- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Conspiracy The Show with your hosts Adam Todd
- 0:15Speaker 1: Brown and Conye mcspaden.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy the Show. I am Adam
- 0:27Speaker 2: Todd Brown.
- 0:28Speaker 3: I'm also here. I'm hanging out Connor mcspadden on the
- 0:32Speaker 3: Ones and twos.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Conor mcspadden's here too, drinking the water.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Yeah, I was, you know, I was re kind. I was.
- 0:37Speaker 3: I was having a sip and I was like, Adam
- 0:39Speaker 3: will probably cue me up and I'll try to slide
- 0:41Speaker 3: in some kind of quip. But then as the silence
- 0:43Speaker 3: grew deafening, I was like, perhaps this is where me,
- 0:46Speaker 3: an alleged professional broadcaster should introduce himself for the listeners
- 0:50Speaker 3: at home.
- 0:51Speaker 1: But we got through it.
- 0:53Speaker 3: We did. Yeah, and you know, this is the kind
- 0:54Speaker 3: of genuine, uh you know, real interpersonal interaction that that
- 0:58Speaker 3: you that you want when you listen to your Conspiracy
- 1:01Speaker 3: Show podcast. You don't want to hear facts or Yeah,
- 1:04Speaker 3: you know, this is why people tune in. It's because
- 1:06Speaker 3: of the chemistry.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yeah, speaking of that, what have you been up to
- 1:09Speaker 2: since we recorded last Uh?
- 1:11Speaker 3: You know, just did photoshop and weird stuff and just
- 1:15Speaker 3: sure youat know a lot of peanut butter and stuff.
- 1:18Speaker 1: You know, just peanut butter is great.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Just starving finding live streams of Rachel Maddow on a
- 1:23Speaker 3: YouTube before they get pulled by the FCC, you know,
- 1:26Speaker 3: the good stuff.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Is that happening? Why is she getting her live streams pulled?
- 1:29Speaker 3: Oh no, because it's I just I just google MSNBC
- 1:33Speaker 3: live stream and they like, they'll it'll be up for
- 1:36Speaker 3: like twenty minutes, and then you got to try to
- 1:38Speaker 3: hop on another one because I mean you're basically stealing MSNBC.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Oh I get it.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it. Well, you feel to
- 1:44Speaker 3: take into account is that I live a very sedentary,
- 1:47Speaker 3: low key lifestyle. I didn't exactly Well, let me tell
- 1:50Speaker 3: you a little something about cocaine. Yeah, it's just I
- 1:53Speaker 3: don't know. I just started a new audio book. Adam exciting. Yeah,
- 1:59Speaker 3: that's very excited. How are you, man?
- 2:01Speaker 2: I've been good, just working a lot. Have a show tonight,
- 2:05Speaker 2: not tonight if you're listening to this, but tonight, according.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Keep your eyes peeled for the un Pop's Live show
- 2:11Speaker 3: on Glendale. Yeah right, that's gonna be featuring some of
- 2:13Speaker 3: your favorite co hosts and guests.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Connor will be on it in September twentieth.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Listen to me a good company man, One time scourge
- 2:21Speaker 3: of the un Pops podcast network, now devoted devoted.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Schiller, delivering the plugs right the top.
- 2:28Speaker 3: What are we talking about today?
- 2:30Speaker 2: We are talking about Princess Diana. It must be we're
- 2:34Speaker 2: nearing the anniversary. What would it be she died in
- 2:37Speaker 2: ninety seven, twenty thirty or yeah, twenty yeah, twenty twenty. Yeah,
- 2:43Speaker 2: we're nearing the twentieth anniversary of her death. So there's
- 2:46Speaker 2: all of these documentaries and things coming back around.
- 2:49Speaker 3: You know, as a four year old, I was a
- 2:51Speaker 3: big fan of Princess Dianne in my formative years, so
- 2:53Speaker 3: this really hit nod. Yeah, I mean I had really
- 2:56Speaker 3: no opinions about this until I started looking into it
- 2:58Speaker 3: for the show. But it's actually there's a lot of
- 3:00Speaker 3: a really weird shit. Yeah, it's it's super weird.
- 3:03Speaker 2: This happened when I was just about to turn twenty one,
- 3:08Speaker 2: because I'm way older than you and.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Part of that part of the dynamic that people love coming.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Back, man, and I just didn't give a shit, like
- 3:17Speaker 2: I remember hearing about it obviously, Yeah, but it's like
- 3:21Speaker 2: it's the British Royal family?
- 3:22Speaker 1: What the fuck do I care? I get?
- 3:24Speaker 3: Really, I find it really odd when American people are
- 3:27Speaker 3: all into that, Like it's most English people I think
- 3:30Speaker 3: are just I think they're annoyed that they have to
- 3:31Speaker 3: give a shit about it, right, It's the impression I've
- 3:33Speaker 3: gotten for most of the English people I've talked to.
- 3:35Speaker 1: It's like, what kind of fucking country has a king? Still?
- 3:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, your lizards have crowns whatever.
- 3:43Speaker 1: So this even though neither of us give a shit, Yeah, clearly,
- 3:48Speaker 1: what's a good way to open this podcast.
- 3:50Speaker 3: That makes us the most impartial commentators? Yeah, sure, I
- 3:54Speaker 3: have no opinions about any of them. That's Yeah, that's
- 3:57Speaker 3: a good way to open this show. Let's talk about
- 3:59Speaker 3: something we don't get shit. Pretty much, all I know
- 4:01Speaker 3: about the royal family is that I heard that the
- 4:03Speaker 3: Queen goes around turning off lights to save electricity. So
- 4:06Speaker 3: that that was about my beforehand.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Yeah, so yeah, let's uh, let's get into it.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Uh, like I said, twentieth anniversary. She died August thirty first,
- 4:15Speaker 2: nineteen ninety seven. To give some background, first, Princess Diana
- 4:20Speaker 2: and Prince Charles met in July nineteen eighty at a
- 4:23Speaker 2: house party.
- 4:24Speaker 1: She was nineteen.
- 4:26Speaker 2: He had actually met her before, when she was about fifteen,
- 4:28Speaker 2: when he was dating her sister.
- 4:31Speaker 3: See that's weird. You don't not a lot of relationships.
- 4:34Speaker 3: I mean, once you fuck one family member, you've pretty
- 4:36Speaker 3: much like shut yourself off to the rest of them.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Yeah, you kind of go, that's a weird lateral move.
- 4:42Speaker 3: You gotta exercise discretion when you're picking a member of
- 4:45Speaker 3: a family the fuck, because probably it should be the
- 4:48Speaker 3: last one. I think most people can agree.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Yeah, there should. You should.
- 4:51Speaker 2: You should be allowed to fuck one family member per family.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think. I think once you you know,
- 4:56Speaker 3: like the mother daughter porn stuff that always creeped me out.
- 4:59Speaker 3: I'm like that. No, Yeah, you're making a weird Mobius
- 5:02Speaker 3: strip out of the space time vagina continuum.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I've never I've never gotten dudes who are into
- 5:08Speaker 2: the idea of like a mother and daughter. Yeah, very Yeah,
- 5:12Speaker 2: like even twins would weird me out a little. It's
- 5:14Speaker 2: like your siblings get out of bed with each other?
- 5:17Speaker 3: Am I Joseph Mangelo? What am I doing this for? Yeah?
- 5:21Speaker 3: So this is already raising a red flag. I don't
- 5:24Speaker 3: really like this Prince Prince William character.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Right, and the relationships Charles rather, the relationship with her sister,
- 5:31Speaker 2: whose name was Sarah, fell apart after Sarah gave an
- 5:34Speaker 2: interview saying that Charles made his girlfriends call him sir.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So after that, after Princess.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Diana's sister dates a dude who makes her call him sir,
- 5:47Speaker 2: she's still like, let's do this.
- 5:48Speaker 3: You can't do that unless you like Prince. Maybe I
- 5:51Speaker 3: think he could have maybe gotten away with that. Prescotte Bush,
- 5:56Speaker 3: patriarch of the Bush crime dynasty, made his grandchildren call
- 6:01Speaker 3: him senator, which I thought was so fucking creepy.
- 6:04Speaker 1: That's great though, Yeah, yeah, yeah, like it's Senator those
- 6:07Speaker 1: Bush kids.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, Jeb George, go give go, give senator
- 6:12Speaker 3: a hug, and then Senator Bush thank him for your
- 6:17Speaker 3: Nazi gold presence. We gotta do an episode on that.
- 6:20Speaker 3: The Bush family laundering Nazi gold money. That's something I've
- 6:24Speaker 3: only heard hear in passing. But I'm like, oh, there's
- 6:26Speaker 3: no way that's not true.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Yeah, we should just do.
- 6:28Speaker 3: A whole Bush family episode. There's so much, there's a
- 6:31Speaker 3: lot to dig into, certain conspiracy theories. You hear him
- 6:33Speaker 3: and you're like, ah, yeah, there's I mean, I don't
- 6:36Speaker 3: you don't need to investigate. Of course, a guy named
- 6:38Speaker 3: Prescott was sympathetic to Nazis.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Of course he was.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Yeah, so, sir, that's that's a huge pussy foul party foul.
- 6:46Speaker 3: I don't know, I don't know if there's a technical
- 6:49Speaker 3: term for that, but I'm that's just it gives you
- 6:51Speaker 3: the willies.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:52Speaker 2: Yeah, and especially when you take into account that he
- 6:55Speaker 2: was thirty one at the time.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and the kind of guy that would do that
- 6:59Speaker 3: would also stage the car accident, like that's of vandikah
- 7:02Speaker 3: yeah one.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Uh so he was thirty one, he was under pressure
- 7:07Speaker 2: from the public and the crown to uh settle down
- 7:11Speaker 2: and get married.
- 7:13Speaker 3: What does pressure from the crown mean? You know, she
- 7:16Speaker 3: doesn't really give like policies. It's not like the president's
- 7:19Speaker 3: bully pulpit where he can go out and bully the
- 7:21Speaker 3: Congress and like, oh yeah, the American people overwhelmingly want
- 7:24Speaker 3: blah blah blah reform. Like pressure from the crown. Did
- 7:27Speaker 3: an old lady look at you crossly?
- 7:29Speaker 1: Exactly?
- 7:30Speaker 3: Is that what the pressure is? That intimidating? Yeah?
- 7:32Speaker 2: I mean the other way to translate that sentence is
- 7:35Speaker 2: basically pressure from mom, like his mom was pressuring him
- 7:39Speaker 2: to get married, and.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Did he write the show notes to make it more flattering.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Uh so.
