  Speaker 2: Ephesians four fifteen says, rather speaking the truth and love,

  Speaker 2: we are to grow up in every way into Him

  Speaker 2: who is the head, into Christ.

  Speaker 1: Growth requires honesty.

  Speaker 2: Sometimes the most loving thing someone can do for us

  Speaker 2: is tell us the truth, not to tear us down,

  Speaker 2: but to call us higher.

  Speaker 1: See. God's desire is not that we stay comfortable or.

  Speaker 2: Stagnant, but that we grow up spiritually, emotionally, and purposefully

  Speaker 2: into Christ. That kind of growth often begins when we

  Speaker 2: stop making excuses for why we can't move forward.

  Speaker 1: Y'all, is so easy to coast through life.

  Speaker 2: Once we find the level that feels safe, we tell ourselves,

  Speaker 2: all I'm capable of. But many times that's not the truth.

  Speaker 2: It's just familiar. Beneath the surface, God has placed gifts

  Speaker 2: and talents and potential that have yet to be fully developed.

  Speaker 2: The challenge isn't that you lack ability. It's that excuses

  Speaker 2: have been standing in the way of action. The excuse

  Speaker 2: bag can be heavy. We carry reasons like I'm just

  Speaker 2: too busy, I'm just too tired, i don't have enough training,

  Speaker 2: I missed my chance, I'm not qualified. Oh.

  Speaker 1: The enemy loves.

  Speaker 2: Excuses because they sound reasonable and keep us from discovering

  Speaker 2: what God has already put on the inside of us.

  Speaker 2: But growth demands that we put those excuses down and

  Speaker 2: take a step of faith. It may be time to

  Speaker 2: learn something new, to train for the next opportunity, to

  Speaker 2: take on more responsibility at work instead of shrinking back.

  Speaker 2: It may be time to write that song, to write

  Speaker 2: that book, or to start that business. Maybe just create

  Speaker 2: the business plan that's been sitting in.

  Speaker 1: Your heart for years.

  Speaker 2: Perhaps God has been nudging you to lead, to teach,

  Speaker 2: to mentor or to serve in a greater way, but

  Speaker 2: excuses have kept you on pause. God has already equipped you.

  Speaker 2: You don't have to wait until you feel ready. Obedience

  Speaker 2: often comes before confidence. When you step out in faith,

  Speaker 2: God meets you with strength, with wisdom, and with favor.
