Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When we talk about people that were close
• 0:07
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein, one of those people, most certainly, was
• 0:10
Speaker 1: Reid Hoffman. Now, of course, we don't hear enough about
• 0:13
Speaker 1: him in the legacy media when it comes to his
• 0:16
Speaker 1: relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, but we should. And this kind
• 0:21
Speaker 1: of falls under the same umbrella as what we hear
• 0:24
Speaker 1: about Stacey Plaskett, which is nothing. And when you want
• 0:28
Speaker 1: to be taken seriously... as somebody that actually cares about
• 0:31
Speaker 1: justice when it comes to this issue, you can't pick
• 0:34
Speaker 1: a side. It has to be accountability for everybody, whether
• 0:38
Speaker 1: it's Stacey Plaskett, whether it's Reid Hoffman, whether it's Les Wexner,
• 0:42
Speaker 1: or whether it's Leon Black. Now, of course, not everybody
• 0:46
Speaker 1: was involved to the same level as everybody else. And
• 0:49
Speaker 1: we have to use some discernment, right? And we have
• 0:52
Speaker 1: to base our opinions on what we know as far
• 0:54
Speaker 1: as evidence goes. But when it comes to Reid Hoffman,
• 0:58
Speaker 1: this man's out here bankrolling a whole ass political campaign
• 1:01
Speaker 1: down in Texas. And the political campaign that he's bankrolling
• 1:06
Speaker 1: is James Tallarico. Now look, I don't have any personal
• 1:09
Speaker 1: beef with Mr. Tallarico, if you will. But I think
• 1:13
Speaker 1: that it's hypocritical as fuck for the Democrats to run
• 1:16
Speaker 1: around chirping all day about Jeffrey Epstein running ads here,
• 1:20
Speaker 1: running ads there. But they have nothing to say about
• 1:23
Speaker 1: Reid Hoffman throwing his millions around. infecting the race with
• 1:27
Speaker 1: more Jeffrey Epstein-related money? That shouldn't be a bigger issue
• 1:31
Speaker 1: for people? Well, he has a D in front of
• 1:34
Speaker 1: his name, so it's okay. No, bitch, I'm here to
• 1:37
Speaker 1: tell you, it's not okay. And I don't care what
• 1:40
Speaker 1: stupid team he's on. The fact that he's taking money
• 1:42
Speaker 1: from Reid Hoffman needs to be talked about. So today,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: that's exactly what we're going to do. And to do that,
• 1:49
Speaker 1: we have an article from the New York Post. Headline,
• 1:52
Speaker 1: Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein Associate Reid Hoffman Bankrolling James Tallarico's Texas
• 1:58
Speaker 1: Senate Run. This article was authored by Josh Christensen. A
• 2:04
Speaker 1: former associate of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is funding Democrat
• 2:08
Speaker 1: James Tallarico's run for the U.S. Senate to the tune
• 2:11
Speaker 1: of at least $ 11. 5 million contributed to a super PAC
• 2:16
Speaker 1: backing the Texas candidate. Now, flip the script. Imagine if
• 2:20
Speaker 1: Leon Black was backing Ken Paxton. Can you imagine the outrage,
• 2:25
Speaker 1: the uproar? And that's the same kind of energy I
• 2:28
Speaker 1: want to see from people who support Tallarico, who support,
• 2:33
Speaker 1: you know, the Democrats and their campaign to unmask Epstein's associates.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: If you can't clean up your own backyard, don't pop
• 2:42
Speaker 1: your head over the wall and talk about mine. LinkedIn
• 2:46
Speaker 1: co-founder Reid Hoffman gave the bulk of that sum in
• 2:48
Speaker 1: the form of a $ 10 million check cut to Lone
• 2:51
Speaker 1: Star Rising Pack this past June. Months after, Tallarico won
• 2:55
