- 0:00Yeah, mold took me out all you need is 50% humidity a little drywall the perfect mold food and your whole family sick
- 0:07And you don't know why and you get on medications and the medical treadmill happens that is brought on from the mold impact
- 0:15And this is where the whole toxic bucket discussion comes to play. Mm-hmm. Like it is crazy how mold takes out a life
- 0:22And also another problem is like some of the families are fine your husband's fine your kids are fine
- 0:26But then you as a mom complete sick with mold issues. Now that's a good discussion to have the reason being is
- 0:32Why is that is probably because what's your?
- 0:35Three top tools to get people feeling better
- 0:38If they've been exposed to mold and they can't afford all the things
- 0:41Yeah, the windows making sure the entirety houses well ventilated the more air flow that's actually in the house the better it is for you
- 0:48The other thing that I would also recommend doing is
- 0:51John so glad to have you here in the show today. You're a mold survivor
- 0:57I'm a mold survivor and that's gonna be a big part of what we talk about today
- 1:02So let's let's jump right in your moldy. I'm a moldy. How can we help the people watching today?
- 1:07Not suffer so much from probably one of the top two
- 1:11Toxins that are ruining lives and families a lot right is the issue is that we have a such a misunderstanding of how mold can impact our body
- 1:19I think that's just a simple mildew some simple water damage that we actually incurred in our house
- 1:24But bigger than that these mold end up having to spray some to call microtoxins
- 1:29Which are basically biological warfare to yourselves and there are several
- 1:35But these things end up having to impact not only your immune system
- 1:40But also causes some to call neural inflammation
- 1:43So what that actually encourage that you end up having to have symptoms dealing with depression brain fog
- 1:49Right when you're also having kids having to deal with ADD symptoms. Yeah, anxiety is a big one in kids disease
- 1:56Right, it can also affect fertility and women
- 2:00Including guys into having low sperm count
- 2:02So it's not just a simple thing as a mildew issue that you could just bleach it and I will not recommend that we can talk about later
- 2:08But we have to understand that it creates a bigger impact on how the body is responding and can lead into chronic disease
- 2:15Yeah, mold took me out right. I went from a
- 2:183 out of 10 sick to a 9 out of 10 sick when I moved into my parents
- 2:23Moldy basement after being heavy metal poisoned
- 2:25I was probably more like a 6 out of 10 and I went to a 9 out of 10, but the
- 2:30And it wasn't even a wet basement. It was just a damp basement and all you need is 50%
- 2:36Humidity a little drywall the perfect mold food and your whole family sick and you don't know why and you get on medications and
- 2:43The medical treadmill happens your children can have something like serves. Isn't that true?
- 2:49Chronic and 5-3 response syndrome. Yeah, this is very common can lead into hypersensitivity issues to everything from
- 2:56chemicals to perfumes, right?
- 2:58Let's just get into Uber and actually has a car set in there
- 3:02You're having all these sensitivity issues. That's could be a sign of a mass. I could be also from
- 3:07hypersensitivity. Should you dealing with so is that is brought on from the mold impact and this is where the whole toxic bucket discussion
- 3:15Coming to play. Like if you actually have a cup like we have right now like how much is that being filled with different
- 3:22Talks and you talked about heavy metals us now, but sometimes that mold impact into the way you are staying
- 3:27Could be just throwing you off
- 3:29Where it causes something called a huge immune response by call it the Humpty Dumpty effect, you know
- 3:35So everybody has a Humpty Dumpty story
- 3:37So if a Humpty Dumpty sitting on a wall, it's fine
- 3:40But is that little stress coming through in this?
- 3:42This is where the mold discussion comes in just basically flips that Humpty Dumpty over the wall and your body is completely cracked
- 3:48And this is where people end up having to have trouble
- 3:52Recovering from mold exposure and then I'm even aware of it
- 3:54Yeah, you said something really interesting you said that if a
- 3:58Syntomology if there's so many people that are chemically sensitive today and the reason they're chemically sensitive is they might have a
- 4:04Modie house and if you have a lot of these different
- 4:07Mass cell reactions you really need to look to the source and it may be your home. You don't think you have mold
- 4:14But you have mold and it's hard to find
- 4:17Molding your home. So how do people discover whether they have mold or not in their home?
- 4:21What's like some of the best ways to do it? This is a big topic. I have so many different ways to do it
- 4:27But it was like oh my air test and it's fine
- 4:29No, not so much
- 4:31Yeah, it's really the air testing is probably the worst thing to do and unfortunately a lot of these so-called testing companies comes in
- 4:39To make a clearance of the situation
- 4:42Does it come in and they do an air sample and it's like oh well, there's no other mold as you're going on
- 4:46You're fine, but then your body's still screaming of sensitivity issues having reactions
- 4:51Belowing is a big issue a lot of times inflamed waking up you feel so bogged down tired
- 4:57Back under your eyes, right? So there's an impacted lymphatic system
- 5:02All these things are really the the triggers of mold
- 5:05But you have to
- 5:07Look at all right, so if I'm sick
- 5:10I'm getting to look at in terms of why I'm a sick you have to look at the environment self and this reason why
- 5:16The methodology I teach is called the encore method and one of the focal point that we look at is environment
- 5:21So this is where
- 5:22Getting the right testing company really matters, right?
- 5:25So they're going to come in they're going to really assess in terms of the dust particles because mycotoxins bind to dust
- 5:31Right little rafts exactly
- 5:33And so this is a good way to really look at the mycotoxin level into the surface
- 5:36So common areas in terms of maybe your basement
- 5:40Your attic or cross on the crawlspace where there could be a lot of moisture from the ground coming up
- 5:46HVAC area could be big one, right?
- 5:48So these are really common areas that we have to look at but often times when you're just doing air sample intestine for instance
- 5:53Completely missing the picture
- 5:54So that's why you need to have a right company to come in or assess those areas
- 5:58But also you cannot sometimes see things behind the wall
- 6:02No, so this is where thermal scanning of the moisture spots could be really helpful to see
- 6:07All right, it is is any other issue behind the wall that I'm completely missing is another thing scoping through the HVAC unit
- 6:14Is another important thing to look at the piping and the entire of the system itself because if there is a
- 6:20particular mole toxin especially like black mold for instance
- 6:24Anytime that HVAC is turned on all that spores is getting spewed out again
- 6:29So commonly what people get sick a lot is during winter
- 6:33Why because they're at home a lot more? Yeah, right? They're getting explosive actual toxins
- 6:37And this is where people get sick more often with an upper respiratory infection
- 6:42And when you have a child who's dealing with chronic respiratory issues
- 6:46You have to look at and ask my especially
- 6:48It's not the fact that they're having algae issues you have to look at okay. Is it related to mold problem
- 6:53That's at home that I'm not even looking at
- 6:56So what about
- 6:58Mold docs I've seen some really good experience with mold dogs. What do you think about a mold doc?
