- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome everybody, the best betting show ever. I'm Lawrence Presman.
- 0:04Speaker 1: We've got a very frustrated Joe rn Are with us,
- 0:08Speaker 1: and of course Brant Power, who's had to listen to
- 0:11Speaker 1: the two of us picker for the last three minutes.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Welcome to the show. No NBA today, tons of baseball
- 0:18Speaker 1: and a whole lot of n h L. We also
- 0:21Speaker 1: have the Master's recap. Bright, did you watch it?
- 0:26Speaker 2: I watched a little bit of the Masters. Yes, I'm
- 0:29Speaker 2: just cleaning along here on a Monday. That's all I
- 0:32Speaker 2: care about.
- 0:33Speaker 1: You know, what did you say?
- 0:36Speaker 2: I'm just glad the team's getting along on Monday.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Lord, Hey listen ear.
- 0:45Speaker 3: We haven't gotten around your ship yet either, so hold on. Yeah,
- 0:48Speaker 3: we'll be there in a minute.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Two.
- 0:50Speaker 4: Yeah, Joe will coup on.
- 0:51Speaker 1: The wrong side of the bed today, everybody. And when
- 0:53Speaker 1: I say the wrong side of the bed, I mean
- 0:56Speaker 1: the bathtub.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Might have fallen off the bed. Yeah, you were good.
- 1:02Speaker 1: The only guy in the world and fell out of
- 1:04Speaker 1: the bathtub while sleeping for the night. Oh, Joe and
- 1:08Speaker 1: area every weding. Okay, so uh weekend recap, boys, I
- 1:17Speaker 1: watched a lot of Masters. Other than that, I had
- 1:22Speaker 1: a very small amount of bets for my clients. I'm finding,
- 1:25Speaker 1: you know, with NBA winding down, uh, and U NHL
- 1:31Speaker 1: is just impossible to bet right now. So yeah, it
- 1:34Speaker 1: was a small weekend for me. Joe, How did you
- 1:36Speaker 1: do well?
- 1:37Speaker 4: I just I can't.
- 1:38Speaker 3: I'm so thankful the NBA regular season is over, because
- 1:41Speaker 3: if I got to tolerate any more of that grossness,
- 1:44Speaker 3: it's uh, I'd quit this mort all together. But it
- 1:47Speaker 3: should be interesting starting tomorrow and then Wednesday with the
- 1:50Speaker 3: playing games. Uh, and then you know, the real fun
- 1:53Speaker 3: will begin here towards the weekend in the association. But
- 1:57Speaker 3: baseball has been has been rolling, so that's been a
- 2:00Speaker 3: lot of fun. And another card today won a lot
- 2:03Speaker 3: of aces on the mound.
- 2:04Speaker 4: It's going to make it interesting.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Yep, to say the least. Brian Power, how's your baseball
- 2:10Speaker 1: season going so far?
- 2:13Speaker 2: It's been up and that's been great with totals. Sides
- 2:16Speaker 2: have been up and down. We had a nice underdog
- 2:18Speaker 2: winner on Friday with the Rays, but I lost the
- 2:20Speaker 2: two sides gave out yesterday. With totals. I'm one hundred
- 2:23Speaker 2: with totals, one of them all in April, so that's good.
- 2:26Speaker 2: And then like you, guys, Just to echo the sentiments here,
- 2:29Speaker 2: I guess this is just what everybody's probably saying on Monday.
- 2:32Speaker 2: I'm glad the NBA regular season is over brushed it
- 2:35Speaker 2: in the playoffs last year. Looking forward to doing that
- 2:36Speaker 2: again this year. But soccer for me was the key
- 2:39Speaker 2: or the last seventy six and oh with soccer bets
- 2:41Speaker 2: over the last seven days and uh so three and
- 2:44Speaker 2: oh weekend on the so that over the good time
- 2:48Speaker 2: to heat up.
- 2:49Speaker 1: We got the World Cup around the corner. Uh soccer
- 2:53Speaker 1: in full swing. We got a lot of talented soccer
- 2:55Speaker 1: betters over at wager Talk, guys, stay with us all
- 2:59Speaker 1: the way through the we got a lot of bets
- 3:01Speaker 1: coming your way. We're gonna take apart all four playing
- 3:04Speaker 1: games real quick. We got a parlay of the day,
- 3:07Speaker 1: our predictive market segments and all of the rundowns. Joe,
- 3:12Speaker 1: let's start with you. Tuesday, April fourteenth, Portland plus four
- 3:18Speaker 1: against Phoenix a total of two seventeen. Miami in Charlotte.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Charlotte is minus five to five and a half total
- 3:27Speaker 1: of two to twenty eight. Any immediate bets jump out
- 3:32Speaker 1: at you.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Well, I thought it was funny because the line opened
- 3:35Speaker 3: up with Miami and Charlotte five five and a half.
