- 0:06Testecleese: And now is the time when things are shifting.
- 0:09Testecleese: There's going to be a New World order out there leading next Governor, who are fake news.
- 0:19Testecleese: I am not suicidal.
- 0:23Testecleese: We'll circle back with you directly I can circle back. I'll circle back.
- 0:28Testecleese: Do not come, do not come.
- 0:33Testecleese: I'm gonna come.
- 0:35Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to episode 283 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I am Jeffrey.
- 0:40Brian McFadden: And I'm Brian.
- 0:41Testecleese: Where's 2 guys drinking some beers? What's going on
- 0:45Testecleese: some stuff went down this week, Brian. I mean, we got a new Pope.
- 0:52Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 0:54Brian McFadden: Kind of quick, I mean, I think, though when Francis came in it took him like a couple of weeks to decide on him.
- 1:01Testecleese: Yeah, 4 votes.
- 1:03Testecleese: It only took 4 votes to come to this guy, but we will get into that. We gotta do some follow up before we get into what's going on with the Pope.
- 1:11Testecleese: Alright. So I brought this up a dozen times. I even said that this could have been what happened in
- 1:17Testecleese: Puerto Rico and in Spain, France, and Portugal.
- 1:22Testecleese: Scientists, apparently. January came out and said, their North Pole is wobbling more than usual. It's far out into Siberia now.
- 1:32Testecleese: where magnetic North is actually earlier this year. Almost everyone's GPS devices had an update because of this.
- 1:40Testecleese: So I thought that was a just saying.
- 1:44Testecleese: Keep an eye on this stuff out. You know you think I'm nuts because it's you've never seen it happen in your life. But we know that as a fact, this happens.
- 1:52Testecleese: And you know, an issue with the magnetosphere could easily cause
- 1:57Testecleese: power problems, you know, especially if the solar radiation comes through. It could fry all of our electronics on the entire planet.
- 2:05Testecleese: Well, Massachusetts found a 12th or 11th and 12th body from this New England
- 2:16Testecleese: possible serial killer. Now, I will say that one of these has been solved.
- 2:21Testecleese: So 11
- 2:23Testecleese: possibly attached to this possible serial killer. Funny thing is, I'm hearing a lot of people say it's not a serial killer. Why are you trying to terrify people like? What's worse, one killer on the loose or 12,
- 2:37Testecleese: you know.
- 2:38Testecleese: But no one seems to want to talk about this. One of these bodies was found down the street from my sister's house in Plymouth.
- 2:46Testecleese: Kind of crazy, and it
- 2:52Testecleese: now I guess Mandy Moore is complaining about the issues in Los Angeles concerning rebuilding after these fires.
- 2:59Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 3:00Testecleese: So these lefties, who were.
- 3:01Brian McFadden: You know what is gonna happen.
- 3:04Testecleese: We were talking about this right away while the fires are still happening. And all these people like, oh, you're just a crazy conspiracy, theorist like. No, no, we're paying attention. You called us evil names. And now you're complaining about the same shit, forgetting that the other guy said the same thing before you.
- 3:17Brian McFadden: Right.
- 3:18Testecleese: And Mandy Moore, it says, Tangled Star, Mandy Moore. She did a lot more than just
- 3:24Testecleese: cartoon movies for children.
- 3:28Testecleese: Alright.
- 3:29Testecleese: This next one here an intro. Did you share this one.
- 3:34Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 3:35Testecleese: Hope Hope Walls, Tim Tim Walls, daughter.
- 3:38Brian McFadden: I believe so.
- 3:39Testecleese: Yeah, tell me about how going out for a jog is privileged.
- 3:45Brian McFadden: That's a good question.
- 3:47Testecleese: Apparently it's ableist.
- 3:49Brian McFadden: Yeah, she's you're running with your like with your legs. You're a political, privileged act in a rant against it was all about influencers.
- 4:03Testecleese: This is ridiculous!
- 4:04Brian McFadden: Tie, video.
- 4:05Testecleese: These idiots want you to be fat and disgusting, sitting on your couch stuffing your face with twinkies
- 4:11Testecleese: so they can get you on, because then you need socialized healthcare because you obviously can't afford to take care of yourself right?
- 4:17Brian McFadden: Right.
- 4:18Testecleese: It's it. They want the government to take control of every aspect of your life, they're saying exercising is pretty.
- 4:23Brian McFadden: For you. Yeah.
- 4:26Testecleese: Shit. You remember, during the Covid lockdowns, they actually said, critical thinking is a bad thing
- 4:31Testecleese: that came from the New York Times.
- 4:33Brian McFadden: I remember I was able to buy all the room I wanted, because it was essential.
- 4:38Testecleese: Rum.
- 4:39Brian McFadden: Rum. Yeah, I was drinking like 2 handles of rum like a week by myself.
- 4:44Testecleese: God, that's a lot of rum, dude.
- 4:46Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 4:47Testecleese: It's true.
- 4:48Brian McFadden: But it was. It was killing the Covid.
- 4:52Testecleese: It's funny because it's typically not stiff enough to kill stuff. But sure.
- 4:57Brian McFadden: That's what I use for the justification of it.
- 5:01Testecleese: Salt Lake City. That's in Utah, right.
- 5:04Brian McFadden: Yes, it is.
- 5:05Testecleese: Okay.
- 5:06Brian McFadden: Mormon Country.
- 5:07Testecleese: Yes. Well.
- 5:09Testecleese: Utah passed a law saying, you can't fly any flag. That's not official government business from a government building.
- 5:15Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 5:16Testecleese: So to get around this a couple of cities have gone and made the pride flag their official flag.
- 5:24Brian McFadden: And what are they gonna do after pride month? They're gonna change their official flag back.
- 5:29Testecleese: It's just, it's it's getting to the point where it's like, what about the American people? What about your citizens? Instead of the the.
- 5:35Brian McFadden: They don't care.
- 5:36Testecleese: The small piece of the population. Because, tell you what, folks, the Lgbtqiap community is not getting you elected. No, there's not. There's not enough.
- 5:45Brian McFadden: And other people. Yeah.
- 5:47Testecleese: But these these folks, they they push it and they push it, and they push it.
- 5:51Testecleese: Just like this illegal immigration. Crap you! You are not winning votes on this?
- 5:56Testecleese: 8. What 80% of Americans want to get rid of these illegal migrants?
- 6:00Testecleese: And like this is the hill the Democrats have chose to die on, and it.
- 6:06Brian McFadden: It's a dumb hill.
- 6:07Testecleese: I know, and I'm I'm hoping to see some reform coming from the Democrats. But the couple of guys trying to do it are getting ripped apart by both parties. Now, like newsom.
- 6:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 6:17Testecleese: And, you know, make fun of Newsome all you want. But at least he's trying to talk to the other side of the aisle, you know.
- 6:25Testecleese: and apparently Eric Adams was on speaking of
- 6:29Testecleese: Eric Adams. He's the mayor of New York City, right.
- 6:32Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 6:33Testecleese: He was on Piers Morgan, and Morgan finally just asked me. I said, Why don't you just join the Gop.
- 6:38Brian McFadden: Because he's scared.
- 6:39Testecleese: Essentially what he said. Yes.
- 6:42Testecleese: but he's like, well, just because I don't like the Democrats doesn't mean I'm a Republican like, yeah, I get that.
- 6:47Testecleese: But the Democrats, I'm gonna get you
- 6:52Testecleese: I don't know.
- 6:53Brian McFadden: And they have been.
- 6:55Testecleese: Yeah, his career is over in politics, I think in general. After what's going on, I mean, they're trying to put him in prison just like they tried to do. Trump.
- 7:02Brian McFadden: Right, I think Trump's gonna pardon him on the Federal crimes.
- 7:07Testecleese: It won't stop New York from charging them, will it?
- 7:09Brian McFadden: No. We learned that when New York put their 52 felonies on Trump.
- 7:17Testecleese: Yes.
- 7:19Brian McFadden: Whatever number it was, I don't think I don't know exact number.
- 7:22Testecleese: It was 52, or 54, but the problem was.
- 7:25Brian McFadden: It was stupid number, and it was.
- 7:27Testecleese: Well, none of.
- 7:28Brian McFadden: And they had to like change the statute of limitations on the charges in order to make them felony charges.
- 7:34Brian McFadden: Well, not just that. They had to through a bunch of hoops.
- 7:37Testecleese: They had to get him on another crime, and say all these other crimes were incurred.
- 7:41Brian McFadden: The latest initial crime, but then they they never defined what the initial crime was.
- 7:46Brian McFadden: Of course not, because they don't know.
- 7:48Brian McFadden: Crime was.
- 7:49Testecleese: And you bring this up to the dems like, because you're like, oh, he was convicted all this and this, and it's like, so what, exactly was he convicted of? It doesn't matter. I'm like it does matter, because he was made up as you guys are flipping out about judges getting arrested for harboring illegal migrants and gang members, you know.
