  look.
• 0:57
  I

  last
• 0:59
  year
• 1:00
  and
• 1:00
  so
• 1:01
  I
• 1:01
  noticed
• 1:01
  last
• 1:02
  time
• 1:02
  I
• 1:02
  was
• 1:02
  in
• 1:02

• 1:03
  and
• 1:03
  decor

• 1:03
  here
• 1:03
  and
• 1:04
  this
• 1:04
  is
• 1:04
  not
• 1:04
  a
• 1:04

• 1:04
  and
• 1:04
  decor
• 1:05
  statement
• 1:05
  special.
• 1:06
  They
• 1:06
  don't
• 1:06
  pay
• 1:06
  me
• 1:06
  a
• 1:07
  dime.
• 1:07
  This
• 1:08
  is
• 1:08
  not
• 1:08
  a

• 1:09
  but
• 1:09
  this
• 1:10
  stuff
• 1:10
  you
• 1:10
  used
• 1:10
  to
• 1:10
  have
• 1:10
  to
• 1:10
  order,
• 1:11
  pay
• 1:11
  for
• 1:11
  shipping,
• 1:12
  everything
• 1:12
  else,
• 1:13
  they
• 1:13
  now
• 1:13
  have
• 1:14
  them
• 1:14
  on
• 1:14
  the
• 1:15
  shelf.
• 1:16
  That
• 1:16
  is
• 1:16
  what's
• 1:17
  cool
• 1:17
  with
• 1:17
  this
• 1:17
  is
• 1:17
  you
• 1:18
  can
• 1:18
  go
• 1:18
  into
• 1:18
  your
• 1:18
  local
• 1:18
  store
• 1:19
  and
• 1:19
  grab
• 1:19
  them
• 1:19
  off
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  shelf.
• 1:21
  This
• 1:21
  is
• 1:21
  what's
• 1:22
  trick
• 1:22
  with
• 1:22
  this
• 1:22
  stuff.
• 1:23
  Now
• 1:23
  let's
• 1:24
  talk
• 1:24
  about
• 1:24
  where
• 1:24
  the
• 1:25
  good
• 1:25
  application
• 1:26
  for
• 1:26
  and
• 1:27
  where
• 1:27
  the
• 1:28
  not
• 1:28
  so
• 1:28
  good
• 1:29
  application
• 1:29
  for
• 1:30
  a
• 1:30
  couple
• 1:31
  things.
• 1:31
  These
• 1:32
  the
• 1:32
  sheets
• 1:33
  are
• 1:34
  21
• 1:35
  wide
• 1:35
  by
• 1:35
  93
• 1:36
  tall.
• 1:36
  So
• 1:37
  when
• 1:37
  it
• 1:37
  comes
• 1:37
  to
• 1:38
  remodeling
• 1:39
  or
• 1:39
  renovating
• 1:39
  your

• 1:40
  there
• 1:40
  is
• 1:41

  Of

• 2:04
  We

  the
• 2:05

• 2:05
  around
• 2:06

• 2:07
  as
• 2:07
  well
• 2:07
  as,
• 2:08
  you
• 2:08
  know,
• 2:08
  our
• 2:08
  closed
• 2:09

• 2:09
  over

  on
• 2:10

  you

  know,
• 2:11
  around
• 2:11
  the
• 2:12
  House
• 2:12
  Nation.
• 2:12
  I've
• 2:13
  got
• 2:13
  some
• 2:13
  more
• 2:13
  stuff
• 2:13
  coming
• 2:13
  up
• 2:14
  on
• 2:14
  there.
• 2:14
  I've
• 2:14
  got
• 2:14
  some
• 2:14
  videos
• 2:15
  that
• 2:15
  we're
• 2:15
  just
• 2:15
  finishing
• 2:16
  up
• 2:16
  here
• 2:16
  soon
• 2:17
  to
• 2:17
  go
• 2:17
  up
• 2:17
  on
• 2:18
  that
• 2:18
  channel.
• 2:19
  But
• 2:19
  I
• 2:19
  tell
• 2:19
  you
• 2:20
  what,
• 2:20
  there's
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  lot
• 2:20
  of
• 2:20
  stuff
• 2:21
  out
• 2:21
  there.
• 2:21
  So
• 2:21
  I'd
• 2:22
  love
• 2:22
  to
• 2:22
  join,
• 2:22
  have
• 2:23
  you
• 2:23
  join
• 2:23
  me
• 2:24
  in

  this
• 2:24
  journey
• 2:24
  of
• 2:25

• 2:25
  to
• 2:25
  see
• 2:25
  if
• 2:26
  we
• 2:26
  can
• 2:26
  get
• 2:26
  you
• 2:27
  the
• 2:27
  most
• 2:27
  information
• 2:28
  so
• 2:28
  you
• 2:29
  can
• 2:29
  make
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  right
• 2:29
  choices
• 2:30
  for
• 2:30
  your

• 2:31
  This
• 2:32
  hour
• 2:32
  is
• 2:32
  brought
• 2:32
  to
• 2:32
  you
• 2:32
  by
• 2:32
  our
• 2:33
  friends
• 2:33
  at
• 2:33
  Monument
• 2:33

