- 0:35All right, welcome back to the Forge Fire Protocol podcast.
- 0:39In our last episode, we had a chance to talk about the challenge.
- 0:43And so don't forget, if you haven't already, make sure on the 21st, anytime after the 21st, you're going to be able to register for the challenge, be part of what's coming.
- 0:53By the way, depending on when they're listening, that is the 21st of September, 2026.
- 0:57Oh, thank you very much for saying that.
- 1:00We don't know when you're going to be listening.
- 1:02We're going to be listening every day when these come out.
- 1:06And make sure, by the way, please, like the podcast, subscribe to the podcast, share the podcast.
- 1:12We want everybody out there.
- 1:14Look, everybody that you know has ideas.
- 1:17Everybody that you know has something that if they were able to bring that thing to fruition, potentially it could change the world.
- 1:26All right.
- 1:26Or it could at least change their family's lives.
- 1:30So share this.
- 1:31We want to get those ideas out, not just out, talked about, but actually in production, in life, in society, making a difference.
- 1:39So please share this, like it, follow it, subscribe, the whole bit.
- 1:45So let's get into this.
- 1:45So in that last podcast, by the way, we teased that we're going to talk about AI agents.
- 1:51Right.
- 1:52And AI agents, Mike, let me ask you, what is an AI agent?
- 1:58That's a good question.
- 2:00The best way to explain that to someone is the way I see AI agents is we're able to leverage an AI system.
- 2:08We're able to automate simple processes that require unnecessary time.
- 2:15So what I mean by that is let me simplify.
- 2:18If a lot of people, if there's an assistant, that they have an assistant and they come in the office and their schedule is presented to them or a summary of their emails that they need to immediately respond to or certain people are flagged as this person emails you, you need to get back to them right away.
- 2:33Or possibly even it's a follow-up sequence.
- 2:36Anything comes into your support department.
- 2:38And you guys have a history of not, say, getting back to people in a quick time.
- 2:42Because you're a mechanic.
- 2:44You're an engineer.
- 2:46That's what you do.
- 2:47You need someone else who's great at following up with people.
- 2:49Because nine times out of ten, that's not you.
- 2:50Let's just call it what it is.
- 2:52I know a lot of you.
- 2:52It skills people.
- 2:53Right.
- 2:53It skills people.
- 2:54Usually, they can go out and they can hunt.
- 2:57Right?
- 2:57Or they can find them.
- 2:58They can build relationships.
- 2:59But the follow-up isn't always their strong suit.
- 3:01And 90% of the sales happen after the, what, sixth to eighth follow-up?
- 3:04Yeah.
- 3:05Depending on what you're looking at.
- 3:06That's right.
- 3:07So, yeah.
- 3:08So, bottom line is we're able to construct an agent
- 3:13either using our tools, we can do it with you, or you can do it by yourself.
- 3:17We kind of give you the system to kind of walk through and show you how we're doing it and how you can do it too.
- 3:22You're able to build agents or have us build agents for you that are going to automate some of these simple tasks in your day-to-day to free up time so you can focus on your most important activities that you're great at.
- 3:33Because that's where your time should be spent and doubled down on.
- 3:36What are you great at?
- 3:37What in your company is what you bring to the table that no one else can bring?
- 3:41That's where your time should be.
- 3:42All the other smaller tasks, we need to find a way to automate them.
- 3:44We'll put some system in place.
- 3:47Indeed.
- 3:48And it's not robots, by the way.
- 3:50I got to say that.
- 3:51We call them bots, agents.
- 3:54By the way, a little aside, and I have to say this because I've just been following it, but Optimus Prime, Elon Musk, the Tesla robot, I can't wait.
- 4:03I cannot wait to get mine.
- 4:05Now, they're not supposed to come out for the public until end of 2027, but...
- 4:09But I cannot wait to have an Optimus Prime mowing my lawn, along with a whole bunch of other things.
- 4:16I'll tell you what.
- 4:17It's like that life is going to change so dramatically over these next five to ten years.
- 4:23You are going to be blown away.
- 4:24All right.
- 4:25And if you're not paying attention to some of that stuff, you're just working your day to day.
- 4:28I'll tell you what.
- 4:29You are going to be astounded.
- 4:32All right.
- 4:33But that was just a little aside.
- 4:35I thought about bots.
- 4:36That's all I could picture was Optimus.
- 4:38I also don't think it's any coincidence that Optimus Prime from Transformers, for those of you that are Transformers fans, depending on whatever your age may be, and Tesla's robot is the Tesla Optimus.
- 4:49It is not a coincidence.
- 4:52I'm quite sure that it's not.
- 4:59AI right now, and this is the thing I want to say, because I've said this, and I know you get some thoughts on this too, Stephen, but with AI, we have...
- 5:09an opportunity, right?
- 5:11AI is not, everybody's so fearful of AI, or a lot of people are, and it was not everybody.
- 5:17There's no need to be fearful of what can multiply you, right?
- 5:22Every time there is a new technology release out there in anything, right?
- 5:29People are like, oh, that's going to be horrible.
- 5:30It's going to change the world.
- 5:31It's going to do this.
- 5:31It's going to do that.