- 8:05Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 8:06Testecleese: Like, you know, no one's above the law. Right.
- 8:09Brian McFadden: Not unless you're a Democrat.
- 8:12Testecleese: And I guess this real id thing is coming into effect pretty soon.
- 8:16Brian McFadden: It already has.
- 8:17Testecleese: Oh, it has. Okay.
- 8:18Brian McFadden: We're in effect, this week.
- 8:20Testecleese: But sure
- 8:21Testecleese: the tsa now saying, if you don't have a real id or a passport, you better show up 3 h before the flight, and I got furious when I read this article.
- 8:30Testecleese: cause they've been telling me to show up 3 h before my flight, anyway, and then I sit there with my thumb on my ass for 2 and a half hours.
- 8:36Brian McFadden: Right.
- 8:37Testecleese: You know, whatever.
- 8:40Brian McFadden: Yeah, cause I got pre check already.
- 8:43Brian McFadden: So.
- 8:44Testecleese: Which is ridiculous. What's the you get to skip the tsa line by.
- 8:48Brian McFadden: No, you. Still, you're going. Yeah, you're paying money for the Tsa line, but it's pre 9 11 tsa line. So you're allowed to keep your shoes on. You're allowed to leave your laptop in your bag, and you're allowed to just go through the screening process like a normal, fucking human being.
- 9:05Testecleese: Well that if it's such an issue we have to check people because of sneaker bombs and razor blades hidden in laptops, why, why are we letting people get through without checking this at all? It's like, Oh, you can just bribe them and get through the stuff that we're saying. Is it an issue.
- 9:20Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:21Testecleese: It's ridiculous, and you fly enough to pay for that garbage.
- 9:24Brian McFadden: It's like $75 for 5 years. So it's like $15 a year. It's.
- 9:29Testecleese: That's not so bad.
- 9:29Brian McFadden: Fly once or twice. It's paid for itself. You know.
- 9:33Brian McFadden: I love the convenience of not having to take my fucking shoes off to go through the airport screening, let alone that's worth it for me. Just that alone.
- 9:41Testecleese: I get that, and I I would have done the same.
- 9:45Brian McFadden: We've watched flew more often.
- 9:46Testecleese: It. It just drives me nuts and before I move into local, I want to go back into some Massachusetts stuff here.
- 9:52Brian McFadden: All right. We love mass juices.
- 9:54Testecleese: Yes, I got this notice in the mail sent
- 9:58Testecleese: to my address in West Virginia. No forwarding label on it, so they knew I didn't live in Massachusetts right.
- 10:03Brian McFadden: Right.
- 10:04Testecleese: It's not like. They tried to send it to me, and they went. Oh, no, we got to forward it.
- 10:09Testecleese: They've issued a warrant.
- 10:11Brian McFadden: For your rep.
- 10:11Testecleese: To collect my taxes.
- 10:14Testecleese: Notice of warrant, to collect taxes.
- 10:17Brian McFadden: Okay? Got a question.
- 10:19Testecleese: Manner right away to give it up.
- 10:20Brian McFadden: No, no! Can they collect your income taxes from Federal or from West Virginia?
- 10:31Testecleese: Maybe, but not necessarily.
- 10:34Brian McFadden: Would think they'd have to jump through more hoops to. I mean, if if you're filing taxes in Massachusetts, sure they can just take whatever you get for a refund, because it's Massachusetts versus Massachusetts. But since you don't live there anymore, what legal right do they have to go after your new State taxes, or your Federal taxes.
- 10:57Testecleese: Well, this is definitely the Commonwealth of Massachusetts office of the Deputy Collector of Taxes. Notice of want to collect your Taxes. Town of Pembroke.
- 11:06Testecleese: and then it goes on to all sorts of stuff here.
- 11:10Testecleese: But I'm just. I'm pissed. I've been here so year.
- 11:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 11:14Testecleese: I don't understand how this is happening, and you know what
- 11:18Testecleese: Massachusetts has done some real crazy stuff with me
- 11:22Testecleese: more than once in my life, and it's really starting to bother me.
- 11:27Brian McFadden: You're getting some Ptsd from him. Huh?
- 11:30Testecleese: Hmm!
- 11:32Testecleese: So cool.
- 11:34Testecleese: Feel very warm.
- 11:36Testecleese: Alright cicadas are coming out.
- 11:40Brian McFadden: Not in Virginia.
- 11:41Testecleese: No, I thought they were coming out over there, too.
- 11:44Brian McFadden: Well, not this part of Virginia, probably Northern Virginia.
- 11:48Testecleese: Possibly. But yeah, it's and no, no Virginia.
- 11:56Testecleese: at least it's colored. The right like it is. But
- 12:00Testecleese: yeah, it's like 7 States, or something
- 12:04Testecleese: whole bunch of them. I don't know.
- 12:06Brian McFadden: Wabow knows all about the cicadas.
- 12:11El Guapo: Nope.
- 12:13Testecleese: What do we used to call him?
- 12:17El Guapo: Chocolates.
- 12:18Testecleese: Yeah, we used to have another name for them. Can't remember what they are.
- 12:21El Guapo: Wendy, little bitches.
- 12:23Testecleese: Yeah. Well, they get loud.
- 12:25El Guapo: Yeah.
- 12:26El Guapo: Well, the different types of them, too.
- 12:29Testecleese: Yes, this is a 12 year cycle.
- 12:32El Guapo: Oh, wow!
- 12:34Testecleese: Yeah. And out here they have
- 12:38Testecleese: stocked 68 more waters, including creeks and rivers in West Virginia
- 12:45Testecleese: for everyone to go fishing at.
- 12:48Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:49Testecleese: Pretty pretty cool stuff, Guapo. You shared this next one here.
- 12:55El Guapo: I know I thought it was crazy because I heard something about the earthquake or something. It wasn't earthquake. The seismograph in the college picked up the Metallica.
- 13:06El Guapo: you know, Baby Buddy bouncing and stuff like that.
- 13:10Testecleese: Yeah. Metallica actually vibrated the earth and got
- 13:14Testecleese: seismographs to pick it up. That's insane.
- 13:17Brian McFadden: That is insane.
- 13:20El Guapo: But the age is still rocking hard. I think this is the 1st time in Virginia, too. They were like a Virginia college, or something like that. I forgot the name of the town.
- 13:28Testecleese: Virginia, Tech.
- 13:29El Guapo: With the attack. Okay.
- 13:31Testecleese: Yeah, yeah. And what's up with this message in a bottle.
- 13:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, this
- 13:40Brian McFadden: 7 years later, after these people put this message in a bottle off of Cape Hatteras, it's been found.
- 13:51Brian McFadden: I was trying to find a semi positive story for a change.
- 13:57Testecleese: Yeah. Do. Do you know what's in the bottle like, right?
- 14:00Testecleese: Is there anything.
- 14:02Brian McFadden: I'm looking. I'm looking.
- 14:04Testecleese: Yeah, I mean, 70 years ago, I mean, Jeez leaves
- 14:08Testecleese: that could have come from Australia and floated slowly across the world. You know.
- 14:15Ron Pascoe: That'll be quicker with a boomerang, boys.
- 14:18Testecleese: Hmm, yes.
- 14:19Brian McFadden: Had a date on the message from 1956, and it had Betsy Willis's name on who was this person's neighbor?
- 14:30Testecleese: That's crazy.
- 14:32El Guapo: Hmm.
- 14:34Testecleese: Alright. Well, let's move on to the Pope.
- 14:41Brian McFadden: The Pope, the Pope, the Pope.
- 14:44Brian McFadden: white smoke, white smoke, white smoke.
- 14:46Testecleese: Exactly.
- 14:47Testecleese: You know. What's funny is, I had the same thing in my head. White smoke is reported it? Yeah.
- 14:54Brian McFadden: And then all the memes started coming out like white smoke was reported at Mcdonald's because the ice cream machines were working.
- 15:01Testecleese: Good, thank you. You're welcome, went out.
- 15:03El Guapo: I know.
- 15:03Testecleese: Note of them all, like at the grill cooking up chicken.
- 15:06Brian McFadden: Or something?
- 15:06Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 15:08El Guapo: Oh, man!
- 15:10Testecleese: But check it out. They they got an American to be.
- 15:13Brian McFadden: Technically.
- 15:15El Guapo: North American.
- 15:17Testecleese: He's from. He's from.
- 15:19Brian McFadden: He doesn't work.
- 15:20Brian McFadden: He's American citizen. But how long has he lived in Peru?
- 15:24El Guapo: Most of his life.
- 15:25Ron Pascoe: Went through when he was 3rd
- 15:27Ron Pascoe: his adult life. He's lived outside of the United States. I'm just.
