- 0:00SPEAKER_00: With the story Allie was just telling us about how this living trust uh won't go to the two girls unless they stay at 140 or 150 pounds.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: There's different weight for each uh of the two daughters or under.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: And you had told me uh a minute ago off air too, the girls are 21.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: They're pretty young.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: Yes, one of them's 21, uh, the other one's a little bit younger than that.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: There's no clause in there for pregnancy or anything like that where you could naturally have a weight gain.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: One other one.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: The evidence of fitness shall be written by a board-certified dietitian annually.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: No weight loss surgery or medication shall be permitted.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: I mean, this is just so controlling.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna have to read you a couple of these comments.
- 0:42SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: You go to the bank to get uh money withdraw and you have to step on the scale.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Oh wow.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm gonna read this to you from 2806.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: And I I think they describe what I was trying to go at because, you know, here's the thing.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: I totally understand this.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: We hear stories like this, and we put apply our own personal um, I guess, situations into it.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: You had even mentioned uh yourself.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: You're like, I don't think you'd even know or really, I think you'd how did you say it about your weight?
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: You said I don't think you would uh understand or know.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: I don't want to say understand, but like if I said my weight, I think you would be like, oh, that's your weight.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: I don't think you necessarily have a grasp of what women's weight is.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: Like sure.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: Do you know Tiffany's weight?
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, about, yes.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, really?
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: I mean, she's mentioned it though, so Okay.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Um, but uh all that being said, uh, you know, because everybody type's different, everybody is different.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: And 2806 kind of goes where I was thinking with this.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: They said, I would assume that the parents may have been extremely overweight or unhealthy at some point and maybe got healthy question mark.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: And now they are trying to uh, you know, basically um prevent their daughters from doing the same.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: That kind of went with what I was saying.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Like, we've all met somebody.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: They were the tiny little thing in in school or high school, and then all of a sudden it was like, whoa, uh, you uh have arms the size of an Easter hand.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but um, but you're gonna keep me for my inheritance because I gained some weight.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: Well, but the thing is, I'm thinking that the parents were thinking they just want them to stay healthy.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: That's my thought.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Now, could this be a very shallow thing?
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, God, absolutely.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: But if it is for, you know, like, look, we're we're not gonna be here and we're not gonna be able to help guide you as parents anymore, but we want you to stay healthy, it goes on from there and says, or the daughters were very overweight uh and lost weight, and this is the encouragement to stay healthy.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: So they were thinking along those lines.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: Now, if this was a Hollywood couple, that it's all about the surface appearance and the shallowness of it all, oh God, that's that's terri that that then that's I disagree with that totally.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: I think that 140 and 150 is kind of hard to maintain as you get older.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: And somebody even said it all depends on body type.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, for sure, but just life changes in general and metabolic changes.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: I and what if I decide that I'm just gonna stay healthy, but I'm gonna start lifting weights, and so the weight is in the weights, like it's in the it's in the muscle.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Where I would be more pissed is if I went to the bank to do a withdrawal and I'm I'm the one that has to be at one forty and all of a sudden I'm at like one forty point five or one, and all of a sudden they're like, No withdrawal for you.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: I'd be like, Oh my gosh.
