- 0:15Speaker 1: Show podcast, available everywhere you get your podcast. I go
- 0:19Speaker 1: by the name of Ferrari Simmons. You know ten Tina building?
- 0:22Speaker 1: What's packing? Uh? Who solo is out today? She was
- 0:25Speaker 1: on vacation. No, no, she doing some teams vacation vacation.
- 0:31Speaker 1: She's on vacation. Got it? Um? Well, you know who's
- 0:38Speaker 1: not on vacation? Who that? Uh? My boy? What's his
- 0:42Speaker 1: dude name? Orlando Brown? Brown is not on vacation. He
- 0:46Speaker 1: disrespecting my brother bown was the last time you watch
- 0:48Speaker 1: one on sixtion part? Last time it was hot with
- 0:51Speaker 1: Little bow Wow? Who was on there? You got a
- 0:54Speaker 1: problem A little I ain't got a problem, a little
- 0:56Speaker 1: little ba got some bob mass pussy. Orlando Brown definitely
- 1:00Speaker 1: stay off the meds or get back on the Mad's BT.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Turn off your damn phone. People always have a phone
- 1:06Speaker 1: on solid. Orlando Brown definitely has an issue. He was
- 1:11Speaker 1: going to church. He had the baby and new baby
- 1:14Speaker 1: stopped taking his meds doing so well. I know, I
- 1:17Speaker 1: said you get off the meds. He needs to get
- 1:18Speaker 1: back on his prescribed medication. What is he like, is
- 1:21Speaker 1: he bipolar or something? When you do whatever he needs?
- 1:26Speaker 1: You said, he's off the med So I'm just like,
- 1:28Speaker 1: you know, he listened that that man is not that old.
- 1:32Speaker 1: He too wrong to be looking at Oh that is drugged, right, Yeah,
- 1:35Speaker 1: I agree, he looks like drugs. I feel like he
- 1:38Speaker 1: maybe do you take medication for for having bipolar disorder?
- 1:43Speaker 1: And maybe he stopped taking it and when you don't
- 1:46Speaker 1: take it for a while, don't don't make any like that.
- 1:49Speaker 1: But I never know he was diagnosed, but they could
- 1:51Speaker 1: make people I don't know. To keep in mind, this
- 1:53Speaker 1: is all something's wrong with him. Everybody got an uncle
- 1:58Speaker 1: like Orlando Brown and acts like that. That's this looks
- 2:01Speaker 1: like a form of bipolar disorder. So I'm just gonna
- 2:05Speaker 1: go with the ladder that he has. He's bipolar and
- 2:08Speaker 1: he stopped taking his meds, and this is what we
- 2:10Speaker 1: get when he doesn't take his meds because it happened before. Okay, speculation,
- 2:16Speaker 1: but it's all cat. That ship just seems and looks
- 2:20Speaker 1: and he sounds like cat. What are you talking about?
- 2:23Speaker 1: What he said? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know he
- 2:27Speaker 1: was talking about you know, the crazy thing about it
- 2:31Speaker 1: diagnoses there's something wrong with him. Yeah, okay, drugs. I
- 2:35Speaker 1: think it's drugs too. This drug there's no way you're
- 2:38Speaker 1: acting like that. I think he like relapsed or something.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Thank you. That's what I think he did too, because
- 2:43Speaker 1: I talked to Funny Marco. Shout out to Funny Marco Um.
- 2:46Speaker 1: That was the guy that was an interviewing him. Marco
- 2:49Speaker 1: was happening in UM. He said, like when he said that,
- 2:53Speaker 1: you can hear in the audio people in the back
- 2:55Speaker 1: of life. Was he like really fidgety there? And I
- 3:00Speaker 1: mean he said he said like the interview like he
- 3:03Speaker 1: was just like, you know, just throwing just like blurn
- 3:05Speaker 1: like you know it kind of like he got schizophrenic
- 3:08Speaker 1: or something like he's just like just if you watch
- 3:10Speaker 1: the interview, he was said a bunch of stuff about
- 3:12Speaker 1: a bunch of other people. That was just that part
- 3:14Speaker 1: just went super viral. I watched the interview, I was like, yeah,
- 3:17Speaker 1: this they ain't know bipolar disorder, that's drugs. How I
- 3:23Speaker 1: did address addressed it by the tweets since when Legends
- 3:27Speaker 1: got to speak on fucory, I'm feeling my new TV show,
- 3:30Speaker 1: My dog is always feeling a new TV show, Uh
- 3:32Speaker 1: neither here nor there, and preparing for a sould out
- 3:35Speaker 1: show at the Old two Arena for the Millennium Tour
- 3:37Speaker 1: in London. I'm a thirty five year old father. I
- 3:39Speaker 1: don't play the type of games you do. Know, this
- 3:43Speaker 1: is bow you're talking to, right, I am a boy,
- 3:45Speaker 1: damon speaking of I'm a boy. It is a boy
- 3:50Speaker 1: to Chloe and Tristan Thompson there having a boy. He
- 3:54Speaker 1: is Sarah getting everybody going crazy on the social media
- 3:57Speaker 1: is because this just came out. But I will say
- 4:00Speaker 1: the time stamp is as accurate as the surrogate. This
- 4:04Speaker 1: hasship has to have happened during the relationship prior to
- 4:09Speaker 1: the kid with the trainer. So the baby is already here.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Yeah it's a boy. Yeah the baby is here. But
- 4:16Speaker 1: you know he you know, he probably got two girls
- 4:18Speaker 1: pregnant that ghetto twins and he has now two kids
- 4:23Speaker 1: with son and a daughter. I just think at this
- 4:28Speaker 1: point she just want the same daddy. I'm just saying
- 4:32Speaker 1: you could do bad. I am confused, but at the
- 4:35Speaker 1: same time well aware that this is clearly something that
- 4:38Speaker 1: she invites into her lifestyle. This is ghetto. I'm just
- 4:43Speaker 1: saying this this some ghetto ish that you hear in
- 4:46Speaker 1: the hood where you like, listen, they're not together, but
- 4:50Speaker 1: you know, but it's kind of like Courtney, she knew that,
- 4:53Speaker 1: you know, what it was with her and Scott, but
- 4:55Speaker 1: she wanted her kids and she you know, have the
- 4:57Speaker 1: same other, same father. Yeah, that's what I'm guessing. She
- 5:00Speaker 1: only wanted the same years. Yeah, but she knew they
- 5:04Speaker 1: weren't gonna get married or there wasn't a future with him,
- 5:06Speaker 1: but she wanted her children. She was you know, her
- 5:09Speaker 1: biological clock was probably ticking, and she wanted the same father.
