8.19 Remain JOYFUL in the Face of Uncertainty · Just Enough Joy

Sarahn: Hello beautiful people. Today is August the 19th, and today's calendar challenge is remain joyful in the face of uncertainty. The reality is that every day is not gonna be a day that goes perfectly planned. Every moment is not gonna be a moment that we anticipated, that we control, or that we were prepared for. Sometimes things happen in our day that throw us off our course, that detour us. Or maybe just unexpectedly surprise us with challenging things or fulfilling things, exciting things, difficult things, and everything in between. But uncertainty is a foundational part of living. Now, joy, joy is also a foundational part of living. But joy doesn't have to come through uncertainty. Joy can come with uncertainty. Meaning that we don't have to wait for the joy to show itself. We can use the joy as a way to remain grounded and remain fulfilled when uncertainty comes our way. We know it's coming. So we we don't we we we can't prepare for it, but we can be prepared for it. And we can be prepared to keep our joy. to prioritize our joy and to ground ourselves in our joy when it comes. Today remain joyful in the face of uncertainty.
