- 0:02Welcome to tea sign with Amy and Bev. Good day, good morning,
- 0:06good afternoon. I'm gonna say good day. So we gotta get started.
- 0:17It's litch. I mean the stage had been lit, that's what she tells
- 0:25you, guys, but you know backstage. You just don't know if you'd
- 0:30have to be backstage. So you're all welcome to come backstage. That's right.
- 0:37I think you can see what's really going down. Great, yeah,
- 0:44Bev Bev staged, so we're ready to go already stage and I'm huffing.
- 0:52Uh Vienna Cafe Oils is not a promotion for the Oils. It's just helly'll
- 0:58pick me up this morning because I am on that schedule of getting up at
- 1:03like four or fifteen, four twenty in the morning to go to the gym
- 1:06and get that done. So I'm still even though I've been up for most
- 1:11six hours, I'm still like I could go back to sleep right now.
- 1:15So seeing well, you have a nap in store, Um, actually I
- 1:23do because I have to go to Vegas and pick somebody up at the airport
- 1:30at eleven o'clock tonight. Oh so yeah, I'm gonna take a nap later.
- 1:36Good my tomorrow is going to be all out of whack. So just
- 1:41this, It's okay. It could be one of those times you just have
- 1:48less sleep and you're like flying on this. You don't have any restrictions,
- 1:52right, there's no there's no stop in your flow. Yeah, you get
- 1:56in our way because we get in our way. It's true. And I
- 1:59know that happens because anytime I'm doing a bigger class or event, the night
- 2:07before, I might get an hour or two of sleep, but once and
- 2:15I will be dragging in the morning, typically getting myself going, you know,
- 2:20getting the momentum going, and once the class starts or the event starts,
- 2:27I'm good. Like I just did that this past weekend. Taught a
- 2:30breaking master or class and we were together for five and a half hours,
- 2:34and I didn't sleep. While I not much sleep the night before, very
- 2:38tired in the morning, and once everybody gathered and we started, I was
- 2:45good. And then once we ended, I could feel myself like starting to
- 2:51like, oh, I need a fill out because we can actually get a
- 2:54lot of support from those classes too, because now all the energy is coming
- 2:58to work. You know, there's just a lot of energy she in that
- 3:00space being an an energy sucker, sucking all my students energy. No,
- 3:07it's because that's what it's giving. It almost It reminds me of Scuzanne Geeseman.
- 3:10And I don't know if she still does this, but she would have
- 3:13when she would do channeling, she would have a certain number of people and
- 3:16there were specific people because they would help raise her vibrational frequency to help her
- 3:21maintain this energy frequency so she could keep that connection for longer it without hesitation
- 3:29in it. Because I've caught her a few times before, she might she
- 3:31the channel is talking through her, and then she'll like almost like slow down
- 3:35from it, and she'll be like everybody increased the energy. She'll automatically ask
- 3:38for it to be done because she knows what she needed at that time.
- 3:40I don't know if she still does that, but that was once upon a
- 3:44time in her recordings. Yeah that's awesome. No, I don't. I'm
- 3:47making light heart of it. You know, call my you know, being
- 3:53an energy so you gotta keep your teacher going. Man, he paid for
- 3:55this class. But no, it's I know, it's a it's a download
- 4:00of energy that comes to me and um yeah, so no, I'm not
- 4:09sucking everybody's energy trying to keep it. I know you don't, You're not
- 4:13like that. That's that was the funny. But I just was thinking about
- 4:16how other you know, how how it really is kind of a big deal.
- 4:20Yeah, that's kind of energy that's coming in. Just like when you
- 4:24when you're having conversations with someone and all of a sudden the conversation changes to
- 4:28something that's a little bit heavy or a lot heavy. You feel it and
- 4:31you automatically want to change the vibration and it just doesn't feel good. I'd
- 4:34be like, we're talking and we're having a great time, and all of
- 4:36a sudden I say something silly about the government or whatever. You're like,
- 4:41oh, we just talk about something else. Yeah, now babbler boys changes
- 4:46the heaviness. Everything changes, And it's okay. I'm gonna say it's okay
- 4:53to allow people to be in their heaviness. It's are you going to participate
- 4:57in it? And I'll and and and encourage them to stay in it as
- 5:04well. That's the difference, right, It's like, whoa wait a minute.
- 5:10First of all, I don't want to be part of this conversation because
- 5:13this is not where I want to be with my vibration, and I feel
- 5:16I could help them shift theirs. Yeah, which is awesome. When when
- 5:21someone's talking like that to me, then I would to stop and say,
- 5:25because I have been doing this because I'm curious, it's out of my curiosity
- 5:29that comes for when someone starts bringing forward all this information and I stop and
- 5:31I'm like, okay, So if it was your world and you had all
- 5:34this control, what would it look like? How would it look like from
- 5:36there? Not even trying to implement anything, just giving him an idea to
- 5:42switch their thoughts because it's is that's simple. I've had conversations with Freeman and
- 5:46we talk about a lot of things. We talk about, Like I had
- 5:49asked him, okay, this similar conversation, he was talking about something and
- 5:54I'm like, okay, but in the ideal world, what would it would
- 5:57that look like? And he started describing to me just some different stuff and
- 6:00I just never processed it before. So it gave me something to add to
- 6:03to focus on. Like, everybody's got their own job. Everybody has their
- 6:08own job. We're not You're not going to have a million telemarketers in one
- 6:11place. Everyone is unique. Everyone is here for our purpose and that purpose
- 6:15may be something just so slightly different from somebody else's, but it brings something
- 6:19different for different people. So when you told me that it's like, then
- 6:23you wouldn't. Really we always have everything that we need, right, So
- 6:26we have everything that we need, and we're always we're always living in our
- 6:30joy because we're always providing. We're just living in that journey. But you
- 6:33don't know until you start processing that and asking yourself what does that look like?
- 6:38Because before, if you'd asked me a couple of years ago, what
- 6:40does that look like? I have no clue. I have zero idea what
- 6:44could be what could be better than that? So then you start educating yourself,
- 6:46you start learning more stuff, you start you start even implementing different definitions
- 6:53to the words that you've given, definitions to words that the way they feel
- 6:56and stuff, and you change it, you change it, and it's like
- 6:59these little subtle to change everything, changes everything in your life. Yeah,
- 7:04we actually just experienced that last Friday. Did a New Moon ceremony gathering.