Speaker 1: a bad-tempered primary over Representative Jasmine Crockett, according to Federal
• 3:00
Speaker 1: Election Commission filings. Yo, that's the best we can do
• 3:04
Speaker 1: down there in Texas? Jasmine Crockett? And Mr. Tallarico? And
• 3:09
Speaker 1: that buffoon Mr. Paxton? That's the best we can do
• 3:12
Speaker 1: down there, Texas? Come on, I think you guys can
• 3:15
Speaker 1: do better. Lone Star Rising spent nearly $ 4. 5 million opposing
• 3:19
Speaker 1: Crockett ahead of the March primary. and is now ramping
• 3:22
Speaker 1: up spending against Texas GOP Attorney General Ken Paxton as
• 3:27
Speaker 1: Tallarico bids to become the first Democrat elected to represent
• 3:30
Speaker 1: the state in the Senate since 1988, while vowing to
• 3:34
Speaker 1: ban the very organizations from which his campaign is benefiting.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: Now's gonna come the part that some of you are
• 3:40
Speaker 1: gonna take umbrage with, and that is the fact that Mr.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: Tallarico is fugazi. Everything about him's fake, everything about him's insincere,
• 3:49
Speaker 1: and everything that he says and does is part of
• 3:52
Speaker 1: the plan, part of the script. There's nothing organic about him.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: And the fact that he's taking money from Reid Hoffman
• 4:00
Speaker 1: while chirping about Epstein tells me everything I need to
• 4:03
Speaker 1: know about Mr. Tallarico. And then you look at the
• 4:06
Speaker 1: fact that he's willing to take this money while simultaneously
• 4:09
Speaker 1: running against the very source of it. Tallarico has frequently
• 4:13
Speaker 1: attacked Paxton over an Epstein-style sweetheart deal his office reached.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: to secure a guilty plea from Adam Dean Hoffman, a
• 4:20
Speaker 1: Waco lawyer initially charged with felony sexual abuse of a
• 4:24
Speaker 1: young child. Well, that person should be put on a
• 4:28
Speaker 1: helicopter and thrown in a volcano. If he was convicted
• 4:31
Speaker 1: of that and a jury of his peers found him guilty,
• 4:34
Speaker 1: strap that son of a bitch right in next to Epstein.
• 4:38
Speaker 1: Hoffman's trial ended in a mistrial and his alleged victim
• 4:41
Speaker 1: declined to testify again. Hoffman reached a deal with prosecutors
• 4:45
Speaker 1: and allowing him to plead guilty to misdemeanor, indecent assault,
• 4:48
Speaker 1: and displaying harmful material to a minor. He was sentenced
• 4:52
Speaker 1: to 60 days in jail and was released after 29
• 4:55
Speaker 1: days and did not have to register as a sex offender. Oh,
• 4:59
Speaker 1: that's just great. That's fantastic. Way to go, Mr. Paxton.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: Way to go, Texas. You know, we hear all this
• 5:06
Speaker 1: stuff about Texas and how they don't mess around and
• 5:08
Speaker 1: don't mess with Texas. Seems like everybody messes with Texas.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: So what are they even talking about down there in Texas?
• 5:16
Speaker 1: I think a little bit of that mystique they had,
• 5:18
Speaker 1: that veneer, has worn off. Because if Texas was the
• 5:22
Speaker 1: kind of place they tell us it is, a guy
• 5:24
Speaker 1: like this would not be getting 60 days in jail
• 5:28
Speaker 1: and not having to register. What are we, in New Mexico?
• 5:32
Speaker 1: The Epstein class has no place in Texas, Tallarico has said,
• 5:36
Speaker 1: insinuating that wealthy and powerful individuals have been able to
• 5:39
Speaker 1: evade justice because of their association with Epstein, who counted scholars, celebrities...
