- 0:10Speaker 4: Woo-woo.
- 0:11Speaker 1: All right, let's go ahead and get the other intro.
- 0:13Speaker 1: She has long hair, don't care, fluffy and fine, Kiki.
- 0:16Speaker 1: What's up, woo-woo? Woo-woo.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Hey, woo-woo.
- 0:19Speaker 5: What's up, y'all?
- 0:20Speaker 6: Hey.
- 0:20Speaker 3: What's up, Kiki?
- 0:22Speaker 5: Hey.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Hey.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Why you feel okay now?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Kiki got long hair like I had gray hair this morning. Like,
- 0:29Speaker 1: I had gray hair this morning.
- 0:30Speaker 3: It's gone away.
- 0:31Speaker 5: Oh, you got it up out of there?
- 0:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I got it up out of there. Well, you
- 0:34Speaker 3: have some gray hair. Oh, yeah. I got to use.
- 0:37Speaker 1: So, I got these daysticks that I use where I
- 0:39Speaker 1: can just.
- 0:40Speaker 3: It's cool how I do it. I might have to
- 0:42Speaker 3: sell them.
- 0:43Speaker 5: What you get them? Like, Fenty Beauty?
- 0:46Speaker 3: MAC?
- 0:47Speaker 4: No.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Daysticks is wild. No, it's not that type of mascara.
- 0:51Speaker 7: What? No.
- 0:52Speaker 3: So, you can, like, color your beard on the go? Yeah. Oh,
- 0:54Speaker 3: that's dope.
- 0:55Speaker 7: Hmm.
- 0:56Speaker 5: Them grades be fighting for they life, Tony.
- 0:58Speaker 3: I'm going to be like, not today.
- 1:00Speaker 5: I don't blame you, friend.
- 1:08Speaker 3: I ain't going to lie. Man, I don't know, man.
- 1:11Speaker 3: I wouldn't.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Hey, brother, you got to mind your business.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Mind your business.
- 1:14Speaker 1: You got to mind your business. I ain't ready to
- 1:16Speaker 1: go great. When it go, when I'm ready, I will
- 1:19Speaker 1: do it. I heard somebody give Tony a whole conversation.
- 1:22Speaker 1: It was at the white party. He gave him a
- 1:24Speaker 1: whole conversation.
- 1:25Speaker 3: On why he need to let his grades out. You remember? Yeah.
- 1:30Speaker 1: He said, no, you got to let it go, bro. Like,
- 1:32Speaker 1: you know, the ladies love it. And I was tone
- 1:34Speaker 1: looking at him and said, mm-mm.
- 1:36Speaker 3: I ain't doing it. Well, speaking of beers, what is
- 1:40Speaker 3: going on over here? What you mean?
- 1:42Speaker 5: When you get this.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Get what?
- 1:44Speaker 5: This little chin hair under here.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Kiki, I been had this little chin hair.
- 1:47Speaker 5: Zach has never had this. He only has had this.
- 1:49Speaker 3: I've never seen that. I always had this, Kiki. You
- 1:51Speaker 3: can look at past pods. No, that's new. This ain't new.
- 1:53Speaker 5: Is that new toe?
- 1:54Speaker 3: I don't look at him that hard.
- 1:57Speaker 5: I have literally never seen him with a beard thing.
- 2:00Speaker 3: It's not a beard. What is it? It's just a
- 2:02Speaker 3: little chin hair that I have. You about to let
- 2:05Speaker 3: it grow out? It don't grow out.
- 2:06Speaker 2: This is growing out.
- 2:08Speaker 5: That's what I'm saying. He letting it, because I've never
- 2:10Speaker 5: seen this before.
- 2:11Speaker 3: This is as far as it goes.
- 2:12Speaker 5: It wasn't there yesterday.
- 2:13Speaker 3: If I let it grow out, my mustache gets thick.
- 2:15Speaker 3: This will start coming down. This will start coming. But
- 2:18Speaker 3: I can't grow facial hair to save my life. Okay.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Well, the guy that can't grow facial hair- It's Zach Boog.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Woo woo. Give me your marker.
- 2:25Speaker 5: No, where is it? Because I think you didn't use it.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Come on. Woo woo for Zach real quick. Woo woo. Sorry.
- 2:30Speaker 5: I never seen it.
- 2:31Speaker 3: You think I was down there like.
- 2:32Speaker 5: I just don't know.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Where it came from. I seen Tone put his down.
- 2:35Speaker 3: I said, give me some. No, I don't. This is it. Kiki,
- 2:38Speaker 3: this has been around a long time. You just not
- 2:40Speaker 3: seeing it. Maybe my skin getting clipped. Oh, yeah.
- 2:45Speaker 6: Okay, I'm proud of y'all. We all grew some hair.
- 2:47Speaker 3: And what about your mustache?
- 2:48Speaker 5: I don't have no mustache. And if I did, it'd
- 2:56Speaker 5: be full.
- 2:57Speaker 6: It'd be grown out, okay? It wouldn't be looking patchy
- 3:01Speaker 6: like what's going on over there.
- 3:03Speaker 3: They'd be like, nope. I got a little lady. A
- 3:08Speaker 3: little lady with a mustache?
- 3:10Speaker 5: Baby, they will humble you every time. They'll be like,
- 3:11Speaker 5: you want me to get this?
- 3:14Speaker 3: Get off.
- 3:14Speaker 5: Eyebrows.
- 3:15Speaker 3: You be like.
- 3:17Speaker 5: No, I just want my eyebrows.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Quit letting people put that hot wax on your lip.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Be breaking y'all out. Have you ever ran into a
- 3:24Speaker 3: hairy woman?
- 3:25Speaker 7: Mm-hmm.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Does it bother you? My first cougar grew. She had
- 3:31Speaker 3: a mustache. She grew some hair. She used to grow
- 3:33Speaker 3: a little chin hair. My first cougar. One day. She
- 3:38Speaker 3: always kept it. I never saw it until that one
- 3:41Speaker 3: day I saw it. ruined the relationship. It was like
- 3:46Speaker 3: two little hairs right there. I said, mm, she got
- 3:50Speaker 3: a little beard. It's natural, guys. I couldn't take it.
- 3:54Speaker 3: It freaked me out.
- 3:55Speaker 5: It's natural.
- 3:56Speaker 3: I was like 24. I couldn't take that. I had
- 3:58Speaker 3: never dealt with a woman with a real beard. Now,
- 4:01Speaker 3: I've dealt with hairy women. You know how you have
- 4:03Speaker 3: hairy women that have hairy arms. They might have sideburns.
- 4:06Speaker 3: That was cool, but I ain't never seen it on
- 4:08Speaker 3: your face. That's crazy to me. A little mustache. I'm
- 4:11Speaker 3: okay with a little mustache.
- 4:12Speaker 2: A little shadow.
- 4:13Speaker 3: They get them off. They get them off. They're a
- 4:15Speaker 3: little light.
- 4:16Speaker 1: That hair on the legs thing, keeping your hair on
- 4:19Speaker 1: your legs, it's the wild ladies. That one is a no-no.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I don't know something about women that got hairy legs
- 4:27Speaker 1: and hairy ass underarms.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I've seen both.
- 4:30Speaker 5: You don't like that?
- 4:31Speaker 3: Mm-mm. I thought you like it natural because in the 90s,
- 4:33Speaker 3: that's how y'all had it. 70s. But look, why you
- 4:38Speaker 3: ignorant folks over there being crazy?
- 4:40Speaker 1: I don't mind if it's a little hairy.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I ain't going to act like that. But hairy legs
- 4:44Speaker 2: is crazy.
- 4:45Speaker 3: Okay. I don't like the prickly legs. That's the one
- 4:48Speaker 3: I don't like.
- 4:48Speaker 5: What kind of?
- 4:49Speaker 1: Okay.
- 4:49Speaker 3: I ain't going to judge women. Okay. All right. This
- 4:54Speaker 3: story went crazy.
- 4:56Speaker 1: At least we were having fun before we get to
- 4:57Speaker 1: the first subject of the pod. Social media reacted to
- 5:01Speaker 1: the grand jury finding no foul play of criminal or
- 5:05Speaker 1: racial motivation in the death of Nolan Wells and Rusev
- 5:09Speaker 1: consistent with drowning. No charges will be filed. So everybody
- 5:16Speaker 1: is feeling some type of way.
- 5:19Speaker 3: How y'all feeling?
- 5:21Speaker 6: Yeah. It's so sad because it's like, are we shocked?
- 5:27Speaker 5: No.
- 5:28Speaker 6: I feel like since the day that this case came out,
- 5:32Speaker 6: it was already a warning put out across social media
- 5:34Speaker 6: that the people involved had very high connections in the
- 5:38Speaker 6: legal system and all type of things like that.
- 5:41Speaker 5: So are we shocked?
- 5:42Speaker 3: No. Disappointed?
- 5:43Speaker 5: Yes. Do I think we should stop pursuing this?
- 5:46Speaker 3: No.
- 5:47Speaker 5: Like, you know what I'm saying?
- 5:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Yeah. It's bad.
- 5:51Speaker 2: What do you think, Zach?
- 5:52Speaker 3: I think the only thing that bothers me is when
- 5:54Speaker 3: we went and got our own stuff. Why was stuff
- 5:56Speaker 3: coming up inconclusive? You know what I'm saying? I don't
- 6:00Speaker 3: know what that means, and I don't know. But, you know,
- 6:02Speaker 3: they did. You know, they hired. Nolan Wells' family hired
- 6:07Speaker 3: somebody to do, what's it called when somebody die? They
- 6:10Speaker 3: did an autopsy on the body and it came up non-conclusive.
- 6:13Speaker 3: So we don't know what that means.
- 6:15Speaker 6: But it was like, also I heard foul play, and
- 6:17Speaker 6: this is alleged, I don't know, but they were saying
- 6:19Speaker 6: like his body parts were, some were missing and some were.
- 6:22Speaker 3: It said neck or something. Yeah, stuff was missing. Now
- 6:25Speaker 3: they're just ruling it a drowning. They said he had
- 6:27Speaker 3: a bruise on the back of his head. I don't know.
