Dr. Yafi: Well, I was born tapped in in a way, like many, many people. So I was very intuitive, very a- artistic as a child, but my environment was not very supportive of it. I grew up in a very atheistic home, uh, with really no room for t- not too much wiggle room for anything woo-woo. So very quickly, I learned to kind of put silly things aside, right?
• 4:00
And only in 2012, I had this spiritual awakening and I started really leaning into anything spiritual, paranormal, um, both in my interest, reading about it and thinking about it, but also really in a very personal way. So I started developing my own
• 5:00
Kara Goodwin: at this time you were still in getting... You were still studying,
• 6:00
Even that, the idea of tapping into the subconscious and having the conversation and the healing and information coming through the subconscious really appealed to me from the beginning. I was fascinated by it. So that was one thing that happened professionally, and on a personal level, in 2012, my mom was diagnosed with cancer, and within two months crossed over.
• 7:00
Yes, so energy work actually showed up before. I started doing energy work in New York before I moved to Florida, before I started my master's and doctorate. Uh, but when I started my master's and doctorate, I so focused on that side of my life that it's almost like I forgot I was ever trained in energy work, and it's something that I used to practice.
• 8:00
I've done so many trainings in my life. I've been going to the Monroe Institute for 14 years. I've done shamanism training, uh, almost anything that you can imagine, again, within that spiritual paranormal world. So when I enrolled in the channeling training, I did see it as the next step forward, but again, it was just another layer.
• 9:00
And when the practice, the training ended, most people eventually fell off the practice and went back to their lives, whatever their lives was before the training, which is what I thought would be my journey. But I never stopped. It just, it swallowed me. It, it took everything that I was doing beforehand and amplified it and enhanced it even more.
• 10:00
Dr. Yafi: Many, many others. So no, so I have the ability, um, to channel a very wide range of entities, and indeed, when I started channeling, the first that came to me were actually Jesus, Yeshua, it's the same person if people don't know, and Hathor. And these were the two first ones, but there were many, many others, and as a new channel, I wanted to explore different energies, different essences, to get familiar with them, also to learn information.
• 11:00
We're actually talking about fire, water, wind, uh, the Earth herself, and different consciousnesses. So really, really, really wide variety, especially again, the first couple of years of my channeling, and it's almost like training wheels, right? Getting exposed to different energies, learning the difference, learning self-trust.
• 12:00
It wasn't even a question. Like if anybody asked me, "Would you want to do that more? Would you want to work with that essence?" Of course, because it just felt amazing. The, uh, uh, the word expansive do- tries to capture it, but it doesn't because it's so broad, and that feeling of love and, and support is so broad.
• 13:00
So at first it was just like, yes, there is a familiarity, there is a comfort. Uh, later on they said something like, "Yes, you are Hathor." And as I continue in my evolution, the explanation of their essence and what Hathor is, um, became even more, again, general and specific at the same time, which we can talk about it if you want, but it's not just an entity.
• 14:00
And at first when we asked about their identity and their nature, indeed, they mentioned Sirius and they mentioned Egypt. They mentioned being involved with the Earth and humanity even before that. But it was again, very, you would say, concrete, very easy to understand. And as the evolution within me and my group, um, progressed, they started talking about the divine feminine and what does it mean, and that their first eminence in their awareness, their first awareness of their own existence is the flow of creation.
• 15:00
They are themselves the actual flow of creation. Which is again, a little difficult for a human mind to, to wrap around that concept. Uh, but they say that the flow of creation by nature is feminine, and that is their first awareness of their own, own essence. And as they continued evolving as this flow of creation, eventually they settled within the Sirius star system and began incarnating physically.
• 16:00
At which point, we can refer to them as a Sirian collective. And from there, once they were non-physical, they started spreading, uh, throughout the cosmos, seeding life, help- helping life evolve, supporting civilizations in their awakenings and evolutions, which is why they are here today, helping us, guiding us through this specific consciousness shift and evolution we are going through
• 17:00
However, the way that I am seeing it now is that I am connected to that essence. I am of that essence, but Hathor is not an individual being that incarnates. It's more of a much broader essence of, um ... Actually, when we asked them in the collective, how many ... We, we thought they were individuals, how many individuals?