- 7:10And the new moon is about setting your intentions and manifesting, and so I
- 7:15have them write down something they want to manifest, and then you know there's
- 7:24some different steps that we do. But then what I have them do is
- 7:29pair up and talk about it. And as one person is talking about what
- 7:34they're wanting to manifest, the other person is listening but also asking questions to
- 7:41get a clearer picture. Right. Yeah, you know, if I said
- 7:49what do you want to experience in a relationship, Bevin, You're like,
- 7:53oh, swim be in love? What does that mean? But I don't
- 7:57know what that means? Is there another person in the picture? Is an
- 8:03animal? What kind of relationship? And what you know? Is their gender
- 8:09involved? Is there? Do you want them financially successful or do you want
- 8:13them dependent on you? You? Right? So that's what we do,
- 8:16is we get clearer. And so I'll have them switch partners because each person
- 8:24is going to maybe come forward with different questions about getting clear and then that
- 8:31also amplifies like we're holding that vision for that person. And so it's it's
- 8:37to me, it's an interesting process and I think it helps to have kind
- 8:41of you know that you might call it like a mastermind group of helping you
- 8:46get clearer on what it is you're wanting to bring to yourself. And life
- 8:52does that for you too. Life helps you get clearer because it presents things
- 8:54just so you can have the experience. If we just look at it that
- 8:58way, Oh, the waiter brought me kidney beans and liver, I don't
- 9:03know, you know, something that maybe I'm not gonna I'd be like,
- 9:05oh, no, no, thank you, I don't want that. So
- 9:07instead of but that's the way we can approach life. So when something's coming
- 9:11to us, it's like, no, thank you, But what do I
- 9:13want in place of that? So instead I'll go ahead and get your chicken,
- 9:16fried chicken, or you know whatever. I'm not saying that that's what
- 9:18I normally eat and doesn't really for command or what I eat, but it
- 9:22has to do. I'm just saying it's on a menu. If I'm looking
- 9:24at it, I've made a decision because something was presented to me that I
- 9:26didn't really care for it. I didn't resonate with it, right, that's
- 9:30the best way of saying it. I didn't resonate with her or him that
- 9:33food. Whatever, What do you do? What do you resonate with?
- 9:37So you start when you start thinking about that, the universe doesn't have to
- 9:39keep throwing all these things in your way, so you can figure out well,
- 9:43I don't like this. I don't like I do like that. I
- 9:45mean we can if we start identifying it and we start taking participating more in
- 9:50this whole journey instead of being distracted in this journey, we'll start noticing big
- 9:54differences. Yeah. I was just listening to um in my podcasts. He's
- 10:01a business influencer and his guests like, went from being in prison and he
- 10:09had a tough childhood. Let me tell you what it was like. Wow,
- 10:16but ended up in prison, got out and and now he's a coach
- 10:22and he's making millions. And so what he was talking about, which is
- 10:26a long you know what you're saying is it would be my words, not
- 10:35his. It would be more beneficial for us to do the things, or
- 10:41spend at least five minutes a day doing the thing that we had our heart
- 10:46set on when we were kids. Right, there was a moment where there
- 10:54was something that just absolutely lit you up. And as we got older,
- 11:01you know, let it go to the waistside because now we have to adult
- 11:05and then and all the responsibilities with adulting. Um, but he's and then
- 11:13ed Milet shared that h that he has a friend who was doing a thing
- 11:20it wasn't happy, and he's like he took a self reflection type of thing
- 11:26and said, okay, well, what is it when I was a kid
- 11:28that I liked to do? He's like, I really like to argue and
- 11:33he and the other thing was he would stick up for the you know,
- 11:37if a kid's some kids had altercations on the playground or whatever, he would
- 11:43stick up for them the basically like the weaker one, you know. And
- 11:50and so he had this, uh, this self inquiry at the age of
- 11:56thirty. And once he realized that, he went back to school, became
- 12:01or he went to college and became a lawyer. And then and my legs
- 12:05like he's a happy guy now he's loving what he's doing. And so it
- 12:09doesn't necessarily mean like I'm going to be a dancer, I'm going to be
- 12:13a singer. I mean something I would I wouldn't even imp thought, you
- 12:16know, thought of that, Like, oh, when I was a kid,
- 12:18I used to argue all the time, Well, what profession or what
- 12:26what's out there when you can't do this right? Wow, okay, I
- 12:30would be an attorney. That's funny, you know, from in my experience
- 12:35for me, I didn't I don't have anything that I wanted to do.
- 12:39I wanted to be around I liked being around animals. I did that,
- 12:43I mean, but that wasnt my passion, that was my escape. Honestly,
- 12:46I don't. There's so much hidden spots for my life that I don't
- 12:52recall that I don't remember. I still feel even at that point of that
- 12:58age because I was asted really young, so that when that was happening,
- 13:03everything changed for me. So I don't remember before that. I don't really
- 13:07remember everything after that, but I just know that I felt like I was
- 13:09in a people pleasing mode always. So it's like what would get the Oh,
- 13:13well, maybe I'll be a veterinarian, or maybe I'll be a nurse
- 13:16or but it was I never had a passion for any of that stuff.
- 13:20So I find it interesting because I think it's great, because that's great information.
- 13:22I've heard it before. I talked about before about really looking at it
- 13:26was recent, really looking at you what you wanted to do when you're a
- 13:30kid. I just didn't. It just doesn't. Nothing comes to mind for
- 13:33me. I don't remember ever being I just don't ever remember having a focus
- 13:39on that. I always felt like I was well I Eventually I'll grow up,
- 13:43you know, even like I've told you not that long ago. We
- 13:45see, when I grow up, I'll figure out what I'm going to do,
- 13:46because I still don't know what I'm gonna do. Yeah, even though
- 13:48I talked to a friend yesterday and she says that she's thinking about retiring in
- 13:54the following year, and she said, because I'm gonna follow my path,
- 13:58I want to follow my growth, And I thought, holy shit, that
- 14:01is so that that hit me so hard because even feel because I talk about
- 14:05retiring this year, even though I'm talking about it, people still have opinions
- 14:11about stuff like that. Well, how can they have opinion about your growth?
- 14:15I mean seriously, And it's not because I don't want them to have
- 14:16an opinion, because it's something if I'm presenting to them, it's for them
- 14:20to think about what do they want to do with their lives? Do they
- 14:22want to continue doing the same thing they're doing without even knowing what I'm going
- 14:26to be doing without even knowing. Seriously, I don't know, but I
- 14:31also know it's I want to follow. It's not even I want to I'm
- 14:33following my passions and whatever that is. And initially for me following your passions,
- 14:39it might be you might get like a dim light of a passion.
- 14:41It's it's not like you've got this big, freaking illuminating light that's like freaking
- 14:46shining and right over here, and it's like I know right where to go
- 14:48to like the moth right. It's not working that way. It's a little
- 14:52bit less, but it's the more I key into myself, then I start
- 14:56noticing that kind of gave me a little bit excitement in my body. Oh
- 15:00I felt that my solar plexus. Oh, I felt that my heart.
- 15:01I felt like I was going to cry, almost like all these emotions that
- 15:05kind of come forward that indicate that this is where we're at. But my
- 15:07emotions are going to be so small to notify me because I never allowed my
- 15:11emotions before. Even something I'm reading this morning. If you want something better
- 15:16of a relationship, it's filling things deep emotions, And I honestly truly don't
- 15:20know that I've really felt the deep emotions. I felt like I felt a
- 15:24lot of stuff that was regarding myself, how the passing of someone not being
- 15:30here or how it's affected me, how I missed that person being here.
