  Speaker 1: and it's time right now for today's word. God sees

  Speaker 1: your labor. Colossians 3 23 says whatever you do work

  Speaker 1: at it with all your heart as working for the
• 0:19
  Speaker 1: Lord not for human masters. Today as we celebrate Labor
• 0:23
  Speaker 1: Day We honor the dignity of work, the hands that build,
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: the minds that create, the people who serve, the people
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: who provide, the people who teach, protect, clean, care, lead,
• 0:35
  Speaker 1: and keep our communities moving. But there's something I want
• 0:39
  Speaker 1: you to remember today. God sees your labor. There are
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: things you do every day that may never receive applause.
• 0:47
  Speaker 1: You get up early. You show up when you're tired.
• 0:50
  Speaker 1: You take care of your family. You go to work.
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: You give your best. You carry responsibilities that nobody else
• 0:56
  Speaker 1: fully understands. Sometimes you may even wonder, does anybody notice?

  Speaker 1: Does anybody appreciate what I do? Well, let me tell
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: you something today. God does. Your labor is not invisible
• 1:10
  Speaker 1: to him. Maybe you're working in a position that isn't
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: your dream job. Maybe you feel overlooked, underappreciated, or just stuck.

  Speaker 1: Perhaps you've been faithful for years and you're wondering when
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: your opportunity is going to come. Don't allow your current
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: position to determine the value of your work. You can
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: honor God right where you are. Joseph served faithfully as
• 1:32
  Speaker 1: a slave and later as a prisoner before God elevated
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: him to become a leader in Egypt. David spent years
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: caring for sheep before he became king. Their preparation happened
• 1:44
  Speaker 1: in places where there wasn't much recognition. The lesson is simple.
• 1:50
  Speaker 1: Never despise the season you're in. Your faithfulness today may
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: be preparing you for what God has planned for tomorrow.
• 1:59
  Speaker 1: And remember, work is not simply about earning a paycheck.

  Speaker 1: Your work can be an expression of your character. When
• 2:07
  Speaker 1: you show up with integrity, serve people with kindness, keep
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: your word, and give your best, even when nobody is watching,
• 2:15
  Speaker 1: you're honoring God. So on this Labor Day, take a
• 2:19
  Speaker 1: moment to thank God for the ability to work, the
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: strength to keep going, the skills he's given you, and
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: the opportunities he's placed in your hands. And if you're
• 2:29
  Speaker 1: in a season where you're waiting for something better, don't
• 2:32
  Speaker 1: quit doing your best. God sees every early morning, every
• 2:37
  Speaker 1: late night, every sacrifice, every act of service, and every
• 2:41
  Speaker 1: time you choose excellence when you could have chosen mediocrity.

  Speaker 1: Your labor is not in vain. Keep working, keep serving,
• 2:52
  Speaker 1: keep believing, keep trusting God with your future because the

  Speaker 1: same God who sees your labor is the God who
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: knows how to reward your faithfulness. Father, thank you for

  Speaker 1: the gift of work and for the strength, abilities, and
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: talents and opportunities that you've given us. Thank you for

  Speaker 1: seeing every sacrifice and every effort, even the things nobody
• 3:12
  Speaker 1: else notices. Help us to work with excellence, integrity, and

  Speaker 1: a joyful heart, knowing that ultimately we're working for you, God.

  Speaker 1: When we feel overlooked, underappreciated, remind us that you see
• 3:24
  Speaker 1: us and you know our hearts. Give us strength when

  Speaker 1: we're tired, wisdom when we face challenges, and favor as
• 3:30
  Speaker 1: we pursue the work that you place in our hands.

  Speaker 1: Bless the work of our hands, God, and help us

  Speaker 1: to remain faithful in every season. We trust you with

  Speaker 1: our careers. our finances, our future, and our purpose in