- 5:12Speaker 1: So she just went on ahead and had all her kids.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I mean, now she's in a different situation with her
- 5:16Speaker 1: husband that she wants a child with, so you know,
- 5:19Speaker 1: that's a different situation. But I can only imagine with Chloe,
- 5:24Speaker 1: like she probably knows that there's no future with Tristan,
- 5:28Speaker 1: however she wants her biological clock is ticking, and she
- 5:32Speaker 1: you know, trying to get her kids by the same daddy.
- 5:35Speaker 1: That's that's weet, speaking of the same daddy. It's so
- 5:38Speaker 1: many good segues. Elon Musk's dad, Everal Musk, reportedly welcomed
- 5:44Speaker 1: the unplanned second child with his step daughter. Nasty, nasty, nasty,
- 5:50Speaker 1: that's nasty. So that's crazy him. Now, hold on, guys,
- 6:00Speaker 1: reportedly welcomed a second child with his stepdaughter, so he
- 6:04Speaker 1: already had one with her. He became her stepdaughter, her
- 6:07Speaker 1: stepdad obviously when she was four years old after married
- 6:11Speaker 1: her mother. And yeah, that's such a predator. That is
- 6:16Speaker 1: just they also have two biological children. So then so
- 6:19Speaker 1: now the two biological children that he has with his
- 6:24Speaker 1: stepdaughter's mother is is now her step daughter's uncle brother.
- 6:31Speaker 1: This some Kardashians uncle brother. This sounds like, sounds about right,
- 6:37Speaker 1: sounds about right, sounds about white. And uh man, my boy,
- 6:44Speaker 1: little boozy is outside being outside getting arrested, and he
- 6:48Speaker 1: just went just spast take a listen. I'm gonna make
- 7:05Speaker 1: you are. You're gonna be soon like a ready all
- 7:12Speaker 1: the way ready down to New York. The first white
- 7:17Speaker 1: boy what're doing now isn't from a friend on that
- 7:22Speaker 1: bea goddamn badass, And I soon him right by you.
- 7:27Speaker 1: He read I'm ready. I'm sing he ain't ready because
- 7:32Speaker 1: he had such a long sentence before. We didn't even
- 7:35Speaker 1: know he was when he was gonna get Yeah, I
- 7:36Speaker 1: think that's what I think. That's what tweaked in his head.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I think something snapped in his head because he said,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I'm tired of this move to the I'm sam ship.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I think Little Boozy is ready to die. And I
- 7:50Speaker 1: don't mean like he wants to die. I feel like
- 7:52Speaker 1: he's ready to die because I feel like a lot
- 7:54Speaker 1: of gangsters, especially his age, I've seen them, been around them,
- 7:58Speaker 1: they feel like they're on barrow time, so they be
- 8:00Speaker 1: like ship whatever, I'd have made it this far, fucking
- 8:03Speaker 1: I could tell that. I could tell us temperament was like,
- 8:05Speaker 1: I'm ready to go funk. What you're talking about? It
- 8:07Speaker 1: is what it is. Did you hear when he said
- 8:10Speaker 1: I had death on my back in prison when he
- 8:14Speaker 1: beat that murder charge, because he was like, yo, that
- 8:16Speaker 1: was That's what I'm saying. With that in the back
- 8:20Speaker 1: of his mind when he wasn't certain that he would
- 8:22Speaker 1: get out, you know, you think his attitude will be different,
- 8:26Speaker 1: you know. I feel like, again, I don't know Boozy personally,
- 8:31Speaker 1: but I've been around him a few times and I'm
- 8:34Speaker 1: definitely a fan of him enough to know that I
- 8:36Speaker 1: can definitely tell that a lot is always on his mind,
- 8:39Speaker 1: especially with things like that, because you know what outside
- 8:41Speaker 1: back in the day, now you don't nothing, don't forget
- 8:45Speaker 1: who Boosey used to be. Facts And I don't think honestly,
- 8:49Speaker 1: anybody that's been to prison for a certain amount of years,
- 8:52Speaker 1: I don't think that ever leaves their mind, you know
- 8:54Speaker 1: what I mean, like in the back of the head,
- 8:56Speaker 1: because you've seen we've never seen we always seen Boosey