• 2:34
  If
• 2:34
  you're
• 2:34
  looking
• 2:34
  for
• 2:34
  that
• 2:35
  brand
• 2:35
  new
• 2:35
  barbecue,
• 2:36
  check
• 2:36
  them
• 2:37
  out@monumentgrills.com
• 2:38
  even
• 2:39
  though
• 2:39
  we
• 2:39
  got
• 2:39
  six
• 2:40
  more
• 2:40
  weeks
• 2:40
  of
• 2:40
  winter,
• 2:41
  they
• 2:41
  say
• 2:42
  I
• 2:42
  think
• 2:42
  barbecue
• 2:43
  season
• 2:43
  is
• 2:43
  all
• 2:44
  year
• 2:44
  round.
• 2:44
  And
• 2:44
  I
• 2:45
  just
• 2:45
  had
• 2:45
  a
• 2:45
  beautiful
• 2:45
  steak
• 2:46
  on
• 2:46
  the
• 2:46
  barbecue
• 2:46
  last
• 2:47
  weekend.
• 2:48
  Man,
• 2:48
  it
• 2:49
  was
• 2:49
  good.
• 2:50
  Nothing
• 2:50
  like
• 2:51
  a
• 2:51
  good
• 2:51
  steak
• 2:51
  even
• 2:52
  in
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  wintertime.
• 2:53
  Today
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  wanted
• 2:54
  to
• 2:54
  talk
• 2:54
  about
• 2:55
  a
• 2:55
  bunch
• 2:55
  of
• 2:55
  different
• 2:56
  subjects.
• 2:56
  This
• 2:57
  is
• 2:57
  not
• 2:57
  gonna
• 2:57
  be
• 2:58
  as
• 2:58
  much
• 2:58
  of
• 2:58
  a
• 2:59
  themed
• 2:59
  episode,
• 3:00
  but
• 3:00
  just
• 3:00
  to
• 3:00
  check
• 3:01
  in
• 3:01
  on
• 3:02
  what's
• 3:02
  happening
• 3:03
  in
• 3:03
  everything
• 3:04
  around
• 3:04
  our
• 3:04
  homes
• 3:04
  here
• 3:05
  in
• 3:05
  2025.
• 3:06
  We've
• 3:06
  talked
• 3:06
  about
• 3:06
  stuff
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  last
• 3:07
  hour.
• 3:08
  We
• 3:08
  talked
• 3:09
  with
• 3:09
  Dallas
• 3:10
  Jones
• 3:10
  about
• 3:10
  radon.
• 3:11
  We
• 3:11
  talked
• 3:12
  last
• 3:12
  week
• 3:12
  about
• 3:12
  the
• 3:13
  cost
• 3:13
  versus
• 3:13
  value.
• 3:14
  And
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  wanted
• 3:14
  to
• 3:15
  hit
• 3:15
  some
• 3:15
  topical
• 3:15
  stuff
• 3:16
  here
• 3:16
  today
• 3:17
  to
• 3:17
  really
• 3:17
  start
• 3:17
  hitting
• 3:18
  on
• 3:18
  What
• 3:18
  I'm
• 3:18
  seeing
• 3:19
  out
• 3:19
  there,
• 3:19
  landscape,
• 3:20
  because
• 3:21
  there's
• 3:21
  a
• 3:21
  lot
• 3:21
  of
• 3:21
  fear,
• 3:22
  there's
• 3:22
  a
• 3:22
  lot
• 3:22
  of
• 3:23
  politics
• 3:23
  and
• 3:23
  all
• 3:24
  that
• 3:24
  stuff.
• 3:24
  And
• 3:25
  first
• 3:25
  off,
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  wanted
• 3:26
  to
• 3:26
  give
• 3:26
  you
• 3:26
  my
• 3:26
  new
• 3:26
  pledge.
• 3:26
  I've
• 3:27
  been
• 3:27
  really
• 3:27
  thinking
• 3:28
  hard
• 3:28
  and
• 3:29
  this
• 3:29
  has
• 3:29
  been
• 3:29
  one
• 3:29
  of
• 3:30
  the
• 3:30
  roughest,
• 3:31
  most
• 3:31
  divisive
• 3:32
  years
• 3:33
  here
• 3:33
  in
• 3:34
  my
• 3:34
  lifetime
• 3:35
  in
• 3:35
  American
• 3:36
  history
• 3:36
  here.
• 3:37
  And
• 3:37
  I
• 3:37
  see
• 3:37
  it
• 3:37
  in
• 3:38
  our
• 3:38
  families.
• 3:38
  I
• 3:39
  see
• 3:39
  it
• 3:39
  talking
• 3:40
  to
• 3:40
  therapists
• 3:41
  and
• 3:41
  counselors
• 3:42
  out
• 3:42
  there
• 3:42
  that
• 3:42
  are
• 3:43
  friends
• 3:43
  of
• 3:43
  mine.
• 3:44
  And
• 3:44
  we
• 3:44
  are
• 3:45
  putting
• 3:45
  so
• 3:45
  much
• 3:45
  stress
• 3:46
  on
• 3:46
  our
• 3:47
  personal
• 3:47
  relationships
• 3:48
  out
• 3:48
  there.
• 3:49
  I've
• 3:49
  wiped
• 3:49
  politics
• 3:50
  off
• 3:50
  cause
• 3:50
  I
• 3:50
  hit
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  overload
• 3:51
  thing.
• 3:52
  So
• 3:52
  we're
• 3:52
  not
• 3:53
  gonna
• 3:53
  be
• 3:53
  preaching
• 3:53
  here
• 3:54
  one
• 3:54
  side
• 3:54
  or
• 3:54
  the
• 3:55
  other.
• 3:55
  I
• 3:55
  am
• 3:56
  just
• 3:56
  done
• 3:56
  with
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  fear
• 3:57
  in
• 3:58
  the
• 3:58
  fighting.
• 3:58
  So
• 3:59
  that's
• 3:59
  not
• 3:59
  gonna
• 4:00
  be
• 4:00
  a
• 4:00
  part
• 4:00
  of
• 4:00
  this
• 4:00
  show.
• 4:01
  But
• 4:01
  I'm
• 4:01
  gonna
• 4:01
  try
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  give
• 4:02
  you
• 4:02
  the
• 4:02
  best
• 4:03
  information
• 4:03
  based
• 4:04
  off
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  facts
• 4:04
  that
• 4:05
  I
• 4:05
  can
• 4:05
  find
• 4:06
  and
• 4:06
  not
• 4:07
  some
• 4:07
  candidates
• 4:08
  political
• 4:08
  spin
• 4:08
  zone,
• 4:09
  no
• 4:09
  matter
• 4:09
  what
• 4:09
  side
• 4:10
  you
• 4:10
  are.
• 4:10
  Because
• 4:11
  I've
• 4:12
  had
• 4:12
  it.
• 4:12
  I've
• 4:12
  had
• 4:13
  enough.
• 4:13
  And
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  think
• 4:14
  we
• 4:14
  should
• 4:15
  all
• 4:15
  just
• 4:15
  get
• 4:15
  along
• 4:16
  because
• 4:16
  really
• 4:17
  they're
• 4:17
  both
• 4:17
  making
• 4:18
  money
• 4:18
  off
• 4:18
  us
• 4:18
  fighting.
• 4:19
  So
• 4:19
  let's
• 4:19
  see
• 4:19
  if
• 4:20
  we
• 4:20
  can
• 4:20
  do
• 4:20
  something
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  little
• 4:21
  bit
• 4:22
  better.
• 4:23
  So
• 4:23
  here's
• 4:23
  the
• 4:23
  thing.
• 4:24
  Home
• 4:24
  improvement
• 4:26
  and
• 4:26
  tariffs
• 4:27
  have
• 4:27
  been
• 4:27
  a
• 4:27
  hot
• 4:28
  topic.
• 4:28
  I've
• 4:28
  had
• 4:29
  a
• 4:29
  lot
• 4:29
  of
• 4:29
  questions
• 4:29
  coming
• 4:30
  in
• 4:30
  with
• 4:30
  people
• 4:31
  panicking.
• 4:31
  And
• 4:31
  it
• 4:32
  could
• 4:32
  be
• 4:32
  a
• 4:33
  kitchen
• 4:33
  designer
• 4:34
  that's
• 4:34
  worried
• 4:34
  about
• 4:35
  a
• 4:35
  25%
• 4:36
  increase
• 4:37
  on
• 4:37
  their
• 4:37
  Canadian
• 4:38
  cabinetry,
• 4:39
  or
• 4:39
  it
• 4:39
  could
• 4:39
  be
• 4:40
  drywallers
• 4:41
  worried
• 4:41
  about
• 4:41
  that
• 4:41
  gypsum
• 4:42
  coming
• 4:42
  out
• 4:42
  of
• 4:43
  Mexico.
• 4:44
  And
• 4:44
  so
• 4:44
  there's
• 4:44
  a
• 4:45
  lot
• 4:45
  going
• 4:45
  on
• 4:45
  out
• 4:46
  there.
• 4:46
  Now,
• 4:46
  first
• 4:47
  off,
• 4:47
  I
• 4:48
  just
• 4:48
  kind
• 4:48
  of
• 4:48
  call
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  spade
• 4:49
  a
• 4:49
  spade.
• 4:50
  We
• 4:50
  are
• 4:50
  seeing
• 4:51
  a
• 4:51
  lot
• 4:52
  of
• 4:52
  posturing
• 4:53
  by
• 4:54
  the
• 4:54
  United
• 4:54
  States
• 4:55
  right
• 4:55
  now.
• 4:56
  We
• 4:56
  are
• 4:56
  throwing,
• 4:57
  throwing
• 4:57
  bombs
• 4:58
  over
• 4:58
  fences.
• 4:59
  And
• 4:59
  I'm
• 4:59
  not
• 4:59
  talking
• 5:00
  something
• 5:00
  physical,
• 5:00
  but
• 5:01
  we
• 5:01
  are
• 5:01
  just
• 5:02
  absolutely
• 5:03
  slapping
• 5:04
  our
• 5:04
  neighbors
• 5:04
  around
• 5:04
  trying
• 5:05
  to
• 5:05
  get
• 5:05
  their
• 5:05
  attention.
• 5:06
  Now,
• 5:06
  I'm
• 5:06
  not
• 5:07
  saying
• 5:07
  that's
• 5:07
  right
• 5:07
  or
• 5:07
  wrong.
• 5:08
  That's
• 5:08
  not
• 5:08
  my
• 5:08
  thing
• 5:08
  here.
• 5:09
  But
• 5:09
  I'm
• 5:09
  going
• 5:09
  to
• 5:09
  talk
• 5:09
  about
• 5:09
  the
• 5:10
  ramifications,
• 5:10
  what
• 5:11
  we're
• 5:11
  seeing
• 5:11
  in
• 5:11
  our
• 5:11
  marketplace.
• 5:13
  So
• 5:13
  there's
• 5:13
  a
• 5:13
  couple
• 5:14
  things
• 5:14
  people
• 5:14
  don't
• 5:14
  have
• 5:14
  to
• 5:14
  worry
• 5:15
  about
• 5:15
  that
• 5:15
  Canadian
• 5:16
  stuff
• 5:17
  coming
• 5:17
  over
• 5:17
  the
• 5:18
  border.
• 5:18
  Here's
• 5:18
  our
• 5:19
  problem.
• 5:20
  Let's
• 5:20
  get
• 5:20
  down
• 5:20
  to
• 5:20
  the
• 5:21
  nuts
• 5:21
  and
• 5:21
  bolts
• 5:21
  in
• 5:22
  my
• 5:22
  area,
• 5:23
  Washington,
• 5:23
  Oregon,
• 5:24
  especially
• 5:24
  in
• 5:25
  Oregon,
• 5:25
  we've
• 5:25
  lost
• 5:26
  a
• 5:26
  bunch
• 5:27
  of
• 5:27
  lumber
• 5:27
  mills
• 5:28
  over
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  last
• 5:28
  year.
• 5:29
  2024
• 5:29
  was
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  brutal
• 5:30
  year
• 5:31
  for
• 5:31
  lumber
• 5:31
  mills.
• 5:32
  And
• 5:33
  that's
• 5:33
  because
• 5:33
  the
• 5:33
  state
• 5:34
  of
• 5:34
  Oregon
• 5:35
  put
• 5:35
  a
• 5:36
  lot
• 5:36
  of
• 5:36
  taxes
• 5:36
  in
• 5:37
  fees
• 5:37
  on
• 5:38
  logging.
• 5:39
  Now,
• 5:39
  a
• 5:39
  majority
• 5:40
  of
• 5:40
  our
• 5:41
  land
• 5:41
  in
• 5:41
  Oregon
• 5:42
  is
• 5:43
  government
• 5:43
  owned.
• 5:44
  It's
• 5:44
  a
• 5:44
  big
• 5:45
  number
• 5:45
  when
• 5:46
  you
• 5:46
  see
• 5:46
  on
• 5:46
  the
• 5:46
  east
• 5:46
  coast,
• 5:47
  you'll
• 5:47
  see
• 5:47
  states
• 5:48
  with
• 5:48
  single
• 5:48
  digit
• 5:49
  numbers,
• 5:49
  3,
• 5:49
  4,
• 5:50
  5%
• 5:50
  government
• 5:50
  owned.
• 5:51
  Over
• 5:51
  here,
• 5:52
  it's
• 5:52
  above
• 5:53
  50%
• 5:53
  in
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  lot
• 5:54
  of
• 5:54
  these
• 5:54
  western
• 5:54
  states.
• 5:55
  So
• 5:56
  the
• 5:56
  government
• 5:56
  controls
• 5:57
  what's
• 5:57
  going
• 5:58
  on
• 5:58
  in
• 5:58
  that
• 5:58
  land.
• 5:59
  So
• 5:59
  what
• 5:59
  happens
• 6:00
  is
• 6:00
  when
• 6:00
  they
• 6:00
  put
• 6:00
  those
• 6:01
  fees
• 6:01
  on
• 6:01
  there
• 6:01
  so
• 6:02
  they
• 6:02
  can
• 6:02
  get
• 6:02
  money,
• 6:03
  it
• 6:03
  prices
• 6:04
  our
• 6:04
  lumber
• 6:04
  that's
• 6:05
  local,
• 6:05
  out
• 6:06
  of
• 6:06
  the
• 6:06
  mix
• 6:07
  and
• 6:08
  Canada's
• 6:08
  got
• 6:08
  a
• 6:08
  lot
• 6:09
  of
• 6:09
  lumber.
• 6:10
  So
• 6:10
  what
• 6:10
  we're
• 6:10
  seeing
• 6:11
  now
• 6:11
  is
• 6:11
  a
• 6:12
  lot
• 6:12
  of
• 6:12
  lumber
• 6:12
  coming
• 6:13
  over.
• 6:13
  Softwood
• 6:14
  lumber,
• 6:14
  like
• 6:14
  framing
• 6:15
  lumber,
• 6:16
  plywoods,
• 6:16
  things
• 6:16
  like
• 6:17
  that
• 6:17
  are
• 6:17
  coming
• 6:17
  across
• 6:18
  the
• 6:18
  border
• 6:19
  into
• 6:19
  the
• 6:19
  United
• 6:20
  States
• 6:20
  because
• 6:21
  it's
• 6:21
  cheaper.
• 6:22
  And
• 6:22
  it
• 6:22
  just
• 6:23
  is
• 6:23
  right
• 6:23
  now.
• 6:24
  So
• 6:25
  I
• 6:25
  think
• 6:25
  we're
• 6:26
  a
• 6:26
  little
• 6:26
  misguided
• 6:27
  trying
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  get
• 6:29
  the
• 6:29
  cheaper
• 6:30
  lumber
• 6:30
  coming
• 6:30
  over.
• 6:31
  Maybe
• 6:32
  what
• 6:32
  we
• 6:32
  should
• 6:33
  be
• 6:33
  doing
• 6:33
  is
• 6:34
  worrying
• 6:34
  about
• 6:34
  these
• 6:35
  fees
• 6:35
  and
• 6:36
  taxes
• 6:36
  that
• 6:36
  we've
• 6:37
  increased
• 6:38
  that
• 6:38
  are
• 6:38
  costing
• 6:39
  us
• 6:39
  money
• 6:39
  here
• 6:40
  for
• 6:40
  home
• 6:41
  builders,
• 6:41
  homeowners.
• 6:42
  Because
• 6:43
  if
• 6:43
  it's
• 6:43
  costing
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  home
• 6:44
  builders
• 6:44
  money,
• 6:45
  it's
• 6:45
  costing
• 6:46
  us
• 6:46
  money
• 6:46
  as
• 6:47
  consumers.
• 6:48
  It's
• 6:48
  making
• 6:48
  homes
• 6:49
  less
• 6:49
  affordable.
• 6:50
  We
• 6:50
  already
• 6:50
  have
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  massive
• 6:52
  labor
• 6:52
  problem
• 6:53
  here
• 6:53
  in
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  United
• 6:54
  States
• 6:54
  because
• 6:54
  we
• 6:55
  decided
• 6:55
  to
• 6:56
  go
• 6:56
  the
• 6:56
  school
• 6:57
  of
• 6:57
  many
• 6:57
  school
• 6:57
  districts
• 6:58
  of
• 6:59
  everyone's
• 6:59
  getting
• 7:00
  a
• 7:00
  college
• 7:00
  education,
• 7:01
  whether
• 7:01
  you
• 7:01
  like
• 7:01
  it
• 7:02
  or
• 7:02
  not.
• 7:02
  And
• 7:03
  we
• 7:03
  are
• 7:03
  not
• 7:03
  going
• 7:04
  to
• 7:04
  support
• 7:04
  the
• 7:04
  trades.
• 7:05
  So
• 7:05
  what
• 7:05
  happens
• 7:06
  is
• 7:06
  now
• 7:06
  those
• 7:06
  kids
• 7:07
  that
• 7:07
  want
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  go
• 7:07
  out,
• 7:08
  guys,
• 7:09
  plenty
• 7:09
  of
• 7:09
  women
• 7:09
  getting
• 7:10
  into
• 7:10
  this
• 7:10
  and
• 7:10
  I
• 7:10
  love
• 7:10
  it
• 7:11
  into
• 7:12
  home
• 7:12
  building,
• 7:13
  into
• 7:13
  framing,
• 7:13
  into
• 7:14
  H
• 7:14
  Vac.
• 7:15
  It's
• 7:15
  a
• 7:15
  great
• 7:16
  career.
• 7:16
  And
• 7:16
  right
• 7:17
  now,
• 7:17
  if
• 7:18
  you
• 7:18
  want
• 7:18
  to
• 7:18
  provide
• 7:19
  for
• 7:19
  your
• 7:19
  family,
• 7:20
  go
• 7:20
  be
• 7:20
  a
• 7:20
  home
• 7:21
  builder,
• 7:21
  go
• 7:22
  be
• 7:22
  a
• 7:22
  framer.
• 7:22
  You'll
• 7:23
  make
• 7:23
  more
• 7:23
  money
• 7:23
  probably
• 7:24
  in
• 7:24
  your
• 7:24
  area
• 7:24
  than
• 7:24
  a
• 7:25
  school
• 7:25
  teacher
• 7:25
  does
• 7:26
  and
• 7:26
  you're
• 7:27
  not
• 7:27
  going
• 7:27
  to
• 7:27
  have
• 7:27
  that
• 7:27
  college
• 7:28
  debt.
• 7:28
  So
• 7:28
  if
• 7:28
  you
• 7:28
  like
• 7:29
  working
• 7:29
  with
• 7:29
  your
• 7:29
  hands,
• 7:29
  it's
• 7:30
  a
• 7:30
  great
• 7:30
  place
• 7:30
  to
• 7:30
  be.
• 7:31
  But
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  problem
• 7:31
  is
• 7:32
  we
• 7:32
  have
• 7:32
  eliminated
• 7:33
  so
• 7:33
  many
• 7:33
  of
• 7:33
  those
• 7:33
  programs
• 7:34
  and
• 7:34
  there's
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  lot
• 7:34
  of
• 7:35
  people
• 7:35
  out
• 7:35
  there
• 7:35
  that
• 7:35
  are
• 7:36
  working
• 7:36
  to
• 7:36
  get
• 7:36
  those
• 7:37
  back
• 7:37
  into
• 7:37
  the
• 7:37
  schools.
• 7:38
  But
• 7:39
  those
• 7:39
  wood
• 7:39
  shop
• 7:39
  classes,
• 7:40
  those
• 7:40
  automotive
• 7:41
  shop
• 7:41
  classes,
• 7:42
  the
• 7:42
  welding
• 7:42
  classes
• 7:43
  that
• 7:43
  left
• 7:44
  are
• 7:44
  adding
• 7:44
  tens
• 7:45
  of
• 7:45
  thousands
• 7:45
  of
• 7:46
  dollars
• 7:46
  to
• 7:46
  our
• 7:47
  homes
• 7:47
  these
• 7:47
  days.
• 7:48
  And
• 7:49
  that's
• 7:49
  becoming
• 7:49
  a
• 7:49
  problem.
• 7:50
  And
• 7:50
  it's
• 7:50
  going
• 7:51
  to
• 7:51
  be
• 7:51
  a
• 7:51
  problem.
• 7:51
  We
• 7:52
  are
• 7:52
  getting
• 7:53
  ready
• 7:53
  for
• 7:53
  another
• 7:54
  round
• 7:55
  of
• 7:55
  all
• 7:55
  this
• 7:55
  stuff
• 7:56
  happening
• 7:56
  where
• 7:56
  we're
• 7:56
  going
• 7:57
  to
• 7:57
  lose
• 7:57
  another
• 7:58
  generation
• 7:59
  of
• 7:59
  people
• 8:00
  retiring.
• 8:01
  And
• 8:01
  now
• 8:01
  we're
• 8:02
  really
• 8:02
  going
• 8:02
  to
• 8:02
  lose
• 8:03
  that
• 8:03
  brain
• 8:03
  trust
• 8:03
  and
• 8:04
  we're
• 8:04
  going
• 8:04
  to
• 8:04
  be
• 8:04
  really
• 8:04
  hurting
• 8:05
  on
• 8:05
  this.
• 8:06
  So
• 8:06
  what's
• 8:06
  that
• 8:06
  do?
• 8:07
  Adds
• 8:07
  more
• 8:07
  cost.
• 8:08
  That's
• 8:08
  why
• 8:09
  when
• 8:09
  you
• 8:09
  look
• 8:09
  at
• 8:10
  H
• 8:10
  Vac
• 8:10
  contractors
• 8:11
  coming
• 8:11
  out
• 8:11
  and
• 8:11
  giving
• 8:12
  you
• 8:12
  bids,
• 8:13
  that's
• 8:13
  half
• 8:13
  of
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  reason
• 8:14
  why
• 8:14
  you're
• 8:14
  seeing
• 8:14
  a
• 8:15
  $25,000
• 8:16
  bill
• 8:16
  for
• 8:16
  putting
• 8:17
  in
• 8:17
  a
• 8:17
  brand
• 8:17
  new
• 8:18
  high
• 8:18
  efficiency
• 8:18
  furnace
• 8:19
  and
• 8:19
  AC
• 8:19
  in.
• 8:20
  That's
• 8:20
  part
• 8:20
  of
• 8:20
  the
• 8:21
  reason.
• 8:22
  So
• 8:22
  not
• 8:23
  only
• 8:23
  do
• 8:23
  we
• 8:23
  have
• 8:23
  a
• 8:23
  lot
• 8:23
  of
• 8:23
  computers
• 8:24
  in
• 8:24
  there
• 8:24
  and
• 8:25
  a
• 8:25
  lot
• 8:25
  of
• 8:25
  high
• 8:25
  efficiency
• 8:26
  stuff,
• 8:26
  we're
• 8:27
  paying
• 8:27
  higher
• 8:27
  and
• 8:27
  higher
• 8:28
  labor
• 8:28
  numbers
• 8:28
  for
• 8:28
  that.
• 8:29
  So
• 8:30
  that's
• 8:30
  an
• 8:31
  issue.
• 8:31
  So
• 8:31
  we've
• 8:31
  got
• 8:32
  labor
• 8:32
  going
• 8:32
  up
• 8:33
  and
• 8:33
  now
• 8:33
  we've
• 8:33
  got
• 8:33
  materials
• 8:34
  going
• 8:34
  up
• 8:35
  and
• 8:35
  we're
• 8:35
  gonna
• 8:36
  see
• 8:36
  this
• 8:37
  thing
• 8:37
  like
• 8:37
  with
• 8:38
  Canada,
• 8:38
  for
• 8:38
  instance,
• 8:38
  with
• 8:39
  lumber.
• 8:39
  Here's
• 8:40
  what
• 8:40
  we're
• 8:40
  gonna
• 8:40
  see.
• 8:41
  There's
• 8:41
  a
• 8:42
  lot
• 8:42
  of
• 8:42
  cabinetry
• 8:42
  manufacturers
• 8:43
  that
• 8:43
  get
• 8:44
  their
• 8:44
  plywood
• 8:45
  and
• 8:45
  particle
• 8:45
  board
• 8:46
  out
• 8:47
  of
• 8:47
  Canada.
• 8:48
  In
• 8:48
  the
• 8:48
  US
• 8:49
  There's
• 8:49
  a
• 8:50
  lot
• 8:50
  of
• 8:50
  people
• 8:51
  in
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  US
• 8:52
  that
• 8:52
  buy
• 8:52
  cabinetry
• 8:53
  out
• 8:53
  of
• 8:53
  Canada.
• 8:54
  So
• 8:54
  when
• 8:54
  it
• 8:55
  comes
• 8:55
  to
• 8:56
  lumber,
• 8:57
  when
• 8:57
  it
• 8:57
  comes
• 8:57
  to
• 8:57
  anything
• 8:58
  made
• 8:58
  of
• 8:59
  wood
• 8:59
  for
• 8:59
  your
• 8:59
  house,
• 9:00
  there
• 9:00
  is
• 9:01
  going
• 9:01
  to
• 9:01
  be
• 9:01
  a
• 9:01
  chance
• 9:02
  moving
• 9:03
  forward
• 9:03
  that
• 9:04
  there's
• 9:04
  going
• 9:04
  to
• 9:04
  be
• 9:04
  10,
• 9:05
  15,
• 9:06
  25%
• 9:07
  surcharge
• 9:07
  on
• 9:08
  those
• 9:08
  raw
• 9:08
  materials.
• 9:09
  So
• 9:10
  we're
• 9:10
  going
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  have
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  see
• 9:11
  what
• 9:11
  happens.
• 9:12
  This
• 9:12
  happens
• 9:13
  hour
• 9:13
  by
• 9:13
  hour,
• 9:14
  day
• 9:14
  by
• 9:15
  day,
• 9:15
  week
• 9:16
  by
• 9:16
  week.
• 9:16
  And
• 9:17
  until
• 9:17
  they
• 9:17
  get
• 9:18
  that
• 9:18
  stuff
• 9:18
  figured
• 9:19
  out,
• 9:19
  we're
• 9:20
  just
• 9:20
  going
• 9:20
  to
• 9:20
  have
• 9:20
  to
• 9:20
  budget
• 9:21
  for
• 9:21
  this.
• 9:21
  Kitchen
• 9:22
  and
• 9:22
  bath
• 9:22
  designers,
• 9:23
  contractors
• 9:23
  out
• 9:24
  there
• 9:24
  need
• 9:24
  to
• 9:25
  put
• 9:25
  something
• 9:25
  in
• 9:25
  your
• 9:25
  contract
• 9:26
  so
• 9:26
  that
• 9:26
  your
• 9:26
  homeowners
• 9:27
  know
• 9:27
  that
• 9:28
  this
• 9:28
  could
• 9:28
  happen
• 9:29
  and
• 9:29
  it
• 9:29
  could
• 9:29
  affect
• 9:30
  the
• 9:30
  price
• 9:30
  so
• 9:30
  you
• 9:31
  don't
• 9:31
  eat
• 9:31
  it.
• 9:32
  And
• 9:32
  homeowners,
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  need
• 9:33
  to
• 9:33
  budget
• 9:34
  that,
• 9:34
  that
• 9:34
  it
• 9:34
  could
• 9:35
  cost
• 9:35
  a
• 9:35
  little
• 9:36
  bit
• 9:36
  more
• 9:36
  for
• 9:36
  these
• 9:36
  projects
• 9:37
  in
• 9:37
  the
• 9:38
  near
• 9:38
  term.
• 9:39
  Right
• 9:39
  now.
• 9:40
  Good
• 9:40
  time
• 9:40
  to
• 9:40
  go
• 9:41
  buy
• 9:41
  that
• 9:41
  stuff.
• 9:42
  Do
• 9:42
  we
• 9:42
  need
• 9:42
  balance
• 9:43
  in
• 9:43
  that?
• 9:43
  Absolutely.
• 9:44
  Now
• 9:45
  coming
• 9:46
  out
• 9:46
  of
• 9:46
  Mexico,
• 9:47
  we've
• 9:47
  got
• 9:47
  drywall
• 9:48
  because
• 9:48
  that's
• 9:49
  where
• 9:49
  that
• 9:49
  gypsum
• 9:49
  is
• 9:50
  coming
• 9:50
  out
• 9:50
  of
• 9:50
  there.
• 9:51
  Now
• 9:51
  if
• 9:52
  we
• 9:52
  see
• 9:52
  a
• 9:52
  25%
• 9:53
  tariff
• 9:53
  on
• 9:53
  that.
• 9:54
  Yes.
• 9:54
  Are
• 9:54
  ridiculously
• 9:56
  high,
• 9:56
  drywall
• 9:57
  prices
• 9:58
  are
• 9:58
  going
• 9:58
  to
• 9:58
  get
• 9:59
  higher.
• 9:59
  Absolutely.
• 10:00
  And
• 10:00
  so
• 10:01
  we'll
• 10:01
  see
• 10:01
  that.
• 10:02
  Now
• 10:03
  what
• 10:03
  we'll
• 10:03
  see
• 10:04
  though
• 10:04
  is
• 10:04
  that
• 10:04
  we
• 10:05
  might
• 10:05
  see
• 10:05
  it
• 10:05
  coming
• 10:05
  out
• 10:05
  of
• 10:06
  other
• 10:06
  places,
• 10:07
  but
• 10:07
  that
• 10:07
  takes
• 10:07
  time.
• 10:08
  So
• 10:09
  unfortunately
• 10:10
  as
• 10:10
  homeowners
• 10:11
  and
• 10:11
  we're
• 10:12
  seeing
• 10:12
  stuff
• 10:12
  coming
• 10:12
  out
• 10:12
  of
• 10:13
  China
• 10:13
  that
• 10:13
  could
• 10:13
  be.
• 10:14
  Well,
• 10:14
  anything
• 10:14
  in
• 10:15
  our
• 10:15
  homes
• 10:15
  is
• 10:15
  coming
• 10:15
  out
• 10:16
  of
• 10:16
  China
• 10:16
  it
• 10:16
  seems.
• 10:17
  You
• 10:17
  know,
• 10:18
  right
• 10:18
  now
• 10:18
  we
• 10:18
  can
• 10:18
  do
• 10:18
  a
• 10:19
  lot
• 10:19
  really
• 10:20
  supporting
• 10:21
  our
• 10:21
  people
• 10:22
  in
• 10:22
  the
• 10:22
  U.S.
• 10:23
  those
• 10:23
  local
• 10:23
  companies.
• 10:24
  If
• 10:24
  you're
• 10:24
  gonna
• 10:24
  pay
• 10:25
  more,
• 10:25
  buy
• 10:26
  local.
• 10:27
  Now
• 10:27
  when
• 10:27
  I
• 10:27
  come
• 10:27
  back,
• 10:27
  I
• 10:28
  want
• 10:28
  to
• 10:28
  talk
• 10:28
  about
• 10:28
  something
• 10:28
  that's
• 10:29
  big
• 10:29
  and
• 10:30
  this
• 10:30
  is
• 10:30
  Amazon
• 10:30
  and
• 10:31
  I'm
• 10:31
  not
• 10:31
  going
• 10:31
  after
• 10:31
  these
• 10:32
  guys,
• 10:32
  but
• 10:32
  I
• 10:32
  want
• 10:32
  to
• 10:32
  really
• 10:32
  give
• 10:33
  you
• 10:33
  a
• 10:33
  really
• 10:33
  thing
• 10:33
  to
• 10:34
  pay
• 10:34
  attention
• 10:35
  to
• 10:35
  right
• 10:35
  now
• 10:36
  out
• 10:36
  of
• 10:36
  Amazon.
• 10:37
  And
• 10:37
  it's
• 10:37
  becoming
• 10:37
  a
• 10:38
  problem
• 10:38
  for
• 10:38
  people
• 10:38
  out
• 10:39
  there
• 10:39
  all
• 10:39
  across
• 10:39
  the
• 10:40
  country.
• 10:40
  We'll
• 10:40
  do
• 10:41
  that
• 10:41
  just
• 10:41
  as
• 10:41
  soon
• 10:41
  as
• 10:41
  around
• 10:42
  the
• 10:42
  House
• 10:42
  returns.
• 10:43
  Don't
• 10:43
  go
• 10:43
  anywhere.
• 12:07
  The
• 12:08
  kids
• 12:08
  these
• 12:09
  days
• 12:09
  will
• 12:09
  never
• 12:10
  understand
• 12:13
  what
• 12:14
  it's
• 12:14
  like
• 12:14
  to
• 12:14
  play
• 12:15
  an
• 12:15
  instrument,
• 12:16
  to
• 12:17
  be
• 12:17
  in
• 12:17
  a
• 12:18
  band.
• 12:19
  What's
• 12:19
  up?
• 12:19
  This
• 12:19
  is
• 12:20
  Sticks
• 12:20
  It
• 12:20
  In
• 12:20
  Ya
• 12:21
  and
• 12:21
  Satchel
• 12:22
  from
• 12:22
  Steel
• 12:23
  Panther.
• 12:23
  And
• 12:23
  you
• 12:24
  are
• 12:24
  listening
• 12:25
  to
• 12:25
  around
• 12:26
  the
• 12:26
  House
• 12:26
  with
• 12:26
  Eric
• 12:27
  G.
• 12:27
  Yeah,
• 12:29
  we
• 12:29
  love
• 12:29
  Eric
• 12:30
  G.
• 12:30
  And
• 12:30
  you
• 12:31
  should,
• 12:31
  too.
• 12:35
  Welcome
• 12:36
  back
• 12:36
  to
• 12:36
  the
• 12:36