- 6:29Speaker 3: At this point, I don't know what to believe, but
- 6:31Speaker 3: I just feel like something ain't right. Because if it
- 6:33Speaker 3: was right, Y'all would have said that from the jump,
- 6:37Speaker 3: from the beginning and been forthcoming. When you hide information,
- 6:41Speaker 3: when you delete your social media, when all of this
- 6:44Speaker 3: stories end up changing and all of that, that makes
- 6:47Speaker 3: me feel like it's some foul play and you hiding something.
- 6:49Speaker 3: If everybody would have just came back forthcoming like this,
- 6:51Speaker 3: what happened? Yeah. Here's our phones. We want to help
- 6:54Speaker 3: with this. Yeah. You know, to give the family some closure.
- 6:57Speaker 3: I would believe it. But I don't believe you if
- 6:59Speaker 3: you it was too much.
- 7:00Speaker 6: The three of us on a boat, and one of
- 7:02Speaker 6: us don't come back, and then the other two do
- 7:05Speaker 6: nothing about it, say nothing about it. That's telling you
- 7:08Speaker 6: that was a foul play.
- 7:10Speaker 1: I mean, there are people in this world that know
- 7:13Speaker 1: how to get away with murder. And that's all alleged.
- 7:19Speaker 1: This is my opinion. I feel like there are people
- 7:24Speaker 1: involved with this that know how to get away with murder.
- 7:27Speaker 1: They knew what people were going to be looking for,
- 7:30Speaker 1: what was going to be found, because they got away clean.
- 7:35Speaker 2: They got away clean.
- 7:36Speaker 3: This is all alleged.
- 7:37Speaker 1: This is just me looking at the case so nobody
- 7:40Speaker 1: come sue me.
- 7:41Speaker 2: But I just feel like that.
- 7:44Speaker 1: It's no way, and we all know we'll say it.
- 7:47Speaker 2: I'll echo the same thing that we've been saying constantly.
- 7:50Speaker 1: It's no way that three black dudes and one white
- 7:54Speaker 1: dude and the white dude don't come back. that the
- 7:57Speaker 1: three black men erased a social media, took the boat,
- 8:01Speaker 1: all of the different things.
- 8:03Speaker 3: It's no way they don't go to jail just off
- 8:05Speaker 3: of hearsay.
- 8:06Speaker 1: So it just shows you what's happening in the great
- 8:10Speaker 1: state of Mississippi. And we'll continue having Mississippi politics.
- 8:16Speaker 3: All right, let's go ahead and keep it moving.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Kyler Kaepernick claims Roc Nation attempted to plant fake stories
- 8:21Speaker 1: about him.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Take a listen to this. Let's take a listen to it.
- 8:26Speaker 7: Brock Nation, his organization, they had tried to plant fake
- 8:30Speaker 7: stories about me as part of that. We got calls
- 8:32Speaker 7: from the radio personalities and the media personalities around, hey,
- 8:37Speaker 7: this is what we got to call on. Like, is
- 8:40Speaker 7: this actually true? We got all of those phone calls directly.
- 8:43Speaker 7: So that's the part that I don't understand the intent
- 8:46Speaker 7: there outside of trying to justify the backlash that you're
- 8:50Speaker 7: getting from people.
- 8:50Speaker 5: All right.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Colin Kaepernick says that.
- 8:55Speaker 3: What do you say?
- 8:58Speaker 5: I know Colin Kaepernick, like, I wish I never took
- 9:00Speaker 5: a knee for you.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Hmm?
- 9:03Speaker 6: I know he'd just be like, he'd probably be like,
- 9:05Speaker 6: I wish I never took a knee for y'all. Because
- 9:08Speaker 6: y'all just feel like he just, he been going through
- 9:11Speaker 6: it ever since then. I feel like he been going
- 9:13Speaker 6: through it alone. Y'all don't support this man.
- 9:18Speaker 3: We tried, Kiki. We tried.
- 9:21Speaker 5: Okay, come on, let's have it.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Let's have this conversation. We tried. In the beginning, we
- 9:25Speaker 3: supported them 110%. Did y'all? We did. We even stopped
- 9:30Speaker 3: watching the NFL. I remember it was half the season
- 9:32Speaker 3: I didn't watch, trying to support Colin Kaepernick.
- 9:35Speaker 5: Okay.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Bears weren't good anyway.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Right, right.
- 9:38Speaker 3: But it was easy to not watch them. But we
- 9:42Speaker 3: did try. And then when I saw— I' m going to tell
- 9:45Speaker 3: you when I was done. Okay. When I saw him
- 9:48Speaker 3: try to actively get back in the NFL— I said,
- 9:52Speaker 3: why am I not going to watch the league that
- 9:54Speaker 3: you're trying to get in? And I'm not mad at
- 9:57Speaker 3: you for taking a settlement from the NFL if they
- 9:59Speaker 3: did you wrong. You should get paid. I agree with you.
- 10:01Speaker 3: You should. But if you're going to try to get
- 10:05Speaker 3: back in the NFL, then I'm going to watch it.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Because if you got signed to a team, you would
- 10:10Speaker 3: want us to watch you and support you. And we would.
- 10:14Speaker 3: If he went back, we would support him. So, I
- 10:17Speaker 3: don't know. And then, It was a lot of, like,
- 10:20Speaker 3: I do think two things can be true. I think
- 10:22Speaker 3: that he was really standing on what he was standing on,
- 10:25Speaker 3: and I think he was blackballed. I do believe that.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I believe that he was blackballed and deserved a chance.
- 10:30Speaker 3: But I also believe if you're going to try to
- 10:32Speaker 3: get back, we can't. You know, I'm not standing with
- 10:35Speaker 3: that if you're going to try to go back.
- 10:36Speaker 6: Well, people get upset at him for trying to go back,
- 10:38Speaker 6: but as an athlete, as a football player in America,
- 10:42Speaker 6: that's my only option to play professionally.
- 10:45Speaker 3: And that's my only option to watch. professional football so
- 10:48Speaker 3: what i'm trying to say if you if you gonna
- 10:51Speaker 3: play i'm gonna.
- 10:53Speaker 6: Watch right and i'm not saying that you need to
- 10:55Speaker 6: not watch you know what i'm saying i'm just saying
- 10:57Speaker 6: it seems like colin kaepernick has gotten this he's almost
- 11:01Speaker 6: become this polarizing character in the black community when i
- 11:03Speaker 6: thought what he was doing was just trying to make
- 11:05Speaker 6: a statement for black lives and just say that they
- 11:08Speaker 6: matter and he was trying to use his platform which
- 11:11Speaker 6: was the nfl and being on tv to take a
- 11:13Speaker 6: knee and show that he didn't like the injustice that
- 11:16Speaker 6: was going on in the country Since he's done that,
- 11:18Speaker 6: he's been blackballed. He's tried to get back into the NFL.
- 11:23Speaker 6: But I feel like he gets a lot of backlash
- 11:26Speaker 6: from people for his actions. But it's like, what else
- 11:29Speaker 6: do y'all want him to do? If he's a professional
- 11:31Speaker 6: football player, there's nowhere else for him to go for
- 11:35Speaker 6: his job. It's like if we leave one radio station,
- 11:38Speaker 6: there's a thousand others. But he don't have that option.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Kiki, I was with him on the first thing. But
- 11:44Speaker 3: what happened was they said, hey, you are disrespecting The,
- 11:48Speaker 3: what is it? The President of the Legion. You know,
- 11:52Speaker 3: the national anthem. That was the issue. The disrespect to
- 11:55Speaker 3: the national anthem. He came out after that and said, hey,
- 11:58Speaker 3: I'm not trying to disrespect the anthem. I have a
- 12:00Speaker 3: lot of respect for people who have fought for this country,
- 12:02Speaker 3: this country. And I just want to bring awareness to
- 12:05Speaker 3: black lives. Yes. Okay. Everybody was cool. We was like,
- 12:09Speaker 3: all right, cool. Don't do it no more then. If
- 12:12Speaker 3: that's the case.
- 12:13Speaker 5: Don't do what no more?
- 12:14Speaker 3: Take a knee? The knee. He and who was the
- 12:17Speaker 3: other guy who did it with him?
- 12:19Speaker 2: I forgot.
- 12:20Speaker 3: The other guy who did it with him played in
- 12:22Speaker 3: the NFL again. Michael Jenkins? Yes. Got the opportunity again. No,
- 12:28Speaker 3: Cap was milking this. What is he supposed to do? Bro,
- 12:33Speaker 3: if you're offending, if your job is to do this
- 12:35Speaker 3: and you bring awareness, because all you were doing was
- 12:37Speaker 3: it was a symbol. It wasn't like he was saving lives. No, no.
- 12:40Speaker 3: It was just a symbol. So what you do is
- 12:43Speaker 3: find a different way to symbol because the way you
- 12:46Speaker 3: were trying to symbolize helping somebody, you were disrespecting another
- 12:50Speaker 3: group that felt a way. Not saying it's right or wrong,
- 12:53Speaker 3: but that's the way it was presented. And the other guy.
- 12:56Speaker 3: took it and was like, hey, I'm not, my bad.
- 12:59Speaker 3: I wasn't trying to do that. I'm just trying to
- 13:00Speaker 3: bring awareness to this and support Colin. And he got
- 13:03Speaker 3: back in the league. Colin went, told everybody it was
- 13:06Speaker 3: a slave ship and all of this.
- 13:07Speaker 1: How you going to call it a plantation and then
- 13:10Speaker 1: try to go back to the plantation?
- 13:12Speaker 5: The man got to work is what I'm saying, y'all.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Zach, so the thing is, I get it. That's how
- 13:18Speaker 1: you are about most of your stories and these type
- 13:20Speaker 1: of stories. But it is, because the question is, is
- 13:23Speaker 1: Colin Kaepernick claims Roc Nation attempted to plant fake stories?
- 13:26Speaker 3: We don't know about the fake stories. We don't know.
- 13:28Speaker 5: He ain't called that. The Roc Nation ain't called me.
- 13:31Speaker 3: We ain't called.
- 13:31Speaker 5: Did they call you?
