- 2:16Now, let's get started with today's conversation.
- 2:19Today we are talking with author, independent researcher Peter Kirby to discuss his new book, Chem Trails Exposed, a Manhattan Project, the book that presents the evidence that the government and the mainstream media ignore.
- 2:35Peter, welcome so much to the Ten Penny Files.
- 2:38I'm really looking forward to this conversation.
- 2:42Well, thanks for having me, Sherry.
- 2:43It's an honor to be here.
- 2:44I've been following your work over the years.
- 2:47So it's it's really great to be here today doing this.
- 2:50You know, I've heard you say before, and because I've listened to some of your interviews, that you have been researching this for 17 years.
- 2:58What got you started into exploring this topic?
- 3:04Well, I you know, I I became aware of the fact that our entire society is pretty much immersed in all these overwhelming conspiracies.
- 3:16And uh, you know, I was uh trolling around in the new media around in 2009, finding these things, and just out of curiosity, you know, I was uh I was checking all these things out, and you know, without muddying the waters and getting into all what the other conspiracies are, one of the things that I was looking at was the chemtrail thing.
- 3:36You know, it it was it was brought to my attention by the you know, little web websites and forum websites and videos, and you know, this was the new media in in 2009.
- 3:46It really didn't amount to much, but you know, I was finding little nuggets of information, and this chemtrail story was just one of the things I was looking at, and I initially dismissed it because it didn't make any sense to me.
- 3:57You know, spraying planes out of spraying uh things out of planes is about one of the worst things you can do to a society and a land, so and a country.
- 4:06So, you know, you're just destroying everything, you know, as you could assume that the stuff that they're spraying is probably toxic.
- 4:12And so uh, you know, I just said that doesn't make any sense, you know, why that doesn't why would they do that?
- 4:17This is the question that most people have like what would be the motive for doing that.
- 4:20So I wrote it off.
- 4:21But hope you don't hear this noise in the background.
- 4:24But it planted the seed.
- 4:26You know, I thought to myself, okay, these people say that things are being sprayed out of planes.
- 4:31And uh so I'm gonna start looking for stuff in the sky that you know comes out of planes.
- 4:36And I was living in San Francisco at the time, so it was a little difficult because it had a lot of cloud cover at the time.
- 4:41Now it's like sunny every day there.
- 4:43But you know, at the time it was kind of hard to find patches of of clear sky.
- 4:48But I eventually did start seeing little bits of things that you know, maybe that's one, maybe that's one.
- 4:53And then one day there was a large portion of the sky that was clear, and I saw a big line stretching across it, and it was like getting punched in the gut.
- 5:02Because I knew that that was particulate matter straight off.
- 5:05Because I know what an actual contrail looks like.
- 5:08I recognize it as a kid.
- 5:10It's like a very small little tail that appears as a as a small little tail on a on a plane high in the sky on a cold day.
- 5:16And yet here's this line stretching from over a vast portion of the sky, and it's particulate matter.
- 5:25And, you know, so I knew that this was something that that I had to fight.
- 5:29And the the I just, you know, got on the internet and started looking at things and battling the trolls and whatnot.
- 5:35But also one of the first things that I did was I said to myself, Well, I'm here in California.
- 5:40The government does absolutely everything, right?
- 5:43They're they're going to have some government agency that's monitoring the air for stuff that shouldn't be there.
- 5:49So I've got I found the uh California Air Resources Board, otherwise known as the CARB.
- 5:55And their their general purpose is to enforce the theory of man-made global warming.
- 6:00But one of the things that they were doing, and I guess they continue to do, was to monitor the air for everything that's that's in the air.
- 6:08And on their website, they classified both aluminum and barium as toxics.
- 6:13And they also said that neither one of those should be in the air at all.
- 6:19And yet you go to another page on their website where you can generate charts of these uh these substances, aluminum and barium in the ambient atmosphere, and you see that there is elevated and rising levels of both aluminum and barium.
- 6:36And so I took screenshots and I did a story about it, and I actually just posted it on some form website called uh Godlike Productions that's actually still around today.
- 6:46And uh, you know, my editor at Activist Post, Michael Edwards, the former editor at Activist Post and the website sold over a year ago.
- 6:54But uh Michael Edwards, he he found that somehow.
- 6:57I guess maybe someone sent it to him.
- 6:59I don't know if he was trolling godlike productions at the time.
- 7:02Someone probably sent it to him, but he just posted it as an article on Activist Post, and that's how I got started in the new media.
- 7:08And you know, since then it's been 17 years of doing deep research.
- 7:13I did upwards of a hundred interlibrary loans.
- 7:15I read hundreds of books, made thousands of photocopies.
- 7:19I had access to the Northern Regional Library Facility, which is the book depository for all of the Northern California UC schools, including UC Berkeley, which was involved in the original Manhattan Project.
- 7:31So they had tons of stuff on weather modification.
- 7:34I had access to the uh libraries on the campus of UC Berkeley.
- 7:39Costs $100 a year to uh have access to all this stuff if you're not a UC Berkeley student.
- 7:44But you know, I've I've found bombshell after bombshell, and uh it's all it's all the most the most important parts of of my research is in the Skyhorse edition of Chemtrails Exposed, the new Manhattan Project, which came out on the 20th of last month.
- 8:00So, you know, I think that this book really exposes the whole thing from top to bottom.
- 8:05There's been a lot of confusion pertaining to this issue.
- 8:08Uh, because uh, you know, there's uh obviously a well-oiled disinformation apparatus that's gone about creating this confusion.
- 8:16And you know, there's disinformation agents as usual pertaining to all these types of things.
- 8:21You know, you I'm sure you've you're very well aware of these uh COVID shot disinformation artists.