- 15:33But the deeper emotions. I feel like there's something deeper there now that I
- 15:37haven't recognized before. But I'm at a space where I'm willing to recognize that.
- 15:41I'm willing to step into that place. I'm not willing to be that
- 15:46person to sit back and listen to all the sad songs and make myself cry
- 15:48the whole time. But there's experiences now, Okay, I'm ready for them
- 15:52to come forward because anything that might be keeping me from me enjoying my path
- 15:56for I'm enjoying this journey while I'm here because I want to enjoy the hell
- 16:00out of this journey, like I really, I really do. And when
- 16:04I say I want to, that means I'm not I'm not one hundred percent
- 16:07doing that. But I'm finding more and more reasons why I've held myself back,
- 16:12and a lot of it is because a perception of others. You know,
- 16:17it can go back to the same conversation and we've talked about this stuff
- 16:19and we do great. But then I start recognizing there's another layer of it,
- 16:23right, it's it actually goes along with money, it goes along with
- 16:30popularity, it goes along with all these things, all these things that we've
- 16:33kind of kept ourselves from and then how do we know it's we start asking
- 16:37the questions, we start asking deeper questions, more emotional questions, and the
- 16:42stuff that it's it's just you just on the other side of that. You
- 16:45walk outside the end, you're you're at the end of the tunnel. You
- 16:48come out, you're not in it anymore, you're not restricted anymore. The
- 16:52flow is completely there, completely there, and it's just a coming in from
- 16:57directions that we're not expecting her into fading in any way, shape or form.
- 17:02I've had dreams that have told me that everything's PaperWorks. Already in the
- 17:07works, is what I was told. Interesting, there's just interesting things.
- 17:10So that's something I went to bed thinking about. But I'm getting you get
- 17:12messages, We get them all the time, all the time, and it's
- 17:15just to be in that space up, holding faith and know what's going to
- 17:18happen, and then then put your attention on it, go do something else.
- 17:22So I'm learning to do something else. If I'm not happy about what
- 17:26the where my body's going, then I'm out running. If I'm not,
- 17:29because I don't always go in the town. It's not for me. It's
- 17:30I don't like driving the town every day. If I don't have to go
- 17:33in the town to pick up any of the grandkids or do anything, I'll
- 17:37stay home. Excuse me, But I can go. I can go for
- 17:41a run out here where I'm at in the middle of a desert. Cows
- 17:48and I could chase cows. I love. I love the cows. They're
- 17:52so cute. It's interesting that you mentioned being a nurse or a veterinarian,
- 17:57because that's what I was thinking when I was little. That's funny in that
- 18:03vining so um so. So if you want to break it down, it's
- 18:06of service, being of service right right, and nature so so yeah,
- 18:17I it was one of those things. So back in that day, right
- 18:19when we were little, it was graduate. It was the thing, you
- 18:23graduate and go to college. Well, when I was about done with school,
- 18:27I was about done with school. I was like, I don't want
- 18:30to go college, so I didn't. I did take some a couple of
- 18:36college courses for I did classes. I never got a degree though, and
- 18:42it and I would just just wasn't interested in it. So when you said
- 18:49I didn't have a passion for those topics, I didn't either. I was
- 18:55like, I didn't have that pulled to it, but it knew there would
- 19:02be something even as a child, was like, I knew there would be
- 19:06something where I would be helping people. I didn't figure that out till my
- 19:11you know, forties. But that's okay. I'm okay with that. So
- 19:17yeah, And I mean a guy who doesn't figure out he wants to be
- 19:19an attorney until he's thirty, and he's now he's got to go to what
- 19:22six years of school at least an internship and all that. So it's it's
- 19:29okay, no matter what I d you're at that you can still do what
- 19:34lights you up now ed my let What he said was he when he was
- 19:40younger, he loved to run, and he got disconnected from that, and
- 19:48and so he recently started riding horses and he was trying to figure out he
- 19:55feel. He's like, I was trying to figure out why I love this
- 19:57so much? And then it hit him that the horses could run, and
- 20:02they ran faster than he could, right, and so he's just like,
- 20:04I just love it. So it's there might be a way to If you
- 20:11think you can't do what you want to do, there's probably a way around
- 20:15it to get that same feeling in your body, that same sensation of being
- 20:22filled up. And this gentleman is his name was his drain, Drain Jones,
- 20:30and he's his main premise of his conversation was living from your heart.
- 20:36And when we talk about this, we've been talking about this for like three
- 20:38years now, and it's just the way it's presented, right. You hear
- 20:44it in different words, and and it kind of, you know, makes
- 20:49things shift even more within your brain and in your body. And and just
- 20:55like you just had that shift about following your growth and so living from your
- 21:02heart or finding your passion, living in your passion. Right, So it's
- 21:07just a play with words to see what fits for you. But that idea
- 21:11is that there's something that get y'all giddy. Yeah, right, and it's
- 21:17like give some attention to it, give some attention to it, and just
- 21:22see what happens. And and but if anything is going to help you feel
- 21:26good more often, who doesn't want that? Yeah, no kidding, But
- 21:32it's been true, and you know, different ways of the sciphering it.
- 21:36So the same thing he loved. That guy loved to argue when he was
- 21:38a kid. So he became an attorney, we were doing things. If
- 21:41they wanted to break it down, it wasn't so much the actual role of
- 21:45being a nurse or a veterinarian. It was the actual assisting of people and
- 21:48being outside. That's the one thing I struggle with, even for me,
- 21:52and I don't. I control my hours, so I don't see any more
- 21:56than three to four. Lately it's just been three, so I've been restricting
- 22:00it because I feel I noticed a difference. But I don't like being stuck
- 22:04inside. I cannot stand it. I don't like being where I cannot be
- 22:07looking out windows or out I mean where I'm sitting out now in my office.
- 22:11I have two big windows and I can look out into my yard,
- 22:14So I mean, I don't I'd like to be able to see outside.
- 22:17I'd like to be I like the flow, and that's probably grounding. So
- 22:19it's kind of deciphering and some of the things that you felt like you wanted
- 22:22to do when you were a kid too, That's what I mean. It's
- 22:26just really looking into it. I don't know how, like you said,
- 22:29how the guy got I mean, you could have done on a different bunch
- 22:30of different things. But arguing, you know, but so we always Even
- 22:36at that age, at a young age, I knew that I could rely
- 22:38on my animals right for me. Until my cat end up dying and I
- 22:44was just just devastated. But I even still to this day, if I
- 22:48would have given it the appreciation knowing that spirit was with me because I would
- 22:52feel my cat laying on my feet as a child, I would feel or
- 22:56laying on my feet and she wasn't there because I know she had transitioned already.
- 23:00I would hear her. There was different different things. I feel her
- 23:02walking on the bed. There was just different things that she was letting me
- 23:06know that she was there. But I was a child that nobody was explaining
- 23:08to me, Oh, well, she's just letting you know she's still there.