- 13:32Speaker 1: No. I didn't get any call from Roc Nation. But
- 13:35Speaker 1: I don't know what he heard and whatever was happening.
- 13:37Speaker 3: But we do know this.
- 13:39Speaker 2: He was 100% blackballed.
- 13:41Speaker 3: 100% blackballed.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Now, the fact that he was blackballed.
- 13:45Speaker 1: And I have to take Kiki's stance in this, is
- 13:48Speaker 1: that Yo, I'm at Blackball. I tried to do this.
- 13:50Speaker 1: I tried to do all of this, man. But I
- 13:53Speaker 1: still want to play. It's only a small window. I
- 13:58Speaker 1: got to go back and try to play. Now, what
- 14:00Speaker 1: happened in that space is real cloudy.
- 14:04Speaker 3: And, yeah, he was.
- 14:05Speaker 2: When you're frustrated, you're going to say things like, yeah,
- 14:08Speaker 2: it's a plantation.
- 14:08Speaker 3: It's this.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Is that he was frustrated, bro. He got blackballed for
- 14:12Speaker 2: taking a knee.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Wild, wild.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Now, this is the craziest thing that you could think about.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Why the NFL has to investigate people that beat women?
- 14:24Speaker 1: Or do you have to go through this investigation process
- 14:28Speaker 1: where people are getting in trouble off the field?
- 14:31Speaker 2: They're doing wild stuff.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Colin Kaepernick took a knee and was never allowed to
- 14:37Speaker 1: play football again. So the level of frustration that he
- 14:40Speaker 1: has to be feeling is crazy.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Crazy.
- 14:44Speaker 6: And then to be blackballed and then not be able
- 14:47Speaker 6: to play. And on top of that, the people you
- 14:50Speaker 6: were trying to represent in that moment, half of them
- 14:53Speaker 6: don't even support you no more.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 14:55Speaker 6: That's what I'm saying. If there's anybody trying to diminish
- 14:59Speaker 6: his reputation, I just feel like, why? This is one
- 15:02Speaker 6: person who tried to use a platform to speak out
- 15:04Speaker 6: for the culture and.
- 15:07Speaker 6: We're criticizing him when we should really be focusing on
- 15:10Speaker 6: the people who just let Nolan Wells kill us off.
- 15:12Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying? Like, it's just a lot of,
- 15:14Speaker 5: I hate when I hear negative stuff about him.
- 15:16Speaker 3: I don't know. I just felt like it was halfway.
- 15:19Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? Like, if you're going to
- 15:20Speaker 3: do that stand and you're going to be on that,
- 15:22Speaker 3: you got to be on that. To me, he was
- 15:23Speaker 3: halfway in it, halfway out. He was one foot in,
- 15:26Speaker 3: one foot out. And you can't be in those situations.
- 15:28Speaker 3: I'm going to wrap it up. But I just think, like,
- 15:31Speaker 3: Muhammad Ali, he said, I'm never fighting for this country.
- 15:34Speaker 3: I don't stand for none of that that y'all are doing.
- 15:36Speaker 3: He went to jail. Came back out, started boxing again.
- 15:40Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? The height of his career.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Because he was willing to do that. It's no way
- 15:44Speaker 3: he would have did a little time and be like, well,
- 15:46Speaker 3: I'll do a little army. Let me get in the
- 15:47Speaker 3: army a little bit. Stand on what you believe in
- 15:49Speaker 3: if you're going to make those type of stances.
- 15:51Speaker 1: It's tough, though, Zach. That's not apples to apples. I
- 15:55Speaker 1: never said it was the same.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Only thing that I'm saying is stand on what you're
- 15:59Speaker 3: standing on. You can't say this is the devil and
- 16:02Speaker 3: this is the devil. This is a plantation. And then
- 16:06Speaker 3: try to go back and work on the plantation. Do
- 16:08Speaker 3: you want to be a slave or not? If not,
- 16:11Speaker 3: I'm not mad at you for getting your money. And
- 16:13Speaker 3: I do think you got blackballed. But you got to
- 16:15Speaker 3: stand for something. You back and forth. He wanted to.
- 16:19Speaker 3: It's a corporation.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You got Nike jerseys. You got shoes. Both things could
- 16:24Speaker 1: be true, bro. Do you agree with this? Both things
- 16:26Speaker 1: could be true. You could want to make a stand
- 16:30Speaker 1: and then want to play the sport. Because you feel like, hey,
- 16:35Speaker 1: once I'm back in the sport, I can make some
- 16:37Speaker 1: more changes.
- 16:38Speaker 2: And that's the thing. And he probably realized that.
- 16:41Speaker 3: And why don't you just change the way that you're,
- 16:43Speaker 3: because their issue was they felt like you was disrespecting
- 16:46Speaker 3: the anthem. You can still make, you've made your voice heard.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I think he thought about that.
- 16:52Speaker 3: And we got back in the league. But we shouldn't
- 16:55Speaker 3: be blackballed.
- 16:55Speaker 6: If we felt like disrespecting the anthem, you shouldn't be blackballed.
- 16:59Speaker 5: This is America.
- 16:59Speaker 6: We all supposed to have the free rights to represent
- 17:02Speaker 6: what we want to represent. And I don't want to
- 17:03Speaker 6: stand for the anthem. I shouldn't be penalized for that.
- 17:05Speaker 6: Because as an American, I should be able to have
- 17:07Speaker 6: my choice. So it's like them, again, it's just proving
- 17:11Speaker 6: his point of like, you cannot speak out in this
- 17:13Speaker 6: organization or you will be blackballed. And it's almost like
- 17:16Speaker 6: telling him to just pick either side. It's almost saying like, well,
- 17:19Speaker 6: either accept it or don't. But like, I got to
- 17:21Speaker 6: do this because this is what I was born to do.
- 17:22Speaker 6: And it's the only professional league in the nation to
- 17:25Speaker 6: do it. So I'm doing that. But I'm also trying
- 17:27Speaker 6: to stand up for my people. And my people not
- 17:28Speaker 6: even support me because my people get mad that I
- 17:30Speaker 6: won't throw everything away, even though once I throw everything away...
- 17:33Speaker 6: They ain't going to support me. So it's like he's
- 17:35Speaker 6: I feel like he's in between a rock and a hard.
- 17:37Speaker 3: You put yourself all in this. Ain't nobody.
- 17:41Speaker 6: But if somebody don't stand up and make a use
- 17:44Speaker 6: the platform, then then what does that do?
- 17:46Speaker 7: Exactly.
- 17:47Speaker 2: So that's my point.
- 17:47Speaker 6: Risk made a lot of different made a lot of
- 17:50Speaker 6: different people in the NFL uncomfortable, made a lot of
- 17:52Speaker 6: them owners have to start doing little things to appease
- 17:55Speaker 6: black people. It made a little bit of change, and
- 17:58Speaker 6: it's like, you damned if you do, you damned if
- 18:00Speaker 6: you don't. If he just shut up and never did nothing,
- 18:04Speaker 6: then none of that would have changed. None of them
- 18:06Speaker 6: other players would have got that type of life. I
- 18:10Speaker 6: just don't like us criticizing people who are willing to
- 18:13Speaker 6: do anything when so many of us are willing.
- 18:15Speaker 3: To do nothing. I agree with that, but I just
- 18:17Speaker 3: don't agree with you. All right.
- 18:20Speaker 2: All right, y'all.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Let's go ahead, man. Let's go ahead. You want the
- 18:24Speaker 3: corporate money, but you want to buck all of that.
- 18:26Speaker 3: You better pick one. The NFL ain't right. The NFL
- 18:28Speaker 3: is damn wrong. Yes. They damn wrong.
- 18:31Speaker 5: So why would I take their money?
- 18:33Speaker 3: What you mean, why would I take their money?
- 18:34Speaker 5: Why wouldn't I?
- 18:35Speaker 3: You said, why wouldn't you take their money? Yeah. Because
- 18:37Speaker 3: you just called it a slave ship.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 18:40Speaker 5: And you got money, and I need money. Give me
- 18:43Speaker 5: my money.
- 18:44Speaker 2: So what Kiki is saying, and I get it.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Zach is, y'all both saying the same thing in a way.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Kiki's like, yo.
- 18:51Speaker 1: All right, I still, I'm going to stand for this.
- 18:53Speaker 1: I'm going to stand for this. I know I don't
- 18:55Speaker 1: want to have, I don't want, I don't like what
- 18:58Speaker 1: I'm in. It's like standing against slavery but then getting
- 18:59Speaker 1: paid by the slave master.
- 19:00Speaker 3: But I'm still getting paid.
- 19:01Speaker 5: If you have no other choice, you going to be
- 19:03Speaker 5: a free slave or a paid slave?
- 19:04Speaker 3: You know, you got other choices. Die? Hungry? No.
- 19:08Speaker 5: Homeless?
- 19:08Speaker 3: You got a hell of a choice. There's a lot
- 19:10Speaker 3: of places he could play. They got Canadian football league.
- 19:11Speaker 3: They got a lot of different leagues.
- 19:13Speaker 2: So he could just go to Canada and play that.
- 19:16Speaker 1: He's not going to make the money in Canada.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Y'all is mean.
- 19:18Speaker 1: He's not making the money in Canada.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I'm not saying. So you can't.
- 19:22Speaker 2: The NFL is the pinnacle.
- 19:24Speaker 1: You talking about somebody go from playing in the pinnacle
- 19:27Speaker 1: to go playing in a league that's not the pinnacle.
- 19:30Speaker 3: So I guess what I'm trying to say is at
- 19:32Speaker 3: the moment you realized, hmm, I may have put my
- 19:34Speaker 3: career on the line for this. And all I'm doing
- 19:37Speaker 3: is making a symbol. I know we making it seem
- 19:39Speaker 3: like he was changing lives, but it was a symbol
- 19:42Speaker 3: to recognize the mistreatment of our people.
- 19:47Speaker 5: Right.
- 19:48Speaker 3: I respect that 100%.
- 19:49Speaker 6: And because I did that, I should never have.
