- 0:14Speaker 1: Welcome everyone, It's I Do Part two. I made you
- 0:17Speaker 1: roback alongside TJ. Holmes.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Just a couple of your hosts here and we are
- 0:21Speaker 2: back with some more Teresa Judais and Louis Ruelas from
- 0:25Speaker 2: Real Housewives Up New Jersey and Teresa is fresh off
- 0:29Speaker 2: of the latest season of Special Forces where Teresa, you
- 0:33Speaker 2: made it to episode two.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Congrats, thank you, thank you.
- 0:39Speaker 4: Wow, that was really not very enthusiastic appause, everybody, thank you.
- 0:43Speaker 4: It's hard to do credit.
- 0:45Speaker 3: I know, listen if you were there and then you
- 0:47Speaker 3: would see how hard it was. Like, I'm not cured.
- 0:50Speaker 3: You don't even see half of not even a quarter
- 0:54Speaker 3: of what we've done. Yeah, it was intense.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Can we go back to the decision. What convinced you
- 0:59Speaker 4: to do it? And what was your role Louis in
- 1:03Speaker 4: that decision?
- 1:04Speaker 3: Well convinced me Well, at first they just asked me
- 1:07Speaker 3: to do it, and then I was just like, oh
- 1:08Speaker 3: my god. And I watched a few episodes and I'm like,
- 1:11Speaker 3: there's a lot of water, I don't know how to swim,
- 1:14Speaker 3: I'm gonna drown. I'm like this is not good. So
- 1:17Speaker 3: I was having like, oh, then I got to be
- 1:19Speaker 3: able to do this, and then they came back at
- 1:22Speaker 3: it at me and they're like, we would like you
- 1:25Speaker 3: and Ga to do it mother daughter duo. And then
- 1:28Speaker 3: Jia heard and she's like, mow, we have to do this.
- 1:31Speaker 3: It's gonna be like you know, it's like, you know,
- 1:33Speaker 3: so fun for us to do it together. And I
- 1:35Speaker 3: was just like, oh, yeah, I know. So no, I
- 1:38Speaker 3: was like, you know what, I have to do this
- 1:39Speaker 3: with my daughter. It's something that she'll never forget. I'll
- 1:42Speaker 3: never forget, and it's like, you know, it's amazing for
- 1:46Speaker 3: us to do this experience, you know, experiences together. Her
- 1:49Speaker 3: sisters were jealous that we were doing it together. So
- 1:52Speaker 3: and that's why I.
- 1:53Speaker 4: Said, yeah, okay, all I'm hearing is now I don't
- 1:56Speaker 4: have not just one loved one going out there and
- 1:59Speaker 4: risking health. I got two loved ones going. Louis. That's
- 2:02Speaker 4: that's what I'm all I'm hearing When she said that.
- 2:04Speaker 5: Yeah, that's uh what it did feel like that, But
- 2:07Speaker 5: you know what they they're they have a really amazing
- 2:09Speaker 5: bond Ge and Teresa for a long time obviously, and
- 2:13Speaker 5: it was you're you're you're like, if anybody could do it,
- 2:18Speaker 5: it's you because you've had challenges in your life, like,
- 2:21Speaker 5: she's Teresa's strong.
- 2:23Speaker 1: She's Teresa has been to prison and came back like
- 2:28Speaker 1: a bigger badass than she already was.
- 2:30Speaker 5: Yeah, my son and I talked about all the time,
- 2:32Speaker 5: even on the way here in the car because.
- 2:34Speaker 1: He's like, Dad, did you see the way Teresa kissed.
- 2:35Speaker 6: Me this morning?
- 2:36Speaker 5: Do you remember that?
- 2:36Speaker 2: Or no?
- 2:37Speaker 5: Because you're hugging him and you can you like that?
- 2:39Speaker 5: Grandmother has a big kisses like ring your ears ringing right,
- 2:42Speaker 5: so like and but then you're you're then she's like,
- 2:45Speaker 5: you know, like can you're the couch and you get
- 2:46Speaker 5: home and then you come home and the couch has
- 2:47Speaker 5: aready moved. It's like, how did you do that by yourself?
- 2:49Speaker 5: It's like Teresa's very strong, you know, physically, emotionally and
- 2:54Speaker 5: and all her girls are like that, you know. So
- 2:56Speaker 5: so I wasn't. I wasn't. I was afraid for you,
- 3:00Speaker 5: but at the same time I knew you were going
- 3:02Speaker 5: to be amazing. And why you ended up you know,
- 3:06Speaker 5: what are you called d qing yourself or or.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Was it volunteering withdraw?
