Medium.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: I used to watch that all the time, but it just reminds me of that.
- 26:59SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: And that's I'm not interested in that like dramatization of the process.
- 27:06SPEAKER_01: So I don't want to appear like that.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: And sometimes I feel like that.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, I'm sure, but I'm sure it always ends up being like even on that show.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: And I know that you know it's a TV show or whatever, and it gets over-dramatized, but you could actually see that the people that she's giving the messages to were truly moved by what she was saying.
- 27:26SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: So then is it the type of thing too where would you do just like readings for people around that, or are you more just like incorporated into your coaching practice as part of what you do?
- 27:39SPEAKER_01: So it's really difficult for me to separate the energies that come through in a reading.
- 27:45SPEAKER_01: I do individual readings.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: I used to just do them, and I felt like people were coming for entertainment, and I'm far more interested in affecting healing and transformation.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: So I don't do one-off readings anymore.
- 28:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:03SPEAKER_01: But if somebody has an existing relationship with me or they get a package or whatever, they're enter into my professional world.
- 28:11SPEAKER_01: Sometimes there are readings involved in that.
- 28:13SPEAKER_01: And it's never just crossed over loved ones that come through.
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: It's Akashic Records guides, spirit guides, cosmic guides, archangels, ascended masters.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: Like you can never guess who's gonna show up.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: I grew up in a Protestant faith, but was never really religious.
- 28:34SPEAKER_01: So the first time I was doing a gallery reading and Jesus showed up, and I was like, dude, Jesus came to my reading tonight.
- 28:42SPEAKER_01: That was really cool.
- 28:43SPEAKER_01: I didn't know we were that close.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: But it's cool, like what energies do show up.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, I know.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: It's funny.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: I had a and my audience has heard me talk about this so much, so I apologize, but this has been so powerful for me.
- 29:00SPEAKER_00: I had this galactic starseed astrology reading where they kind of look at, so there's apparently they've been studying this for like 30 years, where there's different certain points that starseeds have in their astrology charts.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: And I had like a bunch of them, and one of them is strictly around being like directly related to Jesus and Mary Magdalene, which is interesting because it's weird.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: Like now in my life, I don't necessarily feel any kind of deep connection or it hadn't occurred to me.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: But when she said that, it reminded me of when I was younger.
- 29:38SPEAKER_00: I used to, like a young child, I used to see Mary Magdalene and Jesus.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: Like I just see them.
- 29:45SPEAKER_00: And it would, of course, freak me the fuck out.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: Like I remember my parents had in the house I grew up in, the bathroom, our upstairs bathroom.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: It was like there was an entrance to it in the hallway and an entrance in my parents' bedroom.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: So, like every time I would walk past the bathroom in the hallway, I could see the doorway to my parents' bedroom, but it would always be dark.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: And I would always see an image like in that doorway.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: And it would freak me out so much that it like it made me be like afraid of the dark.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: It was a whole thing where it scared me.
- 30:19SPEAKER_00: But then I realized like I had always been seeing them.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: And Jesus actually showed up in something I recently did too.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: So I feel like it's so interesting because I was I was raised Jewish, but I'm also not religious.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: And like everything I've heard too, really about Jesus is he didn't really actually start Christianity and he's not actually, he's more of like a spiritual figure rather than religious one.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 30:44SPEAKER_00: Anyway, I say all that to say so you are kind of also accessing the Akashic Records, or you are also accessing the Akashic Records in the work that you do as well.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: So then give us a little example of like if you are working with somebody in a longer term, what would it include as far as like you use the Akashic Records, you use the mediumship stuff and coaching?
- 31:07SPEAKER_00: Like, what does it all include and entail and look like?
- 31:12SPEAKER_01: So typically we identify a couple of issues that are coming up current in present life and then dig into where they're sourced and what the root is.
- 31:24SPEAKER_01: So we know where our healing has got to start.
- 31:28SPEAKER_01: So we rely on both the Akashic Records and their guides, teachers, and loved ones to direct us.