- 15:31El Guapo: Even even Peruvia could say him Peruvian.
- 15:34Brian McFadden: Exactly. He's got dual citizenship with Peru.
- 15:38Testecleese: Born in Chicago is all I'm saying.
- 15:41Ron Pascoe: I'm not disputing that fact, but.
- 15:45Brian McFadden: The only reason he got elected Pope.
- 15:48Brian McFadden: as the 1st quote, unquote American President is because he spent most of his adult life in another country.
- 15:55El Guapo: Yeah, here is.
- 15:56Brian McFadden: There's no way the cardinals would have ever elected him Pope, if he was like a truly American Pope.
- 16:05Testecleese: Maybe I was just surprised because there was like a 1% chance. He was going to get the position, and it only took him 4 votes.
- 16:13Brian McFadden: Well, he was what he was like the Secretary of State of the Vatican. So he was prime for the position.
- 16:20Testecleese: Yeah. He did keep moving up.
- 16:22Brian McFadden: Pretty cool.
- 16:23El Guapo: That's a big job, and it's quick, too.
- 16:26El Guapo: Sue smoothly.
- 16:28Testecleese: I guess he's looking to
- 16:32Testecleese: update or build the bridge with trump or whatever. I'm not sure I don't know enough about this Guy, honestly, because let's be real. How many people know a whole bunch about the cardinals right?
- 16:42El Guapo: Don't think, yeah.
- 16:44Testecleese: I mean, you know who they are based, I mean, or what one is, but seems like this guy like well, he took the name Leo, the 3, rd 14.
- 16:56Brian McFadden: Yeah. The last time Leo was used was like in the 18 hundreds.
- 17:00Testecleese: Yes, and he was more conservative than Francis, because he could have picked Francis the Second or something.
- 17:08Testecleese: But we'll see how this all works out.
- 17:13Testecleese: Oh, there you go! That's.
- 17:14El Guapo: The good news whenever we go to communion. Now you can get a choice of blue ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
- 17:20Testecleese: Okay.
- 17:23Testecleese: And it's funny, because this other one, that this 1,000 year old prophecy.
- 17:27Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 17:28Testecleese: I almost brought this up last week.
- 17:30Brian McFadden: I.
- 17:30Testecleese: Good job.
- 17:31Brian McFadden: Cool.
- 17:31Testecleese: Yeah, there was this prophecy made a thousand years ago. How many more popes there would be before the church fell apart.
- 17:38Brian McFadden: And there was one Peter left.
- 17:40Testecleese: Yeah. And it's like this guy.
- 17:44Testecleese: So we'll see where that goes.
- 17:47Testecleese: I don't know. It's tough to make a prediction to the future.
- 17:51Testecleese: but apparently this is like hidden in the bottom of the Vatican somewhere in their archives, you know.
- 17:58Testecleese: So alright
- 18:02Testecleese: was this, I will not stop them. Republic. Representatives hijack hearing at Scott descent, fails to give her answers.
- 18:11Testecleese: Oh, is this shoot?
- 18:15Testecleese: Yeah. I saw this?
- 18:19Testecleese: He asked. Is this the one about? Yeah. Harriet Tubman.
- 18:21Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 18:22El Guapo: Hmm.
- 18:24Testecleese: She asked about a $20 bill with Harry Tubman on it, and he's like, honestly, I don't know like this was
- 18:30Testecleese: how many years ago was it.
- 18:31Brian McFadden: That was Dei.
- 18:33Testecleese: But this is end of Obama. Early trump.
- 18:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 18:37El Guapo: Yeah.
- 18:37Testecleese: Why, why didn't biden do anything about it? Instead, this dem throws a shit fit
- 18:43Testecleese: and refuses to accept his answers. He's like he's like, oh, I'll get my staff to call you my staff, ain't gonna I asked you. And he's like fucking. No, this is like a 15 year old thing, you know. Yeah.
- 18:56Testecleese: yeah.
- 18:58Testecleese: And who gives a shit.
- 18:59Brian McFadden: Nobody.
- 19:01Testecleese: Nobody.
- 19:02Brian McFadden: That's why it's not really an issue.
- 19:06Testecleese: Exactly.
- 19:08Testecleese: What's this one?
- 19:10Testecleese: Oh, yeah, the the Democrats are trying to block the bipartisan crypto legislation.
- 19:19Testecleese: And it's funny because they're using the filibuster, which is an old Jim Crow technique.
- 19:24Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 19:26Testecleese: And it's just. It's hilarious watching these guys speak out of both sides of their mouth, and I have no idea what they're saying. And what's worse is.
- 19:33Testecleese: the American citizen has no idea what they're talking about, either.
- 19:37Brian McFadden: No.
- 19:38Testecleese: It's like, Well, that's not how it works like. Actually, it is just like my sister got into a big argument for me once about separation of Church and State.
- 19:46Testecleese: And I was like, Where does everyone get that? From? She goes the.
- 19:49Brian McFadden: The Constitution.
- 19:50Testecleese: So I was like I handed her my copy. I was like, find it for me.
- 19:54Testecleese: and she's like what and I was like. It's not in there
- 19:57Testecleese: like it's not. You're talking about the Federalist letters, and it's these folks have no idea what they're talking about
- 20:04Testecleese: and shoot. I put something on Facebook recently how people should pay attention to the Constitution before they say something's unconstitutional. And this dude sean is like, maybe you should yourself, considering you're at the job you used to have.
- 20:13Testecleese: But yeah, dude, I have a copy of it right here. I know what it says.
- 20:17Brian McFadden: Right.
- 20:17Testecleese: Like. I even brought up what Guappo mentioned article one, section 9, paragraph 2.
- 20:24Testecleese: And you know he went and looked up and was like, Oh, that sounds stupid. I was like, that's the constitution, buddy.
- 20:29Testecleese: Okay, so it is completely constitutional for the President to kick people out of this country.
- 20:34El Guapo: Without heavy scorpus.
- 20:36Testecleese: Yeah, you can exactly. You can just suspend Abs Corpus. And Lincoln did it right?
- 20:42Brian McFadden: All right.
- 20:43Testecleese: Not yet think about it.
- 20:45El Guapo: But I think that's the yeah.
- 20:48Testecleese: Fdr. Did, too, didn't he?
- 20:50El Guapo: I don't know. I think yeah, I think he did for the fucking for the Japanese and stuff.
- 20:56Testecleese: Yeah, for the the Japanese internment camps and everything.
- 21:00Ron Pascoe: Stephen Miller was talking a bit about the other day.
- 21:04Testecleese: Yeah.
- 21:04Ron Pascoe: Spend time with Corbeus.
- 21:07Testecleese: Yeah, they're talking about it. And it's a little terrifying honestly, because I could get out of control quickly. That makes me wish that these Democrats would just be like, Okay, okay, like, we're going to lose this, anyway. Why bother getting to the point where they can do whatever the F they want.
- 21:21Ron Pascoe: Okay.
- 21:22Testecleese: You know.
- 21:22Ron Pascoe: Well, I joined all these bloody Democratic party sites. Now, mate. Geez! I'm good at this. I never realized there's about 1,500 ways to spell, Maga.
- 21:32Ron Pascoe: I'll get you pulled all these names under the sun. This is so funny.
- 21:37Testecleese: Right.
- 21:38Ron Pascoe: Yeah. But the thing about is, you know, I wrote down on one comment. I said, trump's still got 2,930,000 bloody, more illegals to deport before he catches up to Obama. One person had no idea that Obama Bloody was doing all these deportations,
- 21:55Testecleese: Well, that's the thing.
- 21:56Brian McFadden: Nobody realizes that nobody cares.
- 22:00Testecleese: Are they? Exactly?
- 22:01Testecleese: Obama called himself the deporter in chief, and like, no, you play the video like well, that was different, like, it's right here. Obama sent these folks back without a trial. Why was that acceptable? But it's an abomination that trump is doing it.
- 22:15El Guapo: I'm just all political, though.
- 22:17Brian McFadden: No, it's not even political. They don't know what they're talking about right.
- 22:21Testecleese: They're hearing some guy on the news
- 22:24Testecleese: who's clearly lying to people, and they just believe it because they they don't pay attention. You could ask them what happened 2 weeks ago, and they couldn't tell you.
- 22:33Ron Pascoe: It's only when their party's not in power, mate. It doesn't matter.
- 22:39Testecleese: And now Mt. Jean, which he's a 3 term Senator, I think.
- 22:43El Guapo: I thought she was a Congresswoman.
- 22:46Testecleese: Maybe maybe she's 3 terms Congress. I'm sorry. She's saying she will not run for the Senate.
- 22:50Testecleese: basically pissed off at what's going on in the Senate.