- 8:26But you know, I think this this book, if people read it, though they will they will have absolute clarity as to what's going on here, and that's why this book is so important, because you know, we're we're we're bringing knowledge to the people, and we can be united in in common knowledge.
- 8:43If you read the book, everything makes sense, everything fits together, and you'll you'll understand exactly what's going on here.
- 8:50There are details of it that we still don't know, of course.
- 8:52This is a secret project, and we're working on those.
- 8:55But as far as the grand 40,000 foot overview is concerned, this book will give it to you.
- 9:01Well, it's quite a book.
- 9:03It's more than 500 pages with lots of diagrams and uh a lot of charts and things like that.
- 9:09In the title of your book, Chem Trails Exposed a New Manhattan Project.
- 9:15Why do you call it a new Manhattan Project?
- 9:18Well, for a lot of reasons.
- 9:20I mean, straight off the one that that comes to mind is uh the former head of the Atomic Energy Commission, which was what became of the original Manhattan Project, Glenn Seaborg was the number one proponent right after World War II of something called planetary engineering, which of course is synonymous with today's geoengineering.
- 9:41And the geoengineers today say, you know, hey, we got to spray things out of planes to save you from global warming.
- 9:47This is their big thesis.
- 9:48Say, oh, we might do it somehow, you know, sometime, because you know, global warming is getting real bad, and we might have to spray you.
- 9:55So, you know, we're getting about getting ready to do it.
- 9:57You know, they've been saying this for decades while the program
- 10:00Is going on.
- 10:01But so there was that.
- 10:03Former Manhattan Project Science scientist Glenn Seaborg.
- 10:06I mean, you had Edward Teller talking about how we can detonate bombs in the atmosphere to uh to modify the weather.
- 10:15So he was a former planet uh original Manhattan Project Scientist.
- 10:20Uh we had uh a lot a lot of former Manhattan Project scientists have have did uh later contributions to the atmospheric sciences and/or weather control, such as Teller, John von Neumann, Van Ever Bush, Bernard Vonnegut, and many others that that most people haven't heard of.
- 10:38Um, you know, it's it's a big secret government project, just like the original Manhattan Project.
- 10:44Weather control is a physics problem, you know, for the physical sciences, which is you know what the original Manhattan Project was all about.
- 10:51There's been plenty of prominent people making comparisons between nuclear bombs and storms.
- 10:58These were made by Langmuir and Teller as well as Chauncey Guy Suits, who was the director of research at General Electric Laboratories, General Electric brought us the birth of the conventional cloud seating industry in uh late 1946.
- 11:12Uh that was Lang Muir Fonnegate and Schaefer.
- 11:16We have uh lots of calls for a new Manhattan Project and weather control.
- 11:20These were made by the famous weather modifier Howard T.
- 11:23Orville, who was also Eisenhower's science advisor.
- 11:27Calls a call for a new Manhattan Project and weather control was also made by Rear Admiral Luis de Flores, who was a CAA who uh headed was the chairman of a secret CIA science advisory board.
- 11:41We have uh the House Committee on Government Reform hearing in 2006, which was titled Climate Change Technology.
- 11:49Do we need a Manhattan project for the environment?
- 11:52Question mark.
- 11:53You know, we had uh in the famous document owning the weather in 2025 and the executive summary, they compared the uh nuclear bombs to uh or they can they excuse me, they called for a new Manhattan Project and weather control.
- 12:08And then the last one I have here is uh geoengineers and uh in in testimony, congressional testimony in 2009 and 2010.
- 12:17Uh there were multiple calls for a new Manhattan Project and weather control made by these geoengineers.
- 12:23So there, you know, it goes on and on.
- 12:25It just pops up over and over again in my book.
- 12:27There was this Jason group that was uh deeply involved in weather control.
- 12:31You've probably heard of them.
- 12:32There was a book written about them, and uh it was comprised uh almost entirely of former Manhattan Project scientists and their students.
- 12:42So, you know, uh that now that the I've exhausted everything, but I think that's quite a few things, you know.
- 12:48A lot of things.
- 12:48Well, in brief, in like one or two sentences for the audience that may not know the answer to this.
- 12:54What was the Manhattan Project in its original form?
- 12:58Yes.
- 12:59Time has almost forgotten the original Manhattan Project.
- 13:02It's been so long ago, is it 80 years, I guess now.
- 13:06And uh yeah, it was uh the secret government project that was done to create the world's first atomic bombs.
- 13:15There were three of them.
- 13:16There was one that was done as a test in New Mexico, this is known as the Trinity bomb.
- 13:21Then there was Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but you know, the the whole project, I think it was like it was at least tens of thousands of people.
- 13:28I think it was like 20,000 or 40,000.
- 13:31I don't have the number in front of me, but a very large number of people were involved in this project, but they had no idea what it was what it was, what exactly you know, why they were doing all this.
- 13:41This was because of compartmentalization.
- 13:44You know, you're not told anything except what you need to know.
- 13:48And the CIAA is great at doing this.
- 13:50They've they've been doing it for a very long time, ever since the original Manhattan Project.
- 13:55And well, they were actually, you know, they were a different group.
- 13:59They were formed in 1947, but it was basically the same people uh during the time of the original Manhattan Project.
- 14:05And you know, nobody knew what anything was until the bombs went off.
- 14:08And then they all said, ah, that's what we've been working on, right?
- 14:12So the parallel to what's going on here, you've got obviously got to have a lot of people involved in this thing.
- 14:17I think AI is running it, and there's a lot of automation going on, but there's still you still need a lot of people to be doing certain things.
- 14:25It uh, you know, pertaining to what I call the New Manhattan Project.