- 5:32This is going to change the world.
- 5:33It is already changing the world.
- 5:35It's
- 5:39What it is, is it's a phenomenal way to multiply your efforts and get more life back.
- 5:47All right.
- 5:47The amount of things we are able to do, we're going to show you some of this stuff, but the amount of things we're able to do as humans.
- 5:53Is based off of the amount of time that we have.
- 5:56Right.
- 5:57That's it.
- 5:57The time and talent that we have.
- 5:59But when we can bring in a tool.
- 6:03In this case, we're going to talk about AI bots.
- 6:05Right.
- 6:06When we can bring in a tool that can do some of those menial tasks for us, some of those things that pick up our time, but they're not what we're best suited for.
- 6:17Well, great.
- 6:18Offload those tasks.
- 6:20I love mowing my lawn to go to my other point.
- 6:22I love mowing my lawn the first time in the year.
- 6:24I love the smell of fresh cut grass.
- 6:26After that, I don't want to do it again.
- 6:27All right.
- 6:28After that, I want to sit on the chair.
- 6:29I want to smell the fresh cut grass, but I don't want to be the one who did it.
- 6:31All right.
- 6:33Sit by the fires, fire pit,
- 6:36have a good time with some friends and family, but I don't want to mow the lawn more than that first time in the year.
- 6:43They already have the robot mower.
- 6:45Oh, they do.
- 6:46They do.
- 6:47But I want to have somebody walking behind my mower or driving my mower.
- 6:51I just feel the fun of it.
- 6:53Yeah.
- 6:54I can't worry about this.
- 6:55I want the lines like this.
- 6:57I just want it like that, and it's a specific way I want it, and that's the part that frustrates me the most.
- 7:01Do you like baseball?
- 7:02Yeah.
- 7:04you like baseball no I I'm not a long guy I don't care I just want somebody else to cut it well that's the way I am because it's not worth my time from a value perspective there are times where I'll do it like I'll probably end up doing it once a day for the last time of the year just most likely be the last time but when I'm looking at it when I'm done every time I look at it it's yes that's how it should look
- 7:32It's not hard, but it's just that's time.
- 7:35It is.
- 7:36It's time that I would lose and I can't get back.
- 7:38That I could have been making money and I could have been doing something with my family and I can never get that time back.
- 7:43You could have added more value to society.
- 7:46Right.
- 7:46This way, in terms of technology, you know, we're the age, we grew up on a rotary dial phone.
- 7:51Then you got a push button phone.
- 7:53Then we got pagers.
- 7:54We could get a message.
- 7:55And then we had to go find a phone to call, to answer the number that was calling us.
- 7:59And then we got cell phones and they were big and bulky.
- 8:03And then they started getting smaller.
- 8:05And then you couldn't just talk to somebody, you had to text them.
- 8:09So you had to text on your phone and those things kept advancing.
- 8:13And then here you are now and then everyone's got it.
- 8:16When people have a computer at home, you've got a laptop, your phone is a computer all by itself.
- 8:21If you've got a smartphone, then most people do.
- 8:24So that technology is here.
- 8:26And yeah, every one of those other technologies, you know, people didn't want to embrace it first, but then they did.
- 8:33And AI, it can be intimidating to some people, but it can be an advantage.
- 8:38And some people say, oh, I'm going to lose my job.
- 8:41No, you know, you needed to get a cell phone and now you have it.
- 8:48Think of it like that way.
- 8:49And it's really that AI revolution and the AI revolution inside the Forge Fire Protocol.
- 8:55It's the Forge redefines modern enterprise architecture by treating artificial intelligence AI not as an ancillary copywriting widget or basic chatbot, but as an autonomous multi-agent
- 9:09operational workforce.
- 9:11It's embedding AI directly across the five stages of Spark, Forge, Ignite, Tempera, and Ascend, which are in the protocol.
- 9:20It strips away the traditional startup friction that slashes capital requirements to under $5,000.
- 9:26And that's what we focus on and enables a sole founder or a micro team of five to 10 human beings to build an X-enterprise platform
- 9:36Graded an asset for a $10 million buy-all in three to five years.
- 9:39That's the beauty of the protocol.
- 9:41That's what makes it exceptional.
- 9:44And the agents that can do that and the creator and our agent creator system that we have within it.
- 9:49But most importantly, how simple it is that it doesn't take you don't need to be a coder.
- 9:56I can do it and I'm not a coder.
- 9:58Yeah, and that's the focus, right?
- 10:00It was simplicity.
- 10:01Yeah.
- 10:02There's a start from it because we know there's people out there that are completely intimidated by AI.
- 10:07Understandable.
- 10:09Yeah.
- 10:09Honestly, when I first got into what I was too, I went on Audible and bought a bunch of books, started understanding what the heck is a prompt?
- 10:16Why do I care?
- 10:16Why do they keep on saying this?
- 10:17Why don't I just enter this?
- 10:18Why do I want to word it that way?
- 10:20And I just listened to books.
- 10:21Some of them were good.
- 10:22Some of them were terrible.
- 10:23And then I started dabbling and I did a bunch right.
- 10:25I did a bunch wrong.
