Guyana Police are hunting Wayne Joseph Carlos—alias Wayne Castelle or “Satan”—in connection with the brutal murder of renowned Rupununi tour guide Leon Baird. Baird vanished January 23rd after leaving a ranch to search for cattle, and his partially burned body was discovered days later in a burned-out car near Wichabai Ranch.
