Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
September 17th, 2025 and well, seems everything was off there
• 0:26
completely yesterday. Fever gave the smack down to the
• 0:29
dream. So the line was off, my gut was
• 0:32
off, and the algorithm was off. So not only did I not win,
• 0:37
nothing lined up at all. So Big L for everyone, at least
• 0:41
except for those the bet on the fever.
• 0:43
So probably the betting public in general.
• 0:46
So I'm shifting away from WNBA, at least for now, and I'm gonna,
• 0:50
I'm gonna head out West, all the way to the coast, out to LA.
• 0:54
Their Dodgers are hosting the Phillies show.
• 0:57
Hey, Otani pitched a brilliant 5 innings of no hit ball yesterday
• 1:02
and then of course was removed from the game because that's
• 1:05
what they do. And then the Dodgers bullpen
• 1:07
came in and just started throwing matches around and gave
• 1:11
up a ton of runs. So I was thinking to myself, but
• 1:13
what's going to happen today? Oh, you know what?
• 1:15
The Dodgers bullpen is still there, and they're still going
• 1:19
to give up a bunch of runs, and the Phillies like to score a
• 1:22
bunch of runs. So I'm looking at the total.
• 1:25
  It's sitting at 7 1/2. That's a nice little total.
• 1:28
It's always nice and low. You know, they're usually
• 1:30
  somewhere seven and a half, 8 1/2.
• 1:32
It's 7 1/2 today and I'm going to take the over.
• 1:35
So, I mean, pretty much because Dodger bullpen sucks.
• 1:38
Phillies like to score some runs.
• 1:40
Dodgers can put up runs to 7 1/2.
• 1:42
Seems fairly low. So we're going over 7 1/2 total
• 1:46
runs between the Dodgers and Phillies in tonight's MLB
• 1:49
baseball action. See anything better than that?
• 1:51
Found it. That's my pick and I'm sticking
• 1:53
to it. Don't forget to rate, review,
