- 0:00Speaker 1: As you know, this is the last day before the
- 0:03Speaker 1: midterm elections, the most important midterm.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I believe, in our lifetime.
- 0:07Speaker 1: The Democrat Party has nominated the most extreme and dangerous
- 0:11Speaker 1: slate of candidates in American history. These are the most
- 0:14Speaker 1: dangerous candidates ever put up. There's never been anything like
- 0:19Speaker 1: what we're seeing, jihadists and Muslim Brotherhood members and people
- 0:24Speaker 1: that nobody can even believe what we're looking at, and
- 0:27Speaker 1: all committed to the same Radical agenda, open borders, raising
- 0:31Speaker 1: your taxes by trillions of dollars, taking away your guns,
- 0:35Speaker 1: transgender mutilization of your children, abolishing oil and natural gas,
- 0:40Speaker 1: sending energy costs skyrocketing. And opening the floodgates to millions
- 0:45Speaker 1: of migrants from all over the world, hoping to get
- 0:48Speaker 1: them to be able to vote. That's the only reason
- 0:50Speaker 1: they're letting them in. They want them to be able
- 0:52Speaker 1: to vote.
- 0:53Speaker 3: You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:56Speaker 2: It's election day.
- 0:58Speaker 4: So nice to have you with us on the 47
- 1:00Speaker 4: Morning Update. And we've got a lot to cover, including
- 1:03Speaker 4: massive amounts of voting. voter irregularities, and straight up lying
- 1:08Speaker 4: about who you are to vote in elections. So how
- 1:11Speaker 4: bad is voter fraud? Well, we now know, and we
- 1:14Speaker 4: have a snapshot of it. If you're looking for a
- 1:16Speaker 4: reason to get out and vote today, after we tell
- 1:19Speaker 4: you what we found all over the country, you should
- 1:21Speaker 4: be very inspired to make sure you have your vote
- 1:24Speaker 4: counted today. Before we get to that, the stakes right now,
- 1:27Speaker 4: they couldn't be higher. We finally have a president and
- 1:30Speaker 4: administration fighting hard for America first. But if we don't
- 1:34Speaker 4: get out and vote, we are going to have a
- 1:37Speaker 4: really tough time with the radical progressive agenda fighting back.
- 1:41Speaker 4: That is why it's time for you to go and
- 1:43Speaker 4: vote today. Now, that's also one of the reasons why
- 1:47Speaker 4: I stand with conservative companies that protect my values. One
- 1:51Speaker 4: of those companies is Patriot Mobile. They are America's only
- 1:55Speaker 4: Christian conservative wireless provider. Now they give me premium priority
- 1:59Speaker 4: nationwide service on all three major U.S.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Networks. They give me unlimited data plans.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Mobile hotspots, international roaming, and 100% U.S.-based customer support. You
- 2:09Speaker 4: can switch in minutes while keeping your phone and your number.
- 2:12Speaker 4: And unlike the other carriers, Patriot Mobile puts your money
- 2:15Speaker 4: towards causes defending faith, family, and freedom, contributing millions of
- 2:19Speaker 4: dollars each year to organizations on the front lines fighting
- 2:23Speaker 4: for our God-given rights. Patriot Mobile isn't just talking about
- 2:26Speaker 4: saving America. They're putting their business behind the fight every day.
- 2:31Speaker 4: So join the movement. Go to patriotmobile.com slash ben47. Or
- 2:37Speaker 4: call 972-PATRIOT. Use the promo code BEN47, and I'm going
- 2:41Speaker 4: to give you a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com
- 2:45Speaker 4: slash BEN47 or 972-PATRIOT, and you can make that switch today.