- 14:28And I think they're all kept in the dark through compartmentalization.
- 14:32This and my book, Chemtrails Exposed, the New Manhattan Project is here to break that compartmentalization.
- 14:39Well, I think that that's really, really important.
- 14:42And um, and I think you're right, because there I think there's a lot of projects that are like that.
- 14:47You know, there the compartmentalization because people would say, how how could they keep that so secret?
- 14:52For example, like what was happening with COVID, you know, you know, thousands, if not more, people were involved in the planning, but I think it was all compartmentalized, so that's a really, really good example.
- 15:04I want to I'm sure that you've received enormous criticism about your book and have had lots of criticism in the last 17 years.
- 15:12So I really applaud Skyhorse for taking a look at this, and you've got obviously enough documentation that Tony Lyons, who's the the owner and president of Skyhorse said, this is really great stuff, and it's really important and needs to get out.
- 15:27I have a question that I want to ask you because this has to do with criticism.
- 15:32I have a really good friend who is a is a retired um commercial airline pilot.
- 15:38It was a pilot for for decades.
- 15:40And he is uh rather outspork spoken critic critic about the concept that chem sales don't resist.
- 15:46So I'm gonna read you just a really short little uh sentence that he sent me, and then I'd like you to comment on it.
- 15:52Um he said that this year that every year the Earth's oceans and deserts hurl 5,000 megatons of particles from the uh air in the from the salts from the sea salt, dust, and volcanoes.
- 16:06That's five billion tons, invisible but massive.
- 16:09Hurricanes lift them into the stratosphere, far higher than jets fly.
- 16:14These natural aerosols scatter sunlight, seat clouds, and shape weather long before mankind ever flew an airplane.
- 16:23Jet engines in the troposphere inhale this stuff, and that's why it's found in the contrails.
- 16:30Which so he's making the the uh statement that all of the particulate matter and stuff that comes down back to Earth has already been previously tossed up into the air by tsunamis and volcanoes and things like that.
- 16:42How would you respond to that information?
- 16:46Well, uh I think he's incorrect.
- 16:49He's talking about naturally occurring nuclei things, things that natur have naturally uh been floating around in the upper uh troposphere that are necessary for the formation of of uh raindroplets and rain.
- 17:08But uh, you know, what we're finding, you know, we we can prove that uh chemtrails are not contrails and that we're looking at particulate matter.
- 17:17First of all, we know it's particular matter.
- 17:19He's not denying that it's particulate matter.
- 17:21So, you know, that's that's fine, and we can prove that the stuff that comes out of the planes is particulate matter as well.
- 17:28But um what we have found in in 28 peer-reviewed journal articles by a world-famous PhD scientist and and the sitting director of the Monroe County, Florida Dev Department of Health, is that we have the chemical signature of coal fly ash in all of the environmental samples that that they have sampled.
- 17:51So, you know, he what your source is talking about.
- 17:57You know, what I would ask him is that why do we keep on finding the chemical signature of coal fly ash then?
- 18:03And why do we have this this huge uh body of circumstantial evidence that I go over in the book uh, you know, indicating that coal fly ash what would be a good substance to to use and that it is being used in these programs.
- 18:19So I think he's uh vastly incorrect in in what he's saying.
- 18:23Uh why is it that we see these lines coming out of planes, you know, all of a sudden.
- 18:27This all started in night in the mid-1990s, before the mid-1990s.
- 18:32You would be hard pressed to find any plane that was leaving any type of line over the sky.
- 18:37I mean, they've been spraying us whip with whatever they want whenever they want since the end of World War II, but it's been on uh, you know, a lot smaller scale uh previous to 1996.
- 18:48And uh so, you know, I I think he's uh very incorrect as to what he's saying, and you know, what you're telling me that that he's saying, and I can you know refute his uh his assertions uh more than one way.
- 19:02Well, that's that's really good.
- 19:03You know, I read a book, this was uh maybe 15 years ago now.
- 19:07The title of the name of the book was germs, and they were talking about spraying uh seration arcession, which is a type of bacteria all along the West Coast to see how far inland it would go, thinking that this was a benign bacteria, and other than just finding it, it wouldn't cause any health issues.
- 19:25Well, not only did it cause health issues, some people died from the from pneumonia that they got from this.
- 19:30So that's just confirming from another source, and you said you've read hundreds of books that talk about that they've been spraying all kinds of stuff for a long time.
- 19:38Tell us, you know, in your book, you you go through a long list of whistleblowers.
- 19:43So tell us about some of the whistleblowers that you've spoken with, and why did they decide to come forward on this issue?
- 19:50Well, you know, well, there's there's there's some whistleblowers.
- 19:53We're we're a little bit lacking in in whistleblowers.
- 19:55I think for a couple of reasons.
- 19:56One is the automation.
- 19:58I think you know, they've the people
- 20:00Running this project have gone about eliminating any potential whistleblowers uh uh extensively.
- 20:06But uh most of the whistleblower, and I haven't been talking to any any whistleblowers uh off the top of my head.
- 20:13Uh Dane has talked to some whistleblowers.
- 20:15Most of the whistleblowers are retired pilots, and there's been about 20 of those.
- 20:20We have uh two uh former Air Force generals, one a brigadier general, one a major general, one with the last name of Jones.
- 20:28This is all in my book.
- 20:30And uh, you know, they're they're they're saying that planes are not supposed to be producing these long lines in the sky that just last, you know, over the course of hours and things.
- 20:39But I think that the most important, and then there was also uh a geoengineer, or he's I don't know if he's called if he calls himself a geoengineer.
- 20:47I call him a climate guru by the name of Tim Lenton, who uh says, you know, we have an ongoing uncontrolled experiment.