- 3:13Speaker 6: Why you did that was like the was like was
- 3:17Speaker 6: was even more powerful? I don't know if everybody really
- 3:20Speaker 6: knows why you did that and what sparked that and
- 3:23Speaker 6: what created that.
- 3:23Speaker 5: But that was like, that was something that was you
- 3:26Speaker 5: know that you you you taught a lot of people,
- 3:29Speaker 5: told the whole family, you know, something really.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Important that was going to be our next question because no, no,
- 3:36Speaker 1: but you just led perfectly into it because you know
- 3:39Speaker 1: you are so strong in all of the ways that
- 3:41Speaker 1: Louie just mentioned. And so what was it about that moment?
- 3:45Speaker 2: Was it did it accumulate and that was your breaking
- 3:48Speaker 2: point or was that just a moment or watershed moment?
- 3:53Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, like I said, me and g we
- 3:55Speaker 3: spoke about a lot of things, you know, you know
- 3:57Speaker 3: when we first got to we were in America in
- 4:00Speaker 3: the beginning, and then we went to North Africa and
- 4:03Speaker 3: then you know, we just talked about a lot of things.
- 4:05Speaker 3: And as a mom, I'm always a mom first, so
- 4:07Speaker 3: I was thinking in my head, like you know, I
- 4:09Speaker 3: was like, we're going to fight now, and it's like,
- 4:13Speaker 3: of course I would never I can never see my
- 4:15Speaker 3: daughter get hit. Like did you see the first episode
- 4:17Speaker 3: when Billy grabbed Billy was grabbing GA's head and dumping
- 4:22Speaker 3: it in the water. I wasn't there. When I watched
- 4:25Speaker 3: that on TV, I was so angry. I was like,
- 4:28Speaker 3: oh my god, Billy's lucky I wasn't there because I
- 4:31Speaker 3: would have said something like get off my kid's head
- 4:34Speaker 3: like that, like dumping it in the water, like I
- 4:36Speaker 3: thought that was so harsh, and like they didn't do
- 4:39Speaker 3: that to us like they did me. Then, you know,
- 4:42Speaker 3: did you see when I rolled over in the mud
- 4:45Speaker 3: my hair went down like this so they couldn't see
- 4:47Speaker 3: that my face didn't go in the mud? Ha, yes, right,
- 4:50Speaker 3: And then I took the mud and I put it
- 4:51Speaker 3: on my face, and I'm like, if they see I
- 4:54Speaker 3: don't have mud on my face, they're gonna freak. They
- 4:57Speaker 3: do that because they were doing it to other people,
- 4:59Speaker 3: but then do it to me, thank God. But my
- 5:01Speaker 3: thing is that I didn't first I would never be
- 5:04Speaker 3: able to see my daughter get hit. And I didn't
- 5:07Speaker 3: want her to see me fighting, like fist fighting, because
- 5:10Speaker 3: I think it would probably make her upset too. And
- 5:14Speaker 3: I don't know, there's a lot of things going through
- 5:15Speaker 3: my mind, just like that I've been fighting, you know,
- 5:19Speaker 3: defending myself on TV for the past ten years. That
- 5:23Speaker 3: it was like post traumatic stress that was came in effect.
- 5:27Speaker 3: There was just a lot of things that came into play.
- 5:30Speaker 4: What are you surprised this was something that got the
- 5:32Speaker 4: type of criticism that it did well. People are thinking
- 5:39Speaker 4: how you left the show in some way as.
- 5:41Speaker 3: I mean, listen, you're going to have like a lot
- 5:43Speaker 3: of nothing. You no, Like the whole cast were telling
- 5:50Speaker 3: They all were saying, like they knew why I left.
- 5:52Speaker 3: They thought, you know, they the first thing I said, like,
- 5:56Speaker 3: as a mom would never be able to see her
- 5:58Speaker 3: child get hit. So the whole cast was saying that,
- 6:01Speaker 3: and then even the because they make you speak to
- 6:04Speaker 3: a psychologist every time, Yeah, we'll always speak to psychologists
- 6:09Speaker 3: because that's how intense it is. And even the psychologist
- 6:12Speaker 3: totally got me. You know, keep watching the show. There's
- 6:16Speaker 3: it's pretty amazing. I can't say. I'll say that at
- 6:19Speaker 3: the end.
- 6:20Speaker 1: But Gia obviously continued and you left. Did you all
- 6:23Speaker 1: have a chance to say goodbye? You care because it
- 6:25Speaker 1: shows out you don't see you didn't even get to
- 6:27Speaker 1: say goodbye.
