  You're in an enviable position, 2 super exciting gold

  exploration projects, one in Papua New Guinea, one in
• 0:44
  Australia. Is there one that you want to

  start talking about? You know, they're both such
• 0:51
  exciting jurisdictions to be in. I mean, Papua New Guinea, we've
• 0:56
  been there for the past decade. We were very early in this new
• 1:01
  era of Papua New Guinea exploration development
• 1:04
  production and there just aren't that many places in the world
• 1:10
  that have a track record of grade and size like Papua New
• 1:15
  Guinea. And although we've been there
• 1:18
  for the past decade operating, it's relatively new to a lot of
• 1:23
  investors. But it's starting as a
• 1:26
  jurisdiction to get on more and more radar screens, partly
• 1:32
  because of the success that K 92 mining has had going from
• 1:36
  Discovery into very high margin production.
• 1:40
  But also in the North American context because of the fact that
• 1:45
  Newmont has just entered the country in a big way.
• 1:49
  And given that Newmont's the world's largest gold producer,
• 1:53
  that's just elevating the jurisdiction in the minds of
• 1:57
  many North American investors. So Papua New Guinea, we're
• 2:01
  exceptionally excited about our four projects there.
• 2:05
  We have a big commanding 2500 square kilometer land position,
• 2:11
  gold and some copper focus and then of course next door in
• 2:16
  Australia we've just made a a remarkably high grade gold
• 2:20
  discovery at our Comet prospect in in the region where the
• 2:26
  Fosterville, the famous Fosterville mine operates.
• 2:31
  We're South of that, so we're very excited to follow up there.
• 2:34
  The drills are turning as we speak.
• 2:36
  We have some assays coming out. We anticipate, we hope over the
• 2:40
  next week or so. So both jurisdictions have a lot
• 2:44
  happening at the moment. Let's go back to Papua New
• 2:48
  Guinea. I think our audience deserves to
• 2:51
  hear from you what you've already accomplished there with
• 2:54
  a different company with K92 Mining.

  Can you run us through your success and how you think that
• 3:01
  that could potentially translate into what you're doing now with
• 3:05
  Great Pacific Gold in that region?

  Sure, absolutely, Ron. The K 92 was a big success and
• 3:13
  is an ongoing success in a number of ways.
• 3:17
  First off obviously for shareholders it it's, it's just
• 3:21
  been a huge and ongoing win. K92 was a a micro cap situation
• 3:28
  we purchased approximately 10 years ago with $2,000,000 in
• 3:33
  cash and the promise of some future payments.
• 3:36
  Just an incredible land package in Papua New Guinea from like I
• 3:40
  say Barrick Gold. That company has traded up to a
• 3:44
  $2 billion market capitalization outside of the the obvious
• 3:51
  shareholder win and it's just created an immense amount of
• 3:55
  wealth for early shareholders that supported the company in
• 3:59
  the early days. Outside of that and and as
• 4:03
  importantly, even more importantly in many ways is the
• 4:08
  stakeholder benefit that went from a project being completely
• 4:13
  idled to a project now that has approximately 1600 employees.
• 4:20
  It's growing quickly. There is a rapid expansion
• 4:25
  underway in 2027 that mine is slated to produce approximately
• 4:33
  500,000 ounces of gold, high margin, high grade gold.

  And this is bringing a lot of community benefit.

  And that community benefit you know is really special to see
• 4:46
  and and Papua New Guinea, it's a great place geologically as we
• 4:50
  always say the greatest strength of the country is its people.
• 4:54
  And it's becoming a jurisdiction that quite rightly is now being
• 4:59
  recognized as one of the world's go to places for companies that
• 5:04
  are looking for high grade gold and copper.
• 5:07
  And alongside of that of course the the size that Papua New
• 5:11
  Guinea is famous for. It's known as the land of giants
• 5:15
  in the mining industry for good reason.
• 5:18
  So the K 92 is a really special story.
• 5:21
  I was a Co founder, a former President of K 92.
• 5:25
  I I was there as President from inception right up through to
• 5:31
  cash flow, positive operations, commercial production.
• 5:35
  There's a great CEO in place at K 92, John Lewins.
• 5:40
  John happens to be an advisor to Great Pacific Gold.
• 5:44
  He just does a remarkable job and all facets of the business.
• 5:48
  The Vice President, the Executive Vice President of
• 5:51
  Exploration for K92, Chris Mueller, he's obviously had a
• 5:56
  lot of success with K92. But even prior to K 92, Chris
• 6:02
  was in Papua New Guinea. He was involved at Wapi Golpu.

