  Speaker 1: we get ready for the Word of God and just

  Speaker 1: spending a little time with Jesus here this morning on

  Speaker 1: our podcast. The Lord comes to us from Psalm one

  Speaker 1: thirty nine, particularly in verses one through three, and he
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: wants me to encourage you this morning, and already encourage
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: me by just reading the scripture and kind of meditating
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: on what the Lord would have me to say this
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: morning that God knows where you are right now and
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: someone thirty nine, beginning with verse number one, I want
• 0:56
  Speaker 1: you to listen what the Word of God says, Oh Lord,
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: thou hast searched me and known me. Thou knowest my
• 1:03
  Speaker 1: sitting now, my downsitting, and mine uprising. Thou understandest my
• 1:10
  Speaker 1: thought afar off, and thou accomplish my path and my
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. As

  Speaker 1: I read that this morning, have you ever reached a
• 1:23
  Speaker 1: place in your life where you weren't exactly sure where
• 1:27
  Speaker 1: you were? I don't mean physically. You may know your
• 1:31
  Speaker 1: current location and know what day it is, and know
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: what you're supposed to be doing that's not what I'm
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: talking about. But have you ever felt just a little
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: loss somewhere inside, perhaps even wondered where this season of
• 1:46
  Speaker 1: life is taking you right now? See many, many times
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: believers have found themselves unsure of what the next steps
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: should be in life or even wondered how they got
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: to the place they are right now in life. Have
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: you been there, or maybe you're there this morning, then
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: this word is for you. If that's you this morning,
• 2:09
  Speaker 1: here is something very comforting I want you to remember,
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: and I just want to remind you of this this morning.
• 2:14
  Speaker 1: There are times I want you to get this this morning.
• 2:18
  Speaker 1: There are times when we don't know where we're going,
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: but there has never been a time where God doesn't
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: know where we are. And that's what David is saying.

  Speaker 1: That old Lord, thou hast searched me and known me.

  Speaker 1: I want you to think about that this morning. God
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: doesn't just know your location. He knows you. He knows
• 2:42
  Speaker 1: you from the inside out. That's why when the Word
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: of God says you are fearfully and wonderfully made, that
• 2:50
  Speaker 1: means something. That means the Creator knows you. He doesn't
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: need an instruction book to try to figure out how
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: to put you together or how you're made, because He's
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: the one that made you. And there are times for
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: all of us when we may wonder if anyone really
• 3:09
  Speaker 1: understands what we're carrying deep inside at the moment. How
• 3:14
  Speaker 1: often have you wished someone could see beyond the words
• 3:17
  Speaker 1: you say and really understand what is actually happening inside
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: your heart. I want to tell you that God does.
• 3:26
  Speaker 1: God knows what's going on inside of you right now.
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: He knows when you sit down, he knows when you
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: get up. He knows the path you're walking right now,
• 3:39
  Speaker 1: and he knows when you're tired. He even understands your
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: thoughts before you even have the words to express them.

  Speaker 1: This morning, he knows what's ahead of you, but he
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: also knows what's behind you. Now. I'm here to tell
• 3:54
  Speaker 1: you this morning, God encourages you. This morning. He encourages
• 3:58
  Speaker 1: all of us. But he encourage this morning to release
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: what you can no longer change, and to release what
• 4:06
  Speaker 1: you can no longer control, and reach forward with great
• 4:10
  Speaker 1: expectation to what God has for you right now. So
• 4:15
  Speaker 1: many of us fail to reach for what God is
• 4:19
  Speaker 1: doing now because we just can't seem to let go
• 4:24
  Speaker 1: of what's already passed. Don't let that be you this morning.
• 4:29
  Speaker 1: There may be things that are hard to explain to others,
• 4:34
  Speaker 1: but you never have to explain yourself to God, because
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: he already knows. He just wants you to come to
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: him and be honest before him. He knows the prayer
• 4:44
  Speaker 1: behind every tear you're crying. He knows the concerns behind
• 4:48
  Speaker 1: that smile you're trying to carry. He knows why something
• 4:52
  Speaker 1: that seems small to everybody else somehow feels heavy to you.
• 4:59
  Speaker 1: And still he stays near you. And this morning, this morning,
• 5:05
  Speaker 1: he's ready to listen to you. Are you trying to
• 5:08
  Speaker 1: figure out what comes next today while he's still standing
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: at the crossroads or walking through a difficult season? Right now?
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: Are simply feeling a little uncertain about this road and
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: this journey ahead of you. You don't have to figure
• 5:23
  Speaker 1: it all out today. Take a deep breath, rest for
• 5:28
  Speaker 1: a mite while, because our heavenly Father is already acquainted
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: with the road you're traveling. He sees around the curve
• 5:36
  Speaker 1: that you cannot see beyond. He knows where the journey
• 5:40
  Speaker 1: is leading you, and he knows exactly what you will
• 5:44
  Speaker 1: need to get there. So take the next step with him.
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: Let Jesus take the lead today. You may not always
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: know where you're going, but take comfort in knowing this
• 5:58
  Speaker 1: God knows exactly where you are. So to day you
• 6:03
  Speaker 1: be safe, you be strong, and you be blessed, and
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: be aware you're not traveling alone. And all those things
• 6:12
  Speaker 1: you may be holding inside that nobody else can see,
• 6:15
  Speaker 1: God sees them, and God cares, and God will bring
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: you forward to a brighter day. Hope you have a
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: great day today. May the Lord bless you, May the
