- 0:01Speaker 1: Here's your host, Alex Garrenn.
- 0:06Speaker 2: All right, well here are I want leg up, Alex Media.
- 0:09Speaker 2: I wanted to continue the conversation about the conflict with Iran.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Look, I'm not gonna call it.
- 0:16Speaker 2: A war yet because those six of our service members
- 0:20Speaker 2: have died in service. There are no boots on the
- 0:23Speaker 2: ground yet that we know. And right now it's air
- 0:27Speaker 2: assaults on both sides. It's the IDF now taking out
- 0:32Speaker 2: more military leaders from Iran. It's the US continuing their
- 0:38Speaker 2: our barrage as well. But the conflict, to me, we'll
- 0:46Speaker 2: escalate to a war when we actually have boots on
- 0:48Speaker 2: the ground and we stay for more than a few weeks,
- 0:51Speaker 2: like say a few months, maybe a couple of years.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Now they say it's not gonna be a multi year conflict,
- 0:58Speaker 2: but and I hope it's not.
- 0:59Speaker 1: I hope that we can be in there and just enough.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Time for the Iranian people to rebuild themselves to become
- 1:06Speaker 2: a republic, a free republic, not a tyrannical dictatorship. But
- 1:18Speaker 2: when the attacks on Israel happened on October seven, twenty
- 1:22Speaker 2: twenty three, I advented to you that incredibly Hamas had
- 1:29Speaker 2: been planning this and plotting those attacks for about a year,
- 1:34Speaker 2: and I was venting about how did the US officials
- 1:37Speaker 2: not know?
- 1:39Speaker 1: How did uh you know, Israel not know? Or why
- 1:46Speaker 1: did they not act on it? I mean, Hamas was
- 1:48Speaker 1: flying around planning this out. It was being plotted for
- 1:53Speaker 1: a year.
- 1:55Speaker 2: How the hell did our officials not step in and stop?
- 2:00Speaker 1: How did Israel's IDF not know well?
- 2:05Speaker 2: The exclusive tour story Today from USA Today is As
- 2:11Speaker 2: follows Israel decided to kill Iran's leader after the attack
- 2:19Speaker 2: of October seventh.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Kim Elmsgard.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Wrote, the decision to kill Iran supreme leader I had
- 2:32Speaker 2: Toolo Ali Kameni and the Iran back leaders of Hamas
- 2:36Speaker 2: and Hezbela was taken in the aftermath of the October
- 2:41Speaker 2: seventh attacks, when Israel decided to eliminate anyone involved in
- 2:46Speaker 2: planning or assisting the devastating twenty twenty three attack. She
- 2:52Speaker 2: says assault, but it was an attack. USA Today has
- 2:54Speaker 2: learned more specific planning for what Israel has called Operation
- 3:01Speaker 2: Roaring Lion and the United States calling Epic Fury did
- 3:04Speaker 2: not begin until after Israel's twelve day war with Iran
- 3:09Speaker 2: in June twenty twenty five, and Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Nettnio,
- 3:14Speaker 2: gave the order for the operation only.
- 3:16Speaker 1: In November of last year.
- 3:23Speaker 2: USA Today is the first news outlet to report on
- 3:25Speaker 2: the timing of the decision to eliminate Kamani and other
- 3:28Speaker 2: top Grane officials and its direct connection to Avenging. The
- 3:32Speaker 2: October seventh raid, the dead of these days for.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Jews since the Holocaust.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Comani was killed as part of a bombing campaign by
- 3:43Speaker 2: the militaries of the United States and Israel that began
- 3:46Speaker 2: February twenty eighth. And we know Trump had a motivation too,
- 3:55Speaker 2: didn't he, Because it looks like Iran contracted out this
- 4:00Speaker 2: crooks and ruth to take out Trump. And he even
- 4:04Speaker 2: told ABC News this weekend, well, you know it, they
- 4:11Speaker 2: tried to get me twice.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I took out Kamani once once. So Trump had Avenging
- 4:19Speaker 1: as well.
- 4:19Speaker 2: He had Revenges well on his mind. And while we
- 4:24Speaker 2: can sit here and say this was planning, I'm also
- 4:30Speaker 2: thoroughly convinced that Trump and Nanna who in the world
- 4:39Speaker 2: saw the way the distance were being killed off in
- 4:43Speaker 2: Iran to the point where something had to be done
- 4:47Speaker 2: to stop this regime, didn't it didn't it, I think so.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I think so.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Now, she writes, Israel has a long track record of
- 5:09Speaker 2: capturing and assassining its enemies no matter where they are
- 5:12Speaker 2: stretching where they are stretching back to the country's founding
- 5:16Speaker 2: in nineteen forty eight and in.