- 10:25Then I got frustrated.
- 10:27Then I kept on going and it got better and better.
- 10:29And that's why one of the things is with the, again, Don, you can show it in a second, but we basically just went in and,
- 10:36architected is something that's just going to simplify it to help make it really easy for you to help building out these solutions that can benefit you and buy back that time.
- 10:43Yeah.
- 10:44Yeah.
- 10:45And I'll, and I'll pull it up in a minute.
- 10:47I want to give one, one other example.
- 10:49All right.
- 10:49Cause this is, this is so stark and obvious when you think about it, but how many of us order things online right now and get it shipped to our house, right?
- 10:59Does it save us time?
- 11:01Yep.
- 11:01Is it a great
- 11:05Is it easier for the business?
- 11:08All of those are yes, right?
- 11:10But when online shopping first came out, the e-commerce whole philosophy, the whole concept launched.
- 11:20How many of us thought, wait a minute, I don't want to put my credit card in there.
- 11:26What's going to happen, right?
- 11:28It was so many people were against it.
- 11:30Now, who do you know that does not order things online?
- 11:35I don't know anyone.
- 11:36And by the way, do you know why I started, do you know why I got Amazon Prime?
- 11:40No.
- 11:40Why?
- 11:41Because mathematically, it made more sense for me to get Amazon Prime with two day shipping.
- 11:48So when I need to do something quick for my clients, I always had a backup as I could go to Amazon Prime and know I could get it to my door in roughly two days.
- 11:55So I could tell my clients who are sometimes waiting seven days, a week, two weeks, three weeks.
- 12:00Listen, I can't do this, but here's what I can do.
- 12:02And I can do this in the next 48 hours.
- 12:06The ability just to have that conversation was worth Amazon Prime.
- 12:10And then honestly, 99% of it got used for my family.
- 12:13My wife does 90% of it.
- 12:15And it probably got used about 5% for business.
- 12:17But the intent made sense from a business perspective.
- 12:21It does.
- 12:23So my wife does like 98% of it at our house.
- 12:28She was letting me know yesterday.
- 12:29She's got a couple of packages coming today.
- 12:31Why?
- 12:31Because our dogs will go out and eat the packages.
- 12:35One of our dogs, not Baldwin.
- 12:36One just sits there and watches.
- 12:38But either way.
- 12:39So let's get into AI agents, right?
- 12:40And what you're able to do with AI and really how simple it can be.
- 12:44All right.
- 12:45Because you can...
- 12:47I'm going to share the...
- 12:50app, the Forgefire protocol app.
- 12:52So you can you can build I like I'm building bots and stuff in Grok.
- 12:56I love Grok bot.
- 12:59There's you can you can do it with Claude, you can do it with many that.
- 13:04Yeah, right.
- 13:05So chat, of course.
- 13:07All right.
- 13:08But the thing is, most people are like, Well, yeah, I don't even know how to do a prompt, nevermind create a bot.
- 13:14Right.
- 13:14And why would I anyways?
- 13:17All right, I understand what you're saying about, you know, shopping online, that part makes sense to me, but what is an AI bot really gonna do for me?
- 13:25What is an AI agent gonna do for me?
- 13:27Bot and agent, basically that's an interchangeable term in this case.
- 13:32So if you're part of the protocol, you'll have access to this.
- 13:34Otherwise, look, there's so many ways to learn how to do this out there, you can do it, all right?
- 13:40But we tried to make it really easy.
- 13:42So in the protocol, you guys can see my screen, correct?
- 13:46Yes.
- 13:46Okay, good.
- 13:48So on the screen, this is the menu inside of the ForgeFire protocol.
- 13:54So the key area of the protocol is right here.
- 13:58The five steps we talked about.
- 14:00We included in Ignite an AI agent creator.
- 14:06We built that in.
- 14:08All right.
- 14:08And this is what it looks like.
- 14:09Super simple, not intimidating, super simple.
- 14:12All right.
- 14:12Because we wanted to
- 14:15make sure that when we're giving people the tools to build their business, a big part of what we talk about in the book is not hiring all kinds of employees.
- 14:25No, it's about creating agents and tools and systems that can do the majority of the work for you.
- 14:35The idea is 70% of the work that needs to be done in a business can be done by agents.
- 14:40Will you still need to get to a $10 million exit?
- 14:43Will you need to hire some people?
- 14:45More than likely, yeah, you might need to hire two, three, five.
- 14:48We try and keep it under five people.
- 14:50That's the goal in the book and through the blueprint, but some businesses will require more, right?
- 14:56However, when you can get 70% or more of the tasks done through agents, you're gonna have one incredibly profitable business.
- 15:05Okay, incredibly profitable.
- 15:08So looking at this, right?
- 15:10This is as simple as it is to create an AI agent.
- 15:14All right.
- 15:16You simply go here and you say what you want the agent to do.
- 15:21And you can create an unlimited number of agents in this.
- 15:26All you do is you tell it what you want it to do.
- 15:28So we're going to give you an example in a minute.
- 15:30And then what you want to do is where are you going to run it?
- 15:34So some people like Claude.
- 15:36Some people like ChatGPT.
- 15:37Some people like Grok.
