- 0:02Speaker 1: On scorn Leaves, Australia.
- 0:05Speaker 2: This is the Reader Panalty Show.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Good evening and welcome to the readA Panety Show. Coming
- 0:12Speaker 3: up tonight, heartwarming scenes as hostages.
- 0:14Speaker 4: Are reunited with their loved ones.
- 0:17Speaker 3: The panel will join me shortly to discuss the Israeli
- 0:20Speaker 3: Palestinian deal. Kosher Gator will have more on the historic
- 0:24Speaker 3: piece Dell and they always droll.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Alex Stein will join.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Me later in the hour to explain what makes him
- 0:30Speaker 3: a joyful warrior and a special treat. Tonight, we have
- 0:34Speaker 3: a monster edition of lefties losing it the longest yet
- 0:38Speaker 3: and we bring you not just quantity but quality.
- 0:43Speaker 5: This is not a larger peace deal about a Palestinian
- 0:48Speaker 5: state of any sword and who gets to rule a
- 0:51Speaker 5: Palestinian stead.
- 0:52Speaker 3: But first to President Donald Trump's peace, still one of
- 0:55Speaker 3: the greatest foreign policy successes of any leader in recent history.
- 1:00Speaker 3: The landmark Israel Palestinian peace still puts an end to
- 1:04Speaker 3: more than two years of war between Israel and her
- 1:06Speaker 3: mass and it's set to put an end to decades
- 1:10Speaker 3: of attacks and hostilities. President Trump was met with a
- 1:14Speaker 3: hero's welcome when he arrived in Israel yesterday, and he
- 1:17Speaker 3: gave an address to the Kinesset.
- 1:21Speaker 6: This is not only the end of a war.
- 1:24Speaker 7: This is the end of the age of terror and
- 1:27Speaker 7: death and the beginning of the age of faith and
- 1:30Speaker 7: hope and of God. This is the historic dawn of
- 1:35Speaker 7: a new Middle East.
- 1:37Speaker 3: The deal saw the release of the last twenty living
- 1:40Speaker 3: hostages held captured by her Mass for seven hundred and
- 1:44Speaker 3: thirty seven days. They were handed over to the Red
- 1:47Speaker 3: Cross in Gaza, then driven to the border to meet
- 1:49Speaker 3: Israeli soldiers and medical personnel. It was here where they
- 1:53Speaker 3: were reunited with their families, their loved ones.
- 1:56Speaker 4: Let's have a look at some of those emotional scenes.
- 1:59Speaker 4: The first three year union is truly special.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Ariel and David Kunio, brothers kidnapped from the near os Kibbutz.
- 2:08Speaker 3: David's family were also kidnapped and released in November. Here
- 2:12Speaker 3: is the moment that reunited once again. O Kanna Bobbitt
- 2:31Speaker 3: was kidnapped from the Nova Music Festival in the past year.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Her master published multiple videos of him. Here is reunited
- 2:41Speaker 3: with his mother.
- 3:00Speaker 8: Do you.
- 3:02Speaker 9: Arvi natan Or was.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Kidnapped from the Nova Music Festival along with his girlfriend
- 3:07Speaker 3: Noah Agmani. You may remember those distressing scenes from two
- 3:11Speaker 3: years ago.
- 3:20Speaker 10: I'm sure.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Noah was rescued by Israeli forces back in June twenty
- 3:33Speaker 3: twenty four. Here she is reunited with Arvy.
- 3:46Speaker 11: Lord Money.
- 3:55Speaker 3: The next reunion is quite emotional. Bar Cooperstein was working
- 4:00Speaker 3: at the Nova Music Festival as a security guard when
- 4:03Speaker 3: he was abducted. His father was severely injured in an
- 4:06Speaker 3: accident several years ago and had been working with a
- 4:09Speaker 3: physical therapist to regain the ability to speak. He told
- 4:13Speaker 3: his family he would walk again when his son came home,
- 4:17Speaker 3: and he did just that. Sagev Calfhon was kidnapped from
- 4:41Speaker 3: the Nova Music Festival. Also, he was last seen attempting
- 4:44Speaker 3: to flee the terrorists along the highway. He had recently
- 4:48Speaker 3: been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, and his.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Family had been begging for his release. They're now reunited.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Nimrok Cohen was taken from a tank where he was
- 5:22Speaker 3: stationed as a soldier in southern Israel. Here he is
- 5:25Speaker 3: breaking down into tears as he embraces his family. Joining
- 5:43Speaker 3: me now for more on this is Newscorps. Senior writer
- 5:45Speaker 3: Patrick Carline, an Institute of Public Affairs Research fellow Colleen
- 5:49Speaker 3: Harken Patrick. This is a momentous week for the Middle East,
- 5:54Speaker 3: for the world. We are closer to lasting peace in
- 5:57Speaker 3: that region than we have been for many, many years.
- 6:01Speaker 12: Well, Donald Trump is the king of the world, isn't he.
- 6:03Speaker 12: He came, he saw, he closed the deal that no
- 6:06Speaker 12: one else could close, and he cut through all the distractions.
- 6:09Speaker 12: And I think this is interesting in an Australian context.
- 6:13Speaker 12: He worked out it was a very simple truth. As
- 6:15Speaker 12: long as the hostages were in Gaza, the war would continue.
- 6:19Speaker 12: As soon as they were home, the war would stop.
- 6:21Speaker 12: And you've got to give him credit. I mean, he's
- 6:23Speaker 12: very unique, he's bombastic, He's got all these strange ways
- 6:28Speaker 12: of giving speeches and all the rest. But he actually
- 6:30Speaker 12: nailed it in a way. And this is the most
- 6:33Speaker 12: monumental sort of foreign affairs moment for a US president
- 6:37Speaker 12: for decades.
- 6:38Speaker 4: It's not generations, Colleen. He certainly has a different way
- 6:42Speaker 4: about him.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Is not your typical politician, not your typical diplomat, but
- 6:46Speaker 3: he gets the job done. What did you make of
- 6:49Speaker 3: Penny Wong's commentary that Australia played a role in this?
- 6:55Speaker 3: If anything from what Marco Rubio has said, Australia's intervene
- 7:01Speaker 3: set back the peace process because every time the Palestinian
- 7:04Speaker 3: state was recognized before the hostages were released, the Palestinians
- 7:09Speaker 3: were less likely to actually make a deal.
- 7:11Speaker 13: Sure and Hamas thank them for all the statements at
- 7:14Speaker 13: them at I have to admit, I laughed out loud.
- 7:16Speaker 13: I read that, Look, this is history of repeating itself.
- 7:20Speaker 13: Trump delivered on the Abraham Accord and he's done it
- 7:23Speaker 13: again by showing courage and conviction. A lot of people
- 7:27Speaker 13: said it couldn't be done, and we need to stand
- 7:30Speaker 13: back and applaud everything that he has achieved in this moment.
- 7:33Speaker 13: I mean, there's still a lot of work to be done,
- 7:36Speaker 13: and the courage and the backbone that he has shown
- 7:40Speaker 13: is to be absolutely we need to be absolutely grateful
- 7:42Speaker 13: for that. And from a worldwide perspective, and Australia really
- 7:46Speaker 13: should show some of the backbone that he has shown
- 7:49Speaker 13: how it's done, because we have in our own community
- 7:53Speaker 13: sort of tolerated a high level of intolerance. And to
- 7:57Speaker 13: your point, you know, the Penny warm and Albaneze claiming
- 8:01Speaker 13: some kind.
- 8:02Speaker 14: Of credit for that was just a joke.
- 8:03Speaker 15: You know, it's ridiculous.