- 6:28Speaker 3: I did not get to say goodbye to her. I
- 6:30Speaker 3: cried that whole night in the hotel. I cried going
- 6:35Speaker 3: home in the airport, you know, because it was a
- 6:38Speaker 3: decision I had to make, and I know in my
- 6:40Speaker 3: heart to heart sets so I you know, at the end,
- 6:42Speaker 3: I'll give you know, the whole show is over. I'll
- 6:45Speaker 3: give another interview, and there's like more to come. But
- 6:52Speaker 3: I know, I mean, I cried even when I came home,
- 6:55Speaker 3: like cry till Gia got home and he was like,
- 6:59Speaker 3: you came home different, he said to me, because I
- 7:01Speaker 3: was really upset. But there was it was a decision
- 7:04Speaker 3: I had to make, you know, and g understood why
- 7:07Speaker 3: I did it, you know, And but you.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Couldn't explain it to her in the I It's got
- 7:11Speaker 1: to be so hard you couldn't communicate with her.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah, no, no, you can. Like that show. No producers
- 7:18Speaker 3: come in while you're working, like everyone that one, because
- 7:22Speaker 3: like you know with Housewives, they come in this show.
- 7:27Speaker 3: They you don't see producers when you see in the beginning,
- 7:32Speaker 3: and then at the end they don't.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Ever you feel like you're in actual boot camp.
- 7:37Speaker 3: Oh my god, it was going to Special Forces. Was
- 7:39Speaker 3: worse in prison? Yeah, it was worse in prison. Yeah,
- 7:43Speaker 3: and like that's totally post traumatic stress for me. I
- 7:48Speaker 3: was worse. It was worse in prison.
- 7:50Speaker 4: You you had to know you're in pretty good shape
- 7:52Speaker 4: to even agree to go on to it, right.
- 7:54Speaker 3: I work out all the time. I'm really strong. I'm
- 7:57Speaker 3: really but it's like, but that was a different stroke.
- 8:00Speaker 1: It was the heart. Like for me, the air airplane
- 8:04Speaker 1: underwater challenge, that would have been like and we're done.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And especially when you saw Eva right right before.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Right before she was unconscious, so then you had to
- 8:13Speaker 3: go next.
- 8:14Speaker 1: What were what was going on?
- 8:15Speaker 3: I tried to stay I tried. Oh I got swimming
- 8:18Speaker 3: lessons before I went. If you just check out gas TikTok,
- 8:20Speaker 3: she posts my swiming lessons.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Thank god, it's still a new swimmer. That's still very scary.
- 8:27Speaker 3: No, trust me, and I try. You see, I was
- 8:28Speaker 3: pretty calm. I tried to stay calm because I was like,
- 8:30Speaker 3: I have to stay com for Gia too, because I
- 8:32Speaker 3: don't want to get Gia like, you know, nervous, because
- 8:35Speaker 3: you know, and I'm sure she was nervous for me
- 8:37Speaker 3: because she knows I can't swim, but she knew I
- 8:39Speaker 3: took swimming lessons before, so I did feel comfortable and
- 8:44Speaker 3: so I just I tried to stay calm. And now
- 8:46Speaker 3: it's all for one hundred degrees out, so you have
- 8:49Speaker 3: all those clothes, and then all of a sudden, when
- 8:51Speaker 3: the water starts coming up, it's freezing cold. So I'm
- 8:55Speaker 3: like trying to stay calm. So I stayed calm until
- 8:57Speaker 3: the water came up to here, and then I panicked.
- 9:00Speaker 3: And that's what I do. If I'm in the water
- 9:02Speaker 3: and I don't touch the ground, I panick. I was
- 9:06Speaker 3: just I panicked. I tried to stay calm as much
- 9:09Speaker 3: as I could, and then I panicked at the end.
- 9:11Speaker 3: But thank god I didn't drink any water because they
- 9:13Speaker 3: said to us, I had to get all these shots,
- 9:16Speaker 3: both of us, she and I, everyonoe had to get
- 9:18Speaker 3: shots before going to Africa because they said, don't drink
- 9:21Speaker 3: the water. The monkeys piss and poop in the water,
- 9:25Speaker 3: and they're like, if you drink the water, you can
- 9:26Speaker 3: get really sick. And I was like, oh, this is
- 9:28Speaker 3: the first time I'm saying this. Thank God I didn't
- 9:30Speaker 3: drink any water. I made sure I held my breath
- 9:34Speaker 3: and I didn't drink any water.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Had the fighting thing that happened, how long do you
- 9:48Speaker 4: think you could have lasted all?