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: Because so often, like our human perception has zero idea where a belief or pain or trauma started.
- 31:45SPEAKER_01: So the guides are really clear about it.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: They direct us right to whatever information needs to come through to affect that healing.
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: And it's kind of cool because they show me a golden thread that runs through all of these experiences.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: It's like a montage of images that they show me.
- 32:07SPEAKER_01: So then that leads us to where we need to start the healing process.
- 32:12SPEAKER_01: And that, you know, then they also guide us about how to do it.
- 32:15SPEAKER_01: So sometimes it's just a clearing in the Akashic Records, sometimes it's external work that needs to be done, inner child work, whatever.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: There's there's quite a list of possibilities.
- 32:26SPEAKER_01: It's really kind of endless.
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: Um but every session is guided by spirit.
- 32:32SPEAKER_01: Every now and then I will have some human input and I always caveat it.
- 32:37SPEAKER_01: I'm like, this is the Jamie opinion.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: That's part of the strategy that I bring to my clients is this linear strategic legal background overlay on the spiritual healing that we're endeavoring.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: So, how do you feel like those two things kind of intertwine for you in your work?
- 33:02SPEAKER_01: I I don't even remember what it was like not to have them combined.
- 33:07SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, I guess that makes sense.
- 33:10SPEAKER_01: Um, so it's definitely something that I've had to work through because at first I was very reluctant to allow the perception of what I was judging as masculine energy into a healing session until I began to recognize that the masculine and feminine are a harmony, not a balance, not you need to pay attention to one.
- 33:37SPEAKER_01: You need to pay attention to both, but it's never the same two days in a row.
- 33:42SPEAKER_01: So finding that harmony between the two energies is really what I've strived to do over the last decade of my law practice combined with my coaching practice.
- 33:54SPEAKER_00: I love that you brought that up because I feel like, and I love that you described it as a harmony because I feel like that's actually what's happening in the collective right now, too.
- 34:04SPEAKER_00: Like we are healing these deep wounds around like the lower feminine and the lower masculine energies, and the way they've kind of been violated or the way they've been kind of misrepresented, I guess, as far as like what they mean and what they are.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of like a perfect thing that you're doing with people because I think that's what we're clearing on a collective level as well.
- 34:30SPEAKER_00: That is exactly what's going on right now.
- 34:34SPEAKER_00: And what do you see as far as how that contributes to the collective energy of like what's going on in the world right now?
- 34:41SPEAKER_01: Oh, I see it all interwoven with historical projection of fear.
- 34:47SPEAKER_01: And those base energies store fear and also create fear of each other.
- 34:55SPEAKER_01: Even little kids, you know, people tell little boys, don't be a girl, or they tell little girls, you're supposed to do this.
- 35:01SPEAKER_01: So it's an expectation that's created that you can't ever have qualities of the other antithesis.
- 35:09SPEAKER_01: I mean, it's not a gender thing, we know.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but it's it's more that that energy and the different distributions of energy.
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: So the way our culture and society have created these really stark boundaries between them doesn't allow that flow.
- 35:27SPEAKER_01: So there's been fear of what you're not, because you have to assimilate to what you are.
- 35:35SPEAKER_01: But the reality is that we're both.
- 35:37SPEAKER_01: So that wounding is really showing up in so many places right now on an individual personal level, national level, global level, universal level.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: So I'm curious for you, did you have like the fear come up like when you were moving into your business?
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: Or like how did that arise for you as far as like challenges or fears about harmonizing or not having harmonization with these energies within yourself?
- 36:07SPEAKER_01: Um, so I joke that my first husband was an all right wife, but I wasn't really sure if I was in the market for a wife.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: Like that sounds really funny.
- 36:21SPEAKER_01: He was a nurturer, he cleaned the house, like he was an all right wife.
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: But I spent so much time in masculine energy that I was really like, I had no idea how to begin to embrace any feminine energy.