- 20:55He said this twice.
- 20:57He said it to uh Colin Pritchard in the UK, who's a uh professor over there uh at some college or other.
- 21:04And so that that I that could be considered another whistleblower.
- 21:07But I think the most important whistleblower that we've had so far came forward to Dane, Dane Wiggington at GeoengineeringWatch.org.
- 21:13This was uh Michael Davis from the EPA, the environmental protection agency.
- 21:19He was fired from his job for for blowing the whistle.
- 21:22And he says that, yeah, Dane covered it in an article, it's in my book, and Dane has a whole interview with him on the article that was posted on his on his website, geoengineeringwatch.org.
- 21:32And this guy, Michael Davis says that pretty much everybody at the EPA knows that this is going on from you know the contamination of our biosphere from all this stuff that they're spraying on us, and they just do nothing.
- 21:43And they just figure, you know, I'm not gonna rock the boat, I'm just gonna get my paycheck and my pension and just you know, watch the world burn and watch everything die because that's what's happening.
- 21:53So uh, you know, I I I hope, I hope we can get more and even better whistleblowers in the future who are higher up in the food chain on this thing.
- 22:02But Michael Davis uh should not be disregarded.
- 22:05I mean, he's he's you know putting it all on the line right there.
- 22:08That's where the real danger is.
- 22:09You know, I'm just a guy that reads things and puts things together and regurgitating recurgitates them on the internet.
- 22:15I mean, he's somebody who's been hands-on watching all this take place, and uh, you know, he has direct knowledge of all this and who's covering it up exactly.
- 22:24Lee Zelden, the head of the EPA, he's not to be trusted.
- 22:27He came out with something about like, oh, we're really looking into chemtrails because everybody's talking about all he did was put a different spin on the same old garbage that we've been shoveled for you know decades.
- 22:39He just put lipstick on a pig, is all he did.
- 22:41He's not doing anything.
- 22:42So, you know, the EPA is definitely culpable here.
- 22:45They they should be ringing every alarm bell, but they they sit there and do basically nothing.
- 22:50Well, the APA does basically nothing on a lot of areas, not only this one, you know, like the the whole pesticide immunity bill that is probably going to get passed because there's no suppression on it on either side of the aisle.
- 23:03They sort of wink at it, and there's a whole bunch of things in water and soil and things like that.
- 23:08But talking about government, what did you make of Robert Kennedy Jr.'s statement that DARPA is responsible for chemtrails?
- 23:17You know, I saw it as a big win.
- 23:19I saw it as a big win, although it was like 10 months ago and nothing has happened since.
- 23:24But, you know, I saw it as a big win.
- 23:26He for I mean, he came out and he gave us three pieces of red meat.
- 23:30He said, first of all, yeah, we are being sprayed.
- 23:34He said, second of all, it's in the jet fuel, which I'll talk about in a second.
- 23:38And he said DARPA's behind it, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
- 23:42So I mean, you know, it's it's important to have a very probably the second most prominent person in the Trump administration saying that, yeah, this is going on, and this is who's doing it.
- 23:52And we have to take into consideration that he's not going to say something like that unless Trump gives him the okay.
- 23:58You know what I mean?
- 23:59So Trump knows, and a little birdie tells me that he knows all about it.
- 24:03And uh, I'm not the greatest journalist in the world.
- 24:06I should have followed up with when someone told me that I should have followed up with, well, why doesn't he do anything about it?
- 24:12But you know, really at my core, I'm an artist and I'm a very tolerant and passive person.
- 24:17I'm not really press.
- 24:18I don't press people, so I'd kind of let that opportunity slip by.
- 24:22But uh, you know, there's uh so but let's talk a little more about RFK's comment.
- 24:27It's very interesting that he said it's in the jet fuel.
- 24:32Now, I do believe the primary way these substances are getting up there is by payload spraying.
- 24:37I I, you know, for because of the massive amounts of material that we're seeing in the skies.
- 24:43You know, this is not just a like a little jet fuel additive, you know what I mean.
- 24:46This is tons, megatons of stuff.
- 24:50And uh so uh, but we have uh evidence of jet fuel being spiked.
- 24:54I think what they're what the geoengineers and the people behind this project want is getting as many particles up there as they can.
- 25:01So this is just another way that they probably do it.
- 25:05Uh there's a there was a UC San Diego professor by the name of Stanford Solomon Penner, who wrote a bunch of papers about how a jet fuel coal mixture could be used to produce more and better particles coming out the back of jet airplanes to save us from global warming.
- 25:24And as I mentioned earlier, we found the chemical signature of coal fly ash.
- 25:28So, you know, this this comment by uh Penner is uh is very uh interesting, talking about a jet fuel coal mixture.
- 25:38And then so uh DARPA, let's talk about how he says DARPA, the defense advanced research projects agency is behind it as well.
- 25:45And there's other uh evidence in my book talking about uh jet fuel spiking, but that's the most pertinent one.
- 25:51But DARPA DARPA is where Operation Paperclip went.
- 25:56I have a whole chapter in my book called the Nazis and the CIA, and how all these former Nazi scientists got later got involved in in the atmospheric science uh sciences.
- 26:06You know, this was all a secret thing.
- 26:07Operation Paperclip brought in 1,600 former Nazi scientists and their families directly after World War II.
- 26:14If it was, it would have been exposed at the time, the nation would have been in an uproar, but it was all secret.
- 26:20And they were all brought in, they were all compromised, and they were all gonna do what they were told.
- 26:24So they they eventually got involved in in things.
- 26:27Uh there was one in particular.
- 26:29This guy's name keeps on Hans Dolzalek was his name.
- 26:33He was a former Nazi scientist, and his area of expertise was right in line with the what I call the New Manhattan Project.