- 7:02It's a good tool to do I mean I
- 7:05I'm a dog lover
- 7:06Yeah, and there's a bit of a
- 7:10ethical
- 7:11dilemma for me but they're great tool at least workers
- 7:16To sense and then as well as to detect all these things that are you not even aware of
- 7:21So mold dogs are good
- 7:24Allies in the scenario
- 7:26But probably they're probably better than a dust test they are because they're gonna spot find
- 7:31Where the mold's at down to super low levels where dust test you can say okay
- 7:35We have it in here and then you do multiple dust tests. It's stronger over here
- 7:39So it's likely coming from here. Then you have to do an exploratory hole. You got to do scanning
- 7:44But those dogs man. They're just like
- 7:47Rough rough underneath your sink rough rough behind your daughter's bed
- 7:51And I don't know if they bark or not, but well they they stop and they point at the pointers
- 7:56I mean they're very like I said their experts better than humans
- 8:00But I still have the ethical part I'm just like you're poisoning am I never thought about that you are a sensitive human
- 8:05To think that you're you're literally inflaming that dog's brain
- 8:08It's a neural inflammatory toxin and and the dogs probably more sensitive to it a lot more because they're small
- 8:14Yeah, now you made me sad. I'm so sorry. Yeah, I didn't think about that. It's like I'm gonna get me a mold dog
- 8:19I don't know if I want to do a mold dog
- 8:20I'm just that's the part of this like I'm like as I'm I'm an animal lover
- 8:24I'm a dog lover to begin with and I was just like
- 8:27Man that ethical part of utilizing those dogs and you don't even know how long these dogs are gonna be living anyway
- 8:32But that's that's a whole different discussion, but they are good good, but there might be they are getting
- 8:37It is a little bit of damage to the to the craft. So all right. So let's let's move to children again
- 8:44When it comes to mold I know a lot of the families that are watching non toxic living
- 8:49This podcast they have kids and they care deeply about their kids
- 8:53They keep barely deeply about their animals as well, which can be affected because they're having much smaller
- 8:58Biology correct, so what are some of the top symptoms for kids? What are some of the the
- 9:06You know our kids more sensitive because they're smaller like like dogs. Yeah, I mean let's actually answer that question first
- 9:11Why is it that kids end up having to be much more sensitive to mold toxins?
- 9:15Because of their brain and their immunology including their neuroendocrine systems is developing
- 9:21So they're more hypersensitive to the environment and itself right including noise including non ABMF
- 9:27But specifically mold toxins are much more sensitive to so what are the symptoms that you might end up having to see with kids?
- 9:34It could be leading into bad wedding a lot of times
- 9:37You could actually have unexplainable urinary tract infections, especially in girls, right?
- 9:42That could be common
- 9:44Is and also for kids it can lead into a lot of the neurological issues
- 9:48Bat behavior could be lashing out could be from severe anxiety issues
- 9:53psychosis especially night terror and extracurricular
- 9:57ADD-like symptoms
- 9:58Right and in a more severe part of mold issues and this happened to be the case with one of my client
- 10:04Her child actually developed a autism
- 10:08Right the kid is not vaccine at all and having to develop these autism-like symptoms over time over time
- 10:13Yeah, so accumulation again is the accumulation of toxin and
- 10:17If you look at a baby that's born disease especially an umbilical cord, right?
- 10:22There's about two over 230 chemicals that are embedded in Belical cord
- 10:26So you already have a compromised cellular function in this children
- 10:31But you have to also have to dial back into how the mother's mitochondrial DNA is happening
- 10:36But also the dead so you already have a compromised cellular function that's not optimal to the environment
- 10:42And then when you bring the child to the particular environment where it could be moldy
- 10:46Okay, over
- 10:48Exposure to different toxins and then you have to talk about the vaccine discussion as well
- 10:53All that and then also the mother's microbiome breastfeeding all that c-section all those end up him to impact
- 10:59As a how the child's
- 11:01Body is going to be responding and this is can lead into chronic infections for kids
- 11:05Especially like I said upper respiratory infections you're talking about asthma
- 11:09Alligia issues all that including ADD that could be fitted into there
- 11:13So I have a question my daughter and was getting migraines all the time and she's healthy
- 11:18We eat great, you know, I'm non toxic dad, you know
- 11:21So she's pretty healthy, but so I
- 11:24Notice she had headaches, and I'm like, you know that that's not normal like I'm always causational because I don't
- 11:30She shouldn't have headaches. How old is she? She's 10. Okay, so this happened when she's like eight
- 11:35So she wasn't even starting into like massive hormonal changes
- 11:39And I don't know why I did it, but I decided to well there was a little water leak downstairs
- 11:46I used to have mold in this one corner. I can't wait to show it to you. I'll tell you the whole story
- 11:50It just just after years
- 11:53Of trying to figure it all out. We finally got it all figured out all cleaned up
- 11:58And it's safe that there's a little weight a little more water damage
- 12:01I'm like, uh, where's that coming from? It was like coming from a railing that was leaking through not a big deal
- 12:05It wasn't hitting drywall or anything
- 12:08So I pulled it out and then I'm like the remediators that came here originally and I bought the home
- 12:13There was a whole section that I removed and they said we don't have any they stopped and said there's no more mold
- 12:18I told the I still used a mold remediator
- 12:21I'm like, let's cut over here and he cut it open and I have three it's a bent wall
- 12:26So it has three layers of drywall
- 12:28Wow, and he opened it up and there was a section it was three foot by four feet every layer of drywall
- 12:35Had on the paper right had black mold so black mold black mold three by four foot
- 12:40And we had a remediated and my daughter's migraines
- 12:44The species to exist. Yeah, yeah, which is a common thing. I see with people especially neurological symptoms wise
- 12:50headache you said brain inflammation. Yeah, you're new information especially brain inflammation
- 12:54So migraines a big one. I've seen people dealing with
- 12:58photophobia so they have a lot of sensitivity issues sensitive to EMF
- 13:02You know anytime they're close to a Wi-Fi router for instance. They feel like the body's vibrating
- 13:08The which cannot choke her and oftentimes and then becomes so sensitive
- 13:12Hi-per-sensitive. So this is where I discuss about
- 13:15microglue of priming and then mast cell priming
- 13:18So once you go to this
- 13:21Exposure to different toxins your body is cells undergoing to a cell danger response
- 13:26So it's that whole hypervigilant state that goes in so anytime you get re-exposed to a little bit of mold for instance
- 13:33Overreaction, maybe you're going to a uber like as a good example. I don't know why uber
- 13:37Cars still end up having to have these because they're still frustrating. Oh my god. Yes, that's why yeah
- 13:41So that car sense and you have a massive headache after you're getting out, right?
- 13:45So all these are basically causing your cells with a hyper
- 13:49Vigilant state and
- 13:51Is your mitochondria is your organ now that's supposed to be creating energy
- 13:55But instead when you see a sense of threat
- 13:58Your cells go to this phase where is trying to detect
- 14:02Any particular danger and goes into a fighting mode
- 14:05And this is where often people trying to do some type of detox work and they cannot get to the resolution
- 14:10They're looking for yeah
- 14:12I found that a lot we taught doctors for 18 years and we work with all so we got to see all their patients all their problems
- 14:18We saw a ton of
- 14:20clients ourselves and what I found personally is that
- 14:24And I don't know if you agree with this. So that's why I want to have this conversation is that we we have someone who's really sick
- 14:29Who's living in a moldy home and
- 14:31Someone says how you need to do a liver detox. We need to give you glue to thigh on then I start thinking about that
- 14:36I'm like wait a minute
- 14:37So we're going to go in to someone's body their cells are already full and then we're going to drive
- 14:42Mobilization of toxins with a leaf blower
- 14:45kicking up all this dust when their phase two may be weak
- 14:50When you know, and then that's going to stress out your liver because now you got to go through phase two detoxification
- 14:55conjugation
- 14:56Of these toxins the packaging for removal and then as you know
- 15:00Not all the toxins get urinated out after phase two
- 15:03They're getting dropped into the bile and then reabsorbed through the portal vein
- 15:07And this is the retoxification that people
- 15:10Experience and I found that it's just silly to
- 15:14someone who's in that's super sick to just be
- 15:18Sturring up toxins, you know, and in doing it incorrectly. So
- 15:24You know
- 15:25That's one of my questions for you like how do you gently start somebody?