- 19:51Speaker 3: To choose my job. But when you did that, they
- 19:53Speaker 3: flipped it on you and said that you are now
- 19:56Speaker 3: disrespecting the national anthem. And they're saying that you're disrespecting
- 20:00Speaker 3: the entire country because you won't stand for this. But
- 20:04Speaker 3: they won't stand for black lives. That's why I said
- 20:07Speaker 3: they flipped it on them. It was definitely propaganda. But
- 20:10Speaker 3: don't let them play that game with you, especially if
- 20:12Speaker 3: you still want to play their game.
- 20:15Speaker 5: But it's really not their game. It's our game. But
- 20:18Speaker 5: that's another thing.
- 20:19Speaker 3: They own it.
- 20:20Speaker 5: But it's just like.
- 20:21Speaker 3: You black niggas. I'm sorry. I just like.
- 20:25Speaker 5: Colin Kaepernick should not have.
- 20:26Speaker 6: He shouldn't even be put in a position to have
- 20:27Speaker 6: to choose between his job and represent what he believe.
- 20:31Speaker 5: It's America.
- 20:31Speaker 3: He shouldn't have to. But it is what it is.
- 20:34Speaker 3: All right.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Pop fam.
- 20:36Speaker 1: We got a chance to see the black and the blacker.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Have a conversation that lights can't do. I'll just listen
- 20:42Speaker 1: to it. Y'all made some good points, man. Tell us
- 20:45Speaker 1: what y'all think in the podcast.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Comments.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Let us know whose side you're on.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Come on, Chad. All right, let's keep it moving.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Fat Joe says he's never seen anyone write Remy Ma's raps.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Amir Papu's claiming he was her ghostwriter. And there is
- 21:03Speaker 1: some sound on that. So let's take a listen. What up,
- 21:06Speaker 1: pod fam?
- 21:07Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 21:08Speaker 8: Now, you got Papoose with these songs, Jazzabel saying, she
- 21:12Speaker 8: didn't write her rhymes. She had like hits before she
- 21:15Speaker 8: met Papoose. She was on records with Punch. She was
- 21:17Speaker 8: on records with you before she even met Papoose.
- 21:20Speaker 3: So just like- Her daughter's my goddaughter.
- 21:23Speaker 4: I make it a habit of not getting involved between
- 21:26Speaker 4: them because I can't have no problem with my goddaughter.
- 21:29Speaker 4: I love her too much. And I don't want her
- 21:32Speaker 4: father and me to be going at it like that.
- 21:34Speaker 4: So I try my best to mind my business. Personally,
- 21:37Speaker 4: Fat Joe has never seen nobody write Remy Mons.
- 21:40Speaker 3: To this day. Gotcha. She just did 10 songs this week.
- 21:45Speaker 3: She's balled up. What do you think about that? Papu
- 21:51Speaker 3: saying he was her ghostwriter?
- 21:53Speaker 6: I think that's corny and I don't believe it. And
- 21:57Speaker 6: even if he was my ghostwriter, so what? We was married.
- 22:04Speaker 3: So he can say it.
- 22:06Speaker 5: No, because this was.
- 22:07Speaker 6: The problem with ghostwriting. Y'all not ghosts no more. When
- 22:11Speaker 6: you start telling people you're not... A ghostwriter's supposed to
- 22:14Speaker 6: shut up. Why should I know you ghostwrote a thing
- 22:18Speaker 6: if you a true ghostwriter?
- 22:19Speaker 5: So, no. And I think that's corny. And Remy Ma cussed.
- 22:23Speaker 6: Too good for me to ever believe that she can't
- 22:26Speaker 6: write her raps. First of all, Remy be down to
- 22:29Speaker 6: the freestyle battles and everything.
- 22:30Speaker 5: Remy is cold. I remember watching a Remy freestyle.
- 22:34Speaker 6: when I was like 12 and I just re I
- 22:36Speaker 6: watched it so many times she was cussing so good
- 22:39Speaker 6: and I was just like I want to learn how
- 22:40Speaker 6: to cuss like that so I don't believe that you
- 22:44Speaker 6: know what I'm saying she need Papoose or anybody else
- 22:46Speaker 6: to write her rhymes like you talking about somebody who
- 22:49Speaker 6: got a whole career off one verse what she did
- 22:53Speaker 6: on Lean Back secured her to what she is today.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Before she met him she was writing she was snapping
- 22:59Speaker 3: but I just don't like ghostwriters who can't if you
- 23:02Speaker 3: say you wrote where your head's I can't stand a
- 23:06Speaker 3: ghostwriter who can't write a song for they self they
- 23:09Speaker 3: can't so that what are we saying there man your
- 23:12Speaker 3: ghostwriting ain't that good there.
- 23:13Speaker 1: No I mean because people can't they don't have the
- 23:17Speaker 1: persona ghostwriting is a lot they don't have the they
- 23:20Speaker 1: don't have the persona they don't they don't have the
- 23:22Speaker 1: delivery but they can put some words they can put
- 23:25Speaker 1: some words and the other person can finish it off.
- 23:28Speaker 1: They're not stars. Everybody's not stars, but there are people
- 23:31Speaker 1: that ghostwrite. There's a lot of them here in Chicago
- 23:34Speaker 1: that wrote for some of your favorite people.
- 23:35Speaker 6: Yeah, there's a lot of ghostwriters out there, and I
- 23:37Speaker 6: love respect to the ones who remain ghosts. But also,
- 23:42Speaker 6: to Zach's point, if you were her ghostwriter and y'all
- 23:44Speaker 6: been together 15 years, where are the hits? Remy has conceded,
- 23:52Speaker 6: leaned back, and her Nikki diss was cold. But outside
- 23:58Speaker 6: of that.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Allegedly, he helped. I'm not saying that he probably ain't
- 24:02Speaker 3: punched up a line before. Where's the rest of it?
- 24:04Speaker 5: Where's the rest of it? If I live and sleep
- 24:06Speaker 5: with my ghostwriter, I should be on the top of
- 24:08Speaker 5: the charts.
- 24:09Speaker 3: What a reference track.
- 24:12Speaker 2: So you're saying Papoose can't.
- 24:13Speaker 3: What a reference track.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Y'all saying Papoose can't. He's not a ghostwriter because he's
- 24:17Speaker 1: never wrote a hit record.
- 24:18Speaker 6: No, no, no.
- 24:18Speaker 3: No, I'm not saying that. That's what it sounds like.
- 24:21Speaker 3: He can be a ghostwriter, but it don't matter.
- 24:23Speaker 5: Where are the hits now?
- 24:26Speaker 3: From who, Papoose?
- 24:28Speaker 5: From Remy.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Write something for Carissa. He got something.
- 24:32Speaker 5: Where?
- 24:34Speaker 1: Okay, I do agree. Remy was popping before Papoose, so
- 24:39Speaker 1: there's that part of it. But do I think Papoose
- 24:42Speaker 1: and her as her husband, he was like, yo, I
- 24:44Speaker 1: got an idea. Here, let's do this, do this, do this.
- 24:48Speaker 1: You can't tell me that didn't happen once or twice
- 24:50Speaker 1: through a marriage. Can't tell me that.
- 24:54Speaker 5: If we was married all these years.
- 24:56Speaker 6: and that's all you gave me is the hits that
- 24:58Speaker 6: Remy got, then you shouldn't even take credit for that.
- 25:03Speaker 3: You hate.
- 25:06Speaker 6: When a man lie and try to take credit for
- 25:08Speaker 6: a woman's talent.
- 25:10Speaker 3: You hate that? I hate that.
- 25:12Speaker 1: Okay, so once you said take credit for a woman's talent,
- 25:14Speaker 1: you fell into a little bit of a trap.
- 25:16Speaker 5: I ain't falling in shit.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Let's go. Okay. So you hate that, right?
- 25:22Speaker 5: Yes.
- 25:23Speaker 1: So how, because you made me understand because Zach knows
- 25:25Speaker 1: exactly where I'm going.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Yeah, I know.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Savannah James. She do too. Go ahead.
- 25:28Speaker 5: I'm waiting on it.
- 25:28Speaker 3: So how?
- 25:30Speaker 2: I don't want to bring up Savannah James.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I'm just going to say basketball players.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes.
- 25:34Speaker 1: So how is it that y'all, when women take credit
- 25:38Speaker 1: for this 6'7, 225-pound man that runs like a deer
- 25:45Speaker 1: in the top percentile of athletic ability in the world. Yes.
- 25:50Speaker 2: How does a woman say, hey, but I took care
- 25:52Speaker 2: of your kids, though?
- 25:53Speaker 5: I don't know one.
- 25:55Speaker 6: Woman in history who said she played basketball or she
- 25:58Speaker 6: ghost wrote his hoops.
- 25:59Speaker 5: I don't know that one.
- 26:00Speaker 3: No, but you say y'all say he responsible. They responsible.
- 26:04Speaker 1: You have said on this podcast, right, that they are
- 26:07Speaker 1: responsible because they're keeping their minds clear and they're doing this.
- 26:11Speaker 3: And doing that.
- 26:12Speaker 6: I said that the woman provides an excellent quality of
- 26:14Speaker 6: life for the man to stay focused on his sport.
- 26:16Speaker 6: And she deserves to be supported outside of the marriage,
- 26:19Speaker 6: especially when the man cheats.
- 26:20Speaker 5: That's what I said.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Kiki, it don't matter if he cheat. It don't matter
- 26:24Speaker 1: where his mind at. But guess what? He got a
- 26:27Speaker 1: 40-inch vertical.
- 26:29Speaker 3: He can jump to the moon. He's fast. He's strong.
- 26:33Speaker 3: He can make a basket in his sleep. And what
- 26:36Speaker 3: woman in.
- 26:37Speaker 5: History has said that they took credit for that?
- 26:40Speaker 6: Pat Poole is saying... Remy hits.
- 26:42Speaker 3: So I'm agreeing with you.
- 26:43Speaker 6: No, no, no.
- 26:43Speaker 3: I'm agreeing with you.
- 26:44Speaker 6: Pat Grissom is saying that he wrote Remy hits, and
- 26:47Speaker 6: I don't believe it.
- 26:48Speaker 1: You just said the mind, though. You said he'd keep
- 26:50Speaker 1: his mind clear so he could focus.