  Chris has been involved with a few of the last major
• 6:09
  discoveries in PNG and Chris has just recently joined the Board
• 6:14
  of Directors of Great Pacific Gold.

  So we have a lot of commonality with K92 in terms of some of the
• 6:21
  leadership, definitely some of the shareholders.

  So we're we're excited with this, this Encore act if if if

  you say with with great Pacific Gold.

  Yeah, it it sounds like it's certainly not your first time in
• 6:36
  Papua New Guinea. And you know, it's great to hear
• 6:39
  about this unbelievable success, investor success that you had in
• 6:45
  Papua New Guinea. But I wanna a salute you for
• 6:48
  also pointing out, and it was the first thing that you pointed
• 6:51
  out was the positive impact that you had on the community there
• 6:54
  as well. Because you know, that to me
• 6:57
  says a lot about you as a person, but about the company as
• 7:00
  well, that you're bringing real benefits to the many
• 7:04
  stakeholders. Not just the investors, but the
• 7:06
  many stake, many stakeholders who are involved with the mine.
• 7:10
  Yeah, it's. It's such an integral.
• 7:13
  Important part of the business model before us and we work with
• 7:18
  a lot of over the last 10 years of course being in the country,
• 7:22
  we've worked with a lot of great Papua New Guinean geologists and
• 7:27
  engineers and lawyers, accountants and and we've really
• 7:32
  got familiar over the past decade with Papua New Guinea and
• 7:38
  as a jurisdiction we're just really happy to be there.

  Yeah. So from a great Pacific
• 7:43
  perspective, right, you've had this massive success with K92.
• 7:47
  Now you have the, I think you said four projects or targets
• 7:51
  that you're working with in Papua New Guinea.
• 7:53
  What gets you most excited when you look out, let's say over the
• 7:57
  next 12 to 18 months about what might be going on with Great
• 8:01
  Pacific and and Papua New Guinea?
• 8:03
  Sure. So the four projects there, our
• 8:08
  four projects cumulatively totalling 2500 square
• 8:13
  kilometers, they're at different stages of development.
• 8:18
  The earliest stage project is a project called Kessar Creek, but
• 8:23
  this is very interesting because it's adjacent to it's contiguous
• 8:27
  with K92 itself. So we know the geology really
• 8:31
  well. We've just finished a big
• 8:34
  geochemical sampling program there.
• 8:37
  And I think in the coming weeks we'll be able to show the world
• 8:41
  some great geochem targets coincident with some great
• 8:45
  underlying geology and that's right in the heart of the K 92
• 8:50
  camp. So we're excited about that if
• 8:53
  for obvious reasons, not only geologically, geochemically, but
• 8:58
  but because of the fact that is adjoining K 92 itself is right
• 9:03
  next door. We have a project to the
• 9:05
  southeast of K92 called Arrow and we're preparing drill pads
• 9:10
  as we speak and we should be drilling at Arrow over the next
• 9:14
  few weeks. The other two projects are also
• 9:18
  very interesting. Tenga Valley is a project early
• 9:22
  stage, but we think it has just incredible size potential.
• 9:26
  It's the type of project, it just doesn't come along very
• 9:30
  often because of that elephant sized target that that lurks at
• 9:35
  Tenga. The most advanced stage of the
• 9:38
  projects we have is called Wild Dog and Wild Dog's very
• 9:43
  interesting. It's on the island of New
• 9:45
  Britain within Papua New Guinea and Wild Dog has had 1000 plus
• 9:52
  historic drill holes. But all of those drill holes
• 9:55
  were concentrated in a small area in support of some past
• 10:00
  production. It was a small high grade gold
• 10:03
  producing operation. We have a total of approximately
• 10:08
  14 kilometers of strike identified on the main
• 10:12
  structure, yet less than one kilometer has been drilled.
• 10:17
  There's a thin volcanic ash layer of a few meters that masks
• 10:23
  some of the underlying mineralization.
• 10:26
  So this is just a long strike, extremely prospective.
• 10:31
  You have a track record of production.
• 10:34
  There are some phenomenal high grade gold hits near surface,
• 10:38
  but you've got 95 percent, 90% of the strike, completely
• 10:44
  untested, so a long strike. There is serious upside at Wild
• 10:49
  Doug. There's also big upside at depth
• 10:52
  and in addition to the high grade gold system that's evident
• 10:57
  near surface at Wild Dog, you've got some very big copper gold
• 11:03
  targets at depth and they have the size, scope and scale
• 11:07
  potential that that's made Papua New Guinea famous in the in the
• 11:10
  mining world. So we're really excited about
• 11:14
  all of these projects in terms of prioritization.
• 11:18
  We just finished the geochem work at Kassar.
• 11:21
  We're about to drill over the next two to three weeks at Arrow
• 11:25
  and we're doing a little bit of Rd. rehabilitation at Wild Dog
• 11:30
  to get ready for drilling which will start up you know over the
• 11:34
  next six months. We we think in the next three
• 11:40
  months or thereabouts. So we're really excited about
• 11:42
  all four projects there in Papua New Guinea, gold, copper, all of
• 11:47
  them have shown potential for exceptionally high grade.
• 11:51
  We've got an advanced stage project that was a former
• 11:54
  producer, Wild Dog, but we've also got an amazing early stage
• 11:59
  project right in that K 92 camp in Kessar Creek.