- 23:11She doesn't have her fur body anymore. She's still with you. But
- 23:14no one ever talked to me about that kind of stuff. The only thing
- 23:18I ever heard about when I was a kid was ghost stories. I would
- 23:21hear the family get together and they start talking about, oh, yeah,
- 23:23you know, having their foot and something touched their foot. It's like,
- 23:26motherfucker. I would never let my foot hang outside those covers because I didn't
- 23:32matter how hot I was. I was petrified. Now it doesn't matter.
- 23:34Put your hand over the bedside. Now at night, man, you're in
- 23:37the center of the bed and covered up. That's right, it's all right,
- 23:42it's all right. I'm sweating, It's okay, it's good. We're
- 23:45good, we're solid, we're covered. Nothing can touch us. Throb as
- 23:48blankets sleep tonight because but you know what, nobody's gonna get me. Yeah,
- 23:56I remember. And it's funny. I don't know why I go into
- 23:57this direction, but I remember being a kid, and I remember reading a
- 24:02book and I was really drawn to dark stuff for a while there because I
- 24:06was going through my stuff. I just I was looking, and I don't
- 24:08think I even realized I was looking, but my uncle that had passed away,
- 24:12I had dozed off, and then I kind of woke up, kind
- 24:17of in that in between space. I can see the light was on,
- 24:18I got covered up, the book got closed set aside for me, and
- 24:22my light got turned off. I witnessed all this stuff happening. So I
- 24:26was like there was there was ways that spirit showed up in it, and
- 24:29that uncle. I wasn't like close with him, but I knew that was
- 24:30him. I just knew, So there was just different stuff that was going
- 24:33on. Even around the house. There was this different stuff that I would
- 24:37see as a kid, and you know, we forget about that stuff,
- 24:41and I'm remembering it right now, So I guess that's all that matters.
- 24:42Just a bunch of different little things like that. But we've just go through
- 24:47this whole life and then we get distracted by all the stuff that's outside of
- 24:49us, and then what do we do. We pay attention more to the
- 24:52stuff it's outside of us, we lose ourselves completely, and then when you're
- 24:57totally lost, like, how the hell do you love yourself? How do
- 25:00you love yourself? From this place? It's step by steps. It's just
- 25:03a step at a time. It's making different decisions. It's putting your left
- 25:07shoe on first, maybe then the right shoe if you always do it right,
- 25:10right shoe. It's just doing something slightly off from what you normally do,
- 25:14and then watching what happens, watching how things transpire, catching the messages,
- 25:18listening to the messages. I like, I've talked to you about it.
- 25:22I listened to certain readings that are on YouTube. They'll tell you to
- 25:25pick a pile, I pick a pile. I don't listen to the whole
- 25:26message. I just know that pile is for me because I can either get
- 25:30a resonation and inside of myself, I use a pendulum to ask myself which
- 25:33one's going to be the ideal one for my answers. And I listen to
- 25:37that, and I don't get hopeful about it. I just listen to it
- 25:40and take in whatever resonates with me, and I let it go and I
- 25:42get excited about it. Oh my gosh, I'm this. I've got so
- 25:45much money coming my way. Because our bodies and our lives know no difference,
- 25:49they know no different than our thoughts. Our thoughts have been controlling everything
- 25:53that's happening around. Is if if you don't have enough money, it's your
- 25:56thoughts. There's something in your thoughts you don't think you're worth. It's old
- 26:00beliefs or I've even heard it. When the more of the money comes in,
- 26:04you're trying to spend a discast as possible, because money is evil,
- 26:07right, All these different beliefs, so belief systems, those are the simple
- 26:11things. And it could be something just as so simple as you don't want
- 26:15to be looked at better than somebody else. You don't want to. You
- 26:17don't want to make somebody else feel uncomfortable for their lack of So I mean,
- 26:21there's just so many different things that are going on. And then throwing
- 26:23a partner, well that'll hurt turn into a ship show real quick, you
- 26:27think, because then you start applying your partner's information to your ones and needs.
- 26:33So if you're hearing your partner say, well, I don't know how
- 26:34we're going to do that. The money's not there right now, then it's
- 26:38there, starts creating a stress, right, It starts creating a stress.
- 26:41And now the person that's has all the staith and has all these answers and
- 26:45knows that money's coming in now starts creating doubt. And now I start like,
- 26:49well it's not hear you. How comust not hear it? So they
- 26:52start going through the whole process, right, and then all the while they're
- 26:56still keeping themselves from something they want, and then it starts creating an anxiety.
- 27:00For me, it's been recognizing as soon as I feel if I go
- 27:03to pay something and it was more than I thought it was going to be,
- 27:07I take a breath, and I know everything's always working out for me,
- 27:11so I don't put a whole lot of energy into it like I have
- 27:12in the past, my past up, I put a lot of energy into
- 27:17it. I put a lot of energy into it. So it's but that's
- 27:21not what I wanted, right, But that's just what I was paying that,
- 27:23that's what I was advertising for. I'm like, okay, come on,
- 27:26come this way. I love it this way. Money. Money doesn't
- 27:30love me. And that's not even the true story. Money is just money.
- 27:34Love is everywhere around us if we choose to be open to it.
- 27:41So also watching a podcast Alex's Next Level Soul talking to a lame Sorry I
- 27:48don't know her name, but her premise is teaching people that that when we're
- 28:00going through something and we feel struggle, or feel anxiety, or we feel
- 28:06anger, you know, we're feeling a certain way. Her practice is to
- 28:12teach people that the actual experience doesn't have any meaning. There's no meaning to
- 28:19it. It's just an experience. You know, when they say it is
- 28:22what it is, it just is. I've said it myself, it's just
- 28:27is. It's just an experience, just something took place. But then we
- 28:33bring our thoughts, our beliefs, our patterns, our habits are programming our
- 28:41stories as we're perceiving what's happening, and then that's where the meaning comes from.
- 28:48But otherwise the experience had no meaning. So then that's if you think
- 28:52back, that's what we did as children. We witnessed something and we gave
- 29:00meaning to it, but the actual experience didn't have any meaning. And and
- 29:06so she took Alex through a process of clearing up some stuff about money,
- 29:12and it was it was quite interesting because again it's everybody's everybody's teaching the same
- 29:19thing. Basically, we're just all teaching it from different viewpoints, different perspectives,
- 29:26different verbiage. And so I was finding this fascinating because I actually listened
- 29:33to both of those this morning, nice one while I was working out,
- 29:36one while I was getting ready for my day and having breakfast, and I
- 29:40was like, wow, So, you know, living from your heart space
- 29:45doing something light you up, and it stopped giving meaning to things that don't
- 29:49have no meaning. That's true. That's true. If we put you much
- 29:55into it, it just goes back to the whole thing. You know,
- 29:57when you listen to some of the medium stuff. Person died once and you've
- 30:00killed him a million more times since then because you remember it over and over
- 30:03and over again. That was something that was just an experience, right,
- 30:07It was just an experience, which is does sounds kind of harsh in some
- 30:11ways, but once and believe me, I would feel that it would feel
- 30:15harsh in certain times too, I'm sure, but overall, in general,
- 30:19I do feel like it's it's not harsh. It's just that's that's just a
- 30:22matter of perception. That's just are you looking at it from a five D
- 30:26world? Are you looking at it from a three D world? And she
- 30:30even talked about her her husband passed I think she said six years ago,
- 30:36and he was like everything to her and focusing on him dying. And then
- 30:44she added meaning to it of how am I going to run a business?