• 18:00
The answer was 144,000 units, not individuals. So, and so I think from a human understanding, each unit, uh, may be an oversoul or its own collective in a way, and if we're understanding it in human linear way, you could ... I'm probably one of those units, relating to one of those units. However, again, I do think this is us as humans trying to simplify and understand, which is understandable.
• 19:00
Dr. Yafi: It is huge, and that means that you're a part of it, right? That means that we're all a part of it. We're just... It's waking up within us to different degrees and different timelines depending on where we're at. But in essence, anyone, and a lot will resonate with this, anyone that feels a deep connection to nature, to animals, and plants, and feels that connection, for example, it's probably connected to the Hathor essence
• 20:00
So any teaching that has come through me, and I don't remember everything. Other people sometimes read my books, and they know my material more than me. Sometimes I'll say something, and they'll be, "Yes, Hathor said that, this and that." And it will be a surprise to me. So I don't know everything, but the main threads of Han- heart-centered living, of feeling and being, of letting go of judgment, but truly letting go of judgment, of finding self-compassion, all these concepts that are directly related to the divine feminine or to the, that balancing of these different essences, that has become just the key essence of my life.
• 21:00
And it has been a challenging journey. It's been wonderful and beautiful, but also challenging in many ways. And one example of how it has become more challenging, I have become much more vulnerable as a person. So before that, um, having more of a perfectionistic, maybe even a little more of a masculine tendenc- tendency, it was very much more easier for me to keep a thick skin.
• 22:00
Kara Goodwin: Mm. Yeah, I relate to that too because I come from a corporate IT background originally and, you know, I feel that I... I mean, I recognize in hindsight, like, I was really leaning into the masculine, but almost, like, putting the masculine on top of who I was because I was trying to fit into this c- corporate culture and this mentality, and it was like, okay, this is who work Kara is.
• 23:00
Dr. Yafi: Very goal-oriented. Yes, absolutely. You have to. And the thing is that I don't think we can completely separate the two. So yes, we have different personas depending on where we are. I'm not gonna speak to a client the same way I speak to my dog, right?
• 24:00
Cost of awareness. Cost... Yeah, aware- cost of awareness is actually a good way to put it because in order for the self to protect itself, maybe it's not good for us to realize how distorted we are when we are in that work persona. And as a result of this protection, we bring some of that into our personal life and feel that, yes, I have to perform.
• 25:00
Kara Goodwin: Yeah, that, those are great points. Yes. I mean, it comes down also to that authenticity piece, you know, the trying to toe the line between really expressing ourselves is the truth of who we really are, but then finding ourselves in these environments where it's like, "Yeah, but you can't say that part," or, "I can't open that part up here." And, you know, which maybe if we do have outlets beyond, you know, for... Because we do, you know, some people, they're just, they are where they are, and there aren't a lot of ways out, and they're, you know. So it's like, well, if I want to keep this job, and it's giving me security and safety, and it's what I need right now, you know, we g- we may just have to play that game.
• 26:00
Kara Goodwin: Well, I would love to be able to channel, I would love to hear from Hathor today, or anybody who would like to come through. But I know also that light language is a part of what you do. So I want to give you a minute to explain that piece to it and, um, and what it is and, and, um, what, what listeners should know about it.
• 27:00
In this example, others who are listening, um, and experiencing this energy. And as you start overlapping with those people, you all resonate in coherence, which then amplifies the field even more. So field tuning, it tunes our field and really amplifies us as we start resonating in coherence. So really, that's what it is, and it's not always language.
• 28:00
Kara Goodwin: is doing that because a lot of times when we're engrossed in a podcast we don't even re remember that we've done that I Well speaking as a podcast listener if
• 29:00
Actually, that's a good segue to mention to people, um, that it's recommended but not necessary for you to close your eyes so you can really, really feel into your body. Um, one of the beautiful things about Hathor and Isis light language that people do tend to feel it physically, so you may feel warmth, you may feel tingling, or you j- may just feel currents c- of energy running through you.
• 30:00
Dr. Yafi: I would say it applies especially to the light language because then it's actually about the sound, and when you increase the speed, you lose some of the sound. And for the verbal messages, it's probably not as much, but again, even in the verbal messages, they use the voice as a healing tool. Hathors are masters of sound and frequency as healing.