- 5:18Speaker 1: The wake of World War Two.
- 5:26Speaker 2: Nazi war criminal Adolph Eichmann was captured by Israel agents
- 5:29Speaker 2: in Argentina in nineteen sixty to say in trial in Israel.
- 5:33Speaker 2: All over a decade later, Israel launched a covert mission
- 5:36Speaker 2: tone down and Kimball Palace and the militants linked the
- 5:39Speaker 2: murder of eleven Israeli athletes of the nineteen seventy two
- 5:43Speaker 2: Munich Olympics. The decision to kill Kamani, according to the
- 5:47Speaker 2: USA Today, was taken as a partment order by Netanyahu
- 5:51Speaker 2: to target all those Israel concluded were behind the October
- 5:55Speaker 2: seventh attack. And it's pretty easy to find Iran's print, handprints,
- 6:01Speaker 2: blueprints in that attack. And you know what, I think.
- 6:12Speaker 2: I even got tired of seeing our own government throwing
- 6:17Speaker 2: money at the terrorist regime.
- 6:22Speaker 1: To fund their terroristic arms. And I report on that
- 6:26Speaker 1: multiple times.
- 6:28Speaker 2: And I grew up watching PBS News Hour telling us,
- 6:35Speaker 2: telling us that Iran was led by evil, by bad people.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Not the actual Iranians. The leadership was evil.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I was raised on that notion from PBS News. So
- 6:54Speaker 2: in twenty fifteen when obamed me that deal, of course,
- 6:57Speaker 2: I was stunned.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I never thought it would happen.
- 7:00Speaker 2: I would be watching on my TV screen Iran launching
- 7:04Speaker 2: rockets into Israel. They were doing that for years. How
- 7:12Speaker 2: many years are we talking about the Iran Israel ceasefire?
- 7:15Speaker 2: The Israel Iran ceasefire?
- 7:22Speaker 1: And by the way, if.
- 7:27Speaker 2: If Obama was a Republican, maybe if he will be
- 7:30Speaker 2: upset that he killed bin Laden, avenging that attack of twenty.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Five years ago. By the way, Trump killing Kamanee with
- 7:44Speaker 1: the in collaboration with Israel is a win.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It should be celebrated, like we all were celebrating and
- 8:00Speaker 2: one was killed. Who what twenty eleven, twenty twelve. But like,
- 8:10Speaker 2: there's something wrong when the far left can't even celebrate
- 8:19Speaker 2: that this guy.
- 8:22Speaker 1: And remember the left is all about women's rights. Well,
- 8:24Speaker 1: Commandian suppressed women, oppressed.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Them, would stole them if they took off their burka,
- 8:33Speaker 2: that's women's rights. No, what Trump did was eradicate the oppressor.
- 8:47Speaker 2: What Nana did was eradicate the oppressor of the Iranian people.
- 8:53Speaker 2: That's why we saw celebrations in the streets. This attack
- 8:58Speaker 2: had to work, had to be and it was, and
- 9:06Speaker 2: it should be as celebrated as when we got bin laden.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Now the after effects, of course, are a little unnerving.
- 9:15Speaker 1: The lives lost in all of this will be a lot.
- 9:24Speaker 1: That's what makes this war like conflict.
- 9:32Speaker 2: And of course I want to know what the next
- 9:34Speaker 2: steps are, as does every American. I want to know
- 9:38Speaker 2: where we're going next. The tight lipness is a little annoying,
- 9:43Speaker 2: it's a little dangerous. We can't let our enemy know
- 9:47Speaker 2: all our cards. However, to put us at ease, just
- 9:52Speaker 2: tell us what's next, tell us if we're putting boots
- 9:56Speaker 2: on the ground next, primarily tell us how long we're
- 10:00Speaker 2: going to be in Iran, and yes, Venezuela and eventually Cuba,
- 10:05Speaker 2: so we know we're prepared.
- 10:08Speaker 1: We're not blindsided. But this article is fascinating. She writes this.