• 12:37

• 12:37

• 12:38
  of
• 12:38

• 12:38
  improvement.
• 12:39
  I'm
• 12:39
  Eric
• 12:39
  G.
• 12:40
  Thanks
• 12:40
  for
• 12:40

  you

• 12:46
  we
• 12:46
  got
• 12:46
  a
• 12:46
  new
• 12:46
  website
• 12:46
  coming
• 12:47
  up
• 12:47
  soon.
• 12:47
  I've
• 12:48
  been
• 12:48
  busy
• 12:48
  on
• 12:48
  other
• 12:48
  stuff,
• 12:49
  but
• 12:49
  we're
• 12:49
  getting
• 12:49
  ready
• 12:49
  to
• 12:50

• 12:50
  that
• 12:50
  thing
• 12:50
  out

  too.
• 12:58
  And
• 12:58
  I

  hey,

  man,
• 12:58

  up

• 13:10
  for
• 13:10
  home
• 13:10
  improvement
• 13:11
  stuff,
• 13:12
  design,
• 13:12
  construction,
• 13:13
  everything.
• 13:14
  And
• 13:14
  it's
• 13:14
  always
• 13:14
  exciting
• 13:15
  to
• 13:15
  get
• 13:15
  down
• 13:15
  there.
• 13:16
  See,
• 13:16
  my
• 13:16
  friends
• 13:17
  will
• 13:17
  be
• 13:17
  broadcasting
• 13:18
  down
• 13:18
  there
• 13:18
  as
• 13:19
  well
• 13:19
  for
• 13:19
  future
• 13:20
  episodes.
• 13:21
  So
• 13:21
  we've
• 13:21
  got
• 13:21
  some
• 13:22
  absolutely
• 13:22
  exciting
• 13:23
  people,
• 13:23
  new
• 13:23
  products,
• 13:24
  things
• 13:24
  like
• 13:25
  that
• 13:25
  to
• 13:25
  see
• 13:25
  down
• 13:25
  there.
• 13:26
  And
• 13:26
  we'll
• 13:27
  be
• 13:27
  sliding
• 13:27
  that
• 13:27
  stuff
• 13:28
  in
• 13:28
  here
• 13:28
  in
• 13:29
  February,
• 13:29
  March,
• 13:30
  all
• 13:30
  that
• 13:30
  stuff.
• 13:31
  I've
• 13:31
  been
• 13:31
  buried
• 13:31
  with
• 13:32
  that
• 13:32
  stuff.
• 13:32
  So
• 13:32
  hopefully
• 13:33
  we'll
• 13:33
  get
• 13:33
  up
• 13:33
  on
• 13:33
  that
• 13:34
  stuff
• 13:34
  and
• 13:34
  get
• 13:34
  going
• 13:34
  on
• 13:35
  it.
• 13:35
  This
• 13:35
  hour
• 13:35
  is
• 13:35
  brought
• 13:35
  to
• 13:36
  you
• 13:36
  by
• 13:36
  our

• 13:38
  at
• 13:38

• 13:39

• 13:41
  and
• 13:41
  it's
• 13:41
  just
• 13:41
  something
• 13:42
  to
• 13:42
  we're
• 13:42
  going
• 13:42
  to
• 13:42
  be
• 13:42
  doing
• 13:43
  a
• 13:43
  lot
• 13:43
  of
• 13:43
  stuff
• 13:43
  here
• 13:43
  in
• 13:43
  February
• 13:44
  and
• 13:44
  March.
• 13:44
  So
• 13:45
  you
• 13:45
  guys
• 13:45
  are
• 13:45
  going
• 13:45
  to
• 13:45
  get
• 13:46
  a
• 13:46
  treat
• 13:46
  with
• 13:46
  a
• 13:46
  lot
• 13:47
  of
• 13:47
  great
• 13:47
  new
• 13:47
  stuff
• 13:47
  coming.
• 13:48
  We've
• 13:48
  been
• 13:48
  talking
• 13:48
  here
• 13:49
  about
• 13:50
  the
• 13:50
  tariffs
• 13:51
  and
• 13:51
  how
• 13:51
  that
• 13:51
  could
• 13:51
  affect
• 13:52
  homes.
• 13:52
  And
• 13:52
  one
• 13:53
  thing
• 13:53
  I
• 13:53
  wanted
• 13:53
  to
• 13:54
  just
• 13:54
  put
• 13:54
  a
• 13:54
  comment
• 13:54
  in
• 13:55
  here
• 13:55
  on
• 13:56
  a
• 13:56
  new
• 13:56
  one
• 13:56
  that's
• 13:57
  been
• 13:57
  really
• 13:57
  getting
• 13:58
  worse
• 13:58
  and
• 13:58
  worse
• 13:59
  is
• 14:00
  Amazon.
• 14:01
  And
• 14:01
  Amazon,
• 14:02
  like
• 14:02
  many
• 14:03
  other
• 14:03
  online
• 14:04
  retailers,
• 14:05
  has
• 14:06
  an
• 14:06
  interesting
• 14:07
  problem
• 14:07
  on
• 14:07
  their
• 14:07
  hands.
• 14:08
  And
• 14:09
  this
• 14:09
  is
• 14:10
  where
• 14:10
  I
• 14:10
  feel
• 14:10
  bad
• 14:11
  for
• 14:11
  our
• 14:11
  American
• 14:12
  inventors.
• 14:13
  That
• 14:14
  lady,
• 14:14
  that
• 14:15
  guy
• 14:15
  in
• 14:16
  their
• 14:16
  garage
• 14:17
  coming
• 14:17
  up
• 14:17
  with
• 14:17
  a
• 14:17
  better
• 14:18
  idea
• 14:18
  to
• 14:18
  do
• 14:18
  something
• 14:19
  innovative.
• 14:20
  They
• 14:20
  spend
• 14:20
  the
• 14:20
  time,
• 14:21
  they
• 14:21
  get
• 14:21
  into
• 14:21
  production,
• 14:22
  they
• 14:23
  go
• 14:23
  get
• 14:23
  a
• 14:23
  patent.
• 14:24
  They
• 14:24
  work
• 14:24
  through
• 14:25
  that
• 14:25
  over
• 14:25
  the
• 14:25
  years,
• 14:26
  or
• 14:26
  at
• 14:27
  least
• 14:27
  patent
• 14:27
  pending,
• 14:28
  and
• 14:28
  they
• 14:29
  bring
• 14:29
  it
• 14:29
  to
• 14:29
  market.
• 14:30
  It's
• 14:31
  beautiful.
• 14:32
  It's
• 14:32
  awesome.
• 14:33
  They
• 14:33
  put
• 14:34
  it
• 14:34
  up
• 14:34
  on
• 14:34
  Amazon
• 14:36
  and
• 14:36
  90
• 14:36
  days
• 14:37
  later,
• 14:38
  some
• 14:38
  company
• 14:38
  out
• 14:39
  of
• 14:39
  overseas
• 14:40
  is
• 14:40
  taking
• 14:41
  the
• 14:41
  product
• 14:42
  Knocking
• 14:43
  it
• 14:43
  off.
• 14:43
  I
• 14:44
  mean,
• 14:44
  they
• 14:44
  have
• 14:44
  bought
• 14:45
  one
• 14:45
  and
• 14:45
  they
• 14:45
  have
• 14:45
  copied
• 14:46
  it.
• 14:46
  Colors,
• 14:48
  new
• 14:48
  name,
• 14:49
  cheap,
• 14:50
  and
• 14:50
  you
• 14:50
  buy
• 14:51
  it
• 14:51
  on
• 14:51
  Amazon.
• 14:52
  And
• 14:52
  this
• 14:53
  is
• 14:53
  one
• 14:53
  of
• 14:53
  those
• 14:54
  things
• 14:54
  just
• 14:55
  absolutely
• 14:56
  drives
• 14:56
  me
• 14:56
  nuts.
• 14:57
  And
• 14:57
  really,
• 14:58
  as
• 14:59
  a
• 14:59
  person
• 14:59
  here
• 15:00
  trying
• 15:00
  to
• 15:01
  do
• 15:01
  something,
• 15:02
  you
• 15:02
  can't
• 15:03
  do
• 15:03
  much
• 15:03
  to
• 15:03
  defend
• 15:04
  it.
• 15:04
  And
• 15:04
  our
• 15:04
  system
• 15:05
  has
• 15:05
  made
• 15:05
  it
• 15:05
  so
• 15:05
  it's
• 15:06
  very
• 15:06
  hard
• 15:06
  to
• 15:07
  do
• 15:07
  that.
• 15:08
  And
• 15:08
  that's
• 15:08
  where
• 15:09
  really
• 15:09
  I
• 15:09
  have
• 15:09
  a
• 15:09
  problem
• 15:10
  with
• 15:10
  some
• 15:10
  of
• 15:10
  these
• 15:10
  online
• 15:11
  retailers.
• 15:12
  Great
• 15:13
  example.
• 15:13
  Last
• 15:14
  year
• 15:14
  I
• 15:14
  met
• 15:15
  at
• 15:15
  the
• 15:15
  National
• 15:15
  Hardware
• 15:16
  show,
• 15:17
  these
• 15:17
  super
• 15:17
  awesome
• 15:18
  people
• 15:19
  that
• 15:19
  built
• 15:19
  a
• 15:19
  vise
• 15:20
  for
• 15:20
  your
• 15:20
  benchtop.
• 15:21
  IQ
• 15:21
  Vice,
• 15:22
  a
• 15:22
  360
• 15:24
  degree
• 15:24
  articulating
• 15:25
  bench
• 15:25
  vise
• 15:26
  made
• 15:26
  from
• 15:26
  steel
• 15:27
  cast
• 15:27
  aluminum.
• 15:28
  It
• 15:28
  is
• 15:29
  heavy
• 15:29
  duty.
• 15:30
  You
• 15:30
  can
• 15:31
  do
• 15:31
  anything
• 15:31
  from
• 15:31
  firearms
• 15:32
  to
• 15:32
  bicycles,
• 15:33
  to
• 15:33
  guitars,
• 15:33
  to
• 15:34
  pipe
• 15:34
  with
• 15:34
  it.
• 15:35
  It
• 15:35
  is
• 15:36
  beautiful.
• 15:37
  And
• 15:38
  this
• 15:38
  is
• 15:38
  what's
• 15:39
  cool
• 15:39
  with
• 15:39
  this
• 15:39
  thing.
• 15:39
  It
• 15:40
  works
• 15:40
  great.
• 15:41
  But
• 15:41
  what
• 15:41
  do
• 15:41
  I
• 15:42
  see?
• 15:42
  I
• 15:43
  jump
• 15:43
  on
• 15:43
  Amazon
• 15:44
  and
• 15:45
  they
• 15:45
  have
• 15:45
  an
• 15:45
  exact
• 15:46
  copy
• 15:46
  sitting
• 15:47
  right
• 15:47
  there.
• 15:48
  Instead
• 15:48
  of
• 15:48
  IQ
• 15:48
  Vice,
• 15:49
  they
• 15:50
  call
• 15:50
  it
• 15:50
  the
• 15:50
  real
• 15:51
  Avid
• 15:51
  Vice.
• 15:52
  And
• 15:52
  instead
• 15:52
  of
• 15:52
  it
• 15:53
  being
• 15:53
  279,
• 15:54
  they
• 15:55
  have
• 15:55
  it
• 15:55
  for
• 15:55
  239
• 15:57
  and
• 15:57
  they've
• 15:57
  got
• 15:58
  it
• 15:58
  on
• 15:58
  the
• 15:58
  quick
• 15:58
  delivery.
• 15:59
  It
• 15:59
  is
• 16:00
  a
• 16:00
  cheapo
• 16:01
  knockoff
• 16:02
  with
• 16:03
  it.
• 16:03
  And
• 16:04
  I
• 16:05
  can't
• 16:05
  stand
• 16:06
  to
• 16:06
  see
• 16:06
  this.
• 16:07
  They
• 16:08
  have
• 16:08
  just
• 16:08
  absolutely
• 16:10
  ripped
• 16:10
  off
• 16:10
  this
• 16:11
  vise
• 16:12
  and
• 16:12
  they
• 16:13
  have
• 16:13
  copied
• 16:13
  every
• 16:14
  little
• 16:14
  piece.
• 16:14
  I
• 16:15
  would
• 16:15
  bet
• 16:15
  that
• 16:15
  the
• 16:15
  parts
• 16:16
  are
• 16:16
  even
• 16:16
  interchangeable.
• 16:18
  And
• 16:18
  that's
• 16:18
  the
• 16:18
  sad
• 16:19
  part.
• 16:19
  People
• 16:20
  go
• 16:20
  on
• 16:20
  there,
• 16:20
  they
• 16:20
  don't
• 16:21
  know
• 16:21
  the
• 16:21
  brand
• 16:21
  name,
• 16:22
  they
• 16:22
  don't
• 16:22
  know
• 16:23
  that's
• 16:23
  an
• 16:23
  IQ
• 16:23
  vice
• 16:24
  that
• 16:24
  somebody
• 16:25
  spent
• 16:25
  all
• 16:26
  their
• 16:26
  time
• 16:26
  in.
• 16:27
  And
• 16:27
  there's
• 16:27
  nothing
• 16:28
  really
• 16:28
  that
• 16:28
  these
• 16:28
  guys
• 16:29
  can
• 16:29
  do.
• 16:30
  And
• 16:30
  even
• 16:30
  if
• 16:31
  you
• 16:31
  have
• 16:31
  a
• 16:31
  patent
• 16:32
  or
• 16:32
  a
• 16:32
  trademark,
• 16:33
  and
• 16:33
  this
• 16:34
  is
• 16:34
  what's
• 16:34
  crazy
• 16:35
  here,
• 16:35
  I
• 16:36
  own
• 16:36
  the
• 16:36
  trademark
• 16:37
  for
• 16:37
  the
• 16:37
  around
• 16:37
  the
• 16:37
  house
• 16:38
  show.
• 16:38
  I
• 16:39
  paid
• 16:39
  for
• 16:39
  it,
• 16:39
  I've
• 16:40
  spent
• 16:40
  thousands
• 16:40
  of
• 16:41
  dollars.
• 16:41
  But
• 16:42
  if
• 16:42
  somebody
• 16:42
  comes
• 16:43
  out
• 16:43
  and
• 16:43
  does
• 16:44
  a
• 16:44
  knockoff
• 16:44
  off
• 16:45
  it
• 16:45
  and
• 16:45
  there's
• 16:45
  people
• 16:45
  out
• 16:46
  there
• 16:46
  that
• 16:46
  are
• 16:46
  that
• 16:46
  do
• 16:47
  it,
• 16:47
  then
• 16:48
  you
• 16:48
  have
• 16:48
  to
• 16:48
  spend
• 16:48
  the
• 16:49
  money.
• 16:49
  All
• 16:50
  you
• 16:50
  can
• 16:50
  do
• 16:50
  with
• 16:51
  a
• 16:51
  trademark
• 16:51
  like
• 16:51
  this,
• 16:52
  or
• 16:52
  with
• 16:52
  a
• 16:52
  patent
• 16:52
  even,
• 16:53
  you
• 16:53
  have
• 16:54
  to
• 16:54
  send
• 16:54
  a
• 16:54
  cease
• 16:54
  and
• 16:54
  desist.
• 16:55
  And
• 16:56
  when
• 16:56
  they
• 16:56
  tell
• 16:56
  you
• 16:56
  to
• 16:57
  pound
• 16:57
  sand,
• 16:58
  the
• 16:58
  only
• 16:59
  real
• 16:59
  option
• 16:59
  you
• 17:00
  have
• 17:00
  is
• 17:01
  to
• 17:01
  go
• 17:01
  to
• 17:01
  federal
• 17:02
  court
• 17:02
  and
• 17:03
  sue
• 17:03
  them.
• 17:04
  There
• 17:04
  is
• 17:04
  not
• 17:04
  another
• 17:05
  way.
• 17:05
  The
• 17:05
  trademark
• 17:06
  office
• 17:06
  doesn't
• 17:07
  get
• 17:07
  involved.
• 17:08
  I've
• 17:09
  had
• 17:09
  people
• 17:09
  go
• 17:09
  out
• 17:09
  and
• 17:09
  try
• 17:10
  to
• 17:10
  trademark
• 17:11
  around
• 17:11
  the
• 17:11
  house
• 17:12
  and
• 17:12
  do
• 17:12
  a
• 17:13
  copy
• 17:13
  of
• 17:13
  this
• 17:13
  show.
• 17:14
  And
• 17:15
  guess
• 17:15
  what?
• 17:16
  At
• 17:16
  least
• 17:16
  the
• 17:17
  uspto,
• 17:18
  which
• 17:18
  is
• 17:18
  the
• 17:18
  trademark
• 17:19
  office,
• 17:19
  says
• 17:20
  nope.
• 17:20
  That
• 17:20
  causes
• 17:21
  confusion.
• 17:21
  You
• 17:22
  can't
• 17:22
  do
• 17:22
  it.
• 17:23
  But
• 17:23
  you
• 17:24
  have
• 17:24
  to
• 17:24
  sit
• 17:24
  there
• 17:25
  and
• 17:25
  defend
• 17:25
  that
• 17:26
  trademark
• 17:26
  just
• 17:27
  like
• 17:27
  you
• 17:27
  have
• 17:27
  to
• 17:27
  defend
• 17:27
  a
• 17:28
  patent.
• 17:29
  So
• 17:29
  not
• 17:29
  only
• 17:29
  does
• 17:29
  this
• 17:30
  company
• 17:30
  spend
• 17:30
  all
• 17:31
  of
• 17:31
  their
• 17:31
  assets.
• 17:32
  And
• 17:32
  I
• 17:32
  haven't
• 17:32
  talked
• 17:32
  to
• 17:33
  IQ
• 17:33
  Vice
• 17:33
  about
• 17:33
  this.
• 17:34
  This
• 17:34
  is
• 17:34
  something
• 17:34
  that
• 17:34
  I've
• 17:35
  seen
• 17:35
  on
• 17:35
  my
• 17:35
  own.
• 17:35
  I
• 17:36
  know
• 17:36
  they're
• 17:36
  aware
• 17:36
  of
• 17:36
  it.
• 17:37
  So
• 17:37
  this
• 17:37
  is
• 17:37
  not
• 17:38
  anything
• 17:38
  to
• 17:38
  do
• 17:38
  with
• 17:38
  them.
• 17:39
  This
• 17:39
  is
• 17:39
  my
• 17:40
  being
• 17:41
  online
• 17:41
  and
• 17:41
  seeing
• 17:41
  it
• 17:42
  and
• 17:42
  going,
• 17:42
  oh
• 17:43
  man,
• 17:44
  somebody's
• 17:44
  ripping
• 17:45
  them
• 17:45
  off.
• 17:46
  And
• 17:46
  yeah,
• 17:46
  real
• 17:47
  avid
• 17:47
  Vice
• 17:47
  is
• 17:47
  doing
• 17:48
  that.
• 17:48
  They
• 17:48
  made
• 17:48
  a
• 17:49
  bad
• 17:49
  copy
• 17:49
  of
• 17:50
  it
• 17:50
  and
• 17:51
  they're
• 17:51
  trying
• 17:51
  to
• 17:51
  sell
• 17:51
  it
• 17:52
  and
• 17:52
  do
• 17:52
  that.
• 17:53
  And
• 17:53
  it's
• 17:53
  just
• 17:54
  sad.
• 17:54
  I
• 17:55
  look
• 17:55
  at
• 17:55
  it
• 17:55
  here
• 17:56
  and
• 17:56
  they
• 17:56
  have
• 17:57
  392
• 17:58
  reviews
• 17:59
  on
• 17:59
  Amazon
• 17:59
  for
• 17:59
  that,
• 18:00
  on
• 18:00
  something
• 18:00
  that
• 18:01
  they
• 18:01
  ripped
• 18:01
  off.
• 18:02
  And
• 18:02
  that's
• 18:02
  sad.
• 18:03
  That's
• 18:03
  what
• 18:04
  it
• 18:04
  is.
• 18:04
  But
• 18:05
  here's
• 18:05
  the
• 18:05
  thing.
• 18:06
  They've
• 18:06
  made
• 18:06
  it
• 18:06
  so
• 18:06
  impossible.
• 18:07
  Those
• 18:08
  guys
• 18:08
  would
• 18:08
  have
• 18:08
  to
• 18:08
  spend
• 18:09
  hundreds
• 18:10
  of
• 18:10
  thousands
• 18:10
  of
• 18:11
  dollars
• 18:12
  and
• 18:12
  to
• 18:12
  go
• 18:12
  after
• 18:12
  that
• 18:13
  company.
• 18:13
  And
• 18:13
  what's
• 18:14
  the
• 18:14
  company
• 18:14
  do?
• 18:15
  They're
• 18:15
  over
• 18:16
  in
• 18:16
  China,
• 18:16
  they're
• 18:17
  a
• 18:17
  knockoff.
• 18:18
  They'll
• 18:18
  change
• 18:19
  the
• 18:19
  name,
• 18:20
  they'll
• 18:20
  shut
• 18:20
  it
• 18:20
  down
• 18:21
  and
• 18:21
  they'll
• 18:21
  do
• 18:21
  it
• 18:21
  again.
• 18:22
  And
• 18:22
  what's
• 18:23
  Amazon
• 18:23
  going
• 18:23
  to
• 18:23
  do?
• 18:24
  They're
• 18:24
  going
• 18:24
  to
• 18:25
  shrug
• 18:25
  their
• 18:25
  shoulders
• 18:26
  and
• 18:26
  go,
• 18:27
  not
• 18:28
  our
• 18:28
  problem.
• 18:29
  We're
• 18:29
  not
• 18:30
  the
• 18:30
  ones
• 18:30
  that
• 18:30
  have
• 18:30
  to
• 18:31
  sit
• 18:31
  there
• 18:32
  and
• 18:32
  do
• 18:32
  that.
• 18:33
  We
• 18:33
  don't
• 18:33
  have
• 18:33
  to
• 18:33
  sit
• 18:34
  here
• 18:34
  and
• 18:34
  police
• 18:35
  that.
• 18:36
  So
• 18:36
  I
• 18:36
  think
• 18:37
  there's
• 18:37
  going
• 18:37
  to
• 18:37
  have
• 18:37
  to
• 18:38
  be
• 18:38
  something
• 18:38
  out
• 18:38
  there
• 18:39
  to
• 18:40
  protect
• 18:40
  our
• 18:40
  American
• 18:41
  inventors
• 18:42
  on
• 18:42
  this
• 18:43
  knockoff
• 18:43
  stuff.
• 18:44
  And
• 18:45
  to
• 18:45
  me,
• 18:45
  I
• 18:46
  would
• 18:46
  say
• 18:46
  we
• 18:46
  should
• 18:47
  start
• 18:47
  off
• 18:47
  with,
• 18:48
  by
• 18:48
  holding
• 18:49
  people
• 18:49
  like
• 18:49
  Amazon
• 18:50
  and
• 18:50
  other
• 18:50
  retailers
• 18:51
  responsible
• 18:52
  for
• 18:52
  this
• 18:52
  stuff.
• 18:53
  They're
• 18:53
  the,
• 18:53
  they're
• 18:53
  the
• 18:54
  end
• 18:54
  result.
• 18:55
  And
• 18:55
  no.
• 18:56
  Does
• 18:56
  Amazon
• 18:57
  have
• 18:57
  the
• 18:57
  ability
• 18:57
  really
• 18:58
  to
• 18:58
  go
• 18:58
  through
• 18:59
  and
• 18:59
  check
• 19:00
  all
• 19:00
  that
• 19:00
  stuff
• 19:00
  and
• 19:01
  see
• 19:01
  it?
• 19:01
  No,
• 19:01
  they
• 19:01
  don't.
• 19:02
  But
• 19:02
  you
• 19:02
  should
• 19:03
  be
• 19:03
  able
• 19:03
  to
• 19:04
  as
• 19:04
  a
• 19:05
  manufacturer
• 19:06
  reach
• 19:06
  out
• 19:06
  to
• 19:06
  them
• 19:07
  through
• 19:07
  something
• 19:08
  and
• 19:08
  say,
• 19:08
  hey
• 19:09
  guys,
• 19:09
  these
• 19:10
  guys
• 19:10
  are
• 19:10
  ripping
• 19:10
  me
• 19:11
  off
• 19:11
  and
• 19:11
  you're
• 19:11
  playing
• 19:12
  a
• 19:12
  part.
• 19:12
  And
• 19:13
  they
• 19:13
  should
• 19:13
  be
• 19:13
  able
• 19:13
  to
• 19:13
  go,
• 19:14
  oh,
• 19:14
  you're
• 19:14
  right.
• 19:15
  And
• 19:15
  this
• 19:15
  goes
• 19:16
  with
• 19:16
  knife
• 19:16
  sharpening.
• 19:17
  This
• 19:17
  goes
• 19:18
  with
• 19:18
  all
• 19:18
  the
• 19:19
  different
• 19:19
  major
• 19:19
  cool
• 19:20
  tools
• 19:20
  you
• 19:20
  see
• 19:20
  out
• 19:21
  there.
• 19:21
  And
• 19:22
  I
• 19:22
  have
• 19:22
  tested
• 19:23
  a
• 19:23
  lot
• 19:23
  of
• 19:23
  these
• 19:25
  online.
• 19:26
  That
• 19:26
  was
• 19:26
  part
• 19:26
  of
• 19:26
  my
• 19:27
  show
• 19:27
  for
• 19:27
  the
• 19:27
  first
• 19:28
  18
• 19:28
  months
• 19:28
  of
• 19:29
  the
• 19:29
  around
• 19:29
  the
• 19:29
  House
• 19:29
  Northwest.
• 19:30
  I
• 19:30
  did
• 19:30
  a
• 19:30
  segment
• 19:31
  called
• 19:31
  you
• 19:31
  test
• 19:31
  it
• 19:32
  and
• 19:32
  I
• 19:32
  bought
• 19:32
  the
• 19:32
  cheap
• 19:33
  ones
• 19:33
  out
• 19:33
  there.
• 19:34
  And
• 19:34
  about
• 19:34
  90%
• 19:35
  of
• 19:35
  the
• 19:35
  time
• 19:36
  they
• 19:36
  were
• 19:37
  absolutely
• 19:38
  horrible
• 19:39
  pieces.
• 19:39
  Some
• 19:40
  of
• 19:40
  those
• 19:40
  things
• 19:40
  I
• 19:40
  couldn't
• 19:41
  even
• 19:41
  test
• 19:41
  them
• 19:42
  because
• 19:42
  that's
• 19:42
  how
• 19:42
  bad
• 19:42
  they
• 19:43
  were.
• 19:43
  Sometimes
• 19:44
  I
• 19:44
  had
• 19:44
  my
• 19:44
  hands
• 19:44
  on
• 19:45
  them
• 19:45
  and
• 19:45
  I
• 19:45
  was
• 19:45
  putting
• 19:45
  on
• 19:46
  a
• 19:46
  cut
• 19:46
  proof
• 19:46
  glove
• 19:46
  because
• 19:47
  I
• 19:47
  didn't
• 19:47
  know
• 19:47
  if
• 19:47
  it
• 19:47
  was
• 19:47
  going
• 19:48
  to
• 19:48
  explode
• 19:49
  and
• 19:49
  do
• 19:49
  something
• 19:50
  and
• 19:50
  hurt
• 19:50
  me.
• 19:51
  So
• 19:51
  these
• 19:51
  are
• 19:52
  things
• 19:52
  that
• 19:52
  I'm
• 19:53
  really
• 19:53
  worried
• 19:53
  about
• 19:54
  with
• 19:54
  our
• 19:55
  consumers
• 19:55
  out
• 19:56
  there
• 19:56
  and
• 19:57
  something
• 19:57
  that
• 19:57
  we
• 19:57
  need
• 19:57
  to
• 19:58
  figure
• 19:58
  out
• 19:58
  as
• 19:58
  consumers
• 19:59
  to
• 19:59
  maybe
• 20:00
  take
• 20:00
  a
• 20:00
  second
• 20:01
  when
• 20:01
  we
• 20:01
  jump
• 20:01
  on
• 20:02
  Amazon
• 20:02
  to
• 20:02
  buy
• 20:02
  that
• 20:03
  new
• 20:03
  tool
• 20:04
  and
• 20:04
  figure
• 20:04
  out
• 20:05
  is
• 20:06
  that
• 20:06
  the
• 20:06
  real
• 20:06
  one
• 20:07
  we're
• 20:07
  getting.
• 20:08
  And
• 20:08
  that's
• 20:08
  the
• 20:08
  problem.
• 20:09
  Now
• 20:09
  the
• 20:09
  other
• 20:09
  thing
• 20:09
  that
• 20:10
  we're
• 20:10
  seeing
• 20:10
  too
• 20:10
  on
• 20:11
  some
• 20:11
  of
• 20:11
  these
• 20:11
  things
• 20:12
  is
• 20:13
  if
• 20:13
  you
• 20:13
  go
• 20:13
  buy
• 20:13
  it
• 20:14
  and
• 20:14
  they're
• 20:15
  saying
• 20:15
  oh,
• 20:15
  no
• 20:16
  returns.
• 20:17
  And
• 20:17
  this
• 20:17
  is
• 20:17
  on
• 20:17
  Amazon
• 20:18
  prime.
• 20:19
  Watch

