  Speaker 3: Victoria has a couple shows to tell us about today.

  Speaker 4: Just Real Housewives of Salt l No, No, there's a

  new Salt Lake theme, so on Bravo, so brace yourself,

  all right, And then we had two episodes.

  Speaker 5: We have a lot to get through, so we had

  we had a new episode last week of Housewives and

  a new episode this week. It was episodes eleven and twelve.

  Episode last week was called Troop Salt Lake City, and

  this week is Mazel Meredith. And then we're gonna, if

  we have time, we'll talk about the first episode of

  Salt on Salt Lake, which also premiered last night, and

  the name of that episode is the gen Commandments. So

  I'm just going to go. Main event of episode eleven
• 1:09
  was a girls camp theme to get together, so Heather
• 1:12
  and Whitney organized this event. They said it was inspired
• 1:15
  by the movie Troop Beverly Hills for those of us
• 1:17
  who have fond memories of that movie with Shelley Long,
• 1:22
  and then also inspired by the idea of church girls
• 1:24
  camp because they were thinking some of the women weren't,
• 1:27
  you know, raised in the in the Mormon church like
• 1:29
  they were, and so they want them to have a
• 1:30
  girls camp experience. So of course there's so many fights
• 1:34
  to be had, and the event truly ends with everyone
• 1:37
  just stomping away because they're so mad at somebody. I
• 1:39
  was so entertained by this.
• 1:41
  Speaker 2: They do stuff like mixed moores and and have boon
• 1:44
  make boondoggle and all that kind.
• 1:45
  Speaker 5: Of they did. So they had a potato sack race, yes,
• 1:49
  and then and then they did what they did, a potlucks.

  Everyone had to bring aside, and so they enjoyed treats
• 1:55
  and drinks. Yes, And I'm calling this, I'm calling this
• 1:58
  low stakes drama because this is what I come for

  the Housewives. I love the bickering and who's mad at who?
• 2:03
  And I giggled throughout this whole event. The main event
• 2:07
  of episode twelve is Meredith bought Mitza. So she's decided
• 2:11
  to renew her engagement and her face and so she
• 2:16
  wanted to get Bob Mitzvah. She it's it's at a
• 2:18
  ski resort, and I didn't know which one. It was
• 2:20
  a really nice one. She arrives in a sleigh okay.
• 2:27
  And then if you go to my Instagram at Judge Mpath,

  I posted some pictures because Meredith and Mary are having
• 2:34
  issues right now, and Mary wasn't sure if she was
• 2:36
  going to make it to the bot Mitzvah, and she
• 2:38
  arrives very late and doesn't know where to enter, and
• 2:40
  so there's this amazing footage of her peeking in the
• 2:44
  windows trying to get in, and if you look carefully
• 2:46
  in one of the pictures, you can see her shadow
• 2:48
  in the window while Meredith is in the middle of ceremony.

  Speaker 2: So did grab A Zipple preside over this many zipple?
• 2:56
  Speaker 1: I just I don't know what that reference the acal
• 2:59
  local local celebrity Rabbi.

  Speaker 5: No, it was a woman, and so I will I
• 3:03
  will look up her name. I don't know who she is,
• 3:06
  so uh. And then of course we've got tons of
• 3:09
  drama going on with the housewives, and ultimately Meredith actually
• 3:14
  has security escore Angie and her husband out of the event.
• 3:17
  So that's how that's how that goes. So the problem
• 3:21
  not the problem, I guess, but one of the things
• 3:22
  I don't I'm not loving but I get why this
• 3:25
  is going on. But we're gonna call what I'm gonna
• 3:28
  call high stakes drama and I'm gonna call this not
• 3:30
  fun reality TV. And it's just too much for mpath me.

