Speaker 1: It's your early morning praise party. I am Sherry Mackie
• 0:03
Speaker 1: in his time right now for today's word. It's according
• 0:07
Speaker 1: to your faith, Matthew nine twenty nine and thirty says.
• 0:11
Speaker 1: Then he touched their eyes and said, according to your faith,
• 0:14
Speaker 1: let it be done to you. And their sight was restored,
• 0:20
Speaker 1: And Matthew nine Jesus acts, two blind men, do you
• 0:24
Speaker 1: believe that I'm able to heal you? They replied yes.
• 0:27
Speaker 1: Lord Jesus responded that it was according to their faith
• 0:32
Speaker 1: that the healing came and opened the door to their
• 0:35
Speaker 1: amazing features. You know what that tells me. It tells
• 0:41
Speaker 1: me that what God wants for us to do and
• 0:45
Speaker 1: where He wants to take us is going to take
• 0:48
Speaker 1: more than just average faith. You know we sing that
• 0:51
Speaker 1: song faith, faith, faith, just a little bit of faith.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: It don't take a whole lie. Just use what you got.
• 0:58
Speaker 1: I believe God will meet you where you are. Yes,
• 1:00
Speaker 1: you can use what you got, but He doesn't want
• 1:02
Speaker 1: you to stay there. Your faith should be increasing. You know.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: It talks about the mustard seed faith in the Word
• 1:08
Speaker 1: of God. Mustard seed faith comes from the teaching of
• 1:13
Speaker 1: Jesus and the Gospel, specifically in Matthew seventeen twenty, where
• 1:17
Speaker 1: he says, if you have faith as small as a
• 1:19
Speaker 1: mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, move from
• 1:22
Speaker 1: here to there, and it will move. Nothing will be
• 1:26
Speaker 1: impossible for you. The mustard seed is incredibly tiny, but
• 1:31
Speaker 1: when it grows, it becomes a large tree. Jesus used
• 1:35
Speaker 1: this imagery to show that even a small amount of faith,
• 1:39
Speaker 1: faith that seems insignificant to us or tiny to us,
• 1:43
Speaker 1: can have a great impact when placed in God's hand.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: In essence, mustard seed faith is about trusting in God's power,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: not in the size of strength of our own faith.
• 1:54
Speaker 1: It's not about having perfect a large faith, but about
• 1:57
Speaker 1: having faith in the right thing, God's ability to do
• 2:01
Speaker 1: the impossible. It also implies that faith is a starting point,
• 2:06
Speaker 1: a seed that can grow stronger over time as we
• 2:09
Speaker 1: continue to trust in God and see his faithfulness and
• 2:12
Speaker 1: encourages believers. And no matter how small, a weak, or
• 2:16
Speaker 1: tiny their faith may start out to be, it's enough
• 2:20
Speaker 1: when it's directed toward God and we're trusting in Him
• 2:23
Speaker 1: to perform the impossible. Let me encourage you today, study
• 2:27
Speaker 1: the Word of God, spend time in prayer and fasting
• 2:30
Speaker 1: to develop your faith in him. The doors God's getting
• 2:34
Speaker 1: ready to open for you, the favor you're getting ready
• 2:37
Speaker 1: to see, won't happen with just ordinary faith. There'll be
• 2:40
Speaker 1: dreams that are way too big for you. There would
• 2:43
Speaker 1: be golias where you won't stand a chance against. If
• 2:47
Speaker 1: you're trusting in your own self, you've got to be
• 2:50
Speaker 1: led by God. You're gonna have to get in agreement
• 2:54
Speaker 1: with what God says and stop limiting him by small sinking.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: Sometimes you're not seeing favor. The reason you're not seeing healing,
• 3:03
Speaker 1: the reason you're not seeing promotion is not because God
• 3:06
Speaker 1: is limited, because he is not. But it's because your
• 3:09
Speaker 1: faith is limiting him. Why don't you step up today
• 3:13
Speaker 1: and stretch your faith, Get out of your comfort zone
• 3:17
Speaker 1: and believe God or something bigger and better in your life.
• 3:21
Speaker 1: Believe that He can do the impossible. When you do,
• 3:25
Speaker 1: you'll see the greatness of God manifesting in your life.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Oh Father God, thank you for the power of faith
• 3:31
Speaker 1: that is released when we simply say yes, Lord, we
• 3:35
Speaker 1: believe you're able. Thank you that you want to do
• 3:39
Speaker 1: for us what we can't do on our own. You
• 3:42
Speaker 1: want to take us to things greater than we have
• 3:44
Speaker 1: even dreamed of. We believe God that we will see
• 3:47
Speaker 1: your greatness in Jesus' name. Hey, now that's your word
• 3:51
Speaker 1: for today. Take an apply to your everyday life and
• 3:54
Speaker 1: you could see to be encouraged and inspired. It's your
• 3:56
Speaker 1: early boy praise party. I'm your girl, Sherry Mackey
