- 0:51Speaker 1: I'm ready. Do you take sugar in your as I
- 0:52Speaker 1: never asked yes and no depending on the day, like
- 0:56Speaker 1: diabetic diabetes aside because I'm a diabetic um. I really
- 1:00Speaker 1: try to stay away from the sugar, maybe like the
- 1:02Speaker 1: fake sugar. But every once in a while you need
- 1:05Speaker 1: that little kick in your smart well. Hopefully you don't
- 1:07Speaker 1: need to kick in your bottom this morning, although it
- 1:09Speaker 1: is early. We do get up early to do this shows.
- 1:11Speaker 1: How did your job go? You've got the coronavirus vaccine,
- 1:15Speaker 1: do you feel like, yeah? No, you know what it
- 1:18Speaker 1: was like, uh playing a game as a kid. You
- 1:21Speaker 1: played that punch Buggy game with your friends, and that's
- 1:24Speaker 1: what your arm felt like for two days pretty much
- 1:26Speaker 1: like that's what my arm felt like on Friday night.
- 1:29Speaker 1: I knocked out at like maybe eight o'clock. It just
- 1:33Speaker 1: totally it totally drained you. No side effects. You know,
- 1:37Speaker 1: I'm not growing a third arm or anything like that.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Phase one of of two. The cool thing is and
- 1:44Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. I'm sure you will see this in due
- 1:46Speaker 1: time when when you get yours, the positivity in the room,
- 1:51Speaker 1: when you are getting it of people going telling the
- 1:54Speaker 1: doctors and nurses and physician assistance. Please please please let
- 1:58Speaker 1: this work. I hope it works. I want my right before,
- 2:02Speaker 1: isn't it. We've all been We've all been changing our
- 2:04Speaker 1: lives so much for so many months. We want our
- 2:06Speaker 1: lives back. So I'm glad you got it. My friend.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Let's jump into some gossips. So Army Hammer is secretly
- 2:11Speaker 1: enjoying all this attention. It's actually making him feel like
- 2:15Speaker 1: a star. So Army allegedly had some d ms leaked
- 2:19Speaker 1: direct messages, and they seemed to show some very shocking
- 2:24Speaker 1: sexual desires that repulsed pretty much the world. However, one
- 2:28Speaker 1: person that they did not upset was Army himself. So
- 2:32Speaker 1: does his tell me? For years, for decades, he has
- 2:34Speaker 1: tried really hard to be an A list star. He's
- 2:37Speaker 1: never had a breakout role like a Clooney or a
- 2:40Speaker 1: Brad Pitter, a bent Afflete. So despite making dozens and
- 2:44Speaker 1: dozens of movies, he's always been in Hollywood, particularly that
- 2:48Speaker 1: handsome guy, but people don't really remember his name. All
- 2:53Speaker 1: that has changed now and he's secretly enjoying all the attention,
- 2:59Speaker 1: are you Well? You're right though, I mean, because the
- 3:03Speaker 1: only movie that comes to mind is him playing two
- 3:06Speaker 1: roles in the Facebook movie with Justin Timberlake, when he
- 3:10Speaker 1: played the winkle Box twins. You know. Outside of that,
- 3:13Speaker 1: maybe a guest role that he had on Entourage where
- 3:16Speaker 1: he played a you know, pretty much he played himself.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Actually he did play himself, which is interesting, um, but
- 3:24Speaker 1: it's so weird, like is he trying to lose a role?