- 22:54Brian McFadden: Well, she was pushing for the Senate, but the Republicans kind of frowned on it because they were worried
- 23:02Brian McFadden: that because she's so divisive that
- 23:06Brian McFadden: she their chance, they would lose their chances of gaining a Senate seat if she ran.
- 23:16Testecleese: All right. I mean, the Republicans can do what they want, I guess. But this is
- 23:20Testecleese: oh, my God! It's just frustrating man.
- 23:24Testecleese: because I mean, look, the Democrats are probably going to run Aoc, or at least she's going to try to become President. You know that.
- 23:30El Guapo: Yeah.
- 23:31Testecleese: Whether or not she gets the nomination. But like
- 23:34Testecleese: she's not gonna get the vote from the people. And you know that.
- 23:36Brian McFadden: No.
- 23:39Testecleese: I mean, the only way she would possibly win Presidency is if the Republicans also ran. A President who was stupid.
- 23:47Testecleese: not ran a female who was stupid, you know.
- 23:51Testecleese: But whatever did you see what happened in Jersey concerning the migration crap.
- 23:59El Guapo: Oh! The mayor got arrested.
- 24:02Testecleese: Mayor got arrested since the Congress members in New York, New Jersey, got arrested.
- 24:09El Guapo: Can I get a rest? Yeah.
- 24:10Ron Pascoe: Is that in your direction.
- 24:12Testecleese: What was that?
- 24:13Ron Pascoe: Is that insurrection.
- 24:15Testecleese: Well, they got trespassing on ice property like he's saying like, Oh, we have every right to come in here, and they're like, no, this is Federal property, not state property.
- 24:26Ron Pascoe: Was it one mayor and 2 Congress people.
- 24:30Testecleese: Hey? Now, why are these folks working so hard to keep illegal migrants in this country?
- 24:38Brian McFadden: I think eventually there's going to be amnesty, and they're going to be Democrat voters.
- 24:43Testecleese: Even if they're not.
- 24:43Ron Pascoe: Interesting.
- 24:44Testecleese: Even if they're not going to get amnesty, they're still going to be counted on the census.
- 24:48Brian McFadden: They're already counted on the census.
- 24:50Testecleese: Well, when's the next sentence? Come out? It's every 10 years right.
- 24:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 24:55Testecleese: So I'll tell you what.
- 24:56Testecleese: 2 years before the census, how about all these Red States? Go out and cut all these illegal migrants.
- 25:01Testecleese: put them in their state in their red States for the census, and as soon as they're counted.
- 25:07Testecleese: send them right back to the Blue States. So all these Red States get an extra congressional seat and extra electoral votes for 10 years, and then leave the and leave the shit that they're causing burning houses down and killing people. In these blue cities.
- 25:20Brian McFadden: I like that.
- 25:22El Guapo: Hmm.
- 25:23Testecleese: How much would that piss off the Dems?
- 25:26Ron Pascoe: That's got potential.
- 25:28Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:29Testecleese: It would piss off the dems to no end be like, oh, you're you're you just want the votes. Well, you you're the one bringing them into the country, you know.
- 25:37Ron Pascoe: You left the gate open.
- 25:39Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, I'm shit a judge right now. Just told Trump to immediately resettle 12,000 migrants.
- 25:49Testecleese: Why, besides, we're gonna get some extra votes for President.
- 25:54El Guapo: Hold on! Hold on! Did he say resettle migrant? Did he say? Where.
- 26:02Testecleese: federal Federal Judge on Monday
- 26:05Testecleese: immediately, or salesman in the Us. Under a court order that partially blocks trump executive order aimed at halting the refugee admission program.
- 26:17Testecleese: Judge Jamal Whithead, Whitehead, a 2023 appointee of former President Joe Biden issued the order, despite trump administration. During a hearing last week that should only have to process 160 refugees in the country, and would likely appeal any order requiring thousands to be admitted.
- 26:33Testecleese: the court will not entertain the Government's result. Oriented rewriting of a judicial order that clearly says what it is. Whitehead wrote Monday. The government is free, of course, to seek further clarification from the 9th circuit. But the government is not free to disobey statutory and constitutional law, and the direct orders of this court in the 9th circuit while it seeks such clarification.
- 26:54Testecleese: These folks don't understand how this works. You can't just say, let people into this country illegally.
- 27:00El Guapo: Like.
- 27:00Testecleese: How many times we see, people say, like these migrants didn't commit any crime like
- 27:05Testecleese: coming across the border illegally is a crime.
- 27:08Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:10Ron Pascoe: Yep, it's a Federal crime, too, isn't it?
- 27:13Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 27:13Testecleese: Yeah, it's crazy. Because, like, they're thinking, we're talking about just any migrant like who you know what I mean. It's like, no, no, we're talking about people gang members who came across the border and are beating their lives. And you're saying, Go back to jail in El Salvador and bring them back. This is ridiculous.
- 27:31Testecleese: it ludicrous. Even did we talk about this $1,000 stipend, or that happened since last episode?
- 27:40Brian McFadden: This last episode. I don't think we talked about it.
- 27:43Testecleese: Yeah, trump's offered a thousand dollar stipend
- 27:47Testecleese: for self-deportation of these illegal migrants.
- 27:50Brian McFadden: And why I think people may take him up on. That is because there is a clause in it that you can reapply for immigration down the road.
- 28:03Testecleese: But if you get deported you won't get the money, and you're not welcome back.
- 28:06Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 28:08Testecleese: Yeah.
- 28:10Testecleese: I think it's decent idea, and it costs less than a thousand bucks. I mean, it cost more than a thousand bucks to deport someone. Anyway.
- 28:16Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 28:16El Guapo: Join.
- 28:17Brian McFadden: Everybody wins this way right.
- 28:19El Guapo: Yes, house, no house or anything just sent back.
- 28:25Testecleese: Alright!
- 28:25Ron Pascoe: The funny thing about is, the Democrats are kicking up a stink. But look how much money they've spent on illegals alone, just for housing.
- 28:31Ron Pascoe: and how many veterans are still out in the streets.
- 28:33Testecleese: Exactly. They keep talking like. Oh, there's all these empty houses. We should put these homeless people in there. Then you go and bring in illegal migrants and put them in classy hotels and leave.
- 28:45Testecleese: you know, the one-legged veteran on the side of the road to die.
- 28:50Testecleese: It's infuriating.
- 28:53Ron Pascoe: So $1,000 to, you know, like self deport yourself compared to the money they've spent on illegals already, mate. That's
- 29:01Ron Pascoe: it's like pissing in the ocean.
- 29:03El Guapo: Piss on the others.
- 29:05Testecleese: Yeah.
- 29:06Testecleese: Well, meanwhile a multi-agency operation has targeted the Sinaloa Cartel.
- 29:13El Guapo: All right.
- 29:13Testecleese: In 5 different states. It's the largest seizure of Fentanyl in Us. History, and it is a Mexican cartel.
- 29:20Testecleese: It is, quote one of the largest and most dangerous and foreign terrorist organizations in our country. According to us, Attorney General Pam Bondi.
- 29:27El Guapo: Hmm.
- 29:29Testecleese: This happened right after Mexico said they refused to help us get the cartels.
- 29:36Brian McFadden: Yup!
- 29:37Testecleese: So
- 29:38Testecleese: What are we supposed to do about Mexico?
- 29:41Brian McFadden: Love them.
- 29:44Testecleese: It's just. It's starting to seem a little crazy man.
- 29:47El Guapo: Oh!
- 29:50Ron Pascoe: Think the Mexican president might be getting a little bit spooked, mate by the cartels.
- 29:57Testecleese: Why, she's in office now, because they killed all the other folks that didn't support the cartel.
- 30:03Brian McFadden: How many of them were killed like 30. Something it was.
- 30:05Brian McFadden: It's crazy.
- 30:07Testecleese: And we're all pretending like this isn't an issue. It's not a crime like
- 30:11Testecleese: you guys are fucking nuts, and you don't care.
- 30:16Testecleese: Alright.
- 30:17Testecleese: Now, Rubio, he's talking about having to look at the visa status of these broke Palestinian thugs.
- 30:24Testecleese: That would busted at Columbia University.
- 30:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 30:30Testecleese: You can revoke these visas at any time right.
- 30:33Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 30:34El Guapo: For anything.
- 30:34Brian McFadden: Student visas you can definitely revoke at any time.
- 30:38Testecleese: I don't see what the problem is. Then.
- 30:40Brian McFadden: Oh, the courts are gonna get involved and try to drag it out.
- 30:43Testecleese: Yeah, but that's the problem is, the courts don't have a say like, How does the circuit court judge, a district court judge, have more authority than the President of the United States.
- 30:52Brian McFadden: That's the question of the day.