- 15:39Some people like Gemini, right?
- 15:41I know my favorite is Grok.
- 15:42I think, Mike, yours, would you say yours is Claude?
- 15:45Yeah, I spend 90% of my time in Claude these days.
- 15:48Okay, what about you, Stephen?
- 15:49Yeah, I'm in Claude.
- 15:50And Claude, I use Gemini a lot for some basic things, Claude.
- 15:53Okay, yeah.
- 15:55And we use other models as well for different things.
- 15:58I'll use some of the models in 11 Labs for some audio and some different models with HeyGen for video as well.
- 16:07But there's so many different AI models out there.
- 16:11We couldn't put them all in here.
- 16:12Yeah, and even stuff like Perplexity and OpenClaw, there's all kinds of stuff out there that can tie into all this stuff.
- 16:18But we put this in here just to make it, again, nice and simple and easy.
- 16:23Right.
- 16:23You don't want to scare anybody away.
- 16:25Right.
- 16:25Exactly.
- 16:26I'm going to show you how easy it is.
- 16:29And we put the top models in there.
- 16:31So it's super simple.
- 16:32So let's say you like Claude.
- 16:35Okay, great.
- 16:36So you leave that on Claude.
- 16:38And what do you want it to do?
- 16:39So, guys, let's come up with a couple of agents that people would benefit from.
- 16:45If you're in business, if you're launching a business...
- 16:48Right.
- 16:49What what is what are some of the things you need when you're launching a business?
- 16:54Answering your telephone.
- 16:56OK, that's a good one.
- 16:57Answering your telephone.
- 16:58What what else?
- 17:00After you already have a business.
- 17:02Yeah.
- 17:03Responding to emails.
- 17:05Yeah, responding to emails, knowing your daily calendar.
- 17:08Yeah.
- 17:09Knowing, whatever, if you have any.
- 17:11I mean, if it's just you making sure that that's going to tie into your calendar.
- 17:14If you're going to have bills due or you're going to have something, important dates, important appointments or bills that need to be paid.
- 17:21Yeah.
- 17:22Stuff like that.
- 17:24reminders.
- 17:25I mean, we all, a lot of us have reminders.
- 17:27We'll automate different things.
- 17:29You know, we've got bill pay, right.
- 17:31That, that covers certain bills, but, um, also sales numbers.
- 17:34Like, where are we for the month?
- 17:36Yeah.
- 17:37Well, what about leads?
- 17:38I mean, if you're, if you're in sales, right.
- 17:42Where do you get leads from?
- 17:44Right.
- 17:45Right.
- 17:45And, and so like, I have bots that are generating leads a hundred leads a day.
- 17:51All right, is what I put it in.
- 17:52Sometimes it's 60, 70, 80, whatever it is, but I'm shooting for a hundred leads a day for some of my different companies.
- 18:01All right, I'm not doing this on all of my companies yet.
- 18:05I'm going to, but it's just a matter of implementing all the way through.
- 18:07All right, so let's pick one.
- 18:11Let's do leads, right?
- 18:14So what do we wanna say in this?
- 18:17All right, this is where this gets super easy, folks.
- 18:19you don't have to figure out, okay, how do I say this?
- 18:25Tell the agent creator what you want it to do.
- 18:30And I'm just gonna type this in because otherwise, actually no, I'm not sure.
- 18:35Yeah, I'm gonna type it in because I use Whisperflow
- 18:40when I'm dictating different stuff.
- 18:42And it's great, by the way, to pick up voice and making sure that what you're putting in is good.
- 18:47But I want to make sure that the reporting for this podcast is picking it up.
- 18:50So just in case it won't, I'm going to do this.
- 18:53So create an agent to search leads for my company.
- 19:12Smartflex benefits.
- 19:20The clients are business owners with 10 or more employees for information on what
- 19:43we offer, use the website, smartflexbenefits.com.
- 20:03I need an agent that will generate 25 leads per day.
- 20:13Make sense?
- 20:14Yep.
- 20:15That was, I literally just told it what I wanted it to do.
- 20:19Is there any technical language I put in here?
- 20:21No.
- 20:23No.
- 20:24I told it what I want.
- 20:25I need an agent that's going to generate 25 leads per day.
- 20:28All right.
- 20:29And it's going to use information about the product.
- 20:32I didn't even tell it about the product.
- 20:33I just said, go to smartflexbenefits.com.
- 20:37And I use, so for the clients, our target clients, you always want to give it a target if you're doing something like this.
- 20:44and say, okay, business owners with 10 or more employees.
- 20:49That's it.
- 20:50Nice and simple.
- 20:51And let's say I was going to do this in Claude.
- 20:53So it was as simple as writing that message and hitting Forge Agent.
- 20:57Now, it'll take just a bit, but then it will do that.
- 21:01And the other thing I can do in here is I could put in a little phrase.
- 21:05Oh, my golly.
- 21:05Look at that.
- 21:07Lead prospector.
- 21:12What this just did is this created an entire prompt with all of the details.
- 21:19Copy the full agent.
- 21:22And so you can now take this, put it right into Claude.
- 21:28And your bot is created.
- 21:30Your agent is created.
