- 0:49Arguing and debating the meaning of things for me, it's how other
- 0:52people are using the word, that's the meaning.
- 0:55I'm pounding. I can see that.
- 0:57Well, we can see, it's why I don't call myself an atheist.
- 1:03It's why you can look up the dictionary definition of atheist
- 1:07and it kind of applies to me, but what is the definition of
- 1:11atheist in practice? It is what leading atheist do
- 1:15and it's their country. Finish their behavior is what
- 1:17they say and it's their attitude.
- 1:20Hmm, that is what an atheist is today because they're the most
- 1:24visible exemplars of that word, and most of their conduct
- 1:29either. Don't agree with or simply,
- 1:31don't engage in. What.
- 1:33Don't you agree with? I don't debate religious people
- 1:36and tell them they're idiots. Hmm, I don't know.
- 1:38That doesn't work. It's whether or not it works.
- 1:41I just not it's not in me to do that.
- 1:44I don't Purge. Judge myself of words that have
- 1:47religious foundations in them. I once, in my Facebook, I had a
- 1:52friend going up in orbit to repair the Hubble telescope, one
- 1:55of the astronauts. And I said, God, speed, and then
- 1:59I gave the astronauts named people wrote in, in the threats.
- 2:02And I thought you were an atheist.
- 2:03How can you say? Godspeed, an atheist got angry
- 2:06with me and I said, okay, first of all, this phrase is deeply
- 2:12historical in the space program when John Glenn was launched.
- 2:16The headline was God speed John Glenn and every mission where we
- 2:19send human beings into space somewhere.
- 2:23There is that reference in the NASA, pheasant word mean?
- 2:25I'll tell you I'll tell you what it means he's doing.
- 2:27Okay, so oh by the way, I'll get to that in just a second.
- 2:35Hello, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Brett keen and you
- 2:38are watching and listening to the Brett Keen show though.
- 2:42According to Neil deGrasse Tyson, he says he can watch big
- 2:48think as well where he mentions, why he's not an atheist says
- 2:53he's more closer to an agnostic but he doesn't really care about
- 2:57those kind of labels. He'd rather be referred to as a
- 3:01scientist. What's the difference between a
- 3:03scientist and an Atheist. Well, if you were to roll over
- 3:07to here, you're going to see a video by cross-examined Frank
- 3:13Turek where he's debating an atheist, The Atheist claims that
- 3:18he doesn't have to defend his views.
- 3:21He doesn't have to offer any kind of Alternatives and refuses
- 3:25to concede and accept that atheists have a worldview.
- 3:29We'll get into that in a little bit, but I was wanting to talk
- 3:32about what Neil deGrasse. Tyson's talking about here.
- 3:37Neil deGrasse Tyson's basically saying that he can't stand the
- 3:40behavior and the routine of atheist that they're extremely
- 3:45nasty. They don't care about historical
- 3:48references atheist or the same people who throw a tantrum over
- 3:52Christmas and religious holidays.
- 3:55They're the same people who want to edit out money and all that.
- 3:59Now, I don't care really about the money issue or whatever, but
- 4:03a lot of scientists, Have gotten as far away from a theism as
- 4:07they possibly can because atheist have built a reputation.
- 4:11Especially in social media. You can't watch an atheist
- 4:15nowadays without seeing them being rude and narcissistic or
- 4:20history. Onic are pretending to know more
- 4:22than everybody else. And a lot of these atheists,
- 4:25especially on YouTube, they didn't even make it through high
- 4:28school. When they were going to school,
- 4:31they were terrible at science. They didn't have a damn clue.
- 4:34Was going on and the ones that grew up going to church and all
- 4:38that they didn't even bother to read the Bible or even find out
- 4:42what it was that Christianity was teaching.
- 4:45Pretty much a lot of atheists that you see out there have a
- 4:48chip on their shoulder because their moms and dads told them
- 4:52that they needed to ask for forgiveness, and change their
- 4:55ways, and do things where a lot of atheists are very controlling
- 4:59and domineering and believe that the world owes them something.
- 5:04Well, Neil deGrasse Tyson doesn't want anything to do with
- 5:08that and you can even see whenever you're watching this
- 5:11video with Frank Turk. He's trying to have a respectful
- 5:14conversation with this 500 pound atheist is basically thinking
- 5:21that he can come and who Frank Turks classroom and just discs a
- 5:27piss out of Frank Turek and tell him that he's a liar and
- 5:30dishonest and all this kind of stuff.
- 5:33And then when Frank Turk Ask him what the alternative is, what is
- 5:37the alternative to god-given Natural explanation, you see,
- 5:42atheist, lack of belief and deities but they do make a lot
- 5:47of positive assertions and claims.
- 5:50They believe that existence happens or natural reasons,
- 5:56that's a claim. They claimed.