• 20:19
  this.
• 20:20
  No
• 20:20
  returns.
• 20:21
  You're
• 20:21
  gonna
• 20:21
  have
• 20:21
  to
• 20:21
  deal
• 20:21
  with
• 20:22
  the
• 20:22
  company.
• 20:22
  Some
• 20:23
  of
• 20:23
  these
• 20:23
  companies
• 20:23
  out
• 20:24
  there.
• 20:24
  I've
• 20:24
  got
• 20:25
  one
• 20:25
  that
• 20:25
  I
• 20:25
  was
• 20:25
  gonna
• 20:25
  do
• 20:26
  a
• 20:26
  review
• 20:26
  on.
• 20:27
  Great
• 20:27
  example.
• 20:28
  These
• 20:28
  were
• 20:28
  some
• 20:28
  outdoor
• 20:29
  patio
• 20:29
  lights
• 20:30
  I
• 20:30
  was
• 20:30
  already
• 20:31
  do
• 20:31
  a
• 20:31
  review
• 20:31
  on.
• 20:32
  I'm
• 20:32
  gonna
• 20:32
  see
• 20:32
  how
• 20:32
  these
• 20:32
  things
• 20:33
  work.
• 20:33
  I
• 20:34
  have
• 20:34
  been
• 20:34
  working
• 20:35
  since
• 20:35
  Thanksgiving
• 20:36
  to
• 20:37
  get
• 20:37
  a
• 20:37
  warranty
• 20:38
  replacement.
• 20:39
  Only
• 20:39
  way
• 20:39
  you
• 20:39
  can
• 20:39
  deal
• 20:39
  with
• 20:40
  them
• 20:40
  is
• 20:40
  email
• 20:41
  and
• 20:41
  I
• 20:41
  just
• 20:41
  got
• 20:42
  a
• 20:42
  notification
• 20:42
  that
• 20:42
  they're
• 20:43
  processing
• 20:44
  this
• 20:44
  week
• 20:45
  the
• 20:46
  new
• 20:46
  one
• 20:46
  they're
• 20:46
  sending
• 20:47
  out
• 20:47
  for
• 20:47
  a
• 20:47
  defective
• 20:48
  item
• 20:48
  that
• 20:49
  lasted
• 20:50
  just
• 20:50
  months
• 20:50
  for
• 20:51
  outdoor
• 20:51
  string
• 20:51
  lights.
• 20:52
  And
• 20:53
  they
• 20:53
  basically
• 20:53
  grind
• 20:54
  you
• 20:54
  down
• 20:54
  and
• 20:54
  take
• 20:55
  months
• 20:55
  to
• 20:55
  do
• 20:55
  this
• 20:55
  stuff
• 20:55
  on
• 20:56
  the
• 20:56
  house.
• 20:56
  Be
• 20:56
  right
• 20:56
  back
• 20:56
  after
• 20:57
  these
• 20:57
  important
• 20:57
  messages.
• 20:58
  Don't
• 20:58
  change
• 20:59
  that
• 20:59
  dial.
• 20:59
  I'm
• 21:00
  just
• 21:00
  getting
• 21:00
  started
• 21:00

• 23:07
  I'm

  Eric

  G.
• 23:08
  Thanks
• 23:08
  for
• 23:08
  joining
• 23:09
  us
• 23:09
  today
• 23:09
  and
• 23:09
  we've
• 23:09
  been
• 23:09
  having
• 23:10
  a
• 23:10
  great
• 23:10
  conversation
• 23:11
  here
• 23:11
  about
• 23:12
  so
• 23:12
  many
• 23:12
  different
• 23:13
  topics
• 23:14
  and
• 23:14
  it's
• 23:14
  just
• 23:14
  going
• 23:14
  to
• 23:14
  be
• 23:15
  not
• 23:15
  one
• 23:15
  of
• 23:15
  those
• 23:15
  shows
• 23:15
  where
• 23:16
  we
• 23:16
  have
• 23:16
  what
• 23:16
  Henning.
• 23:17
  We
• 23:17
  are
• 23:17
  just
• 23:18
  diving
• 23:18
  into
• 23:19
  all
• 23:19
  this
• 23:19
  different
• 23:19
  home
• 23:20
  improvement
• 23:20
  and
• 23:20
  home
• 23:21
  improvement
• 23:21
  news.
• 23:22
  And
• 23:23
  here's
• 23:24
  the
• 23:24
  thing
• 23:24
  and
• 23:25
  this
• 23:25
  one
• 23:25
  is
• 23:26
  a
• 23:26
  sad
• 23:26
  one
• 23:26
  and
• 23:26
  I'm
• 23:27
  have
• 23:27
  to
• 23:27
  bring
• 23:27
  it
• 23:27
  down
• 23:27
  to
• 23:27
  give
• 23:28
  a
• 23:28
  quick
• 23:28
  tribute
• 23:28
  here
• 23:29
  as
• 23:30
  the
• 23:30
  entire
• 23:31
  radio
• 23:31
  industry
• 23:32
  is
• 23:32
  mourning
• 23:32
  the
• 23:33
  death
• 23:33
  of
• 23:34
  the
• 23:34
  Money
• 23:34
  Pit
• 23:35
  host
• 23:36
  Tom
• 23:36
  Krautler.
• 23:37
  Now
• 23:38
  Tom
• 23:38
  was
• 23:38
  a
• 23:38
  really
• 23:39
  good
• 23:39
  guy
• 23:39
  to
• 23:39
  me.
• 23:39
  I
• 23:40
  met
• 23:40
  him
• 23:40
  at
• 23:40
  industry
• 23:40
  events,
• 23:41
  was
• 23:42
  always
• 23:42
  gracious,
• 23:42
  was
• 23:43
  always
• 23:43
  nice,
• 23:43
  we
• 23:43
  always
• 23:44
  chatted
• 23:45
  and
• 23:45
  he
• 23:45
  was
• 23:45
  always
• 23:46
  a
• 23:46
  dude
• 23:47
  that
• 23:47
  was
• 23:47
  great
• 23:48
  to
• 23:48
  talk
• 23:48
  to,
• 23:48
  always
• 23:49
  appreciate
• 23:49
  him.
• 23:50
  And
• 23:50
  I
• 23:50
  feel
• 23:50
  so
• 23:51
  bad
• 23:51
  for
• 23:51
  his
• 23:52
  co
• 23:52
  host,
• 23:53
  his
• 23:53
  family,
• 23:54
  wife,
• 23:54
  kids,
• 23:55
  all
• 23:55
  the
• 23:56
  people
• 23:56
  he
• 23:56
  influenced.
• 23:57
  And
• 23:58
  it's
• 23:58
  really
• 23:59
  sad.
• 23:59
  He
• 23:59
  passed
• 23:59
  away
• 24:00
  on
• 24:00
  Sunday,
• 24:00
  last
• 24:01
  Sunday
• 24:01
  here
• 24:02
  on
• 24:02
  the
• 24:02
  second
• 24:03
  complications
• 24:04
  from
• 24:04
  surgery.
• 24:04
  Don't
• 24:04
  know
• 24:05
  all
• 24:05
  the
• 24:05
  details
• 24:05
  but
• 24:06
  he
• 24:06
  was
• 24:07
  really
• 24:07
  out
• 24:07
  there,
• 24:07
  one
• 24:07
  of
• 24:08
  those
• 24:08
  guys.
• 24:08
  Accomplished
• 24:09
  craftsman,
• 24:09
  educator,
• 24:10
  former
• 24:11
  chair
• 24:11
  of
• 24:11
  the
• 24:11
  news,
• 24:12
  New
• 24:12
  Jersey's
• 24:12
  first
• 24:13
  regulatory
• 24:13
  authority
• 24:14
  for
• 24:14
  licensing
• 24:14
  home
• 24:15
  inspectors.
• 24:16
  And
• 24:16
  he
• 24:16
  was
• 24:17
  a
• 24:17
  big
• 24:17
  behemoth
• 24:18
  out
• 24:18
  there
• 24:19
  in
• 24:19
  the
• 24:19
  radio
• 24:20
  world.
• 24:20
  So
• 24:20
  anytime
• 24:21
  we
• 24:21
  lose
• 24:22
  one
• 24:22
  of
• 24:22
  Those
• 24:22
  people
• 24:23
  out
• 24:23
  there
• 24:23
  that
• 24:23
  have
• 24:23
  been
• 24:24
  a
• 24:24
  legend
• 24:24
  for
• 24:24
  a
• 24:24
  long
• 24:25
  time,
• 24:25
  tip
• 24:26
  my
• 24:26
  hat
• 24:26
  to
• 24:26
  him
• 24:27
  and
• 24:28
  just
• 24:28
  feel
• 24:28
  bad
• 24:28
  for
• 24:29
  him
• 24:29
  and
• 24:29
  his
• 24:29
  family.
• 24:30
  We
• 24:30
  lost
• 24:31
  a
• 24:31
  bit
• 24:31
  of
• 24:32
  knowledge
• 24:32
  there.
• 24:32
  That
• 24:33
  guy
• 24:33
  had
• 24:33
  a
• 24:33
  lot
• 24:33
  going
• 24:34
  on
• 24:34
  with
• 24:34
  that
• 24:34
  show.
• 24:35
  And
• 24:35
  tip
• 24:36
  my
• 24:36
  hat
• 24:36
  to
• 24:36
  him
• 24:36
  and
• 24:37
  his
• 24:37
  family,
• 24:37
  and
• 24:38
  so
• 24:39
  sorry
• 24:39
  for
• 24:39
  their
• 24:39
  loss,
• 24:40
  but
• 24:40
  we'll
• 24:41
  see
• 24:41
  what
• 24:41
  they
• 24:41
  do.
• 24:41
  I
• 24:41
  guess
• 24:42
  they're
• 24:42
  trying
• 24:42
  to
• 24:42
  work
• 24:42
  out
• 24:43
  where
• 24:43
  do
• 24:43
  they
• 24:44
  go
• 24:44
  from
• 24:44
  here,
• 24:44
  and
• 24:44
  I
• 24:44
  don't
• 24:45
  blame
• 24:45
  them
• 24:45
  for
• 24:46
  doing
• 24:46
  that.
• 24:46
  So
• 24:47
  hats
• 24:47
  off
• 24:48
  to
• 24:48
  the
• 24:48
  Money
• 24:49
  Pit
• 24:49
  folks
• 24:50
  out
• 24:50
  there.
• 24:51
  We're
• 24:51
  all
• 24:51
  competitors
• 24:52
  in
• 24:52
  this
• 24:52
  world
• 24:52
  of
• 24:53
  radio
• 24:53
  and
• 24:53
  podcasting,
• 24:54
  but
• 24:55
  we
• 24:55
  still
• 24:55
  gotta
• 24:55
  sit
• 24:55
  there
• 24:56
  and
• 24:56
  say,
• 24:56
  man,
• 24:57
  that's
• 24:57
  a
• 24:57
  loss.
• 24:58
  Sorry
• 24:58
  to
• 24:58
  hear
• 24:58
  that,
• 24:59
  guys.
• 24:59
  The
• 25:00
  rest
• 25:00
  of
• 25:00
  this
• 25:00
  segment
• 25:00
  here,
• 25:01
  I
• 25:01
  wanted
• 25:01
  to
• 25:01
  talk
• 25:02
  about
• 25:02
  some
• 25:02
  things
• 25:02
  that
• 25:02
  we're
• 25:03
  seeing
• 25:03
  out
• 25:03
  there
• 25:04
  that
• 25:05
  maybe
• 25:05
  can
• 25:05
  affect
• 25:06
  us,
• 25:06
  how
• 25:06
  we're
• 25:06
  doing
• 25:06
  stuff
• 25:07
  around
• 25:07
  the
• 25:07
  house.
• 25:07
  And
• 25:07
  I
• 25:08
  wanted
• 25:08
  to
• 25:08
  talk
• 25:08
  here
• 25:09
  about
• 25:09
  some
• 25:10
  of
• 25:10
  my
• 25:10
  tips
• 25:11
  and
• 25:11
  tricks
• 25:13
  to
• 25:13
  keeping
• 25:13
  your
• 25:13
  house
• 25:14
  cleaner
• 25:15
  and
• 25:16
  a
• 25:16
  little
• 25:16
  healthier,
• 25:17
  especially
• 25:19
  with
• 25:19
  flu
• 25:19
  season
• 25:20
  and
• 25:21
  of
• 25:21
  course,
• 25:21
  Covid
• 25:22
  going
• 25:22
  around.
• 25:22
  I
• 25:23
  know
• 25:23
  so
• 25:23
  many
• 25:23
  people
• 25:24
  right
• 25:24
  now
• 25:25
  that
• 25:25
  have
• 25:25
  got
• 25:26
  the
• 25:26
  latest
• 25:26
  gin
• 25:27
  of
• 25:27
  COVID
• 25:27
  out
• 25:28
  there,
• 25:28
  and
• 25:28
  I'm
• 25:28
  so
• 25:28
  happy
• 25:28
  we're
• 25:29
  not
• 25:29
  all
• 25:29
  running
• 25:29
  around
• 25:29
  with
• 25:29
  masks
• 25:30
  and
• 25:30
  all
• 25:30
  that
• 25:30
  stuff.
• 25:31
  But
• 25:32
  I
• 25:32
  wanted
• 25:32
  to
• 25:32
  talk
• 25:32
  a
• 25:33
  little
• 25:33
  bit
• 25:33
  about
• 25:33
  that
• 25:33
  as
• 25:33
  some