- 8:59Speaker 1: just fun. We ain't never seen this type of boosty
- 9:02Speaker 1: to where you know, even the guy that was with
- 9:05Speaker 1: him was kind of like, damn boosty, Like you can
- 9:08Speaker 1: tell you like, damn man, calm down. It's already tell
- 9:11Speaker 1: him to calm down. So yeah, uh at one time
- 9:14Speaker 1: for your Miami and uh did day in Paris? I
- 9:17Speaker 1: don't know. I'm going on the top and going in
- 9:19Speaker 1: and going in. Oh and uh speaking to your Miami
- 9:22Speaker 1: her and Kevin Gates, Uh show can we play the
- 9:25Speaker 1: clip O c T. Don't let them holes get in
- 9:27Speaker 1: your end. Tell you ship about me, don't be over
- 9:29Speaker 1: the hopitalizing at the end of the night. You know
- 9:33Speaker 1: one thing, don't know Aboudy hold you like me really
- 9:37Speaker 1: your cousin. She pulled me to the side, said baby
- 9:39Speaker 1: that's your cousin. I ain't stop. What is you really
- 9:44Speaker 1: like that? Or I want to stick my whole tongue
- 9:46Speaker 1: in this bitch and I want to our ears, hold
- 9:48Speaker 1: my mouth, stick my whole tongue and down twirling bitch
- 9:52Speaker 1: because I got a big long air tongue. Can I
- 9:54Speaker 1: see a tongue? You looking feet about the few gonna
- 10:00Speaker 1: did were about your shout to breathe through your Oh
- 10:10Speaker 1: my god, I'm speechless. I think she meant her match
- 10:13Speaker 1: with him the way that she. You know, something sometimes
- 10:18Speaker 1: with Miami, just say stuff and it's like it's a
- 10:20Speaker 1: it's a shocker. I feel like she just made her
- 10:23Speaker 1: match with him because he offered Chavin Gates has no filter. No,
- 10:27Speaker 1: I think Karaia ain't got no filter, but Kevin Gates
- 10:30Speaker 1: is just like it's just like, that's what I'm saying.
- 10:33Speaker 1: I feel like she didn't met her match with him.
- 10:35Speaker 1: She was speechless. She said, that's a that's a one
- 10:38Speaker 1: day on one day type of situation. That's a I
- 10:40Speaker 1: can't wait to uh to go watch the full thing.
- 10:42Speaker 1: So that's super dope and I'm excited. But I got
- 10:45Speaker 1: a question to you, who do you trust the most
- 10:47Speaker 1: to make your y'all mac and cheese. Mama, grandmama, wife
- 10:52Speaker 1: New Bay or the church mother. Well, I mean, I
- 10:55Speaker 1: don't know about wife, but I would say my mom.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Who pay? Yeah, I'm going my mom. Man, I'm going
- 11:03Speaker 1: on my grandma one time for my wife though, because
- 11:06Speaker 1: my wife and my grandma made the same macaroni and cheese.
- 11:08Speaker 1: But you, my wife's macaron and cheese tastes almost as
- 11:12Speaker 1: good as my grandma's macaron cheese. And my mom makes
- 11:14Speaker 1: not my mom's macaron cheese. Ain't that good? Sorry, Mama.
- 11:18Speaker 1: My mom's oxtails at on point. I eat her oxtails
- 11:21Speaker 1: over everybody but macroon cheese, and my mama rory ain't
- 11:24Speaker 1: no grandma Grandma is to go? Alright, P I would
- 11:29Speaker 1: love you and I miss you. I know that's right.
- 11:31Speaker 1: I love you and I miss you. Mom. All right,
- 11:34Speaker 1: let's go. Let's take a commercial break. When we come back,
- 11:36Speaker 1: young drowers in the building, I got talked to him
- 11:39Speaker 1: one on one right here on the ball of the
- 11:41Speaker 1: Show podcasts available everywhere you get your podcast. We'll be
- 11:44Speaker 1: right back with more of the Baller Alert Show. You're
- 11:50Speaker 1: you're listening to The Alert Show Man, I feel like
- 11:53Speaker 1: a living legend has pulled up on me. Man, how's
- 11:56Speaker 1: it throwing? Sir? What's my brother? My brought Young Drows
- 12:01Speaker 1: in the building. What's going on with you now? You
- 12:04Speaker 1: tell me, man? What has young drove Ben? Man? Oh? Man,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I've been now hibernating that it's men like a big barry. No,
- 12:12Speaker 1: but I've just been actually, man, I've been Ashley just
- 12:17Speaker 1: in the gym, leaving the gym, going to the studio.