- 30:47How am I going to do this? Oh? My gosh, am I
- 30:48good enough? Right? And she goes, when I put what I do
- 30:52into practice from myself, She's like, there was no meaning to his passing.
- 30:59He passed, he died. It was how I was bringing my stories
- 31:06into it of not being good enough, of you know, how I'm not
- 31:11smart enough to run a business. You know, these things that she was
- 31:15identifying within herself that was being projected onto this experience of her husband passing,
- 31:23and she goes, you know what, the business still running and I'm still
- 31:27doing okay? She said, so, yeah, And it's no different that
- 31:33if you and I wat were so if you were in a room and I
- 31:37came into the room and never approached you, never said hi, do you
- 31:42never did had any interaction with you, but you saw me, and you
- 31:47you didn't make any attempt to go to me either. And then in the
- 31:51room ten twenty minutes and then I leave. What do you give to that
- 31:56meaning or that story or to that experience? What did I do wrong?
- 32:00How come she didn't talk to me? She mad at me? What is
- 32:04that all about? Why is she ignoring me? I know she saw me?
- 32:07Right then we start bringing all that our childhood drama and trauma stories into
- 32:15when the fact is, yeah, I probably saw you. Yes, I
- 32:17probably was on a mission. Maybe I had something really urgent to take care
- 32:22of and I needed to get it done, and I didn't. I knew
- 32:23if I went and talk to BEV, We're gonna stand there for an hour
- 32:25talking, because that's what we do all the time, probably two hours.
- 32:29I don't got time for that I'm not even gonna say hi to her because
- 32:31I don't want to get drawn into that, right, So, so you
- 32:36know, Bev could sit there and have this huge story conjured up about me
- 32:39not talking to her, and that the fact is had nothing to do with
- 32:44her, absolutely nothing to do with her. I was on a mission.
- 32:46I had to do something. So that's an example what she was talking about.
- 32:51Even something like that, that we just blow way out of proportion in
- 32:55our head and then of course, right it creates this dressed in our body,
- 33:00and then we're all upset and we're tight in tents and and our whole
- 33:04day's ruined because I amy didn't go say hi to Bev. Blood's all out
- 33:09in your freaking limbs, not in your brain, and they're in there in
- 33:12your organs and everything else. Right, So it's just so valuable. Yeah,
- 33:19So she helps people identify what are they bringing to the experience to create
- 33:24the meaning when the fact is there's no meaning and it never existed. I
- 33:30haven't seen this video yet, all have to go off to find it and
- 33:32check it out. YEA sounds good. Yeah, So always learning, always
- 33:38growing, and um, I really appreciated the both of those podcasts this Morning,
- 33:45so and it's and it's funny because I do this a lot. But
- 33:49when you set your intention for the information, what do I need to hear
- 33:52today? So that was the one that Susan Giesemanship of the Going Right.
- 33:54She says, what do I need to know right now? But we can
- 33:58do that with anything. It's really years before, even when you're going onto
- 34:00YouTube, because I do this all the time. So if anybody else is
- 34:02out there, they like to go onto YouTube. I just set my intentions
- 34:06what do I need to know right now? And it's funny the stuff that
- 34:08shows up on there. So I'll be like, Okay, I'll give it
- 34:12a try and see what it is. And sometimes it might be listening to
- 34:15doctor Berg. Sometimes it's listening to Barbara. Sometimes it's listening to a reading.
- 34:19Sometimes it's listen to Alex or Esther Hicks or you know, there's so
- 34:22many, so many different things, so so many different things, Athena,
- 34:27Athena and truth. You know, all these different people that they are like
- 34:30players because they're players for you and you're in for me anyways, not for
- 34:35everybody, but they're because they're bringing it forward information I need to hear right
- 34:37now. And how do I know? Because the way it resonates in my
- 34:40body, the way that it feels within my body, you know, it's
- 34:44the same thing. How do you know that you'd like something or don't like
- 34:46something, Well, when someone starts talking about something you don't like, you
- 34:49automatically could fill it in your body automatic the government. And maybe you can't
- 34:54stand German chocolate cake, you know what I mean. Maybe your favorite is
- 34:59white cake, so that'd be like, oh gosh, no, I love
- 35:01this stuff. But that's how you know. That's getting in touch with your
- 35:04own feelings, being in that space of knowing how it feels, because otherwise
- 35:08I wouldn't know how. I wouldn't know how to even navigate here, Honestly,
- 35:13I really wouldn't. It's it can be very confusing. All the information
- 35:15that we're around all the time isn't very high vibing, typically, especially from
- 35:22births. And now that we're finding our like minded groups, we're finding our
- 35:25groups and gravitating towards those and expanding. And then it doesn't mean you stay
- 35:30in those groups forever because sometimes you don't resonate with people there either, and
- 35:34then you end up going in a different direction, which is no different or
- 35:37better than anybody else. Not necessarily it is different. You're deciding to go
- 35:42from a different track. But there's it's little subtle things like that. It's
- 35:45just all easy stuff and it's not holding on to stuff. You know,
- 35:50And I've done it too. When someone's like not calling you anymore and not
- 35:52contacting you, it's okay, it's okay. There's no residence right now with
- 35:57you. What they may have something going on in their life right now,
- 36:00or maybe you've got something going on in your life that you're not a resonant.