- 15:28I mean, I have my methods that I use. I like just binders
- 15:31I just like getting the stuff out of them
- 15:33Changing their environment. So I'd love to get your impact on that or your your opinion on that and then too
- 15:39I want to talk about some of the main mass cell triggers
- 15:41Because I think a lot of people today have mass cell. I think they're becoming their hypersensitives and me being one of them
- 15:47Like I still think I have a bit of cell danger response
- 15:50Mass cell and
- 15:52Where I easily trigger headaches doing it's so frustrating and it's just recently. I don't know because I'm aging
- 15:58Maybe my testosterone is a whole plus a huge effect. Yeah, yeah, so
- 16:02Those are two things I want to kind of drill you on here and just get your opinion
- 16:05Yeah, absolutely. So let's start with glutathione and and being selfish just so you know this is for me
- 16:10People are going to be having the same question and this is where such a misinformation about using different antioxidants incorrectly
- 16:16It's a problem because they drive phase one detox that too mobilization
- 16:20But then also when you giving glutathione it actually
- 16:23Triggers the mold in your body that's colonizing to produce more micro toxins
- 16:29Especially gliotoxins a big issue. So I didn't know that so you cannot give glutathione too early
- 16:34You're gonna need glutathione because the main issue with mold is that especially micro toxins
- 16:40It decreases glutathione
- 16:42But adding in a glutathione in the beginning of the phase in terms of doing detox work
- 16:47It's going to trigger mass amount of mass cells one thing
- 16:50But then also is going to produce more micro toxins where people with skeptic often get sicker because of it
- 16:56And then when you talk about methylation issues
- 16:58We talk about people doing HLA genotype problem
- 17:00They have already have a compromised detox to begin with and adding in glutathione because you think that you need it because they have such issue with
- 17:08methylation
- 17:09Wrong time to do it. I see you
- 17:12We agree not all experts agree on this one
- 17:14No, I have a few docs that we talk about this and we're on the same page when it comes to this. I think so many people
- 17:21Are doing detox wrong and it's just making them sick and not feel well then they're not compliant
- 17:28Detox should make you sick. It should not it should actually make you feel better
- 17:31I could be having a little bit of fatigue issues etc
- 17:33But it's not going to be to a point that you're having mass amount of diarrhea problem. We're having to deal with
- 17:38Hux reaction basically right it should be gentle
- 17:41But this another thing that issue comes into play is all right
- 17:44So is is bind to the right resolution to deal with micro toxins my answer is no the here's the reason why
- 17:51When you look at patients with dealing with these type of hypersensitivity issues
- 17:55They're vague on their especially their autonomic nervous system is already fired up
- 17:59dealing with sympathetic nervous system in terms of doing detox work
- 18:04digestion in terms of how your liver is functioning in your cold bladder that's parasympathetic
- 18:08Right, so we really have to understand this out nervous system
- 18:12Placing two factors of detox big time oftentimes
- 18:15Practition don't look at that and they just throw okay mold issue binders
- 18:20And they use some of the powerful binders I call it somers for instance
- 18:23But these patients are already
- 18:26Bound up specifically concentrated. So if you're really concentrated if you have a lack of bowel flow to begin with
- 18:32It's not the right time to throw in binders. So one of the things that I really helped you understand is that
- 18:38Micro toxins are lipophilic meaning it's going to be lodged into their fat cells and organs
- 18:43So instead of it you utilizing binders. I'm not saying that you cannot use it. You should use it
- 18:48The first thing to do is you need to help to stabilize the micro toxins by using minerals
- 18:54And then as well as bio flavonoids excuse me rest very mature
- 18:58Tumeric right ginkgo below butt could be very helpful in that scenario right
- 19:02It's depending on specific types of micro toxins for instance, right
- 19:05So I'll give you a great example like gliotoxin for instance is a particular
- 19:10toxic mold
- 19:11Micro toxin component which can drive down glutathione, but it can also cause
- 19:15sulfur sensitivity issues so people who actually have sensitivity to
- 19:20garlic and onions for instance, right those people already have a compromised sulfation pathway
- 19:26You cannot throw glut uh glutathione in that scenario because it's gonna cause more glutathoxin to be produced
- 19:31But how do we reduce that safely?
- 19:34Utilization of malignant as a mineral yeah, malignant huge for that
- 19:38And then respiratory and Tumeric could be very powerful three agents start to cyber as a micro toxins as well
- 19:43So that could be health to getting out and as you start to increase the bowel flow as you start to get the bile
- 19:48And bowel movement coming to play this is where some of the gentle binders could be very helpful
- 19:53So especially aloe vera you're talking also about active recharge core
- 19:57This is a good agent to actually utilize as well, which I like
- 20:00So those are weights and does it doing step by step and you got to look at you know where that person's journey is
- 20:05Right and looking assess in terms of you know, are they able to go to the bathroom properly right or they how's the nervous system are they
- 20:13Uh
- 20:14dealing with all stress response or they dealing with anxiety issues
- 20:18You know if you have an anxious person to begin with and doing a detoxing correctly
- 20:22It's gonna be much more anxious
- 20:24So you got to look at where that person's journey is and then utilize things in a correct matter
- 20:29Know why you know all this why this because you've been sick yourself
- 20:31I was there's no way you didn't know this stuff because I know everything you're talking about
- 20:35I understand right is because I got sick myself
- 20:37You go through the journey years and years of challenge and then you're sensitive
- 20:40It's like if someone's sick and they're sulfur because you would probably sulfur sensitive
- 20:45And I'm listening to him like this this is because you're you're a moldy
- 20:48We were both moldies and you had to figure all this stuff out to feel better and you know
- 20:52And I found my path you found yours and
- 20:55We were our first guinea pigs, you know
- 20:58You know, Dr. Dan and I we used to travel to shoemakers office several times yeah in learning grow
- 21:02And we didn't like cold-styrene because it was plastic resins
- 21:05We didn't like it because it caused constipation so you know six generations later true carbon cleanse
- 21:11You know came about because
- 21:13It doesn't too much carbon actually bridges in the colon
- 21:16You got to use magnesium oxide you got to use different
- 21:19Different fibers to that not like flax and things that irritate the colon because a lot of these people have inflamed
- 21:25Colons and it constipated you got to have that bowel flow
- 21:27So you know a lot of the things you're talking about you have to overcome them because we had the overcomer from ourselves
- 21:33And then you add
- 21:35You know like hundreds if not thousands of patients that you get to interact with that are so sick their kids are sick
- 21:41They're family sick
- 21:42They're losing their jobs like it is crazy how mold takes out a life. It does it's a family families
- 21:48And also another problem is like the you know some of the families are fine
- 21:52Right, let's just say you go family members. Yeah, your husband's fine your kids are fine
- 21:56But then you as mom
- 21:58Complete sick with mold issues now. That's a good discussion to have the reason being is why is that is probably because
- 22:04Three things number one your mitochondria dysfunction
- 22:07Existing modern hundreds of this function already dealing with right could be from past trauma problem
- 22:12Pass exposure to mold issues before or you probably had some other issues such as like Epstein bar or other
- 22:18Various issues that already reactivated your immune response and the second thing is the fact that you are dealing with
- 22:25The amount of exposure as well for over time. So it's another second thing that could be impact for Nick as women stay at home
- 22:31We're often typically typically is one thing
- 22:33But then also estrogen plays a huge effect into how mold and Bob production