- 2:51Speaker 2: It's the 47 Morning Update, and it starts right now.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 2:55Speaker 4: You may be sitting this morning saying to yourself, do
- 2:58Speaker 4: I really need to get out and vote? Is it
- 3:00Speaker 4: really worth it? And what am I voting for? Or
- 3:03Speaker 4: what am I actually going to stop if I go vote,
- 3:07Speaker 4: especially if you're advocating for the agenda of Donald Trump? Well,
- 3:10Speaker 4: let me tell you what's happening on the other side
- 3:13Speaker 4: that might actually motivate you to get out and vote.
- 3:17Speaker 4: We have now learned that federal agents have arrested more
- 3:22Speaker 4: foreign nationals accused of voting illegally as Election Day is
- 3:26Speaker 4: now here.
- 3:28Speaker 2: We are now on.
- 3:29Speaker 4: The most important day, I would argue, this year. Millions
- 3:33Speaker 4: of Americans are already out. They're heading to the polls
- 3:36Speaker 4: to decide not only who controls Congress and the direction
- 3:39Speaker 4: of this country for the next two years, but there
- 3:42Speaker 4: is another part of this, and that is election integrity.
- 3:46Speaker 4: That is the story that is happening and developing across
- 3:49Speaker 4: multiple states in the final hours before people vote. Now,
- 3:54Speaker 4: let me tell you what the Democrats and the radical
- 3:56Speaker 4: left are trying to do. Federal authorities are announcing multiple arrests.
- 4:01Speaker 4: The Justice Department is bringing criminal charges. And we've learned
- 4:05Speaker 4: that Immigration and Customs Enforcement is also investigating foreign nationals
- 4:10Speaker 4: accused of casting ballots in American elections. And at the
- 4:14Speaker 4: center of this controversy is one major question. How do
- 4:18Speaker 4: we make sure that every ballot counted in an American
- 4:21Speaker 4: election was actually legally cast by an American citizen? That is,
- 4:27Speaker 4: by the way, not a hypothetical question. This is real,
- 4:30Speaker 4: and it's a problem. Now, according to a new report,
- 4:34Speaker 4: on October the 28th, the Department of Homeland Security announced
- 4:38Speaker 4: the arrest of more than a dozen foreign nationals accused
- 4:41Speaker 4: of illegally voting in American elections. Some of these individuals
- 4:45Speaker 4: also have serious criminal histories, according to the federal officials.
- 4:49Speaker 4: We are talking about allegations involving people who were never
- 4:53Speaker 4: legally entitled to vote in federal elections in the first place.
- 4:58Speaker 4: And what makes this story especially important is that these
- 5:01Speaker 4: arrests are not limited to one state or one election.
- 5:07Speaker 4: Federal officials have now identified alleged offenses involving elections in 2022.
- 5:12Speaker 4: 2024 and even the current 2026 cycle that we're in today. Now,
- 5:19Speaker 4: federal authorities were being told not only identified individuals they
- 5:23Speaker 4: believe illegally participated in our elections, but those allegations they
- 5:27Speaker 4: now say deserve a thorough investigation because American citizens have
- 5:32Speaker 4: a right to know that their votes are not only counted,
- 5:34Speaker 4: but they are protected. Which brings us to the Department
- 5:38Speaker 4: of Homeland Security announcement that the mainstream media is not
- 5:40Speaker 4: talking about. And again, I'm telling you this so you
- 5:42Speaker 4: understand what we're up against and why it is so
- 5:45Speaker 4: important for you to get out and vote today. So
- 5:48Speaker 4: let's start with the Department of Homeland Security. On October
- 5:51Speaker 4: the 28th, DHS announced arrests involving more than a dozen
- 5:55Speaker 4: foreign nationals. Homeland Security Secretary Mueller described the arrests as
- 5:59Speaker 4: part of the administration's effort to enforce election laws. Federal
- 6:04Speaker 4: authorities provide examples of individuals accused of participating in elections
- 6:08Speaker 4: despite lacking American citizenship. Now, again, all of these people
