- 0:00Hello and welcome. Today, we are looking at the
- 0:03rapidly evolving landscape of international trade.
- 0:08We're specifically focusing on the 28th edition
- 0:10of WETEX. Right. It's organized by the Dubai
- 0:15Electricity and Water Authority, running from
- 0:17the 20th to the 22nd of October, 2026. It's going
- 0:21to be an incredible event at the Dubai World
- 0:23Trade Center. And you know, one of the biggest
- 0:26standouts this year is the Russian Export Center.
- 0:29They are highlighting 21 different companies.
- 0:32Wow. They're bringing an impressive array of
- 0:35solutions spanning energy, water, sustainability,
- 0:39and environmental sectors. Right. And we're not
- 0:42just talking about basic goods here. We are talking
- 0:45about highly technical equipment. Yeah. We mean
- 0:49things like autonomous cleaning robots, underwater
- 0:51equipment for marine exploration, and advanced
- 0:54filtration technologies for wastewater. The host
- 0:57nation sees great mutual benefit here. In fact,
- 1:00His Excellency Sayyid Muhammad Al -Tayyir was
- 1:03very clear. Oh. He's the MD and CEO of DEWA,
- 1:07and founder and chairman of WETEX, and he stated
- 1:10exactly this. He said the growing participation
- 1:13of Russian companies at WETEX supports the creation
- 1:16of new opportunities for companies in high -growth
- 1:18markets worldwide. Absolutely. He added that
- 1:22it's enhancing investments in value -added sectors.
- 1:25That focus on value -added sectors is so important.
- 1:29The Russian Export Center, which is part of the
- 1:31VEB .RF group. Yeah. It is specifically designed
- 1:37to support non -commodity and non -energy exports.
- 1:41through their Made in Russia initiative. Right.
- 1:45They are providing these engineering firms with
- 1:47the financial and non -financial support needed
- 1:50to expand globally. And their focus on the MENA
- 1:53region is highly intentional. Najibullo Jabori,
- 1:58the chief representative of the Russian Export
- 2:00Center in the UAE, provided a very clear look
- 2:03into their global strategy. He stated, We are
- 2:06particularly proud that, for another year, the
- 2:09Russian Export Center has organized a unified
- 2:12national pavilion under the Made in Russia brand
- 2:15at Witex. Our participation here is not merely
- 2:18symbolic. It reflects a deliberate and strategic
- 2:21commitment to the Middle East and North Africa
- 2:24markets. He went on to say, Russian companies
- 2:28present at Witex 2026 bring much more than products.
- 2:32Exactly. They bring proven, cutting -edge solutions
- 2:36that align directly with the region's sustainability
- 2:39goals, from innovative transformer substations
- 2:42and high -voltage equipment to advanced environmental
- 2:45and water treatment technologies. Wow! Our exhibitors
- 2:49demonstrate the depth of Russia's engineering
- 2:51capabilities. I would like to extend my sincere
- 2:54gratitude to DIWA and the WETEX organizers for
- 2:57supporting our participation. Their efforts to
- 2:59facilitate B2B meetings and foster dialogue have
- 3:02been invaluable. It is fascinating to see how
- 3:05trade exhibitions like WETEX act as vital bridges.
- 3:10Yeah, they really do. They're matching deep engineering
- 3:14capabilities with a region's urgent sustainability
- 3:17goals. It truly is. Now, here's a question we'd
- 3:22like you to think about. Okay. As countries continue
- 3:25to pivot their economies toward high -tech, non
- 3:28-commodity exports... Right. How will unified
- 3:31national branding, like Made in Russia, reshape
- 3:34the competitive landscape of green technology
- 3:36in the global market?