- 7:46Speaker 2: In the eyes of the Queen, Diana was the perfect match.
- 7:50Speaker 2: She was from one of the oldest and wealthiest aristocratic
- 7:54Speaker 2: families in England, her father was a good friend of
- 7:57Speaker 2: the Queen, and most of all, she was young, sweet
- 8:00Speaker 2: and a virgin.
- 8:03Speaker 3: Nice.
- 8:04Speaker 1: I don't know why I let off an airhorn for that.
- 8:06Speaker 1: That was probably a bummer for him for at least
- 8:08Speaker 1: the first couple of months.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Yeah, it's pretty rough. I don't know if you've ever
- 8:11Speaker 3: actually taken a gala's virginity, it's it's it's no joke.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean once. But I was a virgin too,
- 8:17Speaker 2: so it didn't. Oh, I've gone in mutually assured destruction.
- 8:20Speaker 3: I got called in like the experts on pond Stars,
- 8:23Speaker 3: and I had to go go handle it. I came
- 8:26Speaker 3: by with my like my weird toy jumpsuits and I
- 8:28Speaker 3: was like appraising it, and I was like, yeah, it
- 8:30Speaker 3: looks like a man condition. Plussy here, let me let
- 8:32Speaker 3: me stick myself in here. Uh, you know what the
- 8:35Speaker 3: fuck was I gonna get at Uh yeah, I mean
- 8:39Speaker 3: it's it's kind of weird that, you know, as the
- 8:42Speaker 3: story develops, you did that. The Queen is alleged to
- 8:44Speaker 3: have turned on her, but she basically was like, if
- 8:46Speaker 3: you don't marry this lady, I'm gonna kick you off
- 8:47Speaker 3: the family cell phone plan and you know, yeah stop
- 8:50Speaker 3: paying your car insurance.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Like yeah, it's yeah, it's it's such a weird thing that.
- 8:55Speaker 2: I mean, I guess politicians here would be under that
- 8:58Speaker 2: same pressure. Like we've never had an unmarried president.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Uh no, I don't think we have. We've had we've
- 9:05Speaker 3: had a couple of childless presidents, and we have now
- 9:07Speaker 3: two divorced presidents, right Ryan Trump. But uh yeah, I
- 9:09Speaker 3: don't think there was ever like a bachelor. Yeah. So
- 9:12Speaker 3: this is another thing, is that, uh this is kind
- 9:15Speaker 3: of like a reverse Sarah Palin situation where you know,
- 9:18Speaker 3: he's like, oh there's a bold, it's a good choice,
- 9:19Speaker 3: you know, or she ended up actually being a really
- 9:21Speaker 3: classic he you know, diging versus you know, is she
- 9:24Speaker 3: she but didn't wasn't doing what they wanted her to, right,
- 9:29Speaker 3: I think that she didn't The Queen or however, didn't
- 9:31Speaker 3: really vet Diana enough. You know, they wanted me a
- 9:35Speaker 3: smiling stooge.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Yeah, they didn't. They were getting kind of a loose
- 9:38Speaker 2: cannon in terms of and not even that she just
- 9:41Speaker 2: wasn't easy to control.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Yeah, she just wasn't like a hoity toity, you know.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And uh, starting as soon as their engagement, Prince Charles
- 9:51Speaker 2: and Diana's relationship was strained, he never stopped seeing his
- 9:56Speaker 2: old flame, Camilla Parker bowls, which that's shitty obviously.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't understand how people think they can get
- 10:03Speaker 3: away with cheating, you know, yeah, like especially in that position,
- 10:06Speaker 3: like I could never. I don't see how I would
- 10:09Speaker 3: get away with cheating. And I'm a fucking nobody, you know,
- 10:12Speaker 3: Like I'm not like one of the most recognizable people
- 10:14Speaker 3: in the entire country yet yet Yet, once we get
- 10:18Speaker 3: these YouTube live streams going up, everyone, we're gonna be
- 10:21Speaker 3: the Joe Rogan experience of awkward small talk and shit
- 10:25Speaker 3: that kind of matters from twenty years ago. But uh, yeah,
- 10:28Speaker 3: I don't like what do you think is gonna happen? Man?
- 10:31Speaker 1: Yeah, especially not just cheating, but carrying on.
- 10:34Speaker 2: A whole separate affair or relationship like this guy did.
- 10:38Speaker 1: For decades.
- 10:40Speaker 3: Guys gotta have bodyguards, and like, you really think that
- 10:42Speaker 3: you're gonna have twenty bodyguard and you know, not one
- 10:44Speaker 3: of them is gonna break their I'm not gonna, you know,
- 10:46Speaker 3: cock block the Royal family oath that they take when
- 10:48Speaker 3: they swear in. Yeah, exactly, I think that's what it's called.
- 10:51Speaker 3: I'm not sure they.
- 10:52Speaker 1: Should take that.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Take off your big tall Marge Simpson hair hats, repeat
- 10:59Speaker 3: after me.
- 11:00Speaker 2: So almost as soon as the wedding happens, Princess Diana
- 11:05Speaker 2: gets really really famous and starts to sort of overshadow
- 11:10Speaker 2: the royal family. They weren't especially fond of the way
- 11:14Speaker 2: she treated common folk and servants. And by that, I
- 11:18Speaker 2: don't mean she was mean to them. She was too nice.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, and they didn't dig that they were. In
- 11:24Speaker 2: their opinion, royals were supposed to be distant and set apart,
- 11:27Speaker 2: and she was kind to everyone despite their station in life,
- 11:31Speaker 2: especially her staff, calling them by their first name, remembering birthdays, anniversaries,
- 11:36Speaker 2: and giving gifts. Connor, that's gross. Yeah, those are poor people.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Those aren't English values. No, absolutely not.
- 11:44Speaker 3: You eat toffee without brushing your teeth before bed and
- 11:47Speaker 3: then you wake up and scowl. All right, that's what
- 11:50Speaker 3: Churchi'll save this god forsaken island for. That's so odd
- 11:54Speaker 3: because I feel like that's just better pr I feel
- 11:56Speaker 3: like we I think, yeah, all our politicians just stage
- 11:59Speaker 3: them trying to be you. Not that they're politicians anymore,
- 12:02Speaker 3: but I mean that, like they they photo ops are
- 12:05Speaker 3: a huge that like, oh, let's get him scooping one
- 12:07Speaker 3: shovel of dirt at the woman's shelter and all that,
- 12:10Speaker 3: you know, whatever, blah blah blah blah blah. But this
- 12:12Speaker 3: is like she just by being showing a basic level
- 12:15Speaker 3: of human decency. They're like, yeah, that's kind of off
- 12:17Speaker 3: brand for us.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it's and it just kind of speaks to one
- 12:23Speaker 2: of the reasons I don't understand the fascination with the
- 12:27Speaker 2: royal family, Like, especially when you hear people in England
- 12:30Speaker 2: talk about it, a lot of them are like, man,
- 12:32Speaker 2: we just don't fucking care either.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yeah, like it's almost like a tourist thing, yeah, caring
- 12:37Speaker 1: about the royal fan And I'm pretty.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Sure with all the fucking security and the whatever the
- 12:42Speaker 3: electricity bill is in a fucking castle that that is
- 12:45Speaker 3: not like a net positive for the English economy. You know,
- 12:49Speaker 3: it's basically like having a fish tank full of exotic
- 12:52Speaker 3: like iguanas, and you're like, it's a conversation starter. But
- 12:55Speaker 3: I'm spending most of my you know, money that should
- 12:58Speaker 3: go to child support on this the iguana food. My
- 13:01Speaker 3: ex wife's gonna take my iguanas. So somehow that has
- 13:04Speaker 3: to do with monarchy.
- 13:06Speaker 1: But you got well lizard people.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Still, so she insisted on doing everything different, starting with
- 13:16Speaker 2: the birth of her first son. She wanted to have
- 13:18Speaker 2: the baby in a regular hospital, not in the palace,
- 13:21Speaker 2: Which why are you having babies in the fucking palace?
- 13:25Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm me too. I would way rather have a
- 13:29Speaker 3: baby and go a hospital.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Go to a hospital. She also sent the boys, was like.
- 13:33Speaker 3: What if, like, you know, you got all the people
- 13:35Speaker 3: you'd expect, you got the midwife and all the different
- 13:38Speaker 3: you know, vagina technicians and stuff. But then like, what
- 13:41Speaker 3: if all of a sudden, you're a lung collapses because
- 13:44Speaker 3: it's and yeah, oh, we don't care, we don't have
- 13:46Speaker 3: a lung. Guy, I mean, let's go, let's.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Go, guess we'll go to the hospital.
- 13:50Speaker 3: Let's go ferry him across the moat, Like no, you
- 13:52Speaker 3: want to hospitals one stop shop for you know everything,
- 13:56Speaker 3: body shit. That's just stupid.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Uh. She also sent the boys to school cool instead
- 14:00Speaker 2: of them being taught at the Royal Palace with tutors,
- 14:03Speaker 2: which and this thing.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I've heard people bring this up.
- 14:06Speaker 2: She was also insistent on performing charity work and was
- 14:10Speaker 2: the first major celebrity.
- 14:12Speaker 3: To shake someone's hand who had AIDS.
- 14:16Speaker 1: That fucking crazy, is that?
- 14:17Speaker 3: Yeah? That's awesome.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Yeah, she's the Jackie Robinson of AIDS.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like, I mean, aside from whoever, the first
- 14:22Speaker 2: black person to get AIDS was.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Well, they didn't have black people in Canadas, Magic Johnson.
- 14:27Speaker 3: I wasn't a flight attendant. Yeah, I guess probably Magic
- 14:30Speaker 3: Johnson probably would be like the name brand black HIV. Yeah,
- 14:34Speaker 3: there's that dude that gave all the porn stars. He
- 14:36Speaker 3: passed it around. I was just watching a documentary about him,
- 14:39Speaker 3: John Holmes, not John Holmes. He was definitely black, definitely
- 14:42Speaker 3: not the Jackie Robinson. Well, ye had he had a
- 14:46Speaker 3: bet though, I'll tell you Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, I
- 14:50Speaker 3: mean that's that's super cool.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Yeah she Uh.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Back then, people were unsure of how you got AIDS,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and many thought just holding someone's hand could transmit.