- 5:59Many of them believe that they came from apes.
- 6:02And before that all kinds, Of other different creatures.
- 6:06They believe that they share a common ancestor that they have
- 6:09some relationship with lizards and beavers and monkeys and
- 6:14everything that you can possibly think of.
- 6:16In fact, they believe that they shared genetics, with every
- 6:19single thing on the planet. Well, this isn't true.
- 6:23It is not true. That we just simply the reality
- 6:27isn't that we just come from all these different creatures?
- 6:31That is not an argument that has been one.
- 6:34It is not been proven to be factual and it's never even been
- 6:37observed when atheists claim that the universe doesn't
- 6:41require God in order for us to exist yet.
- 6:45They have no alternative explanation for how the universe
- 6:49even came into existence at self.
- 6:53They're making a lot of extremely positive claims about
- 6:57why we're alive. Why things happen all this?
- 7:03Worldview. If you were to reverse it and
- 7:08say it backwards, it's basically your view of the world.
- 7:12It's how you see the world. Now, while this Lake Christians,
- 7:16say, can say, I viewed the world as being created by God.
- 7:20The reason why I'm here is because according to my faith,
- 7:24God, created the universe. God put a soul in me, I became
- 7:28animated and I began to exist and I I was given sentience and
- 7:33a Consciousness. I was intelligently designed
- 7:37that is the positive claim of the Christian.
- 7:40And of course, the Christian has burden of proof whenever it
- 7:44comes to that. But the atheist comes along and
- 7:46says, no, I got here by natural means I exist because the
- 7:52universe did a b and c I exist because on earth, a b and c
- 7:58happened and that is why I exist.
- 8:02Everybody, all sides are making a claim.
- 8:05Everyone's got their own interpretation or idea or
- 8:09version or brand of reality. All right?
- 8:14The Christian claims a supernatural alternative and the
- 8:18atheist claims a natural. But whenever Christians point
- 8:23this out to atheist, you get what we found here with this 500
- 8:27pound atheist who look, sunbathed claiming.
- 8:30I don't have to Explain anything, I don't have to defend
- 8:35my position. I don't have to defend my
- 8:37claims. Well, ladies and gentlemen,
- 8:40that's the difference between a scientist and an atheist Neil
- 8:44deGrasse. Tyson loves trying to find
- 8:49answers to him. It's what his whole life is
- 8:52about. Whether it's God, or whether
- 8:56it's by natural means, Neil deGrasse Tyson doesn't have a
- 9:00chip on his shoulder. Not willing to just throw every
- 9:04idea out just because it sounds uncomfortable or because his
- 9:08mommy and daddy were rude to him as a child, or he was forced to
- 9:12go to church or something to him.
- 9:15It's all about finding out the facts and the evidence as where
- 9:19the atheist only likes the faction of the dance whenever
- 9:23goes along with this Godless world view You see the
- 9:27difference? There's a difference between
- 9:30trying to seek truth and willing to accept that double edge blade
- 9:35sword willing to accept that. The truth is out there, but it
- 9:40may not be a comfortable one, it may be hard.
- 9:45The truth might be something that you completely are on the
- 9:49wrong. Spectrum of understanding,
- 9:51grasping are knowing It's interesting because Frank Turek
- 9:57was willing to answer all this man's questions.
- 10:00You can tell that Frank Turk from cross-examine, was more
- 10:03than happy. This is what Frank Turk does for
- 10:06a living. He likes answering questions and
- 10:10teaching and educating people. He likes being able to give
- 10:14answers whether they're factual or based completely primarily on
- 10:19his faith. He wants to be a giver as where
- 10:23the atheist some He wants to take the atheist wants to hold
- 10:27this privileged position where he stands over religious people
- 10:32and says you're wrong. You're wrong, you're wrong,
- 10:34you're wrong. So, the religious person even if
- 10:37the Christian says, okay, fine, you say that I'm wrong.
- 10:40Then, what's the alternative? Well, I don't have to know
- 10:44anything. All's I know is that you're
- 10:47wrong, but I'm not going to give you any kind of examples of why
- 10:51you're wrong. Or why there's another
- 10:53alternative To it. It's the weakest cowardice shit
- 10:58that you could ever have. It's like some little old lady
- 11:00standing over a group of kids, tell them you're wrong, you're
- 11:04wrong, everything you say is wrong, but I don't have any
- 11:10answers. It's annoying.
- 11:13And that's one of the reasons why people like Neil deGrasse
- 11:17Tyson are as fed up with atheist.
- 11:20That's why a lot of scientists are walking away.
- 11:22A lot of atheists have burned their Bridges.
- 11:26What made atheist think that it was a smart or intelligent idea,
- 11:31knowing that the majority of the world is Christian Muslim and
- 11:36Jewish and then of course followed by a bunch of pagans.