- 26:41His area of expertise was uh atmospheric electricity, atmospheric electricity, and you know, how that pertains to the atmospheric sciences.
- 26:51So that I mean, you know, because the defining aspect of what I call the New Manhattan Project is the use of electromagnetic energy.
- 26:58This is what defines it.
- 27:00This is what differentiates it from the traditional cloud seeding industry.
- 27:04So there's that.
- 27:05DARPA was the uh big the uh it was something called uh the Department of Defense Research and Engineering Enterprise, a department of DARPA.
- 27:15That's where Operation Paperclip went.
- 27:17That's where it eventually ended up.
- 27:19Well, Peter, hold that thought for just a second.
- 27:21We are right up against a hard break here on our show.
- 27:24But hold that thought.
- 27:25We're gonna come back and talk more about DARPA because they're the bad guys, and we're gonna hold that thought and take a short break to hear from our sponsors of America Outloud.news.

- 34:02Welcome back, everyone.
- 34:04Today our conversation is with author and independent researcher, Peter Kirby, and his book is Chemtrails Exposed, a new Manhattan Project, the book that presents the evidence that the government and the mainstream media are ignoring.
- 34:19But let me tell you a little bit more about today's guest, Peter Kirby.
- 34:22Mr.
- 34:22Kruby is an American author and independent researcher whose work focuses on geoengineering, particularly in relation to climate modification.
- 34:31His writing blends historical research, government documents, and interviews with scientists, whistleblowers, and activists.
- 34:40He argues that weather modification and solar radiation management technologies have been developed and deployed with limited public awareness or consent.
- 34:50His work has made him a recognizable voice within grassroots movements, concerned about climate intervention technologies and the long-term environmental and health implications of such programs.
- 35:02Peter, welcome back to the show.
- 35:04It is just so great to have a conversation with here today in your book, ChemTales Exposed.
- 35:09And what we were talking about previously was that uh uh before the break, I want to go back to circle back to what you were saying about DARPA, and then I want to ask you about who's the bad guys.
- 35:20Who are the guys that we actually can incriminate for this uh weather modification?
- 35:26So start with DARPA and then tell us who we should go after.
- 35:31Okay, getting right to the heart of the issue here.
- 35:34But first, let's take a little detour and finish up on the DARPA thing.
- 35:38We're talking about DARPA because RFK made a comment saying that DARPA's behind the chemtrails.
- 35:45So, you know, we talked a little bit about Operation Paperclip and how that eventually got folded into DARPA, as well as uh Stanford Solomon Penner, the UC SD professor who talked about a jet fuel coal mixture that could be evidence of jet fuel spiking going on, which uh something that RFK was talking about.
- 36:04But the last two things I have here.
- 36:06ARPA, you know, the predecessor to DARPA, the advanced research projects agency.
- 36:11DARPA and ARPA have been active in in areas uh relevant to the new Manhattan Project, such as ionospheric heaters.
- 36:20Uh this is, you know, like the HARP facility in Alaska, the high frequent frequency active rural research project.
- 36:26And there's a lot of these ionospheric heaters all over the world, but DARPA hasn't been involved over the decades in uh producing these things, developing these things.
- 36:35Uh DARPA has also been involved in atmospheric sounding rockets, which are pertinent to the New Manhattan Project because it's part of the atmospheric sciences, and they've also been deeply involved in supercomputers, which are going to be needed for this project.
- 36:51And and then also, I think the most damning piece of evidence pertaining to DARPA is the fact that they oversee the mitre corporation.
- 37:00And that leads into your next question.
- 37:02You know, who's doing this?
- 37:03And uh, I don't know how the mitre corporation wouldn't know about this.
- 37:07The mitre corporation has built every aerospace command center in the country.
- 37:13There's uh three that I mentioned in the book.
- 37:15One is under the Pentagon, one is uh Strategic Air Command in Nebraska, and then the famous one is NORAD in Colorado and DAR, uh excuse me, the MITRE Corporation has built all of them.
- 37:27And they've developed all of the leading air traffic control programs, the software for air traffic control, including the one that's in use today.
- 37:37And you know, there they were they the mitre corporation started in 1958 by receiving something that came out of government documents mandating the creation of a second generation comprehensive weather control program.
- 37:57This was uh these were the Von Karman reports uh officially known as uh Toward New Horizons, and they created something called the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, which took orders from the Rand Corporation, and they also had a workshop called the Cambridge Air Force Research Laboratories.
- 38:15So they had everything they need there to go forward with these uh mandates that were created by Von Karman and his group, which included General Lemay, as well as another guy named uh Walkowitz that I talk about extensively in the book.
- 38:30So the mitre corporation is at the top of the list for people to subpoena.
- 38:35You know, if you look at their website and you'd think that all they're involved in is like petting zoos and you know, photography projects or something like that.
- 38:42But uh, you know, I have evidence to the contrary.
- 38:44They wrote a self-published autobiography of their company back in uh I guess it was in the 70s or something.
- 38:52It has a lot of great information in there.
- 38:55Uh, there may be there may not be a single book that's more important to the the new Manhattan, what I call the new Manhattan Project.
- 39:02So there's that.
- 39:03You know, we need to subpoena the mitre corporation, and this is why I favor the uh creation of a federal grand jury to to you know have subpoena power and you know say, hey, we have evidence that you guys are involved in this.
- 39:17And so, but then the other companies that I would I would suggest that we subpoena would be the would be Textron, which is uh heavily implicated in this whole thing.
- 39:26Another one would be uh Boeing.
- 39:28I mean, there's only one uh aircraft manufacturer and in America, a major aircraft manufacturer.
