A Northeast Philly woman woke up to find her Honda stripped of wheels—stolen in minutes by thieves in a stolen Dodge Durango. Despite wheel locks slowing them down, the crew broke in for the key. With 268 wheel thefts this year, police suspect 3-5 crews targeting cars in high-crime zones, ramping up patrols and monitoring tire sales.