- 6:13Speaker 4: have been protected by the Democrats by the left. They
- 6:15Speaker 4: believe they're voting for them. Now, among these individuals was
- 6:19Speaker 4: one by the last name of Hernandez. He was a
- 6:22Speaker 4: Honduran national accused of voting already in the 2026 election.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Authorities also identified a Venezuelan national accused of voting all
- 6:31Speaker 4: the way back to 2024. And according to DHS, his
- 6:35Speaker 4: criminal history includes charges involving driving under the influence and,
- 6:39Speaker 4: you know, cocaine possession, because, again, this is who we're
- 6:43Speaker 4: allowing to vote that aren't supposed to be voting in
- 6:45Speaker 4: our elections. Then there's a Cambodian national accused of illegally
- 6:49Speaker 4: voting in the 1992 election. So if you think this
- 6:53Speaker 4: hasn't been going on for a long time, well, Mr. Vorn,
- 6:56Speaker 4: the Cambodian national, he's been voting since 1992. Federal officials
- 7:01Speaker 4: say his criminal history includes convictions involving assault and weapons
- 7:05Speaker 4: offenses because that's who the Democrats want to allow to
- 7:08Speaker 4: stay in our country. There was another individual that they
- 7:12Speaker 4: talked about, a Guatemalan that was accused of voting in
- 7:15Speaker 4: the 2024 election and a Honduras individual that was accused
- 7:19Speaker 4: of illegally voting in the current 2026 election cycle. You
- 7:24Speaker 4: notice the trend here, right? A lot of illegals, a
- 7:26Speaker 4: lot of them voting. A lot of them are voting
- 7:29Speaker 4: and the Democrats are looking the other way. In fact,
- 7:31Speaker 4: they're even helping get them and encouraging them to go
- 7:34Speaker 4: to the polls.
- 7:35Speaker 2: That is what we are up against.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Now, let's take a look at Pennsylvania for a second.
- 7:41Speaker 4: There's another case that just broke out of Pennsylvania the
- 7:45Speaker 4: very next day on October the 29th. We now have
- 7:48Speaker 4: reports that ICE had arrested a Cuban national accused of
- 7:52Speaker 4: illegally voting in American elections. Again, Democrats say that no
- 7:56Speaker 4: illegal immigrant ever votes in our election.
- 7:58Speaker 2: So you shouldn't care.
- 7:59Speaker 4: Well, according to the report, Sanchez Lloyd had a criminal
- 8:03Speaker 4: history dating back decades. He was convicted of drug offenses
- 8:08Speaker 4: in 1987 and receiving stolen property in 1991. A federal
- 8:14Speaker 4: immigration judge ordered his deportation in April of 2009. But
- 8:19Speaker 4: according to the reporting, he remained in the United States
- 8:22Speaker 4: for another 17 years. Federal agents arrested him on October
- 8:26Speaker 4: the 23rd in connection with allegations of illegal voting. Now,
- 8:30Speaker 4: if you think about this question and these cases that
- 8:34Speaker 4: I just told you, you've got to now say, all right, well,
- 8:37Speaker 4: how is it that someone with a longstanding deportation order
- 8:41Speaker 4: was able to remain in the country, and then how
- 8:44Speaker 4: did that same person get themselves in an ability to
- 8:48Speaker 4: vote in American elections and cancel out your vote?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Well.
- 8:53Speaker 4: It was all done by design by the Democrats that
- 8:55Speaker 4: do not want checks and balances. They don't want the
- 8:59Speaker 4: SAVE Act. They don't want a system that actually checks
- 9:02Speaker 4: to see if you're an American before we let you vote.
- 9:06Speaker 4: Which then brings us to another story in California. On
- 9:10Speaker 4: October the 19th, we're now learning a lot more about
- 9:13Speaker 4: the Justice Department and their announcement of 28 foreign nationals
- 9:18Speaker 4: that have been charged in California as part of an
- 9:20Speaker 4: initiative called Operation Protect the Vote. 11 were arrested that day.
- 9:25Speaker 4: And there's important distinction in all these cases as well.