- 21:32Right.
- 21:32And see right there, it tells you what do you need to enter.
- 21:34You need to enter the target geographic region, the target industry niche, and any specific competitors to avoid.
- 21:40It's pretty self-explanatory.
- 21:41Yep.
- 21:42And it even adds God rails.
- 21:43Never include companies with fewer than 10 employees.
- 21:46Do not include government entities or massive corporations over 500 employees.
- 21:50Ensure all leads have a verifiable digital presence.
- 21:52Escalate to the founder if a requested industry has legal barriers to private health spending accounts.
- 21:58All right.
- 21:58And it's just pulling stuff from the website.
- 22:02So really simple.
- 22:04So what did you do?
- 22:05You went in here and you created a simple, this is what I want this to do.
- 22:11And the version that I want, you know, which AI is gonna run it, I just put it in here and then forge the agent.
- 22:20So literally now you copy this, you put it into Claude and it will build your agent.
- 22:27How difficult is that, right?
- 22:31It is that simple.
- 22:33So is there anybody that you think couldn't do this?
- 22:37No.
- 22:38And if you're on your smartphone, let's say you don't even have WhisperFlow, you can just press the voice button and just start talking to it.
- 22:46When you're done into that information up above, you could just press your phone, talk to it, and then click Forge Agent.
- 22:54You don't even have to type.
- 22:56That's right.
- 22:58And here's the thing.
- 22:59We don't, especially if we haven't done this before, you get better and better at it the more you do it.
- 23:05But if you haven't done this before, you really don't know what to type here.
- 23:09So that's why all we want you to type is what you want as an outcome.
- 23:14You know, who is the addressable mark?
- 23:16In this case, it's business owners with 10 or more employees, right?
- 23:19Who is, you know, where is the information coming from so this can create what's needed?
- 23:25And I just gave it a website.
- 23:27It's searching, it goes through it, it finds the website, searches it, and says, okay, this is what I have to have in here.
- 23:33And then it creates
- 23:35everything for you so that's how easy it is to create a bot or an agent today all right so if you're part of the protocol you're going to the forge fire protocol you're going to have access to that um we do the same thing by the way with our um uh prompt forge over here literally you could go there and tell it what you want it'll create a prompt so this is not for agents all right this is for anything you want to find out or do with ai
- 24:04You just go into the prompt for it to do the same type of thing.
- 24:08It's simple, right?
- 24:10So if you've been concerned with using AI, this is the whole idea.
- 24:15This is not the only engine out there.
- 24:17This is one we created for all of our subscribers, okay?
- 24:21This is a tool that everybody that's part of the Forge Fire Protocol gets.
- 24:24But there's lots and lots of other ones out there, right?
- 24:27You can learn how to do it yourself, right?
- 24:31But if you want it simple, this is about as simple as you can get.
- 24:35So, and we could run through a ton of different examples, but I don't think we even need to.
- 24:41This says it all.
- 24:42Say what you want, who you want it to work with, where does it get the information, pick your engine, your model, and then forge.
- 24:51That's it.
- 24:51Can you show me an example?
- 24:53If you go down and copy that.
- 24:53Yeah.
- 24:54Or if you even change, well, let's change it, change it up above to Grok, because that's where you spend, so let's change it to Grok.
- 24:59Yeah.
- 25:00Run it.
- 25:03Yeah.
- 25:04That was pretty easy.
- 25:05You got it all right here.
- 25:06Yep.
- 25:06So I didn't have to change that.
- 25:07I just changed this, LeadScout.
- 25:09Now this is a little bit shorter, but same basic stuff.
- 25:14Cadence.
- 25:15All right.
- 25:16So now if I copy this, and that's all I do is just hit copy, and let's go to Grok.
- 25:28And so I've got a new window here in Grok.
- 25:30So let me just paste it.
- 25:32Boom.
- 25:34And I did nothing other than paste it.
- 25:38So then I hit the enter.
- 25:41And so it may ask me some questions.
- 25:43If it does, great.
- 25:45Because this is gonna ask about geographic location, stuff like that, but now you can see it working.
- 25:51How simple was that?
- 25:54Right?
- 25:55And now I've got a tool that's gonna bring me 25 leads a day for my business.
- 26:03Is that worth investing five minutes for?
- 26:10Yep.
- 26:12What is the cost for leads if you're buying leads?
- 26:14Anybody, either of you guys ever bought leads before?
- 26:17Yeah.
- 26:19Yep.
- 26:20It depends on the quality of the, and I'm going to air quote quality of the lead.
- 26:25Right.
- 26:26Because...
- 26:28These ones have been verified.
- 26:30Yeah.
- 26:30Verified by who?
- 26:32And when?
- 26:33These ones have been verified in the last six months or someone called them or these people called and were interested six months ago, but we don't know if they're interested today.
- 26:41Or these people are hot and they're interested now.
- 26:43Okay.
- 26:44That's where I found one of the most important questions to ask was just explain the process.
- 26:49How did it determine who actually is qualified?
- 26:52Yeah.
- 26:52Yeah.
- 26:53But needless to say, you're talking hundreds to thousands to tens of thousands, depending on the list you're looking for.