- 39:36And uh, you know, there's evidence that their KC-135 as well as their 707 and other related aircraft have been involved in these things.
- 39:45I don't know how they wouldn't know about it.
- 39:48And then Halliburton would be another one.
- 39:50They they were the company where dresser industries went.
- 39:53Dresser, so basically Halliburton today is the company that's got a strength.
- 40:00Strangle hold on the whole scene of electrostatic precipitators.
- 40:06Okay, they they basically they're the company responsible for taking that coal fly ash out of the the coal-fired power plants and and you know whisking it away and supposedly putting it in a dump somewhere of the you have these gigantic mountains of coal fly ash, you know, and we found the chemical signature of this.
- 40:23So, you know, they're the ones handling the coal fly ash.
- 40:25And this is all Bush family stuff, you know, both Halliburton and uh dresser dresser industries are uh are steeped in in the uh lore of the Bush family, you know, they've owned shares, but members of the Bush family have owned personally owned shares of dresser industries, uh, you know, which is which is the company that was previously handling the coal fly ash.
- 40:45So there's that.
- 40:46And then uh what other ones?
- 40:49There's a whole bunch of them.
- 40:50And the, you know, they always tend to slip my mind when when I'm asked this question.
- 40:55But uh, you know, I have extensive lists uh just just from reading the book.
- 40:59I made a whole list uh recently, which was is going to help me to the uh in my next excursion into uh deep research.
- 41:08And uh I have all this, I have lists uh of uh organ people and organizations that aren't even named in the book.
- 41:15Uh, but uh I've never made it public because it just wasn't exactly pertinent.
- 41:20It wasn't pertinent enough to put in the book, but it looks like they are involved.
- 41:24I mean, you know, if if you want people to subpoena, I have no shortage of of people that you should subpoena over this.
- 41:31I'm the I'm your guy if you get subpoena power on this thing.
- 41:35Well, you know, another implement uh department in the within the government, uh not alone, not only DARPA that uh is strongly implicated in your book, Chemterrails Exposed is the U.S.
- 41:46Department of Energy.
- 41:48What is their involvement about?
- 41:50Well, yeah, the U.S.
- 41:51Department of Energy, their lineage starts with the original Manhattan Project.
- 41:59Oh yeah, the um the original Manhattan Project became the Atomic Energy Commission, and then the Atomic Energy Commission became the Department of Energy.
- 42:10And uh the Atomic Energy Commission developed uh radioactive chemtrail, excuse me, chemical tracers that were sprayed from uh uh government, the environmental science services associate administration planes uh to uh to uh track and trace uh atmospheric movements.
- 42:30Um we had uh the uh atomic energy commission in initiating the founding of Lawrence Livermore National Labs, which is is heavily implicated in this thing.
- 42:40I have plenty of evidence in there.
- 42:42Uh John Von Neumann was big in the Atomic Energy Commission.
- 42:46Uh and he he's uh it looks like his his work is uh is particularly.
- 42:54And I have more of this here.
- 42:56Here we go.
- 42:58Um also we have um we have uh wireless power, the Department of Energy has been involved in wireless power.
- 43:06And I I speculate that in this as amazing as this sounds, the actual actually the evidence for this goes back over a hundred years to Nicola Tesla.
- 43:15Uh I have evidence indicating that the planes of today's new Manhattan Project, or excuse me, the uh proprietary aircraft.
- 43:22I do believe there's a proprietary fleet, not just the passenger and freight aircraft, but I do believe there's a proprietary fleet that is being powered wirelessly.
- 43:31I mean, Nicola Tesla was talking about doing this a long time ago.
- 43:35And there's actually one of the HARP patents, high frequency active auroral research has 12 patents associated with it.
- 43:42One of it, one of them actually speaks to exactly that, talking about powering aircraft in the sky wirelessly from HARP.
- 43:52And uh so uh, but also the Department of Energy has been in been involved in coal fly ash utilization.
- 43:58There's a whole field of uh using coal fly ash for different things because you know the uh power industry wants to do something with this coal fly ash rather than just put it in a dump.
- 44:09They want to get paid for it, right?
- 44:11And so there's there's actually things that they came up with that they can they can use coal fly ash for.
- 44:16It's a whole field of study.
- 44:17They hold symposia, or at least they were every year, uh coal fly ash utilization symposia.
- 44:23I have books that that cover the different symposia over the years, and the Department of Energy has been involved in that.
- 44:29The Department of Energy founded the program for climate model diagnosis and intercomparison uh at Lawrence Livermore National Labs.
- 44:38This was the big atmospheric modeling uh push that was done many years ago, and it was that had to do with Lawrence Livermore National Labs as well.
- 44:47We have many SRM geoengineering studies from the Department of Energy, solar radiation management geoengineering studies.
- 44:56This is the area of study that talks about we gotta spray things out of planes to save you from global warming.
- 45:01And they they they've been uh producing studies pertaining to the to this.
- 45:06So uh there's there's no shortage of connections there between uh you know the Department of Energy and what's going on in our skies today.
- 45:13So Peter, is all of this, and you know, I've been a friend of Dane Wiggington's, and I've spoken at his conference and I've followed a lot of his things for a long time.
- 45:21Is the solar radiation management is at its core?
- 45:25I mean, is it really just about blocking out the sun?
- 45:29You know, you you write in your in your um in your book, Chemtails Exposed that the term geoengineering was first introduced in 1977 on a paper entitled on geoengineering and the CO2 problem, way back in 1977, and yet we know unequivocally that CO2 is not a problem, that it's just a biological exchange of of elements in the air, and it's it's the food for all the plants that live on the planet.
- 45:58So is it is it just about blocking out the sun, or is there something more nefarious at the root of what they're why they're doing this?
