- 0:07Speaker 1: Sentiment is now hitting rock bottom. Where does the market
- 0:10Speaker 1: go from here? Today? We'll break it down for you.
- 0:11Speaker 1: My name is Paul bare Welcome back in a tech path.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I want to thank our sponsor today and that is
- 0:15Speaker 1: I Trust Capital. If you are looking to lock away
- 0:17Speaker 1: your crypto and do it for more long term holding, well,
- 0:21Speaker 1: a CRYPTOIRA is one of the ways you can do that.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Visit I trustcapital dot com. You guys can buy sell
- 0:27Speaker 1: all of your crypto and of course gold and silver
- 0:30Speaker 1: over there with your IRA. Once you're in the account,
- 0:33Speaker 1: so you can't transfer crypto in, but you can start
- 0:36Speaker 1: acquiring it and get in on that use our link
- 0:39Speaker 1: down below. Let's go over to where the market is
- 0:42Speaker 1: right now. A lot of negative input right now. If
- 0:45Speaker 1: you look at the coin market cap, crypto fear and
- 0:48Speaker 1: greed holding it twenty quite possibly the lowest we've ever
- 0:52Speaker 1: seen right there, as you can kind of see it
- 0:54Speaker 1: starting to go into no man's land. This is an
- 0:57Speaker 1: area that continues to decline. If you look at fear
- 0:59Speaker 1: and grind from CNN, there of course ten extreme fear
- 1:04Speaker 1: now in the market. And if you've scan down here,
- 1:06Speaker 1: even if you look back in say November of twenty two,
- 1:10Speaker 1: holding it around a twenty three on fear and greed
- 1:14Speaker 1: versus where we are right now holding at a twenty one.
- 1:17Speaker 1: So pretty significant situations brewing right now in crypto. Obviously,
- 1:23Speaker 1: we'll look at the traditional markets. This is a fear
- 1:26Speaker 1: and greed on securities still holding it at twenty two.
- 1:30Speaker 1: People are still concerned. I think most of this has
- 1:32Speaker 1: been driven obviously by Trump's tariffs, and also just the
- 1:36Speaker 1: macro pressure that inflation is playing. How the Fed is
- 1:40Speaker 1: going to respond. It's getting into a little bit of
- 1:43Speaker 1: a very questionable strategy going forward. Many people think that
- 1:49Speaker 1: this whole mar Lago accord idea of getting a weaker
- 1:52Speaker 1: dollar and a stronger market place is still part of this.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I'm still yet to see the playout. However, you have
- 2:00Speaker 1: to think about what Trump does and how he architects
- 2:05Speaker 1: his deals. I'll talk about that in a minute. Last
- 2:07Speaker 1: up was our own MSI two point zero. This is
- 2:09Speaker 1: our dashboard. Overall sentiment has fallen from. If you look
- 2:13Speaker 1: at where bitcoin, which was back in just the end
- 2:16Speaker 1: of January, it was at a fifty eight and it's
- 2:18Speaker 1: holding right now at a fifty, so very very significant.
- 2:23Speaker 1: And that's with bitcoin only coming down to around eighty
- 2:25Speaker 1: two eighty four oul thousand, so a big deal. Overall.
- 2:30Speaker 1: D five of course dropping off right now, Meme coins
- 2:32Speaker 1: getting a big drop. Overall all coins continuing to decline.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Pretty much everything out there in terms of crypto sentiment
- 2:41Speaker 1: is down. Now. The question is is this a good
- 2:43Speaker 1: time to say, Okay, well, it can't go much further
- 2:46Speaker 1: than this. Is this an opportunity for some of these
- 2:48Speaker 1: tokens to get an entry that I've never had a
- 2:51Speaker 1: chance at before, especially for those of you who've never
- 2:54Speaker 1: been in crypto before. So this is an interesting time
- 2:57Speaker 1: that could perk up. If you look at in revenue
- 3:00Speaker 1: is up eighty percent. Obviously, demand on AI chips a
- 3:04Speaker 1: couple of points within the article right here, thirty nine
- 3:07Speaker 1: point three billion for the quarter. This is up twelve
- 3:09Speaker 1: percent from its previous quarter and seventy eight percent from
- 3:12Speaker 1: the same quarter last year. Big deal there. AI is
- 3:15Speaker 1: advancing at lid speed. We already know this is going
- 3:19Speaker 1: to have a big impact, I think on crypto in general,
- 3:22Speaker 1: because there are some other factors that play into this.