- 14:59Speaker 3: It shows how lo straight people know about what gay
- 15:01Speaker 3: people do. I mean, right, do you guys just hold
- 15:03Speaker 3: hands old hands and listen to Selene or whatever? You know,
- 15:06Speaker 3: what you're doing? What I put my hand to the
- 15:08Speaker 3: what what I pull out to?
- 15:10Speaker 4: What?
- 15:10Speaker 3: What you remember when everyone's was telling you about that
- 15:12Speaker 3: commercial for like six months? Oh yeah, Thanksgiving Turkey commercial.
- 15:16Speaker 4: Uh.
- 15:17Speaker 2: The queen asked her not to touch anyone while visiting,
- 15:20Speaker 2: and Diana went against those wishes, shaking hands and even
- 15:23Speaker 2: hugging a man.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Wow. The Queen warned her not to take that convertible
- 15:27Speaker 3: into Dallas, and then she was forced to kill him.
- 15:31Speaker 2: So in June nineteen ninety two, this is where things
- 15:36Speaker 2: really start to get tense. Her biography comes out, and
- 15:41Speaker 2: it's not written by her, obviously it's a biography, but
- 15:44Speaker 2: they never really It finally comes out after she dies
- 15:47Speaker 2: that she was the source for all of this information.
- 15:50Speaker 3: And she was leaking.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Yeah, there's actually a documentary coming out near the end
- 15:55Speaker 2: of this month that features the actual videos. Like she
- 16:00Speaker 2: said a lot of these things on video that made
- 16:03Speaker 2: it into this book, and now they're going to release
- 16:04Speaker 2: some of these videos in a documentary, but it's.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Gonna be the you know about a son of Yeah,
- 16:12Speaker 3: you know what was that new when that came out,
- 16:14Speaker 3: the one with the animation and shit, the.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Kurt Cobang won that was about a sign. It was
- 16:19Speaker 1: about an okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 16:21Speaker 2: This She had worked with a friend who recorded her
- 16:24Speaker 2: conversations and then would deliver them on her behalf to
- 16:28Speaker 2: writer Andre Morton. And this book exposed Prince Charles's affair.
- 16:32Speaker 2: There were tapes that released by the son that proved
- 16:35Speaker 2: he was having an affair and showed her or proof
- 16:38Speaker 2: she was having an affair also, and showed her disdain
- 16:41Speaker 2: for the royal family.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Like I wonder why Diana even married him, you know,
- 16:45Speaker 3: did she just go? Was it maybe that she just
- 16:47Speaker 3: wanted kind of the influence and the stature, and you know.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Like it seems light like that would be I mean,
- 16:52Speaker 2: the obvious motivation.
- 16:54Speaker 3: But I mean it's kind of a wash on that front,
- 16:56Speaker 3: because like he did it because his mom was bitching,
- 16:58Speaker 3: and then she did it because like why not he
- 17:00Speaker 3: doesn't want to be a fucking princess. Yeah exactly, I'd
- 17:03Speaker 3: be in a loveless relationship to be a prince. Are
- 17:05Speaker 3: you kidding me, I would like of some like the
- 17:08Speaker 3: Lithuanian Prince Connor. Are you just completely ruined Lithuania's reputation?
- 17:14Speaker 3: Yeou yeah? Yeah uh.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Shortly after tapes were released of Prince Charles and Camilla
- 17:21Speaker 2: basically having phone sex very British found sex. The most
- 17:26Speaker 2: well known quote was him wishing he could be a
- 17:29Speaker 2: tampon inside her.
- 17:31Speaker 3: All right, I think we should do a dramatization. Yeahs,
- 17:33Speaker 3: who wants to do I'll be Charles, I do a
- 17:35Speaker 3: pretty wicked British accent.
- 17:36Speaker 1: Okay, cool?
- 17:37Speaker 3: Oh god, I'll just live inside your trousers or something
- 17:41Speaker 3: that would be much easier. Well, are you going to
- 17:45Speaker 3: turn into a pair of nickers?
- 17:48Speaker 1: Oh you're going to come back as a pair of nickers?
- 17:51Speaker 3: Well, god forbid of tampas. Just my luck, you will
- 17:54Speaker 3: a complain idiot.
- 17:57Speaker 1: A wonderful idea.
- 17:59Speaker 3: All right, we're gonna be right back through. Me and
- 18:01Speaker 3: Adam take a shower separately.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Yeah, that is not a wonderful idea. She's wrong on
- 18:06Speaker 1: that last count.
- 18:07Speaker 3: As a guy who straight up like butchered a lot
- 18:10Speaker 3: of sex thing and you know, trying to be arousing
- 18:13Speaker 3: in any capacity, this is a pretty grade a fuck up.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you don't want this. This is probably the
- 18:20Speaker 2: most scandalous thing. Yeah, you don't come out of the
- 18:22Speaker 2: royal family like I would.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Have committed honor suicide if it tapes like these leaks.
- 18:27Speaker 3: And I'm a professional asshole, not a I'm not a
- 18:30Speaker 3: guy with a title and a carriage. You know, don't ever,
- 18:34Speaker 3: don't ever add through promorphize tampons in a sexual conversation.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Oh yeah, the worst thing or just.
- 18:41Speaker 3: My luck, I'll have to stop you from bleeding out
- 18:45Speaker 3: your uterine lining. Oh what a well, let me let
- 18:48Speaker 3: me make romantic. And you know he's only got like
- 18:51Speaker 3: twenty minutes a day where he can sneak off and
- 18:52Speaker 3: call his mistress. This is what he spent that time on.
- 18:55Speaker 3: And he he.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Said tam pax, like not even a tampon. I think
- 18:58Speaker 2: that's a pad.
- 18:59Speaker 1: So he's just like laying under it, like getting the
- 19:02Speaker 1: blood drizzled on him or something.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Sounds like he's trying to sneak in. You know, you've
- 19:05Speaker 3: got like a you know, like, oh, yeah, here's I
- 19:07Speaker 3: here's Some guys are really into that pegging thing. I
- 19:09Speaker 3: don't know.
- 19:11Speaker 2: So in December nineteen ninety two, it was announced that
- 19:15Speaker 2: Charles and Diana would separate but not divorce, which what
- 19:19Speaker 2: is what.
- 19:20Speaker 1: You Yeah, that's the point.
- 19:21Speaker 3: That's like wha you know, the primaries are happening in
- 19:23Speaker 3: a presidential candidate's like I'm suspending my campaign, like you're
- 19:26Speaker 3: you're quitting, you know, like you're not going to be
- 19:28Speaker 3: like oh there said and Jeb Bush said the end word.
- 19:31Speaker 3: I'm back in this, you know, like yeah.
- 19:35Speaker 2: In nineteen ninety five, she released a secret interview from
- 19:38Speaker 2: Kensington Palace about her life. She talked about her eating
- 19:42Speaker 2: disorder and other issues, and also question whether Charles would
- 19:45Speaker 2: ever be able to adapt to the role as king.
- 19:48Speaker 2: This shocked and appalled the royal family. Also, there's a
- 19:52Speaker 2: I put a note in here. There's a rumor going
- 19:54Speaker 2: around right now that Prince William has been has taken
- 19:57Speaker 2: Prince Charles's place in the line of six session to
- 20:01Speaker 2: be king?
- 20:01Speaker 3: Is Diana? Oh really? Yeah?
- 20:03Speaker 1: Not true?
- 20:04Speaker 3: Which one of them dressed up like a Nazi?
- 20:06Speaker 2: Uh?
- 20:06Speaker 1: I think it was William.
- 20:07Speaker 3: Yeah, it seems like some shit he do.
- 20:09Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it seems reasonable.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I think I read something about that too,
- 20:13Speaker 3: where and again it's I do not give any kind
- 20:15Speaker 3: of a shit about this, So I skimmed to the
- 20:16Speaker 3: headline and probably didn't even finish reading that. But yeah,
- 20:19Speaker 3: I mean because the queen is, like, I think she's
- 20:20Speaker 3: officially the longest serving because they did that other Victoria
- 20:23Speaker 3: or some shit was like fifty years.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Yeah, this queen has been in yeah, a long fucking time.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I don't know how long. Yeah, she's oldie shit, she's
- 20:33Speaker 1: like at the ees.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:35Speaker 2: I saw an article while I was researching this that
- 20:38Speaker 2: said what happens when the queen dies? And I just
- 20:41Speaker 2: I give so little of a shit that I didn't
- 20:42Speaker 2: even click at the find out. I don't know what happens.
- 20:45Speaker 3: I don't know. I probably have to hear about it
- 20:47Speaker 3: on the news for three minutes.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Like Camilla Bowles becomes queen.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Uh so in nineteen ninety six, the queen writes to
- 20:55Speaker 2: Diana and Charles and ask them to divorce, which they do.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Couldn't She just talked to him watch to write them.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Well do you need then writing?
- 21:01Speaker 1: Just call them in like hang out.
- 21:03Speaker 3: She sounds like a weird, cold bitch.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah she is. I think that's kind of her stick.
- 21:09Speaker 2: She's just very very very fine.
- 21:12Speaker 3: If you're like judging people's pastries on the Great British Bakeoff,
- 21:16Speaker 3: Like not very much. Oh yeah, I've watched a little
- 21:18Speaker 3: bit of it. I've not dived all the way in,
- 21:20Speaker 3: but it's a really good fucking time. Yeah. But yeah,
- 21:23Speaker 3: if you're like a figurehead for an entire country, like
- 21:25Speaker 3: maybe like I have a little more personal warmth when
- 21:28Speaker 3: you're asking your children to get out of the relationship
- 21:31Speaker 3: you fucking pushed them into in the beginning, exactly.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Yeah, And we'll play a video in a little bit
- 21:36Speaker 2: from when after Princess Diana dies. Oh I watched them
- 21:39Speaker 2: in this and the Queen giving her statement which she
- 21:43Speaker 2: was like forced into.
- 21:44Speaker 3: But I'm very sorry about this late so after the divorce,
- 21:52Speaker 3: uh you know, she Princess Diana gets into all these causes,
- 21:57Speaker 3: and one of them is the production of landmine which
- 22:01Speaker 3: this kind of ties into the conspiracy at one point,
- 22:04Speaker 3: because the UK was the leading producer of land mines
- 22:08Speaker 3: at the time, which fucking for what, Like, where were
- 22:11Speaker 3: those even going? Are you sure they weren't just like
- 22:13Speaker 3: repurposing some of their food.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Am I right?
- 22:16Speaker 3: Hah?