- 3:38Speaker 3: It was bet up to seven and a half within
- 3:40Speaker 3: an hour of that game being over yesterday, and then
- 3:43Speaker 3: cooler heads prevailed and realized you got a extremely experienced
- 3:48Speaker 3: Miami team taking on a very inexperienced Charlotte team and
- 3:52Speaker 3: given Miami seven and a half points with spolsters is
- 3:56Speaker 3: probably not the best thing. I'm even seeing maybe a
- 3:59Speaker 3: five or two starting to pop up here, So I
- 4:01Speaker 3: think that's.
- 4:02Speaker 4: What it comes down to.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Do you believe experience matters in a game like this,
- 4:07Speaker 3: because if you do, I would take the points in
- 4:09Speaker 3: a heartbeat. They have not been great the final month
- 4:12Speaker 3: of the season, but what the hell when your experience prays?
- 4:15Speaker 4: What the hell? The same thing in the NHL?
- 4:17Speaker 3: What the hell difference does current form make if you
- 4:19Speaker 3: understand what the you know, two equal teams play one another,
- 4:23Speaker 3: the team with the experience tends to understand the moment
- 4:26Speaker 3: a little bit better.
- 4:28Speaker 1: I mean, Brian, we haven't had the opportunity to put
- 4:31Speaker 1: this theory to to test, but my guess is betting
- 4:37Speaker 1: against Charlotte in a playoff game is likely a good idea.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Well, in all due respect to Joe and his neighbors.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I'm going to be rooting for the Hornets because back
- 4:47Speaker 2: in January, Zeno and I gave out the Hornets five
- 4:50Speaker 2: to one to make the playoffs. So I'm rooting for
- 4:52Speaker 2: just to win. I now I concur with my colleague
- 4:55Speaker 2: mister Ranieri that I would not want to lay it
- 4:57Speaker 2: the Hornets. Here. Two reasons he brought up the experience.
- 5:00Speaker 2: That's obviously you're gonna hear a lot about that over
- 5:02Speaker 2: the next twenty four hours. Number two, the style the
- 5:05Speaker 2: Hornets like to play. As you guys know, they like
- 5:07Speaker 2: to get up and down in transition. Anyone who's watched
- 5:12Speaker 2: any playoff basketball entire life knows the games are not
- 5:16Speaker 2: played up and down a lot of transitions. So I
- 5:19Speaker 2: do worry about the Hornets, a team that has not
- 5:20Speaker 2: qualified for the playoffs proper in ten years. I'm more
- 5:25Speaker 2: interested in those seven to ten games. Though very interesting
- 5:28Speaker 2: you talk about Portland Phoenix is Tuesday. Now, Normally both
- 5:32Speaker 2: seven to ten matchups are played on Tuesday. Is the
- 5:35Speaker 2: way they work with the play and but in the
- 5:37Speaker 2: case of the Eastern Conference, Billy and Orlando had to
- 5:40Speaker 2: get bumped back a day because there was a commitment Prez.
- 5:44Speaker 2: The NHL's Flyers already at a home game scheduled Tuesday,
- 5:47Speaker 2: so the Sixers can't host till Wednesday. The seventh seed, historically,
- 5:52Speaker 2: Joe has been a huge advantage. Every team seeded seventh
- 5:57Speaker 2: has advanced out of the play in tournament, So that's
- 6:00Speaker 2: a nod to the Sixers. But this Sixers team is
- 6:02Speaker 2: very tough to handicap. Two reasons embiid what's his status?
- 6:06Speaker 2: And number two, this is crazy. The Sixers this year
- 6:09Speaker 2: against winning teams are not the team and thirty three
- 6:12Speaker 2: straight up that is by far the worst of any
- 6:16Speaker 2: of the team still playing in Eastern Conference.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Yeah, and no one would have saw that coming, says
- 6:21Speaker 1: Pres sarcastically. Yep, the Clippers in Golden State, Phoenix and Portland, Joe,
- 6:28Speaker 1: you have any thoughts there?
- 6:29Speaker 3: I listened that the most fascinating one is Portland and Phoenix,
- 6:33Speaker 3: because I think those are two teams that were undervalued
- 6:37Speaker 3: all year. They weren't expected to do anything. I mean,
- 6:39Speaker 3: Portland's coach got arrested for running an a legal poker
- 6:43Speaker 3: game and all this. I mean, it's been a hell
- 6:45Speaker 3: of a year for the Portland Trailblazers. But you know,
- 6:48Speaker 3: you got to appreciate a team that down the stretch
- 6:51Speaker 3: had to win some games and they did against teams
- 6:55Speaker 3: that are very similar to them. And listen, Phoenix. Nobody
- 6:58Speaker 3: had Phoenix making a play playoffs. They thought this was
- 7:01Speaker 3: a rebuild year. So both these teams have done a
- 7:04Speaker 3: fantastic job. I don't think either of them, whoever advances,
- 7:08Speaker 3: is getting out of the first round anyway, But I do.