- 22:38So one of the things that I really look at especially for women if they've seen the fact that they're having some type of estrogen
- 22:44Dominacy symptoms
- 22:45This is where doing a comprehensive stool analysis is very powerful to looking at beta-curranadase function
- 22:51It's beta-curranadase within that stool analysis very high
- 22:54Then is that she is basically recirculating that estrogen a lot more readily and then the bowel flows already compromised
- 23:01That means she already is basically
- 23:04recirculating that bowl toxin or a lot more than the person extra and this is finding you finding this inner stool
- 23:10Yes, comprehensive stool analysis. So when I do when I see a client for instance what I look at is typically three things
- 23:16One I look at their urine micro toxin testing
- 23:18I look at using the real time we're who using for what lab using real-time life real-time life
- 23:22New term lives not vibrant
- 23:24Vauban does
- 23:25More specific looking at the immediate exposure of the mold issues
- 23:30So and there are certain markers. There are much more sensitive in detecting like for instance
- 23:34Vauban wellness good at detecting micro found other gases
- 23:37Right, so I don't know if you know like there's a drug called self-cept the generic name is micro phenolate
- 23:44That particular drug is to use to be used in kidney transplant patients
- 23:49And that particular drug is derived from micro found other gas in which the mole toxin
- 23:53That's how powerful these
- 23:55drugs including micro toxins are to suppress your immune system
- 23:59And this is what what people often get exposed to and here's the farm D coming out in you. Yes, it is
- 24:04Yeah, so you I like this so you know that literally in the drug world
- 24:08They're using mold to create micotoxins that suppress an immune system
- 24:14For say something like a kidney transplant that's something I've never heard before but it makes so much sense
- 24:18We use mold to create all kinds of things, right? We
- 24:21You know in our foods and I hate when someone say like citric acid thrown on mold like
- 24:26Come on guys, you know that that's let you talk about that. Yeah, I will we'll show that. Let's continue
- 24:32We'll talk about the drug as yeah, let's soccer spawn is another drug
- 24:35Okay, which is often used for as a eye drop to help reversing dry eyes
- 24:41That's another problem because you're now affecting your coastal tissue
- 24:45Membrane by utilizing
- 24:47Moldoxins to reversing dry eye issues
- 24:50So how many different mold toxin drugs derived drugs are there?
- 24:54statin drugs a big one statins are there are mold derived drug to dry from red yeast rice
- 25:00statins
- 25:01With lova statin was the first drug that came is called it was called a mevacore
- 25:05and made by a murk
- 25:08But that particular compound was derived from read yeast rice
- 25:11And that is micotoxin
- 25:13micotoxins suppresses cholesterol production
- 25:16But most importantly thing is that certain micotoxins also increases
- 25:21cholesterol production as well
- 25:22So it's so the common things that I see when I look at the lab function
- 25:25Especially persons like you know more about this cholesterol number. What is going on?
- 25:29So I look at the labs and look at the LDL levels super high
- 25:33Right
- 25:34Including there's some signs of metabolic disorder, but oftentimes the the reason that LDL we know this
- 25:40LDS increases because of cellular information
- 25:43Right, and then the issue another issue that comes into the body's protecting itself and stuff to deal with the inflammation to calm it down
- 25:50So they're basically the
- 25:51Fire squad coming in trying to put that down
- 25:54But then what we're doing getting statins lowering that so you're already causing double whammy problem
- 26:00So the your body's responding to protect itself
- 26:02You see a high number a doctor gives you not knowing what what you know
- 26:07They're trained they're not knowing they're trained to give statin drugs. Yeah, this is farmer world that I've been in for 20 years
- 26:13What I like about this interview because you're you're bringing in this this farmer world like you just taught me like three things
- 26:19I want to keep going around these microtoxin based drugs that are
- 26:22No, this is really fascinating. So it is fascinating and so when you look at that
- 26:26You're trying to quench your issue that is bodies overall mechanism to deal with this problem
- 26:33But another problem that you're definitely to see is that because a compromised bowel production
- 26:37You cannot get the access cholesterol out
- 26:40Right, and then when you look at microtoxin specifically orgretoxin and afloatoxin which is common in
- 26:45Coffee coffee food. Yeah, so those end up having to impact the rate limiting steps of how bowel gain produced
- 26:51So there's a particular enzyme called cytokrome 7a1
- 26:55Where these two microtoxins stop that production from bowel synthesis from happening in the liver and the liver
- 27:02Specifically and the second thing is there's called a b-sap which is bowel salt
- 27:07exchange pump right this is supposed to
- 27:10It's transport these bile, but that particular pump gets compromised by these two microtoxins as well
- 27:17Ocrotoxin a and afloatoxin. Yeah, right
- 27:20So you're looking at women dealing with estrogen-dominacy right people who are having high cholesterol issues
- 27:27All those are because of limited by a flow because bile is loaded with cholesterol
- 27:34And they just did a study a carbon study it said when
- 27:38Using carbon to lower cholesterol and that's honestly that's I discovered that probably 18 years ago. There was a study done
- 27:46Um, I won't get into it, but it was out of Italy and I'm like, that's how
- 27:49Came up with carbon to
- 27:52To bind bile because it was a cholesterol lowering drug and then we start using it and we saw c4a drop
- 27:58We saw people getting well, but we it constipated them that whole thing in bridging and black teeth because they were just drinking powder and then
- 28:04So, you know all these generations years and years and years if I like him up with true carbon
- 28:09Cleans and eliminated a lot of those those problems
- 28:12It was interesting that there there was a there was a feedback loop it wasn't necessarily
- 28:16The carbon binding the cholesterol that lowered the cholesterol on the body
- 28:20But it was how it drove cholesterol metabolism in the body. So it was a really interesting study
- 28:25So regardless synthesis basically yeah, it's down regulating it properly
- 28:29You know, man, man, a sense of it the biggest challenge with microtoxins
- 28:32Also is the fact that it causes lipoproxases. So actually oxidizes fat much more readily
- 28:38so
- 28:39Well, I think there's a good kind of segment. It doesn't tell in my own health story
- 28:42I had a heart attack when I was 33 years old as you know, right and
- 28:47At that point in time six month prior to the heart attack that I had I went to my doctor's office got blood work done
- 28:53Normal cholesterol EKG done was normal flying through the
- 28:56Actual physical with no issues six months later chest pain end up in an ER
- 29:02Stem put in because I had 85 percent blockage in my LAT
- 29:06Right, I have a stem put in energy of 33 years old
- 29:08Matter of fact, I was a youngest patient to get a stem put in a hospital
- 29:12That's such a good award. Yeah, but never did but old joking aside like
- 29:16That's that's not normal. That's not normal. That's not normal for for a young guy
- 29:19And one of the things that I got scared was first of they put me on a torbous down 80 milligrams
- 29:24Because you know what there's like there's a major problem you cannot having on a secondary heart attack
- 29:28So but the data shows that statins do not prevent secondary heart attacks from occurring
- 29:35And other issues what what's happened with with statin drugs statin drugs lower cocutin but also lowers
- 29:41Vitamin K2 which is derived from what more specificant as a microbiome metabolism
- 29:46So this is where statins affect microbiome
- 29:50Specifically because of statin drugs are mycotoxin derived it affects the integrity of your gut microbiome to be going
- 29:58So this is the reason why they found out that
- 30:01It affects now GLP ones in your in your system, but also that's the result of that
- 30:07statin drugs causing diabetes in people when you use it long term
- 30:12And they use them long term they all their life long now they're starting they're starting a younger and younger and younger and younger kids
- 30:19So it's literally