- 22:17Speaker 1: I hit two buttons at the same time.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Yeah, you did a you did a little remix thing
- 22:22Speaker 3: was Howard Dean and some kind of like screaming audience
- 22:24Speaker 3: some yeah, some sort of well, no, the screaming audience. Oh,
- 22:28Speaker 3: it's in the Howard Dean scream.
- 22:30Speaker 2: It's just at the end of the Howard Dean thing. Okay,
- 22:32Speaker 2: I think I hit like theme music. Yeah, yeah, it's
- 22:35Speaker 2: from the regular podcast. Adam has eight sound effects buttons
- 22:39Speaker 2: and it's weird. What it's a competitive for real estate,
- 22:41Speaker 2: so it's weird. But he's prioritized Howard Dean number one.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Guys us up there. Howard Dean's way up at the top.
- 22:46Speaker 3: He's the first one, top left corner at the ready.
- 22:49Speaker 2: So yeah, they uh this land mines thing that kind
- 22:53Speaker 2: of is suggested as one of the things that might
- 22:58Speaker 2: have gotten her killed, because it's rumored that she was
- 23:01Speaker 2: putting together a list of oh yeah, like UK politicians
- 23:04Speaker 2: who were making money off the sale of land mines.
- 23:07Speaker 3: Well, like you fuck with like tradition and the military
- 23:10Speaker 3: industrial complex, you know, and you've got that big of
- 23:12Speaker 3: a platform like that seems like a pretty good way
- 23:15Speaker 3: to get yourself killed.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Yeah, uh, so let's talk about her death. On August
- 23:21Speaker 2: thirty first, nineteen ninety seven, her chauffeured car crashed in Paris.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Her boyfriend Dodi al Fayad, and her driver slash head
- 23:31Speaker 2: of security only Paul died in the accident as well.
- 23:35Speaker 3: And it's funny to me if the driver was in
- 23:38Speaker 3: on it, Like, couldn't they have gotten him the Kurt
- 23:39Speaker 3: Russell Carr from Death Proof?
- 23:41Speaker 1: That would have been funny and is it?
- 23:43Speaker 3: Wouldn't they? I feel like that's possible, although maybe, I mean,
- 23:45Speaker 3: you know, that would have just been another witness, So
- 23:46Speaker 3: maybe they told him they installed that. Yeah, you took
- 23:48Speaker 3: it out last minute. Yeah, the uh So.
- 23:51Speaker 2: The night of the accident, Dody and Diana were staying
- 23:54Speaker 2: at the Ritz Hotel in Paris and had been stalked
- 23:57Speaker 2: all day and evening by the paparazzi PEPs. They were
- 24:01Speaker 2: attempting to leave the hotel to go to Dodi's home.
- 24:04Speaker 1: What a stupid name, loady doty. I saw a Slickrecond
- 24:09Speaker 1: concert last weekend, so I think I saw that.
- 24:11Speaker 3: How was it?
- 24:12Speaker 1: It was fantastic slick wrecking KRS one. It was so good.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Oh, I mean those those are two guys that could
- 24:17Speaker 3: probably actually rap live like they have good breath control.
- 24:19Speaker 3: And yeah, yeah, you see a lot of people like
- 24:21Speaker 3: it's like clearly, like when they're doing the studio recording,
- 24:24Speaker 3: it's just all like separate cuts for each four bars. Yeah.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Yeah, they were both great.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Uh So, Henri Paul had worked for Fayed for the
- 24:33Speaker 2: Fay Edes for ten years and was recently promoted to
- 24:36Speaker 2: head of security.
- 24:38Speaker 3: Uh.
- 24:38Speaker 2: They basically their plan they'd been getting stalked by the
- 24:41Speaker 2: paparazzi all day, so their plan to get from this
- 24:45Speaker 2: hotel to her boyfriend's house is to sneak out a
- 24:49Speaker 2: back door and have Henri Paul drive them. The paparazzi
- 24:53Speaker 2: catches on though, and they're able to follow them, and
- 24:56Speaker 2: Henri Paul is super stressed out by how many people
- 25:00Speaker 2: are following him, and he tries to lose the paparazzi
- 25:04Speaker 2: by going through the pomp the tunnel. That's exactly how
- 25:09Speaker 2: you pronounce it. Yeah, he was speeding at the time
- 25:13Speaker 2: and crashed into the thirteenth pillar of the tunnel.
- 25:16Speaker 3: In his defense, he thought that was how you get
- 25:18Speaker 3: the hogwarts. That's rude. That's a rude joke. Yeah, I mean,
- 25:23Speaker 3: I know a lot of people blame the paparazzi for this.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Well, after the crash, seven photographers were arrested because in
- 25:31Speaker 2: Britain it's illegal to see an accident and not at
- 25:36Speaker 2: least try to help a little bit.
- 25:37Speaker 3: They basically like reenacted the finale of Seinfeld. Yeah, but
- 25:42Speaker 3: it was probably much funnier.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Hey oh hey, yeah.
- 25:47Speaker 2: They just these seven photographers just stood around taking pictures,
- 25:52Speaker 2: which you can find online if you want to see
- 25:55Speaker 2: Princess Diana bloody and dead in the car.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:57Speaker 3: I was watching some YouTube videos to bone up, and
- 25:59Speaker 3: I'm like I kind of want to see.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, it's bad times.
- 26:03Speaker 3: It's like when people like, you know, like look at
- 26:05Speaker 3: the Black Dallia. I'm like, yeah, I don't even want
- 26:07Speaker 3: to read the description of it.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 26:09Speaker 3: Uh.
- 26:09Speaker 2: One of the hosts, chet Wilde, one of the other
- 26:12Speaker 2: hosts on the network, lives right in front of where
- 26:15Speaker 2: the Black Dahlia murders.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Oh no, she can check in.
- 26:17Speaker 2: If you're in where we did the Backyard comedy show,
- 26:20Speaker 2: you could actually check into the Black Dahlia crime scene.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Hit the poke a stop without even having the jump defense. Uh.
- 26:28Speaker 2: So after according to eyewitness accounts of this crash, there
- 26:34Speaker 2: was a white Fiat that clipped the car and a
- 26:38Speaker 2: photographer on a motorcycle that took a flash picture around
- 26:43Speaker 2: the same time, and both of these things, according to
- 26:46Speaker 2: some witnesses, may have distracted on re Paul. That alone
- 26:51Speaker 2: sounds kind of shady to me because that's.
- 26:54Speaker 3: A whole final destination type.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Right, or it's it's exactly how you would a straight
- 27:01Speaker 2: a murder on the road. Is you just kind of
- 27:05Speaker 2: bump the car and distract the driver.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Oh, like you know, like people do that in Nascar,
- 27:08Speaker 3: the bump and run, you know, And it's like it's
- 27:10Speaker 3: like that is like so dangerous. Yeah, but uh, I mean, well,
- 27:14Speaker 3: first of all, never trust anyone in a Fiat never. Yeah.
- 27:17Speaker 3: For sure, you can be classified as of soundbind with
- 27:19Speaker 3: good intentions if you own and drive a Fiat.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:22Speaker 2: I knew a rich kid in high school who let
- 27:24Speaker 2: to fifteen year old girls drive his Fiat and they died.
- 27:29Speaker 2: They got in an accident and died and he lived
- 27:31Speaker 2: and no repercussions because.
- 27:34Speaker 1: He was rich.
- 27:34Speaker 3: Wow he was driving, or he let them, he let
- 27:37Speaker 3: them drive and he survived something.
- 27:41Speaker 1: No, he was just lazy.
- 27:42Speaker 2: He was like I want to I think he just
- 27:44Speaker 2: wanted to fuck these two girls because he was like seventeen.
- 27:46Speaker 1: We were all in high school.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Oh okay, and he let him drive his fiach Y Jesus,
- 27:50Speaker 3: that's one of those cars that you like see like
- 27:52Speaker 3: one a free Fiat in the mall, you know, and
- 27:55Speaker 3: you're like, I'm not even feeling out, like they're still
- 27:57Speaker 3: making those things. I could sell it, but who would
- 27:59Speaker 3: buy it? You know. It's it's basically a scooter with
- 28:01Speaker 3: like car stickers around, and.
- 28:02Speaker 1: It cost me money to ship it back to whatever
- 28:04Speaker 1: god forsaken country they drive them.
- 28:06Speaker 3: And I got to move the steering wheel from the
- 28:08Speaker 3: right to left side and it's bullshit.
- 28:11Speaker 2: No.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Well, I mean, not to get too far ahead of ourselves,
- 28:14Speaker 3: but there's people theorizing that the motorcycle guy that was
- 28:17Speaker 3: part of like an I six program, which was to
- 28:19Speaker 3: you know, devote a laser that would blind drivers, right,
- 28:23Speaker 3: I thought was just how you like cheated at the
- 28:25Speaker 3: super Bowl or whatever. But I mean, yeah, yeah, applications.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 28:29Speaker 2: One of the other that, uh yeah, we'll get into that,
- 28:33Speaker 2: I think right now. One of the one of the
- 28:35Speaker 2: other things that uh, an autopsy showed that Henrepaul was
- 28:40Speaker 2: three times the legal limit. Uh, he was drunk. He
- 28:43Speaker 2: had three times legal limit of alcohol in his system. Uh,
- 28:47Speaker 2: French police, and it was still not drunk.
- 28:49Speaker 3: Enough to have sex with a British woman exactly.
- 28:52Speaker 2: French police and subsequent panels looking into the accident determined
- 28:56Speaker 2: grossly negligent driving on Onrepaul's part and the paparazzi in
- 29:01Speaker 2: pursuit of their car was the cause of death. Also,
- 29:04Speaker 2: if they'd been wearing seat belts, they may have survived,
- 29:06Speaker 2: which what the fuck wear a seat belt? Yeah, you're
- 29:09Speaker 2: fleeing the paparazzi in a speeding vehicle.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I don't like strap in. I know
- 29:13Speaker 3: you're the people's princess, but.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Yeah, that doesn't make you more rootsy.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Yeah, they ain't going have makes you dumb. They don't
- 29:20Speaker 3: go have a princess, no, moll sweetheart. Well, also, like,
- 29:25Speaker 3: if it gets to the point where it's like you're
- 29:27Speaker 3: driving to just let them take a picture of you.
- 29:30Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, just smile and wave. Yeah, like it's not
- 29:33Speaker 2: that big of a deal.
- 29:34Speaker 3: I Finally, I've been living in LA for over a
- 29:37Speaker 3: year and I don't think I've ever seen a famous
- 29:38Speaker 3: person that'sid of comedians, you know, at comedy clubs or whatever.