- 26:51Speaker 6: I think he was an excellent husband to her and
- 26:53Speaker 6: held her down in jail and all that.
- 26:55Speaker 5: I absolutely think that.
- 26:55Speaker 6: So if we're talking about what he deserved, it's cool.
- 26:57Speaker 6: But when he say he ghost wrote her hits, I
- 26:59Speaker 6: don't believe that.
- 27:00Speaker 5: That's like if Savannah James.
- 27:01Speaker 3: You don't want me shooting at a gym.
- 27:02Speaker 6: That's like if Savannah James said she dribbled LeBron's ball
- 27:05Speaker 6: or she taught LeBron how to shoot. I don't believe that.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the same.
- 27:08Speaker 5: That's the same thing.
- 27:09Speaker 6: But you trying to bring in, you just don't want
- 27:11Speaker 6: a woman to get paid after she leave you. And
- 27:13Speaker 6: that's just not how the world is set up.
- 27:14Speaker 3: Let me tell you something. Tone going to protect that money.
- 27:17Speaker 3: God damn it.
- 27:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 27:18Speaker 3: He going to protect that money. That ain't the same
- 27:19Speaker 3: thing at all. He trying to protect that money. Papoose
- 27:21Speaker 3: ain't even trying to get no money. He just want
- 27:23Speaker 3: a little credit.
- 27:23Speaker 5: He just want credit.
- 27:24Speaker 3: And that ain't it. I don't believe he deserve. But, yeah.
- 27:28Speaker 3: All right, y'all.
- 27:29Speaker 2: What we got here? This is interesting. And I don't
- 27:32Speaker 2: understand it.
- 27:32Speaker 3: So Kiki may be able to help clear this up.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Ari Fletcher responds to online rumors linking her to little baby,
- 27:38Speaker 1: Stefan Diggs, James Harden, Offset, and then there's an and more. Now,
- 27:43Speaker 1: this is in a screenshot of the group text. Why
- 27:46Speaker 1: is this relevant? What's going on?
- 27:48Speaker 3: Why does this matter?
- 27:49Speaker 1: I have no clue. I saw it. I slid by it.
- 27:54Speaker 1: I don't really like to say nothing about it, even
- 27:57Speaker 1: read nothing about Ari.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:59Speaker 5: Because honestly, what does it matter?
- 28:01Speaker 3: What does it matter?
- 28:02Speaker 5: If she did everything on that list, what do it matter?
- 28:05Speaker 2: Yeah, if she was single.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Right.
- 28:07Speaker 5: It don't matter.
- 28:07Speaker 3: It don't matter.
- 28:08Speaker 5: It don't matter.
- 28:09Speaker 6: But the story is trending because allegedly there is someone
- 28:13Speaker 6: close to her that is trying to spill all of
- 28:15Speaker 6: her tea and say that she did this and did that. And,
- 28:19Speaker 6: you know, her and Young Miami got issues with each
- 28:21Speaker 6: other allegedly and all this. So they trying to spill
- 28:23Speaker 6: the tea about that. But like we all just agree,
- 28:25Speaker 6: we don't care.
- 28:26Speaker 3: We don't care. And friend, let me tell you something.
- 28:27Speaker 3: You ain't gonna do nothing but make her hotter.
- 28:29Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 28:29Speaker 3: So if you're trying to hurt her and ruin her reputation,
- 28:32Speaker 3: that's what it sounds like she's trying to do, you're
- 28:34Speaker 3: just going to make her more popular. So it ain't
- 28:37Speaker 3: going to work. It's going to backfire.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I read, when I saw it, I was like, oh, okay,
- 28:42Speaker 1: she's single and already tough. She's super tough. So it
- 28:48Speaker 1: makes sense for everybody. Every one of these guys is
- 28:52Speaker 1: trying to go after a really attractive woman.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Exactly. It's not going to get no steam. But don't. Yeah, okay.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Good luck with that one.
- 28:59Speaker 6: And as we speak, Ari and Moneybagg Yo is together
- 29:02Speaker 6: celebrating his birthday, having a good time, living their best life.
- 29:05Speaker 6: So you ain't stopped no motion for her, unfortunately.
- 29:08Speaker 3: You adding to it.
- 29:09Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:09Speaker 3: You adding to it. That makes sense. Cut it out.
- 29:12Speaker 1: All right, Kamora Lee Simmons talks about how she thought
- 29:15Speaker 1: Tyra Banks was hating when she warned her about dating
- 29:18Speaker 1: Russell Simmons at 16, but admits that after reflecting years later,
- 29:24Speaker 1: she realized Tyra was trying to protect her.
- 29:26Speaker 2: Russell sent.
- 29:28Speaker 1: put out a statement saying she was 17 years old
- 29:31Speaker 1: and nine months old when he pursued her.
- 29:35Speaker 5: Oh, that's a terrible look.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Yikes.
- 29:37Speaker 3: I got it. that. Why would you say that? Sometimes
- 29:41Speaker 3: you don't respond.
- 29:43Speaker 5: Yeah, Russell, you should have just said pretzel style and
- 29:46Speaker 5: left out of this one.
- 29:47Speaker 6: I would not have responded to that because that's a
- 29:50Speaker 6: crazy clap back.
- 29:52Speaker 3: First of all, she was 17 and nine months. Nine
- 29:54Speaker 3: months and three days.
- 29:55Speaker 5: I threw her 18th birthday.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Like, But she was 35, man.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that's sick.
- 30:02Speaker 3: That's sick.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And nine months and three days and a couple hours. Russ,
- 30:07Speaker 1: that wasn't the most thought out response. Shout out to
- 30:13Speaker 1: Tyra Banks.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Trying to help her out.
- 30:16Speaker 6: Have y'all ever gotten mad at y'all friends who have
- 30:18Speaker 6: tried to stop y'all from dating somebody? Or gave you
- 30:20Speaker 6: like a warning? Because people don't receive that well.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Mm-mm.
- 30:25Speaker 5: You just got to let your friends get hurt.
- 30:26Speaker 3: Let me tell you something. Men don't. Oh, yeah, I
- 30:27Speaker 3: definitely did.
- 30:28Speaker 5: You got mad.
- 30:29Speaker 3: I didn't get mad. But you was like, he hating
- 30:31Speaker 3: on me.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Never, I said. I never say hate. I hate it
- 30:33Speaker 1: because I don't think my friends hate on me. I
- 30:35Speaker 1: think they just don't understand where I was coming from,
- 30:37Speaker 1: what I was doing. They didn't understand what was going on.
- 30:40Speaker 3: They wasn't hating. They just didn't understand. They didn't understand
- 30:43Speaker 3: the plan. Nuh-uh. I wanted that stripper bad.
- 30:45Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 30:47Speaker 3: They wanted me.
- 30:48Speaker 2: They was like, you're going to get your feelings hurt.
- 30:49Speaker 2: I got my feelings hurt.
- 30:52Speaker 3: It's okay.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Did you go back to him and say, like, he
- 30:54Speaker 5: was right?
- 30:55Speaker 3: Of course I did.
- 30:56Speaker 5: When you was dating her, did you, like, did you
- 30:58Speaker 5: cut him off? People do that.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't hang out as much. I didn't hang
- 31:04Speaker 2: out as much. But that was, like, that's young.
- 31:06Speaker 3: That's young, though. But you wanted to strip. I did.
- 31:09Speaker 3: And I don't think even knowing you would get your
- 31:11Speaker 3: heart broke, you would do it again, wouldn't you? Yeah.
- 31:15Speaker 3: If you could replay. Like, that's what I'm saying. Some
- 31:17Speaker 3: experiences you got to have, even if it come with
- 31:20Speaker 3: heartbreak at the end. I bent the.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Block on somebody that my friends, I mean, I'm talking
- 31:27Speaker 1: about from A to Z, all said.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Don't do it. You know how it's going in. Don't
- 31:34Speaker 3: do it. Don't do it. So you just don't listen.
- 31:38Speaker 1: So now I don't take it personal no more now
- 31:42Speaker 1: knowing this.
- 31:43Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 31:44Speaker 3: It ain't about me. I'd be like, don't do it.
- 31:45Speaker 3: He'd be like.
- 31:47Speaker 5: He's going to do it.
- 31:48Speaker 3: He's going to do it.
- 31:49Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:49Speaker 3: He's going to.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Look at you and he'll look you in the face
- 31:52Speaker 1: and be like, mm-hmm. And then you know he can
- 31:54Speaker 1: already do whatever he wanted to do anyway.
- 31:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I don't want, I don't never disrespect my friends because
- 31:58Speaker 1: I know where it's coming from. So I like, I
- 32:00Speaker 1: think when you say your friends are hating on you,
- 32:02Speaker 1: are you like, your friends can't hate on you.
- 32:04Speaker 2: They're not your friends.
- 32:04Speaker 5: So you don't get mad at your friends. Because some people,
- 32:08Speaker 5: you warn them.
- 32:08Speaker 3: Women, just say it.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Nope.
- 32:10Speaker 6: Some people, because men do it too, they get mad
- 32:14Speaker 6: at you for trying to protect and warn them.
- 32:17Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying?
- 32:19Speaker 3: Women do that.
- 32:21Speaker 1: I don't think my friends ever hate on me because
- 32:24Speaker 1: you're not my friend if you hate on me. I
- 32:26Speaker 1: just think you just might not be understand where I'm
- 32:30Speaker 1: coming from at that point.
- 32:32Speaker 6: At least you take ownership and you don't, you know,
- 32:34Speaker 6: take it out on your friends. Some people definitely take
- 32:36Speaker 6: it out on their friends.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Oh, when that second, when that, when that, when that, yeah,
- 32:40Speaker 1: when I spent the block, did work out, I told
- 32:43Speaker 1: everybody it worked since y'all was right.
- 32:45Speaker 3: He ended the same way. All right.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Jermaine Dupri says Bruno Mars still clowns him for passing
- 32:51Speaker 1: on a chance to sign him years ago, as he should.
- 32:53Speaker 3: That's a fun joke. Yeah, that's a huge fumble. Wow.
- 32:57Speaker 5: That's a huge fumble.