- 36:05You don't resonate with that individual. Maybe they're doing something different. But
- 36:07we all come together because there really is no separation anyways. And it's just
- 36:12enjoying the process of the journey. It's just enjoying it every moment and then
- 36:17questioning things, asking things. I get into places all the time, then
- 36:22I have to ask, is that me? Is this mine? What do
- 36:25I do with this information? How can I grow from this? And I
- 36:29can tell you when you're looking at the problem, there's no solution. There's
- 36:31never a solution. I don't ever get an answer. But when I'm in
- 36:35a neutral space and everything's going or even in alistical space, information can come
- 36:38in. Just like when I was talking to you about cleaning litter boxes,
- 36:42and all of a sudden I hear Boxie. It's just different stuff. I
- 36:45came out of meditation in the mornings and I have heard different Colline or Gilatin
- 36:52or you know, certain things that maybe I had asked the question before,
- 36:54and I'm just now getting an answer to it. And when the answer comes,
- 36:58I know exactly what it's for. Not always though, because the kolleen
- 37:00I don't even I just know that it was to benefit deliver. There's a
- 37:04lot more to it than that. So it's just I find this stuff interesting,
- 37:07and I pursue things like I know, for women going through menopause or
- 37:14going through any type of changes or hormones or heavy periods or any of this
- 37:16kind of stuff, you've got to start looking outside of yourself if you want
- 37:20to keep going to the doctors and getting the information that maybe isn't resonating with
- 37:22you, or isn't satisfying you, or isn't changing the outcome of whatever you're
- 37:27experiencing, It's time to go within. Because I'm telling you setting yourself up
- 37:30in the morning, like what do I need to hear right now? Sets
- 37:34me right into place? What do I need to hear right now? I
- 37:36started listening to a Barbara. I found her on TikTok and I like to
- 37:39listen to her. She's got an accident. I don't know where she's from
- 37:43exactly. It might be Australia, I'm not really sure. But she is
- 37:45all about health. She's all about foods, and she's all about simple,
- 37:51this simple, basic stuff which we've all have left behind, Like all this
- 37:54basic stuff we get. We've gotten so accustomed to process foods. I mean
- 37:59not I don't, but I had, you know, I had always been
- 38:02in that space. But it's the basic stuff like drinking water and then don't
- 38:07drink a ton of fluid when you're drinking eating a meal, because that's diluting
- 38:09your acids in your stomach that are doing their job to break down the food
- 38:15that just came into it. And now you're dumping a bunch of fluid into
- 38:17it. Now you're making letting stuffs sit in there. So the hydrugs.
- 38:22I can't even remember what it's called anyways, it'll come to me anyways.
- 38:27But it's like that, all that stuff, and it starts sitting on your
- 38:29stomach. Then you're not digesting life right now, you're having a digestive issue.
- 38:32But if you're focused on doing all this stuff for yourself, it works
- 38:36out one hundred percent. It starts to making sense. We just have you
- 38:39have to explore outside of yourself and see what resonates with you. This person
- 38:44resonates with me. They're giving me information that's been valuable. I've tried some
- 38:47things, I'm noticing different things. It's huge. So it's like we can
- 38:52get stuck in the problem, and then that's stuck that you feel like you
- 38:55can't move forward, you're not getting any answers, and you're unhappy. It's
- 38:59depres saying because you can't figure out what the hell is wrong until you start
- 39:02not looking at the problem. You start exploring things, well, what can
- 39:06I do for myself? What what what could be good for my body?
- 39:07Instead of being like, oh god, this is going on. I don't
- 39:10know what's going to fix it. We can't. You can't fix it from
- 39:14that space, But you can't fix it from the space of curiosity, wondering
- 39:17what's going on, exploring different things, and then things start showing up for
- 39:22you and that to me, that's exciting. That lights my fire up too,
- 39:25because if it's benefiting me, then someone's going to come across my path
- 39:29and I'm gonna be able to share this experience or this information with them and
- 39:31they can take it or leave it, because it's not I'm not here to
- 39:35fix people anymore. That's the thing. I was here to fix people before.
- 39:38There's nothing wrong with you people, nothing wrong. We're all on a
- 39:42journey, all of us. We're having an experience. That's it. Yeah,
- 39:47yeah, I love that. And how often too that when you have
- 39:57something going on with your within your cell, whether it's your body or any
- 40:01problem, and you you're seeking solutions. You're seeking you want a solute Let
- 40:10me put this way, you want a solution, but you keep talking about
- 40:15the problem and every street and because you're in that space of talking about the
- 40:19problem, everybody you talk to has this similar problem or it's got to outdo
- 40:25your problem, and you're still focused on the problem, and you just stir
- 40:34in it, right, I mean I I I know I said this before.
- 40:40Is especially when there's a new um, a woman who is newly pregnant,
- 40:46so first and every woman who comes in contact with her has to tell
- 40:52their tell her they're gruesome story of their pregnancy. But it's like, oh
- 40:59no, we don't want to do that. We don't know, we don't
- 41:02know why her her experience is going to be like dope, don't go planning
- 41:07the seeds. Like you're going to be sick for the first three months.
- 41:10Not everybody is. If your labor is horrible, not everybody's is. Right,
- 41:16So it's like, be careful when you're when you're bringing sit with the
- 41:25problem you have, but shifting the attention to seeking a solution, because when
- 41:31you're seeking the solution, then it's more apt that the information is going to
- 41:36come from that space and that energy than sitting in the problem. And then
- 41:40everybody that you talk to that day it's got problems and it's a mess.
- 41:45Yeah, because it's two different energies. It's stwu different energies. You can't
- 41:49be in the depth of a problem and just you can't see outside of it.
- 41:53Just like being in depression and wanting to be happy at the same time,
- 41:55you just can't have both at the same time. It can only be
- 41:59one. So you can either have a solution or you can have the problem.
- 42:01Because it's two different energies. Yeah, and then the best way to
- 42:06get there. And I and I've also when you said once, I have
- 42:08been in that space of wanting answers, of wanting, and it's like constantly
- 42:13looking for answers and not having faith, probably because I did. I didn't
- 42:17have faith from that space. Like even with my hair, I didn't have
- 42:21faith from that space because nothing I was getting there was zero resolution to anything.
- 42:24But I was constantly in that space of there, there's a problem,
- 42:27there's a problem here, something needs to be fixed, just like you said,
- 42:30going and talking about it. Oh, breeding look look at my hair
- 42:34over here. Um, oh no, Ariana, really look look, Oh
- 42:37I understand, I understand. Look you know what I mean. Constantly bringing
- 42:40this stuff up, constantly and not even realizing there was that we're doing it
- 42:46and why that's just old patterns that may not even be patterns that were ours
- 42:51in the first place, but we learned it from somebody else. And that's
- 42:53the whole thing. How much of this stuff do you want to carry on?
- 42:57I don't anymore. I just don't want to do it anymore. I
- 43:00don't want it. When someone asked me what am I going to do?
- 43:01I don't know what I'm gonna do, and I'm okay with that, and
- 43:05that's I'm the only one that has to be okay with that. It doesn't
- 43:07matter what anybody else thinks, right, it just it really doesn't, I
- 43:09say, right, but it's right to me. That's right. It doesn't
- 43:14matter what someone else believes that this is the right path for me. It's
- 43:16a leap of faith, honestly, And if I keep having this drawing pulling
- 43:22me in a certain direction, I'm going to do it. And we've talked
- 43:25about this before, but I want to remind people when when you've got to
- 43:29dream about something, your dream is chasing you, stop and accept the dream.
- 43:34Like because I've been that person, I even still so myself is like,
- 43:39hey it butterfly just flew right by. It came up to the window
- 43:43and flew right path both windows, and make sure like, hey, transformations
- 43:45going on right here, baby, right right? Which it is? It
- 43:52is. There's so much blessings, Like right now, when the grandkids come
- 43:57out, we're hunting ladybooks. There are millions of them. They're everywhere,
- 44:01everywhere, and it's awesome cool. Most people won't know that because they don't
- 44:07go outside. Right, what's good for us the sun? But people have
- 44:09gotten afraid of getting out in the sun because they're worried about skin cancer.