  Wow. So you're in a great
• 12:05
  neighborhood. The big mining companies are
• 12:08
  moving and it's kind of an emerging new, for lack of a
• 12:12
  better term, district that's becoming recognized as a great
• 12:15
  place. What about the the development
• 12:20
  process you've been through that does is Papua New Guinea, what
• 12:23
  would you call it? A good place to build a mine?
• 12:26
  Well, absolutely. And I think that's one thing
• 12:28
  that K92 has shown the market and shown the industry that you
• 12:34
  can go from a a discovery which we had at K 92 through
• 12:40
  development into production into an expansion mode.
• 12:44
  And this is a jurisdiction that that can be done in a relatively
• 12:49
  straightforward manner. It it, it's a much better
• 12:53
  jurisdiction than many other places in the world as far as
• 12:58
  that process. It's a mining country.
• 13:01
  It's a mining and oil and gas country.
• 13:04
  They understand within the bureaucracy, within the
• 13:07
  government, they understand the sector.
• 13:10
  They encourage investment in mining, in oil and gas.
• 13:15
  So Papua New Guinea is a a great place to work and and it's been
• 13:20
  really nice to see now that you have the the world's largest
• 13:24
  gold mining company there, you have the second largest gold
• 13:28
  mining company in the world. There you, you see some
• 13:32
  recognition coming to the country that I think is well
• 13:34
  deserved, but K 92 really helped pave that path and it's just
• 13:40
  becoming more and more recognized.
• 13:42
  And I think that you know we've spent a lot of time with Great
• 13:45
  Pacific assembling this land package.
• 13:48
  We got a big head start and that early mover, first mover status
• 13:53
  that we have via K92 and and now Great Pacific Gold really bodes
• 13:58
  well because the the the rush is on there now, but we got a big
• 14:04
  jump start on it. Yeah, you had a you had a little
• 14:06
  advantage, right, having been there for, for a few years.
• 14:11
  What what if we move over to Australia, right, because we're
• 14:14
  talking about exciting exploration opportunities and
• 14:18
  PNG, but Australia is kind of the second component to your
• 14:23
  company. I know Rex Mutton who works with
• 14:27
  you, is is very familiar with that area and you correct me if
• 14:31
  I'm wrong, had an almost bonanza grade drill hole at your
• 14:36
  Australia property kind of. Can you give us an update on
• 14:38
  what's going on there? Sure.
• 14:41
  So our projects in Australia are in Victoria.
• 14:46
  The big discovery that you referred to was made at a
• 14:50
  prospect called Comet and the COMET high grade discovery, I
• 14:55
  think it was one of the highest grade gold discovery holes in
• 14:58
  the world last year. It happened right at the end of
• 15:00
  the year. We're following up on that now.
• 15:03
  It graded 8 meters at 106g per ton gold.
• 15:08
  There were 400 to 450g per ton gold hits within that discovery,
• 15:16
  really phenomenal. And Comet is South of the famous
• 15:20
  Fosterville mine. Fosterville at a number of times
• 15:24
  was the world's highest grade, highest margin gold mine.
• 15:29
  So it's a really special type of prize that we're going after and
• 15:33
  it's all about grade there. We've made this discovery and
• 15:37
  what's really interesting is it's the same age of rock as
• 15:41
  Fosterville, same geology as Fosterville, same mineralogy as
• 15:46
  Fosterville. And really importantly the
• 15:49
  discovery was made where the western dipping faults intersect
• 15:53
  the anticline. So same structural type of
• 15:57
  setting as Fosterville. So we really think we're on to
• 16:00
  something. We've got a drill rig turning