- 46:08Oh, it's definitely nefarious.
- 46:10You know, when when you have a huge project like this, uh there's a whole bunch of reasons why they're doing it.
- 46:18But you know, I've had an epiphany about this recently.
- 46:22And I think really when you break it down, the the most important thing and the reason why they don't give up on these programs is because these programs do nothing but destroy.
- 46:34Now that sounds kind of weird, you know, that they're clinging to it because it destroys, but they want the natural world destroyed because they have something that they want to bring in.
- 46:46It's called the New World Order.
- 46:47It's their synthetic world that they've been working on forever for over a hundred years.
- 46:54You know, so what when you have planes flying over destroying everything, killing everything, and you know, with the UVB and the UVC, you're killing everything, not just the part particulate matter that that's so detrimental to life on on this planet and in this country.
- 47:11You're just clearing everything out of the way and creating a situation where people and life on this planet become dependent upon corporate products, become dependent upon the genetic modification of plants because they can't survive without the genetic modifications that they need to be able to continue to grow in a highly contaminated environment.
- 47:39And you know, it applied this this type of dynamic applies to to humans and everything, but uh, you know, there's there's so many motives going on.
- 47:48The the theory of man-made global warming is just again just used as an excuse for for you know whatever it is the government wants to do.
- 47:57And it's their it's their all-purpose excuse for everything, and and the new Manhattan Project is no exception.
- 48:03The real motives, I I assure you have nothing to do with saving the world from global warming.
- 48:08And I have a whole chapter in my book where we we talk about the real motives.
- 48:13Wow, that's really really interesting.
- 48:15And then you couple that up with AI and AGI and all of the things that will eliminate humans, you know, from the planet.
- 48:24So I agree with you that that's an that's a really important chapter in your book.
- 48:29I'm wondering why that there have been no pilots that have been arrested.
- 48:34You know, that we can track these planes from where they I mean, there's all sorts of tracking mechanisms of tracking planes that are creating uh stripes in the sky.
- 48:43We know where they take off, we know where they land.
- 48:45Why has no have no pilots been arrested?
- 48:50Well, they're being protected.
- 48:51You know, as I understand it, I'm not a lawyer and I'm not familiar with these laws, but as I understand it, if you're piloting a vehicle and it's spewing stuff out into the environment, you're responsible for that.
- 49:03Like if you're driving your car down the street and it's producing, you know, all big clouds of toxic stuff, and everybody's going and being, you know, hit with this stuff, that's a problem.
- 49:13And it's illegal, you know, because you're assaulting people, you're you're spraying them with stuff.
- 49:18So and you're the person that's ultimately in charge of your own vehicle, right?
- 49:22So I I don't know why there would be any difference.
- 49:24I mean, they've there's probably been some kind of legal immunity written in somewhere uh pertaining to all this.
- 49:31But yeah, we need to start going harder on the pilots.
- 49:33All of the whistleblowers, all the pilot whistleblowers that we've seen so far have been retired.
- 49:39Uh we don't have any active pilot whistleblowers so far because they'd probably immediately lose their jobs.
- 49:46And if a pilot ever goes to their higher ups, you know, asking questions about this, they're most probably told, you know, don't worry about it.
- 49:58We're saving the earth from global warming.
- 50:00There we have video of this one pilot uh who was confronted by by somebody, you know, because many years ago you could actually talk to the pilots before the plane takes off, right?
- 50:09They'd leave the door open and you could have a little bit of words with them.
- 50:12And so many years ago, somebody took their video camera on their, I guess it was their phone.
- 50:16This was when we we had phones, but they were still talking to us.
- 50:20And uh, you know, he he went in and confronted the pilot and he said, Hey, what about the chemtrails or something like that?
- 50:25And the pilot said, chemtrails are a necessary evil.
- 50:28So he knew about it.
- 50:30And and apparently he's been told that they're a necessary evil.
- 50:34He's been told, you know, don't worry about it.
- 50:37We're we're doing good work here.
- 50:39Uh, you know, we just gotta save everybody from global warming.
- 50:42So this is apparently the answer that they get, if ever, if ever any of them ever dares to question what's coming out the back of their plane.
- 50:50But you know, they they need to they need to step up.
- 50:53We need to have actual active pilots coming forward, telling their stories.
- 50:58You know, hopefully they've had some interaction with the with the higher ups and they can tell us about that.
- 51:03Because I mean, you know, this is another thing like the people at the EPA.
- 51:06It's like you're watching the world burn.
- 51:08You're watching everything die.
- 51:10I mean, what you want to continue to live in a world that doesn't function anymore.
- 51:14I mean, you know, what what are you doing here?
- 51:17There's things that are more important than than your paycheck.
- 51:20There are things that are more important than your pension.
- 51:23You know, I mean, we got to stop being the patsy, like uh Catherine Austin Fitz said.
- 51:27You know, I mean, you gotta step up and grow a backbone here.
- 51:31Because uh you're gonna be reviled when all this comes out.
- 51:35You know, you do you want to face that?
- 51:37Because you know, I I'm not a big cue believer, but I I you know, I I am intrigued by the statement that they're not going to be able to walk down the street anymore.
- 51:47You know what I mean?
- 51:48It's like because that's where this is going.
- 51:50I mean, you can't see the the groundswell of grassroots activism that that put Trump in the White House.
- 51:57You can't see that because we're coming, we're not stopping.
- 52:00You know what I mean?
- 52:01You better get straight like now.
- 52:03Like, so we got we gotta start going harder on the pilots.
- 52:06Yeah, I agree.
- 52:07You know, you mentioned uh the RAN Corporation and Um Mitre Corporation and Boeing and all these other places.