- 9:29Speaker 4: According to the Justice Department, all 28 defendants were lawful
- 9:33Speaker 4: permanent residents, aka green card holders. They were legally living
- 9:39Speaker 4: in the United States of America, but they're not allowed
- 9:41Speaker 4: to vote in our elections because they are not American citizens.
- 9:45Speaker 4: And lawful permanent resident, by the way, does not provide
- 9:48Speaker 4: the right to vote in our federal elections. I want
- 9:50Speaker 4: to be very clear. There's a lot of people I know,
- 9:53Speaker 4: by the way, they're in this country legally. They have
- 9:55Speaker 4: a green card. They're not allowed to vote in our elections.
- 9:58Speaker 4: But if you're a Democrat, you say, come on down.
- 10:00Speaker 4: We'd love for you to vote as long as you're
- 10:02Speaker 4: voting for our guys. Well, federal prosecutors, they now allege
- 10:06Speaker 4: offenses including fraudulent voter registration of these green card holders
- 10:11Speaker 4: and false statements on naturalization applications. According to the Justice Department,
- 10:16Speaker 4: most of the defendants had cast illegal ballots in America's elections,
- 10:22Speaker 4: some of them multiple times. Now, again, those are the
- 10:26Speaker 4: government's allegations. Now, again, these are major accusations coming from
- 10:31Speaker 4: our government. And it brings up the even bigger question, right?
- 10:35Speaker 4: You look at this election and you ask yourself, OK,
- 10:39Speaker 4: should I get off the couch?
- 10:41Speaker 2: Should I vote today? Is it that important?
- 10:44Speaker 4: Well, based on what we're now seeing, the answer is absolutely,
- 10:47Speaker 4: because illegal immigrants are voting and Democrats don't want you
- 10:50Speaker 4: to know that. They don't even want to admit that
- 10:52Speaker 4: it's actually happening. Now, the government also is going to
- 10:56Speaker 4: have a big fight moving forward. Should you have to
- 10:58Speaker 4: identify yourself and. Actually show proof of citizenship before you're
- 11:03Speaker 4: allowed to vote in our elections. Democrats say no. Republicans,
- 11:08Speaker 4: they say yes. Now, you understand what's going on in general.
- 11:13Speaker 4: So let me bring you to even more damning information
- 11:16Speaker 4: that we have.
- 11:17Speaker 2: We are now learning.
- 11:19Speaker 4: That while federal authorities are investigating foreign nationals accused of
- 11:22Speaker 4: illegally voting, there is another controversy developing over the accuracy
- 11:27Speaker 4: of voter registration records. And yeah, that means that there
- 11:31Speaker 4: are people that are, you know, dead that are probably
- 11:34Speaker 4: canceling out your vote. Now, this time we're looking at
- 11:38Speaker 4: two of the largest and most politically significant states in
- 11:42Speaker 4: the country. California and Michigan. And the numbers that are
- 11:46Speaker 4: now being reported on this issue deserve serious examination from
- 11:50Speaker 4: all of us. Let me just give you an example
- 11:52Speaker 4: of the corruption here. In Los Angeles County, an election
- 11:56Speaker 4: integrity organization says it's identified 9,000 766 active voter registrations
- 12:05Speaker 4: associated with potentially deceased individuals.
- 12:09Speaker 2: That's almost 10,000. Nearly 10,000 just in L.A. County.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Move far away from California, let's go to Michigan. The
- 12:17Speaker 4: same organization also alleges that there are 2,461 registered voters
- 12:24Speaker 4: that have recorded birthdates indicating that they are at least
- 12:28Speaker 4: 110 years old. Now, are there a bunch of 110-year-olds
- 12:32Speaker 4: voting in Michigan? Based on statistics, that would be impossible. But, again,
- 12:39Speaker 4: this is why the Democrats don't want you to have
- 12:42Speaker 4: to actually show proof of ID before you vote, because you.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Can walk in and vote for a dead person.