- 36:38SPEAKER_01: And I don't mean like, you know, wearing pink high heels or whatever.
- 36:41SPEAKER_01: I mean like the flow of feminine energy and receiving, not always pushing.
- 36:46SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 36:47SPEAKER_01: So it was a process for me.
- 36:50SPEAKER_01: And it wasn't always a comfortable process.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: Even now, I sometimes have to remind myself that the traditional masculine push that I would have always reverted to in the past might not serve me in this moment.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: So it's a conscious determination in certain circumstances.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: Other times it just flows naturally for me.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: But I've been working on it for a couple of decades.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: I mean, so what do you feel like was the reason why you ended up attracting a relationship where like you were more of the masculine energy?
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: Do you feel like that was kind of naturally how you were growing up, or that's how your parents' relationship was?
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: Like I'm curious about that.
- 37:33SPEAKER_01: So I was raised to be independent and accomplish whatever I set my mind to accomplishing.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: And I was good at that.
- 37:44SPEAKER_01: I was very task-oriented.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: I was a good athlete because that was, oh, go do this a thousand times and you'll be good at it.
- 37:52SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'll I can go do that.
- 37:54SPEAKER_01: Um, so that was just what I was used to, like being in control, making decisions, being the driver.
- 38:01SPEAKER_01: And that just naturally attracted this relationship with someone who was far more passive and far more in the flow.
- 38:11SPEAKER_01: Turned out that that wasn't what I was looking for.
- 38:15SPEAKER_01: And we split ways and we're all for the better.
- 38:19SPEAKER_01: But there were a lot of lessons that I had to learn as I navigated who I was and who I wanted to be a partner with.
- 38:31SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 38:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: So, like, what was that?
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: Like, was there some day where you just woke up and you were like, I need to change this energy, or I'm not, this is not okay for me anymore?
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: Like, what was that process for you?
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: Did you just like know it was done?
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I probably knew for a long time that it was done, but I was really unhappy with work.
- 38:52SPEAKER_01: I owned my own law practice at the time, and it was still not where I wanted to be.
- 39:00SPEAKER_01: I worked at mid-sized law firms, and the energy carries over because it's not only the actual firm you're working for and the people that you're working with, it's the whole institution of practicing law and the subject matter.
- 39:15SPEAKER_01: So I was really unhappy with that.
- 39:18SPEAKER_01: And I was not finding the support that I thought I wanted at home because I didn't want to have to do it all.
- 39:27SPEAKER_01: I didn't want to have to be responsible for every moving part in my life and my marriage, but that's where I found myself.
- 39:35SPEAKER_01: So as I made the decision to start to shift things, I knew that those relationships weren't going to survive me changing.
- 39:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 39:46SPEAKER_01: So I made the decision to leave because I didn't want to prolong anything.
- 39:50SPEAKER_01: There was no reason to.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: It's interesting just with relationships and kind of knowing whether it is going to survive you changing, you know?
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: And I feel like that's been especially like in the last couple of years with everything just changing and everyone changing.
- 40:06SPEAKER_00: And like most people have heard me share, I separated from my husband and we're now getting back together.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: But it's like that question of like, does this survive me changing?
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: And do we change together?
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: Or are we not going to change together?
- 40:21SPEAKER_00: You know, and that is such a thing that you have to know.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: And I'm sure with your background and what you're able to do, you could probably see right away, like, okay, our our contracts are done, like our like we've completed here.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: So that's interesting, but also interesting to ask you, like when you mentioned, you know, about practicing law and like the institution of law in general.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: What are your feelings about that, or how you kind of navigate your feelings about that, or what that really means to you?
- 40:52SPEAKER_00: I'm curious.
- 40:54SPEAKER_01: So that's also an evolving experience for me.
- 40:58SPEAKER_01: I had a lot of resentment toward law, some of which came from systemic repression of women and feminine energy and collaborative models that tried to influence law and just didn't.
- 41:13SPEAKER_01: I honestly also had a lot of resentment for other women in law who were trying to show up in the masculine model and forcing themselves to conform.