- 30:55Testecleese: They made a big deal. They all came out tooting their horn, cheering when they said, the Supreme Court said, Trump can't use the alien enemies act, or whatever
- 31:04Testecleese: all they did was said, we need to delay this and have a good read. And then they went, came out and said, yeah, no, you can do that. Go ahead.
- 31:10Ron Pascoe: Yep.
- 31:11Testecleese: These folks don't bother to pay attention. They don't care. They just know they hate trump.
- 31:17Testecleese: But tell you what, you put one of these gang members in the House next to them.
- 31:21Brian McFadden: Oh, they're all freaking out.
- 31:23Testecleese: They'll change their minds just like what happened to Martha's Vineyard right.
- 31:26Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 31:26Ron Pascoe: Yep.
- 31:28Brian McFadden: They were off that island before most people were away.
- 31:32Ron Pascoe: Yeah, they scooted him off pretty quick, didn't they?
- 31:36Testecleese: Yeah. Well, I mean Martha's Vineyard's wealthy.
- 31:39Testecleese: So I mean, they're not sending them to the rich areas. These the Democrats are sending them to the poor areas like Roxbury and Boston
- 31:48Testecleese: instead of you know Martha's Vineyard, off the coast of Cape Cod.
- 31:52Testecleese: Oprah, Winfrey, and Barack Obama own property on Martha's Vineyard.
- 31:57Ron Pascoe: Because congress passed that legislation about District court judges and all lower court judges.
- 32:02Brian McFadden: We're working on it.
- 32:04Ron Pascoe: Still working on, are they.
- 32:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, I think it passed in the house.
- 32:09Ron Pascoe: That.
- 32:09Brian McFadden: In the Senate, it's less likely to pass so.
- 32:14Ron Pascoe: Yeah.
- 32:14Brian McFadden: But I know in the House the law that passed was basically said that district court judges can only control
- 32:24Brian McFadden: court cases in their district. Not they can't issue nationwide injunctions.
- 32:29Testecleese: Well it, and that's the issue is they keep talking about these nationwide injunctions. Where, in the Constitution say, a court has the authority to do that.
- 32:37Ron Pascoe: Yay!
- 32:38Testecleese: It doesn't.
- 32:39Brian McFadden: Supreme Court.
- 32:41Testecleese: But that's not even an injunction. The Supreme Court comes out and says, you can't do that at all, not you need an injunction to stop you.
- 32:50Testecleese: and plus a judge is only supposed to have the authority over the people in his courtroom or in a class action suit.
- 32:56Brian McFadden: And that's what that's how I that's why I believe in the future
- 33:01Brian McFadden: that the Supreme Court will rule in favor of Trump and these like District Court judges that are trying to do nationwide injunctions.
- 33:10Testecleese: Well, I'm curious to see what's gonna happen when the Democrats take office next time.
- 33:14Brian McFadden: They're gonna pack the court.
- 33:16Testecleese: Not just that. But I'm wondering how many of these Republican judges are gonna be like Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope, and every time.
- 33:23Brian McFadden: None.
- 33:23Testecleese: You can't do that every time. They say you can't do that they're gonna point it when the Democrats did it over. And
- 33:29Testecleese: of course not, because the Republicans have no fucking spines.
- 33:32Testecleese: They've no balls, and you know it.
- 33:35Testecleese: Meanwhile you got these Democrat judges helping people escape out their courtroom to evade the law enforcement, keeping people in their guest homes with their children.
- 33:46Testecleese: Come on.
- 33:47Ron Pascoe: Given role.
- 33:47Ron Pascoe: And these, what did you say.
- 33:49Testecleese: Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. Then, handing them a rifle that that all Democrats saying should be illegal
- 33:56Testecleese: in this country.
- 33:57Testecleese: This video of this guy firing. Yeah, firing off an AR-fifteen the suppressor. It's like you won't let me get one.
- 34:05Testecleese: Granted they can't stop me, but they say I shouldn't be allowed to have one. But this gang member can. It's like what the fuck, how
- 34:14Testecleese: it's it's this double speak, man. It's so obvious. It's right there in front of all of us, and no one seems to give a shit unless they're actually paying attention. And if you do pay attention, you're some kind of conspiracy theorist. It's not a conspiracy theory. It's happening right there, you know.
- 34:30Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 34:32Testecleese: Correct.
- 34:33Testecleese: Well, why don't we talk about Columbia?
- 34:36Testecleese: They ended up cutting around 180 staff members after the Federal grants were revoked concerning their migration and Palestinian, and etc. Etc. Stuff going on.
- 34:49Testecleese: So it looks like
- 34:52Testecleese: cutting. This funding may actually start working because everyone was trying to say the Federal Government had no authority to not give out money to private schools.
- 35:01Brian McFadden: Right.
- 35:03Testecleese: Same thing just happened at Havin, except they're not eligible for future grants.
- 35:10Testecleese: Don't know why you can't cut what they're already getting, especially considering Harvard brings in more in
- 35:17Testecleese: endowments than they do in tuition.
- 35:20Testecleese: But they're sitting on billions of dollars of tax-free money from endowments.
- 35:26Testecleese: What are they doing with all.
- 35:29El Guapo: Hmm, hmm.
- 35:31Ron Pascoe: Investing it.
- 35:33El Guapo: No just brainwashing. No, they were like buying all this stupid shit that nobody needs, and stuff like a fucking, lazy river, fucking chocolate water, chocolate, fountains, and stuff like that cheese fountain.
- 35:45Testecleese: That's still not going to be billions of dollars, though.
- 35:48El Guapo: Oh, oh! And then you had to hire all these stupid teachers there.
- 35:52Testecleese: Your staff, that's for sure.
- 35:54El Guapo: Yeah.
- 35:54Testecleese: Their staff outnumbers their student body, which is insane.
- 36:00Testecleese: But Linda Mcmahon came out to tore Harvard new ones that don't even bother filing for future grants
- 36:07Testecleese: don't get you.
- 36:08Brian McFadden: Wasting your time.
- 36:11Testecleese: Alright.
- 36:13Testecleese: Meanwhile, did you see the shit that happened at the University of Washington?
- 36:17Brian McFadden: No.
- 36:18Testecleese: Oh, anti fog took over buildings
- 36:22Testecleese: demanding all sorts of crazy stuff. Oh, Guapo is already leaving.
- 36:29Testecleese: That's too bad. Alright man!
- 36:30Testecleese: Long day man, long, day, sure.
- 36:34El Guapo: Right.
- 36:35Testecleese: But yeah, they they set fires, occupied a building. Tried to burn the building down. Luckily it's made of like stone and steel.
- 36:42Testecleese: but they put out the dumbest arguments.
- 36:49Testecleese: of course it won't load up. It never does. When I want to find the fact or the the details.
- 36:56Brian McFadden: Know them? Are the facts.
- 36:57Testecleese: Yeah 100 million dollar price tag check this out. The building was just opened a few weeks ago, and they already destroyed it right.
- 37:06Testecleese: and it was funded by private donors, taxpayers, and a Federal Grant Amazon, T-mobile, and Boeing, and one of the things
- 37:14Testecleese: that they made a big deal about
- 37:17Testecleese: was that Boeing shouldn't be involved at all. And so we're gonna burn everything down. It's like.
- 37:23Testecleese: well, fuck you. We're not giving you money to do build another one to burn it down again right.
- 37:27Brian McFadden: Right.
- 37:29Testecleese: And what what did Boeing do? That's pissing off Antifall Boeing, if anything is pissing off the right wing
- 37:34Testecleese: because they keep their aircraft keep failing, and we keep buying more for the military
- 37:43Testecleese: whatever.
- 37:46Testecleese: And these trans athletes and girls sports, especially track in Maine, is becoming a bigger and bigger issue.
- 37:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, it was Maine, one of the few states that
- 37:57Brian McFadden: are refusing to follow the trump edict where women run women's sports and men run men's sports.
- 38:04Testecleese: Well, why have different categories? If it doesn't matter.
- 38:08Brian McFadden: It matters, and we both know that.
- 38:11Brian McFadden: So that's why there's different categories right?
- 38:13Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 38:19Testecleese: Oh.
- 38:22Testecleese: never mind, I was gonna remove Guappo, but it says that he won't be allowed back in if he changes his mind.
- 38:28Brian McFadden: Right? Was he.
- 38:30Testecleese: Good.
- 38:30Brian McFadden: Not floating around that is gone.
- 38:33Testecleese: Yeah, he said he was. He had a long day. He was done.
- 38:37Testecleese: Oh, look at that! And our Australian bounce, too.
- 38:42Testecleese: So what do you think of Trump's threat to reopen Alcatraz.
- 38:50Brian McFadden: I mean, I think it's a bunch of trumpness that's never gonna happen.
- 38:56Brian McFadden: I know where he's coming from. I like the idea. But trump. But Alcatraz ain't the place to do it. I mean, it's a national park.