- 27:01Exactly.
- 27:03I know a guy in the solar industry, top producer in the solar industry out in the California area, and he was spending $40,000 a month in leads.
- 27:13Wow.
- 27:14Now, he's generating about $100,000 a month in commissions.
- 27:18So...
- 27:19Great, he profited by $60,000 a month.
- 27:21That's not bad.
- 27:22That's a decent month, right?
- 27:24We can agree on that.
- 27:25But he's working his butt off all month long, and he's spending $40,000.
- 27:31What if he could have all of those leads, and it cost him a $20 or $30 a month subscription?
- 27:39That's just what the lead company's doing.
- 27:42Now that's exactly what the lead company's doing.
- 27:44That's right.
- 27:45That's right.
- 27:46Except now it becomes...
- 27:48easy as what you just saw right here yeah we just demonstrated and we're just sitting here talking so there we go top five to work today so just pulled up um it actually not only did it do it it actually started to pull in leads so so i really didn't read through what it what it what it had to create so uh specialized lead gen uh so it did all of that uh
- 28:14Let's see here.
- 28:15What do we got?
- 28:15So input.
- 28:16So gave me some target industries, geographic focus, state and city.
- 28:21Broke it all down.
- 28:23And smart lead, scout, GA.
- 28:25So let's download this.
- 28:28And actually, let me see if I can just open it up here.
- 28:32So Piermont Landscaping Management.
- 28:35Estimated employees, 45.
- 28:37Grew from 21 in 2018, peak season, set it to 47.
- 28:41Top of brand.
- 28:42Smart Flex Hook.
- 28:44He bought the company in 2019.
- 28:45So not only does it give me the information here, and of course it gives me their website.
- 28:53I can have it get me the email, the phone number, all of that.
- 28:59But it says, he bought the company in 2019 and doubled the headcount while chasing $10 million by 2030.
- 29:05That jump is exactly when a small business, small group premiums and crew poaching from right view
- 29:13Russell, which is a competitor, I guess, get expensive.
- 29:16And a section 125 alternative funding conversation is a retention tool, not a benefits pitch.
- 29:22So it tells me the hook for him.
- 29:24There's another one Oasis landscaping and irrigation.
- 29:26I just picked these up.
- 29:28So 11 of 55 employees, LinkedIn lists, 39 people is the hook, right?
- 29:33Here's another one.
- 29:35Here's the hook.
- 29:36All right.
- 29:36So it's giving me, so it gave me the first five.
- 29:38It's giving me, well, all right, I asked for 25.
- 29:40Let's see.
- 29:40Do I have all 25?
- 29:44Let's see, let's go all the way down.
- 29:46Boom, 25.
- 29:48Right.
- 29:48So now I, one of the things I could have put in that initial request is make sure I get a, um, a phone number and contact person right now.
- 30:01And I just by putting that in now, I'm going to get those, those answers as well.
- 30:07But here's the next thing.
- 30:08Then I'm going to create a bot that's going to take those leads and reach out to those people.
- 30:15Right?
- 30:16So wait a minute, you're saying I can get leads that would be qualified.
- 30:21I can get a specific tool for them.
- 30:26And matter of fact, let me see if I can pull this up.
- 30:28One of my grok bots here.
- 30:32Not that one.
- 30:33Let's go to.
- 30:41There we go.
- 30:44What I'm going to do is I'm going to pull up a.
- 30:49So here you go.
- 30:50I'll bring this over.
- 30:52So this is one of my grok bots that I had created.
- 30:58All right.
- 30:59You don't have to go into all of this stuff.
- 31:02But literally, I'm telling it what to do.
- 31:05Right.
- 31:06Hey, chase these people.
- 31:07In other words, make sure that you reach out to them.
- 31:10Yep.
- 31:11And has sealed up on drafting.
- 31:14What these are doing is this is taking, let's see if I can give you a good example here.
- 31:26So what this is doing is this drafts a very specific outreach message to each lead that the first bot got.
- 31:39So the first bot gets the leads.
- 31:41The second bot creates a specific outreach based on the information we got about those hot buttons.
- 31:52Right?
- 31:53Tell someone how you're tying those together.
- 31:56How I tie those together?
- 31:57Yeah.
- 31:59The bot generated the leads, and then you're creating another bot that's reaching out to those leads.
- 32:04So how does one bot talk to the other bot?
- 32:06I tell them to.
- 32:09It's like telling your kids, except that the bots always do what they're told.
- 32:12I just wanted people to know how someone listening, how easy it was.
- 32:17Yes.
- 32:19Thank you for asking the question.
- 32:21And by the way, this is working on the – so I just – I pressed a button, by the way.
- 32:25What did I do over here?
- 32:26Just a moment ago, it says, which lead should I draft first?
- 32:30And I said – I hit A, right, which is – I had a list of things, kind of like I have a list up here.
- 32:36I had a list, and I said, draft the first 14th.
- 32:39or the draft of September 14th batch for Monday.
- 32:43It's working.
- 32:44It's creating all of those right now.
- 32:46So it's reviewing the list.
- 32:48It's looking at what I programmed this for.
- 32:52And we're talking about the app angle, our book.