- 41:24SPEAKER_01: I was one of them, and part of me resented other women who were more successful at it than I was.
- 41:33SPEAKER_01: So that was kind of a hard realization for me because I had never not been good at something.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: But I wasn't good at being who I wasn't.
- 41:44SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: Not many people are.
- 41:49SPEAKER_01: So as I have healed my relationship with my own law practice, that has given me the perspective to kind of be a port in the storm for some of those other women who are giving up having kids, giving up having relationships, giving up being with their parents when they're dying because work is calling.
- 42:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 42:12SPEAKER_01: And there are lots of other women who have successfully struck a combination of the two that works for them.
- 42:19SPEAKER_01: And that's awesome.
- 42:21SPEAKER_01: But there still feels like there's an energy of sacrifice.
- 42:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 42:26SPEAKER_01: And sometimes it's not even their energy, the woman's energy that's feeling that, but the the firm, partners in the firm, feel like they're making a sacrifice because a woman wants to have kids.
- 42:39SPEAKER_01: And that's going to make her less available or less effective.
- 42:42SPEAKER_01: That's bullshit.
- 42:43SPEAKER_01: We know that.
- 42:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 42:45SPEAKER_01: But it still is present.
- 42:48SPEAKER_01: And the more healing I do, the stronger I build my respect and honor for the institution of law that has given me the opportunity to do what I do.
- 43:02SPEAKER_01: Every experience has opportunity built in, even if it's not a comfortable experience.
- 43:08SPEAKER_01: So seeing that opportunity is a skill that I had to work, work to hone and refine, but it's become powerful for me.
- 43:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 43:17SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, I think everything is, right?
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: And I think as you go down the healing and personal growth path, you realize that everything is an opportunity for healing, especially like the more triggered you are, the more uncomfortable you are.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: That is an opportunity for healing.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: And I'm curious too, as you're talking about this and kind of your perspective change on it and everything, like as we step into this new paradigm, right?
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: Like this new way of living, the new earth, and really raising our consciousness, how do you see the institution of law evolving in this new paradigm?
- 43:52SPEAKER_01: So I think there are gonna be certain elements that hang on to the traditional common law structure.
- 44:00SPEAKER_01: That is really based in you know all of the enslavement codes and so much other stuff that 90% of people practicing law have zero capacity to even become aware of.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:17SPEAKER_01: But those of us who do are able to begin shifting our experience, which is going to shift the collective overall, but not as quickly as we would like it to happen.
- 44:28SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 44:29SPEAKER_01: So I am myself doing a lot of work with female attorneys integrating spiritual practices into their own law practice, whether it's mindfulness or crystal grids, is a really popular one because it's kind of understated.
- 44:50SPEAKER_01: So if somebody has a crystal grid under their desk, the partner comes in and has no idea it's there, but they're feeling the energetic shift.
- 44:58SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, I love that.
- 45:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I do it.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: Why wouldn't you?
- 45:04SPEAKER_01: I have like a whole box of them floating around.
- 45:08SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 45:10SPEAKER_01: But utilizing some of the properties and principles that we have available to us gives us the ability to command the energy that we've not had any control over in the past.
- 45:24SPEAKER_01: So it's a really powerful dynamic shift and repositioning of power in the hierarchy of law firms and law in general, which is kind of like a crusty exterior to society.
- 45:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know it's interesting because I hadn't even thought of this, you know, like until we're talking.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: I hadn't even thought of like, oh, well, what is practicing law gonna be like in the new earth?
- 45:53SPEAKER_00: What does that even mean?
- 45:54SPEAKER_00: You know, but I feel like, especially during the time of transition, which obviously we're going through right now, to have the knowledge and understanding of the law and how to navigate it, it's kind of a non-negotiable.
- 46:06SPEAKER_00: I mean, at least having someone that you know who knows how to navigate that, I think is like incredibly, incredibly important.