• 31:00
Kara Goodwin: as are and y you know you're very used to Hathor and you know the energy you're comfortable with it Um as others are kind of relaxing closing their eyes taking it in and their energy fields are relaxing and they're opening up maybe in a way it Maybe they're finding themselves in a more open state there anything that we need to think about in terms of um or anything n not necessarily I mean I'm I'm not thinking about Hathor but I'm just thinking of that
• 32:00
So if you're doing the light language and you're feeling it, m- if you can, if your life allows you, don't then close the computer or the phone or whatever and go work. Give yourself some time to integrate those energies. Maybe drink some more water. So just being gentle with yourself and allowing the integration to take place and everything to settle within you is a very good recommendation
• 33:00
Kara Goodwin: Okay Um yeah I think why don't we start with the light language and I mean if you feel like you need to come back and share something about what you received then do that but otherwise we can just kinda keep going
• 34:00
  Dr. Yafi: Nice deep breath
• 35:00
Exhale, ground and release Ura nakata reania toru kutonia turon. Ura niaturo omma kiani riania ratoro om. Kukro omma riatira annira katira niatara. Stikara annira turo omma yani eraka tiera sture ani kikre tara antera kata
• 36:00
there anything that you wanna share about the light language
• 37:00
What does it mean? It means that many of you, including you, Kara, were present during ancient Egypt in the Isis temples, doing specific spiritual work. For many of you, these memories are beginning to resurface. Some of you, as actual memories, especially if you engage in hypnosis, past life regression, group meditations, et cetera, et cetera.
• 38:00
Many of you that in the past did not relate at all to the concept of ceremonial activities, of, mm- Traditional practices, symbolic practices are now beginning to open up to the idea, finding themselves resonating with the strength and power of engaging in such ritualistic activities. That combined with the coming together, so not doing it by yourself, although that is a part of the practice, but also coming together with other individuals, with groups of people with similar interests and intentions to work this community magic together.
• 39:00
So this is the main reason this specific Isis transmission was delivered and shared. And as a part of this integration and reawakening of the Isis priesthood in a culturally rel- appropriate way for today, we anchored a lot of this energy in the solar plexus and those lo- lower chakras, as many of you have the issue of, we would call it self-esteem or self-worth or self-value issues, where you do not feel worthy of fully stepping into this role.
• 40:00
And we encourage you to find that inner strength, not as an outward shield, but as an inner spark of light, an inner flame that does not put out.
• 41:00
Dr. Yafi: Absolutely. So we will say that we have been involved with assisting and developing the Earth and humanity from its very inception. So our involvement is not new. However, the awareness of the, the civilization goes up and down. It's really a spiral, but we're talking about a specific factor, we can use up and down.
• 42:00
densify, to interact with people in a physical manner, and step into our role as physical guides in this way. The goal, the intention, is always to support the evolution and growth of the species, of the planet. Although the planet is growing just fine, just fine, it is humanity who needs the reawakening and remembrance, re-remembrance of their role, their true nature, and their intention, their goal, where they're headed.
• 43:00
come back into the flow of the heart, the flow of creation, to truly step into the powerful, beautiful, loving, patient co-creators that you truly are, rather than the physical experience you have learned to identify with and believe as your true identity. And yes, now that the world, your world is awakening, these are not completely new concepts.
• 44:00
However, they, these are new ways of living, as still on your planet, and definitely until recently, the common way of living was not of flow and heart. And people that truly lived in the flow often lacked the groundedness to effectively, mm- live their spiritual ideas in a physical material way. Well, now it is time of integration, of bringing spirituality into the physical and transforming the physical from the bottom up, while allowing the up to enter and center
• 45:00
you talk about that and why you left
• 46:00
Dr. Yafi: Why we left? Yes. So we came because, we'll say it this way, after the fall of Atlantis, there were a few of us in the physical that survived and spread throughout your globe, including Egypt. Egypt was an important center However, these few were not enough to bring all the information and knowledge that was needed to the rebuilding of civilizations.
• 47:00
As a result, many of us came to your planet in the physical to interact in this way. However, at some point it became obvious that the cycle of awakening could not be completed at that time, and we are talking approximately 12,000 years. It's more, but approximately 12,000 years in your linear time. It-- There was a, a, a really a timeframe of several thousands of years when it happened, so it wasn't a very quick event in your linear perception.
• 48:00
Meaning exploring the shadow self, meaning moving towards separations before oneness can re-emerge. When that became obvious and began happening, we retracted our energy. The ones of us that were in the physical from the times of Atlantis left and at times leaving their physical body behind, especially those that were...
