- 0:10Where? Are you?
- 0:14Tonight empty streets belong. Something in the air can quite
- 0:28live. Let it.
- 0:30Go the. Feeling that you're there every
- 0:40single night I look up high trying to catch a sign that
- 0:45you're watching over me, but I just can't see.
- 0:50Where are you tonight? When I need you more.
- 1:13Hello, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Brett Keene from GOD
- 1:16TV Radio. I hope you're all having a
- 1:19blessed day. When you get an opportunity, you
- 1:21can check out my radio station on Spotify, Amazon Music, and
- 1:25hundreds of thousands of other different outlets all over the
- 1:29Internet. You can listen to me while
- 1:31you're driving down the road in your vehicle.
- 1:35Yeah, it's very cool. If you check on my website, I've
- 1:39released a new album as well as a book.
- 1:42You guys can check that out. Also for a limited time, those
- 1:47who buy the CD also get my book for free.
- 1:50Isn't that cool? And it's Afterlife Simulation.
- 1:54Very good, very good. I got some news folks.
- 1:58As you guys know, you probably listen to some of my album for
- 2:03free off of YouTube where it can be found on the front page and
- 2:08you probably notice there's different vocalist.
- 2:10Most of the music is soft rock, pop, country music.
- 2:14That kind of stuff gets a little heavier towards the end, but not
- 2:19quite to the point where someone would go metal.
- 2:23So I'm going to be releasing a metal album as well as some
- 2:27other material. But in order to be able to get
- 2:31some of the people that were willing to sing and help with
- 2:35the collaboration of the music, I made some deals.
- 2:41And the deal was is that if I have people work with me on my
- 2:46stuff, I need to help them with their material and content as
- 2:51well. Now the question comes for my
- 2:55Christian brothers and sisters out there, I just released and
- 2:59distributed an album and helped produce an album and also did
- 3:04some music on it for a group called the Original Gangsters of
- 3:08Saint Louis. They are a hardcore rap group.
- 3:13They do a lot of old style gangster rap as well as some
- 3:20forms of trance music if that makes sense.
- 3:24Hip hop, R&B. They they do a lot of different
- 3:27styles, but sticks close to the whole gangster rap setting And
- 3:33they they actually sing one of the songs on my release, my CD
- 3:41called Money is the Root of All Evil.
- 3:45So we put that out there. And a lot of you have already
- 3:50you already realized that I do recording and engineering and I
- 3:53deal with sound and all that. And I think a lot of musicians
- 3:58like using me for their go to guy because I don't RIP people
- 4:05off. I don't burn people when they're
- 4:07trying to produce C DS or produce music and all that.
- 4:11And another thing too, of course, you know, in my local
- 4:16area, I'm about 17 miles South outside of Saint Louis, there's
- 4:20a lot of musicians where they go to any one of these studios
- 4:25before the studio even hears what they've got or what they're
- 4:29doing, they usually charge them up front for thousands and
- 4:34thousands of dollars. Where I will listen to the music
- 4:38it depending on how complicated it is, I usually do things who
- 4:43are a lot cheaper. And people have said that I am
- 4:47much more talented than some of these other people because these
- 4:51other people, they do it for money and the musicians don't
- 4:55feel like there's as much love involved.
- 5:00And if a band doesn't have a lot of money or they don't even have
- 5:04the money to pay my services. And sometimes I work deals with
- 5:08them where if they collaborate with me on something I'm doing
- 5:13or they're willing to share some form of royalties from their own
- 5:17music, then I will help. I will basically say no to some
- 5:24of the payment that is required. The payment will be paid through
- 5:29doing music. I love music.
- 5:32I love doing it. Well with this particular band,
- 5:35they do rap music and all that. And I assisted them on some of
- 5:39the melodies and pieces and, and all that and help produce and
- 5:44also set the order and the mastering mix and help them
- 5:48distribute it. Now the question I have for
- 5:52religious folks though, is, is this a problem?
- 5:56Is this a problem for Christians?
- 5:58If you're working a job, let's say that you're a Christian and
- 6:01you're working at a store or you're working at a restaurant
- 6:05and somebody comes in that doesn't share your ideology or
- 6:09your views, or someone asks for a product that you don't agree
- 6:14with or support or endorse, do you consider it satanic?
- 6:18Is it evil? Is it wrong to work with people?
- 6:22Even if they may not share some of the same views?
- 6:24I can assure you these guys do believe in God and all that.
- 6:29But some of their songs are a little rough and I'm going to be
- 6:32showing you one of their tracks here in a moment.
- 6:35And it's one of the more harder, rougher ones on their album.
- 6:41And you guys can check it out and actually listen to all their
- 6:44tracks for free and of course have the ability to purchase the
- 6:49album if you're interested. But I'd like to know from my
- 6:52brothers and sisters in Christ. I'll be honest with you, I'm
- 6:56more than happy to hear your opinion and views, but I'm not
- 6:59going to turn people down unless they're coming into my studio
- 7:05and wanting to like sacrifice pigs or something and get blood
- 7:08all over the place. If it's just, you know, cuss
- 7:11words and some nasty stuff every once in a while, it's like, I
- 7:15don't know. That's why I'm asking you guys.
- 7:18What do you think? Will it send me to hell if I
- 7:21help some gangsta rappers do their thing?
- 7:24You let me know. All right?
- 7:26I'm going to mute my mic and let's hear what they got.
- 7:40Yo, what the fuck you staring at?
- 7:41Step back, clown. I was like daggers.
- 7:44But I'm holding this crown. Ain't no punk.
- 7:46I'm the spark in the dark mouth running foul.
- 7:49But I'm fighting like a shark. You looking for trouble?
- 7:51I'm the storm in the street. Oops to the payment.
- 7:54Bring the heat to the beat, motherfucker.
- 7:56Keep your gaze off my crown. I'm a king in this game.
- 7:59You just wasting my time. What the fuck you looking there?
- 8:02You'll keep it moving. Because the story.
- 8:25Every fight's a muscle. You play it like you know me,
- 8:27but you don't know shit. I'm dodging your shade while I'm
- 8:30stacking my chips. God dreams too big for your
- 8:32small Lasko. Why are you hating from the
- 8:34sideline to come in the rope? Fuck your dirty looks.
- 8:37I'm a phoenix I saw kick down the door.
- 8:40Leave your shook to the core. What the fuck you looking at?
- 8:43You'll keep it moving. I saw me, but I'm steady
- 8:46grooving motherfucker, you'll know my pace.
- 8:49They're out of my lane. Don't get burned in my flame.
- 8:52What the fuck you looking at? Don't test.
- 8:57I see you stare, but it don't mean nothing.
- 9:04Talk that trash. But I keep on stunting.
- 9:07My heart's a furnace. My soul's untamed.
- 9:09You'll flicker in the dark. I'm a motherfucking flame.
- 9:12So turn your head. Better run from this fight.
- 9:15I'm a legend in the making. Burning bright in the night.
- 9:23You looking at? You're keeping moving, moving
- 9:25nice on me, but I'm steady grooving you away.
- 9:28You'll know my pain. Step out of my lane to get
- 9:31burned in my flame. What the fuck you looking at?
- 9:34Don't test my vibe. I'm a wolf in the night.
- 9:39Watch me rise. I survive.
- 10:38Where are you? Tonight, empty streets belong
- 10:46something in the air.