- 32:59Speaker 3: How'd you miss that one, Jermaine? I can see how
- 33:02Speaker 3: you missed it. What do you mean? If you didn't
- 33:05Speaker 3: see the hits. Let's just say, like, you just see Bruno.
- 33:09Speaker 3: It's not like Bruno is super talented. He's cold. But
- 33:12Speaker 3: Bruno is one of them people that you had to, like,
- 33:15Speaker 3: Here is music. I can see, like, if he's coming up,
- 33:19Speaker 3: he can be like, I don't know how I'm going
- 33:20Speaker 3: to market this kid. Like, you know, he's kind of,
- 33:23Speaker 3: I necessarily don't see the vision.
- 33:25Speaker 2: I would love to hear the track he played.
- 33:26Speaker 3: And then he became a big superstar.
- 33:28Speaker 1: I would love to hear the track he played. I
- 33:29Speaker 1: would love to hear the records. That would tell you.
- 33:31Speaker 1: That would tell you why.
- 33:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 33:33Speaker 6: I would love to know who else he passed up
- 33:35Speaker 6: on on accident or, like, some executives.
- 33:37Speaker 5: I love hearing them stories.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. It was somebody. Who was it?
- 33:40Speaker 2: Jermaine definitely passed up on some people.
- 33:43Speaker 3: Definitely. He had seen everybody. 1,000%.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Because everybody, at one point, he was the hottest thing out.
- 33:49Speaker 1: So So Def was the hottest thing out. Okay, I
- 33:51Speaker 1: give it the Drake effect. You know how many people
- 33:53Speaker 1: passed on Drake?
- 33:54Speaker 3: Yeah. You know what I'm saying? And they were just like,
- 33:56Speaker 3: it was like they didn't understand him. Like, you know,
- 34:00Speaker 3: he's dorky, you're an actor. They didn't see how it
- 34:02Speaker 3: was going to turn into something. But the people who
- 34:05Speaker 3: took a risk on him, they got it done. Even
- 34:07Speaker 3: people passed on Kanye. Kanye.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Time after time. They didn't really want to hear no
- 34:12Speaker 1: Jesus Walks. He playing Jesus Walks. They was like, I
- 34:15Speaker 1: don't really see it. And hip hop was in a
- 34:18Speaker 1: more street phase at that time. I can see how
- 34:21Speaker 1: you miss people if you're just looking at what's working currently.
- 34:26Speaker 3: Yeah. People get missed.
- 34:28Speaker 5: Does anybody ever fumble, y'all?
- 34:30Speaker 2: Let me tell you something.
- 34:31Speaker 3: Yeah. I got 100%. You don't mind? No, what happened?
- 34:34Speaker 3: People fumble me all the.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Time.
- 34:39Speaker 3: 100%. I was definitely fumbled. Really? You know I was fumbled.
- 34:43Speaker 3: I was fumbled.
- 34:44Speaker 5: I'm talking about work-wise and opportunity, you idiot.
- 34:47Speaker 3: You triggered him. I know. You know what I just
- 34:51Speaker 3: went through with them lawyers. You know I was fumbled.
- 34:54Speaker 3: I was a good man. I don't know. I was fumbled.
- 34:58Speaker 2: There's three sides.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Fumbled. Fumbled. Fumbled.
- 35:04Speaker 5: But anybody ever pass on you?
- 35:06Speaker 3: Oh, yeah.
- 35:07Speaker 5: Okay.
- 35:08Speaker 3: Yeah, here. Okay.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Told me my style of radio wasn't meant for big
- 35:13Speaker 1: market radio. And I've only been in the big market
- 35:18Speaker 1: for the past 20 years of my life.
- 35:20Speaker 3: Yeah, I've been fumbled on too.
- 35:23Speaker 5: Do they come back and congratulate you? That's my favorite part.
- 35:25Speaker 3: Never once. Never once. I had a couple people who
- 35:27Speaker 3: worked here fumbled. Never once. I mean, past.
- 35:29Speaker 6: I can't say they fumbled me, but they passed up. Everybody,
- 35:31Speaker 6: first of all, and let me just say this, everything
- 35:33Speaker 6: ain't for everybody.
- 35:34Speaker 3: Right, right.
- 35:35Speaker 6: In any industry you in, you have to find somebody
- 35:37Speaker 6: who is an advocate for you and understands your gift
- 35:40Speaker 6: and what to do with it. Because everything is not, like,
- 35:43Speaker 6: shout out to the executives that took a chance on me.
- 35:46Speaker 5: I probably wouldn't even took a chance on me.
- 35:48Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying? Like, I was working in
- 35:49Speaker 6: the commercials department. That's nothing on air facing. I was fat.
- 35:53Speaker 5: My edges weren't right. I didn't look good. It's a lot.
- 35:56Speaker 3: So, like.
- 36:00Speaker 6: You got to be real, too, Zach. You know, like,
- 36:02Speaker 6: you got to be real about... No, I might not
- 36:04Speaker 6: even have been ready.
- 36:05Speaker 3: Somebody got to see different. Yeah, you know.
- 36:07Speaker 5: I don't hold a grudge. So anybody watching this, I
- 36:09Speaker 5: don't want them to feel like.
- 36:10Speaker 6: The person that fumbled you, I don't want them to
- 36:12Speaker 6: feel like you just went for them.
- 36:14Speaker 3: I don't hold a grudge. I just know I probably
- 36:16Speaker 3: wasn't ready at the time that I was asking for
- 36:18Speaker 3: that opportunity, and I'm okay with that. I don't... Everything
- 36:22Speaker 3: happened the way it's supposed to happen. I don't feel like...
- 36:24Speaker 3: And I'm not going to throw it in nobody's face either.
- 36:26Speaker 3: But I could.
- 36:27Speaker 8: Mm-hmm.
- 36:29Speaker 2: I mean, I wouldn't throw it under anybody's face.
- 36:33Speaker 3: I think.
- 36:35Speaker 2: It's the crazy person.
- 36:36Speaker 1: The crazy thing about it is that when it came
- 36:39Speaker 1: back around, when it came back around, this person had
- 36:44Speaker 1: already always rocked with me.
- 36:47Speaker 2: He had kind of followed my career. So he rocked
- 36:49Speaker 2: with me.
- 36:50Speaker 1: He understood my style of radio. My thing was I
- 36:53Speaker 1: just wanted to get here, get here because of, the reach,
- 36:58Speaker 1: the reach, and then all of the different type of
- 37:00Speaker 1: personalities that I could have had a chance to learn from.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Because this was, I mean, that's really how I learned
- 37:04Speaker 1: the game was really sitting in, I was literally just
- 37:07Speaker 1: sitting in studios with people and just be talking to
- 37:09Speaker 1: them and I just learned, I learned the game from
- 37:12Speaker 1: watching and being around it, so.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Mm-hmm.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 37:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I am 20 years later, still in the number
- 37:17Speaker 2: three market.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 37:19Speaker 3: All right.
- 37:19Speaker 5: Clock that.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Tell it. It'll be easy. With my own day. Ah! Yikes. Yikes.
- 37:28Speaker 3: That's got to be like, eee.
- 37:30Speaker 1: That's got to be like, eee. You know what I mean?
- 37:38Speaker 1: It was going to stick around for a little while.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Shout out to Jay.
- 37:40Speaker 3: I can't have no day. I would have sent it
- 37:42Speaker 3: to him. I ain't going to lie. That text would
- 37:44Speaker 3: have got sent. I just would have been like, hey,
- 37:46Speaker 3: I just want you to come out to my celebration.
- 37:48Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 37:49Speaker 5: They celebrating me.
- 37:50Speaker 3: Man, you put a battery in my back. You really
- 37:52Speaker 3: motivated me. He did, though. The time you told me
- 37:55Speaker 3: I wasn't going to be this, this, and this, I
- 37:57Speaker 3: appreciate that, man. You really helped me out. He did.
- 37:59Speaker 3: And left it there.
- 38:00Speaker 2: He did.
- 38:02Speaker 3: I don't feel it.
- 38:03Speaker 1: Because the person that said no to me is still
- 38:06Speaker 1: a legend in the business.
- 38:08Speaker 2: It doesn't take anything away from him. But imagine if
- 38:10Speaker 2: he could have had me.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Oh.
- 38:13Speaker 6: Damn.
- 38:14Speaker 3: To add to that.
- 38:14Speaker 5: That's right, Bruno.
- 38:17Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 38:18Speaker 3: All right, man.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Ask the pod. Everybody continue to ask the pod.
- 38:27Speaker 5: I'm tired of asking y'all.
- 38:29Speaker 3: I'm asking y'all to ask the pod. If y'all don't
- 38:32Speaker 3: want to talk to us, then hell with it. But no,
- 38:34Speaker 3: go to the free iHeartRadio app, man. Open up WGCI.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Click that red mic and you can ask us anything
- 38:41Speaker 3: and we will talk about it. All right. That's all
- 38:43Speaker 3: you got to do.
- 38:44Speaker 2: Okay. Yeah, this was a thing.
- 38:47Speaker 1: What did your text message signature say back in the day?
- 38:52Speaker 3: I ain't had no text message signature.
- 38:55Speaker 1: You had a sidekick that had that.
- 38:59Speaker 5: Oh, yeah. Mine said, Miss MZ, Lady B2K. With a heart.
- 39:08Speaker 5: That was my love signature.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Miss who?
- 39:11Speaker 5: Miss Lady B2K.
- 39:14Speaker 3: Damn, Kiki.
- 39:14Speaker 5: I know, I know.
- 39:15Speaker 3: You was wildin', man. I know. I just love what
- 39:18Speaker 3: I love.
- 39:18Speaker 5: She's a super fan.
- 39:19Speaker 3: I love what I love. I'm so happy you've learned
- 39:22Speaker 3: to control yourself around them.
- 39:25Speaker 5: It's very hard.
- 39:26Speaker 3: Miss Lady B2K, and this will see how far this
- 39:29Speaker 3: has come. It's mind-blowing.
- 39:34Speaker 2: It's manifestation.
- 39:35Speaker 3: It's still like, she really manifested this. She cool with
- 39:39Speaker 3: them now. Yeah, you have to see it.