- 12:48Speaker 4: Now, 10,000 dead people voting in California, or thousands of
- 12:53Speaker 4: fraudulent ballots being cast by dead people in Michigan— You
- 12:57Speaker 4: would think that that would be a story that the
- 12:59Speaker 4: media would want to cover.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Apparently not. So let's start back in L.A.
- 13:04Speaker 4: And I'll dive even more into the details of the
- 13:06Speaker 4: corruption there. On October 30th, the Public Interest Legal Foundation
- 13:11Speaker 4: announced the results of an examination of Los Angeles County
- 13:15Speaker 4: voter registration records, according to the organization. Its analysis identified
- 13:20Speaker 4: 9,766 potentially deceased individuals listed as active registered voters. The
- 13:30Speaker 4: organization filed a formal complaint under the Help America's Vote Act,
- 13:34Speaker 4: and that is not the only finding. The group also
- 13:37Speaker 4: identified 1,279 apparent duplicate registrations associated with the same residential addresses,
- 13:46Speaker 4: meaning that there's a very good chance there's voter fraud happening.
- 13:50Speaker 4: It reported another 1,340 active registrations containing what they described
- 13:56Speaker 4: as fictional dates of birth. And then there's another remarkable
- 14:01Speaker 4: number on top of all that.
- 14:03Speaker 2: 704.
- 14:06Speaker 4: That is how many active registrations the organization identified with
- 14:09Speaker 4: recorded birth dates indicating that the individuals involved would be
- 14:14Speaker 4: at least 110 years old.
- 14:17Speaker 2: 110.
- 14:18Speaker 4: Now, to be clear, there have been Americans that have
- 14:20Speaker 4: lived to be 110. By the way, it's insanely rare.
- 14:24Speaker 4: So when hundreds of registrations in one county alone contain
- 14:30Speaker 4: ages of 110 and beyond, it's more than reasonable to
- 14:35Speaker 4: ask whether the records are even remotely accurate. And if
- 14:39Speaker 4: the dates are incorrect, then election officials should determine why
- 14:44Speaker 4: and how it happened. Now, there's also the post office
- 14:48Speaker 4: address question that's come up as well. The organization's investigation
- 14:52Speaker 4: also identified 54 United States Postal Service locations that that
- 14:58Speaker 4: were reportedly listed as residential addresses in voter registration records. Now,
- 15:03Speaker 4: if you think about that, a post office is not
- 15:06Speaker 4: ordinarily someone's residential address. There can be legitimate explanations for
- 15:11Speaker 4: unusual address records, including data entry problems and, you know,
- 15:16Speaker 4: special circumstances. But a registration system should be reliable enough
- 15:21Speaker 4: that if a bunch of people are saying they live
- 15:22Speaker 4: at the post office, there's a red flag that goes up,
- 15:25Speaker 4: especially when it's into the hundreds and hundreds in one
- 15:28Speaker 4: county alone. It makes no sense at all. So you
- 15:33Speaker 4: put all that together and then let's go back to
- 15:35Speaker 4: the dead voters and why that number matters. Nearly 10,000
- 15:40Speaker 4: potentially deceased registrations are active. That means there's a very
- 15:45Speaker 4: good chance that if you wanted to cheat, you could
- 15:48Speaker 4: do it by just voting on behalf of the 110-year-old
- 15:52Speaker 4: people that you have on the list.
- 15:54Speaker 2: People, by the way, that have also already died. Now,
- 15:58Speaker 2: I want to be clear.
- 15:58Speaker 4: The organization said it doesn't mean that all 9,766 deceased
- 16:04Speaker 4: people actually cast ballots.
- 16:05Speaker 2: That's not what they're saying.
- 16:07Speaker 4: But what they are saying is that the government databases, well,
- 16:11Speaker 4: they have outdated information. Dates of birth can be entered incorrectly.