- 46:14SPEAKER_00: I guess I'm curious, what has been the biggest challenge for you in navigating all of this as far as your law practice, your spiritual business, and also being a mom?
- 46:27SPEAKER_00: That was another thing.
- 46:28SPEAKER_00: I know we're running out of time, but I know you said your son has some of the similar gifts that you have.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: So, like, you know, navigating that, and I guess the biggest challenge for you in all of that.
- 46:38SPEAKER_01: The biggest challenge I have is shifting back and forth between all of those roles because while they all are representative of me, they all require me to show up in a slightly different vibration.
- 46:51SPEAKER_01: So I'm very intentional around my time and my schedule.
- 46:57SPEAKER_01: So I will often be doing my law job and a spiritual client will call and be like, Can you can you give me a little insight on this?
- 47:07SPEAKER_01: And I tell them up front, I am not going to respond to you if I'm in the middle of something else, because that doesn't serve anyone in the highest capacity.
- 47:18SPEAKER_01: It's completely shifting my focus from whatever I'm doing, and I'm not giving you my hundred percent.
- 47:24SPEAKER_01: So the same thing with my kids.
- 47:26SPEAKER_01: Like if I have my one son had a wrestling tournament over the weekend.
- 47:31SPEAKER_01: So I took the day off and I don't do any spiritual stuff, no readings, no client interaction when I'm with them because I want to show up fully in all of my different roles.
- 47:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree with that.
- 47:45SPEAKER_00: And I've been working on that too.
- 47:47SPEAKER_00: And it is hard when you are especially like building your business.
- 47:51SPEAKER_00: You know, my business is two years old now, but only like a little bit over a year where it's been full time.
- 47:56SPEAKER_00: And like it's hard to pull yourself away from it.
- 48:00SPEAKER_00: But I notice it does affect your kids.
- 48:03SPEAKER_00: And like I want to be fully present for them what when I'm with them.
- 48:06SPEAKER_00: I don't want them to remember me, like just on my phone constantly.
- 48:11SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 48:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 48:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 48:14SPEAKER_00: It is challenging and it is something where you have to be super intentional, or else it you just kind of get swept away with the wave of it.
- 48:24SPEAKER_00: And then I also am just curious how are do these gifts show up for your son?
- 48:28SPEAKER_00: And like, have you been helping him navigate those?
- 48:31SPEAKER_01: I have.
- 48:32SPEAKER_01: So my older son, he has psychic dreams, but he's had some bad ones.
- 48:38SPEAKER_01: So I've seen him really dampen his connection.
- 48:42SPEAKER_01: I don't know if it'll start to re-emerge the older he gets, uh, but we'll see about that.
- 48:49SPEAKER_01: My younger son, he has never shied away from his connection.
- 48:53SPEAKER_01: And we have the opportunity when they go back and forth between their dad that we get really good conversation time alone in the car.
- 49:02SPEAKER_01: And that's usually when he starts asking me things.
- 49:06SPEAKER_01: So at about, I don't know, 12, he said to me, Do you know what a diorama is?
- 49:11SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Yeah, is that one of those boxes that like has the glow, like all these different boxes?
- 49:17SPEAKER_01: And he's like, Yeah, how do we know that we're not just on a styrofoam planet in someone else's diorama?
- 49:25SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Oh shit.
- 49:27SPEAKER_01: Like, right?
- 49:28SPEAKER_01: Like my 12-year-old kid is asking me questions and I have never contemplated.
- 49:35SPEAKER_01: But that's the perspective he has.
- 49:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 49:38SPEAKER_01: Um, and he's just open communication with spirit.
- 49:43SPEAKER_01: I had sealed my house from my dad because he was being disruptive.
- 49:48SPEAKER_01: And Anthony was like, So I let pop in.
- 49:53SPEAKER_01: Oh my God.
- 49:54SPEAKER_01: What do you mean you let pop in?
- 49:56SPEAKER_01: Well, he he wanted to come in and he told me he couldn't, so I let him in.