- 9:49Speaker 3: Yeah, I would have stayed longer if the fighting thing
- 9:52Speaker 3: didn't They should have made that little later I because
- 9:55Speaker 3: like as a mom, just because of what G and
- 9:58Speaker 3: I talked about and everything. And I was just like, yeah,
- 10:03Speaker 3: that's why I voluntel. You were true. Otherwise I would
- 10:06Speaker 3: have been there.
- 10:06Speaker 4: But given what you were experiencing, do you think you
- 10:08Speaker 4: could have? You were tough enough to hang in there,
- 10:11Speaker 4: possibly to the end.
- 10:13Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know if I would have to
- 10:15Speaker 3: the end, but like, I'm pretty.
- 10:17Speaker 4: You were locked in.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Yes, And not only that, it's mentally, it's mental and physical.
- 10:25Speaker 1: You've been through it.
- 10:26Speaker 3: And like the mental part I totally got it. It
- 10:29Speaker 3: was like the physical part that was like did you
- 10:31Speaker 3: see those stairs?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Yes?
- 10:33Speaker 3: Oh yes, you talk about those stairs? Oh my god.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Billy pushed me to go like and finish those stairs.
- 10:39Speaker 3: But those stairs were.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Oh my god.
- 10:41Speaker 3: It was intense. Like I was like, and then carrying
- 10:44Speaker 3: I'm not kidding guys, thirty pounds on my back like
- 10:49Speaker 3: that was And I thought. I worked out this morning
- 10:51Speaker 3: with my trainer, and I have to say, coming back,
- 10:55Speaker 3: I feel stronger than before.
- 10:57Speaker 1: That's cool.
- 10:57Speaker 3: I do because even my trainers like and I told her,
- 11:01Speaker 3: oh I lost weight there, but not them. She lost
- 11:03Speaker 3: more weight than me. Yeah, but but.
- 11:05Speaker 1: You've said, the whole cast, because of perhaps this collective
- 11:08Speaker 1: torture that you all were going through, have truly bonded,
- 11:11Speaker 1: like you have a group chat. Y'all are all texting
- 11:13Speaker 1: one another.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Yeah, Like Randall Cob he's like he mentioned the other day,
- 11:18Speaker 3: He's like, he's like, they don't even show half we
- 11:21Speaker 3: went through or like, you know, even a little bit.
- 11:23Speaker 3: It's like we went through like so much because it's
- 11:25Speaker 3: only an our episode, so they can't. It should be
- 11:28Speaker 3: instead of ten episodes, and she would kind of be
- 11:29Speaker 3: twenty episodes.
- 11:30Speaker 4: How much shooting during the day to get one out?
- 11:33Speaker 3: Like even the producer called me yesterday and she's like, so,
- 11:38Speaker 3: how did you know? She's like, what do you think
- 11:40Speaker 3: of the show? Because I say, you know, I get
- 11:42Speaker 3: along with everyone, like you know, off my cast now
- 11:45Speaker 3: again you know what I mean? She called me, she's like,
- 11:49Speaker 3: how you doing? And she was just reaching out and
- 11:51Speaker 3: she's like, you guys were shooting just what she told me,
- 11:53Speaker 3: twenty hours a day because they woke us up. We
- 11:57Speaker 3: don't we're going to sleep. The first night they woke
- 11:59Speaker 3: us up, we had to do burpies, like jumped in
- 12:03Speaker 3: the pool, you know, jump in that tub whatever. It
- 12:06Speaker 3: was like huh yeah, like the plunge, yeah, the ice plunge,
- 12:11Speaker 3: jump in that and then do burpies like lunges like
- 12:15Speaker 3: lifting stop. I was like, oh my god, I understand.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Then they wake you up early in the morning like
- 12:21Speaker 3: it was like I was. I felt like I was
- 12:23Speaker 3: in the army.
- 12:24Speaker 1: That's what they want you to feel, right, Louis. If
- 12:26Speaker 1: they they had couples on the show, they've had married
- 12:28Speaker 1: couples on the show. If asked would you have done it?
- 12:30Speaker 1: Would you do it?
- 12:32Speaker 5: I would have done it with you. Yeah.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a good test, you know. But he doesn't
- 12:36Speaker 3: like the more the deep ocean. Well you learned how
- 12:41Speaker 3: to swim and you and Louis has done things like this.