- 7:12Speaker 3: I do think that if there's an under on the board,
- 7:16Speaker 3: this is the game where you're going to get a
- 7:18Speaker 3: total rock fight here. And it's already won to eighteen
- 7:21Speaker 3: to eighteen and a half, I would presently shocked me
- 7:24Speaker 3: if this thing closes to fifteen before it's all said
- 7:26Speaker 3: and done.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean we're seeing that, we're seeing it bet
- 7:29Speaker 1: to the under. Bri already mentioned two seventeen and a
- 7:34Speaker 1: half out there. Now, Okay, yeah, Ry.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I got one. I want to talk about this
- 7:44Speaker 2: Clippers Golden State matchup that we've got the nine ten. Obviously,
- 7:48Speaker 2: these teams have to the way the nine to ten works.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Most of you know this. You gotta win, not just
- 7:52Speaker 2: this game, but then you gotta win. You gotta beat
- 7:54Speaker 2: the loser of the seven eight matchup on Friday. But
- 7:57Speaker 2: I liked the Clippers in this matchup against Golden State
- 8:01Speaker 2: even before. Steve Kerr last night made one of the
- 8:05Speaker 2: most shocking admissions I've heard a coach say going into
- 8:08Speaker 2: the playoffs ever. Did you catch this? Joe Kerr said,
- 8:11Speaker 2: there's going to be a minute's restriction on Curryford and
- 8:14Speaker 2: Porzingis on Wednesday. None of them are going to play
- 8:17Speaker 2: more than forty minutes. The season's on the line. Why
- 8:21Speaker 2: we're doing I mean a minute's restriction in a do
- 8:25Speaker 2: or die game. That's crazy to me? Is Golden State
- 8:29Speaker 2: just saying we would rather play? I know you meant you.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Guys mentioned the Masters at the top of the show.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Is Golden State just making tea times? Or are they
- 8:36Speaker 2: done with what's going on here?
- 8:41Speaker 4: And he's muted.
- 8:43Speaker 1: That's all sor NBA basketball? Hey, I had I had
- 8:47Speaker 1: a cough. Stop bothering them.
- 8:48Speaker 3: I think that's the game that's moved the most though,
- 8:51Speaker 3: hasn't it Because it was three to three and a
- 8:53Speaker 3: half at the look ahead, yes, and what is it now?
- 8:56Speaker 3: And now it's five? So I mean, I tell as
- 8:58Speaker 3: soon as he opened his mouth, he moved the line. Yes,
- 9:01Speaker 3: as soon as he told everyone, Steph's not playing any
- 9:04Speaker 3: more than eight minutes. Everyone's like, yeah, I'll take the Clippers.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Yeah they.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Phoenix in Portland won't play.
- 9:12Speaker 4: Neither won't listen.
- 9:13Speaker 3: Porzingis is lucky to actually even play in the game
- 9:16Speaker 3: at all, much less he ain't gonna play forty minutes.
- 9:18Speaker 3: But yeah, I think the Clippers have and the Clippers
- 9:22Speaker 3: are home, so I get it. But I still wouldn't
- 9:25Speaker 3: lay five with the Clippers.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 9:28Speaker 1: No, as you watched, they yeah, go ahead.
- 9:32Speaker 2: They had a chance to be the eight seed and
- 9:34Speaker 2: they kind of really blew it. I was surprised that,
- 9:36Speaker 2: you know, credit like you were saying Joe a moment ago.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Credit to Portland for stepping up. And at least they
- 9:41Speaker 2: have two chances now to make the playoffs, because I mean,
- 9:44Speaker 2: on paper, the Clippers I actually have been power rated
- 9:47Speaker 2: out of both Phoenix in Portland, but games aren't decided
- 9:50Speaker 2: by power rating. Gotta win them in the court.
- 9:54Speaker 1: There we go, guys, stay with us. A lot still
- 9:57Speaker 1: to come. Let's get to our parlay of the day.
- 10:00Speaker 1: I'm going to start with the Dallas Stars in regulation
- 10:05Speaker 1: at minus won ten against the Toronto Maple Leafs s
- 10:10Speaker 1: and it's around minus one twenty the Dallas Stars in
- 10:13Speaker 1: regulation against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Brian, what do you got?
- 10:18Speaker 2: I'm gonna go to Major League Baseball Rangers A's over
- 10:22Speaker 2: eight and a half. Why do I like the over
- 10:23Speaker 2: in this game? Guys? Well for starters games being played Sacramento,
- 10:28Speaker 2: the A's have played, strangely, only only one home series
- 10:31Speaker 2: so far in their temporary home park, which is of
- 10:33Speaker 2: course a minor league field. At eight hundred runs scored
- 10:37Speaker 2: in that one three game series is actually forty eight
- 10:39Speaker 2: to be exact, but still that's an average is sixteen
- 10:41Speaker 2: runs per game if my math is correct. There Joe
- 10:44Speaker 2: and several. Reno who's on the mound for the A's
- 10:47Speaker 2: his home versus road splits last year, we're insane, an
- 10:50Speaker 2: era over six at home versus around three on the road.
- 10:54Speaker 2: He struggled his first home start this year, sure enough.