- 39:05Brian McFadden: They're going to have to like. Give it up. National Park. I've been there as when it was a national park years ago.
- 39:12Brian McFadden: and ain't nothing up the code in that prison.
- 39:17Testecleese: Yeah, I I think more than anything, it's supposed to be a fear thing like we'll put you on this
- 39:23Testecleese: next to inescapable place.
- 39:25Brian McFadden: Right.
- 39:26Testecleese: And this would be the worst. You know what fine! You don't want to go to Alcatraz. It's fine. We have Guantanamo Bay. We could send the worst Americans to. How's that.
- 39:35Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 39:36Testecleese: Does that which is worse to the average American Guantanamo Bay or Alcatraz.
- 39:41Brian McFadden: Return over there.
- 39:44Testecleese: Yeah, I'd rather be in Alcatraz, that's for sure.
- 39:48Testecleese: But whatever.
- 39:51Testecleese: And again, like you said, I don't think it's actually gonna happen.
- 39:55Brian McFadden: I mean, even if he got it all got the ball rolling. They got to tear down the old prison. They got to jump through a bunch of red tape, and then they got approved. Funding for a new prison to be built ain't gonna happen before he's out of office.
- 40:08Testecleese: Why, you gotta tear it down. Why can't you just update the locking systems.
- 40:12Brian McFadden: It's more than just that.
- 40:15Testecleese: Saying they've kept it up to code for the most part to be a museum.
- 40:18Brian McFadden: They haven't. They just let people come in and see what it was like back in the day when
- 40:23Brian McFadden: no people were there.
- 40:27Testecleese: So what's up with trump putting Fox news? People.
- 40:33Brian McFadden: Oh, he loves the Fox News people.
- 40:35Testecleese: In high position, but Jeanine Pirro now is interim top prosecutor in DC.
- 40:40Brian McFadden: Yeah, because what's his face in South Carolina? Said he wasn't gonna vote for his acting.
- 40:48Brian McFadden: DC. Attorney general.
- 40:51Ron Pascoe: Didn't kill us, wasn't it?
- 40:53Brian McFadden: Tell, us, yeah.
- 40:57Testecleese: Yeah. So I mean, I don't know what I think of Judge Jeanine. Anyway, she's very opinionated.
- 41:06Testecleese: But
- 41:07Testecleese: the same way Ben Shapiro is like. I may not like the way she's going about half of it, but I have a tough time proving her wrong. You know.
- 41:14Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 41:15Testecleese: Sorry, alrighty. You see this
- 41:21Testecleese: giant arrest the FBI pulled off concerning child sex.
- 41:26Brian McFadden: Yes.
- 41:28Testecleese: Patel and Bondi were involved. 205 were arrested. Nationwide.
- 41:32Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 41:33Testecleese: But what gets me, is it? I don't know. Did you see the new James O'keefe stuff the O'keefe media thing.
- 41:40Brian McFadden: No.
- 41:43Testecleese: It would appear.
- 41:44Brian McFadden: You didn't share it in the documents.
- 41:46Testecleese: I know, I know, but they basically one of the guys who worked for the Crown said, was it Prince Andrew was the one accused of the Didlin kids with.
- 41:56Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 41:57Testecleese: Epstein.
- 41:58Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 41:59Testecleese: This, this dude who worked with the crown, was like oh, no! What happened? The whole crown knew. That's why he lost all this, you know, stuff and lost his title.
- 42:05Testecleese: But then it turns out another one that O'keefe did.
- 42:10Testecleese: He's almost certain Pam Bondi knew about this and didn't release this information.
- 42:14Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 42:17Testecleese: And it's pretty messed up.
- 42:19Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, cause I mean, I'd rather have the information early on
- 42:24Brian McFadden: in front of me, and then I can go pass out and go to bed type deal.
- 42:29Testecleese: Yeah.
- 42:30Testecleese: But yeah, 205 nationwide involved in this FBI child sex operation. I, anyone who's here illegally, I say, just kick them out.
- 42:39Testecleese: Anyone who is an American citizen you should go to prison forever, you know.
- 42:47Testecleese: and that's only assuming you sell someone else out, because if you don't, you just get executed. Don't, don't be touching children. That's just the way I see it, you know.
- 42:58Testecleese: Oh, Brian's gonna pass out. This is unfortunate for everyone.
- 43:01Brian McFadden: No, it's not.
- 43:03Testecleese: Yeah.
- 43:03Brian McFadden: People love it when I pass, though.
- 43:07Testecleese: Okay. So this happened in Chicago. You shared it, and I was real surprised.
- 43:12Testecleese: Tell me what happened there.
- 43:14Brian McFadden: An armored truck got robbed outside of a Chicago area bank.
- 43:20Testecleese: He's in broad daylight at gunpoint right.
- 43:22Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 43:24Testecleese: Jeez. Louis.
- 43:25Brian McFadden: I didn't know that the
- 43:27Brian McFadden: I mean I know there, the driver's always in the truck, and then there's the relay guy that goes in and gets the bags of cash. I take it to the truck.
- 43:35Brian McFadden: I didn't know that
- 43:37Brian McFadden: if there's a robbery going on that the driver is going to open up the back of the truck for the robber
- 43:44Brian McFadden: type deal.
- 43:45Testecleese: Should have driven away as soon as he realized there's a problem taking the money with him. But.
- 43:49Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 43:50Testecleese: And I don't know what company it was, but I know at least back in the day after the big Brinks robbery, they started keeping the guy in the back with the cash, holding the shotgun.
- 44:00Testecleese: So I'm not sure who's transporting this money.
- 44:04Testecleese: but that just goes to show you it won't.
- 44:06Brian McFadden: It wasn't covered in the article, so.
- 44:08Testecleese: Yeah, Illinois doesn't care about actual crime.
- 44:12Brian McFadden: They? They care about taxing the people and letting illegals move in.
- 44:16Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 44:19Testecleese: Oh!
- 44:21Testecleese: Speaking of criminals.
- 44:22Testecleese: the Department of Justice has opened their investigation into the Attorney General of New York, Letitia, James.
- 44:28Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 44:30Testecleese: This is concerning her lying about mortgages, and such right.
- 44:34Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 44:35Testecleese: Exactly what she accused Trump of, except her crimes are higher caliber than Trump's.
- 44:40Brian McFadden: They're they're more legitimate. Yeah.
- 44:43Testecleese: And check this out. New York's taxpayers are going to be on the hook for paying her defense bills.
- 44:50Brian McFadden: Of course they are.
- 44:52Testecleese: What the hell is that?
- 44:54Testecleese: How furious would you be as a New Yorker to hear that this person who accused Trump of doing all this stuff was doing it herself the whole time, and now we're going to do everything we can to keep her from getting put in prison for it.
- 45:06Brian McFadden: That's all. How the contracts are written. So
- 45:09Brian McFadden: it's bullshit, but that's how it is. It is what it is.
- 45:13Testecleese: It's just. It's. It's amazing exactly what we said is, you know, accuse them of what you're doing right.
- 45:20Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 45:21Testecleese: And this is, she's pretty much on the hook for this, like
- 45:24Testecleese: she said she was serving as the Attorney General when she bought a house in Virginia, and said, This is my primary residence, so she would pay a lower mortgage, and she lied about the number of structures on the property.
- 45:35Brian McFadden: Yes, it is.
- 45:38Testecleese: This is, this is a big deal.
- 45:40Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 45:41Ron Pascoe: Said she married a father.
- 45:44Testecleese: I didn't hear anything about that.
- 45:46Ron Pascoe: Yeah, yeah. She put it on that. She was her father's boy.
- 45:51Testecleese: Breaking up that pretty bad there.
- 45:55Testecleese: Okay. And, Brian, you shared this one. Tell me what's going on with Amtrak.
- 46:03Brian McFadden: Yeah, they have been built out of 12, at least 12 million dollars from 119 employees
- 46:11Brian McFadden: and doctors in a fraud scheme, what? Basically, they were like saying, they're out of work
- 46:18Brian McFadden: so they can get workman's Comp and all these other things, all these other bennies.
- 46:23Brian McFadden: even though they continue to go to work.
- 46:27Brian McFadden: So apparently there's no communication between the disability people of Amtrak and the
- 46:35Brian McFadden: and the actual workers. Van Trash.
- 46:39Testecleese: And this would be a civil suit, not a legal case, probably, or
- 46:45Testecleese: the fraud? Or is fraud gonna go straight to.
- 46:49Brian McFadden: Crime might make it criminal. But yeah, I know what you're saying.
- 46:53Testecleese: Yeah, that's a lot of money disappear from a train company.
- 46:56Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah.
- 46:59Testecleese: And doctors. It says, No, at least 119 employees, comma doctors. Does that mean that these doctors are signing paperwork, knowing that these guys were building the system.