- 8:05Speaker 3: It is ridiculous, and you know, you would think they
- 8:07Speaker 3: would just be quiet for a while, just to be
- 8:10Speaker 3: quiet and let the big boys play. Now, let's turn
- 8:14Speaker 3: our attention to the ABC, our biased and bloated public broadcaster,
- 8:19Speaker 3: waste more than a billion dollars of taxpayers money every year. Well,
- 8:23Speaker 3: last night, while Donald Trump was addressing the Israeli Parliament,
- 8:26Speaker 3: they were airing a four Corners hit piece on his
- 8:30Speaker 3: business stealings. Colleen, this is just extraordinary. Trump was a
- 8:34Speaker 3: billionaire before he entered politics. He from what I can recall,
- 8:39Speaker 3: lost money during his first term. He didn't enrich himself.
- 8:43Speaker 3: He's clearly not in this for money, whatever you think
- 8:47Speaker 3: of him, unlike many other politicians, including Biden, who went
- 8:52Speaker 3: into politics with nothing became very rich in the process,
- 8:56Speaker 3: some of it through some dodgy business stealings of his
- 8:59Speaker 3: family members. I can't recall the ABC reports into that.
- 9:02Speaker 3: I don't remember the four Corners investigation into Biden's dealings
- 9:06Speaker 3: with China or Ukraine or anywhere else.
- 9:08Speaker 13: Yeah, I look, it's just another example of the warped
- 9:11Speaker 13: priorities that the ABC often manifests. They've done nothing in
- 9:16Speaker 13: between times, you know, like all of stuff with Hunter
- 9:18Speaker 13: Biden's commuter. Where was that expose A They've just sort
- 9:22Speaker 13: of shut all that kind of conversation down. My understanding
- 9:25Speaker 13: is that Trump actually gives away his remuneration as being
- 9:29Speaker 13: president to charity. I mean, he's not in it for
- 9:31Speaker 13: the money. He's shown enormous amount of intestinal fortitude to
- 9:36Speaker 13: do it.
- 9:36Speaker 16: They've tried to.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Bankrupt his entire a stage by becoming involved in politics.
- 9:44Speaker 3: He was not only personally attacked Patrick, but the law
- 9:48Speaker 3: fair came after his empire and they did try to
- 9:51Speaker 3: bankrupt him. They tried to stop him from running through
- 9:55Speaker 3: those methods.
- 9:56Speaker 4: So for the ABC and the ABC, have.
- 9:58Speaker 3: They ever apologized for that three part series they did
- 10:01Speaker 3: on the Russian collusion hoax? They've acknowledged that was entirely defunket.
- 10:06Speaker 12: Look, the problem with this is the timing. I mean,
- 10:09Speaker 12: when yesterday that the hostages were going to be released
- 10:12Speaker 12: late on Monday, why would you run a sort of
- 10:15Speaker 12: hit piece at the same time Trump is the king
- 10:17Speaker 12: of the world. Even Penny Wong singing Trump's praises, why
- 10:21Speaker 12: wouldn't you hold that piece back? I disagree a little bit.
- 10:24Speaker 12: I think it's a legitimate thing to be looking at,
- 10:26Speaker 12: certainly as it is with any president, but to run
- 10:30Speaker 12: it out on Monday night at the same time as
- 10:32Speaker 12: hostages are being released and Donald Trump is the king
- 10:35Speaker 12: of the world is insane.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Now, guys, before you go, I mean need some light relief.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Let's see a reaction.
- 10:41Speaker 3: To this comedic masterpiece from Mike Goldman. Here is his
- 10:46Speaker 3: take on Melbourne's youth crime crisis.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Tenam in Australia's sporting capital, Melbourne and everyone's getting into
- 10:53Speaker 1: the latest sports craze shopping center machette Ing brought to
- 10:57Speaker 1: you by Westfield where we chopped more than the today
- 11:01Speaker 1: regional champion Zoomba. Mcslicy from Frankston is competing against Bilby
- 11:05Speaker 1: Big Knife from Saint Kilda, fries a bag of watches
- 11:08Speaker 1: from Michael Hill Jeweler. Wow, great slice from mcslicy. Let's
- 11:12Speaker 1: see that again on his iPhone action replay. Oh here
- 11:15Speaker 1: come the Popo, as you can see on the Skincare
- 11:18Speaker 1: cam brought to you by Chemist Warehouse.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Of course, that was a recent incident just in Risto
- 11:24Speaker 3: last few days that broad Meadow shopping center. These incidents
- 11:29Speaker 3: are way too common Patrick. We're laughing, yeah, but it
- 11:32Speaker 3: is no laughing matter because people are left traumatized. There
- 11:36Speaker 3: was a poor woman who fainted just witnessing that violence.
- 11:41Speaker 3: And we've had a father and son attacks just near
- 11:45Speaker 3: where we are recording right now. Four out of those
- 11:48Speaker 3: five alleged assailants out on bail.
- 11:51Speaker 9: We are now.
- 11:52Speaker 12: We had a blow chase run down an assailant in
- 11:55Speaker 12: his home at three am in Hawthorne, I think, and
- 11:58Speaker 12: he's wearing his undies. This is happening all the time.
- 12:01Speaker 12: We don't feel just interrel and tried to say earlier
- 12:04Speaker 12: today that you should feel safe in the CBD. We
- 12:07Speaker 12: don't feel safe in shopping centers. We don't feel safe
- 12:10Speaker 12: in our homes. I was watching President Trump last night
- 12:13Speaker 12: talking and I realized I've left the door open. It's like, yeah,
- 12:17Speaker 12: kid's going to come in with machete. That's the reality
- 12:20Speaker 12: in Melbourne at the moment.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Well, it's just become far too common carjackings, home invasions,
- 12:26Speaker 3: violent crime on the streets and shopping centers. Colleid Melbourne's
- 12:30Speaker 3: got this reputation and sadly, I think it's well deserved
- 12:33Speaker 3: at this point.
- 12:34Speaker 13: Well, I just injo honance comment that we should feel
- 12:36Speaker 13: safe in our homes, of course is correct. We should,
- 12:39Speaker 13: but we don't. Yeah, and that's the problem is that
- 12:42Speaker 13: the crime rate is out of control. I've unfortunately joined
- 12:45Speaker 13: the thousands of people who have had their cast all
- 12:47Speaker 13: and that of their driveway. It is commonplace and that
- 12:51Speaker 13: sort of comedic scenario. I mean, if you didn't laugh,
- 12:53Speaker 13: you'd cry, But I think a lot of Victorians are
- 12:55Speaker 13: actually crying. They're not laughing.
- 12:57Speaker 3: No, Colleen Harkin, Patrick, Carla, and thank you so much
- 13:00Speaker 3: for time tonight. Now it's time for lefties losing it
- 13:04Speaker 3: and let's check in with CNN.
- 13:06Speaker 4: They're trying hard to cope with the reality that the
- 13:09Speaker 4: man they and the left.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Is branded as some sort of modern day Hitler is
- 13:13Speaker 3: actually hugely popular in the only Jewish state.
- 13:17Speaker 4: There are thank you.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Messages on the beaches of Tel Aviv, there are thank
- 13:21Speaker 3: you messages in the leading newspapers of Israel, the nation.
- 13:26Speaker 3: It's people are grateful to a leader who hasn't brought
- 13:29Speaker 3: their hostages home and brought peace to the region. They're
- 13:33Speaker 3: wearing Trump hats in the Kanesset, the Israeli parliament, hats
- 13:37Speaker 3: that say Trump the Peace President. And CNN had to
- 13:41Speaker 3: acknowledge that there were plenty of mega caps being worn
- 13:44Speaker 3: in Hostage Square.
- 13:46Speaker 17: And of course and less applause for for President Trump
- 13:51Speaker 17: and less supplies for a Trump.
- 13:52Speaker 6: And when I was there, even people wearing Make America
- 13:55Speaker 6: Greater GOAAN hats in that crowd over at Hostage Square.
- 13:59Speaker 3: But yet, despite all that, despite the fact that world
- 14:03Speaker 3: leaders were jumping on planes within minutes of notice to
- 14:07Speaker 3: be in the Middle East for this announcement, CNN anchor
- 14:10Speaker 3: Jake Tappa, you know the dude who noticed Joe Biden's
- 14:13Speaker 3: cognitive decline only after he stopped being the Democrat candidate. Well, yes,
- 14:18Speaker 3: Jake tries to downplay the enormity of this piece deal.