- 3:28Speaker 1: Why all of a sudden, you know, Joaquin Phoenix did
- 3:31Speaker 1: this like crazy out of left field type you know
- 3:34Speaker 1: personality thing, when many years ago is he try and
- 3:38Speaker 1: do something like that. I just I don't get it.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I don't get why. Obviously if I can explain so,
- 3:44Speaker 1: sociates told me this level of attention is addicted for
- 3:48Speaker 1: a narcissist. People feel the whole world talking about them
- 3:53Speaker 1: is like a drug. This is why some celebrities believe
- 3:57Speaker 1: that no publicity is bad publicity. A lot of people
- 4:00Speaker 1: have said that he has a little bit of a
- 4:01Speaker 1: god complex. He thinks he's a perfect, perfect person. And
- 4:05Speaker 1: if you have a God complex and now the whole
- 4:07Speaker 1: world is talking about you, it's a little bit addictive.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Many many celebrities go their entire career just being photographed
- 4:15Speaker 1: on red carpets or at official events. Very few are
- 4:19Speaker 1: actually the superstars that get stalked or chased by the press.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Very few of them appear on the covers of newspapers
- 4:27Speaker 1: or the weekly magazines. The Tiger Woods, the Kim Kardashians.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Now he's in that level of ben Affleck fame, and
- 4:36Speaker 1: it's something how long, It's something that even though it's
- 4:39Speaker 1: not the right reason, I think we can all agree
- 4:42Speaker 1: that it is something that you love. If you're a narcissist, well,
- 4:47Speaker 1: let me let me ask you, Rob Shot, because as
- 4:49Speaker 1: we know, you have worked with many of celebrities in
- 4:53Speaker 1: your former publicist life. And what you just said was
- 4:57Speaker 1: any press is good press. Do you believe that perform
- 5:01Speaker 1: It depends who you are. So if you like attention,
- 5:04Speaker 1: if you're a Jennifer Lopez, and goodness knows, she's felt
- 5:07Speaker 1: this level of fame. I've been with Jennifer where she
- 5:09Speaker 1: was chased by twenty photographers. Jessica Simpson when she was
- 5:13Speaker 1: doing The Newlyweds really enjoyed being on the cover of
- 5:16Speaker 1: the weekly magazines. Every Wednesday. She would rush to the
- 5:19Speaker 1: news stands in l A to get a copy of
- 5:21Speaker 1: US Weekly. It was her sort of like it was
- 5:24Speaker 1: like a college newspaper. She loved it. Did he too?
- 5:27Speaker 1: I worked for Diddy? Did He loves attention, That's why
- 5:30Speaker 1: he keeps changing his names. So some of them really
- 5:34Speaker 1: enjoy it. Do I think Meryl Streep wants to be
- 5:36Speaker 1: chased around? No? Does Kate Winslet No. You know who
- 5:39Speaker 1: gets this level of attention? Who doesn't want it? Jennifer
- 5:43Speaker 1: andy'ston that Jennifer doesn't really like being on the cover
- 5:47Speaker 1: of the weekly magazine. She doesn't Jennifer doesn't really like
- 5:52Speaker 1: being stalked around l A And I think it's interesting
- 5:55Speaker 1: one of the reasons Jen was pulled into that world
- 5:58Speaker 1: was not necessarily her choice. It was when Brad left
- 6:01Speaker 1: and hooked up with Angelina. So had Jen married, I
- 6:05Speaker 1: don't know, Matt Damon, we probably wouldn't think of Jen
- 6:08Speaker 1: as the superstar that we do. So it is interesting.
- 6:12Speaker 1: It appears now like j Lo has changed her life
- 6:14Speaker 1: that she doesn't want to be chased around anymore. And
- 6:17Speaker 1: I think she's made those decisions. So I'm not saying
- 6:19Speaker 1: celebrities always consciously make these decisions, but often the ones
- 6:24Speaker 1: that are on the covers of the magazines, the Kim Kardashians,
- 6:28Speaker 1: those celebrities really try hard to be famous. This level
- 6:32Speaker 1: of fame goodness known as Army is that guy at
- 6:35Speaker 1: the moment, which brings us to our poll question of
- 6:38Speaker 1: the day. So does this tell me Army is secretly
- 6:41Speaker 1: enjoying all the attention he finally feels like a star.
- 6:46Speaker 1: It's all publicity, good publicity, yes or no? Govert on
- 6:50Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty nice rob at Facebook page
- 6:53Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow Before
- 6:56Speaker 1: we go on to the next item. I just thought
- 6:58Speaker 1: of something that I think really explains this. We've all
- 7:01Speaker 1: got that friend in our life who's always wanting to
- 7:04Speaker 1: be the center of attention, even if it means they
- 7:06Speaker 1: are badly behaving. We've all got that friend who's like
- 7:10Speaker 1: a naughty puppy who peas on the carpet just to
- 7:12Speaker 1: get attention. We think about it. Think of your friends now,
- 7:15Speaker 1: Think of that one friend that you're still friends with.
- 7:17Speaker 1: You don't know why you're friends with them. They're always
- 7:18Speaker 1: doing something awful to get attention. That's what Army is
- 7:22Speaker 1: going through. Hey, what are you working on? My friend?
