William O’Neal Charged in Domestic Tragedy
A man named William O’Neal is facing deadly charges after police say he fatally shot his 45-year-old girlfriend, Antwala Kelly, during a violent domestic dispute in Kansas City. Officers responded to a home on East Sixth Street around 6:15 PM after neighbors reported an assault and heard gunshots. When they forced entry, they found Kelly wounded and O’Neal surrendered.