- 14:23Speaker 5: Now obviously blessed are the peacemakers, indeed, but it is
- 14:26Speaker 5: worth pointing out this is a ceasefire deal, right, This
- 14:29Speaker 5: is not a larger peace deal about a Palestinian state
- 14:34Speaker 5: of any sword and who gets to rule a Palestinian
- 14:37Speaker 5: state and Israel gets security guarantees how and all that
- 14:42Speaker 5: that is still TBD right, I mean.
- 14:45Speaker 17: Yes, yes, but because the yes but part of that
- 14:48Speaker 17: is that, yes, this is the first phase of this
- 14:50Speaker 17: deal where the two key parts of that was a
- 14:52Speaker 17: ceasefire and the release of the hostages, and also the
- 14:54Speaker 17: release of Palestinian prisoners.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Just pathetic work there from Jake tap Up and not surprising.
- 15:01Speaker 4: And let's stick with said.
- 15:03Speaker 3: And I have another anchor here, Christian Amapor having to
- 15:07Speaker 3: issue an apology for insensitive comments suggesting the hostages, the
- 15:12Speaker 3: Israeli hostages were treated better than gardens.
- 15:16Speaker 10: But I regret also saying that they might have been
- 15:18Speaker 10: treated better than many gardens because Hamas used these hostages
- 15:23Speaker 10: as pawns and bargaining chips. But that was insensitive and
- 15:26Speaker 10: it was wrong. From speaking to many former hostages and
- 15:30Speaker 10: their families, Like everyone, I've been horrified at what Hamas
- 15:33Speaker 10: has subjected them to.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Yes, it was insensitive and wrong said, and also wrong
- 15:39Speaker 3: was not to keep this deranged democrat accountable. Here is
- 15:42Speaker 3: Jason Crowe refusing to give any credit to Donald Trump
- 15:46Speaker 3: for the Piece deal.
- 15:48Speaker 5: How much credit does President Trump deserve for this remarkable agreement?
- 15:54Speaker 18: Well, this does need to end the terrible tragedy we've
- 15:58Speaker 18: seen the last couple of years.
- 15:59Speaker 1: It's been off.
- 16:00Speaker 18: I don't trust Donald Trump. There's' even no reason to
- 16:02Speaker 18: trust Donald Trump. But I of course work with any
- 16:05Speaker 18: administration that wants to achieve those things.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Oh, those Democrats are so bitter and petty, aren't they?
- 16:12Speaker 3: And so many of the journalists, And isn't any wonder
- 16:16Speaker 3: that Donald Trump is telling them precisely what he thinks
- 16:19Speaker 3: of them and their activism masquerading is impartial news reporting.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Here he is with a rather polite takedown of a
- 16:27Speaker 3: Politico reporter.
- 16:29Speaker 17: Are you considering working out a question?
- 16:31Speaker 19: Who are you with? Political?
- 16:33Speaker 17: Dasha Burnsir?
- 16:34Speaker 19: Political Politico has gone bad.
- 16:38Speaker 7: They've been so wrong about everything political political.
- 16:42Speaker 12: It's been so wrong about everything.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Let's get somebody else to ask.
- 16:46Speaker 7: Question, do you mind?
- 16:47Speaker 4: So right?
- 16:48Speaker 12: It's political spectors.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Now one has to wonder whether this incredible achievement by
- 16:54Speaker 3: Donald Trump will lead to a cure for TDS Trump
- 16:58Speaker 3: Arrangement syndrome. Here is teds sufferer and pretend a token
- 17:03Speaker 3: Conservative on the View, Elisa Farah. She promised to wear
- 17:07Speaker 3: a MAGA cap on the show on the View if
- 17:11Speaker 3: Trump got the hostages out.
- 17:12Speaker 15: Remember this my point when I say I'm not going
- 17:15Speaker 15: to be aparkalyptic. It's not changing a tune, it's not
- 17:18Speaker 15: making every single thing a five alarm fire.
- 17:21Speaker 4: If he does good, if he.
- 17:21Speaker 15: Gets the Israeli hostages out, I promise I will wear
- 17:24Speaker 15: a Maga hat for Wendy on the show and say
- 17:26Speaker 15: thank you for doing it.
- 17:29Speaker 4: Well, she lied she didn't wear the cap. We had
- 17:32Speaker 4: someone check.
- 17:32Speaker 3: Are we surprised?
- 17:33Speaker 4: I'm not. Now, before I'll move on to.
- 17:36Speaker 3: More cases of incurable TDS, let's check in with what
- 17:40Speaker 3: is happening in Virginia.
- 17:42Speaker 20: Now.
- 17:42Speaker 3: There is something wrong, terribly wrong with the modern Democrat woman.
- 17:47Speaker 4: It's not just the squad.
- 17:49Speaker 3: There are so many exhibiting signs of lunacy, signs of
- 17:53Speaker 3: hysteria and indecency, Unable to call out.
- 17:56Speaker 4: The most reprehensible of behaviors.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Watch Virginia Lieutenant governor win some earl sears she's the
- 18:04Speaker 3: Republican candidate for governor. She questions Abigail Spamberger about why
- 18:10Speaker 3: she hasn't asked Jay Jones, the Democrat nominee for Attorney General,
- 18:14Speaker 3: to step down after his vile behavior was exposed.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Now watch this, it's quite chilling.
- 18:22Speaker 20: That's why I'm wondering why my opponent won't say beyond
- 18:28Speaker 20: its abhorrent and disgusting, why she won't say it is
- 18:33Speaker 20: not okay and that he must leave the race because
- 18:37Speaker 20: j Jones advocated the murder Abigail the murder of a man,
- 18:42Speaker 20: a former speaker, as well as his.
- 18:45Speaker 4: Children who were two years, two and five years old.
- 18:48Speaker 4: You have little girls.
- 18:50Speaker 20: Would it take him pulling the trigger?
- 18:52Speaker 19: Is that?
- 18:53Speaker 4: What would do it?
- 18:54Speaker 20: And then you would say he needs to get out
- 18:56Speaker 20: of the race, Abigail, You have nothing to say, Abigail.
- 19:02Speaker 4: What if he said it about your two children?
- 19:04Speaker 20: Your three children? Is that when you would say he
- 19:07Speaker 20: should get out of the race, Abigail, you're running to
- 19:12Speaker 20: be governor.
- 19:16Speaker 3: She just stood there with a green on her face,
- 19:20Speaker 3: a smirk. If that isn't disqualifying that, I don't know
- 19:24Speaker 3: what is. If Virginia votes for that. If left us
- 19:27Speaker 3: stand behind that woman instead of in some l sears,
- 19:30Speaker 3: then they deserve everything they get. Now, don't go anywhere
- 19:34Speaker 3: after the brag, We'll have part two of lefties losing it,
- 19:38Speaker 3: including more cases of tedious being miraculously cured. Welcome back,
- 19:56Speaker 3: and now let's get back to lefties losing it, and
- 19:58Speaker 3: let's get back to exact whether TDS Trump arrangement syndrome
- 20:02Speaker 3: in some of the worst cases can be cured. I'm
- 20:06Speaker 3: not convinced, but I got to say, Bill Maher gives
- 20:09Speaker 3: me a little bit of hope. He suffered from a
- 20:11Speaker 3: severe case for years. Yes, Bill Maher, despite being occasionally sensible,
- 20:16Speaker 3: suffered from stage four TDS and did everything in his
- 20:20Speaker 3: power to ensure Donald Trump will not be re elected.
- 20:23Speaker 3: He was right there with Looney Robert de Niro's viewing,
- 20:27Speaker 3: absolute craziness.
- 20:29Speaker 11: If he is he wins the election, you won't be
- 20:33Speaker 11: on the show anymore. He'll come looking for me. Well be,
- 20:39Speaker 11: They'll be things that happened that none of us can imagine.