• 5:45
Speaker 1: and world leaders among his coterie before committing suicide, allegedly,
• 5:50
Speaker 1: in a Manhattan federal lockup while awaiting trial on sex
• 5:53
Speaker 1: trafficking charges in August of 2019. Well, wouldn't that be
• 5:57
Speaker 1: your boy, Reid Hoffman? I would think that he qualifies
• 6:01
Speaker 1: as an Epstein associate. You know, the guy that's funding
• 6:03
Speaker 1: your whole campaign. Do these people even hear themselves talk? Like,
• 6:09
Speaker 1: who's coming up with these campaign runs? How about being
• 6:14
Speaker 1: consistent How about just doing what you say you're going
• 6:17
Speaker 1: to do? And how about, hear me out here, being
• 6:20
Speaker 1: genuine and truthful? Tallarico has also called for Paxton's office
• 6:28
Speaker 1: to release the Hoffman files, imitating advocacy for the release
• 6:32
Speaker 1: of the so-called Epstein files by the U.S. Department of
• 6:35
Speaker 1: Justice last year. Yo, if the hypocrisy was any thicker,
• 6:39
Speaker 1: we wouldn't be able to breathe. Hoffman appears many times
• 6:43
Speaker 1: in those files, both interacting with the disgraced financier and
• 6:47
Speaker 1: talking about trips to Epstein's infamous private Caribbean island, as
• 6:51
Speaker 1: well as his Manhattan penthouse and New Mexico ranch. Hoffman
• 6:54
Speaker 1: and Epstein were a lot closer than people are saying.
• 6:59
Speaker 1: And I know that goes counter to what people want
• 7:01
Speaker 1: to talk about, but that's the thing about this podcast.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: I don't really care what anybody else wants. You want
• 7:07
Speaker 1: to talk about something else? Here's an idea. Start your
• 7:09
Speaker 1: own podcast. Because around these parts, everybody gets it. I
• 7:15
Speaker 1: don't care what side of the aisle you're on. I
• 7:17
  Speaker 1: don't care what you're up to. I don't care what
• 7:19
Speaker 1: kind of rhetoric you're spitting. What it comes down to is,
• 7:22
Speaker 1: does your action match your words? And if it does,
• 7:26
Speaker 1: then I really don't care what side of the aisle
• 7:28
Speaker 1: you're on. As long as you're pursuing justice and transparency
• 7:31
Speaker 1: in an honest manner, then we're allies. But if you're not,
• 7:36
Speaker 1: then prepare for this verbal bombing run. Jeffrey has exquisite
• 7:41
Speaker 1: taste in people, myself accepted, Hoffman wrote of Epstein in
• 7:44
Speaker 1: a September 2014 email, in which the financier connected him
• 7:48
Speaker 1: with Hardeep Singh Puri, then India's ambassador to the United Nations,
• 7:53
Speaker 1: and currently the country's oil minister. Other emails disclosed that
• 7:58
Speaker 1: Hoffman told Epstein on Christmas Eve 2014 that he'd mailed
• 8:02
Speaker 1: gifts that included a surfer statue for the money manager's
• 8:05
Speaker 1: Little St. James Island and an ice cream, either for
• 8:08
Speaker 1: yourself or Or for the girls. What does that mean, Mr. Hoffman? Mr.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: Big Money Bags Reid Hoffman? Mr. Big Shot Democrat Reid Hoffman?