  So a couple of things we have going on is,
• 3:36
  first I've mentioned there's this stuff going on bron Win's
• 3:39
  husband and how we see him treating her. He while
• 3:42
  they're sitting at dinner, he mentions he had a background
• 3:45
  check done for her before they got married. And when
• 3:48
  we've we talked about his money comes from Palm Pilot
• 3:51
  and maybe this is what you do with Palm Pilot money,
• 3:53
  is you do background checks before you get married to somebody.
• 3:56
  And then she's she's chatting with the women at dinner
• 4:00
  and she calls herself the Seaward. She makes a comment
• 4:03
  about that, and he absolutely like a father, tells her,
• 4:06
  don't say that, and like he's reprimanding her at the
• 4:08
  table about how to talk. I don't like this, and
• 4:12
  then he does, and she's having an argument. Later at
• 4:15
  the event, she's having an argument with Angie and he
• 4:18
  goes over to interrupt it and tries to physically remove
• 4:21
  her from the event, from the argument, and then also
• 4:24
  trying to be nice to Angie. This is not good.
• 4:27
  Let the women do their thing, and then we keep
• 4:30
  getting production cutting to Heather's judgment of this relationship. She
• 4:33
  has a lot of judgment about Brohman's marriage. And I
• 4:35
  don't love this either, because Heather was not in a
• 4:37
  great marriage, and so I think she should have more compassion.
• 4:41
  The next thing, that's really really, really really hard. It
• 4:43
  was I just I didn't even breathe during the last
• 4:45
  ten or fifteen minutes of the episode because it was
• 4:49
  so intense that we've got Mary talking to her son
• 4:53
  about his addiction and his suicidal ideation.
• 4:58
  Speaker 3: Has no place he This isn't like the bickering like
• 5:02
  you were talking about. This is like serious family stuff
• 5:04
  that none.

  Speaker 1: Of our business.

  Speaker 5: No, no, I want to business.

  Speaker 2: That's their business, isn't it.

  Speaker 5: And that's the question, right, that is what I want.

  That's what I was thinking about to watching this like

  it's it's very it's it's landing, very authentic and Mary

  wants to show this. And I did have the thought

  like maybe this is helping somebody, right, like and I

  hope it is, Like I hope somebody is getting something
• 5:26
  out of this and not purely just voyeurism, because it
• 5:29
  was just voyeurism. It's icky, but it's it was. It

  was so so hard to watch, and I really feel
• 5:34
  for Mary. I will note that her wigs look amazing,
• 5:37
  so you go, I want to hear about Yeah, so

  let's get let's get to some of that stuff. Super

  judging about what's going on mayor this fashion. I cannot

  with her fashion. So again, look at my Instagram. I

  posted pictures she's really getting into, like pleated miniskirts and

  knee hives and but I think I think women of

  a certain age though, I just don't think we can

  do this anymore. But that's just me. And her legs

  look amazing, but no.

  Speaker 5: Yes, she has a fur halter top, which I absolutely

  don't want good, it's not good. And then her eyebrows,

  I've been talking about her eye needs to stop.

  to bring up. That's she looks like Uncle Leo from Shinefeld.

  And then Andie says, I didn't call her sludy, I'll

  So this is the new show in Bravo and it's

  a real estate business. I think it's called Presidio Jen.

  Somebody runs it, and I didn't hate it. I thought

  the cast was entertaining. I was wondering if Jen is

  the Ryan Spearhand of Salt Lake, that might be giving
• 7:49
  her too much credit. He's the real estate guy that
• 7:52
  did he had a show on Bravo for New York
• 7:54
  real estate, and so it was. It was entertaining. It
• 7:57
  was what I was just thinking but mentioned before, low

  stakes drama. There's bickering and then we get pretty pretty houses,

  which I love, you know, creeping on other people's real estate,

  and then there's a there's one of the cast members,

  his name's Matt, and he's absolutely bringing all what I'm
• 8:12
  calling momo vibes because they really are. We don't get
• 8:16
  a lot of cool b roll footage for the for
• 8:18
  the area, but we're getting a lot of the talk
• 8:21
  around the church of the Mormon Church, and they're saying
• 8:23
  it's affecting their business, and so I'm curious where we
• 8:26
  go with this, And it was interesting. I found interesting
• 8:29
  and entertaining, so I would actually absolutely actually recommend just
• 8:32
  check it out and just put it on the background
• 8:34
  and say we think okay, And then I have this
• 8:36
  great idea that if Bravo has one more Salt Lake show,
• 8:39
  I think we can justify having my segment on year round.

  then there's the the other one's the not the.

  Speaker 5: Yeah, and we could do a compare contrast because that

  is a very low brow and we could we could

  compare the production value of that one to Bravo because