- 20:44Speaker 11: That's what happens in that kind of a dictatorship, which
- 20:47Speaker 11: is what he says. Let's believe him, take him at
- 20:49Speaker 11: his word.
- 20:50Speaker 6: I did from the beginning. Yeah, I mean, I said
- 20:52Speaker 6: from the very beginning, this guy is never going to
- 20:54Speaker 6: concede power. And he still hasn't. He still hasn't aitted.
- 20:58Speaker 6: He lost the last election, and he advertises that he
- 21:01Speaker 6: will go on.
- 21:03Speaker 3: But Bill Myers had a recovery, somewhat of a recovery
- 21:07Speaker 3: that was turbocharged when Kid Rock organized a dinner with
- 21:11Speaker 3: the president. Now he is singing his praises and trying
- 21:15Speaker 3: to make other tedous sufferers see sense. Here he is
- 21:19Speaker 3: with Hollywood actor William H.
- 21:21Speaker 4: Macy.
- 21:22Speaker 6: You cannot ever deny success. You just have to give
- 21:25Speaker 6: your respect, even if it's not your thing, have the
- 21:29Speaker 6: good humility to give it up for enormous success on
- 21:34Speaker 6: any level. Trump not my choice. Didn't vote for him,
- 21:39Speaker 6: but so a lot of people did. And he's I
- 21:45Speaker 6: can't deny the success. I can't either.
- 21:47Speaker 4: Yeah, yes, he is the president. William H.
- 21:50Speaker 3: Macy, And you've certainly come a long way from the
- 21:53Speaker 3: days when you were having little tantrums about Donald Trump,
- 21:56Speaker 3: telling anyone who would listen how much you load the presidents.
- 21:59Speaker 3: You've been use your Screen Actors Guild Award to smash Trump.
- 22:04Speaker 4: Goodness may we'd have come a long way when I
- 22:07Speaker 4: went to.
- 22:07Speaker 6: The way these are all the horrible things he's called
- 22:11Speaker 6: me over the years. Did you give in that and
- 22:14Speaker 6: he signed it for you? Correct?
- 22:16Speaker 1: Oh, that's brilliant.
- 22:19Speaker 6: I know it's my prize possession. What a signature. That's
- 22:23Speaker 6: one of the best signatures.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Now to one of the worst TEDS cases ever. This
- 22:31Speaker 3: man has completely trushed his own reputation. That's Sam Harris.
- 22:36Speaker 3: Even he was eating humble pie this week.
- 22:39Speaker 18: Trump got a deal done, and that's something I don't
- 22:42Speaker 18: believe you believe would have happened under a president Harris.
- 22:46Speaker 19: He pays me somewhat to admit this, but yes, he's
- 22:49Speaker 19: certainly been good for the Middle East and for Israel
- 22:53Speaker 19: in a way that I don't think there was any
- 22:55Speaker 19: reason to expect Harris to be good, and Biden certainly
- 22:59Speaker 19: wasn't good apart from the first few weeks after October seventh,
- 23:02Speaker 19: or maybe a couple of months after October seventh.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Yes, Sam Harris eating humble Pie is a joyous moment,
- 23:09Speaker 3: but he's still fully afflicted with TDS. I mean, it
- 23:11Speaker 3: wasn't long ago when he was saying crazy stuff like this.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Of all the conspiracy theories, he latched onto this one.
- 23:19Speaker 19: I actually just I mean, this just could be based
- 23:21Speaker 19: on a faulty intuition about ballistics, but I would be
- 23:26Speaker 19: I'm surprised that a rifle round making any degree of
- 23:30Speaker 19: contact with an ear wouldn't do more damage. I think
- 23:33Speaker 19: I think a shattered piece of shrapnel from a teleprompter
- 23:39Speaker 19: was more likely to have done that to his ear
- 23:41Speaker 19: than a rifle round.
- 23:42Speaker 6: It's so silly.
- 23:44Speaker 3: I would have used stronger words than silly. But it's
- 23:46Speaker 3: far from the dumbest or craziest thing that Sam Harris
- 23:50Speaker 3: has said about Donald Trump. Remember this rant.
- 23:53Speaker 19: At that point, Hunter Biden literally could have had the
- 23:56Speaker 19: corpses of children in his basement. I would not of
- 24:00Speaker 19: carrot right. It's like there's nothing. First of all, it's
- 24:03Speaker 19: Hunter Biden, right, It's like, it's not Joe Biden. But
- 24:07Speaker 19: even if, like even whatever scope of Joe Biden's corruption
- 24:11Speaker 19: is like, if we could just go down that rabbit
- 24:14Speaker 19: hole endlessly and understand that he's getting kickbacks from Hunter
- 24:18Speaker 19: and Biden's deals in Ukraine or whatever else right or China,
- 24:22Speaker 19: it is infinitesimal compared to the corruption we know Trump
- 24:29Speaker 19: is involved in. It's like it's like it's like a
- 24:30Speaker 19: firefly to the sun.
- 24:33Speaker 4: Just utterly unhinged. And he saw Constantine kissing at the
- 24:37Speaker 4: end of that clip.
- 24:38Speaker 3: But I wondering if he was thinking of Sam Harris
- 24:40Speaker 3: when he posted this yesterday. He wrote, it's time for
- 24:44Speaker 3: people with Trump derangement syndrome to admit they were wrong.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Sam Harris maybe too far gone. He's after all, too
- 24:52Speaker 3: broken with TDS. He's gone from an intellectual to a
- 24:56Speaker 3: character choy dumb person's idea of a smart person. But
- 25:00Speaker 3: there is hope for others, including actress Francis Barba, who
- 25:05Speaker 3: posted this on x She said, I had TEDS and
- 25:08Speaker 3: I'm now eating my words. Bravo Francis. Well, thank god
- 25:13Speaker 3: for that. A woman who most certainly does not have
- 25:16Speaker 3: TDS is the twenty twenty five Nobel Peace Prize win now.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Maria Karna Macado.
- 25:21Speaker 3: Now we all know why Trump didn't get the award
- 25:24Speaker 3: had nothing to do with deadlines. He should have got
- 25:26Speaker 3: it in his first term for the Abraham Accords. But
- 25:29Speaker 3: this year's when I dedicated the award to the president.
- 25:33Speaker 3: This is a gracious woman. Hopefully she'll be the next
- 25:36Speaker 3: president of Venezuela, NY.
- 25:38Speaker 2: They decided to dedicate it to President Trump because he
- 25:42Speaker 2: deserves it, because not only has he been involved in
- 25:46Speaker 2: only a few months in solving eight warris, but his
- 25:50Speaker 2: actions have been decisive to have them sued out. Now
- 25:54Speaker 2: at a thirshold of freedom after twenty six years of tyranny.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Now, while elderly, almost uniformly white folk take to the
- 26:04Speaker 3: streets to resist Trump, to resist his law and order efforts,
- 26:08Speaker 3: the community is afflicted with violent crime. I see a
- 26:11Speaker 3: real change, a positive change.
- 26:14Speaker 4: Listen to this lady in Memphis.
- 26:16Speaker 9: Some of y'all might get mad at me, and at
- 26:20Speaker 9: this point, I don't give it that. Not into politics.
- 26:24Speaker 9: I'm not into all of that extra stoff that people
- 26:26Speaker 9: be losing their life over. I ain't insolid in human.
- 26:32Speaker 8: What else.
- 26:33Speaker 9: But I will say thank you to Trump for bringing
- 26:36Speaker 9: these national guards and doing what they doing down here
- 26:39Speaker 9: in the interests right now. You know, for the first
- 26:42Speaker 9: time in five years, I've been in my home for
- 26:45Speaker 9: five years, and for the first time my kids have
- 26:48Speaker 9: been able to play in the backyard and be able
- 26:52Speaker 9: to do it comfortably. I haven't heard a gunshot in
- 26:57Speaker 9: two weeks. I haven't seen strange people walk up and
- 27:01Speaker 9: down the street. Just a few weeks ago, I and
- 27:04Speaker 9: somebody walk on the side of my house. None of
- 27:09Speaker 9: the action's going on. I haven seen no young white
- 27:13Speaker 9: ends at the stole posted. I ever seen an Infinity
- 27:17Speaker 9: fly past me in the weeks. I'm sitting on my
- 27:20Speaker 9: porch right now, and I'm watching kids outside playing, people
- 27:27Speaker 9: outside walking with their kids. Stuff. I ain't up seen
- 27:30Speaker 9: pouring in my neighborhood, but not because we feel safe.