- 12:22Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. I got these cheering together. Man.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, being a good dad, you
- 12:29Speaker 1: know most of the time, and staying in the mix
- 12:33Speaker 1: though on the road most of the time. You Drow
- 12:36Speaker 1: is a living legend in my personal opinion. Um, do
- 12:40Speaker 1: you feel that way? I feel that way sometimes I
- 12:43Speaker 1: do when I when I when I get out and
- 12:47Speaker 1: see all the loves I get and when people give
- 12:49Speaker 1: me their stories about how they you know, grew up
- 12:53Speaker 1: on stuff and you know how they look to me
- 12:56Speaker 1: for you know, be partying and kicking it and what
- 12:59Speaker 1: songs got them through. Yeah, I feel like I let you.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I spoke you up the other day. I'm I'm from Florida. Um,
- 13:04Speaker 1: I went to College of us F and Tampa. And
- 13:07Speaker 1: it's a song that you did call high five, and um,
- 13:11Speaker 1: that's one of the songs that we always did when
- 13:14Speaker 1: it was somebody's birthday or whatever. And um, I always
- 13:18Speaker 1: I was like man drove always. I always went to
- 13:20Speaker 1: Drove for some colorful palette swag wearing bars. Um, where
- 13:27Speaker 1: did that come from? Uh? When I first started, when
- 13:31Speaker 1: I first got into the music industry, a lot of
- 13:33Speaker 1: people thought I was from Florida. I don't know them
- 13:37Speaker 1: colors and you know, if my family actually comes from Tampa.
- 13:40Speaker 1: My mom, my mom's um, brothers and sisters did from Tampa.
- 13:45Speaker 1: But what when I get that front, I think I
- 13:51Speaker 1: think being being poor, I guess you know what I'm saying,
- 13:56Speaker 1: made me think colorful thoughts. And you know, wanted to
- 13:59Speaker 1: be I wanted to be something that was that stood out,
- 14:04Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Because I'm from I'm old
- 14:07Speaker 1: enough to be to add a black and white TV,
- 14:09Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. And I always wanted color
- 14:12Speaker 1: in it, you know what I mean. And I thought
- 14:15Speaker 1: that you know, um, bright colors really complimented my darts
- 14:20Speaker 1: and complexion. You know what I'm saying, okay, young draw
- 14:24Speaker 1: on the building up. Now. I want to take it
- 14:26Speaker 1: back to the beginning of your career when now did
- 14:30Speaker 1: you first become signed when you signed to Hustle Gang
- 14:35Speaker 1: or did you have a situation before you were sign up,
- 14:38Speaker 1: because the first time I heard you was on you
- 14:41Speaker 1: Hustle correct. No, No, I kind of went through to UM.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I went through like a couple of drog dealer's hands. Um.
- 14:53Speaker 1: I remember wrapping. So you were signed before you went
- 14:56Speaker 1: to grounds? Yeah, they're no that. Yeah. I was signed
- 15:01Speaker 1: to Rain the Dream, didn't know tit for Life Records,
- 15:08Speaker 1: and Roco came and bought the contract from Rain the Dream.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I think, did you still go by Yon Drove? That
- 15:17Speaker 1: was you just drove? Um? I think my first album
- 15:22Speaker 1: was I got to Draw, Yeah, and then by the
- 15:26Speaker 1: time I got to Rocko, I was young Drop okay,
- 15:30Speaker 1: and I remember rock buying the contract back and we
- 15:34Speaker 1: were celebrating the Blue Flame, you know what I mean.
- 15:37Speaker 1: And that was that was that was a big moment
- 15:40Speaker 1: in my life. You know what I mean to be
- 15:43Speaker 1: for for somebody to come pay some money for me,
- 15:45Speaker 1: you know, when I ain't having a really a deal
- 15:47Speaker 1: like that. That was still independent, but I felt pretty good.
- 15:51Speaker 1: So you're signed to Rocco. And at any point did
- 15:54Speaker 1: you feel like, Okay, I need a bigger push because
- 15:58Speaker 1: you were signed independently, I'm assuming correct. Um, when did
- 16:02Speaker 1: grand Hustle come into play? Um? I actually the bigger
- 16:08Speaker 1: push was there. It's just that we wasn't that much
- 16:11Speaker 1: experience in the music, um, because I had songs with Monica,
- 16:15Speaker 1: Juvenile Turd, Bone Crusher, Um, Jazzy Fame. Yeah, I had
- 16:23Speaker 1: all this done with Rocko Okay, so we just wasn't
- 16:27Speaker 1: that experienced the pretty much young young guys just out
- 16:32Speaker 1: there and I just still had my My lyrics was
- 16:35Speaker 1: very good though, and I had a voice for it.