- 3:24Speaker 1: If you look at the finance chart here, three years ago,
- 3:28Speaker 1: gaming was in Vidia's biggest market. Now of course, that
- 3:31Speaker 1: has completely changed now when you look at in video
- 3:35Speaker 1: right there in comparison data center revenue versus gaming revenue,
- 3:39Speaker 1: big difference now, guys, big difference. So obviously AI big
- 3:43Speaker 1: part of this going forward. I've got a clip here
- 3:45Speaker 1: from Jensen Wong who is going to break down a
- 3:48Speaker 1: little bit more about deep seek and why this was
- 3:50Speaker 1: good for AI.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Take a look, we thought computation the amount of compute
- 3:54Speaker 2: necessary was a lot last year, and then all of
- 3:57Speaker 2: a sudden, reasoning AI Deep squel an example of that.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Chat youpt four h is an example of that. Grock
- 4:03Speaker 2: three reasonings an example of that. So all of these
- 4:06Speaker 2: reasoning AI models now need a lot more compute than
- 4:09Speaker 2: what we used to.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Let's stop you there, because it's even more load because
- 4:13Speaker 3: some people took deepseek to mean actually that you need
- 4:17Speaker 3: less compute, right because the initial report was that they
- 4:20Speaker 3: were doing more with less.
- 4:22Speaker 2: There are three phases in how AI works, how AI
- 4:26Speaker 2: is developed largely. Number one is pre training. It's kind
- 4:31Speaker 2: of like us going through high school. A lot of
- 4:33Speaker 2: basic math, basic language, basic everything. In post training, you
- 4:38Speaker 2: might get human feedback, you know, it's like a teacher
- 4:41Speaker 2: showing it to you. We call it reinforcement learning, human feedback,
- 4:44Speaker 2: and that computation load could be one hundred times more
- 4:49Speaker 2: than pre training. And then here comes inference, the reasoning process.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Instead of just spewing out an answer when prompted, it
- 4:58Speaker 2: reasons about it, things about how best to answer that question.
- 5:02Speaker 2: All of this is just causing compute demand to go
- 5:06Speaker 2: sky high.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Okay, so you can see the variations of how technology
- 5:10Speaker 1: when you look at how it compounds over time, especially
- 5:13Speaker 1: with AI and the use case and need and Vidio
- 5:17Speaker 1: could still have a large percentage of this market, obviously
- 5:20Speaker 1: going into maybe even more advanced chips as AI starts
- 5:23Speaker 1: to advance itself. If you look at Rindoshi, he's talking
- 5:27Speaker 1: about next generation of AI is going to need one
- 5:29Speaker 1: hundred x more compute than the older models. This is
- 5:33Speaker 1: talking about what Jensen was talking about there, stack tokenized
- 5:35Speaker 1: compute and chill on render. Render is of course one
- 5:38Speaker 1: of those tokens that we've talked about here on this
- 5:40Speaker 1: show for quite a while that does decentralize compute, and
- 5:44Speaker 1: there are some opportunities here. I think within this render
- 5:46Speaker 1: is kind of tied to what's happening with in video
- 5:50Speaker 1: other things that I want to jump to, of course,
- 5:52Speaker 1: twenty one shares season video earnings and Friday's PC eight
- 5:56Speaker 1: PCEE data as a potential catalyst maybe for a bitcoin
- 5:59Speaker 1: boost here. And if we get a softer PCEE, which
- 6:02Speaker 1: is what's anticipated, it could be a little bit of
- 6:05Speaker 1: a signal here. With a continued AI driven demand, a
- 6:08Speaker 1: positive PC inflation could create a perfect macro environment for
- 6:12Speaker 1: bitcoin not only reclaim as previous, but also possibly start
- 6:16Speaker 1: to push its way back up to an all time high.
- 6:19Speaker 1: One point fifty is the question mark of course that
- 6:21Speaker 1: everybody's looking at. Guidance on stable coins is going to come,
- 6:24Speaker 1: that is for sure, And of course you've got institutional
- 6:27Speaker 1: allocation that's still moving into the space. So I think
- 6:30Speaker 1: with those that is a good kind of triple threat
- 6:34Speaker 1: of what's happening in the category right now. And remember
- 6:37Speaker 1: it's always darkest right before the dawn, So those are
- 6:39Speaker 1: the kind of things that I think the market is
- 6:42Speaker 1: faced with right now. Other factors that are out there
- 6:45Speaker 1: right now, the US government back stable coin that is
- 6:48Speaker 1: starting to be developed here within Wyoming. This could really
- 6:52Speaker 1: change the narrative around stable coin usage at the state level.
- 6:56Speaker 1: This has not been decided but today there is going
- 6:58Speaker 1: to be a directive coming out of Wyoming that will
- 7:01Speaker 1: at least point to negotiations. And what that means is
- 7:05Speaker 1: they're going to get the go from their commission to
- 7:09Speaker 1: basically go out and start negotiating with Avalanche, Suite and others.