- 27:35Speaker 3: People outside walking with their kids. She's never seen that
- 27:39Speaker 3: before in her neighborhood. Think about that and she's not alarmed.
- 27:42Speaker 3: People have seen an immediate impact. The criminals are scattered,
- 27:46Speaker 3: the low bodying folk are out reclaiming their neighborhoods.
- 27:50Speaker 21: Ad I want to say, is Trump, You're doing your
- 27:52Speaker 21: big thing.
- 27:53Speaker 6: Man.
- 27:53Speaker 12: We got the kids.
- 27:54Speaker 21: Back outside on We got the kids back outside on
- 27:57Speaker 21: they bikes, the lawn mows back on, the doll's bag bargain.
- 28:01Speaker 21: Memphis is looking real good out hire man, Hey man,
- 28:05Speaker 21: you did your big with man appreciation for heavy cleaning.
- 28:08Speaker 3: No Memphis fool.
- 28:09Speaker 21: I ain't even gonna care when I say this brouh
- 28:11Speaker 21: But since they brought the Nation of Guard down to Memphis,
- 28:14Speaker 21: I ain't heart no screeching times.
- 28:16Speaker 9: Out late at night.
- 28:17Speaker 6: I ain't heard no gunshots.
- 28:19Speaker 3: Let's bring in Sky News contributor Kosher Gaeta Kosher. We
- 28:22Speaker 3: will speak about the momentous events in the Middle East shortly,
- 28:26Speaker 3: but there is little doubt domestically, Donald Trump's policies are
- 28:33Speaker 3: having real impact, particularly when it comes to law and order.
- 28:36Speaker 4: But they are.
- 28:37Speaker 3: Still controversial policies, aren't they that are getting a lot
- 28:41Speaker 3: of heat from the media, from the activist class. Do
- 28:45Speaker 3: you think it's going to continue this because he is
- 28:48Speaker 3: paying a high price for implementing these policies, he.
- 28:52Speaker 14: Is, but I think he will because it strikes the
- 28:55Speaker 14: heart of his agenda. Whether it's getting the illegals out,
- 28:57Speaker 14: that is a signature issue, and then not a byproduct
- 29:00Speaker 14: but sort of a ripple effect of that is also
- 29:02Speaker 14: just restoring law and order in general, and that is
- 29:05Speaker 14: so core to what he stands for. He knows the
- 29:06Speaker 14: people support it. And as for the media or those protesters, who,
- 29:10Speaker 14: as you say, are mostly white, mostly not always boomers,
- 29:13Speaker 14: like yeah, to be elderly people they are protesting, they
- 29:16Speaker 14: will to the bitter end because it's a luxury belief
- 29:19Speaker 14: for them to say things like we don't want uniform
- 29:21Speaker 14: troops militarizing American cities, and like all those portrayals that
- 29:26Speaker 14: are incorrect that they try to portray that we're turning
- 29:28Speaker 14: America into some sort of like military zone. They can
- 29:31Speaker 14: afford to do that because they don't have to live
- 29:32Speaker 14: with the consequences like that, lady, like those two gentlemen
- 29:35Speaker 14: that you played who can't even have their kids play
- 29:37Speaker 14: in the backyard without fear of crossfire from gunshot wounds.
- 29:40Speaker 14: So it's quite incredible, and they'll continue to do that
- 29:43Speaker 14: but I think as the ground support from the grassroots
- 29:46Speaker 14: and more of those things come out, it's going to
- 29:48Speaker 14: be hard and harder for them to continue those protests.
- 29:50Speaker 3: I mean, it's just astonishing that you've got someone who's
- 29:53Speaker 3: never seen kids playing in the straits the whole time
- 29:57Speaker 3: she's lived in that neighborhood, who's not set up on
- 30:00Speaker 3: our own porch.
- 30:01Speaker 14: Filling relaxed in America, which is so sad, And the
- 30:04Speaker 14: homicide rate is twenty thirty, fifty and seventy per one
- 30:08Speaker 14: hundred thousand, which is crazy in the wealthiest nation on earth.
- 30:12Speaker 14: In these cities that we know West Philly is South Chicago,
- 30:15Speaker 14: et cetera. Memphis, and the shining example we talk about
- 30:18Speaker 14: all the time is El Salvador, which was in that
- 30:21Speaker 14: same range and in less than five years it's like
- 30:24Speaker 14: here now it's less than two per hundred thousand homicides.
- 30:26Speaker 14: So it can be done, yep. And the question is
- 30:28Speaker 14: you just need the political will to do it.
- 30:30Speaker 3: If they can do it in El Salvador, you can
- 30:33Speaker 3: achieve it in Memphis.
- 30:34Speaker 4: Ately.
- 30:35Speaker 3: Now let's hear what President Donald Trump's vision is for
- 30:38Speaker 3: Gaza and how it will be rebuilt.
- 30:41Speaker 7: We've all agreed that supporting Gaza must be done to
- 30:46Speaker 7: lift up the people themselves, but we don't want to
- 30:50Speaker 7: fund anything having to do with the bloodshed, hatred, or
- 30:53Speaker 7: terror as has happened in the past. And for the
- 30:56Speaker 7: same reason, we're also agreed that gaz has reached instruction
- 31:00Speaker 7: requires that it be demilitarized and that a new, honest,
- 31:05Speaker 7: civilian police force must be allowed to create a safe
- 31:08Speaker 7: condition for the people in Gaza.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Kosher what needs to happen for this pastial to be injuring.
- 31:17Speaker 14: That is the centuries old question, of course, that everybody
- 31:20Speaker 14: wants to see. But this deal, the framework on this
- 31:22Speaker 14: deal is quite different from all the attempts moderately successful
- 31:26Speaker 14: or failed in the past. And I think the main
- 31:29Speaker 14: thing is really this coalition, cross country and cross religious
- 31:33Speaker 14: coalition that Trump and his team put together, where you
- 31:36Speaker 14: are going to have the financing come through from the
- 31:39Speaker 14: Saudi zamarati U Kataris. They have unlimited money and that's
- 31:42Speaker 14: sort of a pipeline that they're going to put in
- 31:44Speaker 14: there in exchange for interests, their interests being served, and
- 31:47Speaker 14: that's different than how it was done before. You'll have
- 31:49Speaker 14: the Turks, who have the most advanced military in the
- 31:52Speaker 14: region providing security guarantees at least initially until that civilian
- 31:56Speaker 14: police force is trained up and accepted. So that's something different,
- 32:00Speaker 14: sort of rebalance this, I think with Israel versus the
- 32:02Speaker 14: Arab countries who kind of a seat at the table
- 32:04Speaker 14: this time. And then the third thing is this redevelopment,
- 32:07Speaker 14: and that's what everybody's waiting for. That's why all those
- 32:10Speaker 14: nations leaders were there from Europe and Canada and elsewhere
- 32:13Speaker 14: for this peace board and getting a piece of it
- 32:16Speaker 14: in some way where there's a little bit of skin
- 32:18Speaker 14: in the game and actual development schools and hospitals and
- 32:22Speaker 14: property and things like that that's worth protecting and saving
- 32:25Speaker 14: and sort of refranchising the two million Palestinians that are
- 32:29Speaker 14: going to stay there and be beneficiaries of that. I
- 32:31Speaker 14: think those elements are different, and there's a lot of
- 32:33Speaker 14: wood to chop in terms of implementing it. But if
- 32:35Speaker 14: they implement that framework and that strategy, then it feels
- 32:39Speaker 14: like the building blocks are different from years past, millennia past,
- 32:43Speaker 14: and hopefully that's the formula for something that endures.