- 16:37Speaker 1: And after that, that's when Grand Hustle came around. Yeah,
- 16:43Speaker 1: Tip Tip came to the studio one day and he
- 16:47Speaker 1: asked rock Um. He was like, I gotta I need
- 16:51Speaker 1: my ball here with me. You know what I'm saying,
- 16:53Speaker 1: don't want you on him? And it was it was
- 16:55Speaker 1: I guess they told me to get out so they
- 16:57Speaker 1: can talk about it. But that happened like that and
- 17:00Speaker 1: so um, after they got to talking, something happened and
- 17:04Speaker 1: it really didn't go that way. So Roco came and
- 17:08Speaker 1: grabbed you from and then Tip came and grabbed you
- 17:11Speaker 1: from Rocko or something like something of that. Just like that, Okay,
- 17:16Speaker 1: and then now we we we blow up and shoulder
- 17:18Speaker 1: ly and comes out. Yeah. Yeah, that's arguably one of
- 17:22Speaker 1: the biggest records of the year when that came out.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And remember that. Yeah, so we we was we was
- 17:26Speaker 1: actually we had momentum of the day one the gangster
- 17:29Speaker 1: grills were dropping. So when it was out, man, it
- 17:35Speaker 1: was that was a trip for me. You know what
- 17:36Speaker 1: I mean? That was Now people see you. When they
- 17:38Speaker 1: see you, they know who you are. Stopping for pictures, Yeah,
- 17:41Speaker 1: stopping for pictures and you know, are you making uh
- 17:45Speaker 1: I want to I call a street money. Are you
- 17:47Speaker 1: making like hand to hand? People ask you for feature money? Uh?
- 17:51Speaker 1: You are getting booked in the local clubs money? Are
- 17:55Speaker 1: you making money at this particular moment? What year is this?
- 17:59Speaker 1: This is like thousands and like five four? Okay, okay,
- 18:04Speaker 1: you're feeling me um not really feature money because we
- 18:08Speaker 1: was kind of sting you with our features back It's
- 18:11Speaker 1: why you didn't like. But I was making some money, man,
- 18:14Speaker 1: I had made like I got my advance and then
- 18:18Speaker 1: I really couldn't spend it. You know what I'm saying,
- 18:20Speaker 1: because I was just in a whirlwind and making money.
- 18:25Speaker 1: So I, Um, I used to have this draw that
- 18:27Speaker 1: I used to keep the bread in it, and it's
- 18:29Speaker 1: stacked up. That ship that looked like hunt cake. I'm
- 18:33Speaker 1: really making some money. Okay. So I got damn ship
- 18:37Speaker 1: after that millions. Okay. So now Shoalin is out and
- 18:42Speaker 1: I believe that charters on the billboard. Correct me if
- 18:44Speaker 1: I'm wrong, Yeah, charted number one. Okay, excuse me. I
- 18:49Speaker 1: I apologized. Um, so it goes number one on the
- 18:52Speaker 1: billboard chart. Who is young Drow at this particular moment?
- 18:56Speaker 1: Because now I see you on BT one on S
- 19:00Speaker 1: some part, You're on MTV, You're on You're on TV
- 19:03Speaker 1: now TRL all that, Howards, life has changed. As soon
- 19:08Speaker 1: as you get to where you're from West Side Atlanta,
- 19:13Speaker 1: it's not the same Drow. Correct, Um? It got different?
- 19:19Speaker 1: Do you have to move out of where you grew
- 19:22Speaker 1: up at? Yes? Um, we would move downtown to the
- 19:28Speaker 1: twelve top floor in North Atlantic Station, twelve top floor.
- 19:35Speaker 1: We will be there, and uh it was. It kind
- 19:39Speaker 1: of changed for me, man, and I think I think
- 19:43Speaker 1: it changed. It changed like my attitude. I got a
- 19:47Speaker 1: little bit more gressive, a little bit more cocky, you
- 19:50Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. I'm not saying that all of
- 19:52Speaker 1: it was good, but most of it was. It was
- 19:55Speaker 1: coming from a good place, you know what I'm saying.
- 19:58Speaker 1: But in time, I'm it counted. Guy wicked. Okay, yeah, okay.
- 20:04Speaker 1: So now we outside and young drows doing this thing.
- 20:08Speaker 1: The remix comes out. Um, you're everywhere, You're getting booked
- 20:12Speaker 1: everywhere mentally, whereas your drawer, Um, because I know you said,
- 20:17Speaker 1: you know, you get a little cocky, little arrogant mentally.
- 20:20Speaker 1: How are you dealing with people asking you for money?
