Speaker 1: Make yourself comfortable. Take a big, deep breath in through
• 0:25
your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.
• 0:35
Take another deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe
• 0:42
out through your mouth. One last time, deep breath in
• 0:53
and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth, and
• 1:00
feel a gentle rhythm of your breath. Feel the steady
• 1:05
beat of your heart. Take a moment to listen to
• 1:11
your heartbeat. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your
• 1:15
chest as it moves in time with your heartbeat. Can
• 1:22
you feel it? With each beat of your heart, you
• 1:29
feel more and more relaxed. Now, imagine that you are
• 1:39
standing in front of two enormous wooden gates, and either
• 1:44
side of those gates are massive wooden fences. And behind
• 1:50
those fences, all you can see are the tree tops,
• 1:54
very very large treetops. Now above the gates, it is
• 2:00
a sign that says the National Animal Park. Wow. You
• 2:07
wonder just what kind of animals are behind those trees.
• 2:11
It's then you hear a loud creaking noise, and very slowly,
• 2:17
the great big gates begin to open. As the big
• 2:22
gates open wide, standing inside is a big, bright orange
• 2:28
orangu tank with great big grin on his face, and
• 2:33
he's wearing safari gear, with big black sunglasses perched on
• 2:36
the end of his nose and lots and lots of
• 2:41
gold danglar jewelry hanging from around his neck. He also
• 2:46
has on a very shiny watch and it flashes in
• 2:50
the sunlight. He says hello, and he tells you his
• 2:56
name is Derek, and Derek gives you a great, big
• 2:59
high five that nearly knocks you over. He's that strong.
• 3:04
Derek is your guide here and is there for your
• 3:08
every need. He even gives you a walkie talkie so
• 3:12
that you can contact him if you need to. He says,
• 3:17
come along now, we don't want to miss anything, not
• 3:20
at all. He leads you to his open roof safari jeep,
• 3:25
which looks really kind of cool. He tells you that
• 3:29
tonight you will be staying in a big lodge house
• 3:33
just beyond the trees, and this is where you're going
• 3:37
now to collect any others that may want to come
• 3:39
on the safari with you. You ride in the jeep
• 3:44
with Derek, and as you reach the end of the trees,
• 3:48
you see that the National park opens out across gently
• 3:51
rolling plains, and Derek tells you that there are many
• 3:55
grassy plains all over the park. There are swamps, and
• 4:01
there is even a tropical rainforest too. You think that
• 4:07
this place is very beautiful and wonderful. Derek pulls up
• 4:13
in front of a very large and amazing lodge, all
• 4:16
made out of wood. It's the size of a mansion
• 4:23
or even the size of a castle. Standing next to
• 4:29
the steps leading up to the lodge are two other
• 4:32
children just like you. There is a boy about your
• 4:35
age and there is a little girl, but she's a
• 4:38
bit older than you. They climb up into the jeep
• 4:42
and introduce themselves. The boy is called Michael and the
• 4:47
girl is called Jessica. They tell you that they have
• 4:51
been looking forward to this day for such a long
• 4:53
time now, and they are so happy to be here.
• 5:00
Derek the Oranger tank drives off to the ranger's hut
• 5:04
to collect any supplies you may need for your adventure ahead.
• 5:08
Or this is really exciting now. Who knows what animals
• 5:11
you may see. There is a rumor that some of
• 5:15
the animals can actually talk. How cool would that be.
• 5:22
Derek tells the three of you that this is a
• 5:25
very special Safari part. He tells you that none of
• 5:30
the animals are dangerous here at all. In fact, they
• 5:35
are all very very friendly and you're free to play
• 5:39
and stroke with any of them. Well that's if they
• 5:42
want to be stroked, that is. As you drive along
• 5:45
the grassy plains, you pass by many tribes in colorful dress,
• 5:50
all walking along. Some of them are even singing. As
• 5:55
they walk along. They smile and wave at you, out
• 6:00
to you, wishing you a great day here at the park.
• 6:06
Derek tells you that there are many lakes here at
• 6:09
the park, and each lake has many different animals and
• 6:12
birds there. One of the lakes have large elephants and zebras.
• 6:18
There's another lake that while buffalo lives beside with their friends,
• 6:22
the wilderbeast. As you drive along in the jeep, you
• 6:27
see a giraffe up ahead. He's walking slowly and humming
• 6:32
a little songing to himself. He spots the jeep and
• 6:36
turns his head to look at you. Good morning, he says, Wow,
• 6:42
he is very tall. Have a great day, he says,
• 6:46
as he slowly continues along on his walk. You continue
• 6:52
on your way with Derek, Michael and Jessica. You are
• 6:58
nearing one of the lakes now, and Derek stops the jeep.