- 32:45Speaker 3: And it's fantastic for the US because not only do
- 32:49Speaker 3: you have that cross country coalition and the funding coming
- 32:53Speaker 3: from a lot of those Arab nations, which means the
- 32:56Speaker 3: American taxpayer isn't picking up the bill because this is
- 32:59Speaker 3: something being about America first. A lot of people thought
- 33:03Speaker 3: Donald Trump is not living up to his America First promise,
- 33:09Speaker 3: but he is because by securing these peace steals, he's
- 33:14Speaker 3: putting together the backdrop where it is not going to
- 33:18Speaker 3: fall on the Americans to carry the light.
- 33:21Speaker 14: He did pay that price with his base, with the
- 33:22Speaker 14: Iran bombing and all those things short lived, but first
- 33:25Speaker 14: and foremost boots on the ground. Yeah, we're very scarred
- 33:28Speaker 14: from twenty years of those adventurers in the middles don't want that.
- 33:31Speaker 14: And then secondly, yeah, the taxpayer and the funding. So
- 33:33Speaker 14: pulling this together, you're absolutely right on both levels, economic
- 33:37Speaker 14: and military. Being sort of the coordinator, being the chairman
- 33:40Speaker 14: of the Board of Peace like, that's good, and our
- 33:43Speaker 14: tax dollars and our troops not being in there is
- 33:45Speaker 14: even better. So that I think is a big change,
- 33:48Speaker 14: and hopefully that means it'll be enduring.
- 33:50Speaker 3: Now the input of the Arab world, indeed the Muslim world.
- 33:53Speaker 3: You've got countries like Indonesia having input into this peace Still,
- 33:56Speaker 3: how important is that? And it seems that Iran is
- 34:00Speaker 3: completely isolated here.
- 34:02Speaker 14: Yes, it is interesting because the divide of trust between
- 34:07Speaker 14: the Israeli side for years and years and centuries and
- 34:10Speaker 14: ostensibly the other side has been too wide, and it
- 34:13Speaker 14: is difficult for someone like America that has historically been
- 34:16Speaker 14: very pro Israel and still is the strongest ally coming
- 34:19Speaker 14: in and playing that mediation role rather than that sort
- 34:22Speaker 14: of being the coordinator and letting these other sized bridge
- 34:25Speaker 14: that divide is helpful. And having Muslim nations Indonesia's one
- 34:28Speaker 14: is the largest by population that it's not in the
- 34:30Speaker 14: Middle East, does provide a little bit more skin in
- 34:33Speaker 14: the game and maybe acceptance and trust building for the
- 34:36Speaker 14: Palestinians and whatever government forums coming out of this. So
- 34:40Speaker 14: it feels like it's better to have people that are
- 34:42Speaker 14: actually either religiously attached to that region or geographically attached
- 34:46Speaker 14: or both have more skin in the game rather than
- 34:48Speaker 14: everything being directed by big Brother America. That just hasn't
- 34:51Speaker 14: worked very well and the American people don't want that.
- 34:54Speaker 3: Now, Let's have a look at some of the interactions
- 34:56Speaker 3: President Donald Trump had with the world leaders see almost
- 35:00Speaker 3: for God, Keir Starma was even there, the man who
- 35:03Speaker 3: has done really nothing to help this piece.
- 35:05Speaker 4: Still watch this awkward moment.
- 35:08Speaker 7: Where's you United Kingdom? Where's our friends? As you were from,
- 35:12Speaker 7: there is anything going good for good?
- 35:16Speaker 14: That's nice?
- 35:17Speaker 6: Said you here.
- 35:18Speaker 7: These people all came and like twenty twenty minute notice,
- 35:23Speaker 7: and I think it's fantastic. And we have so many
- 35:25Speaker 7: others and just so many others.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Oh dear, I think he thought he was going to
- 35:30Speaker 3: have his little moment and he was going to speak, you're.
- 35:32Speaker 4: Not speaking, Kia. He had nothing to do with it.
- 35:35Speaker 3: In fact, the likes of Kiss Starma and Manuel Macron
- 35:38Speaker 3: from France, our own Prime minister ALBERNIZI, really they.
- 35:43Speaker 4: Did not help this piece.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Still they, if anything, set it back. And Marco Rubio
- 35:48Speaker 3: made that point, didn't he that every time one of
- 35:50Speaker 3: them would pull a stunt recognize the Palestinian state, the
- 35:55Speaker 3: Palestinians would walk away from the negotiating table.
- 35:58Speaker 14: This moment from a leader perspective, belongs to President Trump.
- 36:02Speaker 14: Everybody knows it. Whether they admitted the celebration or they
- 36:05Speaker 14: admitted begrudgingly.
- 36:06Speaker 4: But you'll find these.
- 36:07Speaker 14: Other people who want to like sort of just take
- 36:08Speaker 14: steal a little bit of the credit. It's these world leaders,
- 36:11Speaker 14: it's the Biden administration. People were all over TV yesterday saying,
- 36:15Speaker 14: how you know, they came up with the framework, and
- 36:17Speaker 14: they're glad to see the Trump and his team implemented
- 36:20Speaker 14: the framework they were the originators of. So they're all
- 36:22Speaker 14: kind of trying to do that. But everyone knows. And
- 36:25Speaker 14: that's why you see him really seizing this moment. And
- 36:28Speaker 14: if I work here, starmer, I might have come up
- 36:30Speaker 14: with something a little bit different, like step half, a
- 36:32Speaker 14: step back, stay in the frames. Apposed topletely turning his
- 36:35Speaker 14: back and going our way. That didn't look good.
- 36:38Speaker 3: And there was the quintessential Trump Macron handshake. It happened again.
- 36:43Speaker 3: Let's have a look at it. It went on for
- 36:45Speaker 3: some time. They've become famous for this. Almost they tried
- 36:49Speaker 3: to get the dominant position in the class shake.
- 36:54Speaker 19: And this one.
- 36:55Speaker 4: Was another one that was notable.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Have a look at this interaction right after the press
- 36:59Speaker 3: conference is between Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and President Trump.
- 37:04Speaker 3: Cannie thanks Trump for upgrading him to president instead of
- 37:08Speaker 3: calling him prime minister, and Trump responds as quick as
- 37:12Speaker 3: a flash, with well, I could have called your governor.
- 37:16Speaker 7: You've gone back, go bout you Rush.
- 37:18Speaker 18: I'm glad you are free to meet the president.
- 37:21Speaker 14: Good question.
- 37:23Speaker 3: I started, yes, of course, referring to earlier this year,
- 37:30Speaker 3: Kosher when Trump was talking about Canada becoming the fifty
- 37:34Speaker 3: first station. Yeah, Connie would be governor then.
- 37:37Speaker 14: And now that he's achieved peace and the release, maybe
- 37:39Speaker 14: that will be back on the table, that that agenda,
- 37:41Speaker 14: along with Greenland. We shall see. But it's funny because
- 37:44Speaker 14: Americans like we were prime ministers and as natural in
- 37:47Speaker 14: the vocabulary. So he slipped out. President Carney made a
- 37:50Speaker 14: joke and it was really funny.
- 37:51Speaker 10: How is he is quick?
- 37:52Speaker 4: And he's like, hell, yeahs quick as a flash.
- 37:54Speaker 3: He came back with I could have called your governor.
- 37:57Speaker 3: So just be happy happy he got president instead of
- 38:00Speaker 3: prime minutes star. That piece that trade deal is still underway,
- 38:04Speaker 3: isn't it so? And Trump has spoken about this about
- 38:09Speaker 3: how he's using those tariffs, those trade deals to end
- 38:15Speaker 3: wars and to get buying from different countries to do
- 38:20Speaker 3: what America wants them to do. And I think that's
- 38:23Speaker 3: something that the Trump administration doesn't get credit for. There's
- 38:26Speaker 3: more that goes into this than just saying we're going
- 38:30Speaker 3: to have tariffs, and we're going to raise X billion
- 38:32Speaker 3: dollars per year from tariffs.