- 39:43Speaker 1: And I know how big, see, I know how big
- 39:47Speaker 1: B2K was in that And I remember who I thought
- 39:51Speaker 1: the mindless fans were, like the crazy fans that would
- 39:55Speaker 1: never see them.
- 39:57Speaker 3: And it wasn't social media then to the point where
- 40:00Speaker 3: everybody had a page and you could reach out. So
- 40:03Speaker 3: they seemed so far away. And for Kiki to know
- 40:07Speaker 3: these guys, and they'd be calling her name and be like, yeah,
- 40:11Speaker 3: we gotta go talk to Kiki. And she was like,
- 40:13Speaker 3: Miss Lady B2K.
- 40:15Speaker 1: It's... I don't get it. It's the wildest thing. I
- 40:21Speaker 1: saw it at BET. I saw it at BET. That
- 40:25Speaker 1: was the thing. I was there, front row. I was like,
- 40:28Speaker 1: I got to see how this goes. B2K, Pop M,
- 40:33Speaker 1: across the way from us. And they come over, do
- 40:36Speaker 1: the check. Got B2K coming up next. Kiki starts straightening
- 40:40Speaker 1: up the table, getting everything ready. And I'm watching them.
- 40:44Speaker 1: beeline over to Kiki.
- 40:46Speaker 3: Hey, girl. Hey. Hey.
- 40:48Speaker 1: And I'm just watching the whole thing. Somebody stops. Oh,
- 40:51Speaker 1: he said, no, we got to go.
- 40:53Speaker 3: He grabs.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Oh, and I forgot the other one. Rasby, I think
- 40:56Speaker 1: it may have been. He grabs him and says, we
- 40:58Speaker 1: got to go talk to Kiki Station. They trying to stop.
- 41:01Speaker 1: He says, we have to go talk to Kiki Station.
- 41:05Speaker 1: I'm just like, this is crazy.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Bruh, he be walking with Kiki places.
- 41:10Speaker 5: Dreams come true, guys.
- 41:11Speaker 3: It's like, Because I know the delusional girl she was. Bro,
- 41:17Speaker 3: posters everywhere. Even though I didn't know you then, I
- 41:20Speaker 3: know what that looked like. Posters, the word up. You
- 41:23Speaker 3: remember the posters?
- 41:23Speaker 1: Yes, every week.
- 41:24Speaker 3: All over the thing.
- 41:26Speaker 5: Every week.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Every week. It's crazy. You were in love with them.
- 41:30Speaker 5: Yes.
- 41:31Speaker 3: And the thing is, now it's weirder because she know them,
- 41:34Speaker 3: but she's still in love. I am. She still rock
- 41:37Speaker 3: with them. That's our people. When I see Omarion in
- 41:41Speaker 3: my DMs, Guess who sent them? Kiki. She's still, like,
- 41:49Speaker 3: she's managed to have a relationship in this. Because I
- 41:52Speaker 3: would think the fandom would go away. No. It still
- 41:56Speaker 3: is here. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen in
- 41:58Speaker 3: my life, Kiki.
- 41:59Speaker 5: I just have to control it.
- 42:00Speaker 2: It's hard.
- 42:01Speaker 5: I don't know how.
- 42:02Speaker 3: You do it.
- 42:03Speaker 5: It's very hard.
- 42:03Speaker 3: But then you be regular with them. Like, yeah, what up, man?
- 42:05Speaker 6: Yeah, because I don't want to scare them away.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Oh, Maya asked you. He said, so you still engaged. Like...
- 42:13Speaker 3: You still engaged? It's crazy. My dream. He said, so
- 42:17Speaker 3: you still engaged? You still doing that? You still doing that?
- 42:20Speaker 3: He asked about your personal life. You still doing that?
- 42:23Speaker 2: Hey, Mariana, we got questions. We got questions. Pay attention, G.
- 42:28Speaker 6: Can you imagine what 13-year-old me is thinking?
- 42:32Speaker 3: It just exploded.
- 42:32Speaker 5: Like, it's crazy. It's great. Y'all, I went to New
- 42:38Speaker 5: York to try to go see them at 106th and Park.
- 42:41Speaker 5: And they were full.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Oh, that was a sad thing. You cried that day. Oh,
- 42:50Speaker 3: that was crazy.
- 42:52Speaker 6: Can you imagine what that girl is thinking when I can, like,
- 42:55Speaker 6: pick up the phone now?
- 42:56Speaker 5: Like, it's very, it's very wild.
- 42:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:00Speaker 5: It's very wild.
- 43:00Speaker 1: She could send Amarion a DM right now and be like, hey,
- 43:03Speaker 1: he gonna reply immediately.
- 43:05Speaker 3: Yes. It's very wild.
- 43:06Speaker 1: That's a wild thing. But that shows you how good.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I mean, Kiki's got a great heart. And they respect
- 43:12Speaker 1: and love her, man. So shout out to them.
- 43:15Speaker 3: Let's go.
- 43:15Speaker 1: If you receive a bad customer service, are you a
- 43:18Speaker 1: person that will leave a review online?
- 43:21Speaker 5: Absolutely. Absolutely. In a heartbeat.
- 43:25Speaker 3: You look like a bad review-ass person.
- 43:28Speaker 6: I be sitting there eating your food, thinking about how
- 43:30Speaker 6: I'm going to tell your ass I'm online when I
- 43:32Speaker 6: leave a video.
- 43:32Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 43:33Speaker 5: Yes, I will now.
- 43:34Speaker 6: Certain businesses i give a few chances to i am
- 43:37Speaker 6: a several times you gotta do it several times i
- 43:40Speaker 6: give you a few chances um i know i don't
- 43:42Speaker 6: like the people that go to a spot and just
- 43:44Speaker 6: want to have a hot take or just want to
- 43:46Speaker 6: get on and blast them because one thing was wrong
- 43:48Speaker 6: or whatever you got to really disrespect me for me
- 43:51Speaker 6: to leave a review but when i do leave that
- 43:53Speaker 6: review just know they on your ass i feel so
- 43:56Speaker 6: bad i did it for this one restaurant black on
- 43:58Speaker 6: two and um back on y'all equal opportunity and Google
- 44:03Speaker 6: sent me a thing saying thank you cause your review
- 44:06Speaker 6: has gotten 10,000 reviews damn that's so bad after I
- 44:11Speaker 6: did I tried to go delete it and everything.
- 44:14Speaker 3: I done killed these people's business to.
- 44:16Speaker 6: The point they don't even serve that food anymore on
- 44:20Speaker 6: their menu no more I did so I now understand
- 44:24Speaker 6: the power that comes with that and I only use
- 44:26Speaker 6: it if I have to so But I'm.
- 44:29Speaker 3: Going to use it now.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I used to be a no-review person. I used to
- 44:34Speaker 1: be like, ah, man, you know. But now, oh, I
- 44:37Speaker 1: get it.
- 44:37Speaker 3: I get it. My white lady. My white lady voice. Oh,
- 44:41Speaker 3: you want to mess with me? How dare you?
- 44:43Speaker 1: I'm going to sit in my car and mash out
- 44:48Speaker 1: a review like, man. So that's the only way we
- 44:50Speaker 1: can fight back. Because a lot of times people treat
- 44:53Speaker 1: you bad.
- 44:53Speaker 2: And it depends. If it's really bad, you're getting it
- 44:56Speaker 2: the first time.
- 44:57Speaker 3: Okay, guys.
- 44:58Speaker 6: And I try to make a thing of if I
- 45:00Speaker 6: leave a negative review somewhere, I'm going to leave a
- 45:02Speaker 6: positive review somewhere else.
- 45:04Speaker 5: Balance it out.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Okay, guys. Y'all care way too much.
- 45:08Speaker 5: Well, that's because you cut up in a restaurant.
- 45:09Speaker 2: Yeah, you're not a good customer.
- 45:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:12Speaker 3: I'm a great customer. No. Send it back.
- 45:16Speaker 5: This ain't right. I don't want it.
- 45:18Speaker 3: Take it off the bill.
- 45:19Speaker 7: I will.
- 45:19Speaker 3: I will. If I don't like something, I'm just going
- 45:21Speaker 3: to politely. I don't have to. First of all, when
- 45:23Speaker 3: I get home, I'm not thinking about it no more.
- 45:24Speaker 2: I'm not going to go home and review.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Yeah, because you didn't cut up.
- 45:26Speaker 5: You know, people's astonishment.
- 45:28Speaker 3: Because I think you need that firsthand feedback. Hey, y'all,
- 45:31Speaker 3: this ain't hot. I know I've been sitting here for
- 45:34Speaker 3: a while and the food is not hot at all.
- 45:37Speaker 3: I did that to chicken. You remember when they had
- 45:38Speaker 3: the sizzling chicken?
- 45:39Speaker 4: Yes.
- 45:40Speaker 3: And they stopped sizzling?
- 45:41Speaker 5: They weren't sizzling no.
- 45:42Speaker 3: More for you? Oh, I said, look, this is supposed
- 45:43Speaker 3: to be sizzling. And then they were like, no, the
- 45:48Speaker 3: sizzling chicken don't sizzle no more. What? I said, well,
- 45:52Speaker 3: it say sizzling chicken. So if the sizzling chicken, if
- 45:56Speaker 3: it don't sizzle no more, I want something else. I
- 45:58Speaker 3: was like, can you take this sizzling chicken back? Cause
- 46:00Speaker 3: it wasn't what I expected. I feel like if I
- 46:02Speaker 3: spend my money, I should get what I want.
- 46:04Speaker 5: They doing all kinds of stuff.
- 46:05Speaker 3: And I'm sending it back, and I'm getting me something else.
- 46:07Speaker 3: But I don't cuss nobody out.
- 46:08Speaker 1: I'm nice with it.
- 46:10Speaker 3: You should have been like, I'm going.
- 46:11Speaker 2: To eat this non-sizzling chicken.
- 46:13Speaker 3: No, I'm not.
- 46:13Speaker 1: And then go and write a review and say, hey,
- 46:18Speaker 1: the sizzling chicken's not sizzling anymore.
- 46:21Speaker 2: That makes no sense. That's what I came for.