• 8:19
Speaker 1: All that yapping. All that talk about everybody else. Meanwhile,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: this scumbag has his own Epstein skeletons rising up from
• 8:26
Speaker 1: his closet. In August 2015, Epstein claimed in an email
• 8:31
Speaker 1: to have had a wild dinner with Hoffman and fellow
• 8:34
Speaker 1: tech moguls Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, and Peter Thiel. Yes,
• 8:38
Speaker 1: they had that, the billionaire's edge dinner. Hoffman claimed in
• 8:42
Speaker 1: February's statement that he only engaged with Epstein to fundraise
• 8:45
Speaker 1: for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, even though several of
• 8:48
Speaker 1: those meetings occurred after Epstein was forced to register as
• 8:52
Speaker 1: a sex offender in 2008 after pleading guilty to soliciting
• 8:56
Speaker 1: a minor for sex in Palm Beach, Florida. First of all,
• 9:00
  Speaker 1: a minor can't be a prostitute, okay? Let's just get
• 9:03
Speaker 1: that clear. So what Epstein was doing was diddling little kids.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: And I don't care if you gave him a hundred
• 9:08
Speaker 1: bucks or a million bucks. That's what was happening. The
• 9:14
Speaker 1: victims of Epstein's abhorrent and vile actions deserve all the
• 9:18
Speaker 1: information they're seeking. And I continue to call on President
• 9:21
Speaker 1: Trump to deliver that for them. Hoffman said on X
• 9:24
Speaker 1: at the time, well, how about we start with you
• 9:27
Speaker 1: giving us a full breakdown of your relationship with Epstein?
• 9:30
Speaker 1: Open your books completely. Let us see all the receipts.
• 9:33
Speaker 1: Let us see all the deposits. Let's see everything. You
• 9:37
Speaker 1: want transparency? It starts with you, Mr. Hoffman, okay? A
• 9:42
Speaker 1: rep for Hoffman later explained that the December 2014 email
• 9:45
Speaker 1: referencing the girls was discussing adult members of Epstein's internal
• 9:49
Speaker 1: team who referred to themselves as the girls. You mean
• 9:52
Speaker 1: the women that were being abused? Now look, there's no
• 9:54
Speaker 1: doubt that they were abusing girls themselves. But if you
• 9:58
Speaker 1: listen to Sarah Kellan Vickers and you believe her, then
• 10:00
Speaker 1: that makes Reid Hoffman, well, a liar. Can't have it
• 10:04
Speaker 1: both ways. There have been no explanations as to what
• 10:10
Speaker 1: made the 2015 Dinner Wild from the other attendees, if
• 10:14
Speaker 1: such a gathering even took place. Other contemporaneous emails indicate
• 10:18
Speaker 1: that Hoffman was made aware of Epstein's time behind bars
• 10:22
Speaker 1: in Florida. Did Reed follow up on the jail? Answer surprise.
• 10:26
Speaker 1: Epstein wrote to entrepreneur Joyito in a July 2013 email. Yo,
• 10:31
Speaker 1: this Reed Hoffman dude is slovenly as fuck. I'm sorry,
• 10:34
Speaker 1: but come on. You have all this money and that's
• 10:36
Speaker 1: what you look like? Your bitch ass can't hit the gym?
• 10:39
Speaker 1: Go on a hike? Go kayaking? Whatever the fuck it
• 10:42
Speaker 1: might be, get a Peloton. Bro, you're a slovenly fat slob.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: All that money, all that power, all that reach, and
• 10:50
Speaker 1: that's what you look like. Now look, far be it
• 10:53
Speaker 1: from me to talk about somebody's looks. That's not what
• 10:56
Speaker 1: I'm saying. I'm not saying, oh, he's ugly, this, that,
• 10:58
Speaker 1: the other thing, okay? I'm talking about not caring about
• 11:01
Speaker 1: his health. And I can't even imagine having all that money,
• 11:03
Speaker 1: all that power. You can do whatever you want, whenever
• 11:06
Speaker 1: you want to do it, and you're not in shape.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: I mean, look at like Zuckerberg. Say what you want
• 11:10
Speaker 1: about the guy, in pretty good shape. Jeff Bezos, same thing. Well,
• 11:16
Speaker 1: Elon Musk. That dude has a weird-ass body shape. I
• 11:18
Speaker 1: don't even know what it is. But at least he
• 11:21
Speaker 1: doesn't look like Reid Hoffman. And listen, if Reid Hoffman
• 11:23
Speaker 1: was a regular dude, you know, a professor or whatever,
• 11:26
Speaker 1: no big deal. That's what happens, right? You get older.