• 25:34
  my
• 25:34
  tips
• 25:34
  and
• 25:35
  tricks
• 25:36
  in
• 25:36
  some
• 25:36
  of
• 25:36
  these
• 25:36
  I've
• 25:37
  learned
• 25:37
  from
• 25:37
  a
• 25:37
  lot
• 25:38
  of
• 25:38
  my
• 25:38
  friends
• 25:38
  out
• 25:38
  there.
• 25:39
  And
• 25:40
  it's
• 25:40
  some
• 25:40
  of
• 25:40
  those
• 25:40
  things
• 25:41
  that,
• 25:41
  you
• 25:41
  know,
• 25:42
  and
• 25:42
  I
• 25:42
  don't
• 25:42
  want
• 25:42
  to
• 25:42
  get
• 25:42
  it,
• 25:43
  but
• 25:43
  at
• 25:43
  the
• 25:43
  same
• 25:43
  point,
• 25:44
  it's
• 25:44
  one
• 25:44
  of
• 25:45
  those
• 25:45
  things
• 25:45
  that
• 25:45
  I
• 25:45
  look
• 25:45
  at
• 25:46
  and
• 25:46
  go,
• 25:47
  all
• 25:47
  right,
• 25:47
  what
• 25:47
  can
• 25:47
  we
• 25:48
  do
• 25:48
  to
• 25:48
  prevent
• 25:48
  that?
• 25:49
  So
• 25:49
  the
• 25:49
  first
• 25:50
  off
• 25:50
  is
• 25:50
  when
• 25:50
  you
• 25:51
  come,
• 25:51
  and
• 25:51
  this
• 25:51
  is
• 25:51
  one
• 25:51
  of
• 25:52
  the
• 25:52
  hardest
• 25:52
  ones
• 25:52
  for
• 25:52
  me,
• 25:53
  when
• 25:53
  you
• 25:53
  come
• 25:54
  into
• 25:54
  your
• 25:54
  house,
• 25:55
  take
• 25:55
  those
• 25:55
  shoes,
• 25:56
  boots
• 25:56
  off,
• 25:56
  leave
• 25:56
  them
• 25:57
  at
• 25:57
  the
• 25:57
  door
• 25:57
  so
• 25:57
  you're
• 25:57
  not
• 25:58
  tracking
• 25:58
  in
• 25:59
  all
• 25:59
  the
• 26:00
  stuff
• 26:00
  from
• 26:00
  the
• 26:00
  street,
• 26:01
  from
• 26:02
  the
• 26:02
  whatever,
• 26:03
  leave
• 26:03
  them
• 26:03
  at
• 26:03
  the
• 26:03
  door
• 26:04
  so
• 26:04
  you're
• 26:05
  not
• 26:05
  walking
• 26:05
  those
• 26:05
  in.
• 26:06
  Now,
• 26:06
  the
• 26:07
  second
• 26:07
  thing
• 26:07
  is
• 26:08
  I
• 26:08
  recommend
• 26:09
  a
• 26:09
  really
• 26:10
  good
• 26:11
  air
• 26:11
  filter
• 26:12
  or
• 26:12
  air
• 26:12
  scrubber,
• 26:13
  but
• 26:14
  you
• 26:14
  got
• 26:14
  to
• 26:14
  be
• 26:14
  a
• 26:14
  little
• 26:15
  bit
• 26:15
  careful.
• 26:16
  So
• 26:16
  in
• 26:16
  my
• 26:17
  house,
• 26:17
  I
• 26:17
  put
• 26:18
  in
• 26:18
  a
• 26:18
  few
• 26:18
  years
• 26:18
  ago
• 26:19
  a
• 26:19
  new
• 26:19
  carrier
• 26:20
  infinity
• 26:21
  furnace
• 26:21
  system.
• 26:21
  So
• 26:22
  I
• 26:22
  did
• 26:22
  the
• 26:22
  gas
• 26:22
  furnace
• 26:23
  with
• 26:23
  the.
• 26:23
  With
• 26:24
  a
• 26:24
  brand
• 26:24
  new
• 26:24
  AC
• 26:25
  unit
• 26:25
  in
• 26:25
  my
• 26:25
  house.
• 26:26
  And
• 26:26
  it
• 26:26
  was
• 26:27
  an
• 26:27
  upgrade
• 26:27
  from
• 26:27
  a
• 26:28
  really
• 26:28
  old
• 26:29
  90s
• 26:30
  unit
• 26:30
  that
• 26:30
  was
• 26:31
  just
• 26:31
  old,
• 26:31
  inefficient,
• 26:33
  and
• 26:33
  it
• 26:33
  was
• 26:34
  no
• 26:34
  longer
• 26:35
  in
• 26:35
  great
• 26:35
  working
• 26:36
  order.
• 26:36
  It
• 26:36
  was
• 26:36
  working,
• 26:37
  but
• 26:37
  it
• 26:37
  was
• 26:37
  on
• 26:37
  its
• 26:37
  last
• 26:37
  legs,
• 26:38
  so
• 26:39
  it
• 26:39
  was
• 26:39
  time
• 26:39
  to
• 26:39
  upgrade
• 26:40
  it.
• 26:40
  When
• 26:41
  I
• 26:41
  did,
• 26:41
  I
• 26:41
  put
• 26:42
  in
• 26:42
  their
• 26:42
  D
• 26:43
  Gappa
• 26:43
  air
• 26:44
  filter.
• 26:44
  So
• 26:44
  it's
• 26:45
  like
• 26:45
  your
• 26:46
  big
• 26:46
  4
• 26:46
  inch
• 26:47
  filter
• 26:47
  but
• 26:48
  it
• 26:48
  also
• 26:48
  has
• 26:49
  static
• 26:50
  bars
• 26:50
  that
• 26:50
  come
• 26:51
  across
• 26:51
  and
• 26:51
  there
• 26:52
  is
• 26:52
  a
• 26:53
  basically
• 26:53
  a
• 26:53
  carbon
• 26:54
  that
• 26:54
  goes
• 26:54
  down
• 26:54
  there.
• 26:55
  So
• 26:55
  it
• 26:55
  captures
• 26:56
  and
• 26:56
  kills
• 26:57
  anything
• 26:57
  in
• 26:57
  the
• 26:58
  air
• 26:58
  as
• 26:59
  it
• 26:59
  goes
• 26:59
  through
• 26:59
  there.
• 26:59
  Think
• 27:00
  of
• 27:00
  it
• 27:00
  as
• 27:00
  a
• 27:01
  bug
• 27:01
  zapper
• 27:02
  for
• 27:02
  viruses,
• 27:04
  dirt,
• 27:05
  anything
• 27:05
  that's
• 27:05
  in
• 27:05
  the
• 27:06
  air
• 27:06
  like
• 27:06
  that.
• 27:07
  So
• 27:07
  it
• 27:07
  does
• 27:07
  a
• 27:08
  really
• 27:08
  great
• 27:08
  job
• 27:09
  of
• 27:09
  that.
• 27:09
  So
• 27:10
  by
• 27:10
  taking
• 27:10
  down
• 27:11
  those
• 27:11
  contaminants
• 27:12
  and
• 27:13
  by
• 27:13
  doing
• 27:13
  that,
• 27:14
  it
• 27:14
  really
• 27:14
  makes
• 27:15
  to
• 27:15
  have
• 27:15
  cleaner
• 27:15
  air.
• 27:16
  And
• 27:17
  so
• 27:17
  this
• 27:17
  time
• 27:17
  of
• 27:17
  year,
• 27:17
  if
• 27:18
  you're
• 27:18
  not
• 27:18
  worried
• 27:18
  about
• 27:18
  your
• 27:19
  energy
• 27:19
  bill,
• 27:20
  one
• 27:20
  thing
• 27:20
  you
• 27:20
  can
• 27:20
  do
• 27:21
  is
• 27:21
  if
• 27:21
  you've
• 27:21
  got
• 27:21
  a
• 27:22
  filter
• 27:22
  like
• 27:22
  that
• 27:23
  and
• 27:23
  you're
• 27:23
  worried
• 27:24
  about
• 27:24
  catching
• 27:24
  up
• 27:25
  for
• 27:25
  maybe
• 27:25
  people
• 27:25
  in
• 27:25
  the
• 27:25
  house,
• 27:26
  kids
• 27:26
  coming
• 27:26
  from
• 27:27
  school,
• 27:27
  that
• 27:27
  kind
• 27:27
  of
• 27:27
  thing.
• 27:28
  One
• 27:28
  of
• 27:28
  the
• 27:28
  things
• 27:28
  I
• 27:29
  recommend
• 27:29
  is
• 27:29
  maybe
• 27:30
  just
• 27:30
  go
• 27:30
  over
• 27:30
  during
• 27:30
  that
• 27:31
  time.
• 27:31
  If
• 27:32
  you've
• 27:32
  got
• 27:32
  a
• 27:32
  good
• 27:33
  filter
• 27:33
  system
• 27:33
  like
• 27:33
  that
• 27:34
  that
• 27:34
  captures
• 27:34
  and
• 27:34
  kills,
• 27:35
  maybe
• 27:36
  turning
• 27:36
  that
• 27:36
  on
• 27:36
  for
• 27:37
  a
• 27:37
  week
• 27:37
  or
• 27:37
  so
• 27:37
  on
• 27:38
  low.
• 27:39
  So
• 27:39
  you're
• 27:39
  just
• 27:40
  moving
• 27:40
  air
• 27:40
  around
• 27:41
  and
• 27:41
  extra
• 27:42
  filtering
• 27:42
  the
• 27:43
  air.
• 27:43
  Because
• 27:43
  with
• 27:44
  most
• 27:44
  systems,
• 27:44
  when
• 27:45
  the
• 27:45
  house
• 27:45
  gets
• 27:46
  to
• 27:46
  temperature
• 27:46
  and
• 27:46
  this
• 27:47
  time
• 27:47
  of
• 27:47
  year,
• 27:47
  it's
• 27:47
  mostly
• 27:48
  depending
• 27:48
  on
• 27:48
  where
• 27:49
  you're
• 27:49
  at.
• 27:49
  In
• 27:50
  most
• 27:50
  of
• 27:50
  the
• 27:50
  states
• 27:50
  right
• 27:50
  now,
• 27:51
  you
• 27:51
  got
• 27:51
  heat
• 27:51
  on.
• 27:51
  Maybe
• 27:52
  down
• 27:52
  south
• 27:52
  in
• 27:52
  Arizona
• 27:53
  you
• 27:53
  got
• 27:53
  the
• 27:53
  AC
• 27:54
  going
• 27:54
  like
• 27:54
  normal,
• 27:54
  but
• 27:55
  that's
• 27:55
  it.
• 27:55
  But
• 27:56
  if
• 27:56
  you've
• 27:56
  got
• 27:56
  that
• 27:56
  heat
• 27:57
  or
• 27:57
  AC
• 27:57
  on,
• 27:58
  it's
• 27:58
  going
• 27:58
  through
• 27:58
  there.
• 27:59
  When
• 27:59
  it
• 27:59
  turns
• 27:59
  off
• 28:00
  by
• 28:00
  turning
• 28:00
  that
• 28:00
  fan
• 28:01
  on,
• 28:01
  it's
• 28:02
  going
• 28:02
  to
• 28:02
  continue
• 28:02
  to
• 28:03
  filter
• 28:03
  air.
• 28:04
  So
• 28:04
  that's
• 28:05
  a
• 28:05
  great
• 28:05
  one.
• 28:06
  The
• 28:06
  next
• 28:07
  thing
• 28:07
  I
• 28:07
  recommend
• 28:07
  is
• 28:08
  if
• 28:08
  you
• 28:08
  have
• 28:09
  any
• 28:09
  kind
• 28:09
  of
• 28:09
  HEPA
• 28:10
  filters
• 28:10
  in
• 28:10
  the
• 28:10
  house,
• 28:11
  run
• 28:11
  those.
• 28:12
  And
• 28:12
  then
• 28:12
  the
• 28:12
  third
• 28:13
  one
• 28:13
  is
• 28:13
  important
• 28:14
  here.
• 28:14
  And
• 28:14
  this
• 28:15
  is
• 28:15
  one
• 28:15
  of
• 28:15
  those
• 28:15
  things
• 28:16
  that
• 28:16
  I
• 28:16
  added.
• 28:17
  And
• 28:17
  this
• 28:17
  is
• 28:17
  one
• 28:18
  of
• 28:18
  those
• 28:18
  things
• 28:18
  we've
• 28:18
  talked
• 28:18
  about
• 28:18
  on
• 28:19
  the
• 28:19
  show
• 28:19
  before.
• 28:20
  Makes
• 28:20
  me
• 28:20
  a
• 28:20
  little
• 28:20
  nervous.
• 28:21
  I
• 28:21
  added
• 28:21
  one
• 28:21
  of
• 28:21
  the
• 28:22
  air
• 28:22
  added
• 28:23
  air
• 28:23
  scrubbers
• 28:24
  that
• 28:24
  basically
• 28:24
  puts
• 28:25
  out
• 28:25
  a
• 28:25
  hydrogen
• 28:26
  peroxide
• 28:26
  or
• 28:26
  a
• 28:27
  peroxide
• 28:28
  ozone
• 28:29
  kind
• 28:29
  of
• 28:29
  thing.
• 28:29
  It
• 28:29
  doesn't
• 28:30
  give
• 28:30
  out
• 28:30
  ozone,
• 28:31
  but
• 28:31
  it's
• 28:31
  this
• 28:32
  space
• 28:32
  age
• 28:33
  technology.
• 28:34
  It
• 28:34
  kills
• 28:35
  anything
• 28:35
  that's
• 28:36
  airborne.
• 28:37
  Now
• 28:37
  the
• 28:37
  good
• 28:37
  thing
• 28:38
  with
• 28:38
  that
• 28:38
  is,
• 28:38
  is
• 28:38
  I
• 28:38
  think
• 28:39
  it
• 28:39
  does
• 28:39
  a
• 28:39
  really
• 28:39
  good
• 28:39
  job
• 28:40
  of
• 28:40
  killing
• 28:40
  that
• 28:40
  kind
• 28:40
  of
• 28:41
  stuff.
• 28:41
  The
• 28:41
  bad
• 28:42
  thing
• 28:42
  is
• 28:42
  my
• 28:42
  wife
• 28:42
  Julie
• 28:43
  goes
• 28:43
  to
• 28:43
  sit
• 28:43
  there
• 28:43
  and
• 28:44
  cook
• 28:44
  pizza
• 28:44
  dough.
• 28:45
  She's
• 28:45
  going
• 28:45
  to
• 28:45
  put
• 28:45
  pizza
• 28:46
  dough
• 28:46
  together
• 28:46
  with
• 28:46
  yeast.
• 28:47
  It'll
• 28:48
  kill
• 28:48
  that
• 28:48
  before
• 28:48
  it
• 28:48
  has
• 28:49
  a
• 28:49
  chance
• 28:49
  to
• 28:49
  grow.
• 28:50
  So
• 28:50
  that's
• 28:50
  how
• 28:50
  efficient
• 28:51
  this
• 28:51
  is.
• 28:52
  I
• 28:52
  have
• 28:52
  to
• 28:52
  go
• 28:53
  unplug
• 28:53
  that
• 28:54
  when
• 28:55
  I'm
• 28:55
  gonna
• 28:55
  go
• 28:55
  baking
• 28:56
  or
• 28:56
  she's
• 28:57
  gonna
• 28:57
  go
• 28:57
  baking.
• 28:58
  So
• 28:58
  I
• 28:58
  have
• 28:58
  to
• 28:59
  make
• 28:59
  sure
• 28:59
  and
• 28:59
  unplug
• 28:59
  that
• 28:59
  after
• 29:00
  a
• 29:00
  few
• 29:00
  hours.
• 29:00
  Ventilate
• 29:01
  the
• 29:01
  house
• 29:01
  a
• 29:01
  little
• 29:01
  bit,
• 29:01
  get
• 29:01
  that
• 29:02
  stuff
• 29:02
  out
• 29:02
  of
• 29:02
  there,
• 29:03
  so
• 29:03
  she
• 29:03
  can
• 29:03
  actually
• 29:04
  do
• 29:04
  stuff
• 29:04
  with
• 29:04
  that.
• 29:05
  So
• 29:06
  that's
• 29:06
  something
• 29:06
  to
• 29:06
  consider.
• 29:07
  And
• 29:07
  I'll
• 29:07
  be
• 29:08
  honest,
• 29:08
  I
• 29:08
  have
• 29:08
  no
• 29:08
  idea
• 29:08
  what
• 29:09
  the
• 29:09
  health
• 29:09
  benefits
• 29:10
  of
• 29:10
  that
• 29:10
  are
• 29:10
  and
• 29:11
  what
• 29:11
  the
• 29:11
  damages
• 29:11
  are.
• 29:12
  They
• 29:12
  say
• 29:12
  it's
• 29:12
  safe,
• 29:13
  I
• 29:13
  won't
• 29:13
  know
• 29:14
  for
• 29:14
  later.
• 29:14
  So
• 29:14
  I
• 29:14
  just
• 29:14
  run
• 29:15
  that
• 29:15
  when
• 29:15
  I'm
• 29:15
  worried
• 29:15
  about
• 29:16
  getting
• 29:16
  sick.
• 29:17
  Now
• 29:17
  one
• 29:17
  of
• 29:17
  the
• 29:17
  things
• 29:17
  that
• 29:17
  I
• 29:18
  recommend
• 29:18
  too,
• 29:19
  balanced
• 29:19
  diet,
• 29:20
  making
• 29:21
  sure
• 29:21
  you're
• 29:21
  getting
• 29:21
  your
• 29:22
  sleep
• 29:22
  at
• 29:22
  night.
• 29:23
  For
• 29:23
  me
• 29:24
  personally,
• 29:25
  if
• 29:25
  I
• 29:26
  am
• 29:26
  exhausted
• 29:27
  and
• 29:28
  I've
• 29:28
  got
• 29:28
  been
• 29:28
  running
• 29:29
  four
• 29:29
  or
• 29:29
  five
• 29:29
  days
• 29:29
  on
• 29:30
  four
• 29:30
  or
• 29:30
  five
• 29:30
  hours
• 29:30
  sleep,
• 29:31
  that
• 29:32
  is
• 29:32
  my
• 29:32
  rapid
• 29:33
  recipe
• 29:33
  for
• 29:33
  getting
• 29:34
  sick.
• 29:34
  And
• 29:35
  I've
• 29:35
  got
• 29:35
  a
• 29:36
  friend
• 29:36
  right
• 29:36
  now,
• 29:36
  she
• 29:37
  is
• 29:38
  about
• 29:38
  as
• 29:38
  healthy
• 29:38
  as
• 29:38
  it
• 29:39
  gets.
• 29:39
  And
• 29:40
  she's
• 29:40
  been
• 29:40
  down
• 29:40
  for
• 29:40
  two
• 29:41
  weeks
• 29:41
  with
• 29:41
  COVID
• 29:42
  right
• 29:42
  now.
• 29:42
  And
• 29:43
  I
• 29:43
  feel
• 29:43
  bad.
• 29:43
  She
• 29:44
  can't
• 29:44
  talk
• 29:45
  and
• 29:45
  she's
• 29:46
  down
• 29:46
  for
• 29:46
  the
• 29:46
  count
• 29:47
  right
• 29:47
  now.
• 29:48
  Now
• 29:48
  getting
• 29:48
  a