- 32:55So this particular one was created for Forge Fire Protocol, by the way.
- 32:59And nothing is sent.
- 33:01That's important.
- 33:02I told the bot when I created it, look, don't send anything until I've reviewed it.
- 33:08Why?
- 33:08Because I want to look at what it's going to send first.
- 33:11I want to go through a series of them.
- 33:12Once I get, you know, 25, they're like, okay, this thing's spot on.
- 33:15It's doing exactly what I need.
- 33:18Then I'll let it run on its own.
- 33:20Beforehand, I'm going to check it out.
- 33:22And if I need to tweak it, I'll tweak it.
- 33:24Right.
- 33:24Going back to.
- 33:28How are you sending those out?
- 33:29How is the contact being made?
- 33:31I already connected this to my email, to an email box that I have.
- 33:36And it's literally either going out via email or it's connected to my X account.
- 33:40It's connected to my Instagram account.
- 33:44So if it finds people in, let's say, Instagram, and it's going to DM out.
- 33:50All right.
- 33:51So this is searching the web.
- 33:53It's searching social.
- 33:55It's searching what's out there.
- 33:56So here's an example.
- 33:58And it's...
- 34:00You know, this is to this guy, Matt.
- 34:02Now, you're all seeing this.
- 34:03Matt, forgive me.
- 34:05I don't have your contact information here, so that's good.
- 34:08It's not going to show that.
- 34:10But what's it saying?
- 34:11Hey, Matt, Donald Plum, Forge Fire Protocol.
- 34:14Running EcoAir and Wilson Plumbing as co-owner is exactly where the business becomes a bottleneck.
- 34:19So it talks about some different stuff, right?
- 34:22Two P&Ls, two crews, one brand.
- 34:24We forge systems so trades businesses hold without you.
- 34:29in every firefight, right?
- 34:31So that was a little interesting.
- 34:33I'm not sure that that's one that I want yet, right?
- 34:35But I can go through and look at what is the message.
- 34:40The key is every one of these is unique, okay?
- 34:44So I just ran this one on this group for the first time, and I just did it in front of you, all right?
- 34:50And what did it do?
- 34:51It gave me unique messages for each, all right?
- 34:55Now, am I going to want to tweak these?
- 34:57Yes, this is the first run.
- 34:59All right, I will give it some additional direction.
- 35:02It will redo them.
- 35:04And then I will test it again and I'll keep testing until I get my 25.
- 35:08But once I get that first 25 that are all running exactly the way that I want, it's coming out in my voice what I wanted to say, I'm done.
- 35:18So if that took me an hour, think about that.
- 35:21If that took me an hour to do, even two hours to do,
- 35:24And now every single day I've got 25 leads coming in and being reached out to.
- 35:33And it's automatic, I don't have to do a thing.
- 35:36Is there power in that?
- 35:37Is there value in that?
- 35:40This is just one example.
- 35:43And all we started with in this particular case was this little prompt we wrote.
- 35:50Right there, yeah, amazing.
- 35:53Okay, so we could give you a lot of examples.
- 35:56This just lets you see a simple process.
- 36:01We made it easy.
- 36:03AI does not need to replace you.
- 36:05AI needs to multiply you.
- 36:07Take away, let it do the stuff that you don't need to do.
- 36:12All right.
- 36:13You don't need to go and research.
- 36:15What did I do years ago?
- 36:16I would research when the web came out.
- 36:18It was awesome because I could research companies when it was when when all kinds of companies were on there.
- 36:23We could research companies.
- 36:24Now we don't have to research them anymore.
- 36:26We have somebody else do it for us.
- 36:29And instead of paying somebody, because that's what we had to do next.
- 36:32Right.
- 36:32First, we were researching and we figured this out.
- 36:34Now we started paying people to research them or we're buying leads from somebody.
- 36:39And now we've got a system where.
- 36:42I have super grok, so that's 30 bucks a month.
- 36:46I mean, that's just awesome.
- 36:50Yeah.
- 36:50Right?
- 36:52So what else?
- 36:53Is there anything else you guys think we want to really make sure that everybody understands with this?
- 36:57Because it's so simple.
- 37:00I would just say if you don't have, I mean, even if you do have a staff, who's handling, I mean, if it's the middle of the night, for example, even still, and you're expecting something, or you're one of them people who's technically on call all the time.
- 37:14Yeah.
- 37:15Yes, you can answer the phone 24-7.
- 37:17Yes, you can hire an assistant that's going to then track you down.
- 37:21But there's a way to make sure that you don't miss these calls and you don't miss this important information and you don't miss these emails.
- 37:26And I mean, I've worked in a tech space for a long time, especially in the managed services space.
- 37:30And the minute the customer has an issue, the number one thing they want to know is you're aware of it and the ticket's been created.
- 37:40And then someone's going to reach out to them shortly.
- 37:42So you can have it automate.
- 37:44Thank you.
- 37:45Your ticket's been received.
- 37:47We're reviewing it on the back end, and someone will be following up with you within the next whatever.
- 37:53So I love what Grok does.
- 37:56So, you know, Grok is my favorite, and I know you guys like Clyde better.