• 11:28
Speaker 1: You gain some weight. I get it. But when you
• 11:30
Speaker 1: have the money that Reid Hoffman has, in my opinion,
• 11:33
Speaker 1: there's no excuse for it. Unless you have a medical condition.
• 11:37
Speaker 1: But you have all this money, all this time. Bro,
• 11:39
Speaker 1: get on the treadmill. Put down the donuts. About your
• 11:43
Speaker 1: jail thing, replied Ito. who directed MIT's Media Lab at
• 11:47
Speaker 1: the time. I talked to him about it, and he
• 11:49
Speaker 1: got it. He doesn't judge people. Oh, of course he doesn't, Mr.
• 11:52
Speaker 1: Reid Hoffman. The Texas Senate race is shaping up to
• 11:56
Speaker 1: be one of the most expensive races in the midterm cycle,
• 11:59
Speaker 1: with hundreds of millions of dollars spent on ads. Oh,
• 12:02
Speaker 1: there's no doubt it's contentious as hell. And Tallarico is
• 12:06
Speaker 1: making up good ground. But that 10, 11-day disappearance from
• 12:11
Speaker 1: the campaign trail? That's going to loom large. And there's
• 12:14
Speaker 1: going to be some ads that come out using that.
• 12:18
Speaker 1: So that's something that Tallarico and his team is going
• 12:20
Speaker 1: to have to deal with. How they're going to do that,
• 12:22
  Speaker 1: I don't know. What they're going to say, I don't know.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: They said it was the flu, but I don't think
• 12:27
Speaker 1: people are buying it. So it's going to be interesting
• 12:29
Speaker 1: to see what happens as far as Tallarico and how
• 12:32
Speaker 1: he's managing the rest of this race. Our campaign has
• 12:37
Speaker 1: no control over contributions to any super PAC. Federal law
• 12:40
Speaker 1: prohibits coordination between political campaigns and outside entities, Tallarico's spokesperson
• 12:46
Speaker 1: JT Ennis told the Post. Oh, well, in that case,
• 12:48
Speaker 1: we know it never happens, right? Right? The only way
• 12:53
Speaker 1: to get big money out of our politics is to
• 12:55
Speaker 1: reject politicians like Ken Paxton, who want corporations and billionaires
• 12:59
Speaker 1: to decide our elections, not Texans, added Ennis. While Ken
• 13:04
Speaker 1: Paxton works to enrich himself and his donors, James will
• 13:07
Speaker 1: remain the only candidate in this race. fighting to ban
• 13:10
Speaker 1: super PACs, ban corporate PACs, ban congressional stock trading, and
• 13:14
Speaker 1: tax billionaires so we can fix this broken corrupt political system. Currently,
• 13:19
Speaker 1: Tallarico is beating Paxton by 3.1 percentage points, according to
• 13:23
Speaker 1: the latest RealClearPolitics polling average. Representatives for Lone Star Rising
• 13:28
Speaker 1: PAC did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: So listen, if you're going to be upset about people
• 13:35
Speaker 1: that were enabling Jeffrey Epstein to people that were around
• 13:38
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein with a lot of money and power then
• 13:41
Speaker 1: you have to be upset about Reid Hoffman and then
• 13:43
Speaker 1: the natural progression from there is why would James Tallarico
• 13:47
Speaker 1: accept money from one of Jeffrey Epstein's enablers and I
• 13:51
Speaker 1: think that's a question that the people of Texas want
• 13:54
Speaker 1: an answer to and now that the race is coming
• 13:58
Speaker 1: down to the final weeks it's going to be real
• 14:00
Speaker 1: interesting to see how the James Tallarico campaign navigates through
• 14:03
Speaker 1: this minefield so like usual we'll be keeping an eye
• 14:07
Speaker 1: on it. And when we have some more information to share,
• 14:10
Speaker 1: we'll get it added to the catalog. All the information
• 14:13
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 14:16
  Speaker 1: description box.