- 20:23Speaker 1: Family members saying hey I need this, um such as such,
- 20:27Speaker 1: make saying I need that. And now you know, I
- 20:29Speaker 1: see the kids is a little bigger now, so I'm
- 20:31Speaker 1: assuming they're they're super young or on the way at
- 20:34Speaker 1: that particular moment. Yeah, so all my just had my
- 20:37Speaker 1: well I had my first daughter already, she was like
- 20:40Speaker 1: four or five. Okay, so everybody asking for money, I'm
- 20:45Speaker 1: giving it. Um. I remember going to the bank and
- 20:48Speaker 1: taking out eighty thou all dollars just to you know,
- 20:51Speaker 1: make sure everybody straight. And sometimes I would just take
- 20:54Speaker 1: these stupid amounts of money out of the bank and
- 20:58Speaker 1: I'll be like, well, I'm gonna take has had this
- 21:00Speaker 1: for myself, go to the mall with this, And I
- 21:02Speaker 1: got this for you know, people that you know, because
- 21:05Speaker 1: I'm my heart as biggest Georgian you know, and I
- 21:08Speaker 1: made sure I always made sure I gave money to
- 21:11Speaker 1: the people like kids or whatever, or girls that that
- 21:15Speaker 1: wasn't stumps or whatever with their kids and trying to
- 21:18Speaker 1: get you know what I'm saying, make sure they asked
- 21:19Speaker 1: some for school, and if you really didn't have nothing
- 21:22Speaker 1: for Christmas, I would, you know, That's what I made
- 21:24Speaker 1: myself available for. And I think that I kind of
- 21:29Speaker 1: drowned in that because I was trying to actually I
- 21:33Speaker 1: think trying to play God a little bit, you know
- 21:35Speaker 1: what I mean, so to speak, because I would make
- 21:39Speaker 1: sure that after I came from Hollywood or something, you know,
- 21:45Speaker 1: or we was in l A or outcome all the
- 21:47Speaker 1: way back down and you know, spread the love. And
- 21:50Speaker 1: also I would get actually caught up in those places,
- 21:54Speaker 1: you know, other situations would present their selves, you know
- 21:57Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So you will be like, man, seen
- 22:00Speaker 1: drove a little bit too long, you know, what I'm saying,
- 22:02Speaker 1: and then you know, and also the drugs, you know
- 22:04Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So it came from a girl. These
- 22:07Speaker 1: people now that maybe you have helped out, Are they
- 22:10Speaker 1: appreciative if you still now or I don't. I don't.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I don't see most of them, you know. I think
- 22:17Speaker 1: the ones that I do keep in contact with, they
- 22:20Speaker 1: were appreciative, But most of them was drug addicts, you
- 22:24Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So I wouldn't say that they
- 22:27Speaker 1: were very appreciative because we actually all threw the money away,
- 22:32Speaker 1: you know at some point you um, then you know
- 22:35Speaker 1: it's but it's a lot of people that really really
- 22:38Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Hey, little I used this
- 22:39Speaker 1: for the money. Um, I actually got through school. You know,
- 22:42Speaker 1: you gave me some money to actually give me some
- 22:44Speaker 1: shoes that probably at that point in time that you know,
- 22:47Speaker 1: those those a pair of shoes might have really mattered,
- 22:50Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Two thousand two, young Drove
- 22:54Speaker 1: has been through a lot um Again, I will say
- 22:58Speaker 1: this is all blue in the face, purple and face,
- 23:00Speaker 1: your liver legend in my eyes, look up to you,
- 23:03Speaker 1: being benefit of you. Since I was a young young
- 23:07Speaker 1: guy trying to figure it out. Definitely use your lines
- 23:10Speaker 1: for lines that I thought people needed to hear, because
- 23:14Speaker 1: I will come up to Atlanta in the summer and
- 23:16Speaker 1: then I will go back down to Florida and just
- 23:18Speaker 1: come back with the lingo to drip the whole sauce,
- 23:21Speaker 1: like you were the first person I saw in the polo,
- 23:24Speaker 1: Which leads me to this question, what is your infatuation
- 23:28Speaker 1: with polo? Ralph Lauren? Do you know this man? Have
- 23:31Speaker 1: you met this man? Something that you just came up with?
- 23:36Speaker 1: You know what? This is something? Because I've never seen
- 23:38Speaker 1: anyone to do it like you. I mean it was
- 23:41Speaker 1: high school, man. I think, Um, when I was in
- 23:44Speaker 1: high school, you just wearing short shorts way before everybody else. Yeah,
- 23:48Speaker 1: it was like that. It was like it was like
- 23:50Speaker 1: like I didn't even own any jeans, Like, yeah, you
- 23:54Speaker 1: wore that. Yeah, I didn't wear tennis shoes like that.
- 23:58Speaker 1: If I was gonna wear a tennis you was gonna
- 24:00Speaker 1: probably be a skipper or you know what I'm saying,
- 24:02Speaker 1: or a case switches something something playing. But it grew
- 24:07Speaker 1: in high school and I always knew that polo bridge
- 24:11Speaker 1: the gap between poor and rich. You feel me, You
- 24:15Speaker 1: didn't have to have a lot of money to get it,
- 24:18Speaker 1: and you couldn't tell if I was either one of
- 24:20Speaker 1: these things. Feel what I'm saying. So, and it's you.
- 24:23Speaker 1: I would look at TV, you know, and I would
- 24:26Speaker 1: see rich people rocket, and then I would see, you know,
- 24:30Speaker 1: not so rich people rocket, But you really couldn't tell.
- 24:33Speaker 1: And it was just classical to me, you know what
- 24:35Speaker 1: I'm saying. I felt classy, you know what I'm saying.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I felt like I had class rocking it. And I
- 24:39Speaker 1: felt that everything that I felt, like Cardier's Polo and
- 24:45Speaker 1: Jack Warres went together. You know what I'm saying. I mean,
- 24:47Speaker 1: you did a hell of a job making them, making
- 24:50Speaker 1: them go. Yeah. So I mean like it was. It was.