- 30:21Stopping it's affecting the microbiome. You said you threw out a trigger word
- 30:25GLP1 which is produced by acrimensia
- 30:28Acrimensia in your case is specific keystone bacteria. Yes specific keystones in your large intestine
- 30:33Large intestine is one and then you're talking about these keystone bacteria is actually producing
- 30:38Buttery which is short-chain fatty acid which is vitally needed as a food for your colonisites and your large intestine to feed on
- 30:45Right that also helps to protect your DNA
- 30:49It's a powerful powerful things that your body's already producing to produce to protect the self
- 30:55But also reversing these damages
- 30:57But when you have a
- 30:58gut integrity issue because of mycotoxins or overuse of antibiotic and sets all these things and more statins right more statins
- 31:05Specifically now. I don't know why I think
- 31:09The medical community right now do not understand the mechanisms of the particular drug like I do
- 31:14Well, that's what I love about you. It's this like you know what drugs do and you know where they come from because you
- 31:22Compound them, you know, you know, all the science. This is this is wonderful stuff. Yeah, so you're you're telling me about how statins affect the microbiome
- 31:30And of course how that if you're affecting the microbiome acrimensia and other
- 31:34Keystone bacteria that produce short-chain short-chain fatty acids which your cells need and your gut
- 31:39Sodiumation bottled there. Yeah, I do have a sodium yeah body bio one body bio. Yeah exactly just your cane and her husband
- 31:46Ed and you know just wonderful people like I really love that company, you know, I don't have any economic affiliation with them
- 31:53But they do they've done the work and they've created some real products that actually help people and honestly
- 31:58There's so many physician lines that that don't do it and we could get into that all day
- 32:02I think we've we've had a couple our conversation about that
- 32:05We had a phone conversation about that but my the specifically how I got into the whole lipid membrane medicine
- 32:10Right is the fact that after about a heart attack the first thing my doctor put me on was body bio PC
- 32:16But one of the things that really life-changing was we did something to go red blood cell fatty acid analysis
- 32:21This actually checks for the lipoproxasomes and then the renegade fat sector curves in your cell membrane
- 32:27But another thing that looks at is how fluid your cell membrane is your cell membrane supposed to be very fluid
- 32:32Yeah, so something you can come in bad things come out correct
- 32:35Yeah, but when you are undergoing through this whole cell danger response and mitochondria's function
- 32:39It is the mitochondria's role to stiffen up that cell membrane to prevent anything else to coming in
- 32:46Or getting out and that's the cell danger response
- 32:49Well the phenomena of cell danger response but specifically what happens is that these lipoproxasomes
- 32:55And these damaging issue dealing with the cell membrane and then also the lack of specifically like omega-6 and also omega-3
- 33:03Making the cell membrane to be very stiff
- 33:05Right so integrity of cell membrane gets affected
- 33:07So this is where the this particular test called red blood cell fatty acid analysis by Kennedy Krieger
- 33:13Was very powerful for me at that point in time when I was 33
- 33:17Looking at that and we sent that particular test results to Dr. Ed Kane at body bio
- 33:22And he's the one who actually formulated a customized lipid replacement therapy for me
- 33:27So I end up doing IVPC and God bless the soul. Yeah, he's passed on he passed away
- 33:31But you know now his daughter a grand daughter is now and her
- 33:36Husband Brad are on the company at this point and it's really
- 33:40The global outreach at this point much bigger than what Ed had thought about
- 33:45But now they took the mantle and they're running with it. It's beautiful. Yeah, it's beautiful
- 33:48I mean they're helping people huge. He keeps going because I don't want to yeah
- 33:52No, no, I keep getting you off track. I actually have that testing right over there
- 33:55That's not doing it. That's funny
- 33:57So that's a part that really helped me get my cellular health back
- 34:01And as was an important fact that they've you have to look at is that
- 34:04Mycotoxins not only causing immune and particularly allergies and all these symptoms
- 34:11but they actually
- 34:13Damage the mitochondria
- 34:15Right, so that it causes something called the DNA adduct so especially afotoxins and ochre toxins
- 34:21Truckathesons they actually bind to the DNA structure
- 34:24So when you do that, it changed the epigenetic expression to cell
- 34:28And as well as the DNA
- 34:30So the protein misfolding occurs
- 34:32Which resulted in a change in function of the particle organ. So if you're looking at
- 34:37Issue like autoimmune disease
- 34:39Right, we're looking at issues in when immune dysfunction all these different things including cardiac issues from mold issues
- 34:47That's the reason why and including heavy metals to the same thing
- 34:50So how do you reverse these thing called us DNA adduct?
- 34:53Well, this is something that's the question I was gonna ask. Yeah, this is this is this is where butyrate comes in as a chemical shaperone
- 35:00Butyrate comes in sodium butyrate specifically they come in and they cleave off these DNA adduct
- 35:06And then phospholipus comes in to
- 35:09mend the cell membrane but swoops it away and then tutka with the secondary basalt
- 35:14It's pathways into use
- 35:16This helps to
- 35:17Mendiprotein misfolding so you have a proper functioning cell membrane and expression of the DNA itself
- 35:23So this is where the preminifix comes in
- 35:25So there's a particular test and called IGL
- 35:27It's a German blood test looking at DNA adduct and we've seen
- 35:31Urosation of oral liposomophospholipids
- 35:35Including the bioactive oils like omega
- 35:37Specifically linear lake and aphaline lake and use of sodium butyrate was able to reverse these DNA adduct within six month period
- 35:46I like this very powerful. So we weren't supposed to top deep deep science today, but I knew we're gonna go there
- 35:52As a matter of fact, throw that bottle of butyrate. I want to take some you got me all excited about taking my butyrate
- 35:57I'm serious. So well another tip I'm gonna tell you yeah, let's just we want another tip
- 36:02Yeah, no tip let's just say you go to a restaurant and you're not even sure what kind of oil they use. Yeah, okay, and you're worried all about that
- 36:09Eat the food, okay afterwards take four capsule sodium butyrate to prevent these
- 36:15toxic oils from embedding into cell membrane
- 36:18So this this puts a protective layer butyrate is able to reverse it reverse it
- 36:22correct, so I can go eat seed oils again
- 36:25Don't overdo it, but instead that's the thing, but it's a very powerful way to do it
- 36:28This is what our gut microbiome is supposed to be doing for us
- 36:31Unfortunately because of the toxin exposure dealing right now with glyphosate
- 36:35Micotoxins right stress response all those things are up including pharmaceutical drugs are affecting our gut microbiome
- 36:43And the cellular integrity as well. How do we how do we heal our body by the integrity and the actual
- 36:51Function of the cell membrane is what dictates healing
- 36:54And oftentimes we're not having to have the adequate amount of food and waste until it's protecting that
- 37:00That's such a big deal and it's so overlooked and there's so many canned programs out there
- 37:06People over promising under delivering when it comes to this and it is a cellular issue
- 37:11You know toxins are
- 37:13They're everywhere right and your body if it's healthy if the bucket's not full if we can get those buckets down
- 37:20Some of that cell danger response goes away some of that mass cell can go away
- 37:24And we can start feeling better, you know, you're you're giving a lot of tools. So if there's
- 37:28Some of you what's your
- 37:30Three top tools to get people feeling better
- 37:33If they've been exposed to mold and they can't afford all the things that red blood cell fatty analysis is expensive test
- 37:39And there's you know, I have access to those tools clients that come do you have access to those tools
- 37:44But not everyone has the means and a lot of the nontoxic living community doesn't have a ton of disposable income
- 37:50So how can besides moving the environment, right? I mean that's key
- 37:54Right moving the environment, but then also remediation as well, right?