- 29:41Speaker 3: But I saw Nicki Minaj on oh wow, and I
- 29:45Speaker 3: think like Wheelshare or something, and she's coming out of
- 29:48Speaker 3: a club mare with taking pictures and I was pulling
- 29:50Speaker 3: up around the side and I tried to get a
- 29:52Speaker 3: photo of her, and I was like, oh, maybe I'll
- 29:53Speaker 3: fall tweet this at TMZ or what you know, and
- 29:55Speaker 3: then it's like so blurry and you could just see
- 29:57Speaker 3: like a vague like butt of a cheetah blob ass.
- 30:00Speaker 1: Come on, three dollars.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Yeah. I was like, oh man, I thought this was
- 30:04Speaker 3: gonna be right this month. I was so I was like, well,
- 30:07Speaker 3: first of all, the celebrity I don't really give a
- 30:09Speaker 3: fuck about I mean, yeah, outside of the whole meek
- 30:11Speaker 3: millk cockldryuh of course, which is just fun for the
- 30:15Speaker 3: whole family way fun. Yeah. Moving on, speaking of princesses, Nikki,
- 30:20Speaker 3: he's looking great.
- 30:21Speaker 2: So uh Prince Charles, this part I thought was really weird.
- 30:24Speaker 2: Prince Charles wanted to personally bring her body home, and
- 30:28Speaker 2: the Queen was vehemently against it and said he could
- 30:31Speaker 2: not use the royal plane to go get her body.
- 30:34Speaker 2: They fought, and she eventually conceded with the stipulation that
- 30:38Speaker 2: the funeral be private.
- 30:40Speaker 3: Did her soul fly spirit airlines? Am I right? Gang?
- 30:43Speaker 3: Well the fuck that's such a dig move, Like I
- 30:46Speaker 3: feel like I know, like parents can get like it's
- 30:49Speaker 3: just like you know, you see someone you know break
- 30:52Speaker 3: your son's heart or whatever. You're furious and you hate
- 30:54Speaker 3: this person, be like you gotta also just for the
- 30:57Speaker 3: sake of a public appearances, like, don't be the bitch.
- 31:00Speaker 3: That's like, well, she's known technically a princess anymore. Yeah,
- 31:04Speaker 3: and that was kind of her, Like she got a
- 31:06Speaker 3: higher score that you bitch.
- 31:08Speaker 2: She didn't even make a public statement for five days, yeah,
- 31:12Speaker 2: after and she finally finally did. Let's listen to a
- 31:17Speaker 2: little bit of it. It is a really tender moment.
- 31:21Speaker 3: After this week, got to play Paul McCartney reacting to
- 31:23Speaker 3: John Lennon's death.
- 31:24Speaker 4: Since last Sunday's Dreadful Seeing, we have seen throughout Britain
- 31:29Speaker 4: and around the world, an overwhelming expression of sadness of
- 31:33Speaker 4: Diana's death.
- 31:34Speaker 3: This was Robin Williams's greatest role.
- 31:36Speaker 4: We've all been trying in our different ways to cope,
- 31:39Speaker 4: which is not easier to express the sense of.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Yeah, this looks like it's from a movie.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Yeah, this looks like one of those automated talking like
- 31:46Speaker 3: digital personal assistants can buy for your website the most
- 31:51Speaker 3: natural speech to text.
- 31:53Speaker 4: We have all felt those emotions in these last few days.
- 31:57Speaker 1: She has not felt any emotion.
- 31:58Speaker 4: So what I say to you now?
- 32:00Speaker 3: She's ever even organic? Five minutes as a grandmother.
- 32:05Speaker 4: First, I want to pay tribute to Diana myself. Do
- 32:09Speaker 4: you exceptional and gifted human being? In good times and bad?
- 32:14Speaker 4: She never lost her capacity to smile and laugh, nor
- 32:17Speaker 4: to inspire others with her warmth and kindness.
- 32:22Speaker 1: She looks angry having to say this.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I still I feel like this is too much
- 32:27Speaker 3: accessories for a funeral speech. I feel like you take
- 32:30Speaker 3: I think you go down to one layer of pearls.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Take the brooch off.
- 32:33Speaker 3: Yeah, and I don't like the slow creeping.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Terms going in tighter on her face as she talks.
- 32:40Speaker 3: Oh they are huh.
- 32:42Speaker 4: No one who knew Diana will ever forget her. Millions
- 32:45Speaker 4: of others who never met her but felt they knew her.
- 32:49Speaker 3: All right, betch I want to I want to see
- 32:50Speaker 3: the first take of this or She's like one was
- 32:54Speaker 3: to be drawn liked by most.
- 32:57Speaker 4: Extrawdinary and moving reaction to her.
- 32:59Speaker 1: So I've hed a r made it out. So yeah,
- 33:05Speaker 1: that was the Queen finally giving her statement.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Definitely not the words of someone who didn't want to
- 33:12Speaker 3: kill somebody, right.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Yeah, she didn't sell me on the fact that she
- 33:16Speaker 2: felt terrible about it.
- 33:17Speaker 3: No, no, no, And after her death the Royal Palace
- 33:21Speaker 3: Bush worked up some crocodile tears after he did nine
- 33:23Speaker 3: to eleven Queen.
- 33:25Speaker 2: He looked shocked when he was reading that book, and
- 33:27Speaker 2: they came in and told him that that was an
- 33:29Speaker 2: acting performance.
- 33:30Speaker 3: I always thought it was funny on the Fahrenheit nine
- 33:33Speaker 3: to eleven DVD that was the menu playing playing in
- 33:36Speaker 3: the background like the menu on the DVD. It was
- 33:38Speaker 3: just him reading that book and was sitting there after
- 33:40Speaker 3: he heard the news.
- 33:43Speaker 1: So, after her death, the Royal Palace proposed restoring her
- 33:47Speaker 1: royal title and her brother said no. He said, in
- 33:50Speaker 1: real life she didn't need a royal title to generate
- 33:53Speaker 1: her particular brand of magic. She didn't need it in
- 33:56Speaker 1: death either. Fuck you koomts for cunts.
- 34:00Speaker 3: Okay. I was like, what did Dean Koons have to
- 34:02Speaker 3: do with all this? The novelist that my my mom reads. Yeah, oh, well,
- 34:07Speaker 3: I've misread this initially thinking that, uh, the other the
- 34:10Speaker 3: other prince denied it, but her brother denied it, So
- 34:12Speaker 3: that makes it kind of a gangster move.
- 34:14Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 34:15Speaker 3: I like that better, kind of like how I've always
- 34:16Speaker 3: wanted to be invited to speak at my high school.
- 34:19Speaker 3: Uh so I could tell them to go fuck themselves.
- 34:21Speaker 1: I was asked to do comedy at my high school reunion.
- 34:23Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you told me about this.
- 34:25Speaker 1: I ended up canceling.
- 34:26Speaker 3: Yeah that's a good move.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Yeah. Anyway, it's one of.
- 34:28Speaker 3: These where the it's like very high risk, very low reward.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Yeah sounds good on paper.
- 34:33Speaker 2: But yeah, so let's get into the conspiracy around her death.
- 34:38Speaker 2: The prevailing theory among conspiracy types is that am I
- 34:42Speaker 2: six perpetrated the murder, and that it was ordered by
- 34:45Speaker 2: the royal family.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Speaking of secret shit and the number six and my
- 34:49Speaker 3: shitty brain, did you know that Seal Team six was
- 34:51Speaker 3: just named that so other countries would think there were
- 34:53Speaker 3: five other sealed teams running around did not? Is that
- 34:57Speaker 3: fucking awesome? That's fantastic. Oh so it's like the Traveling
- 35:00Speaker 3: Woolbury's Method, Volume three, International Subterfuge it's not even what
- 35:06Speaker 3: subterfuge means. But we'll move on.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Uh yeah, I did that. That's great. I did not
- 35:10Speaker 1: know that.
- 35:10Speaker 3: I thought that was awesome.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Uh So Dodi al Fayed's father, who is the owner
- 35:16Speaker 2: of Herod's Mode.
- 35:18Speaker 1: That's a huge casino, I believe.
- 35:20Speaker 3: Or is it a department Is it like the English haras?
- 35:23Speaker 1: I think it's a department store apartments.
- 35:25Speaker 3: I think I saw those when I was in Ireland.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Herod's is a ridge. Ah, it seems like a J. C. Penny.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Yeah, department store kind of thing.
- 35:33Speaker 2: J C.
- 35:34Speaker 3: Pennie.
- 35:34Speaker 1: I was thinking of Harras for the.
- 35:36Speaker 3: Or a J. C. Pences.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Ah right, I get it.
- 35:41Speaker 3: That was because isn't that what their money is there? Bullshit?
- 35:44Speaker 3: Fucking oh yeah, yeah, yeah you didn't. That wasn't a
- 35:47Speaker 3: Mike pen Well, Mike Pence has nothing to do with this,
- 35:50Speaker 3: or does he, or everything to do with it? I
- 35:51Speaker 3: think skilled personally, but you know, let's not get into it.
- 35:56Speaker 2: So uh my Mohammed al Fayed believe that this was
- 36:01Speaker 2: a hit orchestrated by mi I six, with the help
- 36:04Speaker 2: of French officials and ordered by Prince Philip. He believes
- 36:08Speaker 2: Diana was targeted due to her relationship with his son,
- 36:11Speaker 2: and according to his theory, the Royal family couldn't bear
- 36:15Speaker 2: the idea that Diana would marry an Egyptian Muslim and
- 36:19Speaker 2: that he would be a stepfather to Prince William and
- 36:22Speaker 2: Prince Harry, and they were all.
- 36:24Speaker 3: Murderer before my boy is cocked by a brown person.
- 36:28Speaker 2: There were also rumors that Dodie was to propose that evening,
- 36:33Speaker 2: and he had stopped at a famous jewelry store in
- 36:35Speaker 2: Paris to pick up a ring he had ordered for Diana.
- 36:38Speaker 2: And this is this part is really crazy to me.
- 36:41Speaker 2: Mohammad also claims that Diana told him she was pregnant
- 36:43Speaker 2: with Dodi's child. There's no way to tell if she
- 36:47Speaker 2: was pregnant because she was embalmed before the autopsy, which
- 36:52Speaker 2: for one thing, is illegal in France.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Just like the Oklakahoma City episode when we learned that
- 36:56Speaker 3: guy was just embalmed, Yeah for no reason.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Yeah, that's always suspicious because it's especially with it being
- 37:02Speaker 2: illegal in France.