- 24:53Speaker 1: It was all a thing that I pictured in my
- 24:55Speaker 1: head and then I brought it to life, you know
- 24:58Speaker 1: what I mean. Yeah. Um, in closing the person that
- 25:02Speaker 1: you are today, man, uh in two thousand and twenty two,
- 25:06Speaker 1: do you have any regrets or or anything that from
- 25:10Speaker 1: the past? Yeah, I think, Um, when I picked up drugs,
- 25:16Speaker 1: that was pretty much the worst thing I ever did
- 25:19Speaker 1: was drugs and uh and and to see when we're
- 25:23Speaker 1: not just talking about weed now, we're not just talking
- 25:25Speaker 1: about we ain't um. I indulged in a lot of
- 25:29Speaker 1: different kind of drugs coming up. I mean, like to say,
- 25:32Speaker 1: to to to make a long story show. It's like
- 25:35Speaker 1: a rock like the rock star thing. I kind of
- 25:37Speaker 1: was like living that, you know, And I thought that
- 25:41Speaker 1: one night we was just gonna have fun, you know
- 25:44Speaker 1: what I'm saying, And this was just gonna be that.
- 25:47Speaker 1: And it turned into a habit, and I made a
- 25:50Speaker 1: lot of poor decisions, um, indulging in those things. You know,
- 25:55Speaker 1: nobody really explained that, hey, look, this can't get bad.
- 25:59Speaker 1: It's get out of hand, you know what I mean.
- 26:01Speaker 1: And in and in the future it kind of showed,
- 26:05Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Like, I think God for
- 26:07Speaker 1: carrying me and keeping me to the point where I
- 26:11Speaker 1: could still I'm still available to actually go on tour
- 26:16Speaker 1: and do shows and you know what I mean, and
- 26:19Speaker 1: continue to you know, I got the money from this
- 26:22Speaker 1: profession that I have, but that was one of most
- 26:25Speaker 1: things I regret. Man. I appreciate you sharing that because
- 26:29Speaker 1: you know you didn't have too. Let's talk about some music, Uh,
- 26:33Speaker 1: I got Big John sent me a song. Yeah, money man,
- 26:38Speaker 1: Let's talk about that real quick money huns man, it's
- 26:41Speaker 1: just like you know from you know, I still have
- 26:43Speaker 1: I'm still in the street with you know what I'm
- 26:44Speaker 1: saying with my my family is so big man, and
- 26:47Speaker 1: we just in the lingo part of the city on
- 26:50Speaker 1: my always in tune. Just like we called money fitting
- 26:55Speaker 1: REGs and dug decads whatever. How you know these are
- 27:00Speaker 1: terms that you know we put in place of cash.
- 27:03Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, fat aids. You know what
- 27:05Speaker 1: I'm saying. So money on? Is it a hundred dollar
- 27:07Speaker 1: bills only? Or is it fifties? Te is it all on?
- 27:10Speaker 1: Money on? It's like money on? You have money on
- 27:16Speaker 1: it on you. You feel me like like like feeling
- 27:18Speaker 1: scroop club shout out. I ain't even going on that
- 27:20Speaker 1: dance for him, he ain't having no money on, you
- 27:22Speaker 1: feel I'm saying, like, you know, so it's just another
- 27:25Speaker 1: word for money. You feel me young money money on?
- 27:28Speaker 1: You see what I'm saying. So yeah, so me and
- 27:31Speaker 1: they toldin was actually in the studio. Yeah, we've been
- 27:35Speaker 1: actually working and you know, back back and forth and
- 27:38Speaker 1: uh and when I when I was in the studio,
- 27:41Speaker 1: like oh man, because I think I was in h Q.
- 27:44Speaker 1: We said HQ and the shodow was not a man.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Need to do that money on man for real. My
- 27:48Speaker 1: bout dt was telling me, hey, man, shout out, we
- 27:50Speaker 1: got to do that money on so So I mean
- 27:52Speaker 1: when I did it, man, my little kids went crazy
- 27:55Speaker 1: listening to it, you know what I'm saying, And and
- 27:58Speaker 1: me and they in the beat and the beat just rocking,
- 28:00Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. So we tuned in and
- 28:03Speaker 1: the new thing you're everybody had money on. You know
- 28:05Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I appreciate you pulling up my brother
- 28:08Speaker 1: and uh you know again and give your flowers while
- 28:11Speaker 1: I got you on take. We'll be right back with
- 28:14Speaker 1: more of the baller alerts, y'all. Man, it is time
- 28:24Speaker 1: for baller mail. Dear Ferrari and ball alert. My lady
- 28:30Speaker 1: has called up at work and it is bothering me.
- 28:32Speaker 1: We've been together for five years and a few weeks ago.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Her new bass at her job is her ex fiance.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I am not comfortable with her working at her job
- 28:42Speaker 1: with her ex fiance. Neither is she. But it's a
- 28:44Speaker 1: great paying job with benefits, etcetera, etcetera. I don't make
- 28:48Speaker 1: enough money for her to quit, so I feel trapped
- 28:51Speaker 1: and need a few opinions. Appreciate y'all. What do you
- 28:54Speaker 1: think that's kind of a tough one, man, I would,
- 28:57Speaker 1: you know, I would just have a conversation with my wife.