- 10:18Speaker 2: Kim Young Guard of the USA Today also writes that
- 10:28Speaker 2: the targetingev Kamanie also appears to reflect Israe's decision after
- 10:32Speaker 2: October seventh to widen the scope of whom it was
- 10:35Speaker 2: willing to target, to include the most senior Iranian and
- 10:38Speaker 2: Iranian back leaders. Israel killed himasa's political leader Ismael Nay
- 10:43Speaker 2: in Tehran in July twenty twenty four. Two months later
- 10:47Speaker 2: assassinated Hassanzraala. We all remember that one, the longtime leader
- 10:52Speaker 2: of Hesbala and Berout, and I feel like hertna is,
- 10:59Speaker 2: why are they doing this? I mean, I'm like, I'm
- 11:01Speaker 2: glad they're killing their adversary. I mean, avenging what happened
- 11:07Speaker 2: on October seventh and avenging any death.
- 11:20Speaker 1: To protect themselves is the right thing to do.
- 11:25Speaker 2: I didn't realize that Commandee led I ran for thirty
- 11:27Speaker 2: six years and was viewed by Israel as the chief architect,
- 11:30Speaker 2: or at least most senior Iranian back to backer of
- 11:34Speaker 2: Hamas's October seventh attack, because he literally funded Hamas. Of course,
- 11:41Speaker 2: Commani publically denied any direct involvement on the October seventh assault,
- 11:46Speaker 2: but as she acknowledges, I ran as for years, funded
- 11:50Speaker 2: and armed a web of militant partners across the middle
- 11:53Speaker 2: of the least Hey Kim, they're called terrorists to strengthen
- 11:57Speaker 2: its influence and strategic aims across regions. They're not just
- 12:00Speaker 2: militant partners, they're funding terrorists, Kim, Iran's nuclear program long target.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Of Israel is for civilian energy purposes only. Yeah, right.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Terranna's assisen.
- 12:12Speaker 2: An assertion met with deep skepticism in Israel and internationally.
- 12:18Speaker 2: She is very soft on Iran right now, she's saying
- 12:24Speaker 2: militant partners instead of calling them terrorists, which they are.
- 12:27Speaker 2: They are terrorists that Iran has been funding Comedian other
- 12:35Speaker 2: top Iranian officials have repeatedly spoken about destroying our eliminated
- 12:38Speaker 2: state of Israel. So Israel has a right to defend themselves, right, Kim.
- 12:42Speaker 1: That's what the whole point is. They have the right
- 12:43Speaker 1: to defend themselves. Right. And we.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Finally said, let's stop throwing money at this and just
- 13:04Speaker 2: go after the heart and soul of the tyranny of
- 13:08Speaker 2: the dictatorship.
- 13:09Speaker 1: And we did, and we did.
- 13:14Speaker 2: And I'm so thinkingful that Spreaker won't censor me here,
- 13:16Speaker 2: block me, or delete me off their page for speaking
- 13:19Speaker 2: my mind.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Because this is a really serious shit. This isn't some
- 13:26Speaker 1: fun and games podcast. This is some serious shit. We're
- 13:29Speaker 1: talking about Israel planning this.
- 13:39Speaker 2: And blindsiding Iran is the perfect karma for Hamas plotting
- 13:49Speaker 2: and attacking Israel. It's the perfect karma. It's the perfect retribution.
- 14:03Speaker 1: The only reason why I.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Called it a sad Day Saturday was because I didn't
- 14:09Speaker 2: want and I don't want this to escalate into like
- 14:13Speaker 2: a bunch of countries involved in a war. I wanted
- 14:16Speaker 2: this to be very isolated and stay isolated as this
- 14:22Speaker 2: regime change takes place. But I'm not sad that Kamanie's dead.
- 14:31Speaker 2: You shouldn't be sad either. You shouldn't be sitting there
- 14:35Speaker 2: mourning the loss of a guy of a terrorist. That's
- 14:40Speaker 2: not the part to be sad about, because they had
- 14:52Speaker 2: opportunity after opportunity. I ran an opportunity, an opportunity to
- 14:58Speaker 2: fix themselves.
- 14:59Speaker 1: And greed to negotiations. They just would not. So I'm
- 15:03Speaker 1: not sad the supreme leader is dead.
- 15:06Speaker 2: I'm not mourning that loss like some sickos in America are.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I am worried.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Though, about the next steps, and that's where the Trump
- 15:20Speaker 2: administration must be.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Very very informative on briefing us on.
- 15:30Speaker 2: We can eliminate all of the leadership in the Iranian dictatorship.
- 15:39Speaker 2: But I want to know what's next, as every other
- 15:41Speaker 2: American on the planet. But we should not be sad
- 15:45Speaker 2: and that Commanie's dead. We shouldn't be happy that someone
- 15:51Speaker 2: stop throwing money at them thinking that would work, and
- 15:55Speaker 2: took action. And that's my message today at one leg
- 15:59Speaker 2: A alex Media