- 46:24Speaker 3: If you don't come bring me them Chipotle tenders, because
- 46:27Speaker 3: that was my next thing on the menu, I don't
- 46:30Speaker 3: want this because I thought it was going to be sizzling.
- 46:32Speaker 3: Can I have the Chipotle tenders, please, instead with fries
- 46:35Speaker 3: and another strawberry lemonade, please? See how this do. Look,
- 46:39Speaker 3: this is my fan.
- 46:40Speaker 1: I want you to understand. Well, Kiki did not take
- 46:42Speaker 1: back this drink. It took him a good... When I
- 46:46Speaker 1: get home, I'm over it. It took him damn near
- 46:48Speaker 1: half the dinner to stop talking about it.
- 46:51Speaker 5: He wanted to slap me.
- 46:52Speaker 3: He was mad. I was so mad at you.
- 46:54Speaker 5: He wanted to whoop my ass right there.
- 46:55Speaker 3: In the restaurant. He was so mad. But no, Kiki.
- 46:58Speaker 3: You can take it back. They don't come get it.
- 47:00Speaker 3: Kiki's like, no, we good. I'm like, she good. It's cool.
- 47:02Speaker 3: She gonna just... But... Why you gonna do that? He
- 47:06Speaker 3: was so mad.
- 47:09Speaker 5: Like, this is my drink. Like, I'm okay.
- 47:12Speaker 3: But you didn't like it and you didn't want it
- 47:14Speaker 3: and you had to pay for it. I don't believe.
- 47:15Speaker 8: See?
- 47:16Speaker 3: You.
- 47:17Speaker 6: Okay.
- 47:18Speaker 3: When you put your hard-earned money on something. Yes. That
- 47:20Speaker 3: you put your, like, you work every day. You work day.
- 47:23Speaker 3: I know how hard you work.
- 47:24Speaker 6: Come on.
- 47:25Speaker 3: And if I spend any of my money on something that. Preach, brother.
- 47:28Speaker 3: You asked for a frozen margarita. I did. That did not.
- 47:32Speaker 3: That was not a frozen margarita.
- 47:34Speaker 1: No.
- 47:34Speaker 2: That was some ice cream.
- 47:35Speaker 1: That was some ice cream. And I knew how good
- 47:38Speaker 1: our drinks were. So I was like, hey, Kiki, take.
- 47:42Speaker 3: That back and get one of these. Because that ain't it.
- 47:44Speaker 3: And you're going to sit there. And she suffered. And
- 47:46Speaker 3: it pissed me off every school. She was just eating it.
- 47:49Speaker 3: And I knew she didn't like it. And I'm like.
- 47:53Speaker 5: Zach, I don't like to inconvenience people.
- 47:56Speaker 2: That's what the reviews are for.
- 47:57Speaker 3: It's not an inconvenience. They're working. I know.
- 48:01Speaker 5: It is an inconvenience.
- 48:01Speaker 6: They got to take your food back to the kitchen
- 48:04Speaker 6: and remake it.
- 48:04Speaker 3: The kitchen is making food every five, six minutes.
- 48:08Speaker 1: All right.
- 48:08Speaker 6: Well, Prime Fam, let us know. Are you like Tone
- 48:10Speaker 6: and I and you have some manners? Or are you
- 48:13Speaker 6: like Zach and you act a fool in.
- 48:15Speaker 3: The people's establishment? Yes.
- 48:19Speaker 2: All right, let's get some thoughts from the pod.
- 48:20Speaker 5: Are we done? I got so much to say.
- 48:23Speaker 3: Okay. What you got to say? What you want to
- 48:25Speaker 3: talk about?
- 48:26Speaker 5: I don't know what y'all got going on.
- 48:28Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 48:28Speaker 5: What y'all doing later today? Let me see. YouTube.
- 48:32Speaker 6: Because I put that thing up there early. Somebody put
- 48:36Speaker 6: it up there early. I ain't going to say I
- 48:37Speaker 6: do it because then they're going to be mad when
- 48:38Speaker 6: it's late.
- 48:43Speaker 3: Hold on, y'all. We're getting that together. Getting that together.
- 48:46Speaker 5: Y'all radio people talk while I get it together.
- 48:48Speaker 3: Yeah, we are. I got a text. I just let
- 48:50Speaker 3: the dead ass sit in. Yeah, y'all just let us
- 48:52Speaker 3: have dead ass. Yeah, we definitely had dead ass.
- 48:54Speaker 5: I see why they passed on these names.
- 48:56Speaker 3: Yeah, right. They like dead ass, having ass.
- 48:59Speaker 1: Now, I was looking at something that caught my attention.
- 49:01Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 49:01Speaker 5: What you looking at? Tell the class.
- 49:03Speaker 3: Show the class. So me and AT & T having
- 49:06Speaker 3: a fight right now. See? See? They got me messed up.
- 49:12Speaker 3: Because I'm without internet right now. And I've been without
- 49:15Speaker 3: internet since Saturday, since last week. And you're still paying
- 49:19Speaker 3: for it. Still paying for it. The internet was out. Okay? So,
- 49:22Speaker 3: you know, you call. They said, oh, we're going to
- 49:24Speaker 3: send a signal to the router.
- 49:25Speaker 6: Boom, boom, boom.
- 49:25Speaker 3: And they ran tests. And they said, oh, it's not
- 49:27Speaker 3: with us. It's not with you. It's something on the outside.
- 49:30Speaker 3: And we have to send a tech.
- 49:31Speaker 5: Okay.
- 49:32Speaker 3: I said, okay. Well, when's the earliest you can send
- 49:34Speaker 3: a tech? They said next Thursday.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Mm-mm.
- 49:37Speaker 3: I said, I work from home. You know, I gave
- 49:38Speaker 3: him a whole spiel. I gave him a whole, like,
- 49:40Speaker 3: I work from home and everything. So now I'm trying
- 49:42Speaker 3: to get this month credited off my bill. Okay. And
- 49:45Speaker 3: they trying to give me $ 15. Oh, Lord. And we
- 49:49Speaker 3: about to have an issue. Because I have missed way
- 49:52Speaker 3: more than $ 15 worth of work not being able to
- 49:55Speaker 3: have internet at home. I have a six-year-old who thrives
- 49:58Speaker 3: off the internet. Okay.
- 50:00Speaker 5: And it's football season.
- 50:01Speaker 3: It's football. It's a lot. So. No, we getting ready
- 50:04Speaker 3: to get it together, and I saw the message. I
- 50:05Speaker 3: was looking at the email, and it kind of made
- 50:07Speaker 3: me mad. So I'm going back up there. We're going
- 50:10Speaker 3: to have some conversation.
- 50:11Speaker 5: Get it, get it, baby boy.
- 50:12Speaker 3: AT & T, don't play with me.
- 50:13Speaker 5: Come on over.
- 50:14Speaker 3: I love you, AT & T. I do. But we
- 50:16Speaker 3: got to figure this out. I got to figure that out,
- 50:19Speaker 3: AT & T.
- 50:20Speaker 6: Okay, well, let me give y'all these little thoughts, child.
- 50:24Speaker 6: Shout out to Candy895. She said, I seen my favorite
- 50:28Speaker 6: podcast this year. What more can I say? I saw
- 50:31Speaker 6: Funky Donnieva and Poor Minds. Hey, Pi, y'all pulled up. Yeah,
- 50:35Speaker 6: I pulled up on y'all YouTube. Y'all took a picture
- 50:38Speaker 6: with my husband. So she must have been at the
- 50:41Speaker 6: Funky Dineva event. And so she's just saying she saw
- 50:44Speaker 6: all three of her favorites in the year, which is us, Funky,
- 50:47Speaker 6: and Poor Mize.
- 50:48Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 50:49Speaker 3: That's dope. That's dope.
- 50:50Speaker 5: And she definitely pulled up her YouTube in the club.
- 50:53Speaker 3: Shout out to you, girl. Shout out to you. You
- 50:55Speaker 3: remember her?
- 50:55Speaker 6: Yeah, I remember her because I met her husband. He
- 50:57Speaker 6: had a fire shirt on, too. Like, his shirt was, like, custom. Like,
- 51:00Speaker 6: I ain't never seen nothing like it.
- 51:01Speaker 1: It was dope.
- 51:01Speaker 3: Dope.
- 51:02Speaker 6: Shout out to Nicole Jordan. She said, we need a
- 51:05Speaker 6: phone call from Papa Book. And I'm from Cali Pie, fam.
- 51:09Speaker 3: I would love.
- 51:10Speaker 5: To talk to your daddy.
- 51:12Speaker 3: Oh, my God. Three percent. Three percent. Three percent, Z-Man.
- 51:19Speaker 5: Oh, my God.
- 51:19Speaker 3: I had to get on him yesterday. But, no, I
- 51:21Speaker 3: ain't going to.
- 51:23Speaker 5: Let me see.
- 51:25Speaker 6: Alexis OZ said I am very happy that Toys R
- 51:29Speaker 6: Us is coming back now that I'm an adult I
- 51:31Speaker 6: can go in there and buy whatever the hell I
- 51:32Speaker 6: want and I don't have to hear my mama say
- 51:34Speaker 6: we only in here to get something for your cousin
- 51:36Speaker 6: right she is Alex is from ATL shout out to
- 51:39Speaker 6: Alex they.

- 51:49Speaker 3: Amazon came Tom yeah and people bought stuff online there's
- 51:53Speaker 3: a thing called online shopping It's stupid. So why would
- 51:56Speaker 3: we continue to go to Toys R Us? So you
- 51:59Speaker 3: could touch them. You see how they work. Amazon took
- 52:05Speaker 3: out a lot of businesses. You know what I'm saying?
- 52:08Speaker 3: It's your generation.
- 52:10Speaker 1: No. My generation kept Toys R Us and Red Lobster
- 52:13Speaker 1: and everything alive.
- 52:14Speaker 3: But your generation came out with Amazon. Did we? How
- 52:21Speaker 3: does he? Oh, calm down. Yeah, maybe. Yeah. Uh-oh.
- 52:26Speaker 2: All right, let's calm down.

- 55:14Speaker 2: How about this? We are thinking about having a live pod.