• 29:49
  little
• 29:49
  better.
• 29:49
  So
• 29:49
  that's
• 29:49
  good.
• 29:50
  But
• 29:50
  this
• 29:50
  is
• 29:50
  stuff
• 29:50
  that's
• 29:51
  cruising
• 29:51
  around
• 29:51
  out
• 29:52
  there.
• 29:52
  Another
• 29:52
  thing
• 29:52
  you
• 29:53
  can
• 29:53
  do
• 29:53
  is
• 29:53
  just
• 29:53
  make
• 29:54
  sure
• 29:54
  clutter
• 29:54
  is
• 29:55
  not
• 29:56
  your
• 29:56
  friend
• 29:56
  with
• 29:56
  this
• 29:57
  Countertops
• 29:57
  clean.
• 29:58
  I'm
• 29:59
  not
• 29:59
  a
• 29:59
  big
• 29:59
  fan
• 30:00
  of
• 30:00
  the
• 30:01
  canned
• 30:01
  wipes
• 30:02
  that
• 30:02
  I'm
• 30:03
  not
• 30:03
  going
• 30:03
  to
• 30:03
  say
• 30:03
  the
• 30:03
  brand,
• 30:04
  but
• 30:04
  we
• 30:04
  all
• 30:04
  know
• 30:04
  them.
• 30:05
  Sometimes
• 30:05
  it's
• 30:05
  better
• 30:06
  just
• 30:06
  go
• 30:06
  around
• 30:06
  with
• 30:06
  hydrogen
• 30:07
  peroxide,
• 30:07
  wipe
• 30:08
  down
• 30:08
  those
• 30:08
  hard
• 30:08
  surfaces,
• 30:09
  do
• 30:09
  something
• 30:10
  like
• 30:10
  that
• 30:10
  because
• 30:10
  I
• 30:11
  don't
• 30:11
  like
• 30:11
  putting
• 30:11
  the
• 30:11
  chemicals
• 30:12
  out
• 30:12
  there.
• 30:12
  That's
• 30:13
  not
• 30:13
  great.
• 30:13
  If
• 30:14
  you
• 30:14
  have
• 30:14
  any
• 30:14
  air
• 30:14
  quality
• 30:15
  monitors
• 30:15
  in
• 30:15
  your
• 30:15
  house,
• 30:15
  you'll
• 30:16
  set
• 30:16
  those
• 30:16
  things
• 30:16
  off
• 30:17
  with
• 30:17
  many
• 30:17
  of
• 30:18
  those
• 30:18
  wipes.
• 30:18
  Go
• 30:18
  the
• 30:19
  greener
• 30:19
  option
• 30:20
  and
• 30:20
  just
• 30:20
  make
• 30:21
  sure
• 30:21
  you're
• 30:22
  washing
• 30:22
  those
• 30:23
  hands.
• 30:23
  Keep
• 30:24
  washing
• 30:24
  those
• 30:24
  hands
• 30:24
  and
• 30:25
  do
• 30:25
  it
• 30:25
  correctly
• 30:26
  and
• 30:27
  really
• 30:27
  spend
• 30:27
  some
• 30:27
  time
• 30:28
  getting
• 30:28
  that
• 30:28
  stuff
• 30:28
  going
• 30:29
  there.
• 30:29
  Now
• 30:30
  that's
• 30:30
  a
• 30:30
  big
• 30:30
  one.
• 30:31
  Now
• 30:31
  the
• 30:31
  next
• 30:31
  thing
• 30:32
  is,
• 30:32
  and
• 30:32
  this
• 30:32
  is
• 30:32
  tough
• 30:33
  because
• 30:33
  this
• 30:33
  is
• 30:33
  one
• 30:33
  of
• 30:33
  the
• 30:34
  ones
• 30:34
  that
• 30:34
  I
• 30:34
  always
• 30:34
  get
• 30:35
  nailed
• 30:35
  on
• 30:35
  this
• 30:36
  heading
• 30:36
  out
• 30:37
  to
• 30:37
  shows
• 30:37
  and
• 30:37
  concerts.
• 30:38
  This
• 30:39
  is
• 30:39
  a
• 30:40
  risk.
• 30:41
  When
• 30:41
  I
• 30:41
  go
• 30:41
  out
• 30:41
  and
• 30:41
  see
• 30:42
  my
• 30:42
  favorite
• 30:42
  rock
• 30:42
  band
• 30:43
  up
• 30:43
  the
• 30:43
  street
• 30:44
  or
• 30:44
  in
• 30:44
  a
• 30:44
  big
• 30:44
  place
• 30:45
  like
• 30:45
  that,
• 30:46
  man,
• 30:46
  those
• 30:46
  are
• 30:47
  those
• 30:47
  cold
• 30:48
  flu
• 30:49
  Covid
• 30:50
  super
• 30:50
  spreader
• 30:51
  events.
• 30:52
  So
• 30:52
  what
• 30:53
  I
• 30:53
  would
• 30:53
  recommend
• 30:53
  when
• 30:54
  you
• 30:54
  come
• 30:54
  back
• 30:54
  from
• 30:54
  those,
• 30:55
  take
• 30:55
  the
• 30:55
  clothes
• 30:56
  off,
• 30:56
  get
• 30:57
  inside
• 30:57
  the
• 30:57
  door,
• 30:57
  of
• 30:57
  course,
• 30:58
  clothes,
• 30:59
  shoes,
• 30:59
  everything
• 30:59
  off.
• 31:00
  Go
• 31:01
  take
• 31:01
  a
• 31:01
  shower,
• 31:01
  scrub
• 31:02
  up,
• 31:02
  wash
• 31:02
  the
• 31:02
  hands
• 31:03
  first
• 31:03
  so
• 31:03
  you
• 31:03
  don't
• 31:03
  touch
• 31:03
  your
• 31:04
  face.
• 31:04
  And
• 31:05
  really
• 31:05
  try
• 31:06
  to
• 31:07
  not
• 31:07
  bring
• 31:07
  that
• 31:07
  stuff
• 31:08
  home.
• 31:09
  And
• 31:09
  you
• 31:09
  might
• 31:10
  have
• 31:10
  a
• 31:10
  chance
• 31:10
  with
• 31:10
  that.
• 31:11
  And
• 31:11
  then
• 31:12
  the
• 31:12
  other
• 31:12
  little
• 31:12
  tricks
• 31:13
  that
• 31:13
  I
• 31:13
  do
• 31:14
  is
• 31:14
  when
• 31:15
  I
• 31:15
  run
• 31:15
  my
• 31:15
  laundry,
• 31:16
  I
• 31:16
  run
• 31:16
  it
• 31:16
  through
• 31:16
  the
• 31:16
  steam
• 31:17
  cycle.
• 31:17
  So
• 31:17
  as
• 31:18
  long
• 31:18
  as
• 31:18
  the
• 31:18
  clothes
• 31:18
  can
• 31:19
  handle
• 31:19
  it,
• 31:19
  run
• 31:20
  it
• 31:20
  through
• 31:20
  the
• 31:20
  steam
• 31:20
  cycle
• 31:20
  so
• 31:21
  it'll
• 31:21
  go
• 31:21
  through
• 31:21
  the
• 31:21
  sanitation
• 31:22
  process.
• 31:22
  Because
• 31:23
  my
• 31:23
  dryer
• 31:23
  has
• 31:24
  that,
• 31:24
  which
• 31:24
  is
• 31:24
  cool.
• 31:25
  And
• 31:25
  I
• 31:25
  can
• 31:25
  run
• 31:25
  it
• 31:26
  through
• 31:26
  the
• 31:26
  steam
• 31:26
  in
• 31:26
  there
• 31:27
  and
• 31:27
  it'll
• 31:27
  sanitize
• 31:28
  that
• 31:29
  as
• 31:29
  well
• 31:29
  as,
• 31:30
  as
• 31:30
  well
• 31:31
  as
• 31:31
  running
• 31:31
  my
• 31:31
  dishwasher.
• 31:32
  I
• 31:32
  always
• 31:32
  run
• 31:32
  my
• 31:33
  dishwasher.
• 31:33
  When
• 31:33
  I
• 31:33
  run
• 31:33
  it,
• 31:34
  I
• 31:34
  always
• 31:34
  run
• 31:34
  it
• 31:35
  through
• 31:35
  the
• 31:35
  sanitation
• 31:36
  where
• 31:36
  it's
• 31:36
  the
• 31:36
  NSF
• 31:37
  certified.
• 31:38
  So
• 31:38
  everything
• 31:38
  that
• 31:39
  comes
• 31:39
  out
• 31:39
  of
• 31:39
  there
• 31:39
  is
• 31:40
  sanitary.
• 31:40
  And
• 31:40
  those
• 31:41
  are
• 31:41
  my
• 31:41
  little
• 31:41
  tricks
• 31:42
  and
• 31:43
  tips
• 31:43
  to
• 31:44
  try
• 31:44
  to
• 31:44
  keep
• 31:44
  that
• 31:44
  stuff
• 31:45
  at
• 31:45
  bay.
• 31:45
  And
• 31:46
  of
• 31:46
  course,
• 31:47
  when
• 31:47
  you
• 31:47
  jump
• 31:47
  in
• 31:47
  your
• 31:48
  car,
• 31:48
  meeting
• 31:49
  people,
• 31:49
  whatever,
• 31:50
  have
• 31:50
  some
• 31:51
  hand
• 31:51
  sanitizer,
• 31:52
  have
• 31:52
  some
• 31:53
  wipes,
• 31:53
  whatever
• 31:53
  you're
• 31:54
  going
• 31:54
  to
• 31:54
  use
• 31:54
  to
• 31:54
  clean
• 31:54
  up
• 31:54
  with,
• 31:55
  the
• 31:55
  more
• 31:55
  you
• 31:55
  can
• 31:55
  do
• 31:56
  that
• 31:56
  stuff
• 31:56
  without
• 31:56
  touching
• 31:57
  your
• 31:57
  face
• 31:57
  and
• 31:58
  touching
• 31:58
  everything
• 31:58
  around
• 31:59
  you,
• 31:59
  the
• 31:59
  better
• 31:59
  off
• 32:00
  you're
• 32:00
  going
• 32:00
  to
• 32:00
  be.
• 32:01
  And
• 32:01
  some
• 32:01
  of
• 32:01
  these
• 32:02
  things
• 32:02
  are
• 32:02
  really
• 32:02
  simple
• 32:03
  that
• 32:03
  you
• 32:03
  can
• 32:03
  do.
• 32:04
  There's
• 32:04
  UV
• 32:05
  filters,
• 32:05
  there's
• 32:05
  a
• 32:05
  lot
• 32:05
  of
• 32:06
  different
• 32:06
  things
• 32:06
  out
• 32:07
  there.
• 32:07
  But
• 32:07
  the
• 32:08
  more
• 32:08
  that
• 32:08
  you
• 32:08
  can
• 32:08
  do
• 32:08
  to
• 32:08
  keep
• 32:09
  that
• 32:09
  air
• 32:09
  clean
• 32:10
  and
• 32:10
  the
• 32:11
  stuff
• 32:11
  inside.
• 32:12
  So
• 32:12
  think
• 32:12
  of
• 32:12
  that
• 32:12
  front
• 32:13
  door
• 32:13
  as
• 32:13
  your
• 32:13
  barrier
• 32:14
  to
• 32:14
  the
• 32:14
  outside
• 32:15
  and
• 32:15
  all
• 32:16
  of
• 32:16
  that.
• 32:16
  So
• 32:16
  the
• 32:16
  more
• 32:16
  you
• 32:17
  can
• 32:17
  do
• 32:17
  to
• 32:17
  keep
• 32:17
  that
• 32:17
  stuff
• 32:18
  from
• 32:18
  coming
• 32:18
  in
• 32:18
  the
• 32:18
  front
• 32:19
  door,
• 32:19
  the
• 32:20
  better
• 32:20
  off
• 32:21
  you're
• 32:21
  gonna
• 32:21
  be.
• 32:22
  And
• 32:22
  that's
• 32:22
  gonna
• 32:22
  really
• 32:23
  save
• 32:23
  you
• 32:23
  some
• 32:23
  headaches
• 32:24
  and
• 32:24
  maybe
• 32:24
  make
• 32:24
  it
• 32:25
  a
• 32:25
  little
• 32:25
  bit
• 32:26
  healthier
• 32:26
  for
• 32:26
  you
• 32:26
  around
• 32:27
  the
• 32:27
  house.
• 32:27
  Be
• 32:27
  right
• 32:27
  back
• 32:28
  after
• 32:28
  these
• 32:28
  important
• 32:28
  messages.
• 32:29
  Don't
• 32:29
  go
• 32:29
  any.
• 35:20
  Welcome
• 35:20
  back
• 35:21
  to
• 35:21
  the
• 35:21
  around
• 35:21
  the
• 35:21
  House
• 35:21
  show,
• 35:22
  the
• 35:22
  next
• 35:22
  generation
• 35:23
  of
• 35:24
  home
• 35:24
  improvement.
• 35:25
  I'm
• 35:25
  Eric
• 35:25
  G.
• 35:26
  Thanks
• 35:26
  for
• 35:26
  joining
• 35:26
  me.
• 35:26
  This
• 35:27
  last
• 35:27
  segment
• 35:27
  of
• 35:28
  this
• 35:28
  hour
• 35:28
  of
• 35:28
  the
• 35:28
  show.
• 35:29
  So
• 35:29
  thanks
• 35:29
  for
• 35:29
  tuning
• 35:30
  in.
• 35:30
  If
• 35:30
  you
• 35:31
  want
• 35:31
  to
• 35:31
  find
• 35:31
  out
• 35:31
  more
• 35:31
  about
• 35:32
  us,
• 35:32
  head
• 35:32
  over
• 35:32
  to
• 35:33
  aroundthe
• 35:33
  house
• 35:34
  online.com
• 35:34
  and
• 35:35
  of
• 35:35
  course,
• 35:35
  this
• 35:35
  hour
• 35:35
  is
• 35:36
  brought
• 35:36
  to
• 35:36
  you
• 35:36
  by
• 35:37
  our
• 35:37
  friends
• 35:37
  at
• 35:37
  Monument
• 35:38
  Grills.
• 35:38
  To
• 35:38
  check
• 35:38
  them
• 35:39
  out,
• 35:39
  head
• 35:39
  to
• 35:39
  Monument
• 35:40
  Grills.
• 35:40
  I
• 35:41
  started
• 35:41
  a
• 35:41
  project
• 35:41
  that
• 35:42
  I
• 35:42
  did
• 35:42
  this
• 35:43
  week
• 35:43
  here
• 35:43
  for
• 35:43
  an
• 35:44
  upcoming
• 35:44
  episode
• 35:45
  that's
• 35:45
  airing
• 35:46
  today
• 35:46
  on
• 35:47
  around
• 35:47
  the
• 35:48
  House
• 35:48
  Northwest,
• 35:49
  the
• 35:49
  television
• 35:49
  show.
• 35:50
  And
• 35:50
  this
• 35:50
  one
• 35:51
  was
• 35:51
  a
• 35:51
  lot
• 35:51
  of
• 35:51
  fun
• 35:52
  and
• 35:52
  we
• 35:53
  went
• 35:53
  over
• 35:53
  to
• 35:53
  my
• 35:53
  executive
• 35:54
  producer's
• 35:54
  house
• 35:55
  and
• 35:55
  installed
• 35:56
  some
• 35:57
  of
• 35:57
  those
• 35:57
  acoustic
• 35:58
  wall
• 35:59
  panels.
• 36:00
  Now
• 36:00
  this
• 36:00
  stuff
• 36:00
  is
• 36:01
  an
• 36:01
  easy
• 36:02
  DIY
• 36:03
  project.
• 36:04
  Now
• 36:05
  his
• 36:05
  house,
• 36:06
  pretty
• 36:07
  nice
• 36:07
  older
• 36:07
  house.
• 36:08
  But
• 36:08
  I
• 36:09
  tell
• 36:09
  you
• 36:09
  what,
• 36:09
  the
• 36:09
  challenge
• 36:10
  with
• 36:10
  this
• 36:10
  stuff
• 36:11
  and
• 36:11
  I
• 36:11
  wanted
• 36:11
  to
• 36:11
  talk
• 36:11
  about
• 36:11
  these
• 36:12
  acoustic
• 36:12
  panels
• 36:13
  first.
• 36:13
  Now
• 36:14
  here's
• 36:14
  the
• 36:14
  thing.
• 36:15
  These
• 36:15
  are
• 36:15
  the
• 36:15
  ones
• 36:15
  you
• 36:15
  see
• 36:16
  out
• 36:16
  there
• 36:16
  if
• 36:16
  you
• 36:16
  don't
• 36:16
  know
• 36:16
  what
• 36:16
  I'm
• 36:17
  talking
• 36:17
  about.
• 36:17
  They
• 36:18
  have
• 36:18
  a
• 36:18
  felt
• 36:19
  like
• 36:19
  a
• 36:20
  three,
• 36:20
  eight
• 36:21
  inch
• 36:21
  thick
• 36:22
  felt
• 36:22
  back
• 36:22
  that's
• 36:23
  black
• 36:24
  and
• 36:25
  they
• 36:25
  have
• 36:26
  about
• 36:26
  three
• 36:27
  quarter
• 36:27
  inch
• 36:27
  strips
• 36:28
  up
• 36:29
  with
• 36:29
  a
• 36:29
  half
• 36:29
  inch
• 36:30
  between
• 36:30
  them,
• 36:30
  maybe
• 36:31
  an
• 36:31
  inch.
• 36:32
  And
• 36:32
  they
• 36:32
  are
• 36:32
  either
• 36:33
  natural
• 36:34
  oak
• 36:34
  or
• 36:34
  walnut
• 36:35
  look.
• 36:36
  And
• 36:36
  they
• 36:36
  have
• 36:37
  strips
• 36:37
  that
• 36:37
  come
• 36:37
  up
• 36:37
  and
• 36:38
  it
• 36:38
  gives
• 36:38
  you
• 36:38
  that
• 36:38
  really
• 36:38
  cool.
• 36:39
  They've
• 36:39
  been
• 36:39
  all
• 36:39
  over
• 36:39
  the
• 36:39
  Internet,
• 36:40
  this
• 36:40
  acoustical
• 36:41
  panel,
• 36:41
  and
• 36:42
  I
• 36:43
  really
• 36:43
  like
• 36:43
  the
• 36:43
  look.
• 36:44
  I
• 36:44
  did
• 36:44
  them
• 36:44
  for
• 36:44
  my
• 36:44
  house
• 36:45
  last
• 36:45
  year,
• 36:46
  and
• 36:47
  so
• 36:47
  I
• 36:47
  noticed
• 36:48
  last
• 36:48
  time
• 36:48
  I
• 36:48
  was
• 36:49
  in
• 36:49
  my
• 36:49
  floor
• 36:49
  and
• 36:49
  decor
• 36:50
  store
• 36:50
  here.
• 36:50
  And
• 36:50
  this
• 36:50
  is
• 36:50
  not
• 36:50
  a
• 36:51
  floor
• 36:51
  and
• 36:51
  decor
• 36:51
  statement
• 36:52
  special.
• 36:52
  They