- 52:15Well, these people can't be involved with with this for free.
- 52:18Who's funding them and who's putting money in their pockets to to promote these pro these uh chemtrail spraying projects?
- 52:26We are the U.S.
- 52:29government is doing it, so they are doing it to our they are doing it to us and the rest of the world.
- 52:34Well, you know, the the current funding for it, the the most current funding for it.
- 52:41It's it's a little bit murky.
- 52:44But I I can tell you, you know, lots of sources of funding that have at least developed the project over the years.
- 52:51And you know, there's there's no shortage of these things.
- 52:54I mean, black budgets started with the original Manhattan Project.
- 52:57So right there, you can have tons of money just going to something and nobody ever knows what it is.
- 53:02I mean, you got you got uh very irresponsible people running the Federal Reserve Bank that just prints money at, you know, they say like, oh, we got to ask the treasury first to know there's this whole process.
- 53:13Yeah, right.
- 53:14They got all kinds of backdoors.
- 53:16You know, I don't believe this stuff about how there's some process to the Federal Reserve printing money.
- 53:21They just print money whenever they want and they just send it wherever they want, and it's total lawlessness.
- 53:26And uh, you know, that's there's some speculation involved there, but you know, please uh bear with me.
- 53:33But uh, you know, that's so there there's there's that.
- 53:35There's uh those two things black budgets and the Federal Reserve.
- 53:38And then there's the overt military budget.
- 53:40I mean, over the over the years, it could all this stuff, the whole development of it all can always just be justified as you know, military spending.
- 53:49We're developing a weapon system.
- 53:50I mean, for decades and decades, they were developing it, and that doesn't mean that they are eventually going to use it against the American public.
- 53:57So for decades and decades, you could just say, well, we're building a weapon system.
- 54:01I mean, you could even say it's a second generation weather modification system that we're gonna use against the enemy, but they ended up using it against us.
- 54:08That's the problem.
- 54:10And you know, but then in today's military budget, there's all kinds of code words and euphemisms and other camouflage that they can disguise all kinds of spending on all these kind of things.
- 54:20Uh, you know, the official policy of the government and the military is to fight climate change.
- 54:26We had a 2014 document from the Department of Energy called Climate Change Adaption Roadmap that said, yeah, global warming is a big problem.
- 54:35Military's got to do everything to stop it.
- 54:37So this is everything.
- 54:39Yeah, it's it's all nonsense, but you know, this is the rhetoric that we're being hit with every all the time.
- 54:44We have missing money.
- 54:45Catherine Austin Fitz again in 2018.
- 54:49She she found that we had 21 trillion missing.
- 54:52I mean, Rumsfeld, the day before 9-11, he comes out and says where there's 2.3 trillion missing.
- 54:57And then that was, you know, kind of forgotten due to the events of the following day.
- 55:02Peter, we're coming down.
- 55:04Peter, can you hear me?
- 55:05Yes, I can.
- 55:06Coming down to the last like two minutes of our show.
- 55:09So this is so important.
- 55:11And you want to get this information into the hands of people.
- 55:14So quickly, where can they best best buy your book?
- 55:18And how can they follow the additional work that you're doing out there?
- 55:23Well, the easiest place to find my book is to go to Amazon.com and uh, you know, just search chemtrails, and it's been coming up number one recently.
- 55:30It's supposed to, my book is also supposed to be on bookshelves everywhere, but I've been hard pressed to to find it anywhere.
- 55:37Um I'm trying to get answers on this.
- 55:39Uh it is being distributed by Simon and Schuster.
- 55:43So uh, you know, that that should be able to, you know, it should put it on bookshelves across the country.
- 55:49Um, I'm still hoping for that, and we're we're we're trying to figure that out.
- 55:54But uh what was the other part of the question?
- 55:56Sorry.
- 55:56Where do they follow you on social media?
- 55:58Social media, yes.
- 56:00I'm on I'm on X, which is kind of a new thing, uh Peter A.
- 56:04Kirby.
- 56:05And then I also have a show on uh Rumble called The Abstract, and I have a truth social channel by the same name, The Abstract.
- 56:14And but then if you want to see everything that I'm doing, you just go to my website, Peteracirby.com.
- 56:20Perfect.
- 56:20And all of those links will be down in the show notes from after this.
- 56:23So Peter, it's been so I was so looking forward to this conversation with you today because this is really a hot topic, and more and more people are aware of it.
- 56:32And I think that people feel like they don't know what to do about it.
- 56:35And your book gives them action steps and tells them what they can do, who they can follow, and what they can do about it, which I think is critically important.
- 56:44And your book is, you mean just the name, you know, chemta chemtrail exposed just speaks to everyone who's very conscious of what's happening in our skies.
- 56:54So thank you for your 17 years of research of writing so much and putting this all together.
- 56:59So with that, I want to thank all of our audience who's been here with us today.
- 57:02Please get this book, read it, pass it on to other people, write about it on your social media, have Peter on your show so he can talk more about this in more detail.
- 57:13It's a great way to get this information out that we so need in this country and around the world.
- 57:18So with that, I'm gonna close out with one of my favorite verses from the Bible.
- 57:21I close all my podcasts with, whether they are live or pre-recorded, which is Romans 12, 12.
- 57:27Rejoice in hope, be patient in trouble, and be persistent in prayer.
- 57:31We will see you tomorrow or the next time at 3 p.m.
- 57:35Eastern on America Out Loud.news, I and iHeartRadio, and all of my social media platforms under DRT at DRT.com and under at Busy Dr.
- 57:45T.
- 57:46Thank you so much for being here today, everyone.
- 57:48See you tomorrow or the next time on the 10 penny files.