• 49:00
Today, w- the words hybrids are used a lot. The ones that were partially, uh, regular humans, incarnated humans, and the ones of us who came from Atlantis. There was some merging of copulation and genetics. So we left because another cycle of humanity exploring separation and coming back into oneness has begun, and during the modern era, as the awakening began once again, we have become more and more involved.
• 50:00
We come and go, and we cannot fully disclose where we are for safety reasons. However, we are here once again in the physical. Although we stay mostly hidden, our physical presence is impacting the frequency on your planet, preparing, in essence, the field into the reintroduction of our physical bodies, uh, to, uh, with the goal of direct interactions, just like you've heard of in the ancient times of Egypt, where the gods were walking the Earth and interacting with people
• 51:00
Dr. Yafi: That is accurate. And you may call them Hathor beings, but they also have their own personalities. So when they come to the forefront, the main woman deity may use the name Hathor, although other names have been used over centuries and civilizations. However, the other beings, although from the Hathor collective, will use their own personal names, frequency, frequency signatures to introduce themselves.
• 52:00
Eventually, indeed, we will able to communicate with you in our full densified light body, so you actually can be standing in front of us talking to us. That is what we're moving towards in this current day and age
• 53:00
Dr. Yafi: They would be humanoid, meaning bipedal with a head and two arms. However, they would, they will not look exactly human for different features. Uh, with Hathor specifically, you would be able to see, uh, a little bit of a pointy ears, so the ears are a little different. However, the main difference that will be most easily apparent, and that's true for all of us, is that we would literally emit light from our bodies.
• 54:00
Kara Goodwin: Wow would be amazing I would love to see one so I'm just putting my name in the hat Um going back to ancient Egypt have been very fascinated to learn about hidden pyramids in America and in other places all around the planet So Egypt out and everybody knows that there are pyramids there and they can go and visit them But they exist all over this planet and surprisingly there are a number of them here in America So can you share about the connection with ancient Egypt and these other structures
• 55:00
Dr. Yafi: We'll say this, sometimes there is a connection and sometimes there isn't a connection. What we mean is that the pyramids, and specifically the shape of the pyramids, and the ones in Egypt are a perfect example because they were such beautiful, well-tuned devices. But the shape of the pyramid, when used in the proper locations, amplifies the energy of the Earth in a way that can be utilized by humans, by the people operating, building and operating the pyramid.
• 56:00
So the building of pyramids is a specific device, a specific instrument to utilize the p- the energy of the Earth for purposes of, um, you can generate-- they can generate electricity. You can also, um, enhance the, um, we'll use human terms here, uh, the portal ability of a specific location to aid in the coming and going of, uh, extraterrestrial, uh, travel, for example.
• 57:00
So there are a lot of, uh, applications to use this Earth-generated energy through different shapes, and the pyramid is a main one, and the obelisk is another one, but it is different. It actually, uh, moves the energy in a different way and utilized differently as a result.
• 58:00
Dr. Yafi: You may say that you are currently in the spring period of the cycle. So you have actually passed through the winter. We know many of you look around and, and still see winter all around you. We cannot in seasons as in summer, fall within the year, but in terms of people still sleeping and not being aware and not being awakened.
• 59:00
This is a cycle. The more people come together, the more they can awaken. The more they can awaken, the more they can truly come together in more profound ways and in larger numbers. However, we will mention that currently small groups dynamics are of the essence because this is the ultimate way to work on the patterns that are coming up to the surface.
• 1:00:00
You will look around you, as you already do now when you look around you within your household, within your home, you see the positive overriding the negative. However, when you look at the news and the world, and sometimes even your family and community, that's when things get muddled. Well, not for long You are past the point of no return, and more and more you will be able to see around you in a physical, practical, material way the good coming together.
• 1:01:00
The good is act- The good is people. The good is people that are learning to become more accountable to their actions, thoughts, emotions, ideas, more connected to their true essence and to what they truly want to do or they truly think or truly feel. So many of you are being pulled in many different directions, some with awareness and some without awareness.