• 16:04
  there now as we speak. We've got assays that will be
• 16:08
  coming out. You know, we hope in the next
• 16:11
  week to 10 days that they're, they're that close.
• 16:14
  And like I say, the drill's turning.
• 16:16
  Rex grew up in this area. His house today is just down the
• 16:20
  road from the Fosterville mine. He spent his teenage years
• 16:24
  prospecting around the district. He's a geologist that's worked
• 16:29
  all over the world internationally, but he knows
• 16:32
  Victoria. It's it's truly his backyard.
• 16:34
  So it it's really exciting not only for the company and for
• 16:38
  shareholders, but it's exciting for Rex personally who who
• 16:42
  Victoria is a big part of who Rex is and it's a a really
• 16:46
  exciting thing for him to be involved in this discovery and
• 16:50
  we're really just getting started there.
• 16:52
  Wow, wow. So it's just incredible when I
• 16:56
  think about where Great Pacific sits right now with all the PNG,
• 17:01
  Papua New Guinea opportunity with with what happened in
• 17:06
  Australia with this comet hole like you said right next to the
• 17:10
  Fosterville mine, What should investors expect, right.
• 17:15
  You had this with if I go back to the Comet, the Bonanza great
• 17:19
  hole that you drilled Now are you how do you expand upon that?
• 17:24
  Do you do what's called step out drilling And if if we were to
• 17:28
  manage investors expectations and I'm I'm a stockholder your
• 17:32
  company I share with you I've owned the stock for two years.
• 17:36
  Of course everyone wants to see better and better and better
• 17:39
  drill holes, but it doesn't necessarily work that way.
• 17:41
  What what? What would be like a really good
• 17:45
  case scenario as as new, newer drill holes are released?
• 17:49
  Sure. So if if this plays out like a
• 17:53
  Fosterville type analogy and that and that's what we're
• 17:56
  thinking of it as you'll see some more bonanza hits and and
• 18:01
  the potential is there for more bonanza hits where you have
• 18:04
  these fifty 6000G intercepts. The resource though will be
• 18:10
  built through a lot of five to 10 gram hits, 15G hits.
• 18:16
  So all of that adds to the ultimate prize which is a very,
• 18:21
  very high grade resource. We've shown now that Comet can
• 18:26
  produce the system can produce exceptionally high bonanza, high
• 18:31
  grade gold and and that that that discovery hole itself
• 18:35
  proved that. So as we step out, we'll just
• 18:39
  start to define what does this mineralized body look like?
• 18:44
  What type of spatial features does it have, how large is it,
• 18:50
  what does it look like, a long strike at depth.
• 18:53
  And the hole was quite a shallow discovery.
• 18:56
  We made the discovery at approximately 95 meters from
• 19:00
  surface. So it it, it has the benefit
• 19:04
  that we're not drilling 67800 meter holes here.
• 19:09
  We can quite quickly figure out how to attack this and we have a
• 19:16
  very good idea on the structural controls.
• 19:19
  Like I say, it's where these western dipping faults intersect
• 19:23
  anti climb, Rex is the guy to figure this out in Victoria, no
• 19:28
  doubt. And I think that what investors
• 19:32
  can expect over the next several months is just more and more
• 19:35
  data that points to a case that this has size, we know it has
• 19:41
  grade. So there will be a lot of
• 19:44
  drilling and I think both in Papua New Guinea and in
• 19:48
  Australia, this is a very drill centric story.
• 19:51
  Going forward we'll have drills turning in Papua New Guinea
• 19:55
  drill turning in Victoria. We're well funded, we have
• 20:00
  approximately 10 million in cash.
• 20:02
  So we're we're very well funded to tackle this.