- 44:13Get out there for like fifteen and twenty minutes. It's not like something you
- 44:15have to be out there all day long. And if you are, you
- 44:19know, do what you need to do. But there's just so many There's
- 44:22just all these little subtle things. But we've fear has been planted in us
- 44:28and it doesn't have to be there anymore. And it's not even our fears,
- 44:30it's just somebody else's experience that now we've taken it on right. Oh
- 44:35wait, I need that in my suitcase too when I go on this trip.
- 44:37No, we don't need we don't need all that bullshit anymore. Simple,
- 44:42it's simple. It's back to the simple things. Simple. I would
- 44:47go back to UM. All right. The conversation we kind of started with
- 44:52it kind of goes along with what you're talking about. But what was you
- 44:55were talking and I was getting this image of power and control And that's what
- 45:00we're living our life by fear, power and control. We want to feel
- 45:05like we're in control in some way, and that a lot of times that
- 45:08shows up as anger, throwing a temper, tantrum, whatever. And you
- 45:15know, I'm thinking about thinking about the government, thinking about the the drug
- 45:29rings. Put it that way, starts with the C word. It south
- 45:37of our border. I don't know how much you can get away with.
- 45:42I'm saying these on social media, so you know, you get the idea.
- 45:46So anyway, the stress, the amount of stress, and even people
- 45:53would just businesses in general needing that needing to feel that power and control and
- 46:02the stress of making the decisions to make sure the money's coming in, make
- 46:09sure that their number one all the time, make sure that they're hitting the
- 46:14ratings, making sure, you know, all eyes are on their branding.
- 46:20And it's it's like, how would it be if everyone it's just you know,
- 46:31this imagination of everyone on the planet, if they were spending at least
- 46:36five minutes a day doing something that was from their heart space, from their
- 46:43passion, from that space of joy, how much different everything would be.
- 46:49Because the more you connect with that passion and joy, the more of it
- 46:54you want. And so that's most likely going to lead you to increasing the
- 47:00amount of time you're doing that in steud of doing the things that are conjuring
- 47:04up stress, instead of living in your drama and trauma, instead of living
- 47:08in those unhealthy relationships that you would be living from your heart space and doing
- 47:16what lights you up? How how amazingly different would this world be a majority
- 47:25of the people on the planet, and I would say probably one hundred percent
- 47:29of us. I'll go ninety nine point nine extended because there are some people
- 47:35who can't go out in the sun. But ah, if we all connected
- 47:39with nature in some way, whether it's through animals or just nature or whatever
- 47:45whatever that looks like water, what would our planet be like? What would
- 47:51the population of the planet be like? Right? So I was getting this
- 47:54this image and visual when you were talking a while ago about that. So
- 48:01it's like I needed to share that because that gives you instead of focusing on
- 48:07the problem, That gives you something else to focus on. Ain't some other
- 48:12visualization? Yeah? It does. And then also let's just go with connecting
- 48:17to outside when you're the more you're connected to nature, the more you're not
- 48:22going to want to harm it or hurt it in any way. You want
- 48:24to support it and always so you're now you're not just the one that wants
- 48:28to be a veterinarian or a nurse. Now it's not just about the people,
- 48:30it's about everything. It's about everything, and it's just taking that small
- 48:36amount of time. And the more that people do it, the more permission
- 48:38has been given to others to be Okay, I'm gonna step into my power,
- 48:43just like I know several people that are leaving their jobs this year.
- 48:46Gosh, now that I'm saying that out loud, there are several people that
- 48:49are leaving their jobs right now this year. I know one has already turned
- 48:52in his notice. Well, I actually get three of them, have the
- 48:57other one four Now that I'm going through processing, they've already turned in their
- 49:00notices. This is it, and they're going to go travel and go do
- 49:04things. It's giving permission to others to live life the way you want to
- 49:07live life. It doesn't have to be the old ways of thinking that you
- 49:10have to be in a job forever and ever and ever. I'm not saying
- 49:13go out and put your job, but definitely not saying that. I'm saying,
- 49:16do what resonates with you. You've got to do what makes you you
- 49:19happy. You've got to be able to survive. For me, well,
- 49:22if I had to be out living in the desert. I don't care right
- 49:25now, I really, right now, I don't that's not I don't have
- 49:29the priorities that I had before. And when I say I don't care,
- 49:31it means it doesn't mean that I don't care. I don't care, it
- 49:34doesn't. It just means that no matter why, I know, things are
- 49:37always working out and I'm going to be just fine. Yeah, always always.
- 49:42And then that to me is that's that's that. It brings peace to
- 49:45me, That brings freedom because nobody has control over that. No one can
- 49:47control. That doesn't matter what I have or don't have, doesn't make me
- 49:53or break me. And it could be it could be worded everything's working out
- 50:00for me, could be worded what I say, quite often is all my
- 50:06needs are met, because we tend to get wrapped up in that piece too,
- 50:09like, oh my god, well the money's not coming in, I'm
- 50:13gonna end up homeless, and la la la. It's like all my needs
- 50:15are met. I'm okay. I'm saying remembering to ask, right, but
- 50:20remembering to ask for that help from the universe because it shows up. Ask
- 50:23and then let it go and then be surprised how it shows up. I'm
- 50:28always be delighted, surprised and delighted always, and that's been something that's not
- 50:35something I've always experienced, but I have been experiencing it. I have been
- 50:38experienced. The more and the more I let go of it, the more
- 50:42that I'm experiencing it, the more that's coming into me. Nice. And
- 50:46that's all, you know. And so we were talking about here at home,
- 50:50we were talking about, you know, building the garden and stuff like
- 50:52that. And for me, it's not, Okay, we can build a
- 50:54garden, but we don't have to. That's not my priority. It's not
- 50:58my priority because the matter what I always feel like the needs are going to
- 51:00be met. And that's a distraction. That's a distraction outside of ourselves.
- 51:05What is what do I want to do with my life? I want to
- 51:07go inside. I want to go inside of myself and then expand as much
- 51:12as I possibly can, because no matter what we're rippling out to everybody,
- 51:15we're benefiting everybody, and they're benefiting us. Yeah, everybody is. Whether
- 51:22it's something you like that they're doing or that you don't like, there's still
- 51:27an answering of what you don't like and what you do, Like, yeah,
- 51:31there's been quite a few conversations about that too lately. Live lately that
- 51:36I've heard is is the dynamics of our showing up for each other on this
- 51:42planet. More conversations about that, and I'm like, this is awesome.