- 7:24Speaker 1: All right, let's talk about the Bachelor, Okay, and yes
- 7:29Speaker 1: it's mostly about a contestant, but it's about the hosted themselves.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Right now, Chris Harrison, we all know them, of course,
- 7:35Speaker 1: so right now they're in the middle of the Bachelor
- 7:38Speaker 1: right now. And Chris Harrison, actually, I guess offended his
- 7:42Speaker 1: his core base by by telling them to suck it.
- 7:46Speaker 1: And let me explain why. So. Ashley Lacanti, if you
- 7:49Speaker 1: remember her, she was she was on a few seasons ago,
- 7:52Speaker 1: and then she did what every Bachelor and Bachelor at
- 7:54Speaker 1: contestant did, appeared on the spinoff shows Bachelor in Paradise,
- 8:00Speaker 1: Scheler went to games. She was on season fifteen originally.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So it's one of those things I personally, I would
- 8:07Speaker 1: be I would be one of those Bachelor Nation people
- 8:10Speaker 1: that Chris Harrison would tell the sucket because I'm not
- 8:12Speaker 1: a fan of of people trying to like hang on
- 8:16Speaker 1: to those last few moments of things through the Bachelor. Now,
- 8:20Speaker 1: if if if Ashley was you know, out and she
- 8:24Speaker 1: was a correspondent on Good Morning America and she was
- 8:28Speaker 1: on the red carpet and she was doing like real work,
- 8:30Speaker 1: She's she's she's just she's on the dating show. Like so,
- 8:34Speaker 1: Chris Harrison well announced that that Ashley was coming on
- 8:38Speaker 1: this season to kind of just be an advisor, you know,
- 8:42Speaker 1: and fans are like, I don't know, you know why
- 8:45Speaker 1: she holding onto those last few minutes. I guess her
- 8:48Speaker 1: podcast wasn't enough. No, you know, hey, I think we're
- 8:52Speaker 1: doing better thing than actually podcast just saying I'm being
- 8:55Speaker 1: naughty and nice. Um, But here's what Chris said, pretty much, Hey, Nikki,
- 8:59Speaker 1: suck it. We specifically asked my friend to be on
- 9:02Speaker 1: the show. She was gracious enough to quarantine and join us,
- 9:05Speaker 1: which is very nice of her. But goltroll somewhere else poor.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So I like this, do you defend people that you
- 9:11Speaker 1: work with? Are you ever frightened of turning off your audience,
- 9:15Speaker 1: your fan base, people that support you. It's a very
- 9:18Speaker 1: tricky question, isn't it when you think of it like that.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Taylor Swift did this recently with her views on Donald
- 9:23Speaker 1: Trump and the election. She was very very outspoken, surprisingly
- 9:28Speaker 1: so for somebody from the country world. Yeah, no, yeah,
- 9:31Speaker 1: you stay up for your your family and friends. This
- 9:34Speaker 1: is a little bit different in the sense where you're
- 9:37Speaker 1: on TV once a week and the whole idea is
- 9:41Speaker 1: people that you've never seen before all coming together falling
- 9:44Speaker 1: in love. Like, what does Ashley do to add to
- 9:49Speaker 1: to this season? You know what I mean? How does
- 9:52Speaker 1: Ashley help Matt aside from her podcast and being on
- 9:54Speaker 1: the show and then playing in a bunch of games
- 9:57Speaker 1: and hooking up with you know what I mean? It's
- 9:59Speaker 1: there's no she doesn't have She has a tie to
- 10:03Speaker 1: the show being that she was on the show, but
- 10:06Speaker 1: she isn't a part of the show. You know what
- 10:07Speaker 1: I mean? Were vinded back, like they did advise her.
- 10:10Speaker 1: So I like that truth that she didn't just get
- 10:13Speaker 1: up one day and beg, beg, beg to come back.
- 10:15Speaker 1: They called her and she was like, you know what,
- 10:17Speaker 1: they're going to pay me. I like being on TV.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I don't mind it. I think the one that I'd
- 10:21Speaker 1: be worried about, actually is there's a rumors that Chris
- 10:25Speaker 1: himself is in trouble that we've talked about it on
- 10:27Speaker 1: this show. That it could be what they're calling inside
- 10:30Speaker 1: ABC tyrod, which means the next Tom version. Remember when
- 10:34Speaker 1: Tom was blindsided and Tyra turned up and You're out
- 10:37Speaker 1: and tyres in is tyrok going to take off? Is
- 10:42Speaker 1: that they might get a person of color, might get
- 10:45Speaker 1: some diversity on that show. They might get a woman.