- 47:10Brian McFadden: No, not necessarily.
- 47:13Testecleese: Alright!
- 47:16Testecleese: Alright! So it looks like trump is ready to stop bombing the houthis.
- 47:23Brian McFadden: We shall see.
- 47:25Testecleese: Yeah. Talking about if they end the shipping attacks. I don't know if the will stop the attacks.
- 47:33Testecleese: but they're getting hurt pretty bad with these bombings.
- 47:37Testecleese: and I didn't put them in the order I wanted to. So I'm gonna skip down.
- 47:41Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 47:42Testecleese: To the bottom 2 on this wars thing because it's still American.
- 47:47Testecleese: The issue we're having with the Houthis right now is we just dropped another fucking fighter jet into the ocean by accident.
- 47:55Brian McFadden: Sure it was by accident.
- 47:58Testecleese: What the hell is going on.
- 48:00Brian McFadden: Is it another high speed maneuver.
- 48:02Testecleese: It. It hasn't been released yet. What happened?
- 48:05Testecleese: So let me ask you this.
- 48:07Brian McFadden: The CEO got fired. More than likely the 1st time it happened. Do you think they fired the carrier air wing, Guy? This time the Admiral.
- 48:17Testecleese: No idea what's gonna happen. But this is, we have to stop dropping. What are they? 30, 60 million dollars a piece.
- 48:22Brian McFadden: Easy, easy.
- 48:24Testecleese: To the bottom of the ocean. This is this is insane. If this is going to be an issue, then we need to figure out
- 48:30Testecleese: how to secure these. Better right?
- 48:33Brian McFadden: Well, I know, in the 1st jet they were moving it when they had to do a high speed turn.
- 48:40Testecleese: We don't think that's gonna happen in an actual war situation.
- 48:44Testecleese: If we actually get into an actual, full, open conflict, are we just gonna drop all the jets in the ocean, because.
- 48:50Testecleese: oh, we have to turn to avoid an incoming missile.
- 48:54Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 48:55Testecleese: Yeah, it's a little ridiculous.
- 48:58Testecleese: But the Supreme Court did come in and say, trump can ban transgender troops.
- 49:03Brian McFadden: Yep, and you had a personal experience with that.
- 49:08Testecleese: Me!
- 49:10Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 49:11Testecleese: What do you mean?
- 49:14Brian McFadden: I remember I'm underground.
- 49:18Testecleese: Yeah. Our dirty training was out of the service before the transition happened.
- 49:22Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 49:24Testecleese: What what drove me nuts about this? Was they saying? All means all like everyone can serve. And it's like, so what the
- 49:32Testecleese: the paranoid schizophrenic, paraplegic.
- 49:35Brian McFadden: Right, no.
- 49:35Testecleese: Should be on the.
- 49:36Brian McFadden: They can't be served, they can't serve. There's no way.
- 49:39Testecleese: You don't let diabetics in because they need medication. These trans folks that are actually transitioning versus identify the other way have to take medication every day.
- 49:49Testecleese: Where are you? Gonna keep this medication when you're on the front line with the Marine Corps, you know.
- 49:53Testecleese: Are you? Are you carrying pills instead of ammunition or needles? I don't know what kind of medication they're taking. Honestly.
- 50:00Testecleese: sure, right?
- 50:05Testecleese: What's going on in India, and Pakistan man
- 50:10Brian McFadden: They've got escalating tensions going on because they're saying that
- 50:16Brian McFadden: there was a terrorist attack in Kashmir. So they're going back and forth
- 50:21Brian McFadden: and apparently 125 jets have clashed in one of the largest dogfights in history between the 2.
- 50:29Testecleese: Biggest one since World War 2.
- 50:32Testecleese: When was the last time you heard of aircraft shooting at each other?
- 50:35Brian McFadden: A Red baron.
- 50:38Testecleese: Yeah. Exactly. World, war. 2. Right?
- 50:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 50:42Testecleese: This is insane, the
- 50:46Testecleese: Pakistan saying. They shut down a bunch of these Indian aircraft. India hasn't responded yet. Moscow is telling India and Pakistan to calm down and show restraint before this gets out of control.
- 50:56Brian McFadden: Right.
- 50:58Testecleese: But what this will be the 5, th 4th war
- 51:03Testecleese: India and Pakistan have been in since, like the fifties.
- 51:07Brian McFadden: The problem is, they both have nukes.
- 51:09Testecleese: Yes, I did some reading on that.
- 51:13Testecleese: They're don't get me wrong. Any nuclear weapon is a serious weapon, but their biggest bombs are smaller than fat man.
- 51:21Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 51:22Testecleese: But
- 51:23Testecleese: yeah, you drop 5 or 6 of those in an area. You know what I mean. You can still wipe out entire cities
- 51:31Testecleese: man. And
- 51:34Testecleese: last thing we need is nuclear bombs to start going off. And here's the funny thing. India and Pakistan has a similar history as Gaza and Israel.
- 51:43Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 51:44Testecleese: It was a two-state solution, and the Hindus went stayed here. The Muslims went there, but
- 51:52Testecleese: just like Gaza, the Muslims say No, it's ours and go and commit attacks, and people take their side anywhere.
- 52:00Testecleese: It's getting ridiculous.
- 52:02Brian McFadden: Yes, there is.
- 52:04Testecleese: But as I mentioned Israel.
- 52:09Testecleese: they're they're vowing like retaliation, slash revenge against Iran and Yemen's houthis.
- 52:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 52:16Testecleese: Over airport attacks, and the United States has come out and said, Flat out, we're not
- 52:21Testecleese: starting a war with Iran like you can do it. But we're not getting involved.
- 52:25Brian McFadden: Right.
- 52:26Testecleese: And this is what blows my mind.
- 52:27Brian McFadden: I think this is what Iran wants, though, and they want us involved in it. So
- 52:33Brian McFadden: like more substantially they. Obviously we. They know we're involved already. But you know.
- 52:41Testecleese: Well, what is Iran Gonna do? Honestly, I mean, don't get wrong. It's not Afghanistan. It's mountainous, and it's not going to be just blow up the desert.
- 52:50Testecleese: But Iran's weaponry is is still inferior compared to the United States, you know.
- 52:57Testecleese: But they're angry, angry people chanting death to America, and when you point this out to the left, they're like, Oh, that's not what it really means. I don't know what death to America means. Besides, death to America.
- 53:11Testecleese: you know.
- 53:13Testecleese: Yeah.
- 53:16Testecleese: Anything else you have to say about the current state of war and what's going on in the world, do you?
- 53:22Testecleese: Now here's 1 thing that I've been hearing is, people are saying, well, what's going to be the event that gets the United States involved in making a World war because it took the United States being attacked to get involved in the 1st 2 world wars.
- 53:35Testecleese: Who says it's going to be all these nations fighting one giant conflict versus
- 53:42Testecleese: 10 different wars happening at the same time with people dipping their fingers and toes into different pots.
- 53:48Testecleese: Right? What are the odds? China takes
- 53:54Testecleese: Pakistan side in this war with India.
- 53:59Testecleese: I think, Brian, I think Brian just passed out, or he's.
- 54:01Brian McFadden: No, I'm still. I'm here. I'm here.
- 54:04Testecleese: Yeah.
- 54:05Ron Pascoe: Well, it's interesting. You say, that, mate.
- 54:09Ron Pascoe: Half of India's military might come from Russia. They buy half their bloody weaponry from Russia, India.
- 54:16Testecleese: Yeah, I think they're flying Migs, aren't they?
- 54:21Testecleese: I'm not sure, honestly. But I will say that you look at Russia. You look at China. You look at the United States, their militaries look organized and trained, and they inefficient. Have you seen these Indian or Pakistani
- 54:35Testecleese: armies?
- 54:38Brian McFadden: Yeah, I saw him this morning, but you know I shipped him on back to the freezer.
- 54:44Testecleese: Okay, I'm just saying they look. They're dressed like a Boy Scouts and a shit. The Pakistanis and the Indians were fighting each other on the border for a decade with sticks.
- 54:54Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:56Testecleese: And I tried to listen to the new No agenda show. I think I've given up on those guys dude.
- 55:00Brian McFadden: They get. They get too crazy.
- 55:04Testecleese: I think I listened to like 40 min of it today. And I was like, Yeah, alright, whatever.
- 55:09Testecleese: But I don't know. I'm just. I'm concerned that the entire world erupts into a whole bunch of Mini conflicts.
- 55:15Testecleese: and no one wants to do trade with this nation anymore.
- 55:19Testecleese: Okay, I may be friends with India. But India is fighting Pakistan, who's friends of China, and we don't need China getting involved because we're doing trade with India, which I think is a big reason why China is getting involved with Pakistan.
- 55:31Testecleese: It's because a whole bunch of production just moved out of China into India.