- 10:56Speaker 2: And Eavaldi who's starting for the Rangers. He's made two
- 10:59Speaker 2: roads aren't so far this year? A lot eleven runs
- 11:01Speaker 2: at eight and two thirds, I'm surprised as totals sit
- 11:04Speaker 2: at eight and a half. We all know nine is
- 11:05Speaker 2: a key number when betting MLB totals.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Guys.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I don't want to say just blindly bet the over
- 11:11Speaker 2: when these games are being played Sacramento, but eight and
- 11:13Speaker 2: a half is too low for this match. In my
- 11:16Speaker 2: own Indian.
- 11:17Speaker 3: Joe and Arry, it was nine BP, which is crazy
- 11:21Speaker 3: because it was nine. It opened nine, and you look
- 11:24Speaker 3: up this morning and it was bet down to eight
- 11:26Speaker 3: and a half and you're going.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Which I don't know what to make of that. We
- 11:30Speaker 2: talked about on the morning wagers and I said, well,
- 11:33Speaker 2: that was ninety.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Degrees in Sacramento. Yet I think it's only sixty degrees there.
- 11:38Speaker 3: But it's still a minor league ballpark where check swings
- 11:41Speaker 3: can fly out, so I don't get it. And Severan
- 11:44Speaker 3: and O hates's pitching there, so I'm kind of with you.
- 11:48Speaker 3: I also don't think there's going to be a ton
- 11:49Speaker 3: of runs scored with Boston and Minnesota, and I would
- 11:54Speaker 3: look at the under there. Auber has been very good
- 11:56Speaker 3: against these Red Sox hitters, and it would we all
- 11:59Speaker 3: know Crochet is not going to give up a ton here.
- 12:02Speaker 3: But yeah, I think the under seven and a half
- 12:05Speaker 3: is worth a look in that game.
- 12:07Speaker 1: There, we go, and that is our parlay of the day. Guys,
- 12:10Speaker 1: make sure to comment I'm gonna start the mailbag section
- 12:13Speaker 1: up again tomorrow. Art de Caesar will be joining us,
- 12:18Speaker 1: bri Are you hanging out with the predictive market segment?
- 12:21Speaker 2: Oh? Sure, why not if you guys were kind enough
- 12:24Speaker 2: to have me out.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Yes, okay, Joe, let's get to the predictive market segment. Well,
- 12:30Speaker 1: then we'll do some business and get to the rundown.
- 12:33Speaker 3: All right, So let's talk about the NBA because now
- 12:36Speaker 3: would be the time to utilize the predictive markets in
- 12:40Speaker 3: the futures aspect of it. And one of the big
- 12:43Speaker 3: questions I get, and this is one of the markets
- 12:46Speaker 3: I really like, is who is going to be in
- 12:49Speaker 3: the Eastern Conference Finals BP. Who is it going to be?
- 12:54Speaker 3: Is it going to be Boston versus Cleveland? Is it
- 12:57Speaker 3: going to be Detroit versus Boston? Is it gonna be
- 13:01Speaker 3: the Knicks versus Cleveland? Now, depending on which side you're on,
- 13:06Speaker 3: this is gonna be interesting because Cleveland has got Toronto
- 13:09Speaker 3: and then eventually Detroit and then could get into the
- 13:14Speaker 3: Conference finals. Right, So you either have Boston on one side,
- 13:19Speaker 3: Cleveland on the other, or Detroit. So it all depends
- 13:23Speaker 3: on who you think makes it to the finals. Here,
- 13:25Speaker 3: the Knicks screwed themselves by not winning that game, and
- 13:28Speaker 3: now are gonna have to go through Boston at some
- 13:31Speaker 3: point along with Atlanta, and I don't know that they
- 13:33Speaker 3: do that, but I don't know. I think anything with
- 13:36Speaker 3: Cleveland is gonna make your money because right now Boston
- 13:41Speaker 3: Cleveland is thirty three cents. You only need one of
- 13:45Speaker 3: those teams that you know what I mean, if both
- 13:46Speaker 3: of those teams can get to the finals.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Okay, I'm gonna pretend Joe that you asked this question
- 13:54Speaker 2: specifically because I was on that you thought because me,
- 13:58Speaker 2: I think in Cleveland, that that that's what's behind this.
- 14:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:01Speaker 2: I like Boston and Cleveland as Eastern Conference finals. That
- 14:03Speaker 2: that's what my pick. I think Cleveland. I've been arguing
- 14:06Speaker 2: with my dad for weeks. He gets very upset when
- 14:09Speaker 2: the Calves are phoning in and I said, Dad, they're
- 14:11Speaker 2: playing for the Force. The Calves dream scenario is to
- 14:15Speaker 2: get the four seed and for Toronto to be the
- 14:17Speaker 2: five And it was crazy, how thick?
- 14:21Speaker 1: Why is that the dream scenario?
- 14:23Speaker 2: I think the Raptors the worst team in the Eastern Conference.
- 14:26Speaker 1: Yea three times in a row. That.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Yeah, those games were played in eighteen twenty two. I
- 14:34Speaker 2: think if you if you go back and look, they
- 14:36Speaker 2: were in all seriousness. They were played before Thanksgiving. Cleveland sad, guys,
- 14:40Speaker 2: there was no Harden. I like Cleveland's path here. I
- 14:44Speaker 2: think that it's funny, Joe, because you remember last year
- 14:47Speaker 2: Cleveland was the one seed got upset by the upstart Indiana,
- 14:52Speaker 2: and now they can kind of turn the tables here.