- 10:48Speaker 1: The world has changed since that show started ten years ago.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Over ten years ago, the dating world has changed, and
- 10:54Speaker 1: certainly the me Too movement has changed. An enormous amount
- 10:58Speaker 1: of black lives matter something blur arguing that maybe it's
- 11:02Speaker 1: time to shake it up. I know, Chris, Chris. Can
- 11:05Speaker 1: you imagine Chris the Bachelor? Chris moving on? So talking
- 11:08Speaker 1: about blasting trolls Jlo is fighting back to Jlo put
- 11:12Speaker 1: up a beautiful video of her plug in basically her
- 11:15Speaker 1: new skincare line. She's no fool. If Jenny is going
- 11:19Speaker 1: to put up a two minute video and make the
- 11:20Speaker 1: effort to film it, it's going to plug something. So
- 11:23Speaker 1: she's in product and she's washing her face and she's
- 11:27Speaker 1: claiming that her fabulous looks because she washes with this
- 11:32Speaker 1: certain soap that she's just invented. So she wasn't watching
- 11:35Speaker 1: with it like two years ago. It was just quite recently.
- 11:39Speaker 1: It's only just been invented. I want to know what
- 11:41Speaker 1: she's been using for the last twenty years, and that's
- 11:43Speaker 1: called d n A. In any case, somebody, well you
- 11:46Speaker 1: know this too. I mean you've worked, so your your time.
- 11:51Speaker 1: There wasn't like you're driving her to go get Somebody
- 11:55Speaker 1: claimed that she had botox. Jen snapped back saying, no,
- 11:59Speaker 1: I didn't. But she said something really, really amazing, and
- 12:02Speaker 1: she said, I'll give you another j Lo Beauty's secret.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Try spending your time being more positive, kind and uplifting
- 12:11Speaker 1: to others. That will keep you youthful and beautiful to
- 12:15Speaker 1: send in love. Do you think being nice being positive
- 12:19Speaker 1: keeps you young? Well that I don't know, but it
- 12:23Speaker 1: does it make you feel better? Probably? Yes? I mean
- 12:26Speaker 1: I do know some really mean people who don't age,
- 12:29Speaker 1: and I think it's their nastiness that keeps them so young,
- 12:32Speaker 1: Like they just know that's botas, that's botox. What do
- 12:35Speaker 1: you think about botox? Have you ever done it? Garrett?
- 12:37Speaker 1: Ever thought about it? No? I haven't like the whole
- 12:41Speaker 1: idea of of taking it and putting putting a needle
- 12:46Speaker 1: to your forehead just to have straight lines. That's just me,
- 12:49Speaker 1: Like I'm not knocking it, but for me, I just
- 12:52Speaker 1: can't see myself putting in the Ultimately, doesn't you don't
- 12:54Speaker 1: feel it? I did it in my forehead, so I've
- 12:56Speaker 1: done it once many years ago, about five years ago.
- 12:59Speaker 1: How long does it likely that four or five months?
- 13:01Speaker 1: And then you probably should go back after that. I
- 13:02Speaker 1: didn't go back, and my lines are back in my forehead.
- 13:05Speaker 1: You know, I think you liked it. It was free,
- 13:08Speaker 1: so a doctor gave it to me for free. And
- 13:09Speaker 1: then I was with Jessica Simpson in l A when
- 13:12Speaker 1: she got her lips done. Then when Jessica had big
- 13:14Speaker 1: enormously and she would offer to do mine Jessica was like,
- 13:17Speaker 1: as a trees, I'll pay get yorks off, got a
- 13:19Speaker 1: very thin upper lift, and I was going to do
- 13:21Speaker 1: it until she went first. She screamed so loud. I
- 13:26Speaker 1: get like, like the idea of a needle going into
- 13:28Speaker 1: your lips, and what's going to get the throne of
- 13:32Speaker 1: virus shot? Garrett, that's the only needle that needs to
- 13:35Speaker 1: go in you. What's happening with that? I love him,
- 13:38Speaker 1: By the way, that was free to I didn't have
- 13:40Speaker 1: to pay for that. So I don't know why I'm
- 13:43Speaker 1: doing this or you should do this story because and
- 13:45Speaker 1: I'll explain why. In this second. Blake Shelton, getting ready
- 13:48Speaker 1: to wed Stefani very soon, wants to lose some weight
- 13:52Speaker 1: before the wedding, just like every bride and groom does
- 13:55Speaker 1: in the world. So he wants to lose about ten pounds.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And interesting, here's the thing, Rob Shooter, you should be
- 14:04Speaker 1: giving Tim tips of how to lose some weight. It's
- 14:07Speaker 1: the simplest thing. Or Blake Shelton has this big, big
- 14:10Speaker 1: gas ranch out there, and I think he should do
- 14:13Speaker 1: what you do, just walk around from admire your kingdom.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Blake goodness, I mean, Blake, Blake said that he's very tall.