- 11:40This small minority gets up one day on the internet because
- 11:46there are too cowardly to do this out in public.
- 11:49Most of the time, only a few of them are willing to go out and
- 11:53debate live. And I I give kudos to people
- 11:57like Christopher Hitchens, who actually did debate, Frank Turek
- 12:00and did Nash and so on. And so, on Richard Dawkins,
- 12:06Richard Dawkins is another perfect example of a scientist
- 12:09who got ruined but because of atheist.
- 12:14Did you know that for the longest time Richard Dawkins was
- 12:17considered like the pope of atheism.
- 12:20He was a guy that religious people used to listen to and
- 12:23take very seriously. As did some atheist out there,
- 12:28but lately in the past five years, atheist have been seen as
- 12:32Richard Dawkins a chump, he's an idiot, he's a blah, blah, blah.
- 12:37He doesn't know what the hell he's talking about yada.
- 12:39Yada yada, they'll use his arguments whenever it suits
- 12:43them, but they insult the shit out of them.
- 12:45Do you know how many times atheist told Richard Dawkins and
- 12:48he's not welcome to come to their little conventions.
- 12:54He's not welcome. Mmm, The Atheist feminist out
- 12:57there ended up, kicking him out and telling him that, he's not
- 13:00welcome that they don't want him around.
- 13:03Atheists, are telling their Premier guy who was literally on
- 13:07TV fighting for them that he's basically no longer welcomed.
- 13:12And they don't give a damn about what he has to say anymore.
- 13:15Amazing, but guess what? The Christians haven't given up
- 13:19on Richard Dawkins. In fact, Richard Dawkins is
- 13:22always welcome to come to any church Going to any discussion
- 13:27board that he wants to and Christians and joy and welcome
- 13:30him every single time. Even though and his older age,
- 13:35he has calmed down. He was a little bit rough when
- 13:38he was starting out. He said some things like
- 13:41religious, people believe in a delusion and all this kind of
- 13:45stuff, even wrote a book called God Delusion or something of
- 13:49that nature. That's the point though.
- 13:54Atheists are losing and they don't get it.
- 13:57You may get a couple teenagers and kids who think it's a
- 14:01rebellious way to go. There might be some teenagers
- 14:04who go? Yeah, them atheist.
- 14:06Sure are smart. Well, at least they sound like
- 14:08it and jump on board on social media, but there's going to be a
- 14:14time when every child and every teenager ends up going up right?
- 14:19And they're going to say what's the meaning of life.
- 14:23Elon Musk asks that question every single day.
- 14:26How do I know? Because I follow him on Twitter
- 14:29and I watch most of his videos he sat down with a lot of
- 14:33religious people and he believes that there is a higher power
- 14:37that there's something special about our existence as well as
- 14:41our lives. He doesn't believe that we just
- 14:43came in by some meaningless, way into existence and let's face
- 14:49it. Whenever it comes down to it,
- 14:51Christians, Muslims and Jews. We have all the tools we really
- 14:56do. If you think about it, we have
- 14:57Advantage over a Pianist, any second of the day.
- 15:01And you know why? Because we're offering life
- 15:05beyond this existence, we're offering Redemption.
- 15:08We're offering that no matter what you do, as long as you're
- 15:13sincere, as long as you're genuine, as long as you're
- 15:16willing to change your life and change your heart and learn to
- 15:20love others, do unto others. As you want done unto you, that
- 15:24your life can have purpose and meaning.
- 15:27And not only that, once you die, it's not over.
- 15:30You have the opportunity to be with those.
- 15:33You love those. You care about As we're atheism,
- 15:38what does it offer? It offers you nothing, it offers
- 15:42you nothing but anger, hatred animosity.
- 15:46A chip on your shoulder and for what you believe, you're in
- 15:51evolves slug yet, somehow think that you're better than the rest
- 15:55of the slugs on the pond. How meaningless of an existence
- 16:00must you have. I mean, have you ever listened
- 16:05to some of these people the way they boast and brag on video and
- 16:08they literally are not self-aware whatsoever.
- 16:12You're so stupid. The truth is, I'm a tape, I'm a
- 16:18tape. You should watch the new Ricky
- 16:21Gervais show or Jarvis or however.
- 16:23He pronounces his name, the comedian on Netflix he's
- 16:27literally smiling like from ear to ear.
- 16:32He says, Yeah. I'm an eighth and his British
- 16:36sounding voice. I'm an ape and that's my life
- 16:40and then I'll die. And then everybody, I love will
- 16:42die and he's had this big smile on his face.
- 16:45And it's like, why are you smiling for?