- 14:54Speaker 2: It feels like Detroit's a vulnerable one seed in my opinion,
- 15:00Speaker 2: all due respect to the way you talk Home Office,
- 15:02Speaker 2: I don't know. I think this broke right for Cleveland
- 15:05Speaker 2: with Orlando inexplicably losing to Boston last night, So yeah, calvs. Boston.
- 15:09Speaker 2: To me, I agree with what the predictive markets are
- 15:13Speaker 2: saying that that is your most likely Eastern Conference Finals matchup,
- 15:18Speaker 2: But the Celtics have revenge against the Look. I like
- 15:21Speaker 2: the Celtics a lot to win the East. I think
- 15:22Speaker 2: they're the rightful favorites here.
- 15:25Speaker 3: We also think it makes sense because Boston and Cleveland
- 15:28Speaker 3: are going to win their first round series, and if
- 15:32Speaker 3: they do that, this press, you know, goes from thirty
- 15:35Speaker 3: three to you know what I mean, I don't necessarily
- 15:39Speaker 3: I just need both of these teams to win the
- 15:41Speaker 3: first one and then look like they've got a shot
- 15:44Speaker 3: at some point in that second series to get to
- 15:46Speaker 3: the finals, and no matter what happens at that point,
- 15:49Speaker 3: I think you can have enough of a profit to
- 15:51Speaker 3: be able to cash out. And that's the point of
- 15:55Speaker 3: that market, and that's the point of all of these markets.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Yeah, and it makes total sense. I love it. We're
- 16:01Speaker 1: going to be doing the exact same thing in the NHL.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I mean, you know, the poly markets, guys, they are
- 16:09Speaker 1: best suited for quick in and outs. They are perfectly suited.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Or you know, can I make ten twenty percent of
- 16:18Speaker 1: my money over a week period, a two week period.
- 16:22Speaker 1: That's how I would use the poly markets. And I
- 16:24Speaker 1: think ultimately, if you listen to us during these segments,
- 16:28Speaker 1: it's it's just pure fricking gold. I mean, I came
- 16:33Speaker 1: on here and told you guys at the Carolina Hurricanes
- 16:36Speaker 1: were going to win the Eastern Conference. I think it
- 16:39Speaker 1: was plus seven hundred or something at the time here
- 16:42Speaker 1: they sit at the top. I told you guys that
- 16:45Speaker 1: Winnipeg would make the playoffs, at nine percent. Yeah, I
- 16:50Speaker 1: was wrong, but they got up to twenty percent, exactly
- 16:54Speaker 1: as predicted. I told you guys that Vegas Goal Knights
- 17:00Speaker 1: would win the division with Edmonton and Anaheim like three
- 17:05Speaker 1: weeks ago. Here they sit. So this is not about
- 17:09Speaker 1: holding tickets. This is about w money. Get the hell out,
- 17:13Speaker 1: let's do it again tomorrow.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Yep.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Well and look at this, you got the Western Conference champion.
- 17:19Speaker 3: I've already bet Denver. I'm locked in here to Denver.
- 17:22Speaker 3: I actually got a better price on here, and I'll
- 17:25Speaker 3: tell you for the same reason. It makes total sense
- 17:27Speaker 3: because by san Antonio shit in the bed last night
- 17:30Speaker 3: and deciding they didn't need to play.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Now, san Antonio's at the side of.
- 17:35Speaker 3: The bracket where not only will they have to end
- 17:38Speaker 3: up beating Denver, but then they'd have to go to
- 17:40Speaker 3: OKC and beat them as well. So instead of getting
- 17:44Speaker 3: the side of Houston, which also is a pretty good
- 17:47Speaker 3: bet given the fact that their path to a possible
- 17:50Speaker 3: championship game doesn't include having to go through them, I mean, Denver,
- 17:55Speaker 3: all I need them pres is to is to get
- 17:58Speaker 3: through and we're good to go and.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Get it to the finals. There. We're good to go.
- 18:03Speaker 4: But Denver, it's san Antonio good luck.
- 18:07Speaker 3: That means you've got to bounce Denver and OKAC out
- 18:11Speaker 3: in order to be able to make to the finals.
- 18:13Speaker 4: And I don't think they're gonna do that there bp no.
- 18:17Speaker 2: You know, I thought you talk about San Antonio and
- 18:19Speaker 2: the result yesterday. I thought Oklahoma City were big winners obviously,
- 18:22Speaker 2: you know. I mean we talked about getting in and
- 18:24Speaker 2: getting out with these markets. The price isn't great on
- 18:27Speaker 2: Oklahoma City, but I think Oklahoma City has got a
- 18:29Speaker 2: pretty clear path to the Conference finals. To be honestly,
- 18:32Speaker 2: I don't think they're afraid. I agree that Rockets Lakers
- 18:36Speaker 2: series should not scare them. So I don't want to
- 18:39Speaker 2: say just go ahead and pencil the Thunder into the
- 18:41Speaker 2: conference finals. A lot could happen, but I would be
- 18:44Speaker 2: quite frankly astounded if the Oklahoma City Thunder were not
- 18:47Speaker 2: one of the last four teams standing. And yeah, I
- 18:49Speaker 2: think San Antonio is an interesting potential match up there
- 18:53Speaker 2: in the conference semi finals. If you like Denver, you
- 18:55Speaker 2: see on your screen right there at that fourteen percent,
- 18:58Speaker 2: I think, yeah, that's a good number that you're getting
- 19:01Speaker 2: right there. And remember San Antonio is not battle testing.