- 55:35Brian McFadden: Because of the tariffs United States put on them.
- 55:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 55:40Testecleese: These are. These are things that people aren't noticing
- 55:43Testecleese: and aren't drawn the connecting the dots. You know what I mean.
- 55:49Testecleese: Meanwhile Hegstadt's ordering the Pentagon to cut down senior generals by 20%.
- 55:54Brian McFadden: I don't think that's a bad thing.
- 55:57Testecleese: Maybe not. But I think we need to spend more money in the military, and we did just up it some.
- 56:03Testecleese: But with everything that's happening.
- 56:04Brian McFadden: Do you spend it on generals, or do you spend it on lower level? Enlisted.
- 56:09Testecleese: I would say some enlisted, but more than anything new weaponry.
- 56:13Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 56:14Testecleese: You know more, more weaponry?
- 56:18Testecleese: because what we just went up to 855 billion dollars a year, I think I'd like to see it a trillion dollars with what's going on right now.
- 56:26Testecleese: But that's just me.
- 56:28Testecleese: I'm I'm concerned about an actual war breaking out, and I don't want to be the jackass sitting in my house with a shotgun waiting for some dumb ass to come down and say
- 56:37Testecleese: something stupid and start a fight, you know.
- 56:42Testecleese: All right, Brian. Anything here now, leftovers you want to talk about maybe biden
- 56:47Testecleese: talking do, trashing trump and international interviews, or him telling me.
- 56:51Brian McFadden: Trying to. I don't know that he's doing a great job of it.
- 56:56Testecleese: Oh, it's funny cause when he went on the view. Oh, shit! When he went on the view
- 57:02Testecleese: he said he wasn't.
- 57:03Testecleese: Why, he wasn't surprised that Harris, lost to trump, which is funny, because he earlier said that he thought Harris would be trump after she already lost. Oh, she could beat him well. She already lost.
- 57:14Brian McFadden: I was like, Okay.
- 57:15Testecleese: But what's her name? There? Was it joy.
- 57:19Brian McFadden: Go bay area.
- 57:20Testecleese: Yeah. The red head, right?
- 57:21Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 57:23Testecleese: She was shocked, apparently, at his inability to communicate and speak English.
- 57:29Testecleese: Yeah.
- 57:29Brian McFadden: Biden.
- 57:30Testecleese: Yeah. The dude from Axios just got an award from some journalist organization, because he said, Wow, we really missed Joe being out of his mind and being incompetent, what what are you talking about? Everyone besides you said this?
- 57:52Testecleese: Well, anyway, we've unveiled Biden. Yeah. Biden Trump has unveiled a trade agreement with Britain.
- 57:59Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 58:00Testecleese: Which is good
- 58:02Testecleese: and it's it's funny that China's exports to the Us. Have plunged because of these tariffs, all China had to do was come to the table, and they refused when they retaliated, so Trump doubled down.
- 58:13Brian McFadden: Yeah, cause they thought they had the the better hand, like a poker term, you know.
- 58:18Testecleese: The problem is, they're selling us fucking Teddy bears and gadgets, you know you don't.
- 58:24Brian McFadden: We can live out without all that shit, if we absolutely have to. We don't need. We don't want to. We don't need to, but
- 58:32Brian McFadden: those are all luxury items.
- 58:34Testecleese: Yeah, it's not like your car, or you know, or food, or even the weaponry the United States makes for Dod.
- 58:42Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 58:44Testecleese: I don't know if anyone knows this. I think there's only one company. The United States buys weapons from that's not American. It's British, and they make the weapons in the United States and have signed all sorts of paperwork, saying they're not allowed to make these weapons for anyone else. They have to make them for the Us. And the Us. Can sell them as they see fit.
- 59:02Testecleese: Crazy stuff.
- 59:03Testecleese: I can't remember the name of the company.
- 59:05Testecleese: but it's it's up there like Raytheon, Lockheed, Martin Boeing, Northrop, Grumman.
- 59:14Testecleese: Alright!
- 59:16Testecleese: What else is going on? Oh, bird flu spreading.
- 59:21Testecleese: they! They want us all concerned about bird flu. As far as I'm aware, only one person in the last, like 10 years has actually contracted bird flu.
- 59:30Testecleese: and none have. Or maybe maybe one person died, but that's
- 59:37Testecleese: when Biden went and called all the chickens, and then said, Hey, look at the price of eggs going up under trump.
- 59:43Testecleese: It's like, Well, biden, you killed all the chickens where the fuck do you think the eggs come from?
- 59:48Testecleese: And these guys that vote for them? Don't don't put the 2 together like, well, there's new chickens. Yeah. It takes them like an entire year to get big enough to lay an egg. You know.
- 1:00:00Testecleese: Disney's opening a park in Abu Dhabi, which I'm laughing my ass off because Disney's super woke, and Abu Dhabi will put you in prison.
- 1:00:10Brian McFadden: Because they were all about the Don't say gay thing. They were threatened to move out of Florida for all the
- 1:00:17Brian McFadden: the Desantis thing he put in place, even though.
- 1:00:20Testecleese: For that.
- 1:00:21Brian McFadden: The whole thing was misconstrued. It was all about woke. And now they're talking about moving to a place where, if you admit you're homosexual. You're going to be beheaded.
- 1:00:31Testecleese: Yeah. And this is, Oh, shit the wife who actually went to Abu Dhabi within the Air Force.
- 1:00:36Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:00:37Testecleese: And it's funny because she still brings it up. She's like she didn't think Abu Dhabi was a real place.
- 1:00:43Testecleese: she thought Garfield the cartoon had made it up because Garfield kept shipping normal to Abu Dhabi.
- 1:00:49Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 1:00:50Testecleese: I don't know. Don't know if you remember, Garfield, but.
- 1:00:54Brian McFadden: I got they had a Garfield cat.
- 1:00:58Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:00:58Testecleese: Well, it was funny, because she's like she still says stuff like, you know, like I I you don't just go out into Abu Dhabi as a white American woman.
- 1:01:06Brian McFadden: No, you gotta be in like your burqa.
- 1:01:09Testecleese: Yeah, or in a group of a whole bunch of American men who will do something to you know what I mean.
- 1:01:14Brian McFadden: To offend you.
- 1:01:15Testecleese: Yeah, it's just it's crazy that the oh, everyone's equal. It's like, I don't know, man. They see they see a large breasted white woman in Abu Dhabi. They're gonna rape and probably kill her.
- 1:01:26Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:01:27Testecleese: Like. That's just part of the culture there, especially because she's not dressed up
- 1:01:32Testecleese: in a burka, so she must be some kind of ho! Who wants to get railed out by random dudes right.
- 1:01:38Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:01:39Testecleese: Same argument that leftists are making about these women like. Oh, you can't rape her in an alley just because she's wearing a dress with her ass hanging out. It's like, I agree. But you're saying that the Pakistan, not Pakistanis, the Middle Eastern Muslims, can, and she's not even let her ass hanging out. She's wearing like jeans and a long sleeve shirt, you know.
- 1:01:57Brian McFadden: Right
- 1:01:58Testecleese: Like. Oh, I can see her eyes. They're blue.
- 1:02:04Brian McFadden: Anyway, I mentioned bird. Flu, yeah.
- 1:02:08Testecleese: Anything else you want to talk about at all in here.
- 1:02:14Brian McFadden: We don't have much left so.
- 1:02:16Testecleese: Not really. The only thing left is, though, the paramount dealing with
- 1:02:20Testecleese: Cvs, because they're being sued.
- 1:02:24Brian McFadden: Yeah, paramount's trying. I mean, people are leaving 60 min because they don't feel like they're being.
- 1:02:31Brian McFadden: They don't have their autonomy anymore. Blah, blah blah blah, you know that's what happens when you misreport the news, and somebody tries to hold you accountable. You know.
- 1:02:43Testecleese: Well, didn't they just give themselves an award about the Joe Biden interview? They did.
- 1:02:48Brian McFadden: I'm sure they did.
- 1:02:49Testecleese: As they're being sued for the Kamala Harris video that they clearly manipulated.
- 1:02:54Brian McFadden: I'm sure they did.
- 1:02:56Testecleese: Crazy shit crazy shit. This was a short one. We got through it quicker than usual, not a lot of sidestepping, which is funny, because we've been having an issues going way too long.
- 1:03:06Brian McFadden: 3 h! Oh.
- 1:03:08Testecleese: When it's 4 page. But we go through 3 pages in under an hour, so.
- 1:03:12Brian McFadden: It has to do with who's on the on the episode with us. So.
- 1:03:16Testecleese: Possibly it has a lot to do that. A lot of this stuff was like
- 1:03:19Testecleese: each one was like related to the the one previously.
- 1:03:22Brian McFadden: You did a fantastic job of lumping it all together so.