- 14:22Speaker 1: So here's the thing. If you're very tall, you can
- 14:24Speaker 1: carry the weight weight obviously, so he um, he's over
- 14:29Speaker 1: six feet, he has to be like, I'm about six
- 14:32Speaker 1: one six two, so he's got yeah six, I'll put
- 14:36Speaker 1: them between six three six five. Very very tall. And
- 14:39Speaker 1: so he feels like he needs to lose a hundred pounds. Uh,
- 14:42Speaker 1: you know, he feels like he's gained it, just like
- 14:44Speaker 1: all of us have during quarantine. But I don't think
- 14:47Speaker 1: he needs to lose that much. But still he could
- 14:49Speaker 1: listen to you, Rob Shooter, you've sixty pounds. He said
- 14:52Speaker 1: something which I thought was great. He said he likes
- 14:55Speaker 1: to say ten pounds because that's doable. Don't tell anybody
- 14:57Speaker 1: you're gonna lose a hundred pounds or sixty pounds. Don't
- 15:00Speaker 1: don't even tell yourself that start with one. Everything starts
- 15:03Speaker 1: with one. If you're gonna write a book, you gotta
- 15:05Speaker 1: write a sentence. If you're gonna run a marathon, you've
- 15:06Speaker 1: gotta walk a few steps and just start with one pounds.
- 15:10Speaker 1: So I think ten's very doable. Question for you, Garrett.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You're in good shape, you're a handsome man. Before your wedding.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Did you think about your body shape? Did you think
- 15:19Speaker 1: about losing weight? Of course, for the one reason only
- 15:23Speaker 1: is pictures. You know those those pictures are therefore ever
- 15:29Speaker 1: so you want to try to at least look your best.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Maybe I have a very maybe unusual way of thinking
- 15:34Speaker 1: about pictures. I've lost some weight, so I'm looking pretty
- 15:37Speaker 1: good at the moment. But there was a time not
- 15:39Speaker 1: so long ago, a couple of years ago, when I
- 15:41Speaker 1: reached my peak weight. I think it's like about two
- 15:44Speaker 1: forty and there's a picture, many pictures of me. I
- 15:47Speaker 1: never shied away from it. I love a picture. I
- 15:49Speaker 1: never shied away from pictures. My friend Fianna and gurrise
- 15:53Speaker 1: Hello Fiano. She listens to the show Hello Heleven. Even
- 15:56Speaker 1: Fianna sent me a picture of the two of us
- 15:58Speaker 1: and we're having so much fun at a party, and
- 16:00Speaker 1: she wrote the caption, I wish I could remember this night.
- 16:03Speaker 1: It looks so much fun. The fact I was heavier
- 16:05Speaker 1: in the picture didn't upset me. I can look at
- 16:08Speaker 1: old pictures like I could look at my wedding pictures
- 16:10Speaker 1: and not think about my weight. I'd be like, oh,
- 16:13Speaker 1: what a lovely day? Does that make me? Kind of strange. No,
- 16:16Speaker 1: not at all, And let me say not everyone's period. Like,
- 16:19Speaker 1: I don't care if you had a picture of me
- 16:22Speaker 1: with four chunes from my wedding, but like the main photo.
- 16:25Speaker 1: I like, I have the main photo from my wedding,
- 16:28Speaker 1: like hanging in my Is it still you know? Yeah? No,
- 16:31Speaker 1: it's up above the we're looking adorable. Hey, we're going
- 16:33Speaker 1: to take a quick break here and we will be
- 16:36Speaker 1: all right. Band, welcome back to then. Not even a
- 16:42Speaker 1: Jean Robshooter with our friend Garrett Vogel, Garrett, Let's get
- 16:45Speaker 1: to the Poles official. Andy Cohen from Bravo aims to
- 16:52Speaker 1: join the Sex and the City reboot. He his best
- 16:55Speaker 1: friends in real life with Sarah Jessica Parker. Is this
- 16:58Speaker 1: a good idea or a bad idea? Oh? And said, no,
- 17:02Speaker 1: it's a bad idea. You don't want Andy on the show?