- 19:04Speaker 2: I know everyone's going to talk about san Antonio's record
- 19:06Speaker 2: against the Thunder, but you know it's been a while
- 19:09Speaker 2: since they've won a big playoff series obviously.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Yep.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's sorry. That's an That's interesting, Brian, because
- 19:16Speaker 1: you have a similar situation with say the Buffalo Sabers
- 19:19Speaker 1: in NHLP, you know, being a team that could win
- 19:22Speaker 1: it all. Same with the Ottawa Senators, the Montreal Canadians,
- 19:26Speaker 1: and they're all going to have to go through Carolina
- 19:28Speaker 1: and Tampa Bay, which are battle tested. The converse argument
- 19:32Speaker 1: to that, though.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Is.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Teams like Buffalo and San Antonio are so not ready
- 19:42Speaker 1: that that actually might allow them to play looser, freer.
- 19:46Speaker 1: And it's those middle teams like Carolina Hurricanes or like
- 19:51Speaker 1: you know, a team like Cleveland or Detroit Pistons, where
- 19:55Speaker 1: there are expectations they've gotten everything is prepared. I'm more
- 20:00Speaker 1: worried about those teams and the teams that are coming
- 20:03Speaker 1: in with zero experience and can play pretty loose.
- 20:07Speaker 4: I agree.
- 20:08Speaker 2: My one caveat though, Joe, I'll bring up to Denver
- 20:12Speaker 2: is san Antonio is not going to get eliminated in
- 20:15Speaker 2: the first round. Denver could get a test from Minnesota. Again,
- 20:19Speaker 2: I think I think they would have rather played Houston
- 20:23Speaker 2: and the Lakers in the first round.
- 20:24Speaker 4: Denver.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, but listen, if I'm san Antonio, I want
- 20:28Speaker 3: to win that game last night and then have Denver
- 20:31Speaker 3: and OKC beat the crap out of one another and
- 20:33Speaker 3: then I can meet them for there.
- 20:34Speaker 4: But since they didn't do that, now you're gonna have
- 20:37Speaker 4: to not only go.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Through Denver, and you can't stop Jokic in the backups.
- 20:42Speaker 3: I don't know what the hell you're gonna do when
- 20:43Speaker 3: you gotta play them.
- 20:44Speaker 4: In a series.
- 20:45Speaker 3: Yeah, you just made it that much harder for a
- 20:48Speaker 3: young team to have to go and listen, if they
- 20:50Speaker 3: can beat Denver, n Okac and consecutive rounds, then just
- 20:54Speaker 3: crown them, give them the damn championship because nobody is
- 20:57Speaker 3: stopping them. But I don't see them getting past Denver
- 21:00Speaker 3: this year.
- 21:00Speaker 4: I really don't. Guys.
- 21:02Speaker 1: We got to keep the show moving. Let's get to
- 21:04Speaker 1: some bitcoin. Mark Moss. Mark Moss, as a bitcoin strategist,
- 21:12Speaker 1: believes that bitcoin could get to forty five million dollars
- 21:17Speaker 1: each by twenty fifty. I'll take the under if kel
- 21:23Speaker 1: she has that available.
- 21:25Speaker 4: I'm just trying to get five o'clock.
- 21:27Speaker 1: I mean as far as Todago's, as far as Todaego's,
- 21:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with over seventy two thousand at forty six.
- 21:37Speaker 1: So that's yes, fifty one cents to the yes, even
- 21:42Speaker 1: over seventy two thousand. That's all I got on Bitcoin, Ran,
- 21:46Speaker 1: What do you got to promote some business time and
- 21:49Speaker 1: then we'll say goodbye. Thanks for doing this, brother, not
- 21:53Speaker 1: a problem.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Yeah, Like I mentioned, the top soccer been great guys,
- 21:56Speaker 2: six and oh the last seven days number one, over
- 21:58Speaker 2: the last seven days on the pitch umber one the
- 22:00Speaker 2: last two years in soccer up over fifty units with
- 22:04Speaker 2: all soccer plays. So hopefully I have something on the
- 22:07Speaker 2: Champions League. Maybe we'll do the five dollars Tuesday special
- 22:10Speaker 2: on that. Checking out WT dot Buzz slash BP and
- 22:13Speaker 2: don't forget about the Morning Wager available on both the
- 22:16Speaker 2: Wager Talk and Picks and Parley's YouTube channels. In and
- 22:19Speaker 2: I gave up three free plays in MLB today and
- 22:22Speaker 2: we talked the NBA playoffs as well. Thank you guys
- 22:24Speaker 2: for having me.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Beautiful stuff like.