- 37:03Speaker 3: If like, cause, if a famous person dies, just don't
- 37:06Speaker 3: like put them on ice, you know, just like yeah,
- 37:08Speaker 3: you're gonna well basically, also even if even this was
- 37:11Speaker 3: all just a legitimate accident. Like you realize, like as
- 37:14Speaker 3: the corner. By doing that, you're gonna be making your
- 37:16Speaker 3: life a living at for the rest because you're just
- 37:18Speaker 3: gonna get right. Weirdo's in guy Fox masks tracking you
- 37:21Speaker 3: down and sending you death threats, you know, with your
- 37:23Speaker 3: like office magazine subscriptions. Do they have the magazines in
- 37:26Speaker 3: the opposite of the corner, like the dentist. I hope
- 37:28Speaker 3: I'm gonna get like a Highlight and a People and
- 37:30Speaker 3: a Golf Digest four years ago.
- 37:31Speaker 1: You want to read People magazine while we wait to
- 37:34Speaker 1: roll out your dead body. You have to identify man.
- 37:37Speaker 3: And my psychiatrist's office. It's it's all like popular science,
- 37:40Speaker 3: you know, and wow, give it, give us something fun,
- 37:43Speaker 3: you know, to put a hustler out there, shake the
- 37:45Speaker 3: things up. I think they probably got some people that
- 37:48Speaker 3: are too crazy to handle hustler.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Yeah, that could be.
- 37:51Speaker 3: I think there's like some jerk off on the busk
- 37:53Speaker 3: like crazy people. Oh really probably.
- 37:55Speaker 1: I don't even have a psychiatrist. I just I just
- 37:58Speaker 1: wing it.
- 37:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't. It's not it's not like a first
- 38:03Speaker 3: of all, I don't need you to think of one
- 38:04Speaker 3: of those lame people that tries to talk through their emotions.
- 38:06Speaker 3: This man gives me drugs and drugs alone.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Okay, okay, oh okay yeah.
- 38:09Speaker 3: And then psychologist is like, you know, like, how did
- 38:12Speaker 3: you feel? A psychiatrist is like, yeah, I could try
- 38:14Speaker 3: this one. Oh yeah, of course, yeah yeah yeah. I
- 38:16Speaker 3: was singing last night. I was like, who would ever
- 38:18Speaker 3: jerk off on a bus? For some reason, I just
- 38:19Speaker 3: had that thought, like and then I remember that I
- 38:21Speaker 3: myself have jerked off on a bus. You have, not
- 38:24Speaker 3: a greyhound? Yeah, oh on a greyhound.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 38:26Speaker 3: It was long greyhound. And I went to the bathroom
- 38:29Speaker 3: because I couldn't sleep.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Oh sure, yeah, well yeah you were in the bathroom.
- 38:32Speaker 1: That's your right.
- 38:33Speaker 2: Yeah, you're allowed to jerk off in a greyhound bathroom.
- 38:35Speaker 2: I assume everyone in a greyhound bathroom is jerking off.
- 38:38Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, it's still just weird to be like, what,
- 38:40Speaker 3: how could you even do that? What? Under what circumstance?
- 38:43Speaker 3: I was like, oh, yeah, that's right, literally, I have
- 38:44Speaker 3: done that last was it night?
- 38:46Speaker 1: It was night? I'm assuming Oh yeah.
- 38:48Speaker 3: You can't, you can't do that. Well, God's wait, you
- 38:52Speaker 3: wanted to see what's going on there?
- 38:54Speaker 1: That's a good point.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Back to Diana.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Back to Diana. So, yeah, they do this.
- 38:59Speaker 2: They embalm her before the autopsy, and because of that,
- 39:02Speaker 2: they can't take any blood tests, so they can't tell
- 39:06Speaker 2: if she was actually pregnant. And the coroner's excuse for
- 39:09Speaker 2: this is that he didn't want the body to be
- 39:12Speaker 2: decomposed composing when Prince Charles and his and Diana's sisters
- 39:17Speaker 2: arrived to collect the body.
- 39:18Speaker 1: That seems like such bullshit. You can just refrigerate it. Yeah,
- 39:22Speaker 1: like there, I looked into this.
- 39:23Speaker 2: There are some places that won't even let you bury
- 39:26Speaker 2: an embalmed body because of the impact the chemicals have
- 39:29Speaker 2: on the environment.
- 39:31Speaker 3: I don't necessarily know where the theory that she was
- 39:32Speaker 3: pregnant is coming from. Is did they just find like
- 39:35Speaker 3: a jar pickles and a you know, pint of ice
- 39:37Speaker 3: cream in the back of the car.
- 39:38Speaker 2: It's the Muhammad al Fayed claims that his daughter had
- 39:43Speaker 2: or that she had already told Dodie al Fayed that
- 39:46Speaker 2: she was pregnant and that that's why they were about
- 39:49Speaker 2: to get married.
- 39:50Speaker 3: You know, it's really fucked up. As I'm sure there
- 39:52Speaker 3: are people that have done analysis on the side of
- 39:54Speaker 3: this dead lady's boobs where they're like, well, if you
- 39:55Speaker 3: see here looking a little bigger than they were in
- 39:58Speaker 3: the spring of that year. So I mean, you tell me.
- 40:00Speaker 1: Let's dug him back up, you'd see him again.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Uh.
- 40:05Speaker 2: The uh, French officials did not handle the investigation well,
- 40:10Speaker 2: a fact that has always added fuel to the conspiracy flames.
- 40:13Speaker 2: And this is you see this every fucking time in
- 40:17Speaker 2: any suspicious death.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Are you just.
- 40:19Speaker 3: Nervous because you just deal with like the deaths of
- 40:21Speaker 3: and you're very litigious and you know by the book,
- 40:24Speaker 3: and then all of a sudden it's like, oh, fuck,
- 40:25Speaker 3: I don't know, fucking bomber in bomber. Yeah, I feel
- 40:29Speaker 3: like it'd be the opposite. All right, let's slow down here, Like.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel like that embalming thing isn't a decision
- 40:35Speaker 2: that coroner would have made on his own.
- 40:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that's just bizarre.
- 40:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's that's super bizarre.
- 40:41Speaker 3: And uh because then, well, you're not doing an open
- 40:44Speaker 3: casket in this day and age, really, I mean, right,
- 40:47Speaker 3: you know, especially enough for someone that high profile, would
- 40:49Speaker 3: be weird. Yeah, it's like that it serves I feel
- 40:51Speaker 3: like almost no purpose, right.
- 40:53Speaker 1: And uh, this Yeah, there.
- 40:55Speaker 2: It was a sloppy investigation, which the one that always
- 40:58Speaker 2: comes to mind for me is Hurt Cobane. That I
- 41:02Speaker 2: think is the definition of a sloppy death investigation. That
- 41:06Speaker 2: because it was so sloppy, it's going to be a
- 41:08Speaker 2: conspiracy forever. Yeah, and this one's pretty weird too, some
- 41:13Speaker 2: of the mistakes they made.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Or maybe a sliver investigation.
- 41:17Speaker 2: Ah, I get that one. Hey, that's not Mike Pence related.
- 41:21Speaker 3: The uh neither was the other one. You don't know
- 41:25Speaker 3: how we global currency exchange words.
- 41:28Speaker 2: It'll come up on the Bush podcast, trust me, Okay,
- 41:30Speaker 2: the uh some of the mistakes they made. The crime
- 41:33Speaker 2: scene was not immediately sealed off, which why police allowed
- 41:37Speaker 2: photographers and spectators to enter the site, Which what the fuck?
- 41:41Speaker 3: You're not supposed to do that until twenty years later
- 41:43Speaker 3: when you need the tourist revenue. Yeah, got down to
- 41:45Speaker 3: the big red X and get yourself a fucking you know,
- 41:46Speaker 3: frozen lemonade and Daly plaza.
- 41:49Speaker 1: Go stand on the red X in this traffic tunnel
- 41:51Speaker 1: in one yeah yeah yeah, or Paris.
- 41:53Speaker 3: Sorry.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Also, workers began to hose down the tunnel before the
- 41:58Speaker 2: investigation was complete.
- 42:00Speaker 3: Do you think of you think that in there, you know,
- 42:01Speaker 3: deep down they're like, you know what this is for Waterloo?
- 42:05Speaker 3: Don't even know who fought in Waterloo. I'm assuming the
- 42:07Speaker 3: English were involved.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Yeah, Napoleon and the English, all those people, all those
- 42:11Speaker 2: all those characters, all those fucking Europeans.
- 42:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I think those I think the dragons and john
- 42:16Speaker 3: snow were there.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Also, all ten cameras in the tunnel were inoperative at
- 42:21Speaker 2: the time of the crash, including the speed camera that
- 42:23Speaker 2: should have caught the Mercedes if it was indeed traveling
- 42:27Speaker 2: at a high rate of speed. And that right there
- 42:30Speaker 2: makes me super suspended. Cameras, Like, how is every camera
- 42:35Speaker 2: not working? Yeah, at that moment, Like people when people
- 42:40Speaker 2: shoot down conspiracy theories, they're like, oh, well, so many
- 42:44Speaker 2: things would have to happen at the same time. In
- 42:46Speaker 2: this case, so many things did happen at the same time. Yeah,
- 42:50Speaker 2: And I mean it's still like you're never going to
- 42:53Speaker 2: convince people that this happened, but it like there's just
- 42:57Speaker 2: so many weird circumstances around it.
- 43:00Speaker 3: It's it's one of the it's like if there's one
- 43:01Speaker 3: or two of these things, but there's like five or six, right,
- 43:04Speaker 3: you know. Also, that rental car they they had to
- 43:07Speaker 3: they basically replaced it. It was different than the car
- 43:10Speaker 3: that they're driving all day. And then this particular car
- 43:12Speaker 3: had been stolen at one point in time before before
- 43:15Speaker 3: it was used by this you know, like bodyguard services,
- 43:18Speaker 3: like transportational service that they're employing. Right. Uh so the
- 43:21Speaker 3: Enri guy, I think, so, yeah, it's just like the
- 43:23Speaker 3: car is. Everything's weird.
- 43:25Speaker 1: Yeah, and uh.
- 43:26Speaker 2: Former I six agent Richard Tomlinson told Mohammed Faihead that
- 43:31Speaker 2: m I six had perfected vehicular assassination techniques, using a
- 43:35Speaker 2: laser to blind the driver, causing a crash. A similar
- 43:39Speaker 2: plot had been planned by m I six for assassinating
- 43:42Speaker 2: Slow ba Don Melosovich.