- 17:06Speaker 1: What do you think? I think a cameo by Andy
- 17:08Speaker 1: would be fun. He's been on it twice before. The
- 17:10Speaker 1: bit of him on the street rob Shooter, that's where
- 17:13Speaker 1: like passing on the street, like maybe carry's walking like
- 17:16Speaker 1: along a crosswalk, a very crowded crosswalk, everyone wearing masks
- 17:20Speaker 1: and Andy like Oh, he's been on twice before. He's
- 17:25Speaker 1: been on as a shoe salesman, Barns. Barns his close
- 17:28Speaker 1: who's not going to reprise that role. He was also
- 17:30Speaker 1: shirtless in a gay bar next to her, but he
- 17:32Speaker 1: wasn't on as Andy Cohen. I'm told this season they're
- 17:35Speaker 1: going to pepper it scatter it with famous type New Yorkers. Garrett.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Should we get on, of course we should be able
- 17:43Speaker 1: to get on via this podect. Maybe we're talking about
- 17:47Speaker 1: an article that carry just just published, and or she's
- 17:51Speaker 1: a she's a guest on our podcast. Yes, Carrie's on
- 17:54Speaker 1: talking about sex and the city and dating. Would you
- 17:57Speaker 1: would you do something like that if you've got asked
- 17:59Speaker 1: to be an extra on a show, playing yourself something
- 18:03Speaker 1: for one reason, and one reason only the outside of
- 18:06Speaker 1: the bragging rights. Maybe two reasons, because of course you
- 18:09Speaker 1: would brag with something like that, just for that moment
- 18:12Speaker 1: of history you're a part of it. I've been on
- 18:14Speaker 1: the Real Housewives a couple of times and people have
- 18:17Speaker 1: taken screenshots at that airs and repeat forever. And then
- 18:21Speaker 1: I also played myself in Days of Our Lives, the
- 18:25Speaker 1: soap opera that's in Salem I know. I was on
- 18:29Speaker 1: a game show called Chain Reaction on the Game Show Network.
- 18:33Speaker 1: It was about ten years ago, and it happens to
- 18:36Speaker 1: be one of those episodes that it comes on maybe
- 18:39Speaker 1: every four months. So I get a screenshot from whether
- 18:42Speaker 1: it be my grandmother to a random listener going, hey,
- 18:45Speaker 1: is this you on the game show Chain Reaction where
- 18:49Speaker 1: you have to like fill in the words and like guests,
- 18:52Speaker 1: And then we went to the final round. Yea asked
- 18:58Speaker 1: to get sex in the city. I want to be
- 18:59Speaker 1: on the price right a little different right now? Like
- 19:03Speaker 1: watching it, it's it's it's not the same. They'll be
- 19:06Speaker 1: back the contestants already there. But okay, let's do the
- 19:10Speaker 1: nicest of the day. Yes, all right, Well, I think
- 19:13Speaker 1: all the Swifties out there have have they've known probably
- 19:16Speaker 1: about this even before we do this story, Rob Shooter.
- 19:19Speaker 1: But Taylor Swift and her I guess boyfriend. We don't
- 19:24Speaker 1: even know if it's fiancee. Who knows at this point, Joe,
- 19:29Speaker 1: she sees herself being with them for pretty much forever.