- 51:50It just goes to show you where we're at right now. And then the
- 51:52more you hear it's like, I maybe it's the people that I surround myself
- 51:57with or that show up in my experience. I don't know, I don't
- 51:59know, but it just seems like the conversations are deep conversations. They're they're
- 52:05deep conversations, they're you know, we're out there when we get done with
- 52:08the conversations, like, wow, we just solved all the problems of the
- 52:10world. You have a great day and we'll see you later. I mean,
- 52:14it's just it's the It's that's how it feels when you get done having
- 52:16those conversations, just feels like the whole world is possible. Everything is possible,
- 52:21instead of what we've been being taught is that it's not possible. Because
- 52:24I said so, that's why. Because I'm the boss, right, I'm
- 52:28I'm my own boss. Even those little people are their own boss start controlling
- 52:34them. But we sure you know, they let us believe, and then
- 52:37they start becoming the people pleaser. I already see. I see the stuff
- 52:42too, And that's why I tell people all the time. You want to
- 52:45see, you want to know how why your kids acting that way. We'll
- 52:47sit and watch. When you hear them behaving a certain way, Well,
- 52:52mom and dad have a banter that playful and sarcastic and everything else. Well,
- 52:54when it starts coming through from a child to the parents because they're they're
- 52:59joking the same way that they're parents are joking. Room, Now it's not
- 53:01received felt very well, and now you're getting in trouble. And then they're
- 53:05saying, you know what I mean, You understand what I'm saying. No,
- 53:07they have no flipping clue what you're talking about, because you don't know
- 53:09what you're talking about. You don't know on what level you're really talking about,
- 53:13because you're showing them do as I say, not as I do.
- 53:15Right, it doesn't work that way. It does not work that way.
- 53:19So if you see behavior and your kids that you don't care for, take
- 53:22a close look around who's been around him most or her most of the time.
- 53:28Right, it's not just one. So but that's huge because that can
- 53:32be changed. You don't have to stay in that space. The whole process
- 53:36can change. Yeah, children could be I mean, children can help us
- 53:43grow. Right, If they're showing up in a way that we don't like
- 53:45and they're just mirroring us, We're like, oh, I don't like that.
- 53:47You really said I don't like myself. So if you're getting pissed off
- 53:52of your children, you're getting pissed off at yourself because you're showing up like
- 53:54that. Yes, and are they'll keep going. No. I was just
- 53:59gonna say on social media, I saw a meme it was like, UM,
- 54:05I'm sorry. If you don't like my attitude, you created me,
- 54:07So you need to go back to the manufacturer file your complaint. Yeah that's
- 54:16awesome. So yeah, it's like children. Children are awesome in teaching us
- 54:27if we were to learn, if we were to choose to learn about ourselves,
- 54:30be more inquisitive about ourselves. Um, they're absolutely hundred percent a sponge
- 54:39sponges and they're only reflecting back to you yourself percent. So when you think
- 54:49about it, right, how many of us I wish I would say before
- 54:52I wish my you know, I wish I would have come and told myself
- 54:54to stuff you're that that you're telling yourself the stuff yourself, I mean,
- 54:59you're these children are an aspect of you. Without you being here, they
- 55:02wouldn't be here. They have come in in a different forms through some other
- 55:07parents or whatever else, but it wouldn't be in your experience the way it
- 55:09is right now. And we have a huge opportunity. It's a huge opportunity.
- 55:15We have it all day long. And the little they get your attention
- 55:19because they throw their temper tantrums and stuff, and they think get confused because
- 55:22nobody's listening to them. And so on the opposite side of that word,
- 55:27what happens to me if I start experiencing something that was someone's close and really
- 55:30close to me, then they're going through those experiences. I want to take
- 55:35it and fix the problem. So still there's that I still have the fixer
- 55:39fixture is not one hundred percent gone, because I know that they came for
- 55:43their own experiences. But for you to bear witnessed to that, it's not
- 55:46always easy. So that's where I send streams, embrace, I send love,
- 55:50prayers, whatever for everybody involved because it's not just one person, because
- 55:58we're all connected, right, is great? I have to say, it
- 56:01feels in one in one side. You know, of course we even as
- 56:07a just as a human being, you don't like to see people suffer and
- 56:12struggle and all that. But playing that fix a role for so freaking long,
- 56:17isn't it so refreshing to be able to just sit on the sidelines and
- 56:22observe and just be like, yeah, look at that happened right now.
- 56:25You know, it's like kind of like watching a tennis match, right You're
- 56:30just watching the players and not not a You're just like, it's sain't my
- 56:36ship man? Same mine, y'all figure it out. I'm gonna sit here
- 56:40with my my tie. I don't care. It's not mine, it is.
- 56:46Yes, isn't that interesting? Sip sip? I remember listening to Esther
- 56:53Hicks talking about her grandkids and how one was pressing the other one's buttons,
- 56:58and how it all played out kind have been different. It's it's fascinating,
- 57:02But you know, our autopilot and then that's where it's so valuable for us
- 57:07to learn new tools and then to incorporate those new tools. So that our
- 57:09autopilot's not the same as all the way back when, you know, throwing
- 57:13a temper tantrum, that was our autopilot. I'm tired, I'm gonna throw
- 57:16a temper tantrum. My clothes, I'm dirty, I'm gonna throw a temper
- 57:21tantrum. You know, there's just so many different things, and we have
- 57:22an opportunity because it doesn't have to be that way. You're tired, you
- 57:25go take a freaking nap. If you're if you're feeled filthy, find a
- 57:30way to go hose off you know, whatever that looks like for you,
- 57:34you just gotta do. It's just not keeping yourself in that victim's status,
- 57:37going out and actually having some action. You're feeling a desire to do something,
- 57:42take the action. That was the other thing with this lady on Next
- 57:46Level Soul this morning was she goes. You know, when we when a
- 57:50child is struggling, it's typically as a parent, like why are you crying?
- 57:58Why aren't you picking up your clothes? Why don't you cleaning your room?
- 58:00Right? It's the why they're like, so I don't want to right,
- 58:05whatever the story is, and a child really doesn't understand why, like
- 58:07the question why. Yeah, but when you ask what is it that's keeping
- 58:14you from cleaning your room? What is it that's making you upset? Right
- 58:20now? Right? Well, we asked the question in a different way.
- 58:23Now you're there's connection. Now there's a way for the child to go,
- 58:29oh, well, I'm just mad because I want an ice cream and you
- 58:35won't give it to me. So I'm not going to clean my room.
- 58:38True, whatever that is. Yeah, you know, but asking that question
- 58:44differently, it was totally made sense to me because I was the mom that
- 58:46said, why why aren't you doing the right? Yea, doing all my
- 58:52shit all over my child? So I didn't have these tools, No,
- 58:57me neither. But anyway, um, yeah, so there are so many
- 59:02so much great um information and advice and knowledge coming forward that is being shared.
- 59:13Of course, you get better when you implement something that resonates with you
- 59:20so and feels good. Right, That's what we always talk about, what
- 59:23feels good to you and implement it. Yeah, any final words make a
- 59:32magnficent week. Yes, absolutely, I and my friends thank you so much
- 59:38for hanging out with us. Tea time with Amy and Bed. We'll see
- 59:42you next week. Ba