• 7:03
He says to be very quiet and to look over
• 7:06
the other side of the lake. We see a large
• 7:10
shape moving around, and Derek tells you that it's Ernie
• 7:15
and that he is an endangered black rhino. Ernie, he
• 7:20
tells you, is very very shy and pretty much keeps
• 7:24
to himself. Just at that moment, Ernie looks up and
• 7:28
sees you. He smiles shyly at you, and then disappears
• 7:32
behind some trees. Oh oh well, maybe he will speak
• 7:37
to you later. There are many different birds flying above
• 7:43
and around him. A lot of them are landing at
• 7:46
the lake to take a drink of water and maybe
• 7:49
have a bath. It's quite hot here at the park
• 7:52
and they probably need to cool down to And you
• 7:57
can see very colorful parrots in red and loose and greens.
• 8:01
You can see chickens with the big orange beaks. You
• 8:06
see cockatoos and cows, gray parrots. You can even see
• 8:11
some flamingos wading in the water looking for their dinner.
• 8:17
In the distance, you see a misst shrouded rainforest. It
• 8:22
kind of looks like the steam coming from the trees
• 8:27
Derek tells you that that is where you will meet
• 8:30
baboons and gorillas. He says they're very friendly too though,
• 8:36
and if they like you, they may even invite you
• 8:40
to have afternoon tea with them. How that would be nice.
• 8:47
Derek tells you that while you're here, you really should
• 8:50
meet the king of the jungle, who is, of course,
• 8:54
a very large lion called Larry. He tells you that
• 8:58
Larry loves telling jokes and if you're not careful, he
• 9:03
will have your side split in with laughter. Now, Derek
• 9:08
brings his jeep to a stop and you all jump
• 9:10
out because now it's time for the three of you
• 9:14
to explore this wonderful place and meet as many animals
• 9:18
as you can. Derek again make sure that the three
• 9:22
of you have got your walky talkies so you can
• 9:24
contact him if you need him. He climbs back into
• 9:28
his jeep and drives off with all his dangly jewelry
• 9:32
glittering in the warm sunshine. So now for a little while,
• 9:39
who won't meet the animals, Maybe you can play with them,
• 9:43
as it's rumored that elephants really love playing football. And remember,
• 9:49
they are all very friendly and most of them can talk,
• 9:53
So go and have some fun.
• 10:01
Speaker 2: Then the species the thinking good the same, think stuff the.
• 11:36
  Speaker 3: Ststem.
• 13:12
Speaker 1: Now it's time for you to leave this wonderful place
• 13:14
with Derek, who has returned with his cheek to take
• 13:18
you back to the lodge. After an unforgettable and wonderful day,
• 13:25
you head back to the lodge for food and to
• 13:28
unwind by a fire on the plane under the star bright,
• 13:32
endless night sky. After you've eaten your sumptuous dinner, you
• 13:39
begin to feel rather sleepy, so you go outside and
• 13:43
sit by the crackling fire. There is a sleeping bag
• 13:48
waiting for you with a soft fluffy pillar, because tonight
• 13:53
you will be sleeping under the night sky. You climb
• 13:58
into your sleeping bag and snuggle down, and the sky
• 14:02
is becoming gradually darker. As you lie there, watching the
• 14:08
dazzling colors of the sun going down, The beautiful orange
• 14:12
and red glow was turning to pink and gray. You
• 14:16
watch as the sun begins to set on the horizon
• 14:18
and slowly starts to fade. It's very peaceful watching the
• 14:24
sky becoming darker. As you gaze up at the sky above,
• 14:31
you can see the first stars appear. First, one star
• 14:36
then another and another, see them as they sparkle and shine,
• 14:42
shining like tiny diamonds in the sky. As you look
• 14:48
at the darkening sky, you can see more and more stars,
• 14:53
and you think to yourself, what a wonderful day you've had,
• 14:58
How lovely, how lovely and wonderful it was to be
• 15:03
with the majestic and beautiful beings that they are. You
• 15:07
had so much fun and laughter with them. It truly
• 15:11
was a great day. The sky is so clear now,
• 15:17
there are no clouds anywhere, just a beautiful, starry night sky.
• 15:24
And yet more stars have appeared. Some stars are bright
• 15:28
and luminous, others are tiny specks that you can barely see.
• 15:35
But you feel so peaceful, so calm, so relaxed. You
• 15:42
take your breath in and breathe it gently out, so relaxed,
• 15:49
very sleepy now, and you give a big sigh of happiness.
• 15:56
Your eyes feel ever so heavy, so heavy that they
• 16:01
close or by themselves, But that's okay, because you don't
• 16:07
want to open them anyway. You just want to sleep,
• 16:14
So sleep little one, just sleep.
• 17:07
Speaker 4: Less speed things, thinks.
• 17:47
Speaker 2: A saint, I thinks, think the stat still that's.
• 21:22

• 28:44