- 16:47What do you happy about? What's so good about being a
- 16:50fucking ape. If we were to even accept that,
- 16:54that's the truth. That that actually is the case
- 16:57that you're an ape. Has anybody ever visited than
- 17:01Sue before? Have you ever been out in the
- 17:03jungle? Have you ever seen Apes beat the
- 17:06shit out of each other, with clubs digging their own asshole
- 17:10with their bare little? A pens, slinging shit about the
- 17:14place. The most uncivilized fucking
- 17:16creatures that you could ever see hairy smelly Olin.
- 17:21Fleas off each other and mosquitoes up on a tree branch.
- 17:27Have you ever seen how aggressive and rough?
- 17:29Hateful they are whenever they're trying to have sex.
- 17:33Watch the animal channel. I'm a big fan of the Science
- 17:36Channel and the animal channel and things are ferocious.
- 17:40It's rough. So, if someone actually thinks
- 17:45their one hair away from being a fucking baboon, what's so
- 17:49impressive about that? And then before that, you were
- 17:53an ancient rat and before that a fucking lizard Beaver or
- 17:59whatever, the hell, you think you came from?
- 18:02Have you seen these atheists for?
- 18:03They have this big smile on your face.
- 18:05I'm still a fish. Oh, you are.
- 18:08You mean those things I catch what the worm on a hook.
- 18:11Those things I take home and Chop the pieces and then cook
- 18:14them up and eat them. You're a fish, you're a fucking
- 18:18human mermaid. And that to, you sounds coherent
- 18:23rational and logical. I don't know, man.
- 18:30At least with religious people. Have you noticed when you're
- 18:33talking to somebody who has faith in God, at least, when
- 18:36we're talking about our beliefs and our views will say things
- 18:39like, look, this is our faith. We're not able to present.
- 18:43Dominance for everything that we believe in view.
- 18:46Some of us, it's more of a feeling, some of it it's more.
- 18:50Zoe fuel were being led in the spirit and it's extremely
- 18:54difficult to explain a sensation or an emotion or something that
- 19:00you feel are the embodiment of something.
- 19:02It's extremely difficult to try, to explain to somebody else who
- 19:09doesn't understand or comprehend.
- 19:10Your relationship. The universe and how you feel
- 19:15like you're a part of all the energy around you, that you feel
- 19:18the power as you walk. It's hard to put that forth to
- 19:24somebody who's never known it's like trying to explain Skittles
- 19:28to a fucking blind person. Just because a person doesn't
- 19:32have the ability to express what the fuck colors Skittles are,
- 19:36does not mean that Skittles do not exist, though, just because
- 19:40the blind man can't see. I'm just saying, I'm just
- 19:44saying, but we do have enough that we know about the universe,
- 19:48and we do have enough that we know about existence, to realize
- 19:52that were special, there's something meaningful about our
- 19:57existence is where the atheist has nothing.
- 20:01No, it's no wonder to me whenever I see this kind of shit
- 20:06going on. We're Frank Turk is trying his
- 20:08best to talk. The Atheist, does his little
- 20:11arrogant spill and then once Frank Turk starts asking him
- 20:15questions, the guy will eventually run.
- 20:22You see him standing there? Now watch us around this time
- 20:26Frank Turk ask him some questions and voila he takes
- 20:32off. Atheist storms out after
- 20:36refusing to give an argument. That's one thing that a lot of
- 20:42people look up to, and respect Christians for whether our, our
- 20:47answers are good for you. Whether you accept our answers,
- 20:51at least, we try, at least we try.
- 20:54When you want to talk to us, we're willing to give it a shot
- 20:58to try to help you understand or comprehend where we're coming
- 21:01from. But the atheist.
- 21:04No burden of proofs are new. Well, burden of proof is on us,
- 21:09whenever it comes to describing our level of the supernatural,
- 21:13which you have the burden of proof of trying to explain
- 21:16things naturally. You would think that you would
- 21:19have full advantage. If everything is based upon
- 21:21nature, then you shouldn't have any kind of difficulty
- 21:26whatsoever arguing that since that's what you believe that all
- 21:30is but I have a challenge for you all out there.
- 21:35Can you explain what nature is outside of Earth?
- 21:39Explain? What?
- 21:40Nature is our how you define it and then we'll go from there.
- 21:44I'll tell you what. Ladies and gentlemen at Friday,
- 21:477 p.m. central I'm going to do a live show in ten bucks says that
- 21:52atheist won't show up that they won't come into the ring with
- 21:56me, but on their boxing gloves and have a good ass little brawl
- 22:01right there. Intellectually, of course, a
- 22:04nice. An intense discussion or even
- 22:07debate. Let's talk about it.
- 22:09Let's talk about the Alternatives.
- 22:13Well, I hope you all have a blessed day and I hope that
- 22:17atheists have learned. That you have majorly burned
- 22:20your Bridges as Neil deGrasse Tyson has pointed out.