- 43:44Speaker 3: It is it is his belief, you know, if the
- 43:46Speaker 3: best pronunciation of that guy's name is that there's an
- 43:49Speaker 3: m doom song where he says it, you know, uh
- 43:51Speaker 3: huh yeah, it's just a lot of Slow Melosovich. And
- 43:54Speaker 3: it was just weird, like, you know, sounds like he'd
- 43:56Speaker 3: slept outside Hobo genius wrap.
- 44:00Speaker 2: It's his belief that the motorcycle was not taking a
- 44:04Speaker 2: picture but was anm I six operative. Weirdly enough, Tomlinson
- 44:08Speaker 2: was dismissed from I six and nineteen ninety five, and
- 44:11Speaker 2: jailed for six months in nineteen ninety seven for violating
- 44:15Speaker 2: the Official Secrets Act of nineteen eighty nine after he
- 44:18Speaker 2: gave a synopsis of his proposed book, The Big Breach
- 44:22Speaker 2: detailing his career to an Australian publisher.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Weird, weird that you assassinate ex Royalty the same way
- 44:29Speaker 3: you entertain a cat. You just get a laser pointer,
- 44:32Speaker 3: you know, Yeah it were it doesn't I don't feel
- 44:35Speaker 3: like that doesn't need it. I don't feel like that's
- 44:37Speaker 3: that super advanced technology they have, like really like consumer grade,
- 44:40Speaker 3: like very powerful lasers that you could blind the shit IU. Yeah.
- 44:43Speaker 1: I mean there was probably just someone fucking with one
- 44:45Speaker 1: in the office one day.
- 44:46Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, someone's trying to enter their goddamn data and
- 44:49Speaker 3: he's like, all right, let's go ahead and put that
- 44:50Speaker 3: in R and D for two hundred thousand dollars and
- 44:52Speaker 3: we'll just split that up. Good work. Uh.
- 44:55Speaker 2: Tomlinson also claimed that he saw Henri Paul's file and
- 44:59Speaker 2: that he was in an intelligent source. I six had
- 45:02Speaker 2: been using him to get information on guests staying at
- 45:05Speaker 2: the Ritz, as it was a hotel known for celebrity
- 45:08Speaker 2: and diplomatic guests.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Uh oh.
- 45:11Speaker 2: Also during the official Accident in Quest, Sir Richard Deerlove,
- 45:16Speaker 2: the former head of m I six, confirmed that a
- 45:19Speaker 2: proposal to assassinate a senior Balkan politician by forcing a
- 45:24Speaker 2: car crash in a tunnel was briefly considered in the
- 45:27Speaker 2: early nineties, but said it was rejected, which basically confirmed
- 45:32Speaker 2: Tomlinson's story that there.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Was a plot to do this to Slobanon melos of it.
- 45:36Speaker 3: Yeah, they probably had like a little crew together where they,
- 45:38Speaker 3: you know, rehearse this maneuver. You know, the Fiat guy
- 45:40Speaker 3: and the motorcycle guy would go out and yeah, on
- 45:42Speaker 3: a dry lake bed and practice you know, fake killing.
- 45:45Speaker 1: You know, either that or they just go out and
- 45:47Speaker 1: kill real people.
- 45:48Speaker 2: Yeah maybe because I mean who cares, No one's gonna Yeah,
- 45:50Speaker 2: then it's just an accident, disposable.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:52Speaker 3: That's what's fucking scary about Britain is they don't really
- 45:54Speaker 3: have like free speech like we do.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Like, no, it's not and that the.
- 45:58Speaker 3: Official Secrets Act. Oh creepy does that sound? Yeah, that
- 46:02Speaker 3: sounds like a was that legislation signed by your the
- 46:07Speaker 3: bishop of your logan church, like that's a very dubious
- 46:11Speaker 3: sounding bill.
- 46:14Speaker 2: One of the other things that's weird about this is
- 46:16Speaker 2: Henri allegedly was missing for at least three hours before
- 46:20Speaker 2: the car ride, and was found with a substantial amount
- 46:23Speaker 2: of cash in his pocket. To theorist, this points to
- 46:26Speaker 2: him meeting with an MI six operative. He was also
- 46:29Speaker 2: found to have two hundred and seventy five thousand dollars
- 46:31Speaker 2: in his bank account, which is a huge amount for
- 46:34Speaker 2: someone that makes thirty five thousand dollars a year. Which,
- 46:37Speaker 2: holy shit, that's all you're paying your head of security
- 46:39Speaker 2: thirty five grand a year.
- 46:41Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that's shitty.
- 46:42Speaker 1: I'd kill you in a traffic accident too.
- 46:44Speaker 3: If I'm in interviews talking about how I think the
- 46:46Speaker 3: Royal family wants to kill me, you know, yeah, I
- 46:49Speaker 3: would either you know, I actually believe it, or I'm
- 46:52Speaker 3: just stirring the shit up, like get go fifty right,
- 46:55Speaker 3: I'm a little more coined, even adjusted for inflation. Let's
- 46:58Speaker 3: get in. Let's get into like a triple ditgchit salary here.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Uh So, But that part is is confusing to me
- 47:06Speaker 2: because if that meeting happened and he really was paid
- 47:08Speaker 2: money for this, I doubt he they told him that
- 47:12Speaker 2: he was gonna die in this like you would think.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I think they told him
- 47:16Speaker 3: that they had the Kurt Russell set up. Yeah, and
- 47:18Speaker 3: then they swapped it out because that car got replaced.
- 47:20Speaker 3: You know, they were a different one than they'd be
- 47:22Speaker 3: using all day. And then so he just you know,
- 47:24Speaker 3: clean up all the loose ends that that fucking money
- 47:27Speaker 3: goes to the Comptroller of English bullshit, and then uh yeah,
- 47:30Speaker 3: they're fucking out Scott free. And then there's a couple
- 47:33Speaker 3: of dudes in La talking about it twenty years later,
- 47:35Speaker 3: far after anyone gives a shit, that's.
- 47:37Speaker 1: Us, We're gonna break this goddamn thing open.
- 47:40Speaker 3: That would be so funny if we we had like
- 47:42Speaker 3: a Hannibal Burist type moment where all of a sudden, Yeah,
- 47:45Speaker 3: I guess Nibisco's run by pedophile. So I don't think so.
- 47:48Speaker 3: I mean, this is kind of not really what I
- 47:50Speaker 3: wanted to be known for. But I suppose I'm a
- 47:52Speaker 3: spokesman for that.
- 47:53Speaker 1: Good enough. Uh So, theorists deny that anre Paul was drunk.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Muhammad I believes there is no way the other security
- 48:02Speaker 2: staff would have let him drive if he was drinking.
- 48:05Speaker 2: He believes the evidence that he was drunk was fabricated
- 48:08Speaker 2: and that these samples must have been tainted as his
- 48:12Speaker 2: drunken like his blood alcohol content was insane.
- 48:17Speaker 3: Story high, because that's you know, it's assuming it's point
- 48:19Speaker 3: oh eight over there. It could be different. I don't know,
- 48:21Speaker 3: but that's point two four. That's pretty fucked.
- 48:23Speaker 1: That's your fucking hamm.
- 48:25Speaker 3: Were they embombing him with Jaeger?
- 48:29Speaker 2: Right? Yeah? He uh so. I feel like that's not
- 48:34Speaker 2: that's a pretty valid point that if he was that drunk,
- 48:37Speaker 2: someone would have noticed and not let him.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Drive with these people.
- 48:41Speaker 3: And it's also just like and I feel like at
- 48:43Speaker 3: that point, you reek, you know, yeah, yeah, I mean
- 48:46Speaker 3: it's fine. It's not like you're sweating. It's not like
- 48:48Speaker 3: you're getting like boozy sweat. But I mean, like you're
- 48:50Speaker 3: just your breath. It doesn't I don't care how many
- 48:52Speaker 3: fucking aluminium tins of mints you're sucking down, you're gonna
- 48:57Speaker 3: smell like a rush aluminium.
- 49:01Speaker 2: Also, the in May of two thousand, the alleged driver
- 49:05Speaker 2: of the white Fiat who they apparently tracked this guy
- 49:08Speaker 2: down at some point his name was James Anderson. He
- 49:12Speaker 2: was found dead in a remote part of France by suicide.
- 49:15Speaker 2: He was found in a locked car, bullet wound in
- 49:18Speaker 2: the temple, his head between the seats the car, and
- 49:21Speaker 2: his body was burned. Now, when I first read that,
- 49:24Speaker 2: I thought, how did like did he shoot himself then
- 49:28Speaker 2: burn the body?
- 49:29Speaker 3: Yeah? Did he like have some kind of Rube Goldberg
- 49:31Speaker 3: machine where you know, the sparks from the bullet exiting
- 49:35Speaker 3: his brain, We're going to light the gas and then
- 49:37Speaker 3: cook like a piece of coast on the top. And
- 49:40Speaker 3: I would fall down a conveyor belt to them, I six, office, like,
- 49:44Speaker 3: what is it's again? It's too many things, right, It's
- 49:47Speaker 3: it's way too many things. I think two things coincidence,
- 49:50Speaker 3: three things conspiracy, and we got we're at like thing
- 49:52Speaker 3: seven here.
- 49:53Speaker 2: Yeah, there are a lot of things, and it it
- 49:56Speaker 2: gets weirder during the uh Well, during the official inquest,
- 50:00Speaker 2: this guy had produced proof that he wasn't in Paris,
- 50:03Speaker 2: but he also boarded a flight from Paris to Corsica
- 50:07Speaker 2: the same day Princess Diana died. So whether his evidence
- 50:13Speaker 2: is actual, actually real or fabricated.
- 50:17Speaker 3: So they said that he had interest to them that
- 50:19Speaker 3: he he was not in Paris, but there's like, there's
- 50:21Speaker 3: records that he traveled.
- 50:22Speaker 1: There's records of him flying out of Paris.
- 50:25Speaker 3: Oh yes, but he pinky sweared sir.
- 50:29Speaker 1: Also in two.
- 50:30Speaker 2: Thousand and three, her Princess Diana's bodyguard released an account
- 50:35Speaker 2: that Diana left him a note that she believed that
- 50:39Speaker 2: she would die in an accident. She had been known
- 50:41Speaker 2: to be incredibly paranoid of the royal family and their overreach.
