Finding alignment between the individual and the idea can be challenging because it requires honest self-reflection, clarity of purpose, and sometimes uncomfortable change. Fear of judgment, failure, or letting go of familiar paths can also make alignment feel risky. This process often demands patience, vulnerability, and the courage to say no to ideas that don’t fully resonate.