- 22:28Speaker 3: You there BP, nobody exact get out of here, Bright.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Joe and Aary, let's take care of some business brother
- 22:37Speaker 1: who joven Aary. I got a really strong baseball bet
- 22:42Speaker 1: up for my clients tonight. It is a totals bet
- 22:47Speaker 1: and I'm perfect this season in NBA in baseball totals,
- 22:52Speaker 1: a perfect seven and oh, I have not lost one
- 22:55Speaker 1: single baseball total bet this year seven and oh I
- 23:00Speaker 1: have my eighth going tonight. Make sure to get that
- 23:04Speaker 1: baseball total in. What do you got?
- 23:06Speaker 2: My brother?
- 23:06Speaker 3: Yeah, locked in on baseball here, and I've got already
- 23:12Speaker 3: getting out in front of a line for this weekend's
- 23:16Speaker 3: first round in the NBA playoffs as well. That game
- 23:19Speaker 3: will also be up here today. But coming off a
- 23:22Speaker 3: hell of a weekend on the Diamond press, so definitely
- 23:25Speaker 3: got a four percent top play available right now over
- 23:28Speaker 3: at wager talk dot com.
- 23:30Speaker 1: There you go, Joe, I regretfully have a funeral to
- 23:34Speaker 1: attend one of my best friend's wives mother passed away.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Oh so I'm going to do the baseball the NHL
- 23:43Speaker 1: rundown and get out of here. But guys, again, please
- 23:46Speaker 1: do not miss my baseball play today going for eight
- 23:51Speaker 1: in a row. Okay, NHL rundown, let's get into it.
- 23:55Speaker 4: Listen.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Full disclosure. NHL right now is rough. It's tough. I'm
- 24:00Speaker 1: not going to be making a lot of bets. We're
- 24:02Speaker 1: gonna wait till the playoffs start. With that said, Tampa
- 24:06Speaker 1: Bay is the play in regulation against Detroit. Detroit is done.
- 24:11Speaker 1: They know it, and they've gotta be feeling pretty bad
- 24:13Speaker 1: about it. Philadelphia playing Carolina. This is a crucial game
- 24:18Speaker 1: of Philadelphia. They win, they're in. They're minus one twenty.
- 24:22Speaker 1: I like them, Florida and the Rangers. I don't think
- 24:26Speaker 1: anyone is scoring in this game. Take under the total
- 24:29Speaker 1: of six and a half. Take Dallas the Stars in
- 24:33Speaker 1: regulation against the Toronto Maple Leafs. San Jose is playing Nashville.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Nashville must win this game, they have no choice. With
- 24:41Speaker 1: that said, San Jose has won a couple in a row,
- 24:44Speaker 1: and I don't think the San Jose team goes away.
- 24:47Speaker 1: I like San Jose, smoll in the spot. Saint Louis
- 24:52Speaker 1: against Minnesota. Minnesota playing with nothing here, nor Saint Louis,
- 24:57Speaker 1: but I think Saint Louis gets it done. At minus
- 24:59Speaker 1: one thirty. I think Buffalo tries to win this game.
- 25:02Speaker 1: They have a chance to win their division and Cartman's
- 25:05Speaker 1: take the Sabers in regulation against Chicago. I think Edmonton
- 25:10Speaker 1: gets it done. They need to win this game to
- 25:12Speaker 1: win the division against the Colorado team that's playing for nothing.
- 25:16Speaker 1: I think the Kings get it done against Seattle, and
- 25:20Speaker 1: I think Vegas gets it done against the Winnipeg Jets
- 25:23Speaker 1: team who is now finished for the season. That's it
- 25:26Speaker 1: for the NHL. Rundown, Joe, you got the MLB stuff
- 25:31Speaker 1: and the best bets. I got to get out of here,
- 25:33Speaker 1: my brother, We'll see you all tomorrow. Thanks for doing this, Joveiniary.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Let's love everybody all.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Right, Pras, we will see you tomorrow here as we
- 25:42Speaker 3: get ready for let's do some Major League baseball here,
- 25:46Speaker 3: and it's going to start early here today with Houston
- 25:50Speaker 3: taking on Seattle here in this spot, Kirby going up
- 25:54Speaker 3: against Burrows, and I listen, I'm not expecting a ton
- 25:57Speaker 3: of runs at least early in this here with these
- 26:01Speaker 3: two pitchers. Although Kirby it's not a great hitters ballpark.
- 26:05Speaker 3: We know that Kirby has been known to maybe give
- 26:10Speaker 3: up a long ball here or there. Burrows had a
- 26:12Speaker 3: couple of rough spots, but he's actually done pretty good
- 26:14Speaker 3: against these Mariners hitters, who, let's face it, at this point,
- 26:17Speaker 3: aren't great. Maybe a first five under or even how
- 26:21Speaker 3: about this, how about a first five team total under
- 26:25Speaker 3: here for the Mariners. There, the Diamondbacks and the Orioles.