- 38:34Speaker 4: It's a real negotiating to.
- 38:35Speaker 14: It is, and it's his favorite tool because it's not
- 38:38Speaker 14: the military. He really does hate war and wants to
- 38:40Speaker 14: avoid US troops on the ground as much as possible,
- 38:43Speaker 14: which is a departure from previous administrations from both sides
- 38:46Speaker 14: of the Aisle, and tariffs are something he loves. He's
- 38:48Speaker 14: being sued by it. Domestically. There is that case still
- 38:51Speaker 14: making its way up to the Supreme Court saying you
- 38:54Speaker 14: don't have the power to exercise tariffs, which is crazy
- 38:56Speaker 14: when you think about it, because he has been using it,
- 38:58Speaker 14: and he reportedly did use it even here, like bringing
- 39:01Speaker 14: those Arab nations to the table back as we were
- 39:04Speaker 14: just discussing. Reportedly a big part of that was actually
- 39:07Speaker 14: offering greater trade deals, not necessarily terrorists, but more incentives,
- 39:12Speaker 14: financial incentives to invest in the US. He did that
- 39:14Speaker 14: big trip in the Middle East a few months ago.
- 39:16Speaker 14: It's all linked, it's all linked to all linked. You
- 39:18Speaker 14: want to be in the good graces of the US
- 39:20Speaker 14: and get access to the most desirable consumer market in
- 39:22Speaker 14: the world, and in exchange, if you're Canada and Mexico,
- 39:25Speaker 14: stop the fentanel. If you're the Middle East, come to
- 39:27Speaker 14: the table and help secure peace, and on and on
- 39:30Speaker 14: it goes. China's, of course the tricky one, but that's
- 39:32Speaker 14: another story for another day.
- 39:34Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Now Donald Trump features on Time magazines front cover. Let's
- 39:39Speaker 3: have a look. They write, the living Israeli hostages held
- 39:43Speaker 3: in Gaza have been freed under the first phase of
- 39:45Speaker 3: Donald Trump's peace plan, alongside a Palestinian prison and release.
- 39:48Speaker 4: The deal may become.
- 39:50Speaker 3: A signature achievement of Trump's second term, and he could
- 39:54Speaker 3: mark a strategic turning point.
- 39:55Speaker 4: For the Middle East.
- 39:56Speaker 3: All sorts of captain obvious commentary there, But kosher Time
- 40:00Speaker 3: could not help themselves. They had to run a terrible picture,
- 40:06Speaker 3: terrible angle. They're just so pitty. They just couldn't say, Okay,
- 40:11Speaker 3: we're going to put him on the front page and
- 40:14Speaker 3: it's going to be a complimentary story for once, he's
- 40:19Speaker 3: going to be on the front cover. No, they had
- 40:20Speaker 3: to put the most hideous photo that could why.
- 40:23Speaker 14: And I have to imagine he's very unhappy about that,
- 40:25Speaker 14: because he's somebody who's very unconscious of image, and he's
- 40:28Speaker 14: put out some amazing iconic pictures. Thankfully that this one
- 40:31Speaker 14: is not as important as it would have been the
- 40:33Speaker 14: social media. He's got the fight fight fight photo, he's
- 40:35Speaker 14: got the mugshot, he's got beautiful inaugration photos. But it
- 40:38Speaker 14: is Patty. You could say that they at least were
- 40:41Speaker 14: one step better than the Nobel Committee, who wouldn't even
- 40:44Speaker 14: give Dean to award him the prize. Of these these
- 40:47Speaker 14: guys gave him the cover. But yes, I don't think
- 40:49Speaker 14: it's a coincidence that they chose a very unflattering photo.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Kosha Gatta, thank you for your time.
- 40:54Speaker 4: Pleasure still to come?
- 40:56Speaker 3: And does Saturday Night Live have a chance at being
- 41:00Speaker 3: Honey again?
- 41:01Speaker 4: Alex Stein will join you shortly. Welcome back.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Now. You know you're winning when Saturday Night Live tries
- 41:19Speaker 3: to mock you but just ends.
- 41:20Speaker 4: Up making you look cooler.
- 41:22Speaker 3: Here is SNL recreating Pam Bondie testifying before the Senate
- 41:27Speaker 3: Judiciary Committee.
- 41:29Speaker 8: You say that the troops are there to protect ice facilities,
- 41:32Speaker 8: But why is I there in the first place.
- 41:34Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 41:35Speaker 8: You'll have to ask Homeland Security Director christinoom.
- 41:39Speaker 21: Well, she isn't here.
- 41:42Speaker 13: What if she is?
- 41:43Speaker 9: Gold?
- 41:53Speaker 8: Oh my god, that's right, it's me Christine. I spell
- 41:58Speaker 8: my name with an That's how I thought it was spelled.
- 42:03Speaker 8: And I'm the rarest type of person in Washington, DC,
- 42:05Speaker 8: A brunette that Donald Trump listens to.
- 42:09Speaker 3: Got to say, Tina Fay's Christinome isn't bad, though the.
- 42:14Speaker 4: Writing could do with some work.
- 42:17Speaker 8: Our government agents are working without pay. Luckily, my boys
- 42:21Speaker 8: at ice don't mind. They're in it for the love
- 42:23Speaker 8: of the game. And how did I find them by
- 42:26Speaker 8: running ads like this?
- 42:28Speaker 22: Do you need a jump now?
- 42:30Speaker 17: Yeah?
- 42:30Speaker 8: Are you a big tough guy?
- 42:32Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 42:33Speaker 8: Jump enough for the army or police?
- 42:35Speaker 10: No?
- 42:36Speaker 8: But do you take supplements that you bought at a
- 42:38Speaker 8: gas station daily?
- 42:41Speaker 4: Yep? The look is on point, but the writing is
- 42:44Speaker 4: a bit lame.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Let's look at a clip an ex user put together
- 42:48Speaker 3: to improve that skit.
- 42:50Speaker 8: They're in it for the love of the game, and
- 42:52Speaker 8: how did I find them by running ads like this?
- 43:09Speaker 20: It should have been a poty like them.
- 43:11Speaker 3: Cavin because the number Godess just started joining me now
- 43:18Speaker 3: is comedian and host of Prime Time with Alex Stein.
- 43:21Speaker 4: On Blaze TV.
- 43:22Speaker 3: Alex the culture is changing. Saturday Night Live might even
- 43:27Speaker 3: become funny again.
- 43:30Speaker 22: Well, I mean Rita. Look what they had to do.
- 43:32Speaker 22: They had to go back to Amy Poehler and Tina
- 43:35Speaker 22: fey And and you know, even though they are liberal,
- 43:37Speaker 22: those two are very talented, especially Tina fe Celeri show
- 43:41Speaker 22: thirty Rocks, and I thought the impression was funny. And
- 43:44Speaker 22: to be honest, you know, the gun stuff looks really cool.
- 43:47Speaker 22: If they really wanted to make fun of Pambonni, they
- 43:48Speaker 22: just should have talked about the Epstein files, because we
- 43:50Speaker 22: have not forgot about that, Pambonni. We want more transparency
- 43:54Speaker 22: when it comes to those Epstein files.
- 43:57Speaker 4: Well, this is what I love about you, Alex.
- 43:59Speaker 3: You may be conservative, but you absolutely hold conservatives to
- 44:06Speaker 3: account if they don't live up to her expectations, and
- 44:10Speaker 3: you've done that with Pam Bondy all along. Do you
- 44:13Speaker 3: still think that there is more information about the Epstein
- 44:18Speaker 3: files that we should have access to that they haven't
- 44:21Speaker 3: released or is it just going to compromise I don't
- 44:24Speaker 3: know the intelligence agencies or whatever reason they're not being
- 44:28Speaker 3: more forthcoming.