- 29:00Speaker 1: You know. I think the best thing for you to
- 29:01Speaker 1: do is help her find a new job. There's always
- 29:04Speaker 1: other jobs. If your wife isn't comfortable, you're not comfortable,
- 29:08Speaker 1: and just help to find a new job. Or you
- 29:10Speaker 1: may need to find a new job so you can
- 29:11Speaker 1: tell your wife to quit her job. Rorry what you got. Well,
- 29:15Speaker 1: before I tell you what I think, I'm gonna tell
- 29:18Speaker 1: you what's going on. The fiance probably got that job
- 29:22Speaker 1: on purpose. Okay, transferred over there where your where your
- 29:26Speaker 1: lady is at. Now, why she's not your wife, that's
- 29:30Speaker 1: none of my business. But if she's just your lady
- 29:33Speaker 1: and her ex fiance is her new boss, just know
- 29:36Speaker 1: on the first day of work that highlight reel went
- 29:39Speaker 1: through his head depending on where she wore to work.
- 29:42Speaker 1: So I'm just letting you know, player, you need to
- 29:44Speaker 1: get your ship together. You should have had your ship
- 29:47Speaker 1: together so you'd be like, man, thought that job, God, damn,
- 29:49Speaker 1: I got it, you know what, Go ahead and take
- 29:51Speaker 1: you a little sabbatical. You feel me out to make
- 29:53Speaker 1: sure you're good. Now, I must say, let me just
- 29:56Speaker 1: address the elephant in the room. You kind of you
- 29:58Speaker 1: feel like you may be a little insecure about that.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I don't feel like you should be uh insecure about
- 30:04Speaker 1: it as long as you trust your lady. Now, if
- 30:06Speaker 1: you have a little insecurity about the xpience to make
- 30:09Speaker 1: you uncomfortable and she is also uncomfortable, like you said
- 30:13Speaker 1: in the uh in the ball of mail, yeah, you're
- 30:15Speaker 1: gonna have to go ahead and get her new helping
- 30:17Speaker 1: find a new job. But that's gonna be difficult. But
- 30:20Speaker 1: in the meantime, she won't have to wear some baggy
- 30:22Speaker 1: clothes to work. You feel me. She might have to
- 30:25Speaker 1: request a different time shift, but if everybody's there, it's
- 30:28Speaker 1: four hours a week. That new boss is looking at
- 30:30Speaker 1: your lady, brother, she she's potentially seeing her ex fiance
- 30:34Speaker 1: at work more than she sees you. I'm just letting
- 30:38Speaker 1: you know. Fourty hours a week is a long time.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Sounds like that her work husband is there, and she
- 30:45Speaker 1: and he used to be her ex fiance, so you
- 30:47Speaker 1: know they were having sex for raw. I'm just letting
- 30:50Speaker 1: you know now, So buddy, you're in a tough conundrum.
- 30:53Speaker 1: You better go ahead and map this thing out and
- 30:56Speaker 1: figure it out. Because if she's just your lady, y'all
- 30:58Speaker 1: stay together. You got your work cut out for your brother.
- 31:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna pray for you and helping get a new job.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Or you step your ship up and she don't got
- 31:07Speaker 1: to work. Well, she gonna work, but you feel that,
- 31:09Speaker 1: just step the game up so you know, and then
- 31:11Speaker 1: stop being so insecure. Bro, I feel like you got
- 31:13Speaker 1: damn you know what I'm saying. I know I probably
- 31:15Speaker 1: just helped. The insecurities just got bigger. But UM, if
- 31:19Speaker 1: you trust your lady, it's cool, You'll be right. Call
- 31:22Speaker 1: it down, bro. Sounds good time for us to get
- 31:25Speaker 1: the funk out of here. Uh, give me some shout
- 31:27Speaker 1: out before we roll up out of here, guys, and
- 31:30Speaker 1: one time for you and row. Um. He did say
- 31:33Speaker 1: um that you know, one of his biggest regrets was
- 31:37Speaker 1: um doing drugs, and I think that was dope of
- 31:41Speaker 1: him to um admit that. And you know, UM prayers,
- 31:47Speaker 1: blessings and everything uh with him moving forward and definitely
- 31:51Speaker 1: felt good talking to him. So yeah, ya shout up.
- 31:53Speaker 1: You already know man, shout out the good state of Arkansas,
- 31:55Speaker 1: and make sure you'll go out and vote for your
- 31:58Speaker 1: your governor because y'all getting mad about all these things
- 32:01Speaker 1: is going on. Only thing that can change is voting
- 32:03Speaker 1: for the right jovernor. And also it's a lot of
- 32:05Speaker 1: things going on in Atlanta. I know this ain't a
- 32:07Speaker 1: shot out, but I just got to get this out
- 32:09Speaker 1: where they're trying to change the law with the establishments.
- 32:11Speaker 1: There was too violent complaints. Uh, you know, business could
- 32:15Speaker 1: get shut down. I encourage everybody to go out and
- 32:18Speaker 1: go to the hall and complain and do everything that
- 32:20Speaker 1: you gotta do to stop this from going on because
- 32:22Speaker 1: a lot of people will be out of a job.
- 32:25Speaker 1: City Hall up, City Hall. All right, Well, it was
- 32:29Speaker 1: just my birthday, so I want to shout out my
- 32:30Speaker 1: beautiful mother, r I P and Um, thank you for life. Yeah,
- 32:35Speaker 1: happy birthday. Oct BT's birthdays coming up as well. Um,