- 12:45Speaker 3: He's done in California, like men's retreats, so he's.
- 12:51Speaker 1: Like used to that. Okay, test yourself. Yeah, I don't
- 12:55Speaker 1: know about these men's retreats where you test yourself.
- 12:57Speaker 6: What are these They're like like quasi Navy seal programs.
- 13:03Speaker 5: Wow, Well they'll go and they'll break you down as
- 13:05Speaker 5: a guy, you know, and build your back up and
- 13:07Speaker 5: you could kind of see, you know, where you're short
- 13:10Speaker 5: falling in.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Life without enlisting exactly exactly exactly.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I don't know why you would want to go through
- 13:16Speaker 3: that torture pay all that money like he was doing
- 13:20Speaker 3: that back then.
- 13:23Speaker 1: How was the food. I'm curious.
- 13:24Speaker 3: The food was not bad because I'm I did a
- 13:28Speaker 3: fitness competition, so I'm.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Like used to eating clean food.
- 13:32Speaker 3: It was just very clean, Like it was like baked chicken,
- 13:35Speaker 3: but like like not even baked, like no breadcrumbs are
- 13:38Speaker 3: like baked in the oven. Very clean potatoes, very simple,
- 13:44Speaker 3: and that's what I pretty much remember. I was only
- 13:46Speaker 3: there two days, so like, yeah, no, but it was
- 13:49Speaker 3: like very clean, very clean food.
- 13:51Speaker 4: What was the reunion like with your daughter when you
- 13:54Speaker 4: finally guy back together or even talks for the first time.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Were you trying to apologize? Was she annoyed at all?
- 14:00Speaker 2: Was all?
- 14:01Speaker 3: She totally got it. She already knows my kid, my child,
- 14:04Speaker 3: my kids. I'm very close to all my four daughters,
- 14:07Speaker 3: like and like they we totally understand each other. Yeah,
- 14:12Speaker 3: because he kept saying to her, You're you know your
- 14:14Speaker 3: mom's holding you back, and she's like, no, she's not.
- 14:17Speaker 3: My mom's not holding me back, Like and I know
- 14:19Speaker 3: I wasn't holding my child back, like so we you know,
- 14:22Speaker 3: we were good, you know, so yeah, because that's what
- 14:25Speaker 3: they were saying that they were telling her that they're
- 14:26Speaker 3: like your mom, you know She's like, no, my mom's
- 14:28Speaker 3: not holding me back, you know.
- 14:30Speaker 4: And when the show started, last thing for me here
- 14:32Speaker 4: when it started, and you can answer this too, when
- 14:34Speaker 4: you saw who the competition was, did you already figure
- 14:38Speaker 4: out that person's going to be a problem that one's
- 14:40Speaker 4: strong don't have to worry about. Did you already see
- 14:43Speaker 4: and who did you think we're going to be the
- 14:45Speaker 4: toughest one?
- 14:45Speaker 3: Yeah? You know what. Luckily our cast we were so amazing,
- 14:50Speaker 3: Like everybody was great, like our whole cast. Everybody was
- 14:54Speaker 3: helping each other, and the men were gentlemen, like if
- 14:57Speaker 3: we like going up the hill carrying those things, like
- 15:00Speaker 3: they would help us, like if we had our backpack,
- 15:02Speaker 3: like just like lift up my backpack and help me
- 15:06Speaker 3: up to Like Nick. Me and Nick Young we were
- 15:08Speaker 3: at the end like running the two of us, like
- 15:11Speaker 3: he was like my like he was my buddy because
- 15:13Speaker 3: we were like everybody else was in front of us.
- 15:16Speaker 3: Me and him were like trying to catch up. But
- 15:18Speaker 3: I had to say, all the guys were gentlemen helping
- 15:21Speaker 3: the women, and like nobody like the women. Nobody was
- 15:24Speaker 3: bitchy or anything like that. We all were like a team,
- 15:27Speaker 3: like you know in the army, like everybody's supposed to
- 15:29Speaker 3: help each other. That's how we were here.
- 15:32Speaker 1: That the experience is very much like what you would
- 15:35Speaker 1: get it. It's not about the TV and the and
- 15:37Speaker 1: the production value. It's truly about actually having this unique experience.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Yeah, and like helping each other like that, that's like
- 15:45Speaker 3: a bonding experience, like not just worrying about yourself, like
- 15:49Speaker 3: because that's everyone called me like a I was like
- 15:51Speaker 3: the mama bear, you know, like you know, looking at

- 16:35Speaker 3: was like, I didn't know if they were looking at