- 37:57You if you have a house and you're already
- 37:59Living in it bought it. It's hard to just
- 38:03Pick up everything else and moving and that's a chance a lot of people do huge challenge
- 38:06But also the cost of remediation testing itself is expensive, but yeah thousands of dollars remediation
- 38:11Also, I mean, I have a client right now. She's spending $150,000 just to remediate her
- 38:155,000 square feet house, right because her addict her basements affected her kitchens affected
- 38:22So these already existing issues that she she was not aware of and bought the house
- 38:26We can't go back and get a refund on the house, right? So what do we do at this point in time? So you have to really assess
- 38:33What you could do and then?
- 38:35Control what you can number one what you could control is the exposure of the mold itself, right?
- 38:42So getting a good HEPA filter is a most powerful thing that I could recommend doing
- 38:47Right, so in a interim I'll recommend this particular brand of HEPA L filter called Jasper
- 38:53I love that particular band the reason being is not that Mike well. Yeah, yeah, so I mean yeah
- 38:58So that a Jasper it's a good it's a good price point. I think there's some better filters out there
- 39:03But that's a good price point price point wise. Yeah smart. Yeah is able to detect volatile gases
- 39:09So for instance if you have that air filter next year in your kitchen you had a
- 39:13Little burn or does a smoke going on
- 39:16It's going to detect that volatile gas right quickly and then filter out the a fume
- 39:20Yeah, very well particular matter correct
- 39:22Which is very rare for air filters out there
- 39:25But that's the one that I recommend doing and it's one of the best ones out there
- 39:30So that's number one. So I would recommend you know putting as a full blast in each room and reducing the load
- 39:35And then as well as getting a good
- 39:39If filters in your HVAC so make sure you you you assess the damage cleaning things out
- 39:46And then trying to get those particular matters reduce as much as possible. What nerve rating would you recommend?
- 39:51Minimum for you know, it's obviously rated for the for the HVAC unit. Yeah, but what would you think?
- 39:56Merve 13 Merve 12 Merve 11 get 13 13. Yeah, yeah, so that's the part that's often
- 40:03Overlooked and you got to find the right HVAC company as well to really assess that
- 40:08So that's really good. So the air quality really matters
- 40:10Yeah, right because once you control the air quality at least the particular that you're dealing with
- 40:14We do so so some of the symptoms you're dealing with could be less
- 40:17Yeah, so I want to go there real quick because I know this is you know kind of we're in the same wheelhouse
- 40:22When it comes to air filtration and you said this earlier is that the the micotoxins
- 40:28Fly on the rafts or the Aladdin, you know carpets of of dust particles
- 40:34So what you're saying is it's so critical for someone who's dealing and living in mold
- 40:38If you can knock down that dust load you're going to knock down your
- 40:41micotoxin exposure because they need those dust particles to find you and get into your body
- 40:45And also you could commonly clean those areas very well. So there's a
- 40:50Cleaning agent called de-con30 benefit. Yeah benefit. Yeah great out of Canada. Yeah, I love that part too
- 40:56But the reason being I'm loyal thai my oil is gentle
- 40:59It won't cause any harsh chemicals to be floating around after you cleaning it
- 41:04So what I recommend there's any common areas. I was very dusty making sure you clean it out
- 41:08And so the ways to reducing particle load is
- 41:12Cleaning right being consistent with cleaning as really the important fact of it
- 41:16So deep cleaning your home wiping off flat surfaces removing the dust using benefit
- 41:22To hit visible mold visible
- 41:24You could you could you could you could kill off the mold, but you got to make sure to wear mask
- 41:30Sometimes N95 is not enough because these micotoxins are
- 41:35You know less than point to microns going to penetrate to N95 mask
- 41:38So you want to get an N100 the big bulky mask that they get in 100
- 41:43So you'll be very careful with that
- 41:44But if you are sensitive to begin with don't touch them. Don't touch it. Just leave it. Leave it alone
- 41:48Leave it in place. So you can have it properly removed. Remove this one. And the second thing is
- 41:52You know, you got to protect your kids. That's the most vital thing, right? If you are
- 41:57Suspecting doesn't mold in the basement. Don't go into basement
- 42:00Don't have your kids or anyone else sleeping down there. That's that's number one
- 42:04So you want to protect that get them out of the basement get them out of the damp area correct
- 42:07And then making sure your humidity level is less than I would say for less than 40%
- 42:12Come on. That's I agree with you on that because it 50% it's grown mold on even if your house is consistently
- 42:1850% or even a little bit higher 55%
- 42:22That paper even if you opened up your wall while cavity. It's not gonna be a ton of mold in there
- 42:26You're not gonna visibly see it
- 42:28But some of these molds that aren't black like stachy they're growing if it's 50%
- 42:34They're that that paper has mold on it and it's and it's growing
- 42:38It might not be crazy amounts
- 42:40So I love that you say 40% or less because you need to make sure that wall cavity
- 42:44Which could be a little higher and because it's outside and it's if you're in a humid area
- 42:50You're growing mold you got to get that inside it 40% so that wall cavity
- 42:54Is less than 50% or you're growing massive amounts of mold on your drywall drywall should be banned
- 42:59That's a whole another topic. Oh, yeah
- 43:01Well done and then you also should actually have more mold resistant materials like hemp should utilize in building houses
- 43:07I think
- 43:08But I love how you you built your house into this house set up into as it being much more
- 43:14Equal-friendly in that sense of dealing with mold issues. So kudos to you
- 43:17Yeah, I'm trying to do better all the time
- 43:19So I'm these are really great solutions for people that can't do it
- 43:23So get that humidity down put in those air filters wipe down your home with benefit
- 43:28You can use that literally as your cleaning agent. So that's a wonderful cleaning agent. So
- 43:33What are some other things people can do to get feeling better?