- 44:30Speaker 22: Well, one hundred percent. I think it implicates people that
- 44:33Speaker 22: are classified. You know, there's levels of information that US
- 44:37Speaker 22: normal American citizens will never be privy to, and even
- 44:40Speaker 22: if the president was to release this information, you know,
- 44:43Speaker 22: they could be held accountable for it. So you know,
- 44:45Speaker 22: it's just kind of like simple math. If they won't
- 44:47Speaker 22: release it, it's because whoever's involved as such, you know,
- 44:51Speaker 22: high level that they cannot be revealed. And I guess
- 44:54Speaker 22: it doesn't really necessarily all fall on Pam Bondy. But
- 44:57Speaker 22: when the Trump administration campaigned on the Epstein release, we
- 45:01Speaker 22: want the Epstein files. And I think that the mistake
- 45:04Speaker 22: that Pambonni made was doing the public you know, bind her,
- 45:08Speaker 22: you know debacle. That was a terrible, terrible plan, and
- 45:12Speaker 22: then that couldn't have gone anywhere. So I think Pambonni
- 45:15Speaker 22: handled herself great when she was getting lectured, you know,
- 45:18Speaker 22: by all those politicians, but when it comes to Epstein,
- 45:20Speaker 22: she's still you know, not handling it sufficiently.
- 45:26Speaker 3: Now you're out there trying to help folk. Your methods,
- 45:30Speaker 3: your star may be less gentle than some others, but
- 45:34Speaker 3: the intention is just as pure.
- 45:37Speaker 4: Let's have a look.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Transgender mom is confusing her daughter.
- 45:41Speaker 16: Anorectic person to continue to not eat. Would you if
- 45:45Speaker 16: an anorexic woman when you're a nurse, would you tell
- 45:47Speaker 16: them the person who had a mental illness. Would you
- 45:49Speaker 16: tell them to continue not to eat? Would you tell
- 45:51Speaker 16: a blamic person to continue to throw out?
- 45:53Speaker 22: No?
- 45:54Speaker 6: Okay, so why would you tell the person?
- 45:55Speaker 16: Would you just worry they're born in the wrong body.
- 45:58Speaker 19: It's a mental health issue.
- 46:00Speaker 16: You don't solve it by cutting.
- 46:01Speaker 6: Off your breast.
- 46:03Speaker 3: Alex, what would you say to someone who'd say that
- 46:06Speaker 3: is not helpful, that you are being too judgmental, You
- 46:10Speaker 3: are being too harsh in how you're trying to convince
- 46:15Speaker 3: that mother in that instance that the roaches set her
- 46:19Speaker 3: child on is not the right one.
- 46:22Speaker 22: You know, they would not be wrong. I would say
- 46:25Speaker 22: that my methodology is not always the softest or the nicest.
- 46:31Speaker 22: And you know, at the same exact time, I played sports,
- 46:34Speaker 22: and you kind of need a football coach to kind
- 46:36Speaker 22: of tell you that, you know, the tough truth sometimes
- 46:38Speaker 22: why you're not starting or when you played bad in
- 46:41Speaker 22: the game. And so when I'm talking to that mother,
- 46:44Speaker 22: I actually am empathetic to the mother and you know,
- 46:47Speaker 22: their child. But at the same time, people were afraid
- 46:50Speaker 22: to have these conversations, and that was a hard conversation,
- 46:52Speaker 22: and so I really wasn't trying to come off as
- 46:55Speaker 22: you know, arrogant, But at the same exact time, it
- 46:58Speaker 22: was just a tough conversation that probably who had not
- 47:01Speaker 22: had a lot of I'm guessing because there's probably not
- 47:03Speaker 22: a lot of pushback because of the society that we're
- 47:05Speaker 22: currently living in. So at the same exact time, it
- 47:08Speaker 22: was a hard conversation, but a necessary one.
- 47:13Speaker 3: Now, Alex, Hillary Clinton has marked her fiftieth wedding anniversary
- 47:18Speaker 3: by releasing a series of throwback pictures. Some are calling
- 47:23Speaker 3: these first traps, and it was noted very quickly with
- 47:27Speaker 3: these images of a young Hillary that she bes a
- 47:31Speaker 3: or she did bear a striking resemblance to actress and
- 47:35Speaker 3: American Eagle model Sidney Sweeney. And I'll tell you, Alex,
- 47:39Speaker 3: once you see it, you can't unsee it. I will
- 47:41Speaker 3: never look at Sydney Sweeney the same way again, you know.
- 47:46Speaker 22: And to be honest, they do have a lot of similarities.
- 47:49Speaker 22: But I think you got this short end of the stick.
- 47:52Speaker 22: Was Chelsea Clinton out of all this? I mean, no,
- 47:54Speaker 22: if it's Chelsea, but ever since no, but ever since
- 47:57Speaker 22: ever since then her parents were in our Ada, was president.
- 48:00Speaker 22: Everybody always used to teach Chelsea. Probably a lot of
- 48:03Speaker 22: that unfairly but you look at Hillary right there, She's
- 48:05Speaker 22: looking pretty good. So I feel bad for Chelsea. I
- 48:08Speaker 22: think she got a lot of Bill's looks.
- 48:09Speaker 4: Unfortunately, I did not think you were going to go there.
- 48:15Speaker 3: But do you now have a bit of a crush
- 48:17Speaker 3: on Hillary because you got to say she was a
- 48:22Speaker 3: very attractive young woman, indeed, beautiful on the outside, possibly
- 48:26Speaker 3: ugly on the inside. Now, Alex, you are part of
- 48:30Speaker 3: the Joyful Warriors. Of course, Charlie Kirk was the Joyful
- 48:34Speaker 3: Warrior the OG.
- 48:36Speaker 4: You are part of a group of influences are going
- 48:39Speaker 4: to be on tour.
- 48:40Speaker 3: I've seen the posters for this and I can see
- 48:43Speaker 3: at least one of far left TDS sufferer on that.
- 48:46Speaker 3: Lis Angela there, what do you hope to achieve with this?
- 48:50Speaker 3: To are you going to be having these difficult conversations
- 48:55Speaker 3: between left and right?
- 48:56Speaker 4: What's the goal here?
- 48:58Speaker 22: Well, I'm so lucky. You know, this is specifically a
- 49:01Speaker 22: Mom's for Liberty event that is being sponsored by Turning Point,
- 49:04Speaker 22: and so we are going to have people that have
- 49:05Speaker 22: different viewpoints and kind of just talk about how Moms
- 49:09Speaker 22: for Liberty Technically it's a nonprofit, so it's not necessarily
- 49:12Speaker 22: supposed to have a political viewpoint, but it is you know,
- 49:14Speaker 22: kind of right landing. But there's moms that are all
- 49:17Speaker 22: about you know, freedom of speech and that want to
- 49:20Speaker 22: go speak up at you know, school board meetings that
- 49:23Speaker 22: you know it might be afraid or might be nervous.
- 49:24Speaker 22: So that's kind of where I come in, and I
- 49:26Speaker 22: fit in probably trying to encourage them mothers to go
- 49:28Speaker 22: speak and be more vocal at their city meetings and
- 49:31Speaker 22: their school board meetings. But Angela is kind of coming
- 49:33Speaker 22: there and giving the perspective of kind of pretending to.
- 49:36Speaker 6: Be a lib.
- 49:37Speaker 22: And she is a liberal, but I'm just saying but
- 49:39Speaker 22: being outspoken, being a bold LIB. So just kind of
- 49:42Speaker 22: seeing all of our perspectives. And obviously there's you know,
- 49:45Speaker 22: Caitlin Bennett, who is you know, very big on YouTube
- 49:48Speaker 22: and she's very unapologetically herself. So different people with different
- 49:52Speaker 22: styles and kind of how we get our message across
- 49:54Speaker 22: and hopefully encourage other moms to be more vocal and
- 49:58Speaker 22: passionate about the things they care about the most.
- 50:01Speaker 3: Alex Stein, thank you for your time, and that's all
- 50:04Speaker 3: the time we have.
- 50:05Speaker 4: But don't go anywhere. Newsnight is up next.
