The historic 1877 tall ship Elissa, one of the few working non-replica vessels of its kind, is making a grand return to Brooklyn this Fourth of July — its first major voyage in nearly 40 years. Sailing from Galveston, Texas, this majestic Scottish-built barque will lead the Class A Tall Ships in the Sail4th 250 parade, joining a global fleet.