- 43:35Because I want people to get feeling better. This is a yeah, I hate seeing people sick because I've been there
- 43:40I mean it's suffering. You're not sleeping. You're tossing and turning your your mean. You have no energy. You can't enjoy life like
- 43:46You just you know you almost died
- 43:48That's what I did and a second the the other thing that I would also recommend doing is
- 43:53Getting your house well ventilated open the windows, right? If you can open the windows making sure the entirety houses
- 44:00Well ventilated the more air flow that's actually in the house the better it is for you
- 44:04Right, so that's another thing that you could definitely do
- 44:06So because my microtoxins in mold are just concentrating and the solution to pollution is dilution you come in and do that
- 44:13Air air exchange is in Germany. It's called stufluffton
- 44:16You know where they do I guess it is
- 44:19Stufluffton it's a viral video. I actually did one, but you do you just open your windows up for 15 minutes. Oh, yeah
- 44:26And do cross ventilation
- 44:28They call it there's another name for it too, but stufluffton is essentially where you you open it up really quickly for 15 minutes
- 44:35Let it exchange and then close it and do that three to four times a day big reason for that
- 44:40If you leave them all the time you can create temperature differential and that can cause condensation and mold to grow
- 44:45So one reason why you just do it for 15 minutes and two if you have a humidity issue and especially if you don't have enough
- 44:52Do you minifiers to keep up with it if you opened up on a human day
- 44:56For a half hour an hour you're gonna that that that humidity you're not be able to drop it in that critical 24-hour window where you can activate
- 45:05The dormant mold in your in your walls. So that's stuflifton or some other name that I can't remember
- 45:12But yeah, no opening windows is the most impactful thing they could do and it's free
- 45:16Yes, those are things that you could easily do and then next part is to really
- 45:20Assessing how much of a damage you actually have right
- 45:24So you're gonna have to really find the right testing company and it could be
- 45:28Expensive, but it could be well money spent the reason being is you want to assess what kind of damage you're dealing with
- 45:34And in order to doing remediation
- 45:37You don't have to remit the
- 45:39Entire thing right away you could do in a step-by-step in terms of what's more critical and getting to what's needed
- 45:45Right, so that's often not talked about and so one of the things that you really have to look at is HVAC
- 45:51Right any water damage areas you want to be still and getting that properly remediated and cleaned and sanitized
- 45:56You also have to find the right remediation company that's going to be utilizing protective gears
- 46:01Inside the house. So this way the more particle doesn't
- 46:04Flavor everywhere. Yeah, just can re-contaminate your whole house
- 46:07You have to have containment have to have to be under negative pressure
- 46:10You can look it up hot today, you know
- 46:13And videos how to create negative pressure remediation units. You could do self remediation
- 46:17Because honestly some of these remedying companies, you know, they don't remediate properly
- 46:22They don't know oftentimes they don't know what to do
- 46:24Yeah, that's the something that I noticed or this is another problem the more remediation company
- 46:28They don't know how to look at the mycotoxin test and correctly either no, which is really alarming
- 46:33And they don't know much about mycotoxin
- 46:35They don't and then they they aren't a business, but they don't know much
- 46:38Which is another thing. So I I you know like to work with we inspect
- 46:42We inspect. Yeah, so Brian and Corey
- 46:45Yeah, Brian I know them. Yep, and then home clients is one of the people that
- 46:48Company like Mike Mike Rubino down in Florida that recommend my clients down there to work with him
- 46:53So you got to find the right company to do this and they fly all over the country. They do
- 46:58Yeah, I know those guys
- 46:59They can be a little more expensive, but they know what they're doing
- 47:02And sometimes when you don't not sometimes oftentimes if you don't find a right testing company
- 47:07It's going to cost you more money
- 47:09Yeah, if you do it wrong the first time you could
- 47:12Create massive downstream consequence. I've seen that over and over again. It just you're still sick. You're sicker
- 47:19Your
- 47:20They're being mold off. They're making it mad. It's you know, you start causing a fight between mold or
- 47:26uh
- 47:27Hit it with compounds that aren't right. You're you make it mad and it's going to start more firing off
- 47:33Yeah, I'm talking more micotoxins and this is where people get sicker after doing remediation incorrectly
- 47:39So I always recommend
- 47:42Spend the money due to investment right but also making sure you're doing step-by-step measures in terms of what's fitting your budget
- 47:49And then don't panic if you start panicking
- 47:51It's more issues in your body. Yeah, and it's really tough like I have a lot of
- 47:57I've known a lot of people. I've been this person
- 47:59I have friends right now that are living in a basement that floods all the time and they just can't make decision
- 48:05I'm like put your sum pump in cut a hole for the concrete and they're just literally
- 48:10uh
- 48:12Locked up in decision-making. I don't the word I'm looking for and and if you are that person where you just can't make a decision to do the right thing
- 48:20Like this particular individual I'm telling for two years like get your sum pump drill a hole through I'll pay for it like
- 48:27And then put some do you metifiers in there at least
- 48:29Remove your basement from flooding because it should have a sum pump you bought the wrong house
- 48:34You know that people didn't disclose this that it floods every spring and it continues to flood like it's so sad
- 48:41Because it's wreaking havoc on his children and you know all this stuff
- 48:45But if you're that person who can't make a decision
- 48:47That's right for you get a friend tag in one of your friends and say look
- 48:50I'm struggling to make a decision. I have mode in my home. Can you help me make these decisions? Can you help me?
- 48:56You know do some of the things that we've recommended when you listen and share this podcast with them
- 49:01Because it is a big deal and you made me just think of something
- 49:05HVACs are a big because the coil right it's dusty you need to get it cleaned every year and you're not
- 49:12It's been 10 years. There's dust. There's mold growing all over your house even smells mold
- 49:17And you can't even afford to get that cleaned right now because your family's sick and it's in your basement and it's damp and it's
- 49:24You know blowing microtoxins and mold spores
- 49:27Right from the vent onto your children. What do you think about just shutting down your HVAC
- 49:33Putting in a window air conditioner in the summer until you can afford to do something like that would would shutting down
- 49:39I think HVACs are a big exposure. Would you say like shut it down or now you're going to have a humidity issue
- 49:44It's going to be humidity issues. Yeah, so this is the environment aspect of it. Sometimes you got to have to cut the losses
- 49:49Yeah, unfortunately, and that's the got to find a way to get it done
- 49:51You got to get it done or cut the losses and moving and move and move and that's that's a part it's often times
- 49:56And this is this is a part that I see with clients
- 49:59When they're in the moldy house they're symptomatic and they don't even know they're dealing with mold
- 50:04And then they're like you don't have to chem
- 50:06I was in vacation. I was in this resort. I feel much better
- 50:09Well, yeah, because the mold exposure you were dealing with at home. It's no more
- 50:13And so your system now is calming down and then when you get home you're inflamed again
- 50:19Hey, you're back in the mold. So that's the problem right now
- 50:21So I have I have one client who's having a challenging issue at this point on the biggest issue is
- 50:26You know, she is leasing right now and the um certain states
- 50:30They don't protect
- 50:32And that's the big big problem like I
- 50:35You know, I owned the house and that particular house was um very moldy. I was able to you know quickly
- 50:40Remediate the issue wasn't the attic and I was get I was to get out and sold it
- 50:44But the second place I got into and I didn't look at the apartment
- 50:48Well and they had black mold
- 50:50But luckily enough that I was able to cut the lease out and then get out because I told them like you know
- 50:54There's an issue. I'm having some help problem and they were able to listen, but often times these
- 51:00Uh tenant and especially rental laws are not protecting tenants correctly
- 51:05No, it's super sad and the real estate aid and real estate mold is like let's just
- 51:09shove it underneath the the rug and and uh because it's going to break the deal and if you break the deal
- 51:14You're not making money and it's you know, you're making me sad now
- 51:17So like I'm getting sad for you know all the people that
- 51:20That are struggling but you were going down a really great path of what people can do
- 51:25um air flow
- 51:27Cleaning wiping down air filters
- 51:30Moving if possible would be another one. What else can people do to get feeling better
- 51:35Especially if they don't have the absolutely have cash one thing I recommend doing is
- 51:40Getting a circadian rhythm dialed in especially waking up proper time um getting
- 51:45Atticum on a sunlight and that particular sunlight exposure early in the morning help to really clean out some of the
- 51:50Asher dealing with sell your stress. It's really helpful doesn't cost you anything. Yeah, right making sure you adequate eat
- 51:56You gotta eat if you're not eating well. You cannot detox either, right?