- 38:03All of these models have different tools.
- 38:06Yep.
- 38:06Phones are key.
- 38:08Like every one of my companies has a phone number.
- 38:11Mm-hmm.
- 38:13through Grok.
- 38:15All right, they all have Grok phone numbers.
- 38:18Grok's voice, Ava, is the one that I use in them.
- 38:23Nice voice, very professional, very clear, answers the phones, all right?
- 38:28We'll direct them, they'll send them to me or wherever they need to go on the team.
- 38:34But Ava, I can give Ava all of the information about all of our products, which I have, and she answers questions.
- 38:42She takes care of it.
- 38:43Not in a, you've got to type this bot thing, this chat, but literally just having a conversation with you.
- 38:52There's power in that.
- 38:54So you've got somebody, and we're not saying, by the way, if you have a business and you've got employees, we're not saying replace those employees.
- 39:02Those employees have tremendous value.
- 39:04What we're saying is multiply their efforts by taking away
- 39:10the things that you can have a bot or an agent do let get those things set up for all of those for for all of your employees all right we actually have a service we do that with that's that that's separate but um i was gonna say i actually know a couple companies that whenever a new task gets assigned to them they're required to say can i fix this with ai
- 39:38Because the CEO wants everything, not taking up time and getting done as fast as possible, but they still own it.
- 39:45Yeah.
- 39:46But he has them do that.
- 39:46And he also requires them to do AI training for X amount of hours per week.
- 39:52Just to make sure that they're understanding how to better leverage the tools that are available to them.
- 39:55Just so they can be more efficient.
- 39:56And he said, this is how I keep people.
- 40:00This is how I don't make people off.
- 40:01I love that phrase.
- 40:02Yep.
- 40:03I love that phrase.
- 40:03This is how I keep people.
- 40:05Yep.
- 40:06And so it's just the way you look at it and the way you frame it.
- 40:09Yeah.
- 40:11Imagine having five employees that can function as 50.
- 40:15What could you get done?
- 40:16That's right.
- 40:18You're not getting rid of those employees.
- 40:20No.
- 40:20They're doing 10 times more and enjoying it more.
- 40:24And by the way, you're not paying them more.
- 40:27Maybe a little more if they perform well and you have whatever, you can give them a raise based on performance, based on their value that they're bringing to the table.
- 40:36But what a great problem to have.
- 40:38You have to pay someone more because they've improved your operations or brought in so much money.
- 40:41What a great problem to have.
- 40:43Yeah.
- 40:45And their jobs are easier.
- 40:47Yep.
- 40:47Because they're able to focus on the stuff that they have the biggest impact on that they love to do.
- 40:52That's why they chose that type of position anyways.
- 40:55They didn't want all the ancillary stuff.
- 40:56Oh, I've got to answer the phone.
- 40:57Do I have to do this?
- 40:58Do I have to do that?
- 40:58All right.
- 41:00AI can handle those things.
- 41:01Now they're free to really do what they thrive at.
- 41:05And so it'll be even better there.
- 41:07Right.
- 41:09All right.
- 41:09So that's, and this is a foundational principle inside the protocol itself, inside the force fire protocol, because 70% or more of your business should be run through AI today.
- 41:21Doesn't mean you don't have any employees.
- 41:24You're going to have some, especially as you grow and you scale and you get to, get to be big, but, but you're going to have employees that are incredibly happy.
- 41:32They're enjoying because they get to do what they are really good at and that's their specialty.
- 41:38And they get all of these other tools handling all the other ancillary stuff.
- 41:42It makes their lives easier.
- 41:43One thing I just thought of too that I know people that are doing this.
- 41:46Let's say you have a multilingual workforce.
- 41:50Oh, golly, yeah.
- 41:53They just respond in their language.
- 41:56their native tongue, they respond to the issue or they respond to the thing they're doing.
- 42:01It automatically translates it for you and imports it in.
- 42:05Think about the save time there from a communications perspective.
- 42:10Not just save time, but the miscommunication issues.
- 42:14Right.
- 42:14That's what I'm saying.
- 42:15You say there's so much, well, so much overhead is reduced because there's, you completely pretty much eliminate the,
- 42:23almost eliminate.
- 42:24I'm going to give room for a buffer of like a 1% here, but let's just say you pretty much eliminate the miscommunication due to either interpretation or the wrong phrasing or whatever, or the system not understanding.
- 42:38And then this stuff being it's, this can all be done in the backend.
- 42:42Yeah, it really can.
- 42:44So it's, so folks, it's,
- 42:46We wanted to go over agents.
- 42:48We wanted to cover the concept of AI because we really, we don't want you to be afraid of it.

- 43:54Yeah, when you're, you know, the Forge Fire, the agent creator, it's really that simplified deployment for non-coders.
- 44:01That's the key.
- 44:02The agent creator inside the Forge Fire ecosystem, it just eliminates that steep technical learning curve that people think they need for AI.
- 44:13It's allowing non-technical operators to deploy custom autonomous agents in minutes using an intuitive structured framework that we just saw demonstrated right before us.
- 44:24By a three sentence simple prompt, look what it created.
- 44:32That's why you should be in the challenge.