- 7:13Speaker 1: So my anticipation is they're going to use this, this
- 7:16Speaker 1: kind of bargaining chip to really kind of get the
- 7:19Speaker 1: best deal, and it's going to be good, I think
- 7:22Speaker 1: for one of these chains. So whether it's Avalanche, whether
- 7:25Speaker 1: it's Swie, this is yet to be determined, but I
- 7:27Speaker 1: do look at some very good opportunity for this going in. Now.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Where it starts to break down is when you get
- 7:33Speaker 1: into the tariff's side of things, and this is why
- 7:35Speaker 1: I think the market has been responding like it has.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So Trump course announced the ten percent additional tariff on
- 7:42Speaker 1: Chinese imports. Here we go again. So this is a
- 7:45Speaker 1: problem with the Chinese trade deficit that does exist, and
- 7:52Speaker 1: I think a lot of people forget how much of
- 7:53Speaker 1: a trade deficit is with China, and I think Trump's
- 7:57Speaker 1: position is he uses this as a way to negotiate,
- 8:01Speaker 1: and my anticipation is that a lot of these these tariffs.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Most likely we walk back because of some other scenario
- 8:10Speaker 1: that plays out within the negotiation where China gives up
- 8:14Speaker 1: something else possibly that can be able to onboard more
- 8:17Speaker 1: jobs here in the United States, So watch for that.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Other things you got to look for is of course Blackrock.
- 8:23Speaker 1: They're selling about five thousand and bitcoin, but that's really
- 8:26Speaker 1: just investors that are in the ETF that are dumping
- 8:30Speaker 1: bitcoin worth four hundred and twenty three million in the
- 8:32Speaker 1: last twenty four hours. Largest outflow on ETF since this
- 8:36Speaker 1: thing has launched. So here's the chart on IBID just
- 8:39Speaker 1: to show you the total spot ETF net inflow and NetFlow.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I should say this is the deepest we've ever seen
- 8:45Speaker 1: it go. So it definitely is a situation for bitcoin
- 8:49Speaker 1: in terms of the ETF side of things. This also
- 8:52Speaker 1: could mean that we've got other ETFs that are brewing
- 8:55Speaker 1: that maybe some of these institutional investors are possibly looking into.
- 9:00Speaker 1: But if you look at this right here, since the
- 9:01Speaker 1: trade war warriors began on the twentieth, this is the
- 9:04Speaker 1: thing that everybody's worried about. With the tariffs, crypto markets
- 9:08Speaker 1: have erased eight hundred billions. So if you look at
- 9:10Speaker 1: that chart, EU terror for Rumor's boom slack, Trump says
- 9:15Speaker 1: twenty five on coming for the EU, another big bump.
- 9:18Speaker 1: So you can kind of see the market, especially in crypto,
- 9:21Speaker 1: does respond to this. Now again, just remember art of
- 9:26Speaker 1: the deal, the negotiation tactics of Trump. They call it
- 9:30Speaker 1: kind of a blurt. He just blurts these things out
- 9:32Speaker 1: and in many cases he backs away from them very quickly,
- 9:36Speaker 1: and I think that is something that just the market
- 9:38Speaker 1: has to get accustomed to. There's a handful of analysts
- 9:41Speaker 1: that have already started to kind of go down this direction.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Is that don't believe every single word literally coming out
- 9:47Speaker 1: of his mouth because he is using this as a
- 9:49Speaker 1: negotiation ploy to try to play into it enough, he
- 9:52Speaker 1: is not, and it starts to continue to put pressure
- 9:54Speaker 1: into the macro environment. Then you've got a problem, and
- 9:56Speaker 1: that is something that I think everybody is trying to
- 9:59Speaker 1: put their head around and get a framework on good news.
- 10:03Speaker 1: You got to look at this tweet from Eleanor and
- 10:06Speaker 1: what they're getting out, of course, is what's coming out
- 10:08Speaker 1: of the SEC, which is a lot of cases being dropped.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I put a tweet out not too long ago that
- 10:12Speaker 1: says all these cases are going to drop. Sure enough,
- 10:14Speaker 1: these are happening. Robinhood on Monday, UNISWAP on Tuesday, Gemini
- 10:18Speaker 1: on Wednesday. Then of course we had the SEC dropping
- 10:21Speaker 1: their case on consensus and just as a reminder on this,
- 10:25Speaker 1: the agency alleged that the company made more than two
- 10:28Speaker 1: hundred and fifty million in fees by offering staking and
- 10:32Speaker 1: on digital assets swaps through meta mask and of course
- 10:35Speaker 1: that's the whole point. Now it looks like staking is
- 10:39Speaker 1: going to be approved and next up could be the
- 10:42Speaker 1: Ripple case being dropped. So what's next? Could Friday be
- 10:45Speaker 1: Ripple maybe getting released, that'll be an interesting one for sure.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Solana ETF is listed in the DTCC. This essentially is
- 10:54Speaker 1: the architecture in which ETFs are transacted, meaning you've got
- 10:58Speaker 1: to get prepped for the actual modifier in terms of
- 11:02Speaker 1: how these ETFs trade, and the DTCC listing shows and
- 11:07Speaker 1: potentially could be an early indicator here of the Salana
- 11:11Speaker 1: ETF going live. So that's a lot of good news
- 11:14Speaker 1: right there that could still start to surge the market.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And are we at the bottom? Do you think we've
