- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the program. In
- 0:03Speaker 1: this episode, we're headed back out to Moscow and we're
- 0:06Speaker 1: going to continue taking a look at the autopsy report
- 0:09Speaker 1: that was prepared for trial. Depth and direction. The wound
- 0:17Speaker 1: track travels from the decedent's right to left and back
- 0:20Speaker 1: to front to a depth of approximately three and a
- 0:23Speaker 1: half inches for six entrance on the posterior left thigh
- 0:29Speaker 1: is a gaping wound complex consisting of at least three
- 0:32Speaker 1: intersecting stab wounds measuring one and one fourth inches, two
- 0:37Speaker 1: and one half inches and two and one fourth inches
- 0:40Speaker 1: in length from lateral to medial with a combined width
- 0:44Speaker 1: of up to two inches path. The hemorrhagic wound tracks
- 0:48Speaker 1: involve the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and musculature associated findings. There
- 0:54Speaker 1: is an abundant associated soft tissue hemorrhage. Depth and direction.
- 0:59Speaker 1: The wound tracks from the diceded's back to front to
- 1:02Speaker 1: a depth of approximately four inches. Clothing not applicable weapon.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Based on the characteristics of the least distorted wound, the
- 1:11Speaker 1: findings are consistent with a blade approximately five thirty two
- 1:14Speaker 1: to three sixteenth in it in thickness, blunt force injuries,
- 1:19Speaker 1: head neck none, thorax and abdomen none extremities. A curvelinear
- 1:25Speaker 1: discontinuous redibration extends transversely over the right deltoid, measuring two
- 1:30Speaker 1: inches in length. On the dorsal left hand is a
- 1:34Speaker 1: one to eighth inch irregular redibrasion. On the dorsal left
- 1:38Speaker 1: wrist is a faint linear, one half inch red contusion.

- 1:47Speaker 1: and y shaped thorracle abdominal incisions. An intact diaphragm separates
- 1:53Speaker 1: the thoracic and abdominal cavities. All body organs are in
- 1:58Speaker 1: normal and anatomic position. There are affilmy adhesions between the

- 4:29Speaker 1: cross sectioning reveals no significant a theosclerosis. Serial sections of
- 4:35Speaker 1: the myocardium are taken from the apex of the base
- 4:37Speaker 1: of the heart and open along lines of blood flow.
- 4:41Speaker 1: The chambers and valves are proportionate. The valves are normally formed,
- 4:45Speaker 1: thin and pliable, and free of vegetations and degenerative changes.
- 4:50Speaker 1: The myocardium is pel red brown, firm, and free of
- 4:53Speaker 1: vocal or regional fibrosis, pallor or softening. The atrial and

- 5:59Speaker 1: cut surfaces exude minimal blood and frothy fluid. There's no
- 6:03Speaker 1: evidence of thrombolabism in farction or neoplasia, though pulmonary vasculature
- 6:11Speaker 1: is normally developed, patent and free of gross abnormalities liver
- 6:16Speaker 1: and bilary systems. The liver weighs seven hundred and sixty grams.