- 19:32Speaker 1: You know, they've been together now for four years, and
- 19:35Speaker 1: Teller has gotten super super comfortable about going out in
- 19:37Speaker 1: public and letting fans in on the romance and and
- 19:41Speaker 1: but she's still protecting it. She's guarded. And we haven't
- 19:44Speaker 1: really seen this in a relationship with Taylor Stift before
- 19:46Speaker 1: because she's usually just whatever the paparazzi. Yet that's that's
- 19:49Speaker 1: what we get from Taylor Swiss relationships. So, uh, you know,
- 19:53Speaker 1: she loves Joe and she loves the relationships. She's not
- 19:57Speaker 1: trying to hide it. She's even given him songwriting read
- 20:00Speaker 1: it on her last album. So you know, you gotta
- 20:03Speaker 1: think that this could lead to something. I think it's
- 20:07Speaker 1: going to sound like congratulation to you, to your adorable
- 20:10Speaker 1: and not yes day of the day. Kelly Clarkson has
- 20:13Speaker 1: revealed that celebrities were mean to her just after she
- 20:16Speaker 1: won the American Idol and it's really interesting. So Jennifer
- 20:19Speaker 1: Love Hewitt was on her show and Kelly stopped to
- 20:22Speaker 1: stop the show and remind you, so you won't remember this,
- 20:24Speaker 1: but almost twenty years ago, we were on Idol and
- 20:27Speaker 1: we were on a red carpet and most celebrities were
- 20:29Speaker 1: mean to us. I was on those carpets at that
- 20:31Speaker 1: time and people were not nice. Kelly said, people were
- 20:34Speaker 1: mean to us because we were from a talent show,
- 20:37Speaker 1: and it was the first season and it was looked
- 20:38Speaker 1: down upon. It's like if you go to a big
- 20:40Speaker 1: celebrity event and a real housewife is there, they're not
- 20:43Speaker 1: treated that well. Reality TV is still still got like
- 20:48Speaker 1: a very very bad datation, a stigma, and so did
- 20:51Speaker 1: I Idol. I think a lot of celebrities were jealous,
- 20:53Speaker 1: particularly that first year of Idol. It came out of nowhere.
- 20:56Speaker 1: These kids were superstars. Forty million people were watching, you know,
- 21:01Speaker 1: the celebrities that that's been working really really hard for decades,
- 21:05Speaker 1: singing in bad piano bars and learning my craft, and
- 21:07Speaker 1: suddenly Kelly Clarkson comes along as a superstar. It has changed, Garrett.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Have you ever been mean to somebody because you were
- 21:14Speaker 1: a bit jealous or you looked down upon what they did?
- 21:16Speaker 1: Probably back in high school, if I could remember, Like,
- 21:19Speaker 1: I went to an old boys school, so it was
- 21:21Speaker 1: just like it wasn't really making like like the atmosphere
- 21:26Speaker 1: was different, you know, But I would probably say it
- 21:29Speaker 1: went both ways in high school. I didn't go both
- 21:32Speaker 1: high school, but the way you treated people in high
- 21:36Speaker 1: school was definitely different. It's very interesting. I'm not a
- 21:39Speaker 1: snob at all. It's one of the few qualities that's
- 21:42Speaker 1: very good about me. I don't look up or down
- 21:44Speaker 1: if you work at Gucci or Gap. I like you
- 21:47Speaker 1: all the same, so I probably wouldn't have been mean
- 21:49Speaker 1: to her. Jennifer love Hewitt was really nice. God bless you,
- 21:53Speaker 1: noughtyus there the day Norty those celebrities named the names
- 21:56Speaker 1: Kelly and now name and now it's time for a
- 21:59Speaker 1: moment of Robbie got to Robbia Robbie rob So it
- 22:02Speaker 1: doesn't matter why you're being kind. All that manners is
- 22:04Speaker 1: you're actually doing some good. I remember before I got
- 22:07Speaker 1: a green card, before I could work in America, I
- 22:09Speaker 1: volunteered at gay Men's Health Crisis, and I remember getting
- 22:13Speaker 1: trained to answer the hotlines there, and a supervisor said
- 22:17Speaker 1: he didn't care why we were there. We could be
- 22:19Speaker 1: volunteering to make ourselves feel better, to meet you guys.
- 22:23Speaker 1: We could be volunteering so our friends thought we were better,
- 22:26Speaker 1: he said. At the end of the day, it all
- 22:28Speaker 1: leads to the same results. So don't worry about why
- 22:33Speaker 1: you're being kind. Just do it and life gets better.
- 22:37Speaker 1: That's great, No, honestly, just yeah, think about it. Just
- 22:40Speaker 1: don't don't think about it. That's the thing. Don't think
- 22:42Speaker 1: about it, just do it. That's it for today. Hey,
- 22:45Speaker 1: thank you GARRETTA. It's your day off, so we really
- 22:48Speaker 1: do appreciate it. And thank you for listening to the
- 22:51Speaker 1: Naughty Even Nice with Rob and Garrett Show, a production