- 50:01SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
- 50:04unknown: Yeah.
- 50:06SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 50:07SPEAKER_01: He also uses it for party tricks, which I've tried to discourage him from doing that, but he's still a teenage boy.
- 50:15SPEAKER_01: So what does he do?
- 50:17SPEAKER_01: There's one kid in the neighborhood who has ruined like old house in the back.
- 50:23SPEAKER_01: And Anthony will be like, Hey, let's go talk to Hannah.
- 50:26SPEAKER_01: And the other kids are like, Who's Hannah?
- 50:28SPEAKER_01: He's like, The ghost that lives in the back house.
- 50:30SPEAKER_01: Don't you want to go talk to her?
- 50:31SPEAKER_01: So they go and have a whole conversation with this girl that lives in the house.
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: And of course, all the little teenage girls are like, Oh, I'm so scared.
- 50:40SPEAKER_01: And Anthony's like, let me comfort you.
- 50:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, he totally knows what he's doing.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 50:47SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: He has a whole thing going on.
- 50:50SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, I love it.
- 50:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, I know if I was like a teenage girl and there was a boy who could do that, I would probably love him.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: I'm just saying.
- 51:02SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, that's so funny.
- 51:04SPEAKER_00: Um, so does he has he like asked you like how to kind of work with it, or he's kind of just doing his own thing?
- 51:11SPEAKER_01: He has really done his own thing and he'll ask me how to manage it sometimes because it gets loud for him.
- 51:20SPEAKER_01: And there have been points where he wants to turn it off, and then he's like, No, really, I don't.
- 51:26SPEAKER_01: I really enjoy the connection, so let's let's get this under control.
- 51:31SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 51:32SPEAKER_01: So he asked me, I don't know, a couple years ago how to work with his guides.
- 51:38SPEAKER_01: And so we had a whole conversation about connecting with his guides, and it was really a an adorable realization because he looked at me like, oh my God, the light bulb just went on.
- 51:53SPEAKER_01: So when he was three years old, he found a cat in the hedgerow at my mother's house.
- 51:58SPEAKER_01: And this cat has been timeless, like he's still exactly the same now, almost 14 years later, as he was when he was like a year or two old.
- 52:08SPEAKER_01: And he said to me, I just met my guide, and my guide has the same color hair as the cat and the same name.
- 52:15SPEAKER_01: And I was like, So what is that?
- 52:17SPEAKER_01: What does that mean to you?
- 52:19SPEAKER_01: He's like, That's my familiar, isn't it?
- 52:21SPEAKER_01: And I was like, I can't answer that probably.
- 52:25SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, that's crazy.
- 52:28SPEAKER_00: So he found the cat when he was three, and you guys kept the cat?
- 52:32SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, wow.
- 52:35SPEAKER_01: And I don't know why they kept the cat because my father never allowed us to have cats.
- 52:40SPEAKER_01: And my mother had three dogs, so uh the cat was unusual, but Anthony said, I want to keep the cat, so they kept the cat.
- 52:50SPEAKER_01: Wow, and that was his familiar.
- 52:52SPEAKER_01: And we have the cat now.
- 52:54SPEAKER_01: Well, he's you know, home sometimes, he's a teeny boy.
- 52:58SPEAKER_01: Um, but the cat will be in the house, and then all of a sudden, he's outside at the door.
- 53:06SPEAKER_01: Like nobody let him out.
- 53:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he's a very talented kitten.
- 53:11SPEAKER_00: Well, I love that about cats because I had a cat when I was like in my early 20s, and she ended up living with my mom for most of her life because you know, I was in my early 20s, and uh she would do the same thing.
- 53:24SPEAKER_00: And I swore that she was because right around that time is when I started connecting with the Pleiadians and I started really like understanding what I was doing here, you know.
- 53:33SPEAKER_00: And I swear she would do the same thing where like she would not be, and I had a studio apartment and she would not be there.