• 36:52
  don't
• 36:52
  pay
• 36:52
  me
• 36:53
  a
• 36:53
  dime.
• 36:54
  This
• 36:54
  is
• 36:54
  not
• 36:54
  a
• 36:54
  commercial
• 36:55
  forum,
• 36:56
  but
• 36:56
  this
• 36:56
  stuff
• 36:56
  used
• 36:56
  to
• 36:57
  have
• 36:57
  to
• 36:57
  order,
• 36:57
  pay
• 36:57
  for
• 36:57
  shipping,
• 36:58
  everything
• 36:59
  else.
• 36:59
  They
• 37:00
  now
• 37:00
  have
• 37:00
  them
• 37:01
  on
• 37:01
  the
• 37:01
  shelf.
• 37:02
  That
• 37:03
  is
• 37:03
  what's
• 37:03
  cool
• 37:03
  with
• 37:03
  this
• 37:04
  is
• 37:04
  you
• 37:04
  can
• 37:04
  go
• 37:04
  into
• 37:04
  your
• 37:05
  local
• 37:05
  store
• 37:05
  and
• 37:05
  grab
• 37:06
  them
• 37:06
  off
• 37:06
  the
• 37:06
  shelf.
• 37:07
  This
• 37:08
  is
• 37:08
  what's
• 37:08
  trick
• 37:09
  with
• 37:09
  this
• 37:09
  stuff.
• 37:09
  Now
• 37:10
  let's
• 37:10
  talk
• 37:10
  about
• 37:11
  where
• 37:11
  the
• 37:11
  good
• 37:11
  application
• 37:12
  for
• 37:13
  and
• 37:13
  where
• 37:14
  the
• 37:14
  not
• 37:14
  so
• 37:15
  good
• 37:15
  application
• 37:16
  for
• 37:16
  a
• 37:17
  couple
• 37:17
  things.
• 37:18
  These.
• 37:19
  The
• 37:19
  sheets
• 37:19
  are
• 37:20
  21
• 37:21
  wide
• 37:22
  by
• 37:22
  93
• 37:23
  tall.
• 37:23
  So
• 37:23
  they're
• 37:23
  a
• 37:23
  little
• 37:23
  short
• 37:24
  of
• 37:24
  8ft
• 37:25
  high.
• 37:25
  They're
• 37:26
  really
• 37:26
  cool.
• 37:27
  What
• 37:27
  I
• 37:27
  like
• 37:27
  about
• 37:28
  them
• 37:28
  is
• 37:29
  that
• 37:30
  they're
• 37:30
  basically
• 37:31
  a
• 37:31
  veneer
• 37:31
  on
• 37:32
  those
• 37:32
  pieces.
• 37:33
  And
• 37:34
  really
• 37:35
  low
• 37:35
  gloss.
• 37:36
  You
• 37:36
  can't
• 37:37
  refinish
• 37:37
  them.
• 37:38
  It's
• 37:38
  literally
• 37:39
  a
• 37:39
  veneer
• 37:40
  painted
• 37:40
  on
• 37:40
  kind
• 37:41
  of
• 37:41
  surface,
• 37:42
  like
• 37:42
  a
• 37:42
  picture
• 37:43
  of
• 37:43
  it.
• 37:43
  But
• 37:43
  it
• 37:43
  looks
• 37:43
  really
• 37:44
  good.
• 37:44
  And
• 37:45
  here's
• 37:45
  the
• 37:45
  thing,
• 37:46
  it
• 37:46
  has
• 37:46
  a
• 37:47
  core.
• 37:48
  But
• 37:48
  what
• 37:49
  I
• 37:49
  like
• 37:49
  about
• 37:49
  this
• 37:50
  is
• 37:50
  because
• 37:50
  you
• 37:50
  have
• 37:50
  the
• 37:51
  black
• 37:52
  on
• 37:52
  the
• 37:52
  felt,
• 37:53
  they
• 37:53
  made
• 37:53
  the
• 37:54
  MDF
• 37:54
  black.
• 37:55
  Now,
• 37:56
  floor
• 37:56
  and
• 37:56
  decor,
• 37:57
  they're
• 37:57
  about
• 37:57
  100
• 37:57
  bucks
• 37:57
  a
• 37:57
  piece.
• 37:58
  So
• 37:58
  that's
• 37:59
  21
• 37:59
  by
• 38:00
  a
• 38:00
  little
• 38:00
  short
• 38:00
  of
• 38:00
  8.
• 38:01
  That's
• 38:02
  metric
• 38:03
  sizes.
• 38:04
  All
• 38:04
  you
• 38:04
  Canadians
• 38:05
  are
• 38:05
  like,
• 38:05
  oh,
• 38:05
  yeah,
• 38:06
  that's
• 38:06
  what
• 38:06
  that
• 38:06
  is.
• 38:07
  So
• 38:07
  all
• 38:07
  you
• 38:08
  folks
• 38:08
  out
• 38:08
  there.
• 38:08
  So
• 38:08
  it's
• 38:09
  19
• 38:09
  millimeters
• 38:10
  thick,
• 38:11
  92.9
• 38:12
  inches,
• 38:13
  and
• 38:13
  20.96
• 38:15
  inches
• 38:15
  wide.
• 38:15
  So
• 38:16
  that's
• 38:16
  what
• 38:16
  it
• 38:16
  is.
• 38:16
  But
• 38:17
  here's
• 38:17
  the
• 38:17
  cool
• 38:17
  thing
• 38:17
  with
• 38:18
  this
• 38:18
  stuff.
• 38:18
  It
• 38:19
  looks
• 38:19
  really
• 38:19
  cool,
• 38:20
  looks
• 38:20
  great
• 38:20
  on
• 38:20
  a
• 38:20
  wall.
• 38:21
  A
• 38:21
  lot
• 38:21
  of
• 38:21
  things
• 38:22
  you
• 38:22
  do
• 38:22
  with
• 38:22
  it.
• 38:23
  Now,
• 38:23
  here
• 38:23
  is
• 38:24
  the
• 38:24
  problem
• 38:24
  with
• 38:24
  this.
• 38:25
  Now,
• 38:25
  of
• 38:25
  course,
• 38:25
  the
• 38:26
  price
• 38:26
  could
• 38:26
  be
• 38:26
  different
• 38:26
  in
• 38:26
  your
• 38:27
  area,
• 38:27
  and
• 38:27
  I'm
• 38:27
  just
• 38:27
  giving
• 38:27
  the
• 38:28
  price
• 38:28
  off
• 38:28
  of
• 38:28
  my
• 38:29
  website.
• 38:29
  When
• 38:29
  I
• 38:29
  went
• 38:30
  and
• 38:30
  got
• 38:30
  it,
• 38:30
  it
• 38:31
  picked
• 38:31
  it
• 38:31
  up.
• 38:32
  But
• 38:32
  the
• 38:32
  one
• 38:32
  thing
• 38:33
  with
• 38:33
  these
• 38:33
  panels
• 38:34
  is.
• 38:34
  And
• 38:35
  that
• 38:35
  was
• 38:35
  my.
• 38:35
  My
• 38:36
  challenge
• 38:36
  over
• 38:36
  at
• 38:36
  this
• 38:37
  house
• 38:37
  today
• 38:38
  is
• 38:38
  that
• 38:39
  nothing
• 38:40
  is
• 38:41
  square,
• 38:42
  plumb
• 38:43
  or
• 38:43
  level.
• 38:44
  Nothing.
• 38:45
  Walls
• 38:45
  racked,
• 38:46
  had
• 38:46
  to
• 38:46
  work
• 38:46
  around
• 38:47
  a
• 38:47
  countertop.
• 38:47
  It
• 38:47
  was
• 38:48
  leaning.
• 38:48
  It
• 38:49
  was
• 38:49
  just.
• 38:50
  Everything
• 38:51
  was
• 38:51
  off
• 38:51
  half
• 38:51
  a
• 38:52
  bubble.
• 38:52
  And
• 38:53
  when
• 38:53
  you
• 38:53
  have
• 38:54
  a
• 38:55
  very
• 38:56
  straight
• 38:57
  square
• 38:57
  line
• 38:58
  with
• 38:58
  a
• 38:59
  gap
• 38:59
  in
• 38:59
  between
• 39:00
  it,
• 39:00
  and
• 39:00
  you've
• 39:01
  got
• 39:01
  a
• 39:01
  very
• 39:01
  lineal
• 39:03
  pattern,
• 39:03
  this
• 39:04
  can
• 39:04
  be
• 39:04
  really
• 39:05
  tough.
• 39:05
  It
• 39:06
  took
• 39:06
  me
• 39:06
  twice
• 39:06
  as
• 39:07
  long
• 39:07
  to
• 39:07
  do
• 39:07
  this
• 39:08
  because
• 39:08
  I
• 39:08
  was
• 39:09
  scribing
• 39:09
  everything.
• 39:10
  But
• 39:11
  the
• 39:11
  problem
• 39:11
  we
• 39:12
  have
• 39:12
  with
• 39:12
  something
• 39:13
  like
• 39:13
  this
• 39:13
  is
• 39:14
  that
• 39:14
  when
• 39:14
  that
• 39:14
  stuff
• 39:14
  goes
• 39:15
  up
• 39:15
  against
• 39:15
  the
• 39:15
  door
• 39:15
  trim,
• 39:16
  it
• 39:16
  needs
• 39:17
  to
• 39:17
  sit
• 39:17
  up
• 39:17
  in
• 39:17
  there.
• 39:17
  Even
• 39:18
  with
• 39:18
  that
• 39:18
  door
• 39:18
  trim,
• 39:19
  even
• 39:19
  when
• 39:19
  the
• 39:19
  door
• 39:20
  trim's
• 39:20
  wrong
• 39:21
  and
• 39:21
  being
• 39:21
  not
• 39:21
  my
• 39:22
  house,
• 39:22
  I
• 39:23
  can't
• 39:23
  sit
• 39:23
  there
• 39:23
  and
• 39:23
  rip
• 39:24
  all
• 39:24
  the
• 39:24
  trim
• 39:24
  off.
• 39:24
  We
• 39:24
  can't
• 39:25
  square
• 39:25
  the
• 39:25
  walls
• 39:26
  up.
• 39:26
  We
• 39:26
  can't
• 39:26
  do
• 39:26
  all
• 39:26
  this
• 39:27
  stuff.
• 39:27
  This
• 39:27
  is
• 39:27
  a
• 39:27
  hundred
• 39:28
  year
• 39:28
  old
• 39:28
  plus
• 39:29
  house.
• 39:30
  It
• 39:30
  is
• 39:30
  what
• 39:30
  it
• 39:31
  is.
• 39:32
  So
• 39:32
  the
• 39:33
  challenges
• 39:33
  with
• 39:33
  that
• 39:34
  are
• 39:35
  pretty
• 39:35
  good.
• 39:35
  But
• 39:35
  let
• 39:35
  me
• 39:36
  give
• 39:36
  you
• 39:36
  some
• 39:36
  tricks
• 39:36
  and
• 39:37
  tips
• 39:37
  with
• 39:37
  this
• 39:37
  stuff.
• 39:38
  This
• 39:38
  stuff
• 39:39
  looks
• 39:39
  really
• 39:39
  good.
• 39:40
  You're
• 39:40
  not
• 39:40
  paying
• 39:40
  the
• 39:41
  shipping.
• 39:41
  It's
• 39:41
  cool.
• 39:42
  And
• 39:43
  it
• 39:43
  really
• 39:43
  has
• 39:43
  a
• 39:43
  significant
• 39:44
  sound
• 39:45
  absorption
• 39:46
  rate
• 39:46
  with
• 39:46
  it.
• 39:46
  So
• 39:47
  when
• 39:47
  you
• 39:47
  think
• 39:47
  about
• 39:47
  it,
• 39:48
  in
• 39:48
  a
• 39:49
  house
• 39:49
  that's
• 39:49
  got
• 39:49
  hardwoods
• 39:50
  and
• 39:50
  you
• 39:50
  get
• 39:50
  that
• 39:50
  bounce,
• 39:51
  you
• 39:51
  get
• 39:51
  a
• 39:51
  little
• 39:51
  bit
• 39:51
  of
• 39:51
  that
• 39:52
  gymnasium
• 39:53
  echo.
• 39:54
  What's
• 39:54
  cool
• 39:54
  with
• 39:54
  this
• 39:55
  is
• 39:55
  that
• 39:55
  it
• 39:56
  cuts
• 39:56
  that
• 39:56
  down
• 39:56
  a
• 39:57
  lot.
• 39:57
  So
• 39:58
  it
• 39:58
  really
• 39:58
  does
• 39:58
  a
• 39:58
  great
• 39:59
  job
• 39:59
  of,
• 40:00
  of,
• 40:00
  of
• 40:01
  cutting
• 40:01
  that
• 40:01
  echo
• 40:02
  down
• 40:02
  in
• 40:02
  the
• 40:02
  room.
• 40:03
  So
• 40:03
  it's
• 40:04
  really
• 40:04
  cool.
• 40:05
  And
• 40:05
  so
• 40:05
  there's
• 40:05
  a
• 40:05
  couple
• 40:06
  ways
• 40:06
  to
• 40:06
  do
• 40:06
  it.
• 40:06
  I
• 40:06
  use
• 40:07
  my
• 40:07
  track
• 40:07
  saw
• 40:07
  because
• 40:07
  I
• 40:07
  could,
• 40:08
  I
• 40:08
  had
• 40:08
  a
• 40:08
  lot
• 40:08
  of
• 40:08
  angles
• 40:09
  to
• 40:09
  cut
• 40:09
  and
• 40:09
  I
• 40:09
  could
• 40:10
  set
• 40:10
  those
• 40:10
  angles
• 40:10
  really
• 40:11
  easily
• 40:12
  and
• 40:12
  not
• 40:12
  worry
• 40:12
  about
• 40:13
  it.
• 40:13
  And
• 40:13
  thanks
• 40:14
  Milwaukee
• 40:14
  for
• 40:14
  the
• 40:14
  new
• 40:14
  track
• 40:15
  saw.
• 40:15
  That
• 40:15
  thing
• 40:15
  is
• 40:16
  awesome.
• 40:16
  I
• 40:17
  love
• 40:17
  that
• 40:17
  thing.
• 40:18
  Works
• 40:18
  really
• 40:18
  good.
• 40:19
  And
• 40:20
  so
• 40:20
  they
• 40:20
  have
• 40:20
  the
• 40:21
  real
• 40:21
  wood
• 40:21
  veneer
• 40:21
  on
• 40:22
  there
• 40:22
  and
• 40:22
  you
• 40:22
  got
• 40:22
  the
• 40:22
  MDF
• 40:23
  behind
• 40:23
  it.
• 40:24
  So
• 40:24
  it
• 40:24
  does
• 40:24
  look
• 40:25
  good.
• 40:25
  You
• 40:26
  can't
• 40:26
  refinish
• 40:26
  it,
• 40:26
  you
• 40:27
  can't
• 40:27
  do
• 40:27
  anything
• 40:27
  to
• 40:27
  it.
• 40:28
  It's
• 40:28
  just
• 40:28
  too
• 40:28
  thin
• 40:28
  of
• 40:28
  an
• 40:29
  ear.
• 40:29
  But
• 40:29
  it
• 40:30
  works
• 40:30
  well.
• 40:31
  So
• 40:31
  what
• 40:31
  you
• 40:31
  do
• 40:32
  with
• 40:32
  this
• 40:32
  stuff
• 40:32
  is
• 40:33
  I
• 40:33
  always
• 40:34
  start
• 40:34
  out
• 40:34
  with
• 40:35
  the
• 40:35
  most
• 40:35
  visible
• 40:36
  spot
• 40:37
  and
• 40:37
  I
• 40:37
  will
• 40:37
  set
• 40:38
  that
• 40:38
  full
• 40:38
  piece
• 40:39
  because
• 40:39
  they're
• 40:39
  offset.
• 40:40
  So
• 40:40
  they
• 40:40
  have
• 40:40
  a
• 40:40
  half
• 40:40
  inch
• 40:41
  offset.
• 40:41
  So
• 40:41
  the,
• 40:42
  it
• 40:42
  hides
• 40:42
  the,
• 40:43
  the
• 40:43
  gaps
• 40:43
  in
• 40:43
  the
• 40:43
  felt
• 40:44
  with
• 40:44
  these
• 40:45
  panels.
• 40:46
  And
• 40:46
  so
• 40:46
  what's
• 40:46
  cool
• 40:46
  with
• 40:46
  these
• 40:47
  things?
• 40:47
  And
• 40:47
  I'll
• 40:48
  put
• 40:48
  this
• 40:48
  up
• 40:48
  this
• 40:49
  weekend
• 40:49
  on
• 40:49
  the
• 40:50
  around
• 40:50
  the
• 40:50
  house
• 40:51
  Facebook
• 40:52
  page
• 40:52
  so
• 40:52
  you
• 40:52
  can
• 40:52
  see
• 40:52
  it
• 40:52
  up
• 40:53
  there,
• 40:53
  that
• 40:53
  segment.
• 40:53
  So
• 40:54
  you
• 40:54
  can
• 40:54
  see
• 40:54
  what
• 40:54
  we're
• 40:54
  talking
• 40:54
  about.
• 40:55
  Just
• 40:55
  go
• 40:55
  over
• 40:55
  to
• 40:55
  around
• 40:55
  the
• 40:56
  house
• 40:56
  show
• 40:56
  over
• 40:57
  on
• 40:57
  Facebook
• 40:57
  and
• 40:57
  I'll
• 40:58
  put
• 40:58
  the
• 40:58
  video
• 40:58
  up
• 40:58
  there
• 40:58
  so
• 40:58
  you
• 40:58
  can
• 40:58
  watch
• 40:59
  what
• 40:59
  I'm
• 40:59
  talking
• 40:59
  about.
• 41:00
  But
• 41:00
  they
• 41:00
  have
• 41:00
  this
• 41:01
  half
• 41:01
  inch
• 41:01
  overlap
• 41:02
  basically
• 41:02
  on
• 41:03
  this.
• 41:03
  And
• 41:03
  so
• 41:04
  I
• 41:04
  like
• 41:04
  to
• 41:04
  bring
• 41:04
  that
• 41:05
  up
• 41:05
  against
• 41:05
  the
• 41:05
  trim
• 41:06
  so
• 41:06
  you
• 41:06
  can
• 41:07
  see
• 41:07
  in
• 41:07
  the
• 41:07
  most
• 41:08
  obvious
• 41:08
  spot
• 41:08
  you
• 41:08
  have
• 41:09
  a
• 41:09
  straight
• 41:09
  edge
• 41:09
  to
• 41:09
  go
• 41:09
  with
• 41:10
  and
• 41:10
  it
• 41:10
  makes
• 41:11
  everything
• 41:11
  look
• 41:11
  straight
• 41:12
  across
• 41:12
  there.
• 41:12
  So
• 41:12
  at
• 41:13
  least
• 41:13
  you're
• 41:14
  lining
• 41:14
  things
• 41:14
  up
• 41:15
  and
• 41:15
  looking
• 41:15
  that
• 41:15
  way
• 41:15
  and
• 41:16
  then
• 41:16
  go
• 41:16
  back
• 41:16
  down
• 41:16
  the
• 41:17
  road.
• 41:17
  Now
• 41:17
  there's
• 41:17
  a
• 41:18
  couple
• 41:18
  ways