  We've got experience in both jurisdictions and I think that
• 20:11
  as we start to show Comet can run, that it has legs, that it's
• 20:16
  going to get bigger, this will get recognition in a hurry
• 20:21
  because of the part of the world it's in and it's being South of.

  Fosterville, Yeah, everybody knows Fosterville.
• 20:28
  I mean I remember years ago when Eric Sprott would do a weekly
• 20:33
  update with Craig Hemke and he was every week at all he talked
• 20:36
  about was Fosterville. So the potential there for
• 20:40
  exciting discoveries, exciting growth.
• 20:43
  And again that's just in Australia.
• 20:45
  You have what's going on in PNG as well.
• 20:48
  I hear a lot of executives telling me now mining executives
• 20:53
  that that scale matters the size of the prize with with can you
• 20:58
  just touch on with both PNG and with Australia, do you do you
• 21:03
  think that the the ability to deliver like large scale
• 21:07
  deposits exist at both those? Yeah, absolutely.
• 21:11
  And I think that's what's very attractive about the PNG
• 21:15
  projects is that we've shown that they have the big size
• 21:20
  scale scope and and that's what ultimately attracts the the
• 21:25
  world's biggest mining companies to jurisdictions like that.
• 21:30
  In Fosterville it it's all about grade.
• 21:33
  So spatially the Fosterville, the world famous Fosterville
• 21:37
  deposit itself isn't spatially that big because it doesn't take
• 21:43
  a lot of tons to get an incredible amount of Oz when
• 21:48
  you're dealing with grade like that.
• 21:50
  So it has the the scale potential because of grade,
• 21:57
  whereas Papua New Guinea has grade but it also there are
• 22:00
  multiple world class deposits in Papua New Guinea because of that
• 22:04
  that tonnage as well. Right.
• 22:07
  So it's more concentrated deposit in Australia as opposed
• 22:11
  to a high quality deposit profile in PNG, but maybe bigger
• 22:16
  and more geographically dispersed.
• 22:20
  Is that accurate? Yeah, that's right.
• 22:23
  So for example, at our Wild Dog project in PNG, we've got that
• 22:29
  ultra high grade gold target near surface.
• 22:32
  So you you can think of it in the same way that you would
• 22:35
  think of our Victoria project, but what you also have at the
• 22:39
  Wild Dog project at depth is this potential for very big
• 22:44
  tonnage copper and gold, the porphyry style mineralization
• 22:49
  And and so you hit the nail on the head it, it's got that big
• 22:54
  scalability in terms of tonnage and size.
• 22:56
  That's right. Yeah.
• 22:58
  And I and I want to remind our viewer who's joining us, I've
• 23:01
  really focused on gold, but yeah, you great Pacific has huge
• 23:05
  potential in the world of copper as well and copper is getting
• 23:09
  more and more attention as of late.

  Yeah, absolutely. And that's what you you there
• 23:15
  were some very nice historically reported copper intercepts at
• 23:19
  Wild Dog, for example in PNG. All of the properties in PNG
• 23:26
  have a copper component to them. We're chasing not only these
• 23:30
  high grade epithermal vein systems, but we're also looking
• 23:34
  at these big copper gold porphyries.
• 23:37
  So there's a real copper component to the story in PNG.
• 23:40
  Interesting. Interesting.

  I want to get your opinion on the current state of the gold
• 23:45
  prize precious metals prizes. You You mentioned that the
• 23:50
  company has 10 million in cash. What about inside ownership?
• 23:54
  How? How is there a good
• 23:55
  representation by management on the ownership roster?
• 23:59
  Yeah, absolutely. I mean, we've been there, you
• 24:02
  know, from day one. We participated all the way
• 24:05
  along the way, insiders management own a good chunk of
• 24:09
  the company. We've also got for a small cap
• 24:12
  situation, very good registry of institutional owners.
• 24:17
  I'm actually over the next couple of days meeting with a
• 24:21
  number of those institutional shareholders at the Canaccord,
• 24:25
  the Global Metals and Mining Conference here in California.
• 24:31
  And we've got for a small company a couple of things that
• 24:36
  are unique. One, obviously the geology, the
• 24:39
  track record in the jurisdictions well funded, but
• 24:43
  also it's quite unique in terms of the caliber of institutions
• 24:48
  we have at such an early stage. And a lot of those institutions
• 24:51
  were introduced to PNG through K 92.
• 24:55
  So it it it's a very good shareholder roster.

  Yeah, absolutely. And we always target what we

  think are high margin opportunities.

  We go after high grade because that grade, that margin can
• 25:52
  sustain the company if we're in down periods in gold, in copper,
• 25:57
  etcetera. Now I think we're going into a
• 26:01
  prolonged bull market in gold. I think that you've got a
• 26:06
  situation across the world where there's just growing distrust of
• 26:10
  Fiat currency, there's growing distrust of government's ability
• 26:16
  to manage the monetary system, fiscal system and what we're
• 26:22
  seeing and and it's no secret that we've seen huge demand in
• 26:26
  the East. I think the West has been caught
• 26:29
  sleeping at the wheel here a little bit.
• 26:32
  We've seen a shift in terms of who determines price.
• 26:36
  We've we've seen price determination on gold happening
• 26:40
  more in the East versus the West.
• 26:43
  You've got central bankers around the world accumulating
• 26:46
  gold and I always say watch what the central banks do, not what
• 26:51
  they say and you've got essentially every central bank
• 26:55
  in the world is trying to get their hands on as much gold as
• 26:58
  they can at the moment. So I we're we're just setting up
• 27:01
  for a really strong environment for gold and and silver of
• 27:07
  course. I could.