- 53:41SPEAKER_00: Like I'm telling you, she was not there, and then all of a sudden she just appears, like sitting on the bed.
- 53:46SPEAKER_00: Oh, she's sitting on the bed.
- 53:47SPEAKER_00: Oh, and it's like she's always been there, and I'm just like, hmm.
- 53:51SPEAKER_00: So I know cats totally like go in and out of realities.
- 53:56SPEAKER_00: So I totally can see that.
- 53:58SPEAKER_00: Um, so I just have like one more question before we wrap up.
- 54:02SPEAKER_00: You mentioned this was something that I was really intrigued by.
- 54:05SPEAKER_00: So you mentioned before about practicing law and the contracts from other lifetimes and how doing it in this lifetime was healing for you.
- 54:14SPEAKER_00: Do you know exactly like what was it like a past life thing that got healed, or like do you know exactly like what was healed by you kind of stepping into that in this lifetime?
- 54:26SPEAKER_01: So I have had numerous lifetimes where either I have practiced law or been involved in the practice of law.
- 54:34SPEAKER_01: Um, one in particular has always stood out to me.
- 54:37SPEAKER_01: I was daughter of an attorney actually in Philadelphia.
- 54:42SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 54:43SPEAKER_01: And I couldn't practice law because women were not allowed at admission to the bar.
- 54:48SPEAKER_01: So he married me off to some young, aspiring attorney who was a moron.
- 54:55SPEAKER_01: And I was the one who put all of his cases together and like laid out his arguments.
- 55:00SPEAKER_01: I did all the work and he got all the credit.
- 55:03SPEAKER_01: And here I am, just like being his entire success in the background.
- 55:09SPEAKER_01: So that is one of them in particular that I have concluded and healed that like that left behind energy.
- 55:19SPEAKER_01: Totally a repression of that.
- 55:21SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh no, here I am.
- 55:23SPEAKER_01: You get me this time.
- 55:24SPEAKER_00: Oh my God, I love that so much.
- 55:26SPEAKER_00: That's so cool.
- 55:27SPEAKER_00: And yeah, obviously, that would be a huge healing around that, and like that deep feeling of feeling like completely unimportant or like overlooked or whatever.
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: So that's really cool.
- 55:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, I know we could probably talk about past lives forever, but I do I know we have to wrap up.
- 55:45SPEAKER_00: So can you tell everybody where they can find you?
- 55:49SPEAKER_00: Because I'm sure people will definitely want to look you up.
- 55:51SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 55:52SPEAKER_01: So my um website is jamiehern.com and there's no E in Jamie.
- 56:00SPEAKER_01: And I'm also on Facebook at LiveYourDivinity.
- 56:03SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 56:04SPEAKER_00: Well, we will put all that stuff in the show notes.
- 56:06SPEAKER_00: And then um, just to ask you our final question.
- 56:10SPEAKER_00: So, for you, what is a non-negotiable when it comes to fully reclaiming your consciousness?
- 56:16SPEAKER_01: There are a lot of them, but one of the most important is fostering my connection with nature.
- 56:24SPEAKER_01: I have the blessing of living in an area where I can easily get to the woods to hike or the water to sit by a flowing stream.
- 56:36SPEAKER_01: And I have a very intentional process of connecting with earth and allowing the exchange of energy with Mother Earth to cleanse myself and allow me to pass other energies through to help others.
- 56:54SPEAKER_00: I completely resonate with that.
- 56:56SPEAKER_00: I like have to be in nature.
- 57:00SPEAKER_00: And I'm in the city too, you know.
- 57:01SPEAKER_00: So it's like I need it even more, but it really does like reset you and reconnect you like with yourself so that you can help others.
- 57:09SPEAKER_00: So I totally agree and resonate with that.
- 57:12SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much for being here.
- 57:15SPEAKER_00: This was so awesome.
- 57:17SPEAKER_00: And um, yeah, I'm so excited for everyone to hear this.
- 57:20SPEAKER_00: Thank you for having me.
- 57:24SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for being here.