• 41:18
  to
• 41:18
  do
• 41:18
  this.
• 41:19
  When
• 41:19
  it
• 41:19
  goes
• 41:20
  to
• 41:20
  fastening
• 41:20
  it
• 41:20
  up
• 41:21
  on
• 41:21
  the
• 41:21
  wall,
• 41:21
  I
• 41:21
  like
• 41:21
  to
• 41:22
  go
• 41:22
  through
• 41:22
  and
• 41:23
  use
• 41:23
  about
• 41:24
  2
• 41:24
  inch
• 41:24
  nails,
• 41:25
  pin
• 41:25
  nails,
• 41:26
  and
• 41:26
  I'm
• 41:26
  going
• 41:26
  to
• 41:26
  pin
• 41:27
  through
• 41:28
  the
• 41:28
  veneer
• 41:28
  on
• 41:28
  that
• 41:29
  and
• 41:29
  that
• 41:29
  way
• 41:29
  you
• 41:30
  can
• 41:30
  just
• 41:30
  pin
• 41:30
  that
• 41:30
  in.
• 41:31
  I'm
• 41:31
  using
• 41:32
  an
• 41:32
  18
• 41:32
  gauge
• 41:33
  pin
• 41:33
  nailer
• 41:34
  and
• 41:34
  then
• 41:34
  I
• 41:34
  can
• 41:35
  go
• 41:35
  through
• 41:35
  and
• 41:35
  hit
• 41:35
  that
• 41:36
  with
• 41:36
  some
• 41:36
  touch
• 41:36
  up
• 41:36
  and
• 41:37
  you're
• 41:37
  good
• 41:37
  to
• 41:37
  go.
• 41:37
  It's
• 41:37
  natural
• 41:38
  oak,
• 41:38
  so
• 41:38
  I
• 41:38
  just
• 41:38
  got
• 41:38
  a
• 41:39
  wax
• 41:39
  stick
• 41:39
  and
• 41:39
  do
• 41:39
  that.
• 41:40
  Now
• 41:41
  one
• 41:41
  of
• 41:41
  the
• 41:42
  things
• 41:42
  that
• 41:42
  I
• 41:42
  do
• 41:42
  with
• 41:42
  this.
• 41:43
  Here's
• 41:43
  a
• 41:43
  trick
• 41:43
  of
• 41:44
  mine
• 41:44
  to
• 41:44
  making
• 41:44
  this
• 41:44
  look
• 41:45
  good.
• 41:45
  I
• 41:46
  had
• 41:46
  a
• 41:46
  popcorn
• 41:46
  ceiling
• 41:47
  above
• 41:47
  it
• 41:47
  and
• 41:47
  everything
• 41:48
  else
• 41:48
  that
• 41:48
  there
• 41:48
  was
• 41:49
  no
• 41:49
  way
• 41:49
  I
• 41:49
  was
• 41:49
  going
• 41:50
  to
• 41:50
  get
• 41:50
  that
• 41:50
  perfect
• 41:50
  up
• 41:50
  against
• 41:51
  that
• 41:51
  because
• 41:52
  I
• 41:52
  don't
• 41:52
  want
• 41:52
  to
• 41:52
  mess
• 41:53
  with
• 41:53
  this
• 41:53
  guy's
• 41:53
  popcorn
• 41:54
  ceiling.
• 41:54
  It's
• 41:54
  not
• 41:55
  mine
• 41:55
  because
• 41:56
  it's
• 41:56
  a
• 41:57
  older
• 41:57
  house.
• 41:58
  So
• 41:58
  what
• 41:58
  you
• 41:58
  can
• 41:59
  do
• 41:59
  is
• 41:59
  take
• 41:59
  your
• 41:59
  scraps
• 42:00
  after
• 42:00
  you're
• 42:00
  done
• 42:01
  cutting
• 42:01
  and
• 42:02
  you've
• 42:02
  cut
• 42:02
  it
• 42:02
  to
• 42:02
  length.
• 42:03
  What
• 42:03
  you
• 42:04
  can
• 42:04
  do
• 42:04
  is
• 42:04
  go
• 42:05
  in
• 42:05
  behind
• 42:06
  that
• 42:06
  MDF
• 42:07
  slat
• 42:08
  with
• 42:08
  a
• 42:08
  utility
• 42:09
  knife,
• 42:10
  fillet
• 42:10
  that
• 42:11
  off
• 42:11
  of
• 42:11
  the,
• 42:11
  the
• 42:12
  felt
• 42:12
  back
• 42:13
  material.
• 42:14
  And
• 42:14
  now
• 42:14
  you've
• 42:15
  got
• 42:15
  trim
• 42:16
  to
• 42:16
  cover
• 42:16
  up
• 42:16
  on
• 42:16
  those
• 42:17
  areas
• 42:17
  that
• 42:18
  you
• 42:18
  want
• 42:18
  to
• 42:18
  bring
• 42:18
  up
• 42:18
  to
• 42:19
  because
• 42:19
  you
• 42:20
  have
• 42:20
  to
• 42:20
  get
• 42:20
  it
• 42:20
  in
• 42:20
  to
• 42:21
  fit
• 42:21
  in
• 42:21
  there
• 42:21
  and
• 42:21
  you
• 42:21
  don't
• 42:21
  want
• 42:22
  to
• 42:22
  mess
• 42:22
  up
• 42:22
  the
• 42:22
  popcorn.
• 42:23
  Or
• 42:24
  if
• 42:24
  you've
• 42:24
  got
• 42:24
  an
• 42:24
  area
• 42:24
  where
• 42:25
  things
• 42:25
  are
• 42:25
  just
• 42:26
  gapped
• 42:27
  and
• 42:27
  you
• 42:27
  can't
• 42:27
  do
• 42:27
  it.
• 42:28
  We
• 42:28
  ran
• 42:28
  into
• 42:28
  this
• 42:28
  in
• 42:28
  another
• 42:29
  area
• 42:29
  where
• 42:29
  I
• 42:29
  had
• 42:29
  to
• 42:30
  fake
• 42:30
  it
• 42:30
  out
• 42:30
  a
• 42:30
  little
• 42:30
  bit,
• 42:31
  but
• 42:31
  I
• 42:32
  actually
• 42:32
  kept
• 42:33
  the
• 42:33
  gap
• 42:34
  on
• 42:34
  the
• 42:34
  other
• 42:35
  side
• 42:35
  of
• 42:35
  the
• 42:35
  trim
• 42:35
  because
• 42:35
  if
• 42:36
  I
• 42:36
  were
• 42:36
  to
• 42:36
  put
• 42:36
  a
• 42:36
  piece
• 42:36
  of
• 42:37
  wood
• 42:37
  there,
• 42:38
  it
• 42:38
  would
• 42:38
  have
• 42:38
  been
• 42:39
  an
• 42:39
  inch
• 42:39
  at
• 42:40
  the
• 42:40
  bottom
• 42:40
  and
• 42:41
  half
• 42:41
  inch
• 42:41
  at
• 42:41
  top,
• 42:41
  which
• 42:42
  screams
• 42:43
  everything
• 42:43
  is
• 42:44
  not
• 42:45
  right.
• 42:45
  So
• 42:46
  what
• 42:46
  I
• 42:46
  did
• 42:46
  is
• 42:47
  I
• 42:47
  brought
• 42:47
  it.
• 42:47
  So
• 42:47
  I
• 42:47
  spaced
• 42:48
  it
• 42:48
  out.
• 42:48
  So
• 42:49
  that
• 42:49
  gap
• 42:50
  was
• 42:50
  in
• 42:50
  the
• 42:50
  black
• 42:51
  and
• 42:51
  it
• 42:51
  hid
• 42:52
  and
• 42:52
  made
• 42:53
  the
• 42:53
  gap
• 42:53
  wider
• 42:53
  so
• 42:54
  it
• 42:54
  looked
• 42:54
  really
• 42:54
  good.
• 42:54
  So
• 42:55
  these
• 42:55
  are
• 42:55
  little
• 42:55
  tricks
• 42:56
  and
• 42:56
  tips
• 42:56
  you
• 42:56
  can
• 42:57
  do
• 42:58
  and
• 42:58
  it
• 42:58
  makes
• 42:59
  for
• 42:59
  a
• 42:59
  really
• 42:59
  great
• 43:00
  project.
• 43:01
  Now,
• 43:01
  design
• 43:01
  wise,
• 43:02
  these
• 43:03
  acoustical
• 43:04
  wall
• 43:04
  panels
• 43:04
  that
• 43:05
  you
• 43:05
  see
• 43:06
  are
• 43:06
  accent
• 43:07
  pieces.
• 43:07
  I
• 43:08
  probably.
• 43:08
  Unless
• 43:08
  it's.
• 43:09
  I
• 43:09
  wouldn't.
• 43:10
  Unless
• 43:10
  it's
• 43:11
  an
• 43:11
  office.
• 43:11
  I
• 43:11
  wouldn't
• 43:12
  do
• 43:12
  every
• 43:12
  wall.
• 43:13
  I
• 43:13
  would
• 43:13
  do
• 43:14
  one
• 43:14
  wall
• 43:15
  or
• 43:15
  maybe
• 43:15
  two
• 43:15
  walls.
• 43:16
  It's
• 43:16
  got
• 43:16
  accent
• 43:17
  paint
• 43:17
  that
• 43:18
  you've
• 43:18
  seen
• 43:18
  people
• 43:18
  do
• 43:18
  over
• 43:19
  the
• 43:19
  years.
• 43:20
  I
• 43:20
  really
• 43:20
  would
• 43:21
  like
• 43:21
  to
• 43:21
  do
• 43:21
  on
• 43:21
  those
• 43:22
  maybe
• 43:22
  one
• 43:22
  walls,
• 43:23
  maybe
• 43:23
  two
• 43:24
  in
• 43:24
  that
• 43:24
  thing.
• 43:25
  Because
• 43:25
  you
• 43:25
  don't.
• 43:25
  You
• 43:25
  can
• 43:26
  have
• 43:26
  too
• 43:26
  much
• 43:26
  of
• 43:26
  a
• 43:26
  good
• 43:26
  thing.
• 43:27
  So
• 43:27
  I
• 43:27
  like
• 43:28
  them
• 43:28
  as
• 43:28
  an
• 43:28
  accent
• 43:29
  and
• 43:29
  they
• 43:29
  look
• 43:30
  really
• 43:30
  good.
• 43:30
  And
• 43:30
  you
• 43:30
  can
• 43:30
  do
• 43:31
  light,
• 43:31
  dark.
• 43:31
  And
• 43:31
  if
• 43:32
  you
• 43:32
  want
• 43:32
  to
• 43:32
  get
• 43:32
  real
• 43:32
  wood
• 43:33
  ones,
• 43:33
  not
• 43:33
  mdf,
• 43:34
  you
• 43:34
  can
• 43:34
  get
• 43:34
  those
• 43:34
  too.
• 43:35
  If
• 43:35
  you're
• 43:35
  like,
• 43:35
  I
• 43:36
  want
• 43:36
  the
• 43:36
  real
• 43:36
  Thing.
• 43:37
  Yeah,
• 43:37
  you
• 43:37
  can
• 43:37
  get
• 43:38
  them,
• 43:38
  but
• 43:38
  they're
• 43:38
  probably
• 43:39
  4,
• 43:39
  5,
• 43:39
  600
• 43:40
  bucks
• 43:40
  a
• 43:40
  panel.
• 43:40
  So
• 43:41
  it's
• 43:41
  a
• 43:41
  big
• 43:41
  investment
• 43:42
  versus
• 43:43
  heading
• 43:43
  down
• 43:43
  to
• 43:44
  your
• 43:44
  floor
• 43:44
  and
• 43:44
  decor
• 43:44
  store
• 43:44
  and
• 43:45
  getting
• 43:45
  the
• 43:45
  99
• 43:45
  ones.
• 43:46
  So
• 43:46
  there's
• 43:47
  the
• 43:47
  big
• 43:47
  deal
• 43:47
  there.
• 43:48
  So
• 43:48
  anyway,
• 43:49
  this
• 43:49
  is
• 43:49
  a
• 43:49
  fun
• 43:49
  project.
• 43:49
  I
• 43:50
  walked
• 43:50
  through
• 43:50
  it.
• 43:51
  There's
• 43:51
  a
• 43:51
  lot
• 43:51
  of
• 43:52
  tricks
• 43:52
  on
• 43:52
  that
• 43:52
  one
• 43:53
  that
• 43:53
  you
• 43:53
  can
• 43:53
  tackle,
• 43:54
  but
• 43:54
  it's
• 43:54
  a
• 43:55
  great
• 43:55
  wintertime
• 43:56
  project
• 43:57
  when
• 43:57
  the
• 43:57
  weather's
• 43:57
  bad
• 43:58
  and
• 43:58
  you
• 43:58
  could
• 43:58
  really
• 43:59
  make
• 43:59
  a
• 43:59
  difference
• 44:00
  at
• 44:00
  making
• 44:00
  your
• 44:01
  house
• 44:01
  look
• 44:01
  amazing
• 44:02
  when
• 44:02
  you
• 44:02
  do
• 44:03
  it.
• 44:03
  All
• 44:03
  right,
• 44:04
  I
• 44:04
  got
• 44:04
  one
• 44:04
  more
• 44:04
  thing
• 44:04
  I
• 44:04
  want
• 44:05
  to
• 44:05
  give
• 44:05
  a
• 44:05
  shout
• 44:05
  out
• 44:05
  to
• 44:06
  today.
• 44:06
  And
• 44:07
  we
• 44:07
  got
• 44:07
  a
• 44:07
  great
• 44:07
  show
• 44:07
  coming
• 44:08
  up
• 44:08
  next
• 44:08
  weekend.
• 44:08
  I
• 44:08
  can't
• 44:09
  wait
• 44:09
  to
• 44:10
  share
• 44:10
  with
• 44:11
  you.
• 44:11
  But
• 44:12
  if
• 44:12
  you're
• 44:12
  listening
• 44:12
  on
• 44:13
  the
• 44:13
  radio,
• 44:13
  make
• 44:13
  sure
• 44:13
  you're
• 44:13
  catching
• 44:14
  us
• 44:14
  on
• 44:14
  the
• 44:14
  podcast
• 44:15
  because
• 44:15
  we
• 44:16
  do
• 44:16
  a
• 44:16
  midweek
• 44:16
  special
• 44:17
  on
• 44:17
  Wednesday
• 44:17
  mornings
• 44:18
  that
• 44:18
  comes
• 44:18
  out.
• 44:18
  It's
• 44:18
  a
• 44:19
  little
• 44:19
  10
• 44:19
  minute
• 44:19
  piece
• 44:20
  you
• 44:20
  might
• 44:20
  be
• 44:20
  missing
• 44:21
  and
• 44:21
  it's
• 44:21
  a
• 44:21
  great
• 44:21
  time
• 44:22
  to
• 44:22
  grab
• 44:22
  that.
• 44:22
  But
• 44:23
  I
• 44:23
  had
• 44:24
  an
• 44:24
  upgrade
• 44:24
  on
• 44:24
  my
• 44:24
  range
• 44:25
  this
• 44:25
  last
• 44:25
  week
• 44:25
  from
• 44:26
  Z
• 44:26
  Line
• 44:26
  appliances
• 44:27
  and
• 44:28
  man,
• 44:29
  these
• 44:29
  guys
• 44:29
  make
• 44:29
  amazing
• 44:30
  stuff.
• 44:30
  And
• 44:31
  so
• 44:31
  I
• 44:31
  did
• 44:31
  an
• 44:31
  upgrade
• 44:32
  on
• 44:32
  my
• 44:32
  range.
• 44:33
  This
• 44:33
  thing.
• 44:34
  Talk
• 44:35
  about
• 44:35
  an
• 44:35
  upgrade
• 44:36
  from
• 44:36
  their
• 44:36
  model
• 44:37
  even
• 44:37
  a
• 44:37
  few
• 44:37
  years
• 44:37
  ago.
• 44:38
  I
• 44:38
  love
• 44:39
  it
• 44:39
  when
• 44:39
  companies
• 44:40
  build
• 44:41
  things
• 44:41
  and
• 44:42
  they
• 44:42
  build
• 44:43
  them
• 44:43
  and
• 44:44
  keep
• 44:45
  innovating
• 44:45
  and
• 44:46
  making
• 44:46
  them
• 44:46
  better
• 44:47
  and
• 44:47
  better
• 44:48
  and
• 44:48
  better.
• 44:49
  And
• 44:50
  boy,
• 44:50
  I
• 44:50
  tell
• 44:50
  you
• 44:51
  what,
• 44:51
  that
• 44:51
  new
• 44:51
  48
• 44:52
  inch
• 44:52
  range
• 44:53
  there,
• 44:53
  I
• 44:53
  think
• 44:53
  it's
• 44:54
  the
• 44:54
  RAB
• 44:54
  BR,
• 44:55
  which
• 44:55
  I
• 44:56
  got,
• 44:56
  the
• 44:57
  black
• 44:57
  stainless
• 44:58
  48,
• 44:59
  that
• 44:59
  is
• 45:00
  a
• 45:00
  great
• 45:00
  range.
• 45:02
  And
• 45:02
  when
• 45:02
  you
• 45:03
  look
• 45:03
  at
• 45:03
  them,
• 45:03
  they're
• 45:04
  half
• 45:04
  the
• 45:04
  price
• 45:04
  of
• 45:05
  the
• 45:05
  bigger
• 45:05
  brands
• 45:06
  out
• 45:06
  there.
• 45:06
  The
• 45:07
  Wolfs,
• 45:07
  the
• 45:07
  Mila's,
• 45:08
  the
• 45:08
  all
• 45:08
  the
• 45:08
  big
• 45:08
  brands
• 45:09
  out
• 45:09
  there,
• 45:09
  the.
• 45:10
  All
• 45:10
  the
• 45:10
  other
• 45:10
  ones
• 45:10
  that
• 45:10
  you
• 45:11
  see
• 45:11
  out
• 45:11
  there
• 45:11
  that
• 45:11
  are
• 45:11
  14
• 45:12
  to
• 45:12
  $20,000
• 45:13
  and
• 45:14
  these
• 45:14
  guys
• 45:14
  are
• 45:14
  closer
• 45:15
  to
• 45:15
  seven
• 45:15
  or
• 45:15
  eight.
• 45:16
  There's
• 45:16
  a
• 45:17
  lot
• 45:17
  of
• 45:17
  value
• 45:17
  there
• 45:18
  for
• 45:18
  you
• 45:18
  that
• 45:19
  you
• 45:19
  should
• 45:19
  be
• 45:19
  paying
• 45:19
  attention
• 45:20
  to
• 45:20
  because
• 45:21
  that's
• 45:21
  saving
• 45:22
  some
• 45:22
  money.
• 45:22
  And
• 45:23
  I
• 45:23
  tell
• 45:23
  you
• 45:23
  what,
• 45:23
  it
• 45:23
  cooks
• 45:24
  even.
• 45:24
  It's
• 45:25
  solid
• 45:25
  and
• 45:26
  something
• 45:26
  to
• 45:26
  take
• 45:27
  a
• 45:27
  look
• 45:27
  at
• 45:27
  if
• 45:27
  you're
• 45:27
  out
• 45:27
  there
• 45:28
  trying
• 45:28
  to
• 45:28
  do
• 45:28
  a
• 45:28
  project
• 45:29
  on
• 45:29
  a
• 45:29
  budget.
• 45:30
  All
• 45:30
  right,
• 45:30

• 45:31
