Fatal Crash on I-85 in Dinwiddie | Richmond News
A deadly crash on I-85 in Dinwiddie claimed the life of 28-year-old Rodney Leon Mills, while his 33-year-old passenger Shanice Francene Goode suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Both were buckled up when the silver Honda Civic collided with another vehicle around 9 PM Thursday night. Speed is under investigation as a possible cause. Northbound lanes were closed for hours, reopening just after 1 AM Friday. Virginia State Police are still piecing together what led to the collision — and more details are coming.