- 16:15Speaker 4: That could be part of the problem. Why hasn't it
- 16:16Speaker 4: been fixed is the question you and I as a
- 16:18Speaker 4: voter should be asking. And voter registration records sometimes take time,
- 16:23Speaker 4: they say, to update voters. following a death so then
- 16:26Speaker 4: again could their son or daughter or caretaker go in
- 16:30Speaker 4: and vote on their behalf apparently that's exactly what happens
- 16:33Speaker 4: many times with these quote deceased voters now you take
- 16:39Speaker 4: all of this into consideration and ask yourself a question
- 16:44Speaker 4: should i go out and vote if this is how
- 16:46Speaker 4: hard the other side is trying to work or not
- 16:49Speaker 4: trying they are working to cheat Maybe it's time that
- 16:53Speaker 4: I get out and vote. Now, let me just move
- 16:56Speaker 4: to Michigan just to put this in perspective. This is
- 16:59Speaker 4: in California. There was another report that was published on
- 17:02Speaker 4: November the 2nd. It describes another set of allegations from
- 17:07Speaker 4: the Public Interest Legal Foundation. According to a complaint filed
- 17:12Speaker 4: late last month, Michigan's voter registration database contained more than
- 17:17Speaker 4: 2,460 registrants, whose recorded birthdates indicated they were at least.
- 17:26Speaker 2: 110 years old.
- 17:27Speaker 4: Again, different state, far away from the other state we
- 17:30Speaker 4: were talking about, California. Same result. 47 of these registrations
- 17:36Speaker 4: reportedly contained birth years in the 1800s.
- 17:41Speaker 2: One record listed a birth year as 1823. Yeah, 1823.
- 17:44Speaker 4: And we're supposed to believe that person's still alive. Now,
- 17:50Speaker 4: by the way, just to put this in perspective, why
- 17:52Speaker 4: a red flag should have gone off that someone had
- 17:54Speaker 4: the birth year of 1823, Michigan did not become a
- 17:59Speaker 4: state until 1837. That means the person associated with that
- 18:04Speaker 4: registration would have been born 14 years before Michigan even
- 18:09Speaker 4: entered the Union. So if the birth year were accurate,
- 18:13Speaker 4: that individual would be 203 years old today and apparently
- 18:17Speaker 4: is still voting. Now, obviously, you and I know there's
- 18:21Speaker 4: not a 203 year old voter that doesn't exist. So
- 18:26Speaker 4: why is that person still in the voter rolls? Why
- 18:29Speaker 4: would you not make sure that that person is off
- 18:32Speaker 4: the voter rolls so someone doesn't go in and vote
- 18:33Speaker 4: on their behalf or send an absentee ballot or make
- 18:36Speaker 4: sure that they actually do vote? Now, according to the
- 18:39Speaker 4: Public Interest Legal Foundation, its lawyers first flagged many of
- 18:44Speaker 4: these registrations all the way back in 2019. The organization
- 18:50Speaker 4: alleges the records were still present seven years after they
- 18:55Speaker 4: blew the whistle. Why would that be? Because Democrats love
- 18:58Speaker 4: to cheat in the elections. All of this comes back
- 19:02Speaker 4: to a simple issue. If you're sitting at home right now,
- 19:07Speaker 4: should you go vote? The answer is yes, because the
- 19:10Speaker 4: other side isn't just voting. They're finding people that were
- 19:13Speaker 4: born in the 1800s to vote against you, to destroy
- 19:17Speaker 4: this country. They're finding people that aren't American citizens to
- 19:21Speaker 4: vote against you right now in this country. They're finding
- 19:27Speaker 4: not only illegal immigrants, but they're finding people that hate America, again,
- 19:31Speaker 4: to vote against you on election day in this country.
- 19:36Speaker 4: So if you needed a reason to go vote today,
- 19:40Speaker 4: I hope I gave you one. By the way, I
- 19:42Speaker 4: hope you'll call your friends, your family, and I hope
- 19:45Speaker 4: you'll take some of them with you as well.