- 50:46Speaker 3: If I was famous, I would do that, though, I
- 50:47Speaker 3: just always like be suggesting weird shit about my death,
- 50:50Speaker 3: so that after I died, people would you know, Oh, yeah,
- 50:53Speaker 3: for sure. I would just imply that I was gonna
- 50:55Speaker 3: like we're an Andy Kaupman thing where everyone's like, yeah,
- 50:57Speaker 3: Connor didn't actually go through you know, like the holistic medicine.
- 51:01Speaker 3: He's fucking alive in Cuba right now, waiting to come back,
- 51:04Speaker 3: and yeah, reveal that he's been Trump the whole time.
- 51:06Speaker 3: I think that would be. But she doesn't seem like
- 51:10Speaker 3: the kind of a you know, cantankerous goon that I am,
- 51:13Speaker 3: So this seems pretty disturbing. Yeah.
- 51:16Speaker 2: In two thousand and four, her friend Simone Simmons testified
- 51:20Speaker 2: that Diana had been compiling.
- 51:21Speaker 3: That a character on a Disney channel. So, yeah, that's
- 51:23Speaker 3: a Simone Simmons. I think that's one of like remember
- 51:30Speaker 3: Reverend run from DMC. Yeah, I think that's one of
- 51:33Speaker 3: his kids' names. Oh really, at least a racist stan
- 51:36Speaker 3: Lee character from the sixties that was progressive at the time,
- 51:39Speaker 3: like yeah, the female black panther.
- 51:41Speaker 2: This friend claimed that Diana had been, like we said earlier,
- 51:46Speaker 2: compiling a list of people in the UK that would
- 51:48Speaker 2: have profited from the sales of land mines, and that
- 51:52Speaker 2: she was called and threatened and as a result never
- 51:55Speaker 2: released the document.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Hmmm, she was going after some like some like Wokie league. Yeah,
- 52:00Speaker 3: you know. And also I feel like, you know, because
- 52:02Speaker 3: she's like the face of landmine opposition or whatever. So
- 52:06Speaker 3: if I got landmine info, I'm like, all right, look,
- 52:08Speaker 3: let's send it to Diana. She's probably got like a
- 52:10Speaker 3: little crew of people that she has organized this stuff
- 52:12Speaker 3: to help her, like, you know, do her publicity tours
- 52:15Speaker 3: or raise awareness. So I think that's completely reasonable, And
- 52:19Speaker 3: that's definitely that would be another thing where they'd be like,
- 52:21Speaker 3: all right, nps, let's make sure that you guys don't
- 52:25Speaker 3: use your subpoena power to investigate this shit. Let's just
- 52:27Speaker 3: you know, bury this bitch.
- 52:29Speaker 2: Right the so, so, yeah, this is uh, like you said,
- 52:34Speaker 2: there's there's so many things here that make this seem shady.
- 52:39Speaker 2: We'll run through just a few of the things that
- 52:41Speaker 2: people say to refute this theory. For one thing, in
- 52:46Speaker 2: two thousand and four, there was an official British inquest
- 52:49Speaker 2: that it began in two thousand and four ended in
- 52:52Speaker 2: two thousand and eight. As part of the inquest, blood
- 52:55Speaker 2: tests of von Ree were rerun, as well as DNA
- 52:58Speaker 2: test to prove it was his blood. Well, it was
- 52:59Speaker 2: crypt exactly. These tests were videotaped. The results of the
- 53:04Speaker 2: new test matched the first. The medical examiner also shared
- 53:07Speaker 2: reports of Diana's uterus that she was not in fact pregnant.
- 53:13Speaker 2: Friends and family also testified that Diana was not ready
- 53:15Speaker 2: to marry so shortly after being divorced.
- 53:18Speaker 3: Well, I mean he was going to propose to her.
- 53:20Speaker 1: That's not right.
- 53:21Speaker 3: I mean she might have not been ready for married,
- 53:23Speaker 3: but you know, Dodie might not have known that, right.
- 53:26Speaker 1: And you know, the thing about pretty much everything that's
- 53:31Speaker 1: in here to refute these is if I already believe
- 53:35Speaker 1: the conspiracy. I'm not going to believe your explanation.
- 53:37Speaker 2: Yeah, Like I don't expect anyone to come out and say,
- 53:40Speaker 2: you know what, you got us we murdered her as
- 53:43Speaker 2: excited as the thing.
- 53:44Speaker 3: Yeah, you can't like no matter. I mean I almost
- 53:48Speaker 3: feel like if I was, like, you know, a member
- 53:50Speaker 3: of this inquest. So this is almost something I would
- 53:52Speaker 3: do is try to cover this up because I'd be like, well,
- 53:55Speaker 3: what is going to be more like damaging, you know,
- 53:58Speaker 3: like hiding this and having people suspect that something happened
- 54:02Speaker 3: or not know, or like having six million people in
- 54:05Speaker 3: the seventh largest economy in the world think that they're
- 54:09Speaker 3: like Queen had his sons or sons and his wife killed.
- 54:13Speaker 1: You know, we have to cover that.
- 54:14Speaker 2: Shit.
- 54:14Speaker 3: That is gonna completely fuck up and that's gonna be
- 54:16Speaker 3: a big deal. There will be anarchy in the UK.
- 54:20Speaker 3: It's a sex pistol song. We'll be right there.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well, let's let's just sign off.
- 54:25Speaker 3: Hey, don't I got the spunk version, so try to
- 54:27Speaker 3: school me on the pistol bro.
- 54:30Speaker 1: So yeah, there, there's you know, people refute this.
- 54:32Speaker 2: There's with it being the twentieth anniversary, like I said,
- 54:36Speaker 2: there's a documentary coming out. One of it is mostly
- 54:38Speaker 2: built around the tapes that were the source material for
- 54:42Speaker 2: her biography, and one of the things in the tapes
- 54:46Speaker 2: is apparently Diana stating her belief that a former bodyguard
- 54:50Speaker 2: that she was accused of having an affair with, man
- 54:52Speaker 2: named Paul Manikey, was bumped off in a stage motorcycle
- 54:56Speaker 2: accident orchestrated by the British government.
- 54:58Speaker 3: At least mix it up if you're doing state sponsored killings, yeah, yeah,
- 55:02Speaker 3: go with like a ferris wheel, derailment ors, you know,
- 55:05Speaker 3: through something fun.
- 55:06Speaker 2: Yeah, but the thing, at least with traffic stuff, at least,
- 55:10Speaker 2: I feel like that's probably the hardest to even get
- 55:13Speaker 2: to the point where people even suspect it's murder, Yeah,
- 55:16Speaker 2: because it's so hard.
- 55:18Speaker 1: To pull up.
- 55:18Speaker 3: But it's probably easier than you think. Yeah, especially when
- 55:21Speaker 3: you can, you know, shut off all the cameras and
- 55:25Speaker 3: the tunnel and shit.
- 55:25Speaker 1: Like that, right, you know.
- 55:27Speaker 2: Yeah, So it's I don't know, this is one that
- 55:29Speaker 2: I've always kind of believed. I mean, I don't know
- 55:33Speaker 2: if all the details are true, but it does sort
- 55:36Speaker 2: of feel like something weird happened with her death.
- 55:41Speaker 3: Yeah, and I almost feel like this is one of
- 55:42Speaker 3: these things where like the Queen was I don't think
- 55:45Speaker 3: she even I don't think she'd like ordered this or
- 55:48Speaker 3: I don't think she would do that, you know, because
- 55:50Speaker 3: I think that not because of any more elish I
- 55:52Speaker 3: think just people that high up know that they need
- 55:54Speaker 3: to quarantine themselves from information, like or like you know,
- 55:57Speaker 3: Nixon to that. I don't want to know what when,
- 55:59Speaker 3: you know, but I feel like, you know, somebody let
- 56:02Speaker 3: something happen, and then I'm sure some people knew or
- 56:06Speaker 3: have realized what was going on, and we're like, this
- 56:08Speaker 3: is just gonna be too bad for you know.
- 56:10Speaker 2: Yeah, because at that point, I mean, you know, she
- 56:13Speaker 2: wasn't part of the royal family anymore. So she was expendable.
- 56:17Speaker 3: She was a free agent.
- 56:18Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, she was expendable. She was a problem, and
- 56:22Speaker 2: damn it, it seems like they killed her.
- 56:24Speaker 3: Yeah. I also like people call her the people's princess,
- 56:27Speaker 3: even though she was a part of like the wealthiest aristocracy,
- 56:30Speaker 3: you know, like yeah, like the highest that he could
- 56:33Speaker 3: marry without incest was right, you know.
- 56:36Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a good point.
- 56:37Speaker 2: Yeah, she was basically a royal family was like this
- 56:41Speaker 2: bitch worked at Marshalls, you know, and the founder one
- 56:44Speaker 2: day buying trousers. But so so, Yeah, that's the that's
- 56:48Speaker 2: the Princess Diana conspiracy.
- 56:51Speaker 1: Uh.
- 56:51Speaker 2: Watched the documentary at the end of the month. See
- 56:53Speaker 2: if see if you're convinced. I'm it's a TLC documentary,
- 56:58Speaker 2: which that could go either way, so you.
- 57:00Speaker 3: Know it's gonna be good. Yeah, exactly, And after that
- 57:03Speaker 3: you can be you can see what it's like for
- 57:04Speaker 3: midgets to get things off of shelves.
- 57:06Speaker 2: Yeah, it would be a whole sidebar about her eating
- 57:08Speaker 2: couch cushions on the side.
- 57:11Speaker 3: My strange addiction not being subjugated by my ex mother
- 57:16Speaker 3: in law so deadly.
- 57:18Speaker 1: So should we wrap this up?
- 57:20Speaker 3: I think we should. I think I think we got
- 57:22Speaker 3: to the bottom of it and then we cracked this thing.
- 57:24Speaker 3: I think we figured it out. Yeah, we've solved it.
- 57:27Speaker 3: Someone killed her.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Yeah, British Intelligence don't get in touch with us, please,
- 57:31Speaker 2: that's no oxymoron?
- 57:32Speaker 3: Am I right?
- 57:34Speaker 2: Right?
- 57:36Speaker 1: Do you have anything to plug before we get out
- 57:37Speaker 1: of here?
- 57:37Speaker 3: When is this drop?
- 57:39Speaker 1: I think? What other one are we doing? Denver air Ford?
- 57:42Speaker 2: This will be up in two weeks because I think
- 57:45Speaker 2: I'll put Denver up first, so this is closer to
- 57:48Speaker 2: the anniversary.
- 57:49Speaker 3: Okay, dying, that's a good move. We got a Mean