- 52:00So those are things that you could definitely do making sure you're a cleaner also
- 52:04Get it out of my sunlight in the middle of the day to get out of my vitamin D
- 52:08But that actually helps to create antioxidants in the cells
- 52:11To clear these things out correctly as well
- 52:14So clients who actually work with who do really well on these part
- 52:17They often able to get through a mold issue within like five to six months and close out
- 52:22And that's a really the the biggest things that I've noticed that want you down this uh circadian rhythm
- 52:27They work on the cellular impact of it
- 52:29And then getting to the the step-by-step in terms of getting to utilize right my my end time microbial such as your antifungals
- 52:36And biofilm you have to address and all these things including fixing your gut is where it's going to make the huge impact there
- 52:43So what else can you use in the meantime like in terms of therapy wise if you don't have the means
- 52:47This is where certain binders can be helpful, right?
- 52:50But you got to assess whether you're dealing with constipation issues and that but yeah generally
- 52:55Doing a binder is very helpful. I recommend doing infrared sauna with some binders
- 53:01And I would also add some tutka on top of that to increase ball flow
- 53:05Tutka didn't teach us ball flow flow. Does that a what is is that an herb?
- 53:09It's a secondary bowel salt. Oh bowel salt. Yeah. Okay. So secondary bowel salt
- 53:14It like I said it it helps to
- 53:17Unfold the protein misfolding and decrease stress and the endoplasmic teculum in the cell itself
- 53:23But what it does actually increases ball flow, which is really the key things that it's really needed
- 53:28So um on top of it helps to protect and reversing DNA damage
- 53:32Especially if a binder going on you want to increase that bio flow because that's going to have a lot of these micotoxins in it
- 53:37They're fat soluble toxins. They don't get urinate like do get urinated out
- 53:40But they also a lot get stuck in the bile and you want to get that bile through your liver through your gallbladder
- 53:46Into the upper small intestine or the where the binder can be right
- 53:50And that really lowers that bucket. Okay, so we we're on the same page and a lot of these things you're you're saying
- 53:56I don't know how many times because I had programs and detox and and
- 54:01You know there's so many people just for whatever reason they can't afford anything. I'm like look
- 54:06Sweat go outside moves you sweat out toxins sweat isn't for cooling off don't
- 54:11Don't let anyone fool you this stuff's going to show up if you have an infrared sauna
- 54:15Use binders. They're not super expensive, you know 35 40 bucks for true carbon plens, you know get it on sale
- 54:22like it makes it makes a big difference and
- 54:26Going outside you need to sleep more
- 54:29Sun
- 54:30Activates AMP which is your immune system a proper immune response that can help
- 54:38downregulate some of the battle that you're having within right and it's free because the sunshine does so much
- 54:44does so much it the infrared spectrum is going to drive
- 54:48The electron transport train right it's going to help drive mitochondrial energy even if you're weak like there's
- 54:53Movement your lymphatic movement. You're not sitting. Yeah, you know, you can't sit around like you can't say what
- 54:59I don't have it. I can't do it. No get outside and
- 55:02I've found just to add to exactly what you're saying is grounding
- 55:06And it's not voodoo science. It it is a it is an IV antioxidant to your body
- 55:11It's in other countries. It's part of standard of care. You you got a ground if you have a heart condition
- 55:16You got to go out and ground. It's going to help with your heart condition
- 55:20These are these medical doctors are saying in other countries and it's all through literature and it's free
- 55:26But it's not tied to a blood work. It's not tied to some medication and
- 55:30You know, it's not even tied to a lot of the natural health practitioners out there that are doing functional medicine
- 55:37A lot of them do but a bulk of them would never do that. Now here's the test and here's where you're at and here's the protocol
- 55:43I learned you know at an event and this is what you're going to do it
- 55:47No, you got to remember we're connected to nature and we know how to heal and a lot of things you just mentioned are just
- 55:54Nature and that's it, but also specifically Sun
- 55:58Once it hits your eyes and then help to activate the palm see what it also does is it actually helps to
- 56:06Structurize water in the cell itself. So structural water is really important in terms of the in the whole fourth phase discussion by a doctor
- 56:13Gerald Pollock
- 56:14It's a basic the negative ion charge that occurs in the water able to repel
- 56:19But also has that energy to move. So one of the things that we notice is that as you start getting more
- 56:25Inferred exposure not just about red light therapy
- 56:28You know my actual sunlight. I was structuralized at water in the cells that able to repel these toxins out of the cells
- 56:34But also helps to creating more energy and vibrancy is really important thing and also hydrate the cell to begin with so
- 56:41Things that God gave us for free
- 56:43All right, you know to you don't make sense. I'm so excited right now
- 56:46And then grounding itself what it was doing is it drops to increase redox potential in the cell
- 56:51Increasing more energy production and that in itself is another powerful ways in terms of
- 56:55Structuralizing water and creating that exclusion zone criteria in the cell self that you having much more
- 57:02Energy and the vibrancy that's the cell supposed to be having so everything that I do in terms of like the cell your support the detox
- 57:09At the end of the day is to creating more energy production aka more redox potential in the cell
- 57:15That's what it is
- 57:16But the problem is that micro toxins decreases electron port these
- 57:21Charges and the redox potential. So I'll give you an example. I mean this more scientific in that sense
- 57:26I said but afotoxins
- 57:28Tracothycins gliotoxins ochrotoxins do's end up having to impact
- 57:33Complex one and three of the electron transport chain
- 57:36So that means that you're not able to produce ATP correctly
- 57:39But also what it does is because the sense of danger that goes on
- 57:43The ATP production that you already have in your cells gets dumped out extra cellularly
- 57:48That causes a alarming signal for the other cells like hey, there's an issue going on
- 57:53We're gonna have to shut shut the energy production down to going to fighting mode
- 57:58This is why people get stuck and why they're getting such a dysfunctional state and mitochondria dysfunction from mold exposure or any a type of
- 58:06Botoxin issues. You know your stuff. I love this. It's exciting
- 58:10It's neat talking to somebody who's helping people who's been through it himself
- 58:14That understands that the chemistry behind it the chemistry of drugs how they're affecting our microbiome how they're affecting our health
- 58:22I learned so much from you brother. This is
- 58:25Thank you. I don't I don't I don't typically learn a ton when it comes to biotoxic illness
- 58:30not mold illness, but I mean
- 58:33Man, I know that everyone watching today learned so much and you gave so many powerful tools
- 58:39How can people get a hold of you you ask you questions
- 58:42potentially on board as a as a new client if they're a right fit absolutely
- 58:46You go to my website doctor john kim.com
- 58:49You could actually take a free assessment of your mitochondria dysfunction or any type of illness you're dealing with there's a free questionnaire
- 58:55Get in. It's really comprehensive to detect that you could learn a lot about my methodology to helping people
- 59:01It's called the encore method. It stands for environmental factor nervous regulation
- 59:05Sally optimization optimizing detox pathway rebalance the microbiome enhancing resiliency everything
- 59:11There's just talked about today is basically the encore method in terms of how do we impact the environment?
- 59:16So this way you start feeling safe
- 59:19Right the safety is really important to driving down that
- 59:23sympathetic nervous system state that in parasympathetic
- 59:25So this is where the nervous system is really important to create a coherency state in the body
- 59:30And the Sally optimization you solve body bio
- 59:34phospholipids or all the essential
- 59:36bioactive oils really important factor in terms of getting this cell membrane correctly
- 59:41Flourishing and then being pliable and creating that energy
- 59:44Amen, and then rebound some microbiome and so that's the part that I'm going to be teaching in that
- 59:49I also have a free community that people could join as well
- 59:51That's also really appreciate you being here great information
- 59:55A lot of the stuff are on the same page man. This has been awesome. Thank you. It was a blessing
- 1:00:00You