- 26:28Speaker 3: Now this game, I'm expecting runs. Kudos to the Orioles
- 26:32Speaker 3: having a nice weekend, and so did the Diamondbacks too,
- 26:35Speaker 3: with a couple of one run games that they ended
- 26:39Speaker 3: up winning. There against the Phillies, who are going in
- 26:42Speaker 3: the wrong direction. Nelson versus Krema. Krema's first start of
- 26:46Speaker 3: the season here for Baltimore. Nelson's got roughed up given
- 26:49Speaker 3: the long ball up here in his first couple of
- 26:52Speaker 3: starts this season. I like the over eight and a
- 26:54Speaker 3: half there. I mentioned the Phillies. They just can't They
- 26:57Speaker 3: can't hit water if they fell out of a boat.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Right now, they have scored only in three of their
- 27:03Speaker 3: last forty five innings. They've been shut out twice. They've
- 27:06Speaker 3: lost four of the last five. And listen, the Cubs,
- 27:09Speaker 3: outside of yesterday's crazy comeback, have not been any better
- 27:14Speaker 3: at the plates. Something tells me Sanchez versus a sad
- 27:18Speaker 3: we might have an under here tonight. Paul Skeen's first
- 27:21Speaker 3: five under you know how that works against the Nats.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Yankees going through it right now, but they got Kokuchi
- 27:28Speaker 3: taking on Will Warren. Nine and a half is the
- 27:31Speaker 3: number here, and yep, I like the Yankees. I think
- 27:36Speaker 3: the Yankees come back, but I like them better in
- 27:38Speaker 3: the first five. I think the Braves continue to roll
- 27:41Speaker 3: here against Juri Perez, who can't pitch on the road.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I think the Guardians get the Cardinals. I think Crochet
- 27:47Speaker 3: and the Red Sox get the Twins. I like the
- 27:50Speaker 3: over with the Rangers and Athletics, and yes, I'm gonna
- 27:53Speaker 3: take an over with the Mets and Dodgers, even though
- 27:56Speaker 3: the Mets can't seem to get out of their own
- 27:58Speaker 3: way lately. As well as far as some of the
- 28:03Speaker 3: best bets here on the board tonight, guys, I definitely
- 28:06Speaker 3: think I mean kudos to the Atlanta Braves here for
- 28:10Speaker 3: getting it done coming off of Sunday Night Baseball demolishing
- 28:14Speaker 3: of Tanner Bidy and the Guardians there. But the Bats
- 28:19Speaker 3: are really starting to get into effect now. Listen, the
- 28:21Speaker 3: Braves need to score thirteen runs a game with how
- 28:24Speaker 3: that starting pitching is right now, and at some point
- 28:28Speaker 3: Bryce Elder is going to come back down to reality.
- 28:31Speaker 3: Grant Holmes, though, is a pretty nice addition. He was
- 28:33Speaker 3: a pretty good fine last year for a spot reliever
- 28:37Speaker 3: and a spot starter that's actually had to work his
- 28:40Speaker 3: way into the starting rotation because of the injuries, and
- 28:42Speaker 3: he's done well. Juri Perez good in Miami, awful.
- 28:46Speaker 4: On the road.
- 28:47Speaker 3: It's been his moo. He's giving up a lot of barrels.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Guys allowed a hard contact this year. And the way
- 28:53Speaker 3: the Braves are rolling no travel after last night, there's
- 28:57Speaker 3: still a truest park. I like the Braves get it
- 29:00Speaker 3: done there after poor Sandy got lit up yesterday in
- 29:04Speaker 3: that game again against Scooble in company. Schooble had a
- 29:09Speaker 3: no hitter through six. But I don't know that it's
- 29:11Speaker 3: gonna get any better for the Marlins here. I like
- 29:13Speaker 3: the Braves. I also like the over in that spot there.
- 29:18Speaker 3: All right, So we've got one Major League Baseball best
- 29:22Speaker 3: bet there. I am going to have a couple of
- 29:25Speaker 3: plays here, one for tomorrow in the NBA, but one
- 29:29Speaker 3: coming up in the first weekend of the NBA postseason.
- 29:33Speaker 3: There is one series that you need to bet sooner
- 29:37Speaker 3: rather than later because after the first game, you're not
- 29:42Speaker 3: gonna be able to get this price here, so that'll
- 29:45Speaker 3: be available of my page at wager talk dot com.
- 29:48Speaker 4: Don't forget.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Hit that like and subscribe button here. Let's keep rolling
- 29:52Speaker 3: in Major League Baseball again. Don't forget tomorrow will be back.
- 29:57Speaker 3: Art to Caesar will be here laying it all out
- 29:59Speaker 3: for you. Where the sharp money is coming in. What
- 30:02Speaker 3: did the book see happening over the weekend? All the
- 30:05Speaker 3: knowledge to make you well a little more profitable, and
- 30:08Speaker 3: that is ultimately what it is all about. So appreciate it, guys.
- 30:12Speaker 3: As always, best of luck with the plays here today.
- 30:15Speaker 3: We'll see you again tomorrow on the best betting show ever.
- 30:18Speaker 4: Good luck