• 1:02:00
Kara Goodwin: Beautiful That's that's wonderful news We're all anxiously anticipating so that's beautiful Uh one final question is simply if there are any messages that you want to leave with listeners today
• 1:03:00
Dr. Yafi: Yes. Yes, yes. We will leave any and every listener with this message. You do not need to be a channeler to ascend, to be a true, beautiful, powerful star. You do not need to be a Reiki practitioner. All you have to do is learn to embrace yourself where you are right now, and then lead the way with true heart and heart discernment.
• 1:04:00
Know that just as your hand, as mentioned in the conversation before, is a part of your body, you are too a part of a whole, integrated, loving, aware whole
• 1:05:00
Dr. Yafi: I am in the background when it happens. So what's interesting is that while it's happening, I feel like I'm listening to everything and that I'm aware of everything. And even when I come back, when my eyes are still closed, I still have the thread of the whole conversation. And then as I fully come back, it kind of drifts away like a dream, and I have little,
• 1:06:00
Kara Goodwin: Yeah amazing Well some really powerful messages and insights came through around ancient Egypt and pyramids and where we are in humanity's evolution and the fact that Hathor is here on this planet right now and yeah really really fascinating
• 1:07:00
Kara Goodwin: Yeah Well you and I are part of a um group on the Signal app and this came up actually a few weeks ago just about the different um memories that show up and the different kind of connections that are being made within all of us And I remember you saying you know some things from when like s being asleep as a child and these memories coming No it was nosebleeds
• 1:08:00
and I wonder if that's something that's related to contact. Um, I used to run experiments, um, attempting to cause, um, physical impact through energy. So for example, and we're talking like four or five years old child, I used to try to levitate. Um, I used to try to, um, make a stream of water move just by sending it, directing it with energy from my hands.
• 1:09:00
Kara Goodwin: like physical Cause I thought so yeah So age eight you had physical contact
• 1:10:00
And we both saw the same thing, we were both blown away, and it felt profound to me, even at the time Um, but after that, I actually went through a period of depression. So I actually, again, looking back in recent years, before that I never had that realization or question. I actually wonder if that's when they left, and they gave me the gift of seeing and remembering the ship le- leaving, so they gave me that spark of hope, that knowing that the magical reality that I believe in, that I knew, that lived inside of me, but my environment was not really supported, supportive of, that it's real, that it's valid.
• 1:11:00
And when I got that answer, I wasn't a channeler yet. It almost didn't mean anything to me. I, I kind of did not understand what that meant. Um, but now it means, it makes sense, and now I don't know if, as a child, if I had physical experiences in the way, with this physical body, or was I always taken in the astral, which would also possibly explain the lack of memory, because it's much
• 1:12:00
Kara Goodwin: Same Same And you know a and you kind of jolt yourself awake you
• 1:13:00
Kara Goodwin: remembering that completely accurately because I was so young when it happened But there are just things that in my memory
• 1:14:00
Dr. Yafi: I was the same way, believe it or not. When I first channeled Hathor, I've never heard of the name, so I didn't even know what Hathor was. So I, I, I relate and I understand. I wasn't into mythology or anything like that at all. It's relatively new in my life because of the channeling.
• 1:15:00
Dr. Yafi: Yes, so I take groups to Egypt. Um, and the last group I took was earlier this year, and yes, it was amazing. We have, which now I think is pretty common to groups, so we had the whole Giza Plateau shut down just for my group of seven, and we had two hours to explore the inside of the pyramid. We spent time in all three chambers, the king's chambers, the queen chambers, and the underground burial.
• 1:16:00
But then to go there again in the evenings or at night, different groups go in different times, or early morning, and to just be there when nobody else is there, and to feel that energy without all the distraction is just incredible
• 1:17:00
But anything you can imagine, uh, all centering, uh, mess- with messages to humanity and about the consciousness shift. So that's Conversations with the Earth: Channeling Uman- on Humanity, Consciousness, and the Shift. And my more recent book is Conversations with Hathor, uh, and it includes the first time I ever channeled Hathor, which was before the book Conversations with the Earth.
• 1:18:00
Kara Goodwin: Amazing. And what a, what a beautiful cover to that book too
• 1:19:00
Dr. Yafi: Good question. My website is yafichanneling.com. Yafi, my first name, Y-A-F-I channeling.com. And that's also, I'm Yafi Channeling on YouTube and on Instagram and on Patreon. People can join my Patreon where I channel on Sundays. I also teach light language. I love our gatherings. Those are currently every other Tuesday, so people are invited to join
